- 0:31Hello and welcome to this week's podcast, Spunky Spirit Podcast. I am
- 0:35your host, Carrie Mugs, and this week we are going to talk about
- 0:39time and time lapses and how spirit talks about time, or the relevance of
- 0:45time in the spirit world, and different types of paranormal activities with time.
- 0:51So the crazy thing about doing these video is that you can see my mess
- 0:56you can see my notes are right here and so but you know what it
- 1:00is what it is, And I've had lots of people reach out and say
- 1:03that they liked this part. So we're just gonna go with it. We're
- 1:06just going to pretend that you are next to me in the next room or
- 1:08right across from me on the table, and we're going to talk about these
- 1:11different time things. Now, I've always been interested in the way time shifts
- 1:19because I ever since I was little, when I've had this gift and seen
- 1:23you know, different spirits, I've never had an experience of a time slip
- 1:27or a time you know when when even people who get abducted by who say
- 1:33they were adducted by aliens, say that they forget time or they don't know
- 1:38how much time has passed when they came back. And so, and I've
- 1:42always been interested in like Back to the Future was a great movie when I
- 1:47was coming up, and I always liked the Time Traveler's Wife, but my
- 1:49favorite, honestly, my favorite was The Quantum Leap, and with Sam Beckett.
- 1:56I love that. I don't know if it was because he was just
- 1:57so cute or if it's because I loved the way he slipped into different times
- 2:04of different people's lives. So when spirits come to me in readings, they
- 2:09will explain to me that time is different for them. So it's almost like,
- 2:14and I don't dare really say this, It's like they don't really miss
- 2:16us because they can be with us at any time they want to be.
- 2:20And also to you, it's like being ten minutes to them is like ten
- 2:25years for us, which is kind of So I'm going to kind of talk
- 2:30about the Bible a little bit. There's different times that they don't really talk
- 2:36about time travel in the Bible, but they do talk about in Second Peter
- 2:39or there's a verse that says, but do not overlook this one fact beloved
- 2:47that with the Lord one days a thousand years and a thousand years as one
- 2:53day. So it's kind of that's been kind of interesting too. I just
- 2:57and I've always been interested in it because when spirits will come through, they'll
- 3:02say time is not linear for us, time is not past, present,
- 3:07and future. It's kind of all incumbent. And I was listening to a
- 3:10podcast that Cindy Kasa did, She was a guest on a podcast, and
- 3:14she kind of said, think the same thing. She's come to believe that
- 3:16this kind of all incumbents. It's all happening at once, and she doesn't
- 3:23know how to explain it. And I don't know how to explain it.
- 3:27But that's just what I've been taught, or that's what I've been told by
- 3:29spirit. It just kind of happens all at once. And Tesla also has
- 3:35known to quote this, I could see the past, the present, and
- 3:38the future at the same time. So when Tesla was doing his work or
- 3:44his like string theory or physics work, it was interesting because he kind of
- 3:50had the same thought or the same same thought that it was all kind of
- 3:54happening all at the same time, which doesn't make sense to us. But
- 3:59here here's what I wanted to read to you out of a book called Slips
- 4:03in Time and Space by Rosemary Allen Guiley. She did a lot of work,
- 4:09wrote a lot of books in the paranormal, and so she in this
- 4:15book, there's an interview with Michio Kaku. I don't know if I'm saying
- 4:18his name right, but editor or Phyllis Glade did this, and I want
- 4:25you to just listen to this because it's so interesting his perception and how our
- 4:31perception is. And so I thought it was I thought I was going to
- 4:34read it because it was just it kind of wowed me. I was like,
- 4:39oh my gosh, that's totally it. So he says, we live
- 4:43in a three dimensional world length, width, and hype, and we also
- 4:47have a fourth dimension, which is time. But anyone who talks about time
- 4:51higher dimensions is sometimes called a crackpot or crazy. Now, when I was
- 4:56a child, I used to go to the Japanese tea garden, San Francisco.
- 5:00When I okay, where there are fish swimming in a shallow pond.
- 5:06I imagined being a fish myself, and if I was a fish, I
- 5:12could travel forward, backward, left and right. But that concept of up
- 5:17and down made no sense because the pond was my only universe. So I
- 5:24imagined there was a scientist who would say, bah, humbug, there are
- 5:29no other dimensions other than forward and backward and left and right. There's no
- 5:34such thing as up, and there's no such thing as down. What you
- 5:39see is what you get. If you cannot measure it, it doesn't exist.
- 5:44Then I imagined, as a child, reaching down and grabbing the fish,
- 5:48lifting it into the world of up, hyperspace and third dimension. Out
- 5:54of the third dimension, what would he see? He would see a world
- 5:58where beings move without fins, a new law of physics, beings breathing without
- 6:03water, a new law of biology. Then I would put the fish back
- 6:08into the pond. And what stories he would tell a universe beyond the universe.
- 6:13Well, today, many physicists believe that I get physicists and psychics mixed
- 6:19up. Well, today, many physicists believe that we are the fish.
- 6:25We spend all of our lives in a three dimension, going forward and backward,
- 6:29left and right, and up and down. But anyone who talks about
- 6:32another unseen dimension is considered a crackpot or a crazy will not anymore. The
- 6:39largest machine that science has ever built, the Large Hadron Collarer, twenty seven
- 6:44miles in circumference, costing eight billion billion euros about ten billion dollars, will
- 6:49be turned on and we hope to get evidence of the eleventh dimension, one
- 6:55of time and of space. This was in two thousand and nine he did
- 6:58this. But I thought, how interesting that the fishes perception is of the
- 7:04water going left to right and forward and backward, but never up and down.
- 7:10And so when you kind of take that up and down, we're kind
- 7:13of in the same thing too. When you get taken out of our world,
- 7:17it's a whole new world with lots of different things. And so that's
- 7:21why I'm always saying, you never know, you never know what is out
- 7:27there or what can happen. And when spirits come through all the time and
- 7:33say time is different for us, time is not linear. We and also
- 7:38too, they talk about how they can be they're at a frequency rate,
- 7:41and so they can be with different people that their loved ones at the same
- 7:45time. So my dad can be with me and with my brother at the
- 7:47same time. Some of us freguously agree with me that some of us can
- 7:50be with my brother. It's just like a radio station. So I just
- 7:54think that that is so so interesting. And so they also say too that
- 8:00you know, they don't feel like they miss us because we're going to be
- 8:05there like in ten minutes to them. To us, it seems like ten
- 8:07years, but to them, it seems like just like ten minutes. And
- 8:11so I find that fascinating. And because of that, because of that time
- 8:16difference, there's also some paranormal anomilies that happen called time slips, and so
- 8:24when people see just like when people see spirits or see ghosts or have different
- 8:28experiences, some people experience time slips. And what those are is when you're
- 8:35doing your day to day chores or you're doing your day to day stuff,
- 8:39and all of a sudden, you find yourself in a different dimension, or
- 8:41you find your surroundings to be different, or you find what's going on around
- 8:46you're different, and lots of people have experienced times where they've been doing something
- 8:52and they either fall asleep or they pass out, and then they wake up
- 8:56at a different like a different parallel universe, at a different time, and
- 9:01those stories have been kind of cool. Those are what this this book by
- 9:07Rosemary Ellen Guiley is about slips and times in space and she talks about how
- 9:13time is not fixed. This book is awesome if you want to hear different
- 9:16stories about different experiences that people have had. And they there was one there
- 9:22was a couple that went on a trip with another couple, four of them,
- 9:26and they stopped at this awesome tavern or tavern this hotel thing, and
- 9:31they thought it was kind of different, but they just didn't they didn't really
- 9:35think anything of it. And when they kind of spent like two nights there,
- 9:39they thought it was like old time, like even the doors didn't lock.
- 9:43They thought it just was like but they thought it was maybe themed or
- 9:46they thought that it was like older older dressers and like no mirrors, and
- 9:52so they even had to take chairs to like both the doors because they were
- 9:56it was weird that they had no door locks on the doors. And then
- 10:01when they went to go pay it was only like three dollars, and he
- 10:03was like, no way. And I don't know if this was a time
- 10:07when there was no cash or I mean, no credit cards, but I
- 10:11can't remember the details of the story. And they just talked about how different
- 10:16it was and how it was awesomely themed. And then they went about on
- 10:18their trip, and they kept going and they did more things, and then
- 10:22on their way back they wanted to stop at the same place and it wasn't
- 10:26there. They looked and looked, and they couldn't find it, and so
- 10:28they asked people about it, and they were like, that was, you
- 10:33know, a lot. They did some history or somebody told them that that
- 10:35hotel or that tavern was there like long long time ago, that I hadn't
- 10:41been there for a really long time. So they kind of just let it
- 10:46go. And then when I think that they took pictures, there was like
- 10:50the tavern wasn't in the background or something like that. It was just the
- 10:52craziest story. And I remember when I did the podcast on the Yellowstone Ghosts,
- 10:58same thing. Guy met a woman that was sitting at a picnic table
- 11:03and she had been a made at one of the hotels, and he had
- 11:07gotten to talk to her, and then he took her to work. He
- 11:09took her to the he drove her to work, he gave her ride to
- 11:11her where she worked, and then the next day he went to go get
- 11:15her, or he went to go talk to her again or say goodbye to
- 11:16her. As the hotel was gone and he had asked people around, They're
- 11:20like, that hotel has not been there for a really long time. So
- 11:24these are what we call time slips or time anomalies. And my favorite is
- 11:33time slips was with Sam Beckett. I watched this all the time growing up,
- 11:37a Quantum Leap. I think the reason why this was my favorite is
- 11:39because he'd go to different times and he'd got to different and he would be
- 11:45put in place of somebody else, So he would be put in somebody else's
- 11:48life and he would try and make that life better for them or that experience
- 11:52better for them. The show was called Quantum Leap, and I loved it
- 11:56so much. And the thing I loved about them most is at the end
- 12:01on the final their final episode, I think he meets with God and he
- 12:09kind of feels like he failed. He Sam feels like he failed. He
- 12:13feels like he didn't change the world at all. Oh my gosh, I'm
- 12:16gonna And at the end, God says, well, that's how you do
- 12:20change the world is one person at a time, the person that you helped
- 12:24or the person that you that you changed for them a domino effect and then
- 12:31that changed, that changed their perspective or that changed their life. And so
- 12:37he said, you change the world by changing one person at a time.
- 12:41And that really got me because that that that's like a whole another story,
- 12:46but that time story that was that was my favorite. And I do admit
- 12:50I watched the Time the time Traveler's wife and it made me cry, it
- 12:54really cry, because he had no control or when he would leap, and
- 12:58I guess Sam Beckett didn't either, but he would. He would show up
- 13:01in different times of his life and his wife's life and his girlfriend's life.
- 13:07So he'd show up at the wedding and then disappear. And then he even
- 13:11they even had a child, and he would show up at different times of
- 13:15her life too, And that kind of just goes to show that, you,
- 13:18you know, maybe we don't have this all under control. We don't
- 13:22have control of time in our dimension. In Arthur dimension, but in other
- 13:26dimensions they might. And I read lots of books by Dolores Cannon where she
- 13:31has done hypnotisms on people and they have remembered having time slips. There was
- 13:39one that she did with a hunter and he was hunting in the forest and
- 13:43he his complete surroundings changed and even the animals around him changed, and he
- 13:50didn't understand it. He actually killed one of the animals and took it back
- 13:54through an through another dimension, back into his own time, and it was
- 13:58the weirdest animal that he'd ever seen, and it wasn't something that was in
- 14:03our time, in our time or in our time wealth. So it also
- 14:07goes back to like aliens and Bigfoot, like do they use the time as
- 14:13their kind of thing? So it's all just it just is so interesting to
- 14:16me because all kind of connects. And I've said this a million million times
- 14:20and so and a lot of you guys could be like, oh my gosh,
- 14:22this is the craziest thing. Ether I don't care, you know what
- 14:28take what resonates with you and what does it? It just kind of go
- 14:31with it. It's just kind of fun and it's magical, and I just
- 14:35I just think there's something about it. Time changes, and there's lots of
- 14:39different shows about it too, like the plane that the passenger plane where they
- 14:41all go up and they their flight was an hour, but when they land,
- 14:46they've been gone for five years. It's just where are those time portals
- 14:50or where are those time slips? And one of the really interesting ones is,
- 14:54you know, when we go back to talking about past, present and
- 14:58future, the conjuring. I don't know, I've never really watched the show,
- 15:03but I have had I did listen to an interview that Chris Fleming did
- 15:07with i think one of the mediums that were there, and she said that
- 15:13what she thinks happening it happened is that this house, this house that they
- 15:16were in, was in a time portal. It was in a portal,
- 15:22some sort of time portal or time vortex or parallel or parallel thing that we
- 15:28just talked about. And she said that things were going on past present and
- 15:33future was going on at the same time, and really sensitive people could see
- 15:37that, and so they thought they were seeing ghosts, which makes really interesting
- 15:41for paranormal investigations too, right, like, so if we see a ghost,
- 15:46are we seeing residual not residual but residue spiritual residue from them, or
- 15:50are we seeing something that maybe they see us as a ghost. So if
- 15:54we go and if we're on a paranel, she talks about that in one
- 16:00of these stories too. One of the guys is he's in a hallway and
- 16:03he sees this like old soldier guy passing him in the hall and he realized
- 16:08and he walks into what he thinks is a door. The guy the ghost
- 16:12is seen opening the door and going in, but in reality there was no
- 16:18door there. But he found out later that later in the past there had
- 16:22been a door there. And so he's like, was I a ghost to
- 16:26him? Because the ghost kind of looked at him like he was weird?
- 16:29So were they in a time portal? Or was he seeing residual or residue
- 16:33spiritual residue from you know, I don't even remember what to call it,
- 16:37but you guys know what I'm talking about if you listened to me enough.
- 16:41And so I thought that was really interesting because because what if we are just
- 16:45seeing what if what if we are seeing something or in a time warp like
- 16:52on the house and the conjury, and what happened is sensitive spirits would see
- 16:56these other spirits. Sensitive people would see these other spirits going around and they
- 17:02thought they were ghosts, when she thinks in reality, it was a time
- 17:04portal and that people could see things going on all at the same time.
- 17:10And what happened is a medium who didn't kind of know what they were doing
- 17:12when, and it conjured something that was maybe not so great. And I
- 17:18don't know what the specifics are in that, but that was her opinion,
- 17:21and I just thought it was interesting because how many times do we see spirits
- 17:26or ghosts or prayer, normal stuff, and it's all about time and it's
- 17:30all about being there at a different time. So I thought that was It's
- 17:36just one of those things that you think, Okay, there's more to this,
- 17:40and I want to try and figure it out if you guys know me
- 17:42or you just know it kind of like I think my first time that I
- 17:45thought this was the craziest concept was during The Lion the Witch and Wardrobe Wardrobe
- 17:51the Lion and by C. S. Lewis he I think, yeah,
- 17:55was C. S. Lewis, and he wrote about how teenage ye were
- 18:00in this home, this big, huge home, and they found a portal
- 18:04through a wardrobe to a different dimension or a different time, and they thought
- 18:08they were gone for years. They thought they were gone, they were all
- 18:11grown up. But they came back, came back through the portal in the
- 18:14woods again, and the guy that had been watching him said, you don't
- 18:18relyve gone for like ten minutes, and so to me. Also, another
- 18:22one was a wrinkle in time that I really really liked. I do believe,
- 18:26I really like to follow Tesla, and I do believe he kind of
- 18:30had a thing on time travel, and I think he was onto something.
- 18:37But I think that people got ahold of it after he passed and we will
- 18:41kind of never see. I think it has to do with energy, it
- 18:45has to do with all of that stuff. It's kind of all incumbentment,
- 18:48incumbent. And I do believe that, you know, the paranormal, if
- 18:53there are alien race if there aren't, well we already know if there are,
- 18:57because the government has said so. But and if there are those types
- 19:00of animals and like Bigfoot or aliens that they do use this time portal or
- 19:06they do use this time thing, I totally think that that's kind of how
- 19:11they do it. And you know, it's interesting. They've made lots of
- 19:15movies about time machines and going back to time. And we've seen on the
- 19:18internet lots of photos of people who have taken photos and somebody in the photo
- 19:25doesn't belong because their clothing is different or something that they're wearing is different.
- 19:29And I think that that's completely fascinating too. I just really feel like this
- 19:34is capable. There's just so much that we don't know out there that this
- 19:38can happen, and it's interesting because we feel like I remember too, and
- 19:48I really fully believe this. I remember being told in when I was part
- 19:51of a certain religion that they said you could take eternity and make a big,
- 19:56long string out of it, and the time that we we spend on
- 20:00Earth is one little tiny knot in that string. And I still believe that
- 20:04that has some truth to it because I believe we are eternal. I believe
- 20:08our souls are eternal, and I believe that time continues, and I will
- 20:15do believe in past lives and future lives. I just kind of believe that
- 20:18they're all happening at the same time, not linear like past, present and
- 20:22future. So I thought it was really interesting. You will really if you
- 20:26are into time traveling or time slips or time portals, then you will really
- 20:33like this book by Rosemary Ellen Guiley. I think she's she's there's just it's
- 20:40so full of so many different different types of time slips and time portals and
- 20:45talks about the Bermuda Triangle and that kind of and cities lost cities like Atlantis,
- 20:52those kind of things in time because sometimes people I think it's interesting when
- 20:56people go into a forest or to a jungle and then they kind of walk
- 21:00into that portal. I think that that's kind of kind of interesting. The
- 21:04woods I've always felt, really I think this is why I love Island Park
- 21:10so much, because I just have always felt like it's such a it's just
- 21:14so sacred. It's just such a place. I don't know, it just
- 21:17feels the frequency is just awesome there for me. So so there you go.
- 21:22I totally you know anything about me, you know, I totally believe
- 21:26this is all this is. But what I want you to do is take
- 21:29what you believe, take what you feel like, you know what resonates with
- 21:33you, and go with that, because this is all about your journey and
- 21:37you figuring out what works with you. But I just find it really interesting
- 21:44that these these happen all the time, especially in forests or in different places
- 21:52that there's just different. I mean, some women some there, you know,
- 21:56can walk out. There was a story she just walked right out into
- 21:59her front porch and she was in a whole different time route. So these
- 22:03stories are really cool. I could say and tell you the stories all day,
- 22:07but I really feel like if you're interested, you can go find them,
- 22:10you can google them, you can, you know, get this book.
- 22:14The book will be in the show notes and below. But I do
- 22:18want to mention too that H. G. Wells did is the first person
- 22:22that talked about the time machine, and I think he made a movie about
- 22:25it. And it's interesting because you know, back to the future then I
- 22:30think it was at the Laureate Carr was the time machine and scientists or physics
- 22:37physicists, I always get psychic senses mixed up. But they believe that it
- 22:44is possible. It just takes a lot of energy and a lot of and
- 22:48that's the key is trying to find that, you know, in scientific realm,
- 22:52that energy that gives us enough energy that we would be able to do
- 22:56that. So I would be interested if you believe in this time warp thing
- 23:03or this time travel thing, and if you are comment below or if you've
- 23:07had any experiences, you can send them to me at Carrie cri I at
- 23:11Carrie mugs dot com, cri mugez dot com, And I would love to
- 23:17share them with our listeners because to me, it's just it's so it's it's
- 23:22to me, it's as fascinating as as as the the UFO, the UAPs
- 23:30and which are UFOs and and Bigfoot and all things paranormal just kind of and
- 23:36this one has just there's someone does go into like the ghosts and things like
- 23:40that, because you know, you never know if what you're seeing is somebody
- 23:44from a different time or if it's an actual haunting. So love you guys
- 23:51so much. And next week we're going to talk about psychic attacks and if
- 23:56they're real and if you think that maybe somebody's got the evil eye on you,
- 24:00or what you do if you think that it's you know, because we
- 24:03do know there is there is a spiritual war going on. There is and
- 24:07if you you know, sometimes if you are meant to do good, some
- 24:11people try and stop you from doing that, and just little things like looking
- 24:15you know, jealousy. Things like that can can instigate a little bit of
- 24:18a psychic attack. So we're gonna talk about that next week. So if
- 24:22you have any questions about that, DM me or email me or put a
- 24:26question in the comments. I'll love you guys so much and i will see
- 24:30you guys next week
