Jeffrey Epstein And His Life As A Government Snitch · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
• 0:06
Speaker 1: One of the most pressing questions when discussing Jeffrey Epstein
• 0:11
Speaker 1: is was he an asset for the government or not? Now,
• 0:16
Speaker 1: I'll tell you in my opinion that he most certainly was.
• 0:21
Speaker 1: From the time he worked at Bear Stearns all the
• 0:24
Speaker 1: way up until the time he got arrested the second
• 0:27
Speaker 1: time around. Now, I'm not one of these people that
• 0:33
Speaker 1: will tell you he was a spy or he worked
• 0:37
Speaker 1: for the Mossad. You know, there's a lot of people
• 0:39
Speaker 1: that like to look for the Mossad boogeyman everywhere. But
• 0:43
Speaker 1: the reality is this, folks. The CIA is much more
• 0:48
Speaker 1: dangerous and much worse than the Mossad could ever want
• 0:52
Speaker 1: to be. The CIA is like the Mossad's older, more
• 0:56
Speaker 1: dangerous brother who was on mushrooms. So when people run
• 1:02
Speaker 1: around with the whole Mossad line of thinking and trying
• 1:05
Speaker 1: to set the Mossad up like they're this big boogeyman,
• 1:09
Speaker 1: I just can't get on board with that. Now, does
• 1:11
Speaker 1: that mean I think the Mossad is made up of
• 1:14
Speaker 1: good people? No, I do not think that. These intelligence
• 1:17
Speaker 1: groups in general are not made up of great people,
• 1:20
Speaker 1: in my opinion. and people that will go to the
• 1:23
Speaker 1: lengths that some of these people will go to, well,
• 1:26
Speaker 1: they most certainly are not the kind of people that
• 1:29
Speaker 1: you would say, yeah, these are fantastic folk. So why
• 1:33
Speaker 1: would anyone think that these people wouldn't be in bed
• 1:37
Speaker 1: with Jeffrey Epstein? Because they most certainly were. And Jeffrey
• 1:41
Speaker 1: Epstein most certainly was an asset for the government during
• 1:45
Speaker 1: the Bear Stearns situation. How else did he not go
• 1:48
Speaker 1: to prison, folks? Come on. What do you think, he's
• 1:51
Speaker 1: just this incredibly lucky man? That is not reality. It's
• 1:56
Speaker 1: never been reality. It's never going to be reality. The
• 2:00
Speaker 1: fact is, Jeffrey Epstein was a snitch. And he was
• 2:03
Speaker 1: working for the government, with the government, at least when
• 2:08
Speaker 1: it comes to Bear Stearns and probably a lot more.
• 2:12
Speaker 1: So we're going to go back into the time machine today, folks,
• 2:15
Speaker 1: and we're going to pull an article from November 28th
• 2:17
Speaker 1: of 2018. Now, this article is from the New York Post,
• 2:22
Speaker 1: and the author is Bruce Golding. Headline, pedophile millionaire dodged
• 2:28
Speaker 1: harsh sentence by ratting out Bear Stearns executives. Sounds like
• 2:33
Speaker 1: a hell of a guy, huh? Out here ratting people out,
• 2:36
Speaker 1: you know, snitching on folks. No big deal. I'm Jeffrey Epstein.
• 2:40
Speaker 1: I'm not going to go to prison. This is going
• 2:42
Speaker 1: to be my end. So for Jeffrey Epstein, he says
• 2:45
Speaker 1: to himself, hell, I can I can use this. I
• 2:48
Speaker 1: can manipulate this situation. I'm already working as an asset
• 2:52
Speaker 1: with the government. Well, maybe I can ingratiate myself to
• 2:56
Speaker 1: them a little bit more and they can help me
• 2:58
Speaker 1: along the way with my sexual deviancy. And in return,
• 3:02
Speaker 1: what I'll do is I'll collect compromise for them and
• 3:05
Speaker 1: I'll turn it over to them so that they can
• 3:07
Speaker 1: profile people and then use it to, you know, blackmail them,
• 3:12
Speaker 1: make them do whatever they want politically or whatever sort
• 3:16
Speaker 1: of scumbaggery they have in mind. And that was always
• 3:19
Speaker 1: the plan for Jeffrey Epstein. He obviously took it a
• 3:22
Speaker 1: step further and was not only in bed with whoever
• 3:26
Speaker 1: his handler was here in America, but he certainly was
• 3:29
Speaker 1: working with other groups, the Mossad certainly, other groups as well.
• 3:34
Speaker 1: And he was probably passing off information to all of
• 3:37
Speaker 1: these groups. That would be my guess. That's what information
• 3:41
Speaker 1: brokers do. So if anyone thinks that Jeffrey Epstein was
• 3:46
Speaker 1: sitting on information and not passing it around, not selling
• 3:49
Speaker 1: it off, then they're not paying attention to who Jeffrey
• 3:52
Speaker 1: Epstein was and what he was up to. Multimillionaire pedophile
• 3:58
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein secretly served as a key federal witness against
• 4:02
Speaker 1: two hedge fund managers around the time he cut the
• 4:06
Speaker 1: sweetheart deal that let him avoid federal child sex trafficking
• 4:10
Speaker 1: charges and served just 13 months in a Florida jail,
• 4:13
Speaker 1: according to a new report on Wednesday. So because he
• 4:17
Speaker 1: helped out with Barron Stearns, helped out a little snitching
• 4:21
Speaker 1: action that was probably set up by his lawyers, you know,
• 4:24
Speaker 1: Dershowitz and Lefkowitz and the rest of the bunch. They
• 4:27
Speaker 1: probably went in there and manipulated the whole situation behind
• 4:31
Speaker 1: the scenes like they always did. And then you had
• 4:33
Speaker 1: someone like Mukasey at the controls at the Justice Department
• 4:38
Speaker 1: as the head honcho. And this is the result. All
• 4:41
Speaker 1: of these scumbags, all of these people who were in
• 4:44
Speaker 1: power when this deal went down, they should all be
• 4:47
Speaker 1: held responsible for this shit. This is absurd. All these
• 4:51
Speaker 1: years later, and this is still cracking off, we're still
• 4:54
Speaker 1: talking about this non-prosecution agreement? How in the hell is
• 4:57
Speaker 1: this non-prosecution agreement not scattered to the four winds? It
• 5:06
Speaker 1: is obscene that the court has allowed this to stand.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: A year-long investigation by the Miami Herald turned up records
• 5:15
Speaker 1: that show Epstein, who was one of the fund's largest investors,
• 5:18
Speaker 1: cooperated in the prosecution of a pair of executives at
• 5:22
Speaker 1: now-defunct Bear Stearns Financial Firm and received valuable consideration for
• 5:28
Speaker 1: providing investigators with unspecified information. So, look, we all know
• 5:34
Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein was a scumbag. We all know that
• 5:36
Speaker 1: he was a molester and a pervert, and he was
• 5:39
Speaker 1: also a snitch. He was all of the worst things
• 5:43
Speaker 1: that you could possibly be for somebody who was getting
• 5:46
Speaker 1: ready to go to prison. He had all of those
• 5:50
Speaker 1: black marks against him. How do you think this dude
• 5:52
Speaker 1: would have fared in prison? You show up there with
• 5:56
Speaker 1: all of these black marks against you as a snitch,
• 5:58
Speaker 1: as a child molester, as a human trafficker. Yeah, you're
• 6:01
Speaker 1: going to be met with some scorn, my friend. You're
• 6:04
Speaker 1: going to be met with some pretty aggravated people. And
• 6:09
Speaker 1: that most certainly is what Epstein had to look forward
• 6:11
Speaker 1: to because he was an absolute piece of shit, folks.
• 6:16
Speaker 1: And there is a certain level of prison. I don't
• 6:22
Speaker 1: know what you want to call it. Decorum, if you will.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: And if you show up there as a child molester,
• 6:27
Speaker 1: someone who hurts kids, you're asking for big time trouble.
• 6:34
Speaker 1: But being a snitch on top of all of that. Boy,
• 6:37
Speaker 1: forget about it. You got to PC up right away
• 6:40
Speaker 1: if that's the case. Emails also show then-Miami U.S. Attorney
• 6:45
Speaker 1: Alexander Acosta, who is now President Trump's Secretary of Labor,
• 6:49
Speaker 1: and the lead prosecutor in the case agreeing to help Epstein.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: High-powered defense lawyers try to contain the scandal sparked by
• 6:56
Speaker 1: his 2006 arrest in Palm Beach, according to The Herald.
• 7:01
Speaker 1: So look, we all know that Acosta's a piece of shit,
• 7:03
Speaker 1: and we all know that Acosta has no backbone, and
• 7:06
Speaker 1: that Acosta should have stood up to his bosses in D.C.,
• 7:09
Speaker 1: and he should have said, fuck you guys, I'm not
• 7:11
Speaker 1: gonna do this. We're gonna prosecute this man to the
• 7:14
Speaker 1: fullest extent of the law, and if Mukasey and the
• 7:18
Speaker 1: rest of these guys have a problem with it, then
• 7:20
Speaker 1: they can put their name on it. But no, dude
• 7:24
Speaker 1: had no backbone, had the backbone of a spaghetti, and
• 7:27
Speaker 1: here we are. But to put it all at Acosta's
• 7:31
Speaker 1: feet is ridiculous, and you can tell who's playing politics
• 7:34
Speaker 1: by the people who do that. See me? I don't
• 7:37
Speaker 1: just care about scoring a quick political victory, folks. I'm
• 7:41
Speaker 1: looking for long-term gains. That means getting rid of all
• 7:45
Speaker 1: of these scumbags, the Acostas of the world, and the
• 7:49
Speaker 1: rest of them. But to act like Acosta could make
• 7:51
Speaker 1: this decision himself is very, very, very stupid. This man
• 7:58
Speaker 1: cannot make this kind of decision. He was an AG
• 8:03
Speaker 1: down in Florida. You really think that the local AGs
• 8:07
Speaker 1: have that kind of leeway to make a decision on
• 8:10
Speaker 1: a rich man like Jeffrey Epstein such as this? Zero chance.
• 8:14
Speaker 1: Lefkowitz and the rest of them all had breakfast with
• 8:18
Speaker 1: Acosta's people. They all had breakfast with people from the
• 8:23
Speaker 1: Department of Justice. They had the inroads with people like Mukasey.
• 8:28
Speaker 1: What do you think? It's just some kind of coincidence
• 8:30
Speaker 1: that a lot of these dudes ended up working? On
• 8:38
Speaker 1: an avoid the press note, I can file the charge
• 8:40
Speaker 1: in district court in Miami, which will hopefully cut the
• 8:43
Speaker 1: press coverage significantly. Do you want to check that out?
• 8:46
Speaker 1: Assistant U.S. Attorney Marie Villafana wrote in September 2007 to
• 8:51
Speaker 1: defense lawyer Jay Lefkowitz, a former colleague of Acosta's at
• 8:55
Speaker 1: the Kirkland and Ellis law firm. Kirkland & Ellis is
• 8:58
Speaker 1: just like a law firm full of scumballs, bro. Every
• 9:02
Speaker 1: one of them dudes, every one of them lawyers there
• 9:04
Speaker 1: is just worse than the next, it seems like. And frankly,
• 9:07
Speaker 1: it seems like every single lawyer is worse than the
• 9:10
Speaker 1: next lawyer. I've had my fill of these people. I mean...
• 9:15
Speaker 1: Going into this, I wasn't a big fan of lawyers.
• 9:17
Speaker 1: But now it's even worse. Then you add to the
• 9:20
Speaker 1: fact that most of our scumbag politicians are either lawyers
• 9:24
Speaker 1: or doctors. And yeah, it leaves a bad taste in
• 9:26
Speaker 1: my mouth. How is it that only lawyers or doctors
• 9:30
Speaker 1: can be our political representatives? In the old days, it
• 9:34
Speaker 1: was our neighbors, people who own stores or people from
• 9:37
Speaker 1: the community. Now it's a whole political career. We should
• 9:41
Speaker 1: have never had a political class. Ever. Because this kind
• 9:46
Speaker 1: of shit happens. You want to talk about oligarchs in Russia?
• 9:50
Speaker 1: We got our own oligarchs right here in America, folks.
• 9:53
Speaker 1: People are just too stupid to pay attention and see
• 9:56
Speaker 1: what's going on. The following month, Acosta met with Lefkowitz
• 10:02
Speaker 1: for breakfast at a Marriott hotel in West Palm Beach,
• 10:06
Speaker 1: 70 miles from Acosta's office, to negotiate terms of Epstein's
• 10:10
Speaker 1: non-prosecution agreement with the feds, according to the Herald. And again,
• 10:15
Speaker 1: do you think that Acosta just signed off on this
• 10:19
Speaker 1: paperwork and it didn't shoot up top for Mukasey to
• 10:22
Speaker 1: take a look at and the upper echelon at DOJ
• 10:26
Speaker 1: to sign off on? Stop it. That's not how this works. Remember, folks,
• 10:31
Speaker 1: we're talking about a gigantic, huge bureaucracy when we're talking
• 10:36
Speaker 1: about the federal government. And when we're talking about the
• 10:39
Speaker 1: FBI or the CIA or the federal prosecutors, you can
• 10:43
Speaker 1: double that. The bureaucracy is large and it's hungry. And
• 10:48
Speaker 1: you can't skip steps in the bureaucracy. If you're a
• 10:51
Speaker 1: middle manager, that's what Acosta was. You can't make those
• 10:54
Speaker 1: decisions on your own. Zero chance. So it's very, very, very,
• 11:00
Speaker 1: very dishonest when people try and act like Acosta was
• 11:04
Speaker 1: the number one guy here because that is not the case.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: And frankly, I question the motives of people that try
• 11:12
Speaker 1: and frame it as such. Because remember, there's a lot
• 11:15
Speaker 1: of people who are still playing politics here. There are
• 11:18
Speaker 1: a lot of people who are still using this case
• 11:20
Speaker 1: as a political cudgel. And the people that do that
• 11:23
Speaker 1: are pieces of trash. Point blank, period. This is not
• 11:27
Speaker 1: one of your little political tools to beat each other
• 11:29
Speaker 1: over the head with. This isn't your bio labs situation,
• 11:34
Speaker 1: all right? Save all of that shit. Save your QA nonning.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: Save your other nonsensing for another case, for another situation.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: Because there's no room for it here. There's only room
• 11:47
Speaker 1: for holding people accountable. And if you're not on board
• 11:50
Speaker 1: with that, you're just going to get run over by
• 11:52
Speaker 1: this train at this point. Once the pack was struck, Epstein,
• 11:58
Speaker 1: who's hosted former President Bill Clinton, British Prince Andrew, and
• 12:02
Speaker 1: others at his own private Caribbean island, pleaded guilty to
• 12:05
Speaker 1: two felony prostitution charges in state court. Even though the
• 12:10
Speaker 1: feds identified 36 underage girls who accused Epstein, then a
• 12:15
Speaker 1: powerful pal of Clinton and Prince Andrew, of sexually abusing
• 12:18
Speaker 1: them in his Palm Beach mansion between 2001 and 2005,
• 12:22
Speaker 1: the Herald said. Remember, this is right around the time, too,
• 12:27
Speaker 1: where him and Billy Boy Clinton are super close. There's
• 12:30
Speaker 1: a lot of people that don't like that line of thinking, either. Oh, well,
• 12:34
Speaker 1: he wasn't as close to Clinton. Yes, he was, okay?
• 12:36
Speaker 1: Him and Bill Clinton were very close. So was Maxwell
• 12:40
Speaker 1: and the Clintons. And there's no denying it. The only
• 12:42
Speaker 1: people who are denying that or trying to deny it
• 12:45
Speaker 1: are the very same people who are still playing politics
• 12:48
Speaker 1: with this shit. But there's zero chance that anyone can
• 12:54
Speaker 1: deny the fact how deep the relationship between the Clintons
• 12:59
Speaker 1: and Epstein went. A Labor Department spokeswoman didn't immediately return
• 13:07
Speaker 1: a request for comment, but Acosta was questioned about Epstein's
• 13:11
Speaker 1: plea deal during the U.S. Senate confirmation hearing in March 2017.
• 13:18
Speaker 1: Although he said he couldn't discuss the details of the case,
• 13:21
Speaker 1: Acosta said the decision not to file federal charges was
• 13:24
Speaker 1: a broadly held decision in his office. That means it
• 13:28
Speaker 1: came from the top. You have to learn how to
• 13:30
Speaker 1: read between the lines with these people. They're never going
• 13:33
Speaker 1: to be honest with you. They're never going to tell
• 13:34
Speaker 1: you the truth about things. So you have to, you know,
• 13:38
Speaker 1: try and read between the lines and figure out what
• 13:40
Speaker 1: the hell these idiots are really trying to say to you.
• 13:43
Speaker 1: And what he's trying to say to you here is
• 13:45
Speaker 1: it wasn't his decision. It was a broad decision made
• 13:48
Speaker 1: by the whole office, meaning his boss made the decision.
• 13:52
Speaker 1: As part of any plea, it is not unusual to
• 13:54
Speaker 1: have an indictment that says, these are all the places
• 13:57
Speaker 1: we can go, yet at the end of the day,
• 14:00
Speaker 1: based on the evidence, professionals within a prosecutor's office decide
• 14:04
Speaker 1: that a plea that guarantees that someone goes to jail,
• 14:07
Speaker 1: that guarantees that someone register as a sex offender, generally,
• 14:12
Speaker 1: and that guarantees other outcomes, is a good thing, he said. Yeah,
• 14:15
Speaker 1: not in this case, you scoundrel. You coward. You bitch-ass chump.
• 14:20
Speaker 1: Epstein should have been in prison for his whole life.
• 14:23
Speaker 1: None of you people should have ever helped him, and
• 14:25
Speaker 1: he most certainly should have never got this sweetheart deal.
• 14:30
Speaker 1: But the fact remains, it was not just Acosta. And
• 14:33
Speaker 1: I just want to keep hammering that fact home because
• 14:35
Speaker 1: there's some people out there that still believe that that's
• 14:38
Speaker 1: the case. And it most certainly is not. Again, he
• 14:41
Speaker 1: deserved his share of scorn. He should have never been
• 14:44
Speaker 1: labor secretary. And he should be forced to tell us
• 14:47
Speaker 1: what he's talking about when he said Epstein belonged to intelligence.
• 14:53
Speaker 1: But as far as setting Acosta up as the guy
• 14:57
Speaker 1: who made this decision, there's no way that I'm getting
• 15:00
Speaker 1: on board that train. The evidence doesn't lead there. And
• 15:04
Speaker 1: he's a nice fall guy and stuff like that. But
• 15:08
Speaker 1: I'm not interested in middle management, folks. I'm interested in
• 15:11
Speaker 1: going to the very top and going big game hunting.
• 15:19
Speaker 1: All right, folks, that is going to do it for
• 15:21
Speaker 1: today's episode. I hope that all of you have a
• 15:24
Speaker 1: great morning. And there will be some more coming your way,
• 15:27
Speaker 1: context episodes and some other stuff as well. So until
