- 0:03Speaker 1: Enough enough. I don't have any harsh show.
- 0:07Speaker 2: Serir suck and we hold the world ransom for Wayne
- 0:10Speaker 2: yany excuse me while I whipped this out.
- 0:14Speaker 1: Shoot broadcasting live and it led her to a jut.
- 0:18Speaker 3: This this is the Sports Shock Show with Wayne Dandy.
- 0:23Speaker 1: You ma began do lean up, dang, frank me down?
- 0:29Speaker 1: That comes to come to pet it comes to bark?
- 0:33Speaker 4: Is it just.
- 0:38Speaker 1: I'm gonna do it begin. I'm gonna go on the
- 0:40Speaker 1: way you began. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome, I'm listening to the
- 0:48Speaker 1: Sports Shock Show. I'm the swat Shock, Wayne Gandy and
- 0:52Speaker 1: a big war Eagle. Just to start this week off. Yeah,
- 0:57Speaker 1: hate me now, hate me now I'm gonna bring it up.
- 1:00Speaker 1: Why I'm down of y'all trying to throw that cloth
- 1:04Speaker 1: of humbleness around me? You know, like I can't you
- 1:11Speaker 1: think you know Jesus when he was walking sometimes wasn't
- 1:15Speaker 1: laughing at y'all. Man this summers that ward? Yeah coman
- 1:24Speaker 1: you Greg. Big Kenny, like the bad producer, didn't want
- 1:29Speaker 1: some of this smoke. This morning at the North Carolina
- 1:32Speaker 1: lost in the first round. He done decided to dunk
- 1:35Speaker 1: out of some of his early morning smoke. But the
- 1:38Speaker 1: War Eagles, well, you know we will be here Friday
- 1:41Speaker 1: in Atlanta. One of the final four stations is here
- 1:45Speaker 1: in Atlanta. I know another one that is down at
- 1:48Speaker 1: Lucas Oil Stadium. But we will get it kicked off
- 1:53Speaker 1: here on Friday. Only thing about it, I don't get
- 1:58Speaker 1: these You know, we've talked so many times. What's what
- 2:02Speaker 1: these kickoff? These tip off times? The game starts at
- 2:06Speaker 1: nine thirty nine PM Friday. That's a parlay. That's some
- 2:14Speaker 1: sort of pick three number. I want that box straight
- 2:18Speaker 1: and put the parlay on it. I'm telling you, that's
- 2:21Speaker 1: all that's got to do.
- 2:22Speaker 5: All that's all that's got to do with is nine
- 2:25Speaker 5: thirty nine. Somebody's gonna go, oh, nine three nine, Yeah,
- 2:28Speaker 5: put that nine three nine nine three nine, because what
- 2:34Speaker 5: other sense would it make.
- 2:36Speaker 1: I don't know why it couldn't be, you know, forty
- 2:40Speaker 1: nine thirty nine nine, What happened nine? I'm saying, let's
- 2:44Speaker 1: stop trying to stretch our minds any other time outside
- 2:47Speaker 1: of nine thirty What happened nine third? I don't know
- 2:49Speaker 1: what happened.
- 2:49Speaker 5: Remember when television, Remember when television shows used to start
- 2:53Speaker 5: either at the top of over the middle of the hour.
- 2:57Speaker 1: That was it. That was the top of the boy
- 3:00Speaker 1: about it. That's all the bottom of the hour. You
- 3:01Speaker 1: only had a thirty minute show or a one hour show. Period.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Now we got a nine thirty nine. First of all,
- 3:09Speaker 1: we got shell off.
- 3:11Speaker 6: Is not a lot of times the with those broadcasts
- 3:15Speaker 6: like okay, it would the broadcast would start at nine thirty.
- 3:18Speaker 6: They do a pregame segment or something, but tip off
- 3:21Speaker 6: is supposed to be at nine thirty nine.
- 3:23Speaker 1: Yeah, and the and the game don't act the ball
- 3:25Speaker 1: don't actually go in the air to ten o'clock. See,
- 3:28Speaker 1: and you just said nine thirty nine, ten o'clock. Somebody
- 3:33Speaker 1: got their dream book out right now like nine three nine.
- 3:36Speaker 1: And my own thing is you're having you're hosting two games.
- 3:39Speaker 1: Why are we waiting? I don't get the waiting so
- 3:44Speaker 1: long for the athlete. I'm really trying to you know,
- 3:48Speaker 1: in my career, the long the night game was Monday
- 3:53Speaker 1: night or Sunday, but they at least started at eight
- 3:57Speaker 1: o'clock nine at the latest. There is no fun in
- 4:02Speaker 1: playing sitting around waiting on the opportunity to play that long. No,
- 4:10Speaker 1: there's no one that wants eleven o'clock in the morning
- 4:13Speaker 1: tip off. But if you're only hosting two games on
- 4:16Speaker 1: a Friday, so you're saying we couldn't play one game
- 4:19Speaker 1: at two and start the other game at five five o'clock.
- 4:26Speaker 1: Because you're talking about in instances where the people that
- 4:30Speaker 1: are going to watch these games are going to watch
- 4:33Speaker 1: these games period period that that time of the game
- 4:39Speaker 1: is interferfe. It's not on the board anymore. Now our
- 4:45Speaker 1: society has decided to go with the flexible quality of
- 4:52Speaker 1: life way of life. It's a quality you can just
- 4:55Speaker 1: decide on your own commanche to come in at five
- 5:00Speaker 1: thirty am, five thirty nine and work to noon. Yeah,
- 5:07Speaker 1: you know, to put your hours to whatever, fix what
- 5:12Speaker 1: you're trying to do. Sports jock, I've actually done that.
- 5:15Speaker 5: I've actually my last corporate job, I would show up
- 5:19Speaker 5: after comedy shows like I was in that transition from
- 5:23Speaker 5: corporate America to just comedy. And we made an agreement
- 5:26Speaker 5: that if I can get my forty in, don't make
- 5:28Speaker 5: no time, don't make no difference what time of day.
- 5:30Speaker 5: So I come in at midnight, work till eight in
- 5:33Speaker 5: the morning, or come in at three am, work till noon.
- 5:36Speaker 5: And that was that was something that before I asked,
- 5:40Speaker 5: I never even knew was possible. I mean, you know,
- 5:44Speaker 5: I didn't think that people were willing to do that.
- 5:45Speaker 1: But now that's all. So you're making both of these
- 5:48Speaker 1: teams wait Friday. And I'm quite sure if I look
- 5:51Speaker 1: at the other days, which again you know it's the
- 5:54Speaker 1: Big Dance, everything starts on a Thursday, I'm quite sure
- 5:58Speaker 1: it's the same thing where we're just sitting around Atlanta waiting.
- 6:03Speaker 1: So Auburn and those players, and I would say young,
- 6:06Speaker 1: but they're not young like they used to be because
- 6:10Speaker 1: of all the different rule changes. Basically, I think Auburn
- 6:14Speaker 1: has one player that's twenty five thirty seven and a freshman.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I got a nice little I got about eight hundred thousand.
- 6:23Speaker 1: When I am to say a basketball game when most
- 6:27Speaker 1: basketball games are at halftime, yes, by nine thirty eight
- 6:32Speaker 1: nine at night? Yeah, you know, to tip the ball off,
- 6:37Speaker 1: you're almost playing midnight basketball. Do you think that? What
- 6:41Speaker 1: is those thing when they open the season midnight madness? Midnight? Yeah,
- 6:45Speaker 1: you're almost to madness in those situations?
- 6:48Speaker 5: Do you think a lot of that is just it's
- 6:51Speaker 5: almost like children's school schedules are set up to accommodate
- 6:56Speaker 5: parents work schedules. I think that advertising schedules are now
- 7:02Speaker 5: the priority when scheduling entertainment events like the Final Four
- 7:08Speaker 5: in March Madness. We want to get it in that
- 7:11Speaker 5: slot where it's considered prime time, and everything that goes
- 7:16Speaker 5: along with prime time we can insert into this so
- 7:20Speaker 5: the commercials can be a little racier. Plus we can
- 7:23Speaker 5: charge more for them all of that stuff, because otherwise,
- 7:27Speaker 5: why wouldn't we be watching the game at three o'clock
- 7:29Speaker 5: in the afternoon.
- 7:30Speaker 1: I have no idea what. I didn't even know they
- 7:32Speaker 1: really still existed with the nightly daily rate. I thought
- 7:36Speaker 1: it was just the event rate. One event rate is
- 7:40Speaker 1: bigger than the other. Yeah, regardless of what time we
- 7:43Speaker 1: put it on, it could be one o'clock super Bowl
- 7:46Speaker 1: or four o'clock, we're gonna still charge you super Bowl
- 7:48Speaker 1: super Bowl prices right right, regardless of time, because I
- 7:53Speaker 1: just know, I don't know, and I'm not saying I'm
- 7:56Speaker 1: not gonna be there or be up watching, but it's
- 7:59Speaker 1: like that's a long struggle. Struggle. On the last day
- 8:03Speaker 1: of the week, Friday, you know, I guess you have
- 8:07Speaker 1: to get out to keep that energy up because if
- 8:09Speaker 1: you're sitting home, you most likely will fall asleep, especially
- 8:13Speaker 1: if you're not an Auburn are who are they're playing Michigan, Michigan,
- 8:18Speaker 1: Yeah band. Now I think, like Greg is saying, it's
- 8:23Speaker 1: saying tentatively that is gonna kick off or jump off
- 8:28Speaker 1: at right it might.
- 8:31Speaker 6: And they still talking the that's the third game of
- 8:35Speaker 6: the night overall, the Purdue and Houston. They're playing at
- 8:40Speaker 6: Lucas Oil Stadium. You said that game is set the
- 8:43Speaker 6: tip off at ten o nine, So I think to
- 8:48Speaker 6: give everybody an opportunity to watch all the games, because
- 8:51Speaker 6: like with the first round, there were like five or
- 8:55Speaker 6: six games going on at one time, but now it's
- 8:58Speaker 6: spread out enough to where you can probably catch at
- 9:02Speaker 6: least a piece of those fights.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Stillated me started at two o'clock. I'm saying, you eliminated me.
- 9:08Speaker 5: If it's starting at Lucas Oil Stadium at ten o nine,
- 9:12Speaker 5: then it's already eleven on nine.
- 9:13Speaker 1: At my house.
- 9:14Speaker 5: You think I'm gonna be up at like one am
- 9:16Speaker 5: trying to watch basketball, You just totally umber Due or
- 9:20Speaker 5: Houston fan, even though those people are not off. I'm saying,
- 9:24Speaker 5: it's it's one am. Listen, I love March madness. And
- 9:31Speaker 5: it gets to the point now with these games where
- 9:34Speaker 5: I actually have to switch rooms to finish watching them.
- 9:37Speaker 5: I'll start in the basketball viewing room and at some point, man,
- 9:42Speaker 5: if I gotta go towards the bed, like I'm gonna
- 9:44Speaker 5: watch the last quarter while I nod off sleep because
- 9:46Speaker 5: it's eleven forty five.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And I would tell that even the NBA this season,
- 9:52Speaker 1: come on, I try to catch those West Coast games,
- 9:56Speaker 1: but I will tell you that I would say eight
- 9:59Speaker 1: out of ten of them them that I've turned into.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I don't see the second half at all. If it
- 10:06Speaker 1: wasn't if it wasn't for technology where you could go back.
- 10:10Speaker 1: But I only go back if I look at the
- 10:13Speaker 1: score and it turned out to be some tight score.
- 10:16Speaker 1: If I wake up in the morning and one of
- 10:19Speaker 1: the teams won by twelve ID or you know, if
- 10:23Speaker 1: nobody went off for sixty points, I just keep it moving.
- 10:27Speaker 1: But I'm like Kenny, I can't stay up past the
- 10:31Speaker 1: halftime show. Come on, I'm in there good until about
- 10:35Speaker 1: halftime show, and then it's a fade for them a
- 10:38Speaker 1: little twenty minutes a halftime. I'm like the coach from Boston.
- 10:42Speaker 1: You might want to get rid of it, but think
- 10:44Speaker 1: about it. But think about it.
- 10:46Speaker 5: We're from a generation where some of these West Coast games,
- 10:50Speaker 5: by the time they get the halftime, we used to
- 10:53Speaker 5: hear on our TVs channel would be off at midnight
- 11:00Speaker 5: Matt Mash is coming yeah or something like that, and
- 11:03Speaker 5: so now they got whole programing that late at night.
- 11:06Speaker 5: I don't I'm not able to do it.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Well. We've reached the round of sweet sixteen for the men.
- 11:11Speaker 1: The ladies will have one more day to day. You'll
- 11:15Speaker 1: see around for the NCAA. The women's bracket starts around
- 11:21Speaker 1: noon today to figure out who's going to the next
- 11:24Speaker 1: stage or the switch sweet sixteen for them as well.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Right now, seven of those fourteen SEC teams did make
- 11:34Speaker 1: it to the sweet sixteen, so I think that's good representation.
- 11:39Speaker 1: It seems like they validated the people that put them
- 11:43Speaker 1: in that you can put in fourteen and seven make
- 11:46Speaker 1: it to the sweet sixteen. But we'll be back with
- 11:50Speaker 1: more of the Sports Jock Show COMANCHI Greg Big Kenny
- 11:52Speaker 1: the sports jock right after this. I ain't seeing it
- 11:56Speaker 1: fast out and they track give us somebody.
- 12:02Speaker 7: Given as stay.
- 12:08Speaker 8: Term and.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Don't go away.
- 12:17Speaker 9: Or of the Sports Junck Show with Wayne Danfidius coming
- 12:20Speaker 9: up next, are gonna go.

- 15:14Speaker 9: their game to the next level.
- 15:23Speaker 1: We are we are pretty.
- 15:29Speaker 7: On this day tonight tonight, But I want to know
- 15:32Speaker 7: what made and when I say who's now, don't know
- 15:38Speaker 7: what time it is?
- 15:40Speaker 1: Who's walk back to this shock shop, this shock wing
- 15:48Speaker 1: candy just kind of like when you go to any
- 15:53Speaker 1: kind of worship service, church service, regardless of your religion.
- 15:59Speaker 1: To typically when you go to a service, the leader
- 16:03Speaker 1: or the pastor or the bishop or whoever is up front.
- 16:07Speaker 1: It gives you some instructions so you can be in
- 16:10Speaker 1: tuned with today's lesson sermon teachings. So we're going to
- 16:18Speaker 1: put that out there right now before we move on
- 16:21Speaker 1: for you out there, go ahead and google Punchy and
- 16:29Speaker 1: Big Kenny, Richie McKay our I T C h I E.
- 16:42Speaker 1: McKay coach mc ka why it's the head coach of
- 16:49Speaker 1: Liberty Basketball. And we will get her back to that
- 16:57Speaker 1: later in the service, probably after we take the collection plate.
- 17:01Speaker 1: We'll get it back to two collections. Then we're gonna
- 17:04Speaker 1: do two collections aday every day, every Oh. But we're
- 17:12Speaker 1: gonna start here win an overachiever in so many ways.
- 17:18Speaker 1: One of the colorful characters of our time in sports, uh,
- 17:24Speaker 1: someone that we would be remiss not to start the
- 17:28Speaker 1: show off with, and that is the legendary boxer George Foreman.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Regardless of in which way you know George, you can
- 17:39Speaker 1: see the big head and the smile. You can see it.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Don't take a lot of effort. The moonhead and the
- 17:50Speaker 1: smile was mister Foreman, George, two time heavyweight champion in
- 17:57Speaker 1: the ring. Listen to a lot of the older and
- 18:04Speaker 1: once he came back younger boxers, one of the hardest
- 18:08Speaker 1: punchers that boxing had ever seen. That was really his
- 18:14Speaker 1: go to. He was going to It wasn't like a
- 18:17Speaker 1: quick fast, it wasn't a lot of movement.
- 18:21Speaker 4: It was.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Right at you hard shots, you know, Mike Tyson Ali.
- 18:29Speaker 1: Everybody had their own style. George was more lumbered, Jack.
- 18:33Speaker 1: I think my kidney shift. Man, I don't know if
- 18:38Speaker 1: I'm living in the right place. No more. Hey man,
- 18:40Speaker 1: somebody pushed my pushed my intestines in my back. We
- 18:43Speaker 1: are going to move your body with these blows, was George.
- 18:48Speaker 1: George overachieved in the ring two time champ. He went
- 18:52Speaker 1: home with the ladies and produced ten kids, had enough
- 18:56Speaker 1: nerve to name five of them after himself. I was
- 19:01Speaker 1: trying to figure out. I wonder what they call each other.
- 19:04Speaker 1: You know, when you have five boys and you name
- 19:07Speaker 1: them all George, do you think they call themselves? They
- 19:12Speaker 1: called one another by their number four? Hey three, Hey Trey,
- 19:16Speaker 1: you know, hey Douce, something like what would you call
- 19:19Speaker 1: the quad quad? I don't know that kind of uh
- 19:24Speaker 1: midlife crisis, baby, I don't know what do you call it?
- 19:27Speaker 1: What do you call you called the fifth one Cinco
- 19:32Speaker 1: Ocho Cinco.
- 19:37Speaker 5: I mean by the time you dropped the fifth baby,
- 19:39Speaker 5: you just making up names anyway.
- 19:41Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
- 19:42Speaker 5: You done got creative and Bennings as responsible as you're
- 19:45Speaker 5: gonna beat by baby number five.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Well, he had five boys, five girls. Uh. But the
- 19:50Speaker 1: five boys more famously, he named all after himself George.
- 19:55Speaker 1: Uh and uh then he got into a great marketing campaign.
- 20:02Speaker 1: So if you didn't know him for the kids, and
- 20:04Speaker 1: you didn't know him for his boxing, he came into
- 20:08Speaker 1: your kitchen and uh. It was a true thing. The
- 20:13Speaker 1: George Foreman grill? How many have one? Was? I had one?
- 20:18Speaker 13: Back?
- 20:18Speaker 1: Okay, you don't have one now? No, you currently have one? Yes,
- 20:22Speaker 1: I do too. When was the last time you used George?
- 20:28Speaker 1: Well it's in my storage unit, so it's been a
- 20:30Speaker 1: couple of years. Okay, yeah, but it was an actual movement.
- 20:33Speaker 1: I used mine yesterday, used a lot. My mother loves
- 20:38Speaker 1: the forming grill.
- 20:39Speaker 5: She loves that convenience and the ability to walk away
- 20:43Speaker 5: and not have to really well, I was.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Gonna let people know that, just to put things in perspective.
- 20:49Speaker 1: A lot of times, the same way the movement of
- 20:52Speaker 1: the air fryer. Yes, perfect exams grab people. Yes, that's
- 20:57Speaker 1: how the George Foreman grill wrap people in that same way.
- 21:02Speaker 1: So for the younger people, or for some of us
- 21:05Speaker 1: older that forgot that, that's how when that air fryer
- 21:08Speaker 1: and everybody made it seem like you were not patriotic
- 21:12Speaker 1: if you didn't have if you didn't have one, I
- 21:14Speaker 1: can't believe you're still using a pan and crisco. Well
- 21:21Speaker 1: you're trying to tell you how you can get it
- 21:22Speaker 1: crispy or and you know, and well the air fire
- 21:26Speaker 1: sits next to the forming grill. So bringing the generation
- 21:31Speaker 1: app on the counter, Yeah, it's all coffee makeer.
- 21:38Speaker 14: H.
- 21:38Speaker 5: We've got two toasters. My mama don't like that for
- 21:41Speaker 5: sliced computer rise. I wanted this dark for these many seconds.
- 21:45Speaker 1: She just liked the like your mom that, So we
- 21:50Speaker 1: got to keep that one up for her and everybody
- 21:53Speaker 1: else dials up. Actually, you know, the computer actually has
- 21:57Speaker 1: a sort of like a toast app. You our medium.
- 22:01Speaker 5: I want my bagel medium, crisp all that just for
- 22:05Speaker 5: a bag it's got it all up there.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I'm on a bagel medium on this says you want
- 22:10Speaker 1: light no no, no, no, no no no. It gives you,
- 22:13Speaker 1: it shows you. You can go from one to ten.
- 22:15Speaker 1: This is all digital.
- 22:17Speaker 5: These has this has pictures, has a picture of white toast,
- 22:21Speaker 5: weak toast.
- 22:22Speaker 1: What happens when the bagel? What happens if the internet
- 22:26Speaker 1: goes down? We used to toaster? I mean, but seriously,
- 22:35Speaker 1: it has like you know, all of this and times
- 22:37Speaker 1: and it's ridiculous. Well, the great George Foreman passingway at
- 22:41Speaker 1: the age of seventy six. Did you think he was older? George, Yes,
- 22:47Speaker 1: no I did. I thought he was old. Remember he
- 22:50Speaker 1: came in after Ali, So if Ali was alive today,
- 22:53Speaker 1: he would be about maybe eighty three.
- 22:56Speaker 5: But because he was such an eighty two eighty three,
- 23:00Speaker 5: because he was such an adversary, I always saw them
- 23:03Speaker 5: as more peers.
- 23:04Speaker 1: Right when he well, I'm saying when George came on,
- 23:07Speaker 1: George was probably like twenty five in that what was it,
- 23:12Speaker 1: the Thrilling Manila, the Rumbling the jungle, and Ali was
- 23:18Speaker 1: probably sitting there around thirty one thirty two at that time.
- 23:23Speaker 1: So that little just a little bit of age difference,
- 23:27Speaker 1: not a lot, but so yeah, but George Foreman, thank
- 23:31Speaker 1: you for all the delight the heavyweight, the champ because
- 23:35Speaker 1: once you win, the champion always a champ. They haven't
- 23:37Speaker 1: take that away from you. George Foreman, passing at seventy six,
- 23:41Speaker 1: will be back more to Sports Jock Show. Right after this,
- 23:51Speaker 1: I think was one two John Boy Wayne Board of
- 23:56Speaker 1: the Sports John Show with Wayne Dampy. Yes coming up next.
- 24:01Speaker 15: Uh oh brah, that's buzzed.
- 24:02Speaker 1: Oh yeah yeah, he's starting with the woots and now
- 24:07Speaker 1: a speech.
- 24:08Speaker 10: I just want to say that friendship is about heart,
- 24:12Speaker 10: heart and brain.
- 24:13Speaker 1: Who's with me?
- 24:14Speaker 10: Good thing is he knows when he's buzzed, and my
- 24:17Speaker 10: brain is saying when it's time to go home, Somebody
- 24:20Speaker 10: call me a ride.
- 24:21Speaker 4: Love that guy, me too, know your buzzed warning signs,
- 24:24Speaker 4: call for a ride when it's time to go home.

- 26:39Speaker 1: Wayne can Good morning to you out there listening. Lane.
- 26:43Speaker 1: We were just talking off air just how some people
- 26:46Speaker 1: like George Foreman, when you saw George uh In in
- 26:51Speaker 1: the seventies, in the mid seventies when he had to
- 26:53Speaker 1: fight the Rumble in the jungle, he from his style
- 26:57Speaker 1: to his look, he just looked older. When you think
- 27:00Speaker 1: about it, that was basically fifty years ago. That was
- 27:03Speaker 1: around seventy four to seventy five, So we're just throwing out,
- 27:06Speaker 1: say fifty years ago, so he would have been like
- 27:09Speaker 1: twenty six, but he looked like he was more thirty fours. Yeah,
- 27:14Speaker 1: you know, and that's why you think he would have
- 27:15Speaker 1: been older. Some people just have those mature faces. They
- 27:20Speaker 1: kind of grow until We always talk about Lebron James
- 27:23Speaker 1: being one. He didn't. He wouldn't know eighteen. He looked
- 27:28Speaker 1: more twenty five at eighteen at eighteen. And that's why
- 27:31Speaker 1: he doesn't really look any too much older now because
- 27:34Speaker 1: he finally just looks his age. He grew, he grew
- 27:39Speaker 1: into his age. He just came to middle late face man.
- 27:43Speaker 1: And I'm going you probably have some friends and people
- 27:46Speaker 1: that you see or you've seen that they just have
- 27:51Speaker 1: and they can play those old We were talking about
- 27:53Speaker 1: moving actors like Danny Glovers. Yeah, they can play. We
- 27:56Speaker 1: were looking up the numbers. And in eighty six hean
- 28:00Speaker 1: than that first lead the Weapon movie that Danny Glover
- 28:03Speaker 1: did with Mel Gibson. He was forty, but he was
- 28:07Speaker 1: playing a character that was supposed to be about sixty two,
- 28:10Speaker 1: had put thirty years in on the job and was
- 28:13Speaker 1: ready to retire. Yeah, but he was only like forty
- 28:16Speaker 1: years old, thirty nine years old in real life. But
- 28:19Speaker 1: he had that old man, old man face. Who else
- 28:26Speaker 1: has always had the old man face? Samuel L. Samuel L. Yeah,
- 28:33Speaker 1: Samuel is always more than.
- 28:37Speaker 5: Even on Sesame Street it was the kids show. He
- 28:39Speaker 5: was the only dude over there forty two years out. Yeah,
- 28:42Speaker 5: he always looked like he was an adult. Yeah, they
- 28:45Speaker 5: always looked like that, they didn't. You know, we have
- 28:48Speaker 5: to think about a few women we wouldn't want them
- 28:52Speaker 5: to call and and and when you said with women
- 28:55Speaker 5: is not they take it and it's not a put down,
- 28:59Speaker 5: no at all. Is this did you look adult? And
- 29:02Speaker 5: if we go and look, and I'm quite sure before
- 29:05Speaker 5: the end the show, we'll come up with a couple.
- 29:08Speaker 5: They were playing roles adults at a young ages and
- 29:13Speaker 5: we that's why you think they're older, Yes, but they
- 29:16Speaker 5: were not.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Whoopy Goldberg. Yes, I could say is one yes, because
- 29:24Speaker 1: Whoopy Goldberg still today is maybe barely seventy. Yeah. And
- 29:29Speaker 1: she's been around, she's been in a game and twenty
- 29:33Speaker 1: two years. And she did the Color Purple, uh, forty
- 29:37Speaker 1: five years ago.
- 29:38Speaker 5: Forty five years she was playing a woman, playing a
- 29:41Speaker 5: woman in her thirties forties, Yeah, and probably fourteen at
- 29:45Speaker 5: the time, something like that.
- 29:46Speaker 1: But she looked in her thirty and forty I don't know. So,
- 29:50Speaker 1: you know, just to throw out one someone like that
- 29:52Speaker 1: where just always a male Street the actress. She always
- 29:58Speaker 1: just looked like a mature somebody his mom. No matter
- 30:02Speaker 1: when Susan not Susan. What was the lady from Alien Weaver?
- 30:07Speaker 1: Always somebody she was?
- 30:09Speaker 11: She was.
- 30:12Speaker 5: She was playing a student in high school who had
- 30:15Speaker 5: already had a baby.
- 30:16Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. That was and we just
- 30:19Speaker 1: accepted that they looked that part. They looked that part.
- 30:23Speaker 1: Or did I tell you about Richie McKay? Okay, we're
- 30:26Speaker 1: gonna get around to that. Listen, we're gonna get around
- 30:28Speaker 1: che We know we're gonna really get around do it.
- 30:31Speaker 1: We're gonna get around to Richard. Just hold me to that. Now,
- 30:33Speaker 1: we're gonna get around. We ain't gotta be nice, dudes, No,
- 30:36Speaker 1: we do not. Okay, I'm just trying to find out
- 30:38Speaker 1: what the rules off we talk about Richie. One of
- 30:41Speaker 1: the funny moments yesterday someone sent me this video of
- 30:48Speaker 1: the Washington Commander's quarterback Jaydeon Daniels. Seems that he had
- 30:55Speaker 1: taken in some of the n C Double A March
- 30:57Speaker 1: Madness game and he found himself sitting next to USC
- 31:06Speaker 1: superstar Juju Watkins. I'm not sure how they just ended
- 31:13Speaker 1: up in the stands sitting next to each other. But
- 31:18Speaker 1: that's how it happened. And the video shows if you
- 31:21Speaker 1: if you click on to where they were talking and
- 31:24Speaker 1: smiling and laughing and uh Juju was playing with her
- 31:29Speaker 1: ear and everything Jaden was saying was so hilarious, Like
- 31:35Speaker 1: the first joke Rick Richard Pye Ever told, Yeah, Jane,
- 31:43Speaker 1: you are you crazy?
- 31:45Speaker 14: Jane?
- 31:46Speaker 1: Hold on? Hold on, let me call my girl. Did
- 31:49Speaker 1: you hear what Jane's saying? That's what it looked like
- 31:54Speaker 1: a lot of teeth. I'm talking about. You to see
- 31:56Speaker 1: what I'm saying about. It was like a dental exam exactly.
- 32:01Speaker 1: You could just go and advertisement. Everybody's smiling. I'm talking
- 32:05Speaker 1: about It's a picture perfect moment. He got that Yeah, yeah,
- 32:09Speaker 1: I was a Rookie of the Year kind of vibe
- 32:12Speaker 1: going on. You know, I'm a bad boy hanging and
- 32:15Speaker 1: she was looking like, yeah, yeah, I know you a
- 32:17Speaker 1: bad boy. Nothing says I'm winning. When you use that
- 32:21Speaker 1: little dad joke and they fall out like that, You know,
- 32:26Speaker 1: I was, I ain't that funny. You know that I
- 32:29Speaker 1: ain't even that funny. Bro. She then fell all over
- 32:33Speaker 1: laughing and the smack be on the leg. Oh, I'm
- 32:35Speaker 1: a win today. I'm winning. I'm winning. You could tell.
- 32:39Speaker 1: And it seems like a lot of winning was being
- 32:42Speaker 1: done between these two. Jade is twenty four, Juju is
- 32:45Speaker 1: like twenty of nineteen twenty. So it's not like it's
- 32:50Speaker 1: not one of those Bill Belichick stories. They're in the
- 32:55Speaker 1: same frame, right of life. It's a lot of people
- 32:59Speaker 1: married with it. That distance of age is that not
- 33:03Speaker 1: six seven? You know, five six years. There's a lot
- 33:06Speaker 1: of people married like that. Some you can go up teen.
- 33:12Speaker 1: I'm saying, I ain't judging. I ain't judging it. And
- 33:15Speaker 1: we didn't know, we didn't I had a little something
- 33:18Speaker 1: ten years, right, am I right? And this went on
- 33:24Speaker 1: for a little while, and then out of nowhere, Mama
- 33:32Speaker 1: Dang showed up. She had a shield in one arm
- 33:41Speaker 1: an ex caliber and the other she had nobody on
- 33:49Speaker 1: his offensive line blocks like his mama blocks uh in
- 33:54Speaker 1: the next picture. You see in the next video she
- 33:56Speaker 1: has found a way to sit between Juju and Jaden,
- 34:08Speaker 1: And you could tell on the expression on their faces
- 34:12Speaker 1: blocked that we got blocked. The Larry Allen had pulled
- 34:18Speaker 1: around the corner on a thirty four power play talk
- 34:23Speaker 1: about the young Dallas cowboy Larry Allen when he was
- 34:26Speaker 1: about three forty two, and you and you know she
- 34:30Speaker 1: wasn't hate and he had backle see I don't remember, man,
- 34:33Speaker 1: he had let the back of the trick. He's dripping
- 34:36Speaker 1: down and he chewing it with the front teeth, you
- 34:39Speaker 1: know what. You know, back when they start chewing the
- 34:41Speaker 1: skuld with the front teeth, you'd be like, oh, you
- 34:43Speaker 1: could see in this picture she sitting between them. She
- 34:46Speaker 1: probably in the picture she looked like she's saying, girl,
- 34:48Speaker 1: that joke wasn't that funny? That's what she got that
- 34:52Speaker 1: look on him, like you know that joke wasn't that finny? Uh?
- 34:55Speaker 1: And you see her even almost seems like she's chastising, Wow, mama,
- 35:01Speaker 1: And I did look, and I think she she is
- 35:04Speaker 1: also not just Jaden's mom, she's his agent. And it
- 35:09Speaker 1: looks like she tells him to keep his eyes forward.
- 35:15Speaker 1: Now I'm reading what I see. Command you, big Kenny.
- 35:18Speaker 1: I don't know what you guys saw if you saw
- 35:20Speaker 1: the video, but it looked like she was telling him,
- 35:24Speaker 1: won't be none of that going on, Big Kenny. Well,
- 35:30Speaker 1: won't be none of that, Okay, Mama, I'm snuck out
- 35:34Speaker 1: the house before you ain't. No, so because Mama can
- 35:37Speaker 1: read the look. She saw Juju look, and Juju look said,
- 35:41Speaker 1: I'm head at the d C. She got there in
- 35:44Speaker 1: the morning.
- 35:44Speaker 5: She has Yes, she had that heighlander quickening hold on
- 35:49Speaker 5: Juju in the building somewhere.
- 35:51Speaker 1: Because in California. Yeah, he had mentioned it one or
- 35:54Speaker 1: two times. You know that Juju Juju? Who's Juju? And
- 35:58Speaker 1: then now fast forward, here we are and we ain't
- 36:02Speaker 1: Finna had none of that, none of that, and then
- 36:04Speaker 1: went and sat between them. Now nothing says, we ain't
- 36:07Speaker 1: having none of that. I'm a grown man like sitting
- 36:09Speaker 1: between you, I know which which I'm twenty five years
- 36:13Speaker 1: I'm the rookie of the year, and that says and
- 36:17Speaker 1: still we not having none of that, none of that.
- 36:22Speaker 1: So if you haven't seen the video, please look it
- 36:25Speaker 1: up and tell me. And see I didn't see this.
- 36:28Speaker 5: Juju found her way down there next to him, kind
- 36:31Speaker 5: of like slid in his d M and then they
- 36:34Speaker 5: started chatting, and she started laughing real hard.
- 36:38Speaker 1: And then Mama got between, why Mama's like that, but.
- 36:42Speaker 6: That there is an article about why uh, Mom says
- 36:47Speaker 6: he is he's remaining single.
- 36:51Speaker 1: You how you know what that? What how you chang
- 36:54Speaker 1: up to? I mean that that's what she said. That
- 36:57Speaker 1: what she said that she said a lot of people
- 37:01Speaker 1: say it though, Yeah, Jane, we gotta talk, Yeah, we
- 37:08Speaker 1: gotta have a long conversation. Mama is in the wrong conversation, Tombo.
- 37:17Speaker 1: But gonna stay single? How you know, Mama, you ain't
- 37:21Speaker 1: with me all the time. But it was a classic
- 37:23Speaker 1: video made me just all day. I thought about how
- 37:26Speaker 1: she was really stepping in and blocking. Can't use the
- 37:32Speaker 1: first part of that anymore brow that we used to
- 37:34Speaker 1: call it a certain kind of blocking. Yes, uh, And
- 37:38Speaker 1: Mom is on full display trying to dictate that none
- 37:43Speaker 1: of this, Mama, why why would you do that? It's
- 37:46Speaker 1: about that. I don't care that Juju is six two
- 37:50Speaker 1: one seventy. So you making it worse. You're making it worse.
- 37:53Speaker 1: You start describing. You got me thinking about it now,
- 37:56Speaker 1: big bright smile, you see what I'm saying. Long, I'm
- 38:02Speaker 1: gonna be late five of lunch date. I got a
- 38:04Speaker 1: thing I need to go do. We'll be back show

- 41:05Speaker 1: I'm this horse, Shock Wing Gin, d Shaquille O'Neill, Traymond Green.
- 41:10Speaker 1: They have found themselves in a situation as far as
- 41:17Speaker 1: name recognition, no information further than some donations they have made,
- 41:27Speaker 1: and those donations are listed as being embezzled allegedly by
- 41:39Speaker 1: Eugene Big Hugh Hendley, who is described as a leader
- 41:44Speaker 1: of the Rolling Sixties set of the Crips, who was
- 41:49Speaker 1: arrested and is now charged with murder, kidnapping, robbery, extortion
- 41:56Speaker 1: and fraud. He is still at large last time I checked,
- 42:03Speaker 1: or has he turned himself in? You guys know, let's
- 42:09Speaker 1: see this was eighteen members of the Rolling Sixties have
- 42:14Speaker 1: been arrested and charged as well. A couple of days
- 42:17Speaker 1: ago they were still looking for Eugene Big u Henley junior.
- 42:24Speaker 1: Only thing it has with Shaquille and Dremond Green. It
- 42:27Speaker 1: says that they donated roughly around five figures to I
- 42:36Speaker 1: guess the Neighborhood Project Commandchee Greg is that what they're saying.
- 42:44Speaker 1: Developing options is the name.
- 42:47Speaker 14: Of the.
- 42:51Speaker 6: Yeah, it was for a youth sports team and yeah,
- 42:58Speaker 6: for a real estate project or nonprofit.
- 43:01Speaker 1: Yeah, so no criminal chargers seem to be headed towards
- 43:07Speaker 1: Shaq and Draymond H. And I'm only saying this because
- 43:10Speaker 1: they you know, any name now, anyway they can write
- 43:14Speaker 1: it to get you at your call. It's clickbait. They
- 43:18Speaker 1: throw it on there. But this could be as innocent
- 43:21Speaker 1: as any kind of charities two men have given two yeah,
- 43:28Speaker 1: not knowing who is or even if you didn't know,
- 43:32Speaker 1: I don't know your enterprise, right, I just know you came.
- 43:37Speaker 1: You said, y'all was opening up a football camp for
- 43:39Speaker 1: the youth or basketball. I gave you some money. Now
- 43:44Speaker 1: what you did with it is, you know, no different
- 43:47Speaker 1: than when we read stories about people on stole the
- 43:50Speaker 1: band money right right, concession money right. Yeah. So it's
- 43:56Speaker 1: in them same lines until something further. It's said, you
- 44:01Speaker 1: have to put this right up there. And I don't
- 44:05Speaker 1: know the gentleman to speak on him. And a lot
- 44:07Speaker 1: of times the guys that you do know, they don't
- 44:10Speaker 1: come at you in some kind of hey what's going on? Sixty?
- 44:17Speaker 1: Here's my car? Okay, So you know what I'm saying.
- 44:21Speaker 1: I want to Some people have that vision like that's
- 44:25Speaker 1: how they rolled. Hey comes and now like, no, the
- 44:27Speaker 1: man can't walk up to you just like anyone else
- 44:31Speaker 1: now and ask you, you know, and sometimes research that, Hey,
- 44:36Speaker 1: you gave some money to and this is what we
- 44:39Speaker 1: They have a whole idea and they're actually trying to
- 44:42Speaker 1: do it from that on that project. They're actually trying
- 44:46Speaker 1: to do it in a legitimate way right now. A
- 44:49Speaker 1: lot of the times when from my experience, when people
- 44:53Speaker 1: are raising money like that, their reputation precedes them.
- 44:59Speaker 5: There's no need for me go in and say, hey,
- 45:01Speaker 5: I'm Big you from the growth and sixties because everybody
- 45:03Speaker 5: know general named Big You, want to see you, and
- 45:06Speaker 5: everybody know what time it is with Big You. So
- 45:11Speaker 5: a lot of these gentlemen we've seen go legitimate and
- 45:15Speaker 5: do good works in the neighborhood. So when people come
- 45:18Speaker 5: and try and act like you knew you were involved
- 45:21Speaker 5: in something, nef areas I donate a lot of money
- 45:24Speaker 5: to a lot of places. If you've researched all of
- 45:27Speaker 5: those people, maybe you'd find something out about them too.
- 45:30Speaker 5: So I think that it does a disservice to the
- 45:35Speaker 5: art of generating funds for charitable organizations. When criminals get involved,
- 45:43Speaker 5: because now everybody's got to distance themselves in a way
- 45:46Speaker 5: that they can avoid looking like they've done something improper.
- 45:50Speaker 1: And sometimes when you're dealing with inner city projects and charities,
- 45:56Speaker 1: they are sometimes spearheaded by guys that in their own
- 46:03Speaker 1: life for women that are in their own life are
- 46:06Speaker 1: shady characters. Are people that might be on the radar
- 46:10Speaker 1: or the alphabet people, but in what they're bringing to
- 46:14Speaker 1: you is a legitimate. We're trying, you know, to fix
- 46:17Speaker 1: the courts, trying to get the best of the kids.
- 46:21Speaker 1: You know, No, I can't if I do it, they gonna,
- 46:23Speaker 1: they gonna, they're gonna call arrest on me. But if
- 46:26Speaker 1: you give me a thousand dollars, I could just pull
- 46:29Speaker 1: it at other one hundred and fourteen thousand out the
- 46:31Speaker 1: ground and we get it down. So we don't know
- 46:35Speaker 1: how this, but it does seem like a big u
- 46:39Speaker 1: uh is Eugene Henley is in some other trouble way
- 46:44Speaker 1: beyond what Shaq and Draymond might have given. We know
- 46:49Speaker 1: Chack was from the la I mean playing in la Yeah,
- 46:52Speaker 1: he has a house still out there, Draymond, I think
- 46:54Speaker 1: it's from the La era. In't he no, he easter
- 46:56Speaker 1: from Michigan, but he probably has a house house out there. Well, yeah, definitely.
- 47:00Speaker 1: So the guys and they're trying to find things around
- 47:05Speaker 1: you that you can give to hear about a project.
- 47:10Speaker 1: And that's why I said, they're going to use any
- 47:12Speaker 1: mode of discrediting you, of bringing attention to you. That's
- 47:16Speaker 1: just how they use the media now. They write the
- 47:19Speaker 1: story in a provocative way. That's why I was talking
- 47:23Speaker 1: about the Bill Belichick, why do you keep writing it?
- 47:27Speaker 1: Were you emphasizing the age difference? You're doing that for
- 47:30Speaker 1: a particular.
- 47:31Speaker 5: Real Belichick and a girl young enough to be his
- 47:33Speaker 5: granddaughter were today having dinner in a romantic location.
- 47:39Speaker 1: Yeah, they were even getting trying to criticize him for
- 47:42Speaker 1: being able to lift her with his leg. Last week
- 47:46Speaker 1: they were at the beach, and you know, saying that
- 47:50Speaker 1: you shouldn't be doing that as an old man. Why not.
- 47:55Speaker 1: I go to the Hawks game all the time. They
- 47:57Speaker 1: have the kind of silver dancers right right, and those
- 48:01Speaker 1: those ladies show a certain energy and there some of
- 48:05Speaker 1: them are sixty five seventy. They can do splits. Yes,
- 48:08Speaker 1: they dance routines and all that kind of stuff. So
- 48:11Speaker 1: I'm supposed to tell them what we got Lubbock, we
- 48:15Speaker 1: got sant antone. We'll be back Sports show right after this.
- 48:46Speaker 1: John't Bowl, Wayne.
- 48:47Speaker 9: Born of the Sports Jos Hill with Wayne Gandy Yes
- 48:50Speaker 9: coming up next.
- 48:52Speaker 4: Most people out here think that taking care of one
- 48:54Speaker 4: another is important, and most people would step up for
- 48:58Speaker 4: a neighbor going through a tough time. Most people around
- 49:01Speaker 4: here help out friends and family when they need it.
- 49:03Speaker 4: But the funny thing is most of us won't look
- 49:06Speaker 4: for help when we need it. Talk to someone if
- 49:08Speaker 4: you're struggling with mental health, because most people out here
- 49:11Speaker 4: really care. Find more information at loveormind Today dot org.

- 49:24Speaker 22: but it's time we know the facts. Fentanyl is killing people.
- 49:28Speaker 22: It's a powerful opioid, often made illegally and commonly mixed
- 49:31Speaker 22: with illicted drugs. It can even be pressed into counterfeit
- 49:35Speaker 22: pills that resemble prescription medications. Just two milligrams, about the
- 49:39Speaker 22: size of a few grains of sand, could potentially be lethal.

- 50:46Speaker 17: Gamsy Center court on sports news gossip blah blah blah blah.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Rather than siscus. I don't know what this world is
- 51:05Speaker 1: coming to. Yes, Rhythm, put my level hard rama. Will
- 51:15Speaker 1: you never bet on me? You was Salin? You know
- 51:17Speaker 1: what's coming to me? Telling you to hear it? What
- 51:22Speaker 1: race in this war shock show? I'm this wort shock
- 51:24Speaker 1: Wayne Candy, Good morning to you out there listening, Lanne.
- 51:29Speaker 1: Glad to be here with you. Eighty one year old
- 51:35Speaker 1: head high school coach Jim Zulo has been fired. Uh
- 51:41Speaker 1: and y'all was just looking for a reason and then
- 51:43Speaker 1: Jim when it gave y'all a great, great reason. Doing
- 51:48Speaker 1: a loss over the last weekend Northfield High School player
- 51:53Speaker 1: Hayley Monroe, Jim Zulo was upset with her after the loss,
- 52:01Speaker 1: and as you can see her being visible emotional about
- 52:05Speaker 1: the laws, Jim went up and pulled her ponytail, yanked
- 52:13Speaker 1: her ponytail back in a very um I would say,
- 52:21Speaker 1: aggressive way, commandie. And you could see one of her
- 52:27Speaker 1: teammates even defend her that maybe that pert she had
- 52:32Speaker 1: a expression on her face. I couldn't tell between with
- 52:35Speaker 1: the the tears or the pool whether she you know
- 52:39Speaker 1: it was in pain, but her teammates stepped in and
- 52:42Speaker 1: since this incident, Northfeld High School has released Jim Zulo
- 52:50Speaker 1: after this incident, so I guess Jim had some of
- 52:55Speaker 1: that Bobby Knight guy said he forgot. Time have changed.
- 53:00Speaker 1: This is not you know, Jim, you do good just
- 53:07Speaker 1: to go and leave a building. I'm saying, I don't
- 53:10Speaker 1: know how her daddy feel about that. I don't know
- 53:13Speaker 1: how her parents feel about that.
- 53:14Speaker 5: But as the parent of a daughter who competes, I'm
- 53:20Speaker 5: coach pulling her hair.
- 53:21Speaker 1: Where you at with that sports job. I can accept
- 53:24Speaker 1: the firing, Okay, we can leave it right there, Okay,
- 53:27Speaker 1: all right, and that she wasn't hurt physically more than that,
- 53:32Speaker 1: and we can make it past that. Yeah, because I
- 53:35Speaker 1: understand being on the sideline, being in sports, you can
- 53:40Speaker 1: you're always one blink from these types of these types
- 53:48Speaker 1: of incidents. No, not necessarily pulling the ponytail, but grabbing
- 53:53Speaker 1: them by the shirt, right, you know, as you see
- 53:56Speaker 1: coaches sometimes doing you know, push, shoving them in the chest.
- 53:59Speaker 1: You're always as players and coaches, you're always kind of
- 54:04Speaker 1: standing in that emotion. Yeah, it's emotional, you know, kind
- 54:07Speaker 1: of like parenting. Seriously, it's like parenting.
- 54:12Speaker 5: I mean, if you've ever been trying to manage a
- 54:15Speaker 5: child in a moment where both of you were tense
- 54:17Speaker 5: and the child was just making the moment worse in
- 54:20Speaker 5: your opinion, there are times when you hold them different,
- 54:24Speaker 5: when you talk to them different in that moment. So
- 54:30Speaker 5: but I had always projected onto that a more personal relationship,
- 54:33Speaker 5: And so I would have to look at this and
- 54:37Speaker 5: try and offer some grace to the coach because I
- 54:39Speaker 5: know how emotionally fueled those moments are.
- 54:42Speaker 1: Yeah, for him and in that moment, and I can
- 54:46Speaker 1: definitely accept his resignation and him being barred from coaching
- 54:52Speaker 1: other young ladies at that point. But to sit there
- 54:56Speaker 1: and try to act like I've never been in that
- 55:00Speaker 1: box too, where for some reason I just did something
- 55:05Speaker 1: wrong or something bad happening, you want to come over
- 55:07Speaker 1: here and tell me about it. And we are here
- 55:09Speaker 1: on the field, man, you know, just for instant we
- 55:14Speaker 1: might have a little dust stuff, you know, And I say,
- 55:16Speaker 1: that's doing football season a lot where guys people like
- 55:19Speaker 1: guys don't snap at each other or yell at each
- 55:21Speaker 1: other or all. That's where you are. That's where you've
- 55:25Speaker 1: decided to take your emotions today right here in this
- 55:29Speaker 1: little cool environment. Sure, we're all in control of all that.
- 55:34Speaker 1: But when the rockets and the bombs and the yelling
- 55:38Speaker 1: and the smoke and the intention, it gets a little
- 55:42Speaker 1: what you say, come in, you heard me?
- 55:46Speaker 20: What what?
- 55:48Speaker 12: You know?
- 55:48Speaker 1: What I said? It's always what is it about that
- 56:02Speaker 1: word phrase that will just jump off violence and then
- 56:05Speaker 1: you know, hopefully things doing most of the time things.
- 56:08Speaker 1: That's why you don't hear it becoming anything else most
- 56:12Speaker 1: of the time. Swigger gatorade. Later we daffing each other up. Man,
- 56:16Speaker 1: I'm sorry about that, bro. You know how I was
- 56:19Speaker 1: just gave up that sack. He was, and he was saying, man,
- 56:23Speaker 1: you gave up that sack. When I knew that, I
- 56:25Speaker 1: had already told coach, don't call that that dumb play, right,
- 56:31Speaker 1: you know? And y'all calming down and being coached like
- 56:35Speaker 1: what you say? He come on? Like what what? What
- 56:39Speaker 1: did you call that place? That's what I'm talking about.
- 56:41Speaker 1: That's what I'm talking about right there.
- 56:42Speaker 6: I saw that recently with the there's a Knicks game
- 56:45Speaker 6: and Josh Hart and Time Tibodau during a huddle in
- 56:48Speaker 6: a time out, they're like going back and forth, and
- 56:51Speaker 6: then they asked Josh Hart, that's what was going with
- 56:54Speaker 6: the with the coach during that time out.
- 56:57Speaker 1: Uh, were good, It's it's nothing, yeah, because it's it's
- 57:05Speaker 1: like it's not.
- 57:06Speaker 6: I think people try to and if we see it
- 57:09Speaker 6: in sports, we will try to blow it up more
- 57:10Speaker 6: than what it is. I think this, I know that
- 57:12Speaker 6: with this situation with the high school coach is different.
- 57:14Speaker 6: But when we see when we see that, you'll try
- 57:18Speaker 6: to blow it up like as if there's a huge problem.
- 57:20Speaker 6: But like you said, it's it's just one of those
- 57:22Speaker 6: like heat of the moment type of things. And then
- 57:25Speaker 6: everybody's cool.
- 57:26Speaker 1: And and and right and as we and I'm not
- 57:29Speaker 1: justifying it, and I'm not I'm saying that. That's why
- 57:31Speaker 1: I'm saying the school jumping on it quickly making their decision.
- 57:36Speaker 1: You know, it's all you can do. But don't try
- 57:38Speaker 1: to color this man only because you could interview this
- 57:41Speaker 1: young lady. She could have a whole bunch of great
- 57:44Speaker 1: things to say about the coach. But in that one
- 57:47Speaker 1: lapse of judgment, and sometimes that's all we give an
- 57:50Speaker 1: athlete or a coach, that one lapse of time, we
- 57:54Speaker 1: frame their whole career up on things like that, and
- 58:00Speaker 1: when there's other things and I'm saying, especially when you've
- 58:03Speaker 1: put him, sports is a chaotic ha ha ha. Your
- 58:08Speaker 1: whole your that's where you are the whole time. And
- 58:12Speaker 1: then you go and do exactly wrong what I just
- 58:15Speaker 1: told you to do. Don't let big Kenny go right,
- 58:18Speaker 1: and he went right. Then he went right right now
- 58:20Speaker 1: and we lost and wet. And when I told you
- 58:24Speaker 1: don't let big Kenny go right, you gave me that. Man.
- 58:28Speaker 5: I got this like you were above being instructed. And
- 58:33Speaker 5: then you let him go right and we lost. And
- 58:35Speaker 5: I'm on some sea and.
- 58:37Speaker 1: Now you crying like like you didn't see it coming,
- 58:40Speaker 1: and the emotions get him. You're a little heavy. We'll
- 58:43Speaker 1: be back more to sports Jock after this.
- 58:54Speaker 9: Yes, don't go awayne one of the Sports Johnson with
- 59:00Speaker 9: Wayne Dan videos coming up next.
- 59:03Speaker 10: And now let's talk about something exciting life insurance. Three
- 59:06Speaker 10: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 59:09Speaker 10: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 59:13Speaker 10: life insurance.
- 59:14Speaker 23: When I was twenty five, me and my wife are
- 59:15Speaker 23: just getting started with our family and thought we live forever.
- 59:18Speaker 23: Life insurance. Well, it's the last thing on my mind,
- 59:20Speaker 23: what about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 59:23Speaker 23: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 59:25Speaker 23: bills piling up, I was worried how my family will
- 59:27Speaker 23: survive without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with
- 59:29Speaker 23: the insurance informant.
- 59:30Speaker 10: Information gives you power and life. Insurance gives your family
- 59:33Speaker 10: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 59:36Speaker 14: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I
- 59:38Speaker 14: leave my family with bills or benefits.
- 59:40Speaker 10: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 59:43Speaker 10: whether you earn a little or a lot, All you
- 59:45Speaker 10: need is the insurance informant to help you build a
- 59:47Speaker 10: foundation of security, because without you, your family will have
- 59:51Speaker 10: two options, benefits or bills.
- 59:54Speaker 1: Which legacy will you leave behind?
- 59:56Speaker 10: Log on today benefits orbills dot com that's benefit or
- 1:00:00Speaker 10: bills dot com.
- 1:00:03Speaker 8: I never realized that I'd be taking care of a
- 1:00:06Speaker 8: two year old and a nine year old on my own.
- 1:00:09Speaker 8: I think men can be a little stubborn sometimes where
- 1:00:12Speaker 8: pride gets in the way and they may want the help,
- 1:00:15Speaker 8: they may not know how to ask. With my traditions,
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: with the family support in line and just with my
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: mind frame, I was able to turn a negative into
- 1:00:25Speaker 8: a positive. I knew I needed more tools on my
- 1:00:28Speaker 8: toolbox to take care of these little girls that just
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: lost their mother. It's time for me to be that
- 1:00:34Speaker 8: father that I knew I could be. I think just
- 1:00:37Speaker 8: being that good role model as well. That model's good
- 1:00:40Speaker 8: behavior in front of them, going to work every day,
- 1:00:43Speaker 8: coming home and being able to put on that smile.
- 1:00:46Speaker 8: The biggest reward about being a dad is sitting back
- 1:00:49Speaker 8: and watching your kids be happy.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: Never stop being a dad. That's dedication. Find out more
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: in Fatherhood dot gov.

- 1:01:00Speaker 8: Human Services in the ad Council.
- 1:01:06Speaker 2: Enough enough, I don't have any high serier suck and
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: we hold the world ransom for Wayne Yany excuse me
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: while I whipped this.

- 1:01:30Speaker 1: You flank me down? That council come to co get
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: comes to Mark?
- 1:01:36Speaker 13: Is it just.
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna go on the way
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: you began. Welcome back to this boy Shock Show. I'm
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: this boy shock Wayne Gaining. Good morning to you out
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: there and listen England command you Greg Big Kenny in
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: the studio. I like to think my friend Eric, I
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: work over at Publics for invite me out, went up
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: to the Georgia Food and Wine Festival over the weekend.
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: It's great weather yesterday, got out able to eat on
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: some different local food. You know, people that coming up
- 1:02:20Speaker 1: their own creative method.
- 1:02:22Speaker 5: It was up in Marietta close Yeah, yeah, was there
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: was there something that you tried yesterday that you hadn't
- 1:02:31Speaker 5: tried before and now you think, yeah, I'll seek that again.
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: No, and that was That's what I was about to saying.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: That was the only disappointing. None of the food was.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: I was looking for more creativity. It was more of
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: something that you know, you just took taco meat foot
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: on top of planting, right, and that didn't really do it.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: It's just the same thing as taco that combinations never existed.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: But what I'm saying, was the planting pressed out like
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: tortilla or was it just regular planting with taco meat?
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: You see, the regular planting with taco meet more anxiety.
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: That's more exacting head coach of the Troy Trojans. He
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: Scott Cross. He says he basically determines his recruitment on
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: whether players like to go to the waffle house. That's
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: who he likes to recruit, the kind of player who
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: loves the waffle house. Troy small school, but only about
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: maybe the city of Troy, maybe eighteen twenty thousand people
- 1:03:51Speaker 1: down in Middle Alabama, right down the street from Doping
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: for you to you know who marks where the Hall
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: of Famer oc Uman Euro also from Troy, and a
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: lot of big names.
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: We interviewed a gentleman on the sports Jock show from
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: the Troy Dothan area played for the Jts, Jets, Jets Chests,
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: didn't he.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: Did?
- 1:04:21Speaker 14: He?
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: I know, we oci you and your played for the Giants.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: He went to Troy And this was.
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: A few right before we left the old studio. Okay,
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: it was a gentleman there because he was familiar with
- 1:04:33Speaker 5: my family who's from that area.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: Okay, let me we have to think about it. But uh,
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: Troy's basketball team they made Thetorney they got knocked out.
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: They were the fourteenth seat. But coach Cross, I think
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: in Greg, I think it's more of the mindset big Kenny,
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: that coach is kind of going with than it is
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: necessarily that you like the food. Well, think about it,
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: it's kind of that you're okay. Might be the same
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: reason they hire managers. I remember managing for waffle House,
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: and they like people who could work long hours and
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: still maintain high energy. They like the fact that they
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: could multitask. There's a lot of stuff going on in
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: a waffle house at one time, and if you can
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: track all of that stuff and still maintain your composure.
- 1:05:24Speaker 5: You know, when they do that pull for production, egg
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: scattered onto some of the cover. All of that has
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: a system and a science, and it's all studied. So uh,
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: generally people who go to waffle house seem to be
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: a little bit more gritty, more willing to tie.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: Their boots up and work. Is the perception of the
- 1:05:43Speaker 1: person who goes to it. And that's what I'm saying.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: The perception the whatever him and his coaching staff or
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: whatever psychiatrists have deemed the personality traits of someone who
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: would go to or joy the waffle house is what
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: he might want to bring breakout. You got more coachable,
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: they're okay, with more of a slower you know, town,
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: because that's where waff houses are typically smaller towns, smaller
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: towns or even you know here in Atlanta, they're still
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: set up with kind of an old fashioned grass root,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: you know, just a cheap white napkin.
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: On purpose and some high counter, low high counter, couple
- 1:06:33Speaker 5: of booths and jukebox. Juke box playing songs made by
- 1:06:39Speaker 5: the owner's wife. That's the true story. I think it's
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: the personality traits that he likes. He's identifying.
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: And you know, I was talking about the combine and
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: certain questions you get asked at the combine. Teams are
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: judging your answer to get a idea of who you
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: are mentally and emotionally about certain things that they have
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: gone and spend a lot of money working with different
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: clinical psychiatrists and psychologists to formulate these things that on
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: this question.
- 1:07:16Speaker 5: And it's interesting that you can't just flat out go
- 1:07:18Speaker 5: hey man, do you do anything weird in your free time?
- 1:07:21Speaker 5: So you have to ask stuff like do you like
- 1:07:23Speaker 5: waffle house? Have you ever had onions with the ham?
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: You know, you got to come up with a diplomatic
- 1:07:29Speaker 5: way of answer, right, You know, people can read different
- 1:07:35Speaker 5: kind of stuff based on what that is. You know,
- 1:07:38Speaker 5: how do you how do you eat your when the
- 1:07:40Speaker 5: last time you've been to I went to Wahlfe House maybe.
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: About eight days ago. Okay, what about you commanded Gret
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: about a month ago. So y'all still got that grit
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: still under your fingernails. But Commands is from Oklahoma one,
- 1:08:01Speaker 1: so I can imagine. The only one that's odd is
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: the Chicago. Well, I'll be out there. I don't even
- 1:08:08Speaker 1: have waff House in Chicago. No, they don't let them
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: go that far up north. They can't.
- 1:08:12Speaker 5: They can't expand past the Mason Dixon line. So they
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: have like a huddle little house or huddle house or
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: griddle house, waffle pancake house or something like that.
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: They do have them in Oklahoma. Yes, all right, okay,
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: so I didn't think so you you were a pancake house.
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: No, No, I love waffle house. I like the transient
- 1:08:32Speaker 5: nature of the staff.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. It might be a dude
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: who come to the waffle house after the club that
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: night be working by morning time in the They really
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: do hire people like that. Stars has acquired a docu
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: series about Magic City, the legendary strip club here. Stars
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: is going to put a docu series together. It's supposed
- 1:09:04Speaker 1: to premiere this summer. The thing that stood out to
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: me commands she big Kenny that I didn't know out there,
- 1:09:13Speaker 1: and maybe someone can hit me up because I haven't
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: been to Magic City maybe in a decade. Oh my goodness.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: For me, it's or or fifteen years somewhere in there.
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: For me, it's been at least three hours, eighteen nineteen hours.
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. That's progress now, it's progress,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: but it's been a while. I guess my question was
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: I was reading the article and it was saying that
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: people referred to it as the Black Studio fifty four.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: What wasn't that a disco? But I thought, yeah, Pool
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: was a dance, a dance, So how did Magic City
- 1:10:02Speaker 1: a Camma ray? That's where like the.
- 1:10:06Speaker 6: A lot of the celebrities would go to to hang out,
- 1:10:10Speaker 6: but still it was where they would go to hang
- 1:10:12Speaker 6: out and dance. That's not from what I've heard. Magic
- 1:10:15Speaker 6: City is a gentleman.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: It's a gentleman. Yes see, it's really a one sided
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: dancing establishment. You sit and watch them dance. From what
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: I hear. You know what you said, just was there
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: eighteen hours ago, right right, We all just left that
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: right about eighteen hours ago, which is a long time
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: if you go a lot, Eighteen hours a long time. Yes,
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: I didn't get the part when I read that part
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: of where the connection of Studio fifty four and Magic City.
- 1:10:52Speaker 5: But have you ever noticed that when it comes to
- 1:10:55Speaker 5: Studio fifty four, places like Magic City, those were supposed
- 1:10:59Speaker 5: to be places that people who had access, exclusive people,
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: celebrities and things like that could go and be themselves
- 1:11:06Speaker 5: without people watching. So to be making documentaries and telling
- 1:11:11Speaker 5: about all the stuff that you hadn't got caught doing
- 1:11:13Speaker 5: up to this time just seems a little odd to me,
- 1:11:16Speaker 5: Like you're gonna show footage of Magic City. You're not
- 1:11:19Speaker 5: supposed to be filming in there. How did you get footage?
- 1:11:25Speaker 5: I guess it's just going to be one of those
- 1:11:26Speaker 5: you know, everybody's open for business. I saw Magic, I
- 1:11:30Speaker 5: saw the owner, original owner at least Magic at a
- 1:11:34Speaker 5: Hawks game a couple of weeks ago. So it's supposed
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: to be a five part doc series about this, you know,
- 1:11:42Speaker 5: the people who go and the impact that it has
- 1:11:45Speaker 5: had has been around I know at least what thirty
- 1:11:47Speaker 5: five years minimum when I moved to Atlanta. I just
- 1:11:52Speaker 5: didn't get the Studio fifty four. It seems like us
- 1:11:55Speaker 5: two different things.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: Apples and oranges, that they're not the same. They really are.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: What you hear about Studio fifty four. Someone was selecting
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: you to even get in. Yes, Magic City, you can
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: get in. It might be a long line some nights, Yeah,
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: now you can. You can extra to go to the
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: front of them. Yeah, but there's no but no, no
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: no with them big Man, not tonight. But Atlanta is
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: a lot of shows come out of here, a lot
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: of At first, I thought it was gonna be just
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: a fast regular not a docu series, but just a
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: regular series series. But it looks like there's gonna be
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: more on an investigative kind of what was that thing
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: we like the Last Dance?
- 1:12:44Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah right, kind of like uh one of those
- 1:12:48Speaker 5: documentary uh exposed as.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: So be interesting to see which celebrities they do get
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: to talk about going and hanging out there. We'll be
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: back with more of the sports jocks right after this
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: will be inside.
- 1:13:02Speaker 24: Got the last that we never came back, the Redown
- 1:13:07Speaker 24: to the Bone and now they got me rapping on
- 1:13:09Speaker 24: the mic before and then we're talking on the class
- 1:13:11Speaker 24: is the Last Champagne and Rumble Baptist.
- 1:13:16Speaker 9: John Bourwayne Word of The Sports John Show with Wayne

- 1:18:04Speaker 1: did a good job and it went under the line.
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: She's only twenty six. It went with all the rest
- 1:18:09Speaker 1: of the things that Hollywood rewards its actors actresses. However,
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: you want to say it for the commitment typically like uh,
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: it's gaining weight or losing weight, of the commitment of nudity, Yes, yes,
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: training weeks and months every.
- 1:18:36Speaker 5: Day that if you go in that is they're gonna
- 1:18:41Speaker 5: that will change changing your look somehow.
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: Yeah, especially if you're doing it natural and I saw
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: this young lady. The movie of Noora is about a
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: New York poll dancer, stripper or whatever you want to
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: call them up there. Uh, and she committed to doing
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: her own scenes, and especially first in the movie, it
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: was a lot of showing her dancing, and you would
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: have thought she was that's what she did for a living.
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: And then I was like, oh, that that click that
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: when Gwyneth Paltrow did nude scene Shakespeare in Love, when
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: Holly Berry Sharon Stone. It seems that when you if
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: you okay and you're willing to go that far, and
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: then on the other side, when somebody like a Tom
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: Hanks or Charlie Steering got that oscar, when she gained
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: all that weight for Monster to be that the serial
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: killer lady, she gained like thirty forty pounds to play
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: that role. I was because I'm always wondering why that performance? Yeah,
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: why that performance? And sometimes it's suggest that Danica Patrick
- 1:19:50Speaker 1: is forty three, Kyle Lowry of the six Ers is
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: thirty nine, Catherine McFee is forty one, Avery Johnson fifty six,
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: Oh David's fifty six, the Great Tom Glavin is fifty nine,
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: and Ryl Swoops is fifty four years old? Is Cheryl Swoops?
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: Big Kenny? A lot of choices on here and a
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: lot of you start off a lot of choice week, Jock.
- 1:20:19Speaker 5: Command you Greg, No, what you doing well this week?
- 1:20:23Speaker 5: This week I'm clocking in for Sarah. Dippitdy Sarah. Jessica
- 1:20:27Speaker 5: Parker is always looking for big.
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, here I go, Sarah. Jessica far Sarah,
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: she looking for big. She spent the whole series looking
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: for peace in the city. Hey, here we go, sex
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: and ten seasons of it season. You just come to Marietta.
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: You know, we got the food and wine festival and
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: a little clocking. Yeah, so come on, Sarah Jessica fark okay, uh,
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: big Kenny. I read that they taking the chubby their
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: filter from TikTok. They got a lot of backlash. I
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: don't know much about TikTok, but the filter seems to
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: let you be able to show yourself if you wanted
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: to be chubby.
- 1:21:15Speaker 7: Uh.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: And I was wondering, guys, I know y'all know more
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: about the TikTok world than me. Did they remove the
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: one that makes you look skinny or tall or short?
- 1:21:27Speaker 14: Like?
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: Where does this?
- 1:21:27Speaker 25: Why?
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: Why does or the one that makes you look like
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: Moulan or Pokahontas or the what's the one with the
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: rock in it? Now that that uh Moana or any
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: of those like they've got a filter that makes you
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: look like an avatar. They don't want to take that
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: one out. Well, that's what and that's why I'm asking
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: you and Greg, like to remove one filter would be
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: to remove all? Yeah? Right, A filter is a filter?
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: Yes it is, yes, it is. Well, any that like
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: that alter the alter the body in that way?
- 1:22:05Speaker 6: I mean I could. I ain't understand, like if you
- 1:22:07Speaker 6: remove one removed all? I haven't seen one where it
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: makes someone look skinny. Most of them that see like
- 1:22:13Speaker 6: it gives someone who doesn't have facial hair gives them
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: facial hair.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: You see how he said that? You see do you see?
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: Did you see how what disdain? He added? Someone who
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: doesn't have facial hair gives them facial hair. We get
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: it great or that take it away away? But what
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: makes one filter to be able to re remove? To me,
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: either we're filtering or we're not. That's what I don't
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: understand that well, and are you mad?
- 1:22:47Speaker 5: Most people who use filters use them on themselves and
- 1:22:51Speaker 5: the pictures that they take. So are you saying I'm
- 1:22:53Speaker 5: bullying myself by making myself look bigger.
- 1:22:56Speaker 6: They're saying it's a form of body shaming for people
- 1:23:00Speaker 6: who like use it as as a joke, as like, oh,
- 1:23:04Speaker 6: this is before and after. But even though it's just
- 1:23:09Speaker 6: the joke and using the filter, it's.
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: In my life.
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: It ain't no joke because I can't go to after,
- 1:23:17Speaker 5: I can't go to before. I'm just after all the time.
- 1:23:20Speaker 5: Is that what they're saying, Like if i'm if I'm overweight, making.
- 1:23:23Speaker 6: With people who are who who are actually overweight, But
- 1:23:27Speaker 6: what about the person that's overweight when they go and
- 1:23:30Speaker 6: do something with a filter, whatever that filter.
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: Is make themselves lighter or make their eyes bigger, brown blue?
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: You know what I mean? That's not body shaming. I
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: guess it's so only body shaming is only if I
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: make myself look bigger. Yes, but I'm bigger, and I
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: I'm lost, and I know a lot of people you're
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: using even oh, you're just using the filter to you know,
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: make content. You are you are body shaming me who
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: is not making the content and not using well the filter.
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: You feel so bad about yourself and see this is
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: the thing because I know you, Greg.
- 1:24:22Speaker 5: I've known people who can't gain weight, and they go
- 1:24:26Speaker 5: through a lot of emotional and psychological issues because you know,
- 1:24:30Speaker 5: you guys are out there trying to be skinny, and
- 1:24:33Speaker 5: I eat sixty seven hundred calories a day and I
- 1:24:35Speaker 5: can't gain.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: I know plenty of people who do not want to
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: be then right. They won't meat on their bones, they
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: just don't sit around and turn tables over, but they
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: do have there there is a group of people who
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: don't like that their body won't develop right. But we'll
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: be back command you, Greg right after this. When our
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: field we're gonna get all down now, don't go away.

- 1:25:41Speaker 23: What about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:25:45Speaker 23: When I was forty with a kid in college, and
- 1:25:46Speaker 23: bills piling up. I was worried how my family will
- 1:25:48Speaker 23: survived without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with

- 1:26:25Speaker 13: We tough it out, feel exhausted, we push on feeling down.
- 1:26:31Speaker 13: We pull ourselves up by the bootstraps. But there are
- 1:26:34Speaker 13: times when bootstraps aren't enough, when stress gets to us
- 1:26:38Speaker 13: and we need to talk to someone about what we're
- 1:26:40Speaker 13: really going through. So we're going to reach out because

- 1:28:18Speaker 1: him a two year deal headed there to continue.

- 1:28:26Speaker 5: I'm strong, you strong, We strong.
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: In New York. Yeah, so we see what the giants
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: who still seem like they may be in the Aaron
- 1:28:39Speaker 1: Rogers sweep steaks. Russell Wilson still hasn't fallen upon a home.
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: Joe Flacco as well, But I think James is just
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: someone there signing still in mind of having that veteran. Yeah, similar,
- 1:28:55Speaker 1: like I was saying with here in Atlanta, you don't
- 1:28:58Speaker 1: want him at the price. But you could see the
- 1:29:01Speaker 1: understanding that the Falcons was using with Kirk Cousins, like,
- 1:29:05Speaker 1: if you're gonna do a young guy, you really want
- 1:29:09Speaker 1: a true someone in the room. It can't just be
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: from the coach or the head coach, or it has
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: to be something it makes more sense from one of
- 1:29:18Speaker 1: your peers that they can really just tap on the
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: leg during the meeting, yes and get some Hey man,
- 1:29:24Speaker 1: is that real?
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: Right?
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: Man? Don't listen. Don't listen, do not running that trouble
- 1:29:31Speaker 1: smack track. No, no, don't ever listen to that when
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: they call that audible every time they call that Now
- 1:29:36Speaker 1: they're only gonna call it two three times a season,
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: but each time they call it just audible.
- 1:29:41Speaker 24: Bro.
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: Yeah, just like you didn't get to play do this?
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, and then just go with something you know
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: and just run something but don't listen. And you do
- 1:29:52Speaker 1: need that person to give you that confidence day. Man,
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: is that gonna work? Na, It's not gonna work. Ever works.
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: So Jane is Winston in New York. We got a
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: couple of comments, yeah, comments from our loyal online listeners.
- 1:30:05Speaker 9: Uh.
- 1:30:06Speaker 5: Uncle Charlie says, hey, sports jock, just have to say
- 1:30:08Speaker 5: good morning and go blue all the way from Michigan.
- 1:30:11Speaker 5: You know he going with Michigan against Auburn. Uh, we
- 1:30:15Speaker 5: have an elder. Casey said that that waffle house diet
- 1:30:18Speaker 5: is a high grease content. Now you can tell that
- 1:30:21Speaker 5: somebody don't eat at waffle house thinking about the grease.
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: That's why both and I'm telling you because that's why
- 1:30:31Speaker 1: we go ahead.
- 1:30:33Speaker 5: Jared said that the coach ain't trying to recruit nobody
- 1:30:37Speaker 5: north of Pennsylvania, and uh, Uncle Charlie also said that
- 1:30:41Speaker 5: Magic City the first stop that you make when you
- 1:30:43Speaker 5: hit at l and that's the truth. First time for
- 1:30:46Speaker 5: the males. First time you come to Atlanta, Uh, shortly after.
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: You hit the ground, people, you won't go to Mexican
- 1:30:52Speaker 1: because that's still true today today, really to this day.
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: Was it when I first got here, Well, it was
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: Club one twelve or something like that.
- 1:31:05Speaker 5: Club that was where you could go and meet women
- 1:31:10Speaker 5: if that's what you were trying. But if you wanted
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: to just see women, you went to Magic City. Okay,
- 1:31:17Speaker 5: and if you came with more than just the guys
- 1:31:20Speaker 5: won twelve or something.
- 1:31:21Speaker 1: We can all do. But Magic City was my first.
- 1:31:24Speaker 5: I remember we hadn't even I saw the skyline six
- 1:31:28Speaker 5: flags and then they look Magic City off this exit
- 1:31:32Speaker 5: and we got off the exit.
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: I don't think magic didn't ring in my ear like that.
- 1:31:40Speaker 1: But I came here in a bowl game in nineteen ninety. Yeah,
- 1:31:46Speaker 1: y'all had other stuff to do. Yeah, that's my first
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: encounter here. We came here, so anything that would cost
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: money back then, yeah, it is void of my attendance.
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: And when I was because that was like a sophomore
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: or you know, in college. And Jared said Magic City.
- 1:32:05Speaker 5: Then in the waffle house, that's the order that came
- 1:32:09Speaker 5: in in Case said, they call it the shoe show.
- 1:32:15Speaker 1: Uh and all that. It's it's something that people have
- 1:32:19Speaker 1: always comes, like you're saying, come to town, and whether
- 1:32:22Speaker 1: they are a it's become a landmark. It is so
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: especially on the mall, like you said, side that even
- 1:32:30Speaker 1: if it's not something you ever go back to again. Uh,
- 1:32:33Speaker 1: some people just want to go and it becomes a
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: landmark when they don't care that you're taking them on
- 1:32:41Speaker 1: the hot night, right, you could just drive them by
- 1:32:44Speaker 1: an afternoon. They just want to and walk in. Why magic,
- 1:32:51Speaker 1: nobody's even working. It's just a DJ and the waitress
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: and man that was live. I know it wasn't. So
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: it's the sun still out. Ain't nothing going on in
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: here right now. Richie McKay, I told you Big Kenny,
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: we was gonna get the Richie and we ain't got
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: to be nice. Liberty University head basketball coach. Liberty got
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: blown out in the first round of the tournament by
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: the Oregon Ducks, but Richie McKay, the head coach, left
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: a last thing impression and it all centers around Richie's hairline.
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: If you haven't had time to pull up Richie McKay,
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: please do at some point today and look what is
- 1:33:41Speaker 1: barber did to him? This is when you know it's
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: time to change barber, because to me, a barber is
- 1:33:50Speaker 1: supposed to police you on your look and let you
- 1:33:54Speaker 1: know when you've gone or going to false matter of
- 1:33:57Speaker 1: trust that he's supposed to take a stand when you
- 1:34:02Speaker 1: ask him for something he really just know is not
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: your look, and be willing to lose your forty dollars.
- 1:34:11Speaker 5: I'm saying, now, hey, I want I remember White had
- 1:34:17Speaker 5: stylists who specialized in hair growth. She wanted a pixie cut.
- 1:34:22Speaker 5: Now I don't do that here.
- 1:34:24Speaker 1: I'm saying, now, you can get it done, but I
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: specialize in hair growth. So you think your barber.
- 1:34:30Speaker 5: Would go, I don't know, Man Dreds and you got
- 1:34:34Speaker 5: the George Jefferson thing going. I don't know if Dreds
- 1:34:37Speaker 5: is your look.
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: Well, Richie seems to be having who's fifty nine years old,
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: he's been at Liberty about ten twelve years. He has
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: a receding hairline. But he seems to be have That
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: is barber. And the only reason I know what Barbara
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: did it was because the edge of it is straight
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: to Crisp to Chris Crispline's Crisp line. So I don't
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: know that he could do that himself. But it looks
- 1:35:12Speaker 1: like he's sprayed in like a spray. Now that's a
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: die yea spray.
- 1:35:22Speaker 5: The spray has to catch hair to work, has to
- 1:35:26Speaker 5: have a certain amount of hair to work. But when
- 1:35:28Speaker 5: you see it actually on the skin, that's the Beijing
- 1:35:33Speaker 5: Carlos Boozler boozer thing.
- 1:35:35Speaker 1: Now in this instance, is he not afraid of how
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: the sweat might bring that into his eyes? Like right there?
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: Because you've got to coach a game, there's a waterproof
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: well no, no, no, no, remember the boxer, he said,
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: that's to box his name. David said, Oh it was
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: grease that got.
- 1:36:06Speaker 5: I just got done, and you know it was no
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: why y'alluses.
- 1:36:14Speaker 1: Well right here, it's just why. I guess. I would
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: ask why the barber. I would ask why any of
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: his good friends, not his casual friends, but his good friends.
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: He got to have at least one or two good friends,
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: if not his wife. He's sixty years old, so he
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: most likely has a child. But why comanchie, did you
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: do this to yourself? I'm gonna be on TV. Libby
- 1:36:43Speaker 1: don't have the nastally televised games we in the tournament.
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: They're gonna see me. This is a recruiting tool. I
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: gotta I gotta look stop. That's that's reason or not?
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: Right now? Are we looking for? Are we looking for
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: your priorities right now? Because nothing says young thunder Cat
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: going to Liberty like look at coaches hell. I gotta
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: get it. I gotta be a part of that. I
- 1:37:18Speaker 1: gotta be a part of that if I don't do
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: nothing else. I don't even know how these players. I
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: know they cracked if they had to in the locker
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: room because they seen them.
- 1:37:31Speaker 6: They saw them, and this is not I don't know
- 1:37:35Speaker 6: if it's the first time, but I feel like I've
- 1:37:37Speaker 6: seen some other pictures of them where he had the
- 1:37:40Speaker 6: same haircut minus the Beijing and it looked like this
- 1:37:47Speaker 6: was sometime during this season.
- 1:37:49Speaker 1: Well, the thing that confused me with Richie is that
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: the majority of the hair that's on your head is
- 1:37:56Speaker 1: salt and pepper. So you're saying, is one patch see
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: see that staying That's what I'm saying, says one patch
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: in the front. But the technology working on waterproof right now,
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: that's what we're working on, sir. We ain't working on
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: color blend.
- 1:38:14Speaker 5: We're working on waterproof right now, so nobody gets it
- 1:38:18Speaker 5: sweating into their eyes.
- 1:38:20Speaker 1: And then ten fifteen years or so, maybe we'll in
- 1:38:25Speaker 1: different shades so you're not gonna recognize. I got one
- 1:38:29Speaker 1: patch of pure black hair, Oh, everybody can see it.
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: And then behind that, I got some salt and pepper missing.
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: Like you got this one patch of solid black grown
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: in in every hair, follicle.
- 1:38:42Speaker 5: Hair, and then the rest of it is falling out
- 1:38:46Speaker 5: in salt and pepper gray. Okay, And Richie thought this
- 1:38:50Speaker 5: the look this what I'm history. I'm gonna be invisible
- 1:38:55Speaker 5: on TV tomorrow. Ain't even gonna be able to see me.
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: Who coaching?
- 1:38:58Speaker 5: Y'all?
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: It looked like another stew down now on the bench.
- 1:39:02Speaker 1: I don't know what he was going for, but he
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: did not achieve it. This this ran recruits away. You
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: command your grace, they use it as We'll be back
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: to Sports Jock Show right after this J't Bowl.

- 1:41:52Speaker 1: six wa London. Say you can see a sports jat
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: I'll sing even welcome back to this one shock show
- 1:42:12Speaker 1: up this one shocks wing. Can the guys real quick
- 1:42:15Speaker 1: Aaron Rodgers a stiller or Aaron Rodgers not a stealer.
- 1:42:19Speaker 1: What are y'all like? Yay, nay, not really.
- 1:42:25Speaker 5: I don't see Aaron Rodgers anywhere else really, just with
- 1:42:29Speaker 5: retirement jeopardy or something.
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: Yeah, come on, man, try that again. Not not that
- 1:42:37Speaker 1: he won't do it. I'm saying, not that they won't sign.
- 1:42:40Speaker 1: I'm just do you see him as it? Yeah? I
- 1:42:45Speaker 1: could see it. You see it? Okay, I don't know
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: how well it's gonna go, but up it definitely. It
- 1:42:55Speaker 1: definitely screams a sense of desperation, of an idea of
- 1:43:02Speaker 1: when now or never, almost something you've kind of never
- 1:43:07Speaker 1: seen with the Stillers if they had made this move
- 1:43:12Speaker 1: out of Green Bay. And sometimes what you do as
- 1:43:17Speaker 1: a player, you do end up the team after the
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: team is the team who wanted you the first time around.
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: Like a like auld take a guy that got drafted high,
- 1:43:29Speaker 1: didn't do well at say Miami, but then when the
- 1:43:36Speaker 1: Jets get opportunity to get him, they get him, and
- 1:43:38Speaker 1: you'd be thinking, well, why do you took that down?
- 1:43:40Speaker 1: But that's who they wanted before they got drafted a
- 1:43:44Speaker 1: lot of times, so the Stellers, this could be a
- 1:43:47Speaker 1: thing that the Stellers saw this two years ago, but
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: they didn't want to They didn't want to economically go
- 1:43:53Speaker 1: there like the Jets did. Uh So maybe that's why
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: he has a lot of sway. What they think they
- 1:44:00Speaker 1: can do, I don't know them. Maybe they can fix
- 1:44:04Speaker 1: the old line real quick. That's the only reason I
- 1:44:06Speaker 1: gave Russell Wilson a little edge of bringing him back.
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: He's still at thirty six thirty seven and has a
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: little wiggle in him, and based on that, the old
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: line is not set. But you do have dk Metcalf.
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: You got the young receiver. What's the young receiver on
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: this second third year? Pickings? Pickings over there? George Pickings, right,
- 1:44:26Speaker 1: is it George George Pickins? Yes, So maybe that's what
- 1:44:30Speaker 1: it gives Aaron Rodgers. But this is definitely a one
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: year thinking we can win it kind of move to me. Now,
- 1:44:39Speaker 1: what is he gonna give him this season that we
- 1:44:41Speaker 1: hadn't seen him pull out? Well? Remember I said, the
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: one thing with him and Kirk Cousins that you have
- 1:44:46Speaker 1: to give them a little room with is that you
- 1:44:50Speaker 1: have that injury. Yeah, they're coming back off of will
- 1:44:54Speaker 1: be less of an affecting their game. Yeah, he'll he'll
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: be a lot more open. Yes, whatever he was gonna
- 1:45:01Speaker 1: be is gonna be. He'll be able to do it
- 1:45:04Speaker 1: this year without that injury holding him back because we're
- 1:45:08Speaker 1: talking about one of the most I mean really the
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: major you're talking about the Achilles's. It's even bigger than
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: in a c L, especially based on your age. It
- 1:45:21Speaker 1: takes longer. It's the strongest ligament in your in your body.
- 1:45:26Speaker 1: So we will see. Just wondering the Rogers that has
- 1:45:31Speaker 1: been around for the Jets is not something I say,
- 1:45:33Speaker 1: the Stellers, but the Stillers seem to have their eyes
- 1:45:36Speaker 1: still on the Green Bay Rogers because there was a
- 1:45:40Speaker 1: there was a diva that New York exposed that we
- 1:45:45Speaker 1: didn't fully see in Green Bay, right, But the Steel
- 1:45:50Speaker 1: City in Green Bay go about football the same way.
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: So maybe they feel like they're putting him back in
- 1:45:57Speaker 1: more of a Green Bay environment and the big apple
- 1:46:01Speaker 1: right right kind of environment. So maybe you know, if
- 1:46:05Speaker 1: it happens, it hasn't happened yet, or at least I
- 1:46:07Speaker 1: don't see it on the books of happening yet. Ed
- 1:46:11Speaker 1: Reed jamal lewis just for you that's local here. Uh,
- 1:46:15Speaker 1: they are having a fundraiser for Chambley Football. Remember Chamblee
- 1:46:20Speaker 1: made Ed Reed the offense coordinator and his former teammate
- 1:46:25Speaker 1: Jamal Lewis's son goes there. I think maybe he's the
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: running back coach over there as well. But Top Golf
- 1:46:33Speaker 1: in Alfaretta this Friday, they'll be over there. This is
- 1:46:38Speaker 1: where we're going.
- 1:46:39Speaker 5: They better check the guest listen, make no rolling sixties
- 1:46:42Speaker 5: coming up in then.
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: I'm saying, makes sun.
- 1:46:47Speaker 5: None of them folks coming in with no checks, asking
- 1:46:51Speaker 5: for no money. And we're talking about Hall of Famer
- 1:46:54Speaker 5: Reed the Top Golf, one of only seven men, eight
- 1:46:59Speaker 5: men over two thousand y'all in the season in a season,
- 1:47:03Speaker 5: Small Lewis super Bowl champ with the Ravens.
- 1:47:07Speaker 1: Over there in Top Golf, which ain't f from money,
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: send it to me. It ain't from Magic City though
- 1:47:13Speaker 1: they get their Ni L chests ready. H These young
- 1:47:17Speaker 1: kids are moving around. I know most of you are
- 1:47:20Speaker 1: haven't gotten to the high school level. But whether you
- 1:47:22Speaker 1: have a son, daughter in high school, or you got
- 1:47:25Speaker 1: a grand kid, you'll get to see it in a minute.
- 1:47:28Speaker 1: It's going on a little more than you think. Did
- 1:47:32Speaker 1: you see it? Campbell? They poaching quarterbacks, and did you
- 1:47:36Speaker 1: see a campbell?
- 1:47:36Speaker 5: They got rid of their the two coaches that their
- 1:47:40Speaker 5: gymnasium is named after.
- 1:47:42Speaker 1: We're fired.
- 1:47:44Speaker 5: No extended excuse, Jesus, it ain't you, It ain't me.
- 1:47:52Speaker 5: It kind of like y'all together, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:47:54Speaker 5: And now they are going in a different direction than
- 1:47:56Speaker 5: I wonder are any of those dubious moves got anything
- 1:48:01Speaker 5: to do with I don't want to operate in that space.
- 1:48:05Speaker 5: I don't want to operate in this new nil space.
- 1:48:07Speaker 5: I don't want to have to contend with that. So, okay, coach,
- 1:48:11Speaker 5: thanks for the memories, but we're going in a due direction.
- 1:48:15Speaker 1: I think here in Atlanta, you will get to see.
- 1:48:17Speaker 1: Georgia football, as I talk about, is one of the
- 1:48:20Speaker 1: premier states for high school football, just as the NFL,
- 1:48:25Speaker 1: because it's about seventy eighty of them in there from
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: this state, and the different moves that are happening is
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: happening here in the state. They've basically made high school come,
- 1:48:39Speaker 1: you know, pay to play, so I can just come
- 1:48:44Speaker 1: over and get your starting right tackle. Basically you can't
- 1:48:49Speaker 1: afford him. So I'm saying now because them hellcats, ain't
- 1:48:53Speaker 1: you and get him a hellcatch saying he saying he
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: wants the hellcat and you say you ain't got you
- 1:49:00Speaker 1: man got the money, and well we got it. One
- 1:49:03Speaker 1: of our alumn i own a dealership and he said
- 1:49:06Speaker 1: he got red eye hellcats for everybody that's a five
- 1:49:09Speaker 1: star recruit. And that's where you get Hey ask Beautford
- 1:49:13Speaker 1: High School. We'll be back with more than Sports Job Show.
- 1:49:23Speaker 4: In the way.

- 1:50:45Speaker 10: And now let's talk about something exciting, life insurance. Three
- 1:50:48Speaker 10: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:50:52Speaker 10: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 1:50:55Speaker 10: life insurance.
- 1:50:56Speaker 23: When I was twenty five, me and my wife were
- 1:50:58Speaker 23: just getting started with our family, and I thought we
- 1:51:00Speaker 23: live forever. Life insurance was the last thing on my mind.
- 1:51:03Speaker 1: What about you? Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:51:06Speaker 23: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:51:08Speaker 23: bills piling up, I was worried how my family will
- 1:51:10Speaker 23: survive without me. That's what I'm in an appointment with
- 1:51:12Speaker 23: the insurance informant.
- 1:51:13Speaker 10: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:51:16Speaker 10: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:51:19Speaker 14: Now that I'm older, I don't worry about whether I
- 1:51:21Speaker 14: leave my family that bills their benefits.
- 1:51:23Speaker 10: The answer is easy, whether you're twenty five or fifty,
- 1:51:25Speaker 10: whether you earn a little or a lot, all you
- 1:51:28Speaker 10: need is the insurance informant to help you build a
- 1:51:30Speaker 10: foundation of security, because without you, your family will have
- 1:51:34Speaker 10: two options, benefits or bills. Which legacy will you leave behind?
- 1:51:38Speaker 10: Log on today benefits or bills dot com. That's benefits
- 1:51:43Speaker 10: or bills dot com.
- 1:51:47Speaker 1: And now back to the Sports Job Wayne Gamsy.
- 1:51:52Speaker 17: Now it's time for to school board when we put
- 1:51:55Speaker 17: a spin on life and sports and how they intermingle
- 1:52:00Speaker 17: on the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:52:05Speaker 1: Run Bundy m walk back to this se shock show
- 1:52:40Speaker 1: up this one shock Wayne Gandy, Good morning to usc
- 1:52:45Speaker 1: Warren Buffett ont gage. Somebody a million dollars. It couldn't
- 1:52:51Speaker 1: be because they said all the perfect brackets were gone.
- 1:52:55Speaker 1: But the ninety four year old has even one of
- 1:53:00Speaker 1: his employees at Brookshire Hathaway a million dollars. Let me
- 1:53:07Speaker 1: take it just for the first two rounds.
- 1:53:09Speaker 6: Yeah they got they got all the Sweet sixteen teams right, Okay,
- 1:53:14Speaker 6: I mean I have a perfect bracket for the million. Yeah,
- 1:53:17Speaker 6: big kiddy, Now if I can get with the people
- 1:53:20Speaker 6: in h y'all a million a year for life?
- 1:53:25Speaker 1: Oh? Is that what it is? That it has offered
- 1:53:29Speaker 1: up a million dollars to anyone in the company who
- 1:53:32Speaker 1: can correctly predicted all sweet sixteens. Uh, this is just
- 1:53:40Speaker 1: uh no, well this just says one million dollars. Greg.
- 1:53:44Speaker 1: I mean, okay, maybe if let's not argue about it,
- 1:53:48Speaker 1: just give me the meal. We can go over the
- 1:53:50Speaker 1: details later, okay. Yeah.
- 1:53:52Speaker 6: So yeah, in the past, the price was a million
- 1:53:54Speaker 6: dollars every year for life for anyone who perfectly predicts
- 1:53:57Speaker 6: the sweet sixteen.
- 1:53:59Speaker 1: Yeah. So it's just one meal, a one time shot
- 1:54:02Speaker 1: for the meal.
- 1:54:02Speaker 6: Oh and it was one hundred thousand if you had
- 1:54:05Speaker 6: if your bracket remained perfect the longest, you would at
- 1:54:10Speaker 6: least get that. Okay, So it's a little some some
- 1:54:13Speaker 6: little bonuses or some parlays and yeah, okay, see big
- 1:54:16Speaker 6: Kenny Warren Buffett being generous.
- 1:54:18Speaker 1: I quit the workforce too, so I should have stuck
- 1:54:23Speaker 1: around at beast for that little office pool.
- 1:54:26Speaker 5: Uh.
- 1:54:27Speaker 1: Your people that's trying to hate on Tiger for living
- 1:54:30Speaker 1: his life. Uh man moved on got him another woman
- 1:54:35Speaker 1: coman let him live. I don't know why y'all mad
- 1:54:39Speaker 1: at Tiger. It's because of who it is. Well, you
- 1:54:43Speaker 1: date typically the people in your proximity and your proximity
- 1:54:49Speaker 1: that's typically what I mean, people around you, and that
- 1:54:54Speaker 1: usually what you end up with is who's around him.
- 1:54:57Speaker 1: Then it's hard. Somebody is not around. It's not around.
- 1:55:02Speaker 1: That's man t tale.
- 1:55:05Speaker 7: O.
- 1:55:05Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, it's spent time. It's been like
- 1:55:08Speaker 1: ten years. Yeah, you can do that joke.
- 1:55:09Speaker 5: Now, I was doing it like thirteen minutes after and
- 1:55:14Speaker 5: I'm saying, I'm with you on that. But yeah, I
- 1:55:17Speaker 5: was wondering if the rest of the world had caught up.
- 1:55:20Speaker 1: So, but let Tiger be Tiger. That's what he wants
- 1:55:24Speaker 1: to do. The Sweet sixteen, as I said Auburn and
- 1:55:28Speaker 1: somebody challenged me, you say online.
- 1:55:30Speaker 5: Now just Uncle Charlie was saying, go blue because you
- 1:55:32Speaker 5: know he Michigan threw and through born raid.
- 1:55:35Speaker 1: The whole Michigan thing is Uncle Charlie, he ain't fin
- 1:55:38Speaker 1: the back off. Now he say good morning to the
- 1:55:41Speaker 1: Sporting Jack Show and he still got love. Tell Uncle
- 1:55:44Speaker 1: Charlie we will go twenty on it. Then ooh ooh,
- 1:55:47Speaker 1: I think he can hear you. I think he can
- 1:55:48Speaker 1: hear just a gentleman's wages twenty gentlemen twenty twenty dollars,
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: and we'll go another twenty old who can stay up
- 1:55:56Speaker 1: and watch the whole thing.
- 1:55:59Speaker 5: Now, I would try and get in that, but i'd
- 1:56:02Speaker 5: be lying. I mean, did you want Yeah, I saw
- 1:56:05Speaker 5: the whole thing. I'd just be scamming those fourts.
- 1:56:08Speaker 1: Shock. I know I'm not gonna be able to do it.
- 1:56:10Speaker 1: But no, we tell him if you're ready. He sounded like,
- 1:56:14Speaker 1: you're ready. He sounds like, so we'll go twenty on it.
- 1:56:17Speaker 1: Just look dollars on it, you know. Okay, Uncle Chilie,
- 1:56:20Speaker 1: I'll standing for you. I got your Get him a
- 1:56:22Speaker 1: Starbucks coffee, Get him a Starbucks about to say, you're
- 1:56:25Speaker 1: gonna need extra two dollars to add for that love
- 1:56:29Speaker 1: thing they called tax at Starbucks. Oh, but the Sweet
- 1:56:33Speaker 1: sixteen we talked about WAFA House. Where else did we go?
- 1:56:38Speaker 1: Command you Greg Today, Hairlines, Shaq and Dremond. The coaches
- 1:56:45Speaker 1: one thing we didn't talk about. Some of these coaches
- 1:56:47Speaker 1: are very upset about the transferred portal is actually happening
- 1:56:52Speaker 1: now that correct during the tournament. Yeah, so so if
- 1:56:57Speaker 1: you just after you finished playing, or can they come
- 1:57:00Speaker 1: get you out the locker room? That's about That's what
- 1:57:02Speaker 1: I was about to ask him. Can I lose my
- 1:57:05Speaker 1: player tomorrow? Well, yeah, it that's enough time. If the
- 1:57:09Speaker 1: season's over, that's enough time. I do know some of
- 1:57:15Speaker 1: the antics I wouldn't let's not say anti some of
- 1:57:20Speaker 1: the criteria, the systems. The way that spring football used
- 1:57:28Speaker 1: to go is being changed because of this, because coaches
- 1:57:35Speaker 1: don't want to necessarily put things in place only for
- 1:57:40Speaker 1: you to leave. Right. So I'm you know, i'mna spend
- 1:57:45Speaker 1: these four or five weeks in the Springs getting Big
- 1:57:48Speaker 1: Kenny ready to be my starter, only to wake up
- 1:57:50Speaker 1: on Easter and Big Kenny saying he transferred. So I
- 1:57:57Speaker 1: wasteed giving me a million dollars.
- 1:57:59Speaker 5: So I waste in my whole spring on him and
- 1:58:03Speaker 5: you saying he said he transferred. I call you to
- 1:58:05Speaker 5: say I transferred. Yeah, I'm calling you from the school
- 1:58:10Speaker 5: that I'm at now today. Man, I thought you had
- 1:58:13Speaker 5: already missed it.
- 1:58:14Speaker 1: That's a nine hour drive, you all, Yeah, they in
- 1:58:22Speaker 1: I didn't drive, Now, that would be crazy. I thought
- 1:58:24Speaker 1: you drove the hell cat, that's all. No, they shipped it.
- 1:58:28Speaker 5: Well, actually I left the hal cat with your booster
- 1:58:32Speaker 5: guy out here, Pores.
- 1:58:34Speaker 1: So we're just going to go up to portion now.
- 1:58:36Speaker 1: But we've talked about that, Lane Kiffin of Old miss Uh.
- 1:58:40Speaker 1: These coaches are going to get together. The power base
- 1:58:44Speaker 1: will kind of it has become even here in a
- 1:58:47Speaker 1: minute right now, it's all player power players are just
- 1:58:51Speaker 1: kind of doing going for a minute. You do have
- 1:58:54Speaker 1: to give these coaches some kind of window to where
- 1:58:58Speaker 1: what they have they have like a you know, a
- 1:59:01Speaker 1: pro team knows that under this contract what you're obligated
- 1:59:06Speaker 1: to you. Now when these four months, excuse me, when
