- 1:16Speaker 1: I'm so excited to be sitting down for a solo episode with you all today.
- 1:20Speaker 1: We have had some pretty incredible guest speakers on the show lately Samantha Daly, elizabeth Ann Walker some pretty big names in the industry, so feeling very blessed that they shared their time with us all and shared their insights, their wisdom, their knowledge, their stories.
- 1:37Speaker 1: I know a lot of you loved those episodes, so thank you for those who have given me that feedback.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Don't forget, if you love an episode, I would be so grateful if you leave a quick review and or rating one.
- 1:48Speaker 1: It obviously helps us grow the show too.
- 1:51Speaker 1: It just makes me so happy.
- 1:52Speaker 1: But, most importantly, it gives me some feedback from you guys to know which episodes you're enjoying the most, so that I can record more similar to that.
- 2:01Speaker 1: So, yeah, your feedback is always welcome.
- 2:04Speaker 1: If there's something you're not loving, if there's something that you're really loving, let me know, because I want to make sure this is a show that, every single week, we deliver exactly what you need.
- 2:17Speaker 1: On that note, today's episode is really helpful, given it is the middle of the year and I know this feeling comes on of oh shit, I've ran out of time.
- 2:28Speaker 1: At the start of the year we set some pretty incredible goals and that's done.
- 2:33Speaker 1: From this feeling and this energy of oh yeah, that is so possible.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I've got the entire year to start that business, quit my job, grow that business, make more money, move to that city, start that new hobby, whatever it is, we are so hopeful and we're so optimistic and then, especially lately, I feel like the years go so fast.
- 2:53Speaker 1: But then we find ourself in the middle of the year and we're still somewhat in the same place and, as I said, I know it can bring on this feeling of it's not going to happen.
- 3:03Speaker 1: This year.
- 3:03Speaker 1: You've ran out of time, a feeling of disappointment because you were so sure that you were going to make it happen, and now you're still here in the same place.
- 3:18Speaker 1: So this episode is giving you five steps to change your life in 30 days.
- 3:20Speaker 1: While I know we have six months left of the year, what I want this episode to be an inspiration for is you don't actually need the next six months to make sure that you achieve your 2024 goals and, in fact, if you follow these five steps, I promise you'll be in a very different place in just 30 days.
- 3:36Speaker 1: You'll be a different person better routines, making more money ahead in your business, perhaps even move to that city, like so.
- 3:46Speaker 1: Much can happen in just 30 days, and I want us to all head into the next 30 days, almost looking at this as an experiment.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Let's just see, if you follow these five steps, how much change you can create in just 30 days and imagine what you can then do in the next six months.
- 4:03Speaker 1: So, again, this episode is a reminder you are not out of time.
- 4:07Speaker 1: There is still time to achieve those goals that you set.
- 4:11Speaker 1: So I guess an invitation to take a look at your vision board, take a look at those goals you set and get excited that you're still doing it this year.
- 4:18Speaker 1: You're going all in.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You're not giving up.
- 4:20Speaker 1: My favorite quote ever is never give up five minutes before the miracle.
- 4:24Speaker 1: So that's what we're here to chat about today.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Of course, this is going to get us so excited for the launch of the Academy opening next month.
- 4:32Speaker 1: As I said, this is really going to set the stage and the vibe for what you can get done.
- 4:39Speaker 1: And, of course, if this leaves you pumped up, if it leaves you excited and you want to join me inside the academy, make sure you are on the wait list.
- 4:48Speaker 1: There is early enrollment if you want the extended payment plan.
- 4:52Speaker 1: But otherwise, get on the wait list, get all the information you need and let's go even deeper inside the academy.
- 4:59Speaker 1: But for now and yes, excuse me, I still have this annoying cough.
- 5:04Speaker 1: I think we're going two weeks now.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Going on two weeks.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Oh, my God, it's driving me absolutely nuts.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Anyways, um, is, he actually told me the other day that there's a thing called the 75 day cough.
- 5:15Speaker 1: I'm like you're joking.
- 5:17Speaker 1: I can't do this for 75 days.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Um, anyways, so I'll try and make it through an episode without having a million coughing fits.
- 5:26Speaker 1: So, five steps to change your life in 30 days, and I am going to provide some examples throughout my five steps.
- 5:33Speaker 1: But I do want you to know this can apply to any change you want to seek, whether it is in your business, in your career, in your relationship, within your routines, where you live, what your home looks like, who you are as a woman.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Whatever change you seek, these five steps can be applied to them.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Make note of these five steps because we're going to be focusing on a particular goal, but of course, you can apply this to multiple goals and, honestly, this is going to be like a bit of a roadmap for you to make sure that you are on the right path to achieving whatever your goals are or creating the change that you want to create in your life.
- 6:12Speaker 1: And, of course, that's going to keep coming up for you.
- 6:14Speaker 1: So if you take notes and you have this blueprint, you always have these steps to refer back to, as I said, to get you back on track if needed and continue in the direction to having it all, being it all and just living the life that you are dreaming about and that you want to live.
- 6:31Speaker 1: Okay, if you wanted 2024 to be your most successful year, but some of your goals still feel a little out of reach, whether it was to make more money, start a business, grow your life, grow yourself as a woman, in whatever way, then firstly, you still have time.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Secondly, there's one shift you can make to still make it all possible.
- 6:51Speaker 1: For now, go ahead and register for my free workshop called Recalibrate, which I'm hosting on the 2nd of July.
- 6:57Speaker 1: There will be a replay to those who register and I'll share exactly what you can do to make sure that this year is still everything you want it to be.
- 7:07Speaker 1: So the link to do.
- 7:08Speaker 1: That is in the show notes below and I'm looking forward to seeing you there.
- 7:15Speaker 1: So step number one and because we're talking about a 30 day period, we're focusing on Justin, just the next 30 days.
- 7:25Speaker 1: So step number one is setting a goal of what you want to achieve in the next 30 days.
- 7:30Speaker 1: So I know, again, you may have set goals at the start of the year and that's all you're thinking about right now, but I just want you to choose a goal that you want to achieve in the next 30 days and, sorry, I should have actually said these five steps are going to involve some actionable things you can do, but also some knowledge that I want you to know.
- 7:51Speaker 1: That's going to remind you that anything really is possible in the next 30 days.
- 7:56Speaker 1: So, yeah, there's a bit of a mix between things to do, actionable tasks, but also just some learnings and some concepts in here to really just show you that a lot can change in 30 days.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Sorry, I should have said that at the start.
- 8:11Speaker 1: Anyways, back to number one set a goal of what you want to achieve in the next 30 days, so making the decision that you will achieve it and whatever that is for you, it could be increasing your income or getting to a certain income goal within your business or your career.
- 8:29Speaker 1: It could be starting a new hobby.
- 8:32Speaker 1: It could be starting a new business.
- 8:34Speaker 1: It could be committing to a new routine.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Whatever it is, set that goal of what you want to achieve in the next 30 days.
- 8:42Speaker 1: And when you set this goal, I want you to do something that you likely haven't done 100% yet which is why you haven't yet achieved this goal and that is go all in.
- 8:52Speaker 1: So up until this point, there's probably been a part of you that has not fully gone in.
- 8:57Speaker 1: You've doubted the goal.
- 8:59Speaker 1: You have procrastinated on taking action around the goal.
- 9:03Speaker 1: You haven't quite dealt with those limiting beliefs that are keeping that goal separate to you.
- 9:09Speaker 1: So what I want you to do as we commence this 30-day experiment make the decision for real this time that you will achieve it, no matter what.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Go all in.
- 9:20Speaker 1: Get rid of any plan B, plan C, plan D this is your only plan A and you will achieve it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: I promise something shifts the moment you actually make that decision and no longer allow a script where you don't achieve the goal.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I have put this to test a few times in the last 12 months and I have seen some pretty incredible jumps in my life in business, what some call a quantum leap.
- 9:46Speaker 1: And it all started because I refused to accept a script or a narrative where I didn't get the thing.
- 9:53Speaker 1: Make the money, see the growth, so make the decision and go all in.
- 9:58Speaker 1: No looking back, get rid of that bridge, get rid of that plan B, all in and, yeah, do this more than you ever have Because, as I said, if you haven't achieved the goal, this is probably a big chunk that you're missing.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Once you've made that decision and you've gone all in, then I want you to make sure that goal you've just set for the next 30 days is very clear and specific.
- 10:19Speaker 1: So, using our revenue goal, if that's something you want to do make more money then making more money is not clear enough Because, technically, if you walk down the street tomorrow and you found a $2 coin, you've achieved your goal.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Congratulations, you've just made more money.
- 10:33Speaker 1: Of course, we want to achieve the revenue goal that you intend to achieve, that you want to achieve.
- 10:40Speaker 1: So it's really, really important that your goal is clear and specific and again, that part can apply to whatever the goal is.
- 10:48Speaker 1: If it's starting a new hobby.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Well, what's the new hobby If it's starting the new business?
- 10:52Speaker 1: What's your new business If it's committing to that new routine?
- 10:55Speaker 1: What specifically is that new routine?
- 10:58Speaker 1: And making sure it's written really, really clear.
- 11:01Speaker 1: This is an entire module in the Academy because, surprisingly enough, this part of achieving goals is the part that so many miss or don't do well enough.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Again, goals are so vague, intentions aren't clear, and then we wonder why we're not making the money or becoming that person or seeing the growth we want to see.
- 11:24Speaker 1: It's because, imagine, the universe is up there saying I will literally give you whatever you want, but I need clear and specific instructions.
- 11:30Speaker 1: And if they're vague if one minute you're saying you want to make 10,000, but the next you're saying eight, or one minute you want to surf, but then the next minute you want to play the piano, it's like we can't deliver you what you need to make this goal manifest piano.
- 11:46Speaker 1: It's like we can't deliver you what you need to make this goal manifest.
- 11:47Speaker 1: So, clear and specific is key and, like I said, there is an entire module, pages and pages in the textbook, to make sure that you nail this.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Ask and you will receive section of goal setting Once you have your clear and specific goal for what you want to achieve in the next 30 days.
- 12:01Speaker 1: I want you to write yourself a letter and I want you to date it 30 days from today's date, whenever you're listening to this or whenever you do this task, and I want you to write as if you are in the future, so you are the 30 day from now version of you, and you're going to let yourself know what.
- 12:18Speaker 1: What happened, the fact that you went all in.
- 12:21Speaker 1: You follow this five-step method.
- 12:23Speaker 1: You believed in this goal more than ever.
- 12:25Speaker 1: You took the actionable task you needed to take.
- 12:28Speaker 1: You really understood how to show up in a way to manifest it and you did it.
- 12:33Speaker 1: And it feels incredible, and I want you to write a letter from her letting your present self know what it's like having achieved the goal and what you did in order to get there, what obstacles you had to overcome and, most importantly, what you had to believe or embody in order to make that 30-day goal possible.
- 12:54Speaker 1: That letter you're then going to read out every single day of our 30-day experiment.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Do not miss a day.
- 12:59Speaker 1: If you have to set an alarm, do so.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Do not miss a day, and when you read this letter.
- 13:04Speaker 1: I want you to feel into its truth.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Don't just read the words literally.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Show your body what it would feel like if this was real life, because your brain doesn't actually know the difference between a visualization or a full body experience and you having actually lived out the experience.
- 13:21Speaker 1: If you can involve your body, bring in your five senses, make reading that letter feel like you are telling me what you've just done in your day.
- 13:30Speaker 1: So writing yourself a letter and reading that every day, that is step number one, with the goal setting aspect of changing your life in 30 days.
- 13:39Speaker 1: So a quick recap you're going to make the decision more than you ever have and you're going to go all in all in.
- 13:44Speaker 1: Your goal is going to be very clear and specific and then you're going to write yourself a letter from the 30 days time version of you back to your present self, letting her know how she did it, what she did, how it feels.
- 13:57Speaker 1: That's number one.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Step number two is a concept that I want you all to understand and really ferment on.
- 14:06Speaker 1: A lot can change in 30 days and actually this is, I think, one or two modules in the Academy, what I'm about to share for you.
- 14:15Speaker 1: So it's very detailed and complex, but we're going to summarize it like this In the realm of quantum physics there is a notion called the observer effect, and essentially what that has proven is there are infinite potentials that exist, and so the electron, which at a molecular level again, we'll go into this in the academy, if you're joining the electron just buzzes around as infinite potentials and it only collapses or becomes a possibility when an observer focuses their attention on it.
- 14:52Speaker 1: And so what this study has found is, up until someone actually looking at it and observing it, it remained just buzzing around in no particular pattern, no particular order, infinite potentials.
- 15:03Speaker 1: But it became a possibility.
- 15:04Speaker 1: It settled into an energetic wave when an observer viewed it or placed their attention on it.
- 15:10Speaker 1: That's important to know, because that just requires you to focus your attention on something and nowhere in the observer effect they talk about.
- 15:21Speaker 1: You have to do that over and over and over again.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Effect they talk about.
- 15:26Speaker 1: You have to do that over and over and over again, or you have to do that for five years, or you have to do that and then fail, and then try it again and fail again.
- 15:30Speaker 1: It simply just says when you focus your attention on it, it becomes a possibility, it collapses the energetic wave into that probable outcome.
- 15:40Speaker 1: The next thing I want you guys to know is your thoughts are an electric charge of information and your emotions are magnetic.
- 15:49Speaker 1: So your thoughts and feelings matter.
- 15:51Speaker 1: In the next 30 days we need to get on top of them.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Thoughts are an electric charge.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Emotions magnetize that charge.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Together, your thoughts and feelings make up what's called an electromagnetic field around your body.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Now a quote that I want to share by Dr Sue Mortar.
- 16:09Speaker 1: She writes a book called not sure I'll link it in the show notes for you.
- 16:18Speaker 1: She writes a book called if every no, sorry, she writes a book, something about energy, but her quote.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Her quote is if everything is energy.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Her quote is if everything is energy, nothing exists in isolation.
- 16:26Speaker 1: Therefore, there is no separation between things.
- 16:35Speaker 1: Let me say that again, dr Sue Mortar if everything is energy, nothing exists in isolation.
- 16:37Speaker 1: There is no separation between things.
- 16:41Speaker 1: So again, what that confirms is you hitting that revenue goal, starting that new hobby, starting that business and actually seeing growth, starting the new routine, whatever it is that you want to see more of or become in the next 30 days.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Doing that's not going to require time, require you to go anywhere, do anything in space.
- 17:02Speaker 1: It just requires you to broadcast a frequency that would manifest it in.
- 17:09Speaker 1: And because there is no separation between things, you don't have to wait.
- 17:14Speaker 1: There shouldn't be a lag.
- 17:16Speaker 1: So again, if a goal up until this point has felt out of reach for you, it's simply because you keep placing it in the future.
- 17:24Speaker 1: But that's just a perception of your mind.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Everything is energy and nothing exists in isolation.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So, quite frankly, you can have so much more than what you think in a much shorter amount of time when you really understand there is no separation between things.
- 17:42Speaker 1: So, knowing this, what we need to do in the next 30 days and moving forward is change your electromagnetic broadcast, change the thoughts, the feelings, and you will change your life.
- 17:55Speaker 1: The easiest way to wrap our heads around that is imagine a radio station, and I always give this example.
- 18:02Speaker 1: But when we want to listen to a particular radio station, we know we have to tune into the frequency of that station.
- 18:09Speaker 1: We do that by playing around with our dial or pushing some buttons on the computer system in our car.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Doing that requires no lag, requires you not to go anywhere, no time.
- 18:20Speaker 1: It just happens.
- 18:21Speaker 1: You move the dial, you press the button and boom, you're tuned into a new station.
- 18:26Speaker 1: That is exactly what can happen in your life when you broadcast the right frequency.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Now we're going to talk about how to do that in a second, but this is just a concept.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I need you to understand.
- 18:38Speaker 1: Your thoughts and feelings generally, but most importantly, towards that goal, need to be In line with the frequency of having the thing.
- 18:49Speaker 1: Change your broadcast, send out a different signal, listen to a different radio station and or tune into a different radio station.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Change your life without a delay, without a lag.
- 19:00Speaker 1: Amazing.
- 19:02Speaker 1: That is step number two.
- 19:04Speaker 1: It is a lot, like I said.
- 19:06Speaker 1: That is why this gets taught across multiple modules in the academy, because really understanding this and grasping the world of quantum physics and how everything is energy and its makeup at a molecular level really cements into your mind, body, energy that anything is possible in whatever timeframe you want.
- 19:29Speaker 1: But we'll leave it there for now.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Step number three make space, or set up systems or do something to support the goal coming in.
- 19:41Speaker 1: So to explain step number three, I'm going to be referring back to those initial examples that we mentioned at the start making space, setting up your systems to support the goal being achieved.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Let's take a look at the example I gave around increasing your revenue or making more money in the next 30 days A few things that you would do to make the space for this money to come in and set up some systems and make sure you're ready to achieve the goal.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Number one, of course, when it comes to money, is to ensure you have no blocks around money, and this is usually the number one reason why women aren't making more money in their business or they've hit salary ceilings in their jobs or, the moment they have a certain amount in their savings, they manifest a ton of bills.
- 20:32Speaker 1: It's because they have a block when it comes to receiving more money Again, an entire module in the academy.
- 20:38Speaker 1: So if this sounds like that is you, please make it your priority this year to work on and remove those money blocks, because your birthright is to have an incredible amount of wealth and abundance, and you absolutely can.
- 20:52Speaker 1: No matter what your upbringing was like, no matter what your education is, no matter where you live, no matter what resources you have.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Right now, you can tap into financial overflow, wealth, abundance, but in order to even play in that realm, you need to remove the blocks that would get in the way of you having more money, receiving more money.
- 21:10Speaker 1: So that's number one.
- 21:12Speaker 1: Number two is shifting your energy to receiving.
- 21:15Speaker 1: Again, this is a block that I see a lot in my world.
- 21:18Speaker 1: When women consciously have the goal to make more money, they are living their life from a place of feeling like they need to do more, work harder, prove themselves more, before they're in a position to make more money.
- 21:32Speaker 1: That is not being in a receiving energy, and I have a meditation that you'll get access to in the academy.
- 21:38Speaker 1: It's shifting from chasing to attracting, and I use an analogy of butterflies and imagine you're in a field and you're running around, frantic, trying to do more, be everywhere, work harder.
- 21:49Speaker 1: The butterflies in the field are not going to want to settle around you.
- 21:52Speaker 1: They're going to fly away because they're scared of you.
- 21:55Speaker 1: However, if you were to sit in the field, you were calm, quiet, peaceful and still those butterflies would settle around you.
- 22:05Speaker 1: That is exact energy we need to be in when it comes to money or attracting anything in.
- 22:11Speaker 1: We need to be in a receiving state and we need to expect the money to come.
- 22:19Speaker 1: Again, a huge block that I see a lot.
- 22:21Speaker 1: But shifting your energy to receiving.
- 22:25Speaker 1: The next step, with increasing the revenue and making space, is adding money makers into your life.
- 22:31Speaker 1: So how can you increase your financial flow and I'm the biggest advocate you guys know I say this all the time I'm the biggest advocate on increasing your income instead of limiting your life.
- 22:46Speaker 1: So how can we add money makers into your life?
- 22:50Speaker 1: And just a few examples that I've come up with, but obviously come up with your own, depending on where and how you want to make money.
- 22:57Speaker 1: But obviously, adding a new product or service into your business, asking for a pay rise, starting that side business, increasing your marketing efforts these are all ways that you can actually add money into your life in just a 30 day period.
- 23:16Speaker 1: The final piece to this little puzzle is asking and ensuring that you're now set up for that money to come in.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Again, this is something that I see a lot of women missing, especially in the realm of business.
- 23:30Speaker 1: They want all this money to come in, which would come through, say, more sales, more clients, but they actually don't have the systems and the space to support that growth.
- 23:42Speaker 1: And so what I always say to them?
- 23:44Speaker 1: If you literally woke up tomorrow and you had hit that sales goal.
- 23:50Speaker 1: So overnight you literally made a hundred like you literally sold a hundred units of that jumper that you sell.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Are you ready for that growth?
- 24:00Speaker 1: One, do you have the stock?
- 24:02Speaker 1: Two, do you have a system in place to get the stock out in the one to two day postal period that's on your website?
- 24:10Speaker 1: Three, do you actually have time to fulfill these orders or are you doing this alongside a full-time job that actually requires you to go to conferences in another state?
- 24:19Speaker 1: These are just some examples of ensuring that if you want something, there's room for it to come in and again, like in the example with business making sure you have the systems in place to support that growth.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Another example and I literally was just workshopping this with one of my clients the other day is she's a service-based business and she wanted all of these new clients to come in to her world found.
- 24:46Speaker 1: What we found was something so simple was missing.
- 24:49Speaker 1: She actually didn't have a booking system to handle the number of new clients that she was consciously asking for.
- 24:56Speaker 1: So at that time it was a manual booking system whereby clients would email her.
- 25:02Speaker 1: She would go back to them asking did Tuesday or Thursday work?
- 25:06Speaker 1: And they would say Thursday, and then she would manually put them in the system.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Now, of course, if she went to bed that night and woke up the next day and she had a hundred new clients manually booking in a hundred new clients, is going to be chaos.
- 25:19Speaker 1: So, just taking a look at that, we implemented some systems where that was all automated.
- 25:25Speaker 1: It took her out of the equation, which means there's now no bottleneck in that particular system.
- 25:30Speaker 1: So, again, there's so much we can talk about when it comes to that and again, usually something that you're overlooking but creating the space and the systems for the growth.
- 25:46Speaker 1: The next one is.
- 25:46Speaker 1: The next example that I wanted to talk about is let's say, you wanted to start a new routine.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Let's say, in the next 30 days you really wanted to commit to waking up early and doing a beautiful, flowy morning routine because you have downloaded my manifestation morning bundle.
- 25:57Speaker 1: No, so you want to start a new routine?
- 26:00Speaker 1: Okay, firstly, let's figure out when you will do this particular routine.
- 26:06Speaker 1: So I just gave the example of a morning routine.
- 26:08Speaker 1: So let's say, the new routine you want is a morning routine.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Okay, so you're obviously going to do it in the morning.
- 26:15Speaker 1: What's your time schedule like in the morning.
- 26:17Speaker 1: So do you have to do school drop off?
- 26:19Speaker 1: Do you have to go to a job?
- 26:21Speaker 1: Do you have meetings?
- 26:23Speaker 1: What's?
- 26:23Speaker 1: What's your schedule Like?
- 26:24Speaker 1: How much time do we have in the morning and, depending on that, do we need to be waking up a little bit earlier?
- 26:29Speaker 1: Do we need to be pushing back meetings?
- 26:31Speaker 1: How can we actually carve out the time for when you'll do this new routine?
- 26:37Speaker 1: The next thing you may want to do is communicate to your partner that you now have to drop the kids off at school, or you need to change when you're available on your automatic booking system so that your clients can't book in from 8am in the morning.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Maybe you just ask for help assistance, which is something that women seem to shy away from because they make it mean something about themselves.
- 27:00Speaker 1: They're not capable, they are lazy.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Oh my God, how dare you ask someone for help?
- 27:04Speaker 1: But that could be a game changer for you Just getting some help in the morning so that you free up some time so that you can commit to this routine.
- 27:12Speaker 1: That then comes with, obviously, enforcing boundaries.
- 27:16Speaker 1: So, like I mentioned, is it a matter of pushing back when you're available for your clients?
- 27:21Speaker 1: Is it saying no to going for a sunrise walk and a coffee with your best friend every single day of the week, so that you can have other mornings where you are doing that new meditation practice or whatever, enforcing boundaries so that you're not getting swayed or pulled away from the new routines.
- 27:42Speaker 1: The next thing you may want to do and I actually really recommend this to everyone if you are starting any new habit is diarizing it in and setting an alarm for when you will do it.
- 27:53Speaker 1: Remember, when it comes to starting anything new, your brain actually doesn't have the neural pathways for you to perform the particular task or skill.
- 28:02Speaker 1: So you are learning how to do this, so you don't have the default tendency to go oh, I'm going to go do that thing or whatever it may be, because your brain's so used to you not doing it.
- 28:14Speaker 1: So we need to use repetition and consistency to become someone who does this, and sometimes that just needs some prompts.
- 28:22Speaker 1: So don't be afraid to literally put this new morning routine, for example, into your calendar.
- 28:28Speaker 1: My entire calendar for the rest of time is blocked out from 7am till 9am, and I've literally got written in there morning routine and it kind of reminds me.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Obviously that's so part of my day, but once upon a time it wasn't.
- 28:42Speaker 1: It kind of reminds me of okay, yeah, I've made this commitment to myself and so if something comes up and I go to put it in my diary, and if it was at 8am, I'm reminded.
- 28:52Speaker 1: Oh no, that's right.
- 28:53Speaker 1: From seven till nine I'm unavailable because I'm committing to this new routine and again, setting an alarm, actually reminding yourself don't be afraid to lean on systems like this to jolt you into the task or the habit or whatever you want to do to be reminded.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Don't rely on your brain to automatically do it until you have the neural pathways, until your brain becomes someone that does this all the time.
- 29:15Speaker 1: And then finally, quite similar to what I said in the previous example, create space for this new routine.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Set up a corner to meditate.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Go and buy new active wear and lay them out next to your bed the night before.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Go down to the beach in the morning, like create the space, make room for this routine to be supported in your life.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Okay, that was it for the start, a new routine example.
- 29:46Speaker 1: And then, very quickly, still on point number three, if your goal was to start a new hobby very quickly, obviously you would.
- 29:53Speaker 1: Let's say you wanted to learn how to surf, you would book in a surfing lesson, you would carve out and commit time to practicing this, and it might even help you to have some accountability.
- 30:05Speaker 1: So do you want to bring a friend in to learn this new hobby and then you can make some commitment to them?
- 30:11Speaker 1: Every single Tuesday, thursday, sunday, we're going down to the beach and we're practicing this new hobby.
- 30:16Speaker 1: You keep me accountable, I'll keep you accountable.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Bob's your uncle.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Amazing.
- 30:23Speaker 1: That is step number three, Quite detailed.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Again, it will depend on what your goal is, but there is some common themes in there and it is making the space, getting ready for the goal, creating support systems around you so that you're more inclined to follow through.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Step number five is taking care of your mind, body and energy, and again, this is like a foundational step to creating change is being in a place where you feel good.
- 30:55Speaker 1: And I was talking to the girls inside the Academy in our group chat the other day.
- 31:00Speaker 1: A couple were saying that they've been quite exhausted lately.
- 31:04Speaker 1: Others were saying they're really lacking motivation to work in their business, and I stripped it back and I was like are we meeting the basic needs that make us, as women, feel good and we spoke about things like diet.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Are you eating enough fruit and vegetables, enough protein, enough good carbs?
- 31:23Speaker 1: Are you nurturing yourself in the morning and of an evening to take care of your energy, to really just set the tone for your day but then also wind down of an evening?
- 31:33Speaker 1: Or are you literally working on your laptop until 10 PM, closing it down, going to sleep and then wondering why you're waking up through the night with a to-do list a mile long?
- 31:43Speaker 1: Are you moving your body in whatever way?
- 31:45Speaker 1: And no, I'm not sitting here saying you need to go and do a HIIT workout seven days a week, but going for a walk or just doing some form of movement in your day, in your week?
- 31:55Speaker 1: I mean, we're not going to go into the studies.
- 31:57Speaker 1: We all know the studies behind moving your body, getting those endorphins pumping.
- 32:01Speaker 1: It's a natural chemical that you can actually produce in your brain that I guarantee will make you feel better.
- 32:08Speaker 1: Meditating.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Are you taking care of your mind, your spirit, your energy?
- 32:13Speaker 1: Are you visualizing the future you're creating?
- 32:16Speaker 1: Are you spending time connecting with the future version of you?
- 32:19Speaker 1: You know, like taking the time to slow down and connect and be present?
- 32:24Speaker 1: And then, finally, are you having enough fun in your life or are you taking your life far too seriously?
- 32:30Speaker 1: Because I'm not about that.
- 32:32Speaker 1: Like, let's add things to your to-do list that actually just make you feel good, spark you up, make you laugh.
- 32:39Speaker 1: Just have more fun.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Make your life more adventurous.
- 32:43Speaker 1: You actually can't be in a shitty mood when you're doing something you love.
- 32:48Speaker 1: You actually can't be angry when you are laughing.
- 32:52Speaker 1: We know that.
- 32:53Speaker 1: So make your life more fun.
- 32:56Speaker 1: Stop taking it so seriously and just do more of the things that you know make you feel good.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Make you feel good.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Bring on this sense of fun and excitement and joy that is on you and you absolutely deserve it, and you absolutely deserve it.
- 33:13Speaker 1: And finally, step number five is act as if the goal is already done.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Again, a very simple step to the process that so many forget.
- 33:25Speaker 1: When you set a goal, you then need to expect that you will achieve it.
- 33:33Speaker 1: How many times have you set a goal and then doubted it?
- 33:35Speaker 1: How many times have you set a goal and then went about your life as if you never actually set the goal?
- 33:39Speaker 1: Too many women are not expecting to get what they want.
- 33:43Speaker 1: They put it out there, they make a vision board.
- 33:46Speaker 1: They set some goals and then they forget about it.
- 33:49Speaker 1: We are here to ask and receive, like like I said at the start.
- 33:53Speaker 1: But in order to receive, you need to expect.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Again, a very simple part to this manifestation process changing your life.
- 34:00Speaker 1: Start to expect good things and good things will come.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Start to expect yourself to stay consistent and you will stay consistent.
- 34:09Speaker 1: Start, expect to start, expect yourself to be good at something and I promise you'll find yourself good at something.
- 34:17Speaker 1: That's how it works.
- 34:18Speaker 1: So, acting as if it's done, expecting it to be done.
- 34:21Speaker 1: And you're going to do that by embodying the identity as someone who has already done what you want to do.
- 34:29Speaker 1: So, as someone who is already making $10,000 in your business, as someone who is already an amazing surfer, as someone who, for the last two years, has got up early and had an incredible intentional morning routine embodying the identity as someone who's already done it is already that person.
- 34:50Speaker 1: That is a huge, powerful shift.
- 34:54Speaker 1: What we all do is wait to see the physical change or not.
- 34:58Speaker 1: We all, we all don't do this.
- 34:59Speaker 1: What a lot of people do is wait to see the physical change before they start to feel different.
- 35:05Speaker 1: But the thing is, your identity equals your results.
- 35:08Speaker 1: So if you're waiting for the result before you change your identity, you're doing it the wrong way around and you will not see change.
- 35:16Speaker 1: You need to become someone different before you'll see someone different, and actually we spoke about this in the episode with Elizabeth.
- 35:24Speaker 1: This is big in the NLP world is, yeah, this notion that your identity equals your beliefs, equals your behaviors, equals your results.
- 35:33Speaker 1: So we need to be the person before the change in order to see the change.
- 35:38Speaker 1: I wanted to share a quick quote with you from Dr Joe Dispenza, and it really encapsulates this part of the five-step process.
- 35:48Speaker 1: And he says if you are viewing your life from the same level of mind, anticipating a future based on your past, you are collapsing infinite fields of energy into the same patterns of information called your life.
- 36:04Speaker 1: So what that's reiterating if you are thinking the same, feeling the same, behaving the same, expecting the same, your future will not look different to your past.
- 36:14Speaker 1: We need to become someone different in order to create a different future, and I also love that he's mentioned in there.
- 36:22Speaker 1: You are collapsing the infinite fields of energy.
- 36:24Speaker 1: That goes back to the second point we, wherever our focus goes, energy flows.
- 36:33Speaker 1: So if you're focusing on how things are hard, how you don't have it, you're focusing on the lack, you're focusing how you are never good at whatever, whatever.
- 36:42Speaker 1: You keep just creating those same results in your life because you keep collapsing that infinite possibility into that probable outcome.
- 36:50Speaker 1: So there's a few things that we're going to do to embody the identity as someone who's already achieved your goals.
- 36:54Speaker 1: So there's a few things that we're going to do to embody the identity as someone who's already achieved your goals.
- 36:55Speaker 1: The first one is language.
- 36:57Speaker 1: We're going to get on top of the words that we are using, both within our inner dialogue, but also verbally, out loud to people and again using the examples that we're focused on here today.
- 37:08Speaker 1: If your goal in the next 30 days was to make more money, please stop going around saying I'm trying to make more money.
- 37:16Speaker 1: Please stop going around saying I'm trying to make more money.
- 37:17Speaker 1: I'm trying means it hasn't happened yet and it's something that will happen in the future.
- 37:24Speaker 1: The future never comes, the future never arrives.
- 37:27Speaker 1: So if I was to say, record yourself saying I'm trying to make more money and we come back in 12 months time and we listen to that recording, you're still trying, it still hasn't happened.
- 37:39Speaker 1: So the language that you would use around that goal is I am making $10,000 gross per month.
- 37:47Speaker 1: It's done.
- 37:49Speaker 1: That's the language you use.
- 37:52Speaker 1: If we were to take a look at the example learning a hobby, learning how to surf I am learning to surf.
- 37:59Speaker 1: Again, you're still in the process of becoming the person who surfs.
- 38:03Speaker 1: So, quite simply, the language you would use around that is I surf, I am a surfer.
- 38:09Speaker 1: Watch the shift happen in your body when you actually start identifying like someone who has already done what you want to do, using your words and your language.
- 38:19Speaker 1: And again, don't just do this internally like literally start having conversations with people as if your goal has already been achieved.
- 38:26Speaker 1: If your partner knows you haven't hit the 10K goal, he's going to say wait what?
- 38:30Speaker 1: You haven't done that yet?
- 38:31Speaker 1: Oh, yes, no, I have.
- 38:33Speaker 1: I have Literally become delusional, become so obsessed with your goals that every part of you is so in that moment.
- 38:40Speaker 1: It's so in that moment.
- 38:41Speaker 1: And then finally, just again, with the example of your, your morning routines.
- 38:46Speaker 1: If that's a goal of yours, the language I'm not a morning person means that you are adopting the identity as someone who's not a morning person, someone who's not a morning person.
- 38:59Speaker 1: If that's your identity, you would not create a result of being a morning person and getting up easily in the morning and having these beautiful routines.
- 39:06Speaker 1: That identity just doesn't equal that result.
- 39:09Speaker 1: So, instead of using language like I'm not a morning person, use I love waking up early and making the most of my mornings.
- 39:18Speaker 1: Again, embody the identity as if it's done and watch the shifts happen.
- 39:23Speaker 1: Moving from language, we need to take care of your thoughts.
- 39:27Speaker 1: Again, reminder about point number two your thoughts and feelings make up an electromagnetic field around your body which is essentially like a broadcast that would tune you into particular results.
- 39:37Speaker 1: So the reason you're seeing what you're seeing in your life right now and you are experiencing what you're experiencing and you have the patterns you have and you find yourself in these situations, is simply because you keep tuning into them by thinking and feeling in alignment with them.
- 39:51Speaker 1: So if we want to create change in the feedback, we need to change the broadcast and we do that by changing our language, our thoughts and our feelings.
- 39:59Speaker 1: So the thoughts again.
- 40:01Speaker 1: If your goal for the next 30 days was to make more money, you would not be thinking anymore.
- 40:06Speaker 1: That's a big goal.
- 40:08Speaker 1: I don't have enough followers.
- 40:10Speaker 1: I'm only new in business, I've never made that kind of money before.
- 40:14Speaker 1: That thought would tune you into not having the money.
- 40:18Speaker 1: So we need to be thinking like it's done.
- 40:22Speaker 1: If you were, um, if you were trying to start a new routine or you were trying to learn the new hobby, then you would not.
- 40:32Speaker 1: Yeah, thoughts around the new hobby, like I'm going to be so sad when I don't do this.
- 40:37Speaker 1: Last time I tried surfing, I couldn't do it.
- 40:40Speaker 1: I can never do things like this.
- 40:42Speaker 1: I'm not a very sporty person.
- 40:44Speaker 1: Again, they're not thoughts that would tune you into the frequency and the reality of you being an incredible surfer.
- 40:50Speaker 1: And then, finally, if the goal with the example was to commit to new morning routines, but you're having thoughts like I'll sleep through my alarm, I won't stick to this, I never do.
- 41:02Speaker 1: Guess what?
- 41:03Speaker 1: You won't have the identity as a morning person.
- 41:06Speaker 1: You'll keep struggling with waking up in the morning and committing to that routine.
- 41:10Speaker 1: So, getting on top of your thoughts, being mindful that every thought is sending out a charge that will tune you into whatever you were just thinking about and feeling about, which we'll get to in a second.
- 41:20Speaker 1: So we need to practice metacognition.
- 41:22Speaker 1: We need to observe the thoughts that wouldn't get us what we want and we need to change them to thoughts that would get us what we want the feeling component of this.
- 41:31Speaker 1: So thoughts and feelings come together.
- 41:33Speaker 1: They come together.
- 41:34Speaker 1: Every thought brings on a feeling.
- 41:36Speaker 1: That feeling brings on similar corresponding thoughts.
- 41:38Speaker 1: So, tuning into your body, tuning into your state and seeing, again through metacognition, how you're feeling towards certain things and really just asking, would this be sending a broadcast out that would tune me into more of what I want?
- 41:53Speaker 1: So again, feeling like this goal is out of reach, feeling the disappointment of not achieving it, feeling the lack is going to send out a lack broadcast and it will not tune you into having more of it.
- 42:07Speaker 1: And then, finally, and again this is equally as important as the others, acting like it is done.
- 42:19Speaker 1: So, showing up like you're already making $10,000 per month, showing up like you already surf, showing up like you've been doing this morning routine for years and years and years, that could look like dressing a certain way.
- 42:36Speaker 1: It could look like promoting and talking a certain way on your social media.
- 42:41Speaker 1: It could look like making plans for the following month, as if the goal's already been achieved.
- 42:48Speaker 1: So again, let's take the 10K example, if making 10K in your business will mean that you can quit your nine to five and that's your goal in the next 30 days and you're going all in, like I said to do, and you're expecting to achieve it, well, you're not going to be available in your nine to five the following month to go to that conference because you're going to be out of there right, because you're going to be making 10K.
- 43:11Speaker 1: That's how deep and layered we need to go with embodying this goal.
- 43:15Speaker 1: Going all in the opposite of that would look like setting the goal of 10K for June and knowing that once you hit the 10K you can quit your nine to five.
- 43:27Speaker 1: So setting that goal, but then your boss goes to you tomorrow hey, we have a conference in August in Perth and we need you to go.
- 43:37Speaker 1: That would look like you verbally, out loud and internally agreeing to that and fully like starting to prepare to go to Perth for the conference.
- 43:47Speaker 1: That would completely contradict the goal of you having left your nine to five by July, for example, because you hit that 10K goal in June.
- 43:57Speaker 1: This needs to go deep.
- 43:59Speaker 1: I want to quickly give an example of how powerful this is before we wrap this up.
- 44:03Speaker 1: My client Shelby.
- 44:04Speaker 1: She's in network marketing and she is a nurse and she had the goal, before she finished with me, to be full-time in her business, resign from her nursing, be full-time in her business and making a certain amount of money.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Before she seen the certain amount of money come in, she had put her resignation in.
- 44:22Speaker 1: She told her family she was leaving her job by a certain amount of time.
- 44:26Speaker 1: She booked all of these holidays for after the fact, which she wouldn't have been able to do if she was still in her nine to five because she had no leave.
- 44:34Speaker 1: She was acting like it's done and guess what?
- 44:37Speaker 1: It goes without saying she's achieved the goal.
- 44:42Speaker 1: This stuff is powerful and it's these basic things thinking, feeling, acting like it's done, expecting it to be done it's those basic things that not enough of you guys are doing, which is why there's still a lag, which is why there's still separation.
- 44:55Speaker 1: So a few pointers to consider to make the next 30 days incredible, your most successful 30 days yet.
- 45:05Speaker 1: And, like I said, imagine if you go all in the next 30 days and you really set the scene for this.
- 45:10Speaker 1: Imagine where you're going to be by the end of 2024.
- 45:13Speaker 1: And, of course, if you need my support to continue this journey on beyond the next 30 days and you really want to lock in for sure that you will achieve those goals, then join me inside the Academy Four months we spend together, so that takes us almost up to the end of the year.
- 45:34Speaker 1: You've got me in your world for the next four months to help you create these systems.
- 45:39Speaker 1: Make sure your goals are clear and specific.
- 45:42Speaker 1: Make the space for the goals to come in.
- 45:45Speaker 1: Give you that reminder of the fact that you can do this.
- 45:49Speaker 1: Ensure that you're thinking and feeling and vibrating and broadcasting the signals that would get you to where you want to be Like.
- 45:56Speaker 1: I'm in your corner to make sure you're doing and implementing these five steps and much more than that.
- 46:02Speaker 1: So if the Academy is for you, please diarise the 5th of July, because that is when doors open and we are reducing the enrollment period to only.
- 46:12Speaker 1: It's about five, six, seven, eight days this time.
- 46:16Speaker 1: So eight days to get in and lock in your spot for the next four months with me.
- 46:21Speaker 1: There are a couple of payment plans available.
- 46:23Speaker 1: If you do like an extended payment plan option, such as the four month option, then you can actually enroll from right now and you only have until the 8th of July to utilize that payment plan.
- 46:36Speaker 1: So just an FYI if you wanted to reduce your monthly installments, I'd opt for the four month payment plan, but there is a deadline by the 8th of July.
- 46:44Speaker 1: But otherwise, general enrollment opens on the 5th of July, closes on the 14th of July, and I'm just so excited to get to know you and work with you to make sure that 2024 is your most successful year and, like I said, that those goals you set are not put off for another year.
- 47:02Speaker 1: The life that you are wanting to live can be lived from right now, this year.
- 47:07Speaker 1: Change can happen so fast.
- 47:09Speaker 1: And then, if you don't intend to join me in the Academy, but you still want to soak up some of this, then Recalibrate is going to be such an incredible event.
- 47:18Speaker 1: I over deliver in these free workshops every single time and I have no intentions to change that anytime soon.
- 47:24Speaker 1: So go to the show notes below, grab your free ticket, pop it in your calendar for the 2nd of July.
- 47:30Speaker 1: We're making it really fun.
- 47:31Speaker 1: It's going to be like a cocktail party, so bring a wine, make a margarita or have a mocktail and come and learn how to be an energetic match for the things that you want to manifest.
- 47:43Speaker 1: Cool, let's leave it there.
- 47:47Speaker 1: I hope you love this episode.
- 47:49Speaker 1: Again, just a quick reminder.
- 47:50Speaker 1: If you did, please leave a review and rating on either Apple or Spotify.
- 47:55Speaker 1: I'm so, so, so grateful.
