- 0:10Speaker 1: Drama, Darling drama, Darling drama, Darling.
- 0:25Speaker 2: Well, hello, darlings, welcome in. Oh my gosh, look Emily
- 0:29Speaker 2: Theresas and I are here in Chicago. Hi, Emily. Hello.
- 0:34Speaker 1: We were just saying we don't hang out in LA
- 0:37Speaker 1: but now in Chicago, look at us.
- 0:39Speaker 2: We have to go out of town to see each other.
- 0:42Speaker 1: We're just like a couple of perfect strangers. Also filmed
- 0:45Speaker 1: set in Chicago, not filmed here.
- 0:47Speaker 2: Ooh, now you did say, Emily that the reason why
- 0:52Speaker 2: we have to do that is because it is court ordered.
- 0:56Speaker 1: According to the trade.
- 1:00Speaker 2: In the state of California, neither one of us are
- 1:03Speaker 2: allowed to come five hundred feet near each other.
- 1:07Speaker 1: That is the state of things.
- 1:09Speaker 2: But in Chicago, all bets are off.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Ain't no restraints on this order.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Oh shit, Okay, I gotta catch it. My sound effects
- 1:22Speaker 2: just Oh, it's gonna be a sad DJ air horn.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I gotta screwed up a little bit, Emily.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Okay, so I'll just scoot back.
- 1:31Speaker 2: We're gonna get ratio. Wow, she is really falling into
- 1:38Speaker 2: the curtains right now, And I'm gonna just do it like.
- 1:40Speaker 1: This because the acoustics are better in the hotel one
- 1:43Speaker 1: leg up.
- 1:45Speaker 2: It's like Bart Simpson, that's like or no, Homer Simpson,
- 1:48Speaker 2: that's falling into the bush shrubs.
- 1:50Speaker 1: I'm disappearing into the curtain.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Darlings. We're coming at you from Chicago. The Evolution's podcast
- 1:58Speaker 2: movement is happening right now. It was just down in
- 2:01Speaker 2: the Hyatt McCormick Place convention Center. Ronan Farroh just spoke
- 2:08Speaker 2: and I got to meet the ECAM people. Yeah, that's
- 2:12Speaker 2: the software that I use. I got to talk to
- 2:15Speaker 2: the speaker people. That's the ad people that I used
- 2:18Speaker 2: that you all got pissed off at because there were
- 2:20Speaker 2: just too many ads, And I said, you know what,
- 2:23Speaker 2: the listeners were pissed. So we had a little chat.
- 2:29Speaker 2: I was like, can you have a button so that
- 2:32Speaker 2: it's not a million ads? Or then you have to
- 2:35Speaker 2: manually add in a few? Yeah?
- 2:39Speaker 1: What's the range?
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 2:41Speaker 1: I remember that was such a nightmare. I go.
- 2:45Speaker 2: People left really bad reviews. They're like, oh really, And.
- 2:49Speaker 1: I was like yeah, because the show was ads and
- 2:52Speaker 1: a little podcast.
- 2:55Speaker 2: So she's like, yeah, we don't have that option right now,
- 2:57Speaker 2: but I mean I hope that they will. I was like, yeah, doad, Okay, anyway,
- 3:01Speaker 2: other than that love them. So we're gonna be talking
- 3:03Speaker 2: about Beverly Hills today. And this is exciting because this
- 3:07Speaker 2: was the first reunion and who knew it was going
- 3:10Speaker 2: to be such a great reunion. So and also, oh,
- 3:14Speaker 2: I forgot to mention that I'm here obviously to do
- 3:17Speaker 2: our Drama Darling Live podcast on Wednesday. That's tomorrow night.
- 3:21Speaker 2: So tickets last call. Go to ticketmaster dot com search
- 3:26Speaker 2: up Drama Darling and you can get your tickets to
- 3:28Speaker 2: go see Drama Darling Live at the Apollo at eight
- 3:32Speaker 2: o'clock in Lincoln Park. Darlings. Yes, can't wait to see
- 3:36Speaker 2: some darlings that are going to be there.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I know it's going to be so exciting. And I
- 3:40Speaker 1: love the Apollo that that theater is really great, done
- 3:43Speaker 1: many shows there. Oh yeah, Grandma on a rock and
- 3:47Speaker 1: chair over here? Can you hear that audience? This radio
- 3:51Speaker 1: the radio play going on here.
- 3:54Speaker 2: It's one of my new sound effects. I added it
- 3:56Speaker 2: to the board.
- 3:57Speaker 1: This is Grandma Amy and she's in the future and
- 4:00Speaker 1: she's remembering back to the days when she did her
- 4:04Speaker 1: show at the Apollo.
- 4:05Speaker 3: When I was born in nineteen oh two, I used to.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Do on a hell of us stand up. It was
- 4:15Speaker 2: cab array. Now it's not squeaking when you need it AnyWho. Okay,
- 4:20Speaker 2: so all right, well, why don't we welcome ourselves in? Yeah, welcome.
- 4:26Speaker 2: Sorry you can't hear the sound effects, but you know
- 4:29Speaker 2: what it said? Yes? Wow, the Real Housewives of Beverly
- 4:32Speaker 2: Hills reunion really went off with a bang. I mean
- 4:36Speaker 2: I am impressed, just like right off the top. I
- 4:41Speaker 2: would say. There were so many shocking revelations, one of
- 4:45Speaker 2: which I think is the biggest that Erica Jane's song
- 4:50Speaker 2: Drip is featured in the film Anora, the Oscar winning
- 4:54Speaker 2: film Anora Best Picture. I did not see that coming.
- 4:59Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, how did we not even know? I mean,
- 5:01Speaker 1: here's the other thing. I haven't seen Anri yet. No,
- 5:04Speaker 1: I haven't either, who does. Twenty twenty four was my
- 5:07Speaker 1: worst year ever of seeing Oscar movies, and on top
- 5:13Speaker 1: of that, not supporting my industry.
- 5:16Speaker 4: Well and also not being nominated most I've never not
- 5:21Speaker 4: been nominated more never not been I think that's two negatives.
- 5:27Speaker 2: The fact that Drip was nominated, well, you'll never know.
- 5:31Speaker 2: You didn't show up the lyrics to the lyrics to
- 5:35Speaker 2: that song. I remember when it first came out and
- 5:37Speaker 2: I was un serious. I've read them like in a
- 5:41Speaker 2: like a beautiful poetry, and it was like, drip, drip,
- 5:46Speaker 2: my pussy is wet with drips, dripping drip, I'm so
- 5:51Speaker 2: hot for you, my pussy is wet.
- 5:53Speaker 1: That sounds like it, Lea saying.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Yeah, pretty much what that song is so like, I
- 6:01Speaker 2: don't know, vulgar, I mean explicit, explicit Kenny. And it's
- 6:07Speaker 2: so fun because at the reunion, Erica had no idea,
- 6:10Speaker 2: you know, she was like, it's no an, but she
- 6:14Speaker 2: had no idea that it wasn't gonna win.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Yes, but I do like that. Andy was like, let's
- 6:19Speaker 1: take a minute, yes, because that was big. And I
- 6:22Speaker 1: don't know how we missed. I mean in general in
- 6:24Speaker 1: terms of like how how is that missing us? We
- 6:28Speaker 1: live in LA so we are inundated with oscar ads.
- 6:32Speaker 2: No one had that information, I know, I mean I
- 6:35Speaker 2: didn't see it on you know, Bravo's snark side Queens
- 6:38Speaker 2: of Bravo. No one was like, hey, Erica's song Drip
- 6:41Speaker 2: is in this movie.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Yeah, because also we get a lot like in LA
- 6:47Speaker 1: you get ads to vote for oscars because they just
- 6:52Speaker 1: assumed that the committee is out and about in LA
- 6:55Speaker 1: and I.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Didn't even you didn't get an ad that said, I mean,
- 7:00Speaker 2: it wasn't not best picture for the movie Anora that
- 7:05Speaker 2: features Erica Jane's song Drip Erica Jane the Real Housewife.
- 7:09Speaker 1: I've every sere I'm saying in the algorithm, how do
- 7:12Speaker 1: you not get broad strokes Oscar Housewives? Like how how
- 7:17Speaker 1: are we not knowing this?
- 7:19Speaker 2: And I don't know. But here's also what I did
- 7:22Speaker 2: love about the reunion is that another big surprise was
- 7:26Speaker 2: that that was, in fact Erica Jane's coffee table in
- 7:29Speaker 2: the middle of that set.
- 7:30Speaker 1: Oh, I wanted to ask you about that. I feel
- 7:34Speaker 1: like she was She clocked that right.
- 7:36Speaker 2: Away, uh huh and was.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Like, I'm that's my hall, that's my free past to
- 7:41Speaker 1: get someone out of a situation.
- 7:44Speaker 2: Smart and like because he was going who was he was?
- 7:48Speaker 1: It was Dere Yeah, he was after Dere Yeah, And
- 7:51Speaker 1: he was after he was on one. He was on
- 7:55Speaker 1: one for.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Dandy was after her. He was chasing her around that room,
- 8:00Speaker 2: around that coffee table.
- 8:01Speaker 1: And Erica out of nowhere, It's like, wait, is that
- 8:04Speaker 1: my coffee table? And it killed the whole momentum.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it was really funny, and it was and they
- 8:09Speaker 2: did the side by side, and you know, looking at
- 8:13Speaker 2: her house now in retros retrospect, I don't like it
- 8:19Speaker 2: as much as I thought I did.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Oh well, I mean it's okay, but like it's the.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Refresh. Yeah, yeah, I mean it's better than it was. Yeah, absolutely, okay,
- 8:31Speaker 2: I don't we don't need to land there anyway. The
- 8:33Speaker 2: point is that coffee table showed up Kyle's crystals. That
- 8:37Speaker 2: was a move I didn't see coming.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Yeah, that wassually like the need to charge them outside
- 8:43Speaker 1: like right before and then bring them in.
- 8:45Speaker 2: I didn't really take her for Crystal's kind of Kyle,
- 8:49Speaker 2: did you No?
- 8:51Speaker 1: But then at the same time, I'm sure that the
- 8:53Speaker 1: darlings are going to be like you don't remember when
- 8:55Speaker 1: they went to the crystal shop and in Aspen. Yeah,
- 8:59Speaker 1: Like I could see it being something because I because
- 9:02Speaker 1: there was a trip it might be to Aspen, that
- 9:06Speaker 1: there was some kind of thing like that, right, And
- 9:09Speaker 1: it was when Kathy, it was when Reno was on.
- 9:11Speaker 2: So I think I'm sure there was some sort of
- 9:15Speaker 2: crystals crossover. I just didn't know carried on. It was
- 9:18Speaker 2: just savvy.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Those were big I was gonna say they weren't. That
- 9:20Speaker 1: one was not a casual crystal.
- 9:22Speaker 2: That was like, that was the size of Kathy's toilet
- 9:25Speaker 2: tries when she know went to Saint Lucia. Let's not
- 9:28Speaker 2: be okay then. Also, the other interesting thing was that
- 9:34Speaker 2: Oliver had a new baby named Valley, and that was exciting. Okay,
- 9:39Speaker 2: let's discuss some of the looks across the board. I
- 9:44Speaker 2: wasn't a fan of most everyone's looks. I loved Dourite's hair.
- 9:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that was good death.
- 9:52Speaker 2: I absolutely loved her hair. I wish I had hair
- 9:55Speaker 2: like that, and I wish I could style my hair
- 9:57Speaker 2: like that. I love that style. It's kind of like
- 9:59Speaker 2: that old s.
- 10:00Speaker 1: I think it was a wig, so I think you
- 10:03Speaker 1: can style yourself like that, So get at it. Really,
- 10:07Speaker 1: it was definitely hair pieces.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Okay, extensions, but.
- 10:11Speaker 1: But but like pretty significant clippings. Her hair's not that.
- 10:15Speaker 2: Thick, right right? Yeah, it did look, you know, quite thick,
- 10:18Speaker 2: and I did even though her dress was very David's
- 10:21Speaker 2: bridally like, it could have definitely gone in that direction.
- 10:24Speaker 2: I thought she really looked stunning. And I'm wondering if
- 10:27Speaker 2: that was from her collection, although it was never acknowledged like,
- 10:31Speaker 2: was that one of her bride's maids, I'm sorry, wedding
- 10:35Speaker 2: dresses that she curated that p K named the woman.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I don't think so. I'm looking at it. It just
- 10:44Speaker 1: looks too expensive to be DERI yeah, don't. I think
- 10:50Speaker 1: it's it's not, although it is a I did think
- 10:54Speaker 1: it was very wedding, but I think with everybody else,
- 10:57Speaker 1: and it looked good in the mix.
- 11:00Speaker 2: It did. Also, Dury has such sculpted arms, and we've
- 11:04Speaker 2: never seen her work out a day in her life.
- 11:08Speaker 1: H and you and you say sculpted, that's interesting.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Well, there's definition because she's she's she's thin, but it's more.
- 11:16Speaker 2: I would just say, like, it looks like she has
- 11:20Speaker 2: done her Tracy Anderson, you know arm circles.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Well, that might be what she's doing.
- 11:26Speaker 2: She's not buff. I'm just saying, at least she has definition.
- 11:29Speaker 2: And I'm just wondering, like, oh, are you saying are
- 11:32Speaker 2: you saying it's plastic surgery?
- 11:34Speaker 4: No?
- 11:35Speaker 1: No, no, I'm not I'm saying like on her arms,
- 11:39Speaker 1: I don't think so.
- 11:40Speaker 2: No.
- 11:40Speaker 1: I just think that she's right now, especially very thin,
- 11:45Speaker 1: and so yeah, any muscle that's there is gonna pop.
- 11:48Speaker 2: It's poppin'. Yeah, Erica Jane's dress. I really liked how
- 11:54Speaker 2: it fit her body. Yeah, and I thought it was
- 11:57Speaker 2: a very beautiful design. And what's really sad is that
- 12:01Speaker 2: when she was asked who designed it, she didn't have it.
- 12:06Speaker 2: She simply didn't have the name.
- 12:07Speaker 3: She's like, I just had this maid, I had a
- 12:10Speaker 3: designed I don't know who, And I'm like.
- 12:11Speaker 2: You don't know who, And now we're at this in
- 12:14Speaker 2: this like Marco Marco, that lawsuit's kind of coming back up.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I wondered about this. I wonder if she did know
- 12:23Speaker 1: and they that was like on purpose, Yeah, like in
- 12:28Speaker 1: the sense that like she had a paid full price,
- 12:30Speaker 1: So why is she going to give this person a
- 12:31Speaker 1: plug too?
- 12:33Speaker 2: Okay is my thought.
- 12:36Speaker 1: Eric does not sleep on a designer, right.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Well, that just made me nervous for like, maybe you
- 12:43Speaker 2: should say so you don't get sued again by another designer.
- 12:47Speaker 1: No, she doesn't. She's under no obligation to see who
- 12:50Speaker 1: this designer is. If she paid full price for this dress.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Oh right, if she paid full price, And if you.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Are a designer, you're like, hey, Erica Jane, I you
- 12:59Speaker 1: know you don't have great credit with designers so.
- 13:03Speaker 2: Well, I loved it. I thought it was quite beautiful.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Yeah, it looked good sitting down.
- 13:07Speaker 2: Those were two like my favorite. So what what do
- 13:09Speaker 2: you think, Emily.
- 13:11Speaker 1: Yeah, I am curious about Jennifer Tilly's coming up because
- 13:16Speaker 1: that looked kind of cool and the a little concerned
- 13:21Speaker 1: about Garcells. And here's the thing, Mia Garcels. There were
- 13:25Speaker 1: a couple times it looked better than I thought it should.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Well, yeah, when it was like from the back, what happened?
- 13:33Speaker 1: Oh, actually, no time.
- 13:35Speaker 2: No, it was the only time it looked good was
- 13:38Speaker 2: from the side, from the top of the thigh to
- 13:41Speaker 2: the knee. Yeah, that's it. Yeah. I could not stand
- 13:45Speaker 2: those arm glove glitter cover up. Like everything about that
- 13:50Speaker 2: dress I absolutely hated.
- 13:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't, I don't know. I'm trying to see
- 13:55Speaker 1: if it looked good when she was like in her
- 13:57Speaker 1: post it didn't.
- 13:58Speaker 2: But okay, so that was a catastrophe.
- 14:01Speaker 1: What else Kyle's mesh on her dress was like, this
- 14:05Speaker 1: is when mesh is not working, because it's like, if
- 14:08Speaker 1: it's supposed to look invisible and I keep seeing all
- 14:11Speaker 1: the lines, then what are we doing? Then that's part
- 14:14Speaker 1: of the dress.
- 14:15Speaker 2: And then they had like little cold gold cuff that's
- 14:18Speaker 2: all part of the dress. I know, it's terrible. Yeah,
- 14:21Speaker 2: it was a miss. That was such a horrible and
- 14:24Speaker 2: and Sutton's was not cute at all. I thought it
- 14:28Speaker 2: looked like you could get it in the you know,
- 14:30Speaker 2: fancy section at Target.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Well, I mean if I would get it if it
- 14:35Speaker 1: was at the fancy section, you know.
- 14:37Speaker 2: But like dress special too.
- 14:39Speaker 1: Like I'm looking at it now, if it cut off
- 14:42Speaker 1: at the knees and like really like had something like
- 14:46Speaker 1: some volume there, it would look kind of like a
- 14:48Speaker 1: really cute cocktail dress.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Her hair and makeup looked great. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 14:54Speaker 2: Sutton's hair looked great, and that was a it was
- 14:58Speaker 2: kind of a Sutton dress. But I also it was
- 15:00Speaker 2: kind of like it's not as high end as I
- 15:02Speaker 2: would expect. I don't know what else. Oh, bos Okay
- 15:10Speaker 2: that I hated the color. I did not like it
- 15:15Speaker 2: did not look expensive, although I'm sure it was incredibly expensive.
- 15:20Speaker 1: See here's the thing. I didn't mind Bos's dress, uh,
- 15:24Speaker 1: sitting down. I didn't like her hair the hair piece,
- 15:28Speaker 1: I should say.
- 15:29Speaker 2: That's so funny. Opposite, I thought her hair piece was
- 15:35Speaker 2: pretty cool, but the dress itself I wasn't crazy about Okay,
- 15:40Speaker 2: all right, Yeah, so yeah, I think that's it. That's
- 15:44Speaker 2: all we need to talk about there. Now, this is interesting.
- 15:47Speaker 2: At the very beginning, Garcel is like really into wanting
- 15:52Speaker 2: to make sure that they have a group photo and
- 15:54Speaker 2: guess the foreshadowing.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I mean, who knew it was going to matter that
- 16:00Speaker 1: much to the one person that's gonna un hook that
- 16:04Speaker 1: goal from reality?
- 16:05Speaker 2: And really, truly, you guys, like the fact that she
- 16:09Speaker 2: didn't know that she was going to be people were
- 16:12Speaker 2: going to be gunning for her during this reunion. She
- 16:15Speaker 2: that came like a sniper from the side. And yeah,
- 16:18Speaker 2: and is clearly the reunion is the reason why she quit.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Right And we had that we were like something had.
- 16:24Speaker 2: To happen, like yeah, because we were like, she seems
- 16:26Speaker 2: so upset in this, like she.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Walked out at the reunion and now we go too
- 16:31Speaker 1: from the watch, what happens that.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Like with arakun bows.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Yeah, so something is going to go down. Oh and
- 16:37Speaker 1: the way then I was rewatching the trailer, I was like, oh,
- 16:41Speaker 1: is it going to be around Duret's house break in?
- 16:44Speaker 1: That was the vibe that the trailer was giving me. Yeah,
- 16:47Speaker 1: but I yeah, I mean, maybe we come back to that.
- 16:50Speaker 1: And by the way, when Garcel was like, does anybody
- 16:53Speaker 1: else feel this way? I was like, no one's going
- 16:58Speaker 1: to say anything about the suspicion around the Dury break in.
- 17:03Speaker 1: No one's gonna say anything. Okay.
- 17:05Speaker 2: What's interesting about that is Dereit says, you know, well,
- 17:10Speaker 2: no one thinks that. I mean, who else in the
- 17:12Speaker 2: world would think that? What three of your Twitter followers?
- 17:17Speaker 1: I guess I'm one of the three.
- 17:18Speaker 2: That's the thing. At that time, I couldn't believe how
- 17:22Speaker 2: many people it was rare to not think that it
- 17:26Speaker 2: was a setup. I was the exception that didn't think
- 17:29Speaker 2: it was a setup.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Yeah, well, so that made I thought it was a setup.
- 17:34Speaker 2: I know. And so for Dereit to not actually have
- 17:38Speaker 2: a real temperature of what people are saying is like
- 17:42Speaker 2: nuts to me, because oh, it's very durned. It's very
- 17:46Speaker 2: durin actually, now that you say that. But yes, and
- 17:51Speaker 2: then you know, I liked that Bow's has Deret's back
- 17:55Speaker 2: in that because at this point bringing it up again
- 17:59Speaker 2: this season, though, I think was a misstep for I mean,
- 18:03Speaker 2: at the reunion, I'm sorry. I think that was a misstep.
- 18:07Speaker 2: And I also think it was a misstep for Garcel
- 18:09Speaker 2: to be pushing on the Morgan thing during the season.
- 18:13Speaker 2: Those are two big things, especially the Morgan thing, that
- 18:17Speaker 2: Garcel just should not have leaned in on throughout this
- 18:21Speaker 2: entire season. And you know, looking back at last season,
- 18:25Speaker 2: I understood where Garcel was coming from and where everybody
- 18:28Speaker 2: was coming from, like, why don't we why aren't we
- 18:29Speaker 2: talking about the Morgan thing? Why are you saying more?
- 18:32Speaker 2: I get it? And she Garcel feels like the way
- 18:35Speaker 2: of the world is on her. She has a responsibility
- 18:38Speaker 2: to the fans and to the people who are watching
- 18:40Speaker 2: the show, and that she feels that she needs to
- 18:43Speaker 2: acknowledge everything that's going on and that it's weird if
- 18:47Speaker 2: they don't. And I see that, but you can't, You're
- 18:51Speaker 2: then you're pandering. You're pandering to the audience.
- 18:54Speaker 1: I don't think she's pandering. Think about it. If you're
- 18:56Speaker 1: filming all this constantly and no one's bringing Morgan up,
- 19:01Speaker 1: Like if you're Garcel, you are like, what's going on
- 19:05Speaker 1: with that? And I do think, like, you know, it's fair.
- 19:10Speaker 1: I do think also she's not sure, she's not getting
- 19:14Speaker 1: an answer, so she's going to bring it up again,
- 19:16Speaker 1: and then on top of that, like it's edited, so
- 19:21Speaker 1: it seems like it's coming up every time they hang out.
- 19:25Speaker 1: But I do think again, I'm annoyed, but it's fair.
- 19:31Speaker 2: I mean, I feel like it was too much. I
- 19:35Speaker 2: think she should have fallen back. I think that this
- 19:38Speaker 2: is what watching this reunion was, especially with being like
- 19:43Speaker 2: thinking about Garcel, thinking about her as a cast member
- 19:47Speaker 2: and all of the moving pieces. It really made me
- 19:50Speaker 2: realize how difficult being on a reality show can be.
- 19:55Speaker 2: And she is a perfect example of that, because you know,
- 19:59Speaker 2: if you are it's like playing cards. What does she
- 20:03Speaker 2: have in her hand? She has nothing. She doesn't have
- 20:07Speaker 2: any cards to play because she doesn't have any storyline.
- 20:10Speaker 2: She has no drama in her life. She has no
- 20:13Speaker 2: criminal activity, which I thought was hilarious when she was
- 20:17Speaker 2: so fed up at the break and she's like, what,
- 20:19Speaker 2: I'm not interesting because I don't have a criminal history
- 20:24Speaker 2: or past that people are looking into. I'm an entrepreneur,
- 20:27Speaker 2: I'm a self starter. Like those are all amazing points,
- 20:30Speaker 2: But when you're playing cards with people and they're putting
- 20:34Speaker 2: down criminal cards, they're putting down divorce, they're putting down
- 20:38Speaker 2: all these other cards, and you don't have anything in
- 20:40Speaker 2: your hand. You shouldn't be calling them out on their
- 20:44Speaker 2: cards because you don't have anything to back that up.
- 20:49Speaker 2: If she was coming in with more of her story
- 20:52Speaker 2: and had something, I would say maybe it would be
- 20:55Speaker 2: a little bit more even. But the fact that she
- 20:58Speaker 2: didn't and she's only prodding and prodding is just not
- 21:02Speaker 2: about But we have to like ebb and flow it.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but there was a crack in the Deurit and
- 21:06Speaker 1: p K whole deal. So I do think it was
- 21:10Speaker 1: good that Garcel brought up the break in in that
- 21:13Speaker 1: way because we didn't get Jurit to have clearly eyes
- 21:18Speaker 1: to it. Yeah, and so I can't really speak to it. Yeah,
- 21:21Speaker 1: that makes sense to me.
- 21:22Speaker 2: She didn't mention it. They didn't talk about that last year,
- 21:25Speaker 2: about how people thought that Gars didn't garcels say that up.
- 21:29Speaker 1: Last year, but she was still with PKU And then
- 21:31Speaker 1: this season with that dissolving, it came up not around dried,
- 21:37Speaker 1: it came up at the beach House right with sudden Yeah,
- 21:42Speaker 1: and so yeah, I think it's fair to bring it
- 21:46Speaker 1: up again because Durit's not the same Deit, so maybe
- 21:48Speaker 1: she could see it in a different way. Now, do
- 21:50Speaker 1: you think that's what Garcel's hope was that maybe she
- 21:53Speaker 1: would think twice that that was something or I don't know,
- 21:57Speaker 1: it seems pretty ludicrous to me that she would bring
- 22:00Speaker 1: it up again. I don't. I don't because the second
- 22:04Speaker 1: that that thing hit the fan, I was like, we're
- 22:06Speaker 1: going to get to know the real PK here. And
- 22:09Speaker 1: I was like, I wonder if like Durite figured it out,
- 22:12Speaker 1: Like that was front of mine to me.
- 22:15Speaker 2: So when Durite spoke to it at the reunion, were
- 22:17Speaker 2: you surprised that she was had such conviction about defending
- 22:22Speaker 2: PK and he well, no, because then I.
- 22:25Speaker 1: And then I'm like, you know, I don't know if
- 22:27Speaker 1: we're ever going to know because.
- 22:28Speaker 2: She would have benefited to it, right.
- 22:30Speaker 1: From whatever the insurance was and all that, and it was,
- 22:35Speaker 1: you know, at the end of the day, that's her
- 22:36Speaker 1: kid's dad. So I can see where she's not going
- 22:41Speaker 1: to cop to it. But I don't fault Garcel because
- 22:45Speaker 1: I thought about it so much this season, but so
- 22:50Speaker 1: I and I also was glad every time she brought
- 22:52Speaker 1: it up. I was like, okay, good because I don't
- 22:57Speaker 1: trust p K and there's something weird.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean Durite's story is uh, well, oh, by
- 23:05Speaker 2: the way, before we get into that, I heard that
- 23:11Speaker 2: Bose may have said, like she would have sued Garcel
- 23:16Speaker 2: if you know that Dart should have sued Garcel for
- 23:19Speaker 2: saying that about the break in.
- 23:22Speaker 1: I don't think you can sue Garcel. She didn't say
- 23:25Speaker 1: p K did this. She just said right questions.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Yeah, we all know what that means, but it doesn't.
- 23:31Speaker 2: But no, you're right, I agree, but we all And
- 23:34Speaker 2: she was so emphatic about it, very smart to defend herself.
- 23:38Speaker 2: And we showed the clip she said, I don't think
- 23:42Speaker 2: darite knew somebody did. Well, we all know what she's saying.
- 23:46Speaker 2: So I felt so like, here's the thing. At the
- 23:50Speaker 2: end of the day, I really felt bad for Deit
- 23:55Speaker 2: surprisingly enough, I could not believe by the end of
- 23:58Speaker 2: this reunion, I was like feeling for Deury and feeling
- 24:03Speaker 2: like she didn't really get a ton of support this
- 24:07Speaker 2: season after going through what she's going through. What I really,
- 24:13Speaker 2: I don't know. I felt that way when.
- 24:15Speaker 1: She's insane, this is the jet lag talking. She has
- 24:19Speaker 1: Erica and Bo's as like the most like the walls
- 24:25Speaker 1: of like an insane asylum. Like she will never get
- 24:28Speaker 1: hurt with them on her sides, and so also Kyle
- 24:32Speaker 1: just being like fuck it, yeah, Duri, let's just be
- 24:35Speaker 1: f like. Kyle put all her shit to the side
- 24:38Speaker 1: to have dury Eats back. Really, the only people that
- 24:42Speaker 1: didn't have her back were Sutton in Garcela and garcel Yeah,
- 24:47Speaker 1: so I guess with them, I just thought that they
- 24:49Speaker 1: didn't really give her her fair bringing up the break in,
- 24:55Speaker 1: and then also with Sutton saying like, you threw your
- 24:58Speaker 1: husband under the bus.
- 25:00Speaker 2: And Kyle saying that you know, she basically threw PK
- 25:05Speaker 2: under the bus.
- 25:07Speaker 1: Well, I mean she talked about Durry, talked about the children.
- 25:11Speaker 1: I mean, I can't believe even though in the after
- 25:13Speaker 1: show she went back on PK and the type of
- 25:16Speaker 1: father he is. I did see where he was coming
- 25:19Speaker 1: from with that statement, and he almost has to publicly
- 25:23Speaker 1: defend himself after that came out at Kathy's party. But
- 25:27Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I just can't get on team Derive.
- 25:32Speaker 2: You don't. But did you have a problem with her
- 25:34Speaker 2: saying everything she'd said about her marriage and PK being
- 25:38Speaker 2: an alcoholic and saying exactly what the truth is going
- 25:43Speaker 2: on in her life when the whole season.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I just couldn't land on it. This is how much
- 25:51Speaker 1: I think I just can't get a feel for jurid Is.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Even after she was that vulnerable and that like here's everything,
- 26:00Speaker 1: I'm still like, okay, deary, like I just and it's
- 26:05Speaker 1: rare for me to not be able to, you know,
- 26:09Speaker 1: play Devil's Advocate on myself with somebody and be like
- 26:12Speaker 1: they're really going through it.
- 26:13Speaker 2: It's just like that's how I felt all season. Is
- 26:15Speaker 2: that what you're saying? But at this reunion I did
- 26:20Speaker 2: have empathy for her for the first time. And that's
- 26:23Speaker 2: because when Andy asked her, like, do you still love him?
- 26:27Speaker 2: And she basically was in her accent, was like, he's
- 26:30Speaker 2: my soul, you know. I mean, it's just like you
- 26:32Speaker 2: still are eye rolling, you know. But I don't believe
- 26:35Speaker 2: that well, I mean, her family's broken.
- 26:39Speaker 1: I believe that she k it's.
- 26:42Speaker 2: Really I mean, even though she is like seems like
- 26:46Speaker 2: a mannequin, she's still a real person and or her
- 26:49Speaker 2: entire world has been see.
- 26:52Speaker 1: I think what it is is like I think Jeri
- 26:55Speaker 1: Is she's just so into material, realistic things that I
- 27:01Speaker 1: think that this is about her losing the ability to
- 27:06Speaker 1: have access to material goods at a level she wants
- 27:11Speaker 1: and a lifestyle she wants. So it's like, that's what
- 27:14Speaker 1: she's mourning. I don't think she like to me, I
- 27:17Speaker 1: feel like, are you mourning like this loss of pique
- 27:22Speaker 1: or are you mourning like stability to the shit the stuff?
- 27:26Speaker 2: Yeah? Well, I mean I guess she's not gonna tell
- 27:29Speaker 2: us that.
- 27:31Speaker 1: No, And also like, I don't I just can't handle
- 27:35Speaker 1: another scene with her going talking. Can we get scenes
- 27:39Speaker 1: with her not talking?
- 27:43Speaker 2: So PK's statement was very intense, and I also thought,
- 27:49Speaker 2: you know, with him saying she's changed, I didn't like that.
- 27:53Speaker 2: I think he's an asshole. Yeah, and I think he's
- 27:57Speaker 2: gaslighting her. Yep, And I think that. But he's full
- 28:01Speaker 2: of shit, and I think that's that's so I'm teamed
- 28:04Speaker 2: to read when it comes to him and what he
- 28:06Speaker 2: said about her. So and like you said, he does
- 28:09Speaker 2: need to defend himself. So I totally get it. But
- 28:12Speaker 2: it was so strange to see Kyle and Sutton say
- 28:15Speaker 2: that you know, she threw him under the bus by
- 28:18Speaker 2: saying he was an alcoholic and and that she threw
- 28:22Speaker 2: him another the bus repeatedly. I was like but this
- 28:24Speaker 2: is her story, this is her life. She can say
- 28:27Speaker 2: what she wants to and even if she does regret it,
- 28:31Speaker 2: which she might later, she'll deal with that. But in
- 28:34Speaker 2: the meantime, it's okay for her to say what her
- 28:37Speaker 2: truth is. And it sounds like pku. I mean, she
- 28:40Speaker 2: obviously is doing a fine job now by protecting him
- 28:42Speaker 2: by saying it's not something that we talk about, you know,
- 28:46Speaker 2: his sobriety, which is obvious. You know, they're essentially saying
- 28:51Speaker 2: I mean, essentially she's saying he's not sober. I mean
- 28:54Speaker 2: in a way everyone else I don't know, but.
- 28:57Speaker 1: Who knows, because it could be like maybe because also
- 29:00Speaker 1: he might he might have an alcohol issue, but maybe
- 29:04Speaker 1: he's like California sober, Like he's you know, like I
- 29:07Speaker 1: don't know what level of sobriety it is, and I
- 29:10Speaker 1: don't know, like if he's going to AA, then he
- 29:14Speaker 1: can't do certain, he can't do anything. But so maybe
- 29:17Speaker 1: he's not going to do like maybe he's changing his
- 29:22Speaker 1: level of sobriety and that is a journey he has
- 29:24Speaker 1: to go on. So I did appreciate that what she said,
- 29:28Speaker 1: and I kind of was like, whoa, Andy, hang on,
- 29:31Speaker 1: Like like we don't have to jump to that, like
- 29:33Speaker 1: maybe he's in it, he's trying to figure this thing out,
- 29:36Speaker 1: which also like he could have relapsed too. I'm not
- 29:41Speaker 1: saying that. I'm just I thought like that was.
- 29:44Speaker 2: Well, she's respecting his wishes, which is not to speak
- 29:47Speaker 2: about it, and that's fine. The foreclosure, it was in
- 29:51Speaker 2: pre foreclosure we found out and that he just wasn't
- 29:55Speaker 2: getting a callback because that's how he does business, because
- 29:58Speaker 2: that's how he lies to d right, because that's how
- 30:01Speaker 2: we wants to treat exactly. And so now they she's
- 30:06Speaker 2: choosing not to have much of a relationship with him
- 30:08Speaker 2: as of a week ago at this time during the reunion,
- 30:11Speaker 2: and he sees the kids once a week ago on
- 30:16Speaker 2: Saturday nights.
- 30:17Speaker 1: So basically the last time he did pick up is
- 30:19Speaker 1: when she talked to him. So that's nothing has really changed.
- 30:25Speaker 2: I don't think, I mean, it's it's going to be
- 30:29Speaker 2: interesting to see where they land because I don't I mean,
- 30:32Speaker 2: I don't have any they're never going to get back
- 30:34Speaker 2: together again, so like what's holding up this divorce?
- 30:38Speaker 1: Money?
- 30:38Speaker 2: Money, That's what I think too, So Bose, it was
- 30:42Speaker 2: interesting to see that and hear that she did watch
- 30:45Speaker 2: the Housewives.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that was away for me.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Because we talked about that and we were like, well,
- 30:52Speaker 2: her marketing side and her preparation side tells us that
- 30:54Speaker 2: she did watch it, but what if she just wanted
- 30:58Speaker 2: to be come in fresh and not no.
- 31:00Speaker 1: Well, also, like I appreciated that she told the story
- 31:03Speaker 1: about getting together with Garcel prior to it and Garcel
- 31:06Speaker 1: not revealing any.
- 31:08Speaker 2: That Garcel, Yeah, was like, no, have your own organic relationships.
- 31:13Speaker 1: And for Bose to speak to what it is like
- 31:16Speaker 1: to come into the Housewives at this point and like,
- 31:20Speaker 1: have good a good context. I've never heard Andy ask
- 31:25Speaker 1: a new wife like in the way he did. But
- 31:29Speaker 1: then Bo's answer or maybe he does say it, it
- 31:32Speaker 1: always just had the best answer I've ever heard.
- 31:34Speaker 2: She did. That's what it was. Yeah, because he always
- 31:37Speaker 2: asks if new housewives have watched the show and so,
- 31:42Speaker 2: and they usually and whether or not that's on the
- 31:45Speaker 2: reunion or on watch what Happens live, It's always a question, yeah,
- 31:49Speaker 2: but they typically lie and say oh, I mean, I've
- 31:55Speaker 2: seen a couple episodes when they've been diehard fans forever,
- 31:59Speaker 2: But it was I used to hear that Bo's you know,
- 32:01Speaker 2: cop to getting to know it, and then I also
- 32:04Speaker 2: loved hearing and this kind of put me in my place.
- 32:08Speaker 2: But when she says to Garcel, like I really didn't
- 32:13Speaker 2: appreciate the insinuation that I was manipulated by Deret, you know,
- 32:19Speaker 2: to be her friend, or that you know, she manipulated
- 32:22Speaker 2: me by saying things about you guys, that I would
- 32:24Speaker 2: ever do that, Like, I would never make a judgment
- 32:28Speaker 2: on somebody without knowing them essentially. And if you think
- 32:32Speaker 2: that I would judge you based on something you know,
- 32:36Speaker 2: not my own perspective, then you don't think you're.
- 32:41Speaker 1: Basically easy to manipulate. You're projecting because you would be
- 32:44Speaker 1: easily manipulating.
- 32:46Speaker 2: That was like a oh yeah, Yi, I.
- 32:48Speaker 1: Thought that was a little I appreciated what she said,
- 32:51Speaker 1: and I get what she said, and that is a
- 32:52Speaker 1: Bose thing to like, yes for Bos, but in defense
- 32:56Speaker 1: of Garcel and us, we have seen so many new
- 33:01Speaker 1: wives come on and kind of like get in line
- 33:07Speaker 1: in a weird way that seems to be like very
- 33:10Speaker 1: like controlled by a senior member of the cast. So I,
- 33:16Speaker 1: I mean, I appreciated what Bo said, but I'm like, yeah, well,
- 33:20Speaker 1: nine times out of ten you come in with somebody else,
- 33:25Speaker 1: and then the other alpha swoops in and takes you
- 33:29Speaker 1: on and you kind of fall in.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Bose had to say, don't underestimate me. I'm my own person, right.
- 33:35Speaker 2: And then also the double standard, which is that garcel
- 33:39Speaker 2: really just kept just digging in about their friendship. She
- 33:43Speaker 2: just she really did have such an issue with them
- 33:45Speaker 2: being friends.
- 33:45Speaker 1: So did I, So did you? Okay, so did everybody listening.
- 33:51Speaker 2: It's a new day, it's a new week. I tell
- 33:53Speaker 2: I tell you that I reserve my rightong with you Phillips,
- 33:58Speaker 2: It's Chicago. Last night, I just felt bad for Dreid.
- 34:03Speaker 2: I wanted like I was like to read and Bow's.
- 34:05Speaker 2: I just was so much more team them last night
- 34:07Speaker 2: than I had been before. But I guess the point
- 34:10Speaker 2: being is that Garcela and Sutton were like best buddies
- 34:14Speaker 2: when they first came on. But the difference is is
- 34:17Speaker 2: that they came on at the exact same time they
- 34:20Speaker 2: were added to the.
- 34:20Speaker 1: Ass at the same time they trauma bonded, right, Yeah.
- 34:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that so them bonding was like a fine thing
- 34:28Speaker 2: because it was like the newbies or in another category
- 34:30Speaker 2: until they move their way up. Whereas Bo's just I.
- 34:33Speaker 1: Didn't even realize that they came on the same season
- 34:35Speaker 1: setting on Garza. Oh wow, interesting, I didn't put that together.
- 34:40Speaker 2: Right, darlings. So I found it very hypocritical, as they said,
- 34:45Speaker 2: because Garcel was like, well, people were annoyed with our friendship,
- 34:49Speaker 2: and then It's like, well, then yeah, you should be
- 34:51Speaker 2: even more supportive of our friendship, and then Garcel's like,
- 34:57Speaker 2: I'm very happy that you have a friend to read.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Yes, not bos right, because like, none of this is
- 35:06Speaker 1: the thing. Let's remember nobody wanted to film with Dury,
- 35:09Speaker 1: like they were all annoyed with her, even Kyle. Kyle
- 35:13Speaker 1: and Durit were not even speaking at the beginning of
- 35:15Speaker 1: the season, which is also why she didn't text Dey first.
- 35:20Speaker 1: In the separation, that.
- 35:22Speaker 2: Text fight was a was a weird one because Kyle's like,
- 35:26Speaker 2: rawl a tape, it'll prove it, and I'm like, well,
- 35:29Speaker 2: it proved that you didn't send it before you reached
- 35:33Speaker 2: out to PK, is what it. It kind of proved
- 35:36Speaker 2: against what Dury's point is, which.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Is speaking I know, and she was speaking to PK,
- 35:43Speaker 1: So why wouldn't she text p K? I get I
- 35:48Speaker 1: still am like on the at the beginning of it
- 35:51Speaker 1: I get it. They had a pretty big falling out
- 35:55Speaker 1: at the reunion. Last reunion, they weren't speaking. Once Kyle
- 35:59Speaker 1: realized that no one had de EAT's back, she felt.
- 36:03Speaker 2: Like shit, absolutely, and that was nice to see. That
- 36:06Speaker 2: was good to see. But man, that was that was weird.
- 36:11Speaker 2: I mean it's weird. I'm its weird, but like you know,
- 36:15Speaker 2: as I'm kind of rethinking that and I am, Dury
- 36:19Speaker 2: needs to lay off the minor details. You know, she
- 36:22Speaker 2: is a very detail oriented person, which is why her
- 36:25Speaker 2: stories are so long. So like that detail about Kyle
- 36:29Speaker 2: texting p Que before her is a throwaway point because,
- 36:34Speaker 2: like you said, so, I feel like that's just nobody.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Goes into details with more. I mean, it's crazy. Her
- 36:43Speaker 1: details are the biggest broad strokes. They don't go her
- 36:47Speaker 1: details don't go into detail. You say, yes, yes, they're
- 36:51Speaker 1: like all connecting words.
- 36:53Speaker 2: She's filibustering.
- 36:54Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, I'm sorry. I was not moved to tears
- 36:59Speaker 1: like Amy over Duri's performing.
- 37:03Speaker 2: It was her hair. I loved it so much. This
- 37:08Speaker 2: had me like, holy shitting well, Eric Halo was on
- 37:13Speaker 2: top in the toilet, Holy shitting Oh. When the whole
- 37:21Speaker 2: conversation about you know, Kyle sharing with Garcel, like what
- 37:28Speaker 2: I open up? Uh, you know, what do you what
- 37:30Speaker 2: are you gonna like? What are you gonna do? But
- 37:31Speaker 2: I open up all this stuff, and and Kyle basically says,
- 37:38Speaker 2: you know, I am like bleeding my.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Life for fourteen years.
- 37:42Speaker 2: Yeah, And this is where this is why I went
- 37:45Speaker 2: back to you know what I said earlier about you
- 37:48Speaker 2: just stop pointing out the Morgan thing. Stop it Like, okay, fine,
- 37:51Speaker 2: you brought it up once and then you brought it
- 37:54Speaker 2: up again, and now you know you're bringing it up again.
- 37:58Speaker 2: Stop That's where it gets annoying. And also I am
- 38:03Speaker 2: team Kyle about this the whole way. And I think
- 38:05Speaker 2: she made a great point, which is, you know, your
- 38:08Speaker 2: son shows not to be on this, and I respected
- 38:11Speaker 2: that that was an old oh snap moment, right. I
- 38:15Speaker 2: don't know which son that she's talking about.
- 38:18Speaker 1: Uh huh.
- 38:18Speaker 2: But the point is is that you know, there's a
- 38:22Speaker 2: whole structure in place. And so for Garcel to try
- 38:26Speaker 2: to provide her argument being that well, Morgan was on
- 38:29Speaker 2: last season and it's in the news, she is like
- 38:34Speaker 2: tunnel vision, you know, she just keeps like tunneling down
- 38:38Speaker 2: this and she just does not she's somebody who doesn't
- 38:40Speaker 2: see the forest through the trees.
- 38:42Speaker 1: Well in fairness, in that moment, she was defending why
- 38:46Speaker 1: she was bringing it up, and I think Garcel defended
- 38:50Speaker 1: it pretty hard because Kyle is using fourteen years on
- 38:56Speaker 1: this show. So I think Kyle's defense is very good.
- 38:59Speaker 1: So I do think Garcel had to be like, okay,
- 39:02Speaker 1: but just so you know, this is why I was saying, Morgan, Morgan, Morgan.
- 39:07Speaker 1: But I do think Garcel got it. I really, it
- 39:10Speaker 1: wasn't like a Theresa moment where it was like Garcel's
- 39:14Speaker 1: gonna defend bullshit.
- 39:16Speaker 2: I don't know if she got it. I think that
- 39:18Speaker 2: she fell back. I think she fell back on the
- 39:21Speaker 2: Pque break in. I think she no, not really, she
- 39:25Speaker 2: was like, I'm sorry if you feel like, oh, I'm
- 39:29Speaker 2: sorry if you feel that I hurt you, but that's
- 39:31Speaker 2: how I feel.
- 39:32Speaker 1: Oh. That's what I'm saying, is a fallback, like like okay, fine, yes,
- 39:36Speaker 1: I'm sorry you feel the way you feel. Whereas with Kyle,
- 39:39Speaker 1: she got it and that was legit getting it and
- 39:42Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
- 39:43Speaker 2: Oh. I don't remember her apologizing for that.
- 39:46Speaker 1: I think she no, she said, I hear you. She
- 39:48Speaker 1: said something like that. She was like, I hear you.
- 39:51Speaker 1: I like there was something there. I do think that
- 39:54Speaker 1: really registered because her face was like really getting it,
- 39:58Speaker 1: like fourteen years I've been doing this.
- 40:00Speaker 2: She walked off during the break when she was like
- 40:03Speaker 2: gobsmack that people were coming for her. Yeah, and she
- 40:06Speaker 2: was like I can't say anything. I can't have an
- 40:08Speaker 2: opinion about anything. I you know, and I understood why
- 40:13Speaker 2: she was saying that. However, again I stand by that
- 40:17Speaker 2: she doesn't see the forest through the trees. So with Garcel, yeah,
- 40:21Speaker 2: agree to disagree.
- 40:22Speaker 1: No, I'm no, we are going to fight this out.
- 40:27Speaker 2: Okay.
- 40:27Speaker 1: So like why wasn't Morgan on the show? I'm just
- 40:32Speaker 1: gonna be garcila anxiety.
- 40:34Speaker 2: She had anxiety when when Kyle's like, well, like what
- 40:40Speaker 2: more do you want? Oh? I know what it was.
- 40:44Speaker 2: They're asking Garcel like why don't you show more? And
- 40:47Speaker 2: Garcel's like, there's nothing that I'm not showing, Like what
- 40:49Speaker 2: do you I mean? I don't have anything going on?
- 40:52Speaker 2: And that's the point.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Compared to a multi million dollar shit show, embezzlement I,
- 41:00Speaker 1: Tom Girardi and the Number One Housewife's couple breakup, Kyle
- 41:08Speaker 1: and Moe.
- 41:09Speaker 2: Yes, but if you're gonna get in the ring. Yeah,
- 41:12Speaker 2: with that, then you better and you're gonna get in
- 41:15Speaker 2: the ring. And but if you don't have it punches,
- 41:18Speaker 2: if you.
- 41:18Speaker 1: Don't have, to Garcel's point, if you don't have all
- 41:22Speaker 1: that shit, then guess.
- 41:24Speaker 2: What, don't go in the ring. And she left, No,
- 41:28Speaker 2: but she left, I know. But during this and I
- 41:30Speaker 2: think that's good. Don't fight like you have as much
- 41:33Speaker 2: as they have, is what I'm trying to say.
- 41:35Speaker 1: I because you have even said it. If it wasn't
- 41:38Speaker 1: for Sutton, if it wasn't for Garcel asking some of
- 41:42Speaker 1: these questions, especially during the Erica Jane stuff, like, I
- 41:47Speaker 1: think that.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Here's where we're losing the connection. There's a finesse to
- 41:54Speaker 2: these moves that you make as a housewife. Like I
- 41:58Speaker 2: said before, when Garcel during the break is like, I
- 42:01Speaker 2: can't like, you know, I realize, Oh my gosh, my
- 42:04Speaker 2: head is spinning because this is such a hard job.
- 42:07Speaker 2: What we see and what I see clearly for her
- 42:11Speaker 2: is what she can't see because she's so in it.
- 42:13Speaker 2: But what I see is that she had no finesse
- 42:18Speaker 2: and no nuance to the way that she was playing
- 42:20Speaker 2: with the other lady.
- 42:22Speaker 1: I agree, I agree with it, and.
- 42:23Speaker 2: That screwed her in the end, which is why she's
- 42:25Speaker 2: walking off, going I can't have an opinion, I can't
- 42:28Speaker 2: say anything. It's like, well, no, you're not even looking
- 42:31Speaker 2: at the bigger picture. Yes, she's not looking at the
- 42:33Speaker 2: full puzzle.
- 42:34Speaker 1: She would go right for the throat. It would just
- 42:37Speaker 1: be a very abrupt like, hey, where why are we
- 42:40Speaker 1: talking about this?
- 42:42Speaker 2: Same as Sutton and and that I understand that we appreciate,
- 42:47Speaker 2: but guess who would have been better off saying that?
- 42:50Speaker 2: Somebody who has a lot of shit going on. Yeah,
- 42:53Speaker 2: like in Erica, who said a couple of years ago.
- 42:57Speaker 3: If we're going to talk about my stuff, we're going
- 42:58Speaker 3: to talk about everybody's life.
- 43:00Speaker 2: That's her point. Yeah, so you know, And for Erica
- 43:03Speaker 2: to say, I don't know, I just wish you were
- 43:07Speaker 2: more interesting, I guess was an incredibly awful thing to
- 43:12Speaker 2: say to somebody.
- 43:12Speaker 1: It was because what it's saying is if your life
- 43:15Speaker 1: is good, you're not interesting. And that was to my
- 43:18Speaker 1: point about Garcel leaving. This is like she's leaving on
- 43:22Speaker 1: top in that, like her life isn't a mess and
- 43:26Speaker 1: she doesn't need the show. This is a great time
- 43:29Speaker 1: to exit, like and so, and also like if there
- 43:33Speaker 1: are things that she's hiding, which I don't think that
- 43:35Speaker 1: there are, that's fine, Like then then I like love Garcel,
- 43:41Speaker 1: but I'm glad she's getting out clean, like she doesn't
- 43:44Speaker 1: have like a whole heap of shit.
- 43:47Speaker 2: Well, I also think that like when Eric keep Erica
- 43:51Speaker 2: keeps bringing up the ladies coming after her and like
- 43:56Speaker 2: how she had to answer to this and answer to that,
- 43:58Speaker 2: what's funny is that she didn't want to answer and
- 44:02Speaker 2: she refused to answer. Yeah, and so it's almost like
- 44:06Speaker 2: she's it's because she showed up, which is why I
- 44:09Speaker 2: think she's trying to give herself all of the well,
- 44:12Speaker 2: all the flowers. You know, it was gross and then
- 44:16Speaker 2: when she did yeah, yeah, but she didn't even realize
- 44:21Speaker 2: that she was being gross. She still doesn't. Oh, well me, no,
- 44:24Speaker 2: she has had a little bit of reflection, but.
- 44:26Speaker 1: Not all of that for me.
- 44:28Speaker 2: No, yeah no. So I almost feel like, you know,
- 44:31Speaker 2: they're sitting here going we're we're bleeding for this show
- 44:36Speaker 2: and you're not doing anything. But when you were bleeding,
- 44:40Speaker 2: they were also your enemy because you didn't want to
- 44:43Speaker 2: answer any the questions when they would ask you, and
- 44:46Speaker 2: you tried to shut it down every time. You didn't
- 44:48Speaker 2: want to talk about it, so you didn't really make
- 44:51Speaker 2: it easy anyway. So I don't know, it's it's But
- 44:54Speaker 2: the point is, with the nuance of people who don't
- 44:57Speaker 2: have a criminal uh storyline.
- 45:02Speaker 1: Or trauma or a major skill some other trauma, they really.
- 45:07Speaker 2: Need to play a very unique game. And I do
- 45:10Speaker 2: not think that Garcel made all good steps. She just
- 45:14Speaker 2: kept doing a one no thing.
- 45:17Speaker 1: Has done it well. Well, we had a situation.
- 45:19Speaker 2: I don't I mean, I don't, I don't know. I'm
- 45:21Speaker 2: just saying in this situation, the nuance was lost, and
- 45:26Speaker 2: that's why she ended up in no man's land and
- 45:28Speaker 2: why she is leaving.
- 45:29Speaker 1: You could argue that Melissa Gorga has never had any
- 45:34Speaker 1: shit to deal with, just her relationship with Teresa. It
- 45:38Speaker 1: can be done.
- 45:40Speaker 2: You think Melissa does it.
- 45:41Speaker 1: Well, I mean in terms of like never having like
- 45:44Speaker 1: I mean, she might have shit going on, but we
- 45:46Speaker 1: don't know about it really, Like, she hasn't had a
- 45:49Speaker 1: major personal issue blow up on the show except for
- 45:54Speaker 1: her relationship with Teresa. But Teresa's always down to clown
- 45:57Speaker 1: with Melissa on that. I'm trying to think of who else,
- 46:02Speaker 1: like Darling's who else? Please? Like who else has done it?
- 46:07Speaker 2: Right? Well, I did feel bad for Garcel because she
- 46:11Speaker 2: doesn't understand why the other cast members don't understand where
- 46:18Speaker 2: she's coming from.
- 46:20Speaker 1: Well also, I'm like, you guys are all acting like
- 46:23Speaker 1: she should be at the left side of Andy, Like
- 46:26Speaker 1: was she that big of a deal for this season?
- 46:28Speaker 1: That's what my takeaway was, like, why are we going
- 46:32Speaker 1: after Garcel? This hard like to me, and maybe we'll
- 46:35Speaker 1: get there. It's episode one. To me, Sutton was way
- 46:39Speaker 1: more volatile and inciting, so.
- 46:43Speaker 2: Well that'll probably be the next two episodes. Yeah, yeah,
- 46:47Speaker 2: But because the whole season was Sutton, it was Sutton season.
- 46:51Speaker 1: I can't believe how far down the couch Sutton is
- 46:53Speaker 1: after this season.
- 46:54Speaker 2: Yeah well no, wait, she's right next to Kyle, but
- 46:58Speaker 2: who's across de Yeah yeah, yeah, that makes sense. Well, yeah,
- 47:02Speaker 2: that that's a good place for her to be. There's
- 47:04Speaker 2: no other place for her. She couldn't go next to
- 47:07Speaker 2: Andy because Dereite has this whole It was really a
- 47:10Speaker 2: Derete Sutton season, but it was also Kyle because of
- 47:16Speaker 2: her marriage.
- 47:16Speaker 1: It wasn't Kyle.
- 47:17Speaker 2: I mean, yeah, it was kind of like Kyle's Kyle
- 47:20Speaker 2: should have switched. I think that they could have switched,
- 47:24Speaker 2: but that would never happen, No, because Kyle could never
- 47:27Speaker 2: be not next to Andy, right, so it was either
- 47:30Speaker 2: going to be de Reed or Sutton next to Andy.
- 47:32Speaker 2: And I think because Deed has seniority, that's why she
- 47:34Speaker 2: got to sit there. Go on, Okay, well let's see here.
- 47:41Speaker 2: So I also just want to say that during the break,
- 47:46Speaker 2: when Sutton went in to talk to Garcell and then
- 47:49Speaker 2: we got to see.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Who else?
- 47:52Speaker 2: Who else did we get They had these gorgeous wraps
- 47:56Speaker 2: on those cardigans.
- 47:57Speaker 1: They all have the same I love Sutton getting her
- 48:00Speaker 1: like cozy socks and hugs on Avvy coming in and
- 48:03Speaker 1: putting socks.
- 48:04Speaker 2: On, and that that was he was there within two seconds. God,
- 48:08Speaker 2: he's good. Damn.
- 48:10Speaker 1: I know.
- 48:10Speaker 2: She's a diva, diva diva.
- 48:12Speaker 1: I hope she pays him one hundred thousand dollars a month,
- 48:14Speaker 1: like one hundred and fifty thousand half of her settlement
- 48:17Speaker 1: a month goes to Avi. Probably.
- 48:19Speaker 2: I hope so too, and I wouldn't doubt if it did. It.
- 48:22Speaker 2: Never once have we ever seen in the history of
- 48:25Speaker 2: Kyle being on this show being treated and escorted in
- 48:29Speaker 2: that type of way. No, but Sutton has neuropathy so
- 48:32Speaker 2: she can't walk on those hills all the time. No.
- 48:35Speaker 1: But I also see that little detail is why we
- 48:38Speaker 1: love the Housewives, I know, because it's just like aspirational craziness.
- 48:42Speaker 2: But those sweater wraps were amazing. They had that like
- 48:46Speaker 2: barefoot dreams kind of yeah, you know, chanel like soft.
- 48:50Speaker 2: And they had different colors, like one was Duritt's was white,
- 48:57Speaker 2: Sutton's was tope. Yeah, and then someone's I can't remember
- 49:01Speaker 2: who had a black one. But I was like, I
- 49:02Speaker 2: need one. I don't know where it's from anyway, I
- 49:04Speaker 2: just want to mention that. Okay, So what else? Is there?
- 49:06Speaker 2: Anything else?
- 49:06Speaker 1: I was going to also talk about and the kids,
- 49:12Speaker 1: and oh I could about They said about not telling
- 49:18Speaker 1: the kids about stuff, and then she said at the reunion,
- 49:20Speaker 1: well they're not asking, so it's fine. Now they're not asking.
- 49:24Speaker 1: They just SEEPK and I together, and so I was like,
- 49:28Speaker 1: oh my god, I know.
- 49:30Speaker 2: Well Sutton did say she spoke on that real quick,
- 49:34Speaker 2: she did, but Durit did not get it. No, no,
- 49:36Speaker 2: and she said, well, what were the consequences? And I
- 49:40Speaker 2: think she was genuinely like, well, what were they teach me?
- 49:44Speaker 2: Because she seemed curious And.
- 49:46Speaker 1: It's not c that is it. There's Durita is not curious.
- 49:50Speaker 1: Durita's surface level. Durit is like, are we good in this?
- 49:54Speaker 1: Five seconds? And then everything's great.
- 49:57Speaker 2: Well, she had no regrets about not telling her kids,
- 50:00Speaker 2: and Sutton saying like, well, the long term of that
- 50:03Speaker 2: is that they won't trust you. Yeah, you know, I
- 50:07Speaker 2: don't trust me. I get it.
- 50:09Speaker 1: I don't trust to read in terms of like I
- 50:11Speaker 1: don't know where to land with her. There's nothing grounding
- 50:13Speaker 1: me to to read. There's nothing. I just she's so
- 50:16Speaker 1: flighty that I'm just like I don't want to. It's
- 50:19Speaker 1: not like a deep distrust like I might have if
- 50:21Speaker 1: I'm hanging out with like Danielle's stop.
- 50:23Speaker 2: She's not diabolical at all. No, it's just.
- 50:26Speaker 1: That she is like permanently in the clouds and I
- 50:30Speaker 1: can't get there.
- 50:31Speaker 2: No. The other thing was remember when Kyle said, remember
- 50:38Speaker 2: when Garcel exposed Kyle for pulling aside Sutton and Garcel
- 50:42Speaker 2: off camera?
- 50:43Speaker 1: Yeah, that was why did you off camera? Why did
- 50:48Speaker 1: you tell me off camera?
- 50:50Speaker 2: And Kyle was like a deer cotton headlights.
- 50:53Speaker 1: Well it brings because to me, I'm like, oh, it
- 50:57Speaker 1: makes sense, she told her off camera. But you can
- 50:58Speaker 1: really get the cure of being on this show is.
- 51:02Speaker 2: That you like, you just don't hang out or you
- 51:04Speaker 2: don't hang out with people that you're not really on
- 51:07Speaker 2: the same side with.
- 51:08Speaker 1: Yeah, and nothing. And I think that that has changed
- 51:11Speaker 1: in the fourteen years that Kyle has been on the show.
- 51:13Speaker 1: I think at some point you did sidebar with people
- 51:16Speaker 1: and now you don't. Like now you do sidebar and
- 51:18Speaker 1: say off off limits, off limits. You used to be
- 51:22Speaker 1: able to sidebar and say this is off limits, this
- 51:24Speaker 1: is off limits. And Kyle is still playing by those
- 51:27Speaker 1: old rules. That's why deit. It's like, no, here's all
- 51:30Speaker 1: the text threads at last year's region. Yes, and she's pulling.
- 51:34Speaker 1: Kyle's pulling. People decide and say this is why I
- 51:36Speaker 1: don't want to talk about mortgage right, And they're like no, no, no, no,
- 51:39Speaker 1: we don't do that anymore, Kyle, And she is deeply offended.
- 51:43Speaker 2: Yeah. Changed. Durite was nodding her head because oh my god.
- 51:49Speaker 2: When Garcel's like, well, when you left Sutton, what did
- 51:53Speaker 2: what did you say? And so was like that it
- 51:58Speaker 2: was or I think that Kyle wants to be protected,
- 52:04Speaker 2: she wants to protect Morgan, and she just looks so scared.
- 52:07Speaker 2: And Garcel's like, no, that's not what you said. She
- 52:09Speaker 2: said that was a chess move.
- 52:11Speaker 1: You said game on, motherfucker.
- 52:13Speaker 2: Yeah. And Kyle was like, oh, oh my god, I
- 52:18Speaker 2: can't believe that. I can't believe she's calling me out.
- 52:20Speaker 2: Just like Dory last year when I sent her a
- 52:22Speaker 2: text the night before the reunion, we weren't talking like
- 52:24Speaker 2: this is ridiculous. It's like, yeah, Kyle, we see you.
- 52:26Speaker 1: I sent her a script for the reunion, and she
- 52:28Speaker 1: went totally off it.
- 52:29Speaker 2: I mean she's like, I thought we were friends and
- 52:31Speaker 2: it just like with such a hollow statement. It didn't
- 52:34Speaker 2: It was not believable at all. Kyle was in defense mode,
- 52:37Speaker 2: and it was really funny to see that. Yeah, because yeah,
- 52:40Speaker 2: I mean she is. She's trying to basically say, you know,
- 52:45Speaker 2: please help. She's as a friend. You know, they could
- 52:49Speaker 2: have had her back and been like we respect what's
- 52:51Speaker 2: going on with you and Morgan, and we won't bring
- 52:53Speaker 2: it up. But Garcel's like, fuck this, I'm not I'm
- 52:55Speaker 2: gonna say everything. I'm going to say it all.
- 52:58Speaker 1: Yeah, well again, I think the rules change, and I
- 53:03Speaker 1: do want LVP to be the godmother to Oliver's new
- 53:07Speaker 1: little girl. Oh yes, speaking of old rules. Oh what
- 53:14Speaker 1: about old rules Lisa Vanner, Pump and Kyle and whatever.
- 53:18Speaker 1: But I do think that's when it shifted to. But
- 53:23Speaker 1: Kyle hasn't you know? Why? Why Kathy? Because Kathy, you know,
- 53:30Speaker 1: is sidebarring with Kyle. Kyle and Kathy sidebar and if
- 53:34Speaker 1: Kyle steps off that agreement, she's dead to Kathy for
- 53:39Speaker 1: six months to a year. So probation. Yeah, that Bo's
- 53:46Speaker 1: Malibu house got brought up, which I was.
- 53:48Speaker 2: What what happened to her Malibu house? Ship? Amy?
- 53:51Speaker 1: What happened you? You've got to lock this one in. Okay, Okay,
- 53:55Speaker 1: there were fires in Los Angeles.
- 53:58Speaker 2: I knew about the fires. What about recently?
- 54:01Speaker 1: Yeah, but what happened to of the Palisades as?
- 54:06Speaker 2: Are you saying that Bose's house in Malibu was burned down?
- 54:09Speaker 1: Yes?
- 54:10Speaker 2: Oh my god, you guys, I'm so sorry. Okay, No,
- 54:13Speaker 2: it's an inside joke. You guys know we're not laughing
- 54:15Speaker 2: at joke. I mean, it's an inside the reason why
- 54:18Speaker 2: we're laughing or awful.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Look at you laughing at this disgusting an forgot about boss.
- 54:28Speaker 1: For those that don't know, Amy and I talked about it,
- 54:31Speaker 1: but then Amy later totally forgot I forgot her house
- 54:34Speaker 1: burned down, And then seeing them talk about it at
- 54:37Speaker 1: the reunion, I was like, oh, I like my I
- 54:40Speaker 1: felt so bad for that.
- 54:41Speaker 2: Did that hit home really hard? It did. When we
- 54:47Speaker 2: first brought it up again weeks ago, as as you
- 54:50Speaker 2: guys all heard, I had a shocked reaction, like the
- 54:53Speaker 2: day that I found out originally.
- 54:55Speaker 1: It was like it happened all over again.
- 54:57Speaker 2: Yeah. Also, Bose was surprised at everyone's reaction to her
- 55:03Speaker 2: relationship with Keighley and the fact that they hadn't said
- 55:05Speaker 2: I love you before they were talking about and they
- 55:08Speaker 2: were talking about kids and that he's a red flag
- 55:13Speaker 2: because he hasn't been married and all this stuff. So
- 55:15Speaker 2: and she was shocked that people were judging her for
- 55:17Speaker 2: wanting to have another child. And she was like, that's
- 55:21Speaker 2: you know, how dare you pooh pooh my dream? So
- 55:24Speaker 2: you know, look, I just I stand firm with I
- 55:30Speaker 2: am one of those people that's like, please don't try
- 55:32Speaker 2: to have a child. And I'm just going to stand
- 55:34Speaker 2: by that.
- 55:35Speaker 1: Well, I only we only say that because of her
- 55:38Speaker 1: her very real health crisis around that, But I did
- 55:43Speaker 1: like that she stood up Yeah, for herself.
- 55:45Speaker 2: I agree. I agree, and that that's the type of
- 55:48Speaker 2: thinking that has gotten her to where she is. And
- 55:51Speaker 2: so you know, miracles can happen. And I think that
- 55:54Speaker 2: I need to start start dreaming a little more. Guys,
- 55:58Speaker 2: I need to start dreaming.
- 56:00Speaker 1: Yeah, you need to be when Jesus brings you to
- 56:03Speaker 1: your miracle. Escamanda says, you better be on the couch
- 56:08Speaker 1: or what is it a couch.
- 56:11Speaker 2: It would be a real shame if Jesus brought you
- 56:14Speaker 2: your miracle and you weren't watching.
- 56:17Speaker 1: And you weren't watching housewives. Yeah, because that's where your
- 56:22Speaker 1: miracle is going to show up.
- 56:24Speaker 2: So I think that's kind of it. For this episode
- 56:28Speaker 2: of Beverly Hills Reunion Part one, Wow, it was good.
- 56:34Speaker 1: It was a great episode. One.
- 56:36Speaker 2: Wow. We Yeah, a lot of a lot of words
- 56:40Speaker 2: were thrown around, a lot of teams, a lot of alliances,
- 56:45Speaker 2: a lot of breaks and friendship. We'll see where we
- 56:48Speaker 2: go next week. Guys.
- 56:50Speaker 1: I think back to La, Yes, back to La. Yeah.
