- 0:13Welcome to episode two.
- 0:15I am Todd Royal.
- 0:16This is our lovely show, geopower and energy and real politics.
- 0:23We had a good show last time, but this one I'm especially excited because we're going to talk about affordability.
- 0:30That's become a massive buzzword now in the United States.
- 0:33And of course, everything has to be Donald Trump's fault.
- 0:36So Donald Trump has made everything unaffordable.
- 0:41That's what we hear now.
- 0:42Everything's unaffordable because of Donald Trump.
- 0:45Everything's Donald Trump's fault.
- 0:47On and on and on.
- 0:50Well, is it?
- 0:52Now let's put some things out there that first off, Mom Dami, who we talked about, the new mayor elect of New York City.
- 0:59The good people of New York have foolishly elected a socialist, a radical jihadist socialist who's a privileged skyon of wealthy parents, who's never had a real job.
- 1:11So what you should really expect of his uh time as mayor is corruption, graft and grift.
- 1:17It will be massive amounts of corruption because he'll want to cash in, and he's never held a job.
- 1:23So now he's gonna look at this is my time to cash in.
- 1:26He won't govern, he won't do anything.
- 1:29Your city will only have a downward trajectory.
- 1:33And no, New York City's not going away.
- 1:35People go, oh my gosh, it's over, it's over.
- 1:37You're not going away.
- 1:39But what's really happened is let's talk affordability.
- 1:42So that's the issue now.
- 1:44It's not affordable.
- 1:45But here's what I want to do.
- 1:46I really want to set this up today.
- 1:48And I'm going to go back to a piece that is by uh Tilak Dashi, who I highly recommend anyone read.
- 1:58Um you spell his name T I L A K and then Dashi, D-O-S-H-I.
- 2:04He is on Substack.
- 2:06I would highly, highly recommend to begin to read him.
- 2:09He wrote on November 2nd, what I would argue is one of the most important pieces I've read in a long time.
- 2:15It's called From Alaska Summit to Sanction Storm, The Turbulent Unraveling of U.S.
- 2:21Russia Energy Geopolitics.
- 2:24Now you may ask, what does affordability, the socialist radical Islamist from uh New York City?
- 2:34What does that have to do with geopolitics?
- 2:36It has everything to do.
- 2:38But what I'm going to do is I'm going to read a pretty long piece here.
- 2:42It's called the Long Arc of Energy Real Politik or real politics or realpolitik.
- 2:49What is realpolitik?
- 2:50We went over that last week, but let's talk about it again.
- 2:53It is the politics of reality.
- 2:56Here is what is going to happen.
- 2:59But I'm going to read this for you because it makes so much sense about this affordability issue.
- 3:06And it's going to make so much sense when I begin to tie together energy and affordability and real politics and geopolitics and how in the world some ridiculous human being is now the mayor of New York, again, who's never had a job.
- 3:25You as New Yorkers, how did you go from 9 11 to now some radical Muslim who supports Hamas and is a socialist?
- 3:33That's who you support.
- 3:36And the Jewish population, that's who you support.
- 3:39And oh, for the record, I'm a Jew.
- 3:42I don't practice Judaism, but it's on my mother's side.
- 3:45And one of the deep just infuriating things now is that Jews are secular and Jews have no religion and they believe they're going to support Palestine and they feel good about themselves supporting someone like Mom Damy.
- 4:00But let's get into this issue of affordability, socialism, and what I'm going to call, and what's actually being called here the energy real politics.
- 4:12Because it makes full sense of what's going on in the world because remember, energy's everything.
- 4:18We've got a guest next week, a gentleman named Doomberg.
- 4:21He says energy is life.
- 4:23I my term is energy is everything.
- 4:26Also, I love the term energy is life as well.
- 4:28So here, let me read this to you.
- 4:30And just stay with me.
- 4:32This is because it's going to really talk about what's going on here.
- 4:36What's going on in Ukraine and Russia?
- 4:38How does this guy get elected in New York off affordability?
- 4:41Why is why now the press?
- 4:43Those scum of the earth, quite honestly, in the United States and the West, things like the New York Times, the LA Times, CNN, Le Mon, BBC, the Australian papers, all of these people have no idea about energy real politics.
- 5:00So here we go.
- 5:02The events since the Alaska summit encapsulate the contradictions that have enveloped President Trump's nine months in power in his second term.
- 5:11European and UK leaders insist on their moral posturing.
- 5:14That's very important because everything to them, climate change, uh DEI, uh promotion of women.
- 5:22Who cares?
- 5:23Can you do the job?
- 5:24I don't care what the color of your skin is.
- 5:26I don't care your sexual orientation.
- 5:29I don't care if you're old, young, your body type.
- 5:34Can you do the job?
- 5:36There's jobs to be done.
- 5:38Can you do it?
- 5:40So as European and UK leaders insist on their moral posturing, unable to reconcile their rhetoric of climate justice.
- 5:50What is that anyway?
- 5:52All that really means is take money from rich countries, give them to poor countries.
- 5:56So wealthy people like the full socialist scumbag, who's the head of the UN, and Tonio Guterres.
- 6:05God bless the Secretary General, and he's had a long career.
- 6:09But remember, he is a no, a do nothing socialist who comes up with this crap like climate justice with the material realities of industrial civilization.
- 6:22Let's read that again.
- 6:24European and UK leaders insist on their moral posturing, unable to reconcile their rhetoric of climate justice with the material realities of the industrial civilization.
- 6:37Europe's deindustrializing right now.
- 6:40Germany is literally losing their chemical industry, their car industry.
- 6:46Four years ago, when they had nuclear plants running and cheap Russian gas, they were the envy of the world.
- 6:52China wanted to emulate them.
- 6:54The United States, they exported incredible products to the world now because of climate change, which means nothing because of renewables, which don't work, which batteries, which can never power have enough juice to power a modern society.
- 7:11The EU, because of climate justice, they're running into what's going on with the realities of industrial civilization.
- 7:19And it's not pretty.
- 7:48So as opposed to selling it to the EU, which is about 450 million people.
- 7:54Now large parts of that population are old.
- 7:58They can't do anything anymore.
- 7:59Or you've brought in radical, radical immigrants from African and Muslim nations who have zero desire to assimilate, have no skills, are angry, and frankly, are a bunch of Neanderthals that you have brought in because you think somehow you're going to change them into European values.
- 8:19You're never going to do it.
- 8:21So they claim the imperative, they're going to defeat Russia.
- 8:25Trump's instinct to pursue pragmatic engagement with Russia was sound in principle.
- 8:30The Alastis, the Alaska summit.
- 8:33Economic and energy cooperation is the surest path to peace.
- 8:37Peace in your crane.
- 8:40But his execution was undone by domestic politics and war hawks in his own administration, as well as by U.S.
- 8:46allies in Europe, with significant exceptions like Hungary and Slovakia, Slovakia, pardon me, which refused to dance to the Brussels globalist tune.
- 8:56It's so important to understand what this globalist theme is.
- 8:59It's gigantic billionaires.
- 9:02The only thing these people want, they want to imagine they're God.
- 9:05So what they're trying to do is ruin the West, people like George Soros, uh Neville Singham, um, Michael Bloomberg, unfortunately, Warren Buffett has a very bad past, his wife does with billions to abortion providers.
- 9:22But what they, you know, Bill Gates, they fancy themselves as gods or the new feudal lords, that the rest of us will just be happy to have our little plot of land in the dirt, and may we, you know, grow some potatoes and vegetables and have a well for water.
- 9:38And thank you, my lord.
- 9:40Give me a break.
- 9:42These globalists run the EU.
- 9:44They run the U.S.
- 9:46Democratic Party, they run anything against anything of decency.
- 9:53Most of these billionaires are not people you ever want to have anything to do with.
- 9:58They are horrible people.
- 10:00That when they either go into the dustbin of history or the pit of hell, it will be better for everybody.
- 10:06So that's what when you talk about a globalist, you're talking about these billionaire-backed governments that want nothing to do for the good of their people, but only the good for that billionaire and that government leader.
- 10:19However, President Putin plays the long game.
- 10:22He knows that Europe's pledge to wean itself on Russian energy has boomeranged on its executioners.
- 10:30Good for the United States.
- 10:32We're selling more exported LNG, but it's absolutely killing the Europeans, but you're talking about sometimes double, triple, quadruple what the cost formerly was.
- 10:44Good for the good for us, the United States, though.
- 10:48Geography and thermodynamics are on Putin's side.
- 10:51Even if Brussel cuts direct imports, Russian molecules and a fungible trade will continue to flow through intermediaries.
- 11:00It will be refined, rebranded, relabeled in places like India and China.
- 11:07But ultimately, this is still Russia.
- 11:10It is Russian hydrocarbons.
- 11:14The thermodynamics are needed by Europe.
- 11:16They will buy it and they will continue to fund his war machine.
- 11:22As the proposed Budapest summit collapsed and recrimination and sanctions tighten once more, the world confronts a hard truth.
- 11:32Here we go, everyone.
- 11:34There can be no stable global energy order without cooperation among its major producers.
- 11:40Trump's Alaska initiative for all its flaws, at least recognize this.
- 11:44His subsequent retreat under pressure from Washington's hawkish foreign policy establishment in Brussels marks yet another missed opportunity to bridge the East-West divide through shared material interest.
- 11:58What that means is Russia has a lot of oil, a lot of gas, a lot of rare earth metals and minerals, American companies, American citizens, bring in the EU.
- 12:07They could all work on this together.
- 12:09And you could have peace through economic strength.
- 12:12And quite honestly, you could begin to confront China and you could begin to more closely align with Russia to take on China.
- 12:20If you think China, the Chinese Communist Party, which you could make, you could really make the case is the world's greatest criminal organization since probably the Roman Empire.
- 12:33Um the various mobs and cartels and mafias around the world could learn a thing or two from the Chinese communist government.
- 12:41They're never going to make peace with the United States.
- 12:44They're never going to do anything but try to steal, kill, and destroy the United States and the West and the US-led global liberal-led order that's been in place since World War II.
- 12:58They are anti-Christian, they're anti-capitalist.
- 13:01They're frankly just anti-let a human being be a human being.
- 13:05If you're an atheist or agnostic, like a Bill Mahan want to be left alone, they're anti-that as well.
- 13:12They are in to control power, and you will submit and bow to the Chinese Communist Party.
- 13:20So when he's talking about we've missed another opportunity to bring to bridge the East-West divide through shared material interests, I would argue, I would argue Mr.
- 13:30Dashi is actually saying you're not able to triangulate.
- 13:43And here's something important to remember.
- 13:47When we talk about the West, you're talking about a billion people.
- 13:51If the world's got 8 billion people in it, you're talking about a billion people in the West.
- 13:58What's really been kind of running the world since World War II?
- 14:02You know, who's really on the UN Security Council?
- 14:05It's really the West.
- 14:08China has just really begun to kind of bring themselves out of the devastation of World War II and Mao the last 25, 30 years, maybe.
- 14:18Russia is kind of same thing.
- 14:21They've they from the collapse of communism into this oligarch, authoritarian mob form run of an economy and capitalism in some form.
- 14:34They don't have elections.
- 14:36They don't have human rights or free speech in Russia, but it works for them.
- 14:42Their economy is growing.
- 14:44It's an advanced, it's a very advanced country.
- 14:47Sure, massive parts of it are going to be third and fourth world.
- 14:52But the parts that matter, those are fairly advanced people.
- 14:56Go look at Moscow University.
- 14:58Go read the Russian propaganda.
- 15:01I would actually challenge anybody.
- 15:03Go read what the Russians still think about World War II.
- 15:08Go look at their military parades.
- 15:11These are people that still look at 80 years ago and go, we will never ever have that happen to us again.
- 15:18So again, this marks yet another missed opportunity to bridge the East, the East West divide through shared material interest.
- 15:31Europe's bureaucrats, meanwhile, continue to legislate against physics, demanding energy without emissions and growth, without natural resources.
- 15:41In other words, these idiots think that they can use renewables.
- 15:45Please hear me.
- 15:46You can go put up a solar panel, a wind turbine, and they're great for if you're living off, you're not using the electrical grid or what's referred to as off-grid.
- 15:55Great.
- 15:55Put up a turbine, put up a windmill.
- 15:58Great.
- 15:58You want to put some solar panels on your house, you want to put a Tesla battery.
- 16:02You hear this all the time.
- 16:03Well, we could do that.
- 16:04You cannot run a modern economy off that.
- 16:08Oh, and by the way, every single piece of anything that it takes to build a solar panel, an electric vehicle, its battery, and a wind turbine comes from fossil fuels.
- 16:26Every single part of it.
- 16:29When people say, oh, it's free.
- 16:31No, you're talking about the fuel, which is the sun and the wind and the marginal cost.
- 16:36Oh, we don't have to put gasoline in our EV.
- 16:40Do you understand the amount of manufacturing, mining, refining, processing, moving the earth to get lithium?
- 16:51Do you know?
- 16:52Go study what it takes to get lithium out of the earth.
- 16:55You strip a mine.
- 16:56Go look at the lithium triangle in South America.
- 17:01And if the fools of COP 30, the global warming conference going on, the faux global warming nonsense in Brazil.
- 17:09If you really wanted to solve a problem, and I will lead that charge, go shut down the lithium triangle or actually make those people be environmentally considerate and watch what happens.
- 17:22It won't happen.
- 17:25So back to the peace.
- 17:26The result is predictable.
- 17:29Industrial decline.
- 17:31The EU is a nothing power now with a rapidly declining economy and no industry, political unrest.
- 17:42Just go look at, go walk next to the um the Eiffel Tower right now.
- 17:48Go walk next to it.
- 17:49Look at the people been let in there.
- 17:52What do you think is going to happen when the populist movement runs into the Islamist crazy North African, no morals, no values, and now they're in your country movement.
- 18:05Establishment attacks on increasingly popular far right, conservative or populist opposition parties, and a steady erosion of global influence.
- 18:14That's a really nice way to put it.
- 18:17The European Union is irrelevant.
- 18:20I love Europe, been there twice.
- 18:23It's wonderful.
- 18:24If you've never traveled to Europe, I highly recommend it.
- 18:27But make no mistake, the Chinese don't even meet with the head of the EU anymore.
- 18:33Ursula Vandaland, they blow her off, they laugh in her face.
- 18:37She's a nothing.
- 18:40They are nothings.
- 18:41You're nothing because you have no economy.
- 18:44You have no industry.
- 18:46And if you have no industry, how are you going to build all the bullets and the bombs and the planes and the tanks and the uniforms and the night vision goggles and every single thing it takes for a modern for a modern uh warfare military ready or pardon me, warfare-ready military power that the EU says they're going to spend 400 billion on.
- 19:11400 billion is a is a beginning.
- 19:14You're going to go take on Russia.
- 19:17Good luck.
- 19:18Go look at the history of the Russians when they are next to their country defending it.
- 19:25They fight wars of attrition, and the Russian people are a hard, hardy people who do not look at the death of their soldiers the same way that the West does.
- 19:38The Iranians, the North Koreans, none of them do.
- 19:45It's your steady erosion of global influence.
- 19:50God bless uh Mr.
- 19:52Tylik.
- 19:53Great job, sir.
- 19:54Because that's a very kind way to put it.
- 19:57For those who still believe that the West can dictate.
- 20:00The terms of global energy exchanges, the past three months offer a stark reminder.
- 20:05Now let's talk about energy real politics.
- 20:08The world has changed in a multipolar world, multipolar means there's numerous powers.
- 20:15It's no longer a unipolar world run by the United States.
- 20:20We, the United States, we the West, we now have to consider, and frankly, Secretary Rubio in the first couple of months of the Trump administration talked about this.
- 20:31Secretary Rubio talked about we are in a multipolar world.
- 20:34We have our sphere of influence, the Western hemisphere.
- 20:37So multipolar says the United States is going to stay in the Western hemisphere.
- 20:43We're no longer going to try to be a global power.
- 20:46In a multipolar world, you have to consider Russia, China, Iran, North Korea, Brazil, the BRICS nations, India, South Africa.
- 20:57They have they have their own sphere of interest.
- 21:00They have their own self-interest rightly understood.
- 21:05You have to consider those things.
- 21:08There's no more that you don't, that you no longer consider that.
- 21:34Do you have natural gas?
- 21:35Do you have rare earth metals and minerals?
- 21:38Lenin's decades have indeed happened in months, if not weeks.
- 21:42And unless Western leaders rediscover the virtues of realism over rhetoric of real politics over hypocritical moralism connected to climate change, climate justice, you know, energy justice, DEI, woke agendas.
- 22:04I'm going to use renewables for everything.
- 22:06I'm going to shut down coal-fired power plants.
- 22:09I'm not going to mine anything anymore.
- 22:11I'm going to listen to just oh, they the pit of everything in me hates environmental organizations because they're so anti-human.
- 22:22Earth justice, Sierra Club, Center for Biological Diversity, Foundations like the Ford Foundation, Tides Foundation, the Gates Foundation.
- 22:35My gosh, just name the Audubon Society of all people.
- 22:40Name the environmental organization.
- 22:42They have nothing to do with the environment.
- 22:44They have everything to do with control and destroying human beings.
- 22:48They are the most anti-God, anti-growth, anti-abundance people.
- 22:53They want everything for themselves.
- 22:56And I highly recommend Robert Bryce has written wonderful works on this.
- 23:01Talks about the billions of billions of dollars per year that these environmental organizations receive from these woke billionaires, these billionaires who want to be gods.
- 23:13Michael Bloomberg thinks he's a god.
- 23:16No, Mr.
- 23:17Bloomberg, you created an incredible product.
- 23:20The Bloomberg machine's incredible.
- 23:22Your meaty empire, you are to be applauded.
- 23:25But no, sir, you are not a god.
- 23:28And I will never bow to you nor your people.
- 23:32You don't know anything when it comes to energy.
- 23:36Or you probably do, but you want to destroy it because you want everything for yourself.
- 23:41So this real, you know, they, as opposed to picking real politics, the politics of reality, European leaders, some Republicans and the entire Democratic Party, most of them pick this hypercritical moralism.
- 23:58Oh.
- 24:01I'll end by this, and then we'll come back in the second half.
- 24:05The next few weeks and months may bring decades more of continued Western decline.
- 24:12I'm going to come back from the break and let's let's really talk about what that means.
- 24:17I'm Todd Royal.
- 24:19This is geo, this is geopower, energy, and real politics.
- 24:23We're coming back here in the second half.
- 24:25Feeling drained or mentally foggy?
- 24:27Recharge for the wellness company combines methylene blue and urolithin A to support mitochondrial health, boosts energy, and enhance cognitive function.
- 24:36This is TWC.
- 24:40And use code out loud for 20% I prefer sorter.

- 25:05Oral hygiene hasn't changed in 50 years, but our diet and the way we eat has.
- 25:11Creating an environment in your mouth for bacteria to wreck havoc on your teeth and gums.
- 25:16For better oral health, get spray, dental defense, an oral care line designed to combat acid creating bacteria.
- 25:23The toothpaste, mouthwash, mints, and gum all contain xylitol and natural ingredients shown to dramatically improve oral health.
- 25:31Sprite can be found online and at all fine natural retailers.
- 25:37Well, I challenge you to find a broad array of great voices, a deeper bench of experience or a more dedicated collection of passionate patriots than here on America Outlaw.
- 25:54Now is our time, my fellow Americans, America Outlaw.
- 26:00And justice for all.
- 26:43Western decline.
- 27:10But you have a system that was put together based on Jesus Christ, based upon the Bible, uh, the Magna Carta, Christian philosophers.
- 27:22Um democratic capitalism, not democratic socialism.
- 27:28What capitalism says is that I can take myself up by the bootstraps.
- 27:37It may be hard, but I have a chance.
- 27:40Socialism says it what it socialism is just a fancy term for a totalitarianism, authoritarianism, authoritarian, that the government runs everything, totalitarianism.
- 27:51There's, you know, a figurehead, a mom dami.
- 27:54He likes to say socialism.
- 27:55Oh, the government's gonna give everything for free.
- 27:58Doesn't work that way, my man.
- 28:00Doesn't work that way.
- 28:01Or the fancy economic term is means of production.
- 28:05Your economy.
- 28:07So if the West wants to go down this path, we know what it looks like.
- 28:11Um you really want to be Russia?
- 28:15Do you growing and thriving, but make no mistake, Vladimir Putin runs everything.
- 28:20You want to be Venezuela?
- 28:22One point, you know, Venice.
- 28:23Did you know that Venezuela has the world's largest economically recoverable oil resources in the world?
- 28:31They used to four or five, six billion barrels, six million barrels a day, they're down below a million barrels a day.
- 28:39They decided to listen to people like Mamdami or Hugo Chavez.
- 28:44May he not be resting in peace.
- 28:48And look what's happened to your economy.
- 28:51If if the West wants to continue to believe this crap about climate change and global warming when it's not true, sure, we may be warming up a little bit, but it's not because of fossil fuels.
- 29:07As I as I've said so many times before, and I'll you'll hear me say it again.
- 29:12Before I'm gonna believe that we are uncontrollably warming, somebody has to explain to me, whether you're a creationist or an evolutionist, that there are been times in human history and the earth's history and geological history and climate history, whatever phraseology you want to use, where it has been colder, it has been warmer, and there's been more stuff in the air referred to as PPM parts per million.
- 29:40And that was before fossil fuels were used.
- 29:43Fossil fuels, the industrial revolution happened around 1850, 1860.
- 29:50We're not even 200 years into this.
- 29:54Typically, climate changes about every 300 to 500 years.
- 30:00Years.
- 30:02The climate is not uncontrollably changing because of human beings and fossil fuels.
- 30:08That the facts and the data aren't there.
- 30:10And I realize people go, oh, you're a denier.
- 30:12You don't do the science.
- 30:14No, I'd say stick with the scientific method.
- 30:18Unprove what I just said to me.
- 30:20I dare you.
- 30:22They won't.
- 30:23So when you talk about the West decline, and you're gonna, you're gonna base it off something that's not true.
- 30:31What that means is you're not gonna follow human rights.
- 30:35You're not gonna allow for free speech.
- 30:38You're not gonna allow for gun ownership.
- 30:40You're not gonna allow for private property.
- 30:41That's why it's so important in so many ways that you do away with taxing your property.
- 30:49Um if you go back to the Torah, if you go back to the Torah, the Bible, Mosaic Law, there was never a tax on somebody's property because it's your property, it's your family's property.
- 31:00The state does not lay claim to that.
- 31:03Now, I understand in today's world you have to pay for schools and roads, and you have to look at a public good, and you have to go, well, the the cost of a civilized society is taxes.
- 31:14I think that's Oliver Wendell Wendell Holmes said that.
- 31:17All very true, but let's make no mistake about it.
- 31:22We're talking about a system that's been in place for the last 80 years.
- 31:28This world war two ends, the Bretton Woods Agreement, the United States and the Allies win, and they go, okay, we're gonna rebuild Japan and Germany, and what we're gonna do is we're all gonna begin to trade with each other.
- 31:43We're the US is gonna protect everybody.
- 31:46The dollar is going to be how we do international settlements and trades.
- 31:51And if I decide to buy soybeans from China or vice versa, that trade's gonna be done in the dollar.
- 32:00So we we have a system in place.
- 32:02So instead of us blowing each other to hell or dropping nuclear bombs on one another, we're not gonna do that anymore.
- 32:12But what you're looking at now, now let's talk affordability.
- 32:18If you see the the Western decline, okay, we could talk about social issues, whether you want to talk about gay marriage, abortion, transgenderism, you want to talk about uh credit card debt, you want to talk about people not getting married, not having children, all these different things that have never truly taken place.
- 32:39I would actually argue with you.
- 32:42While all of those are important, when you look at declines, you know, the family, uh, this kind of rise of this Marxist leftism.
- 32:51What you're really looking at, remember, energy is everything.
- 32:57The long arc of energy, real politics.
- 33:01Energy is everything.
- 33:02So if the energy, if the energy is expensive, what do you think is going to happen?
- 33:11When you look at New York City right now, they've done a few things.
- 33:16Go back and look at what happened during the Obama administration with housing and urban urban development.
- 33:23Go look at his uh EPA, which was run by Gina McCarthy, a radical environmentalist.
- 33:29They believe that CO2 is harmful, the very thing you breathe out, the thing that's plant food, and that doesn't even make up one percent of uh the atmosphere or the climate.
- 33:41They believe is harmful.
- 33:43So they said, we're gonna regulate every piece of CO2 that comes out of a power plant, coal, natural gas manufacturing, you name it.
- 33:52You just made everything more expensive.
- 33:56They believe that, oh, we have to limit housing and put everybody into gigantic apartment buildings, and that's gonna lower emissions.
- 34:02Problem of that, it's unfactual.
- 34:04Joel Kotkin has done some of the best work around on that.
- 34:07Um, if you don't read Joel Kotkin, and Mr.
- 34:11Kotkin is uh what he describes himself as a Truman Democrat.
- 34:15Um he also does demographics work, which is unbelievable.
- 34:21Uh Mr.
- 34:23Kotkin is really one of the better analysts going, certainly in California, Mr.
- 34:28Kotkin and Ed Ed Ring are the two people I'd recommend if you really want to know what's going on in California, which then will tell you what's going to go on in the United States and this kind of Western decline.
- 34:39But what's really declining the West is this affordability issue.
- 34:42So you get these demagogues like Mam Dami and the Democratic Party, or you get Republicans who don't really understand it.
- 34:48If you really want to bring down prices, here's what I would do.
- 34:53I would bring in every oil major into the White House and I'd say, gentlemen, ladies and gentlemen, uh, we're gonna bring oil down to 25 a barrel.
- 35:03We are going to build, you're gonna begin to build every pipeline imaginable.
- 35:08Um, I would probably put federal troops in blue cities, and I'd say to help you with your loss of profit, you're we're gonna refill the strategic petroleum reserve, and I'm going to uh heavily subsidize everything you do, 50% tax breaks.
- 35:25I'm gonna do similar exactly to what's been done for the renewables industry for gosh, since the the early 90s where they get these production tax credits and uh investment tax credits, where sometimes upwards of 50%, if not more of your projects and ongoing have are subsidized by the taxpayers, whether the US or whatever state you're in.
- 35:47That's why grids are in such bad shape right now, is you put an intermittent supply onto a grid, something that when the sun doesn't shine and the wind doesn't blow, it doesn't work.
- 35:58So then I have to build backup systems.
- 36:01This is why you have such high prices.
- 36:04This is why food has gone up.
- 36:05This is why uh your airlines prices have gone up.
- 36:09Anything that's connected to your grid, anything that's connected to energy, you want to bring down the price.
- 36:16And the only way to bring down the price is very simple supply and demand.
- 36:20Um, if you've never taken an economics course, it's a simple thing.
- 36:24The more supply I bring to the market, I can lower the price, even in a high demand scenario.
- 36:34Let's let's take an example.
- 36:39I'm a fan of Taylor Swift.
- 36:41I am, I like the music.
- 36:43I have children, one of them, they both like the music.
- 36:46Her tickets were thousands of dollars.
- 36:49I looked into trying to go to a concert, take one of my children to it, even my wife.
- 36:54Let's say she was in arenas that were 20,000, 50,000, 100,000.
- 37:01Okay.
- 37:05Not enough supply for the demand.
- 37:07Uh, Miss Swift is obviously one of the most famous people in the world.
- 37:11She's an incredible, you know, she's kind of a triple threat.
- 37:15She sings, I believe she plays the the guitar, the piano, she uh writes her own music.
- 37:21If you've never seen her concert, the Eras Tour on Disney, it's three and a half hours and it's amazing.
- 37:29She's amazing.
- 37:30Uh the performance is amazing.
- 37:32It it is, if you've never seen a Broadway show, I could I'd make the argument, it was every bit as good, if not better than a Broadway show.
- 37:40It was she was unhe was unbelievable.
- 37:44I couldn't believe how good she was.
- 37:46Watched it with my children.
- 37:49But when you look at that and you go, okay, she can charge 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, maybe more for a ticket.
- 37:56Well, she's in demand.
- 37:59So what if I had a stadium though?
- 38:02If she came to Dallas, Texas, Seattle, uh, Madrid, Spain, Tokyo.
- 38:09What if every single time she played in every one of those places, five million people could watch her?
- 38:15What would happen?
- 38:17I'd collapse the price.
- 38:19I'd I'd make the price five dollars a ticket, probably.
- 38:23Do the math.
- 38:24It's easy to do the math.
- 38:25Just go, okay, if she's playing to 50,000, average ticket price is $2,000.
- 38:30If I made it 5 million people could come see her, there's a 5 million person stadium, and everyone could see it.
- 38:38Somehow it was built that you could see it, there's screens.
- 38:41Um her stage is gonna float throughout the 5 million people, so everyone can uh see Miss Taylor play, um, or pardon me, Ms.
- 38:49Swift play.
- 38:51You would collapse everything.
- 38:53It's the exact same thing with energy.
- 38:55If New York City wanted to be affordable, then dramatically reduce your stupid environmental climate justice crap that has to do with things you build.
- 39:06Get rid of it.
- 39:08Go build and build and build some more.
- 39:11And I would bring down the price.
- 39:13Build in the surrounding areas, build in the in in your the current areas.
- 39:18I'll bring down the prices.
- 39:21There's always gonna be a demand for New York City.
- 39:25So build more.
- 39:26It's a supply issue.
- 39:28Um you shut down Indian Point nuclear power plant that provided 25% of all your electricity.
- 39:35Now you're getting it from natural gas.
- 39:38Well, natural gas in the Northeast United States, they don't build pipelines because they all believe in global warming and they want to get rid of pipelines, and we're gonna do it all with renewables.
- 39:47That's why your prices are going dramatically higher.
- 39:50You just made everything higher.
- 39:53Well, someone may go, well, Todd, um, I'm using a diesel truck.
- 39:58Are you telling me my diesel truck?
- 40:00It's more expensive now to deliver food to New York City.
- 40:03Absolutely it is because your electricity costs more.
- 40:06The refrigeration for that food.
- 40:09The people who are sitting in the office, uh, what it takes to put on those clothes you have, the tires for that truck, uh, every part of that truck, uh, everything I need to do to uh manufacture the food, and on and on and on and on is more expensive because you don't understand energy real politics.
- 40:33We don't have an affordability issue in the United States.
- 40:37We actually have an electric grid issue that's backed by renewables problem in the United States.
- 40:43That's the reason Donald Trump says it's all a scam.
- 40:47It's a scam because it makes everything more expensive, because it doesn't work.
- 40:52Again, if you want to go off grid with this stuff, fantastic.
- 40:59Go do it.
- 41:00But do not think you're ever going to power New York City with renewables and batteries.
- 41:06That is a globalist billionaire's paradise for them to come in and pick up the wreckage.
- 41:13Does anybody think that Mom Damy has a brain in his head to go govern New York City?
- 41:19That man is bought and paid for.
- 41:25You think he's not gonna go to some radical Laman to get his his marching orders of bringing uh converting uh New York City to Islamic values.
- 41:36I don't even think he's smart enough to do that.
- 41:38What you're gonna find is corruption, grift, and graft.
- 41:42And you're gonna find electricity become more expensive, energy become more expensive, and the very thing that he expertly campaigned on will be worse when he leaves office.
- 41:52Because you, as New Yorkers, you don't understand that the very thing that you voted for is actually the very thing you voted against, which was energy.
- 42:04You need energy, you need to go build pipelines, you need to go build nuclear power plants, you need to first go build coal-fired power plants, and you need to bring down your electricity 300 X.
- 42:16You need to bring down all the inputs of capital, 300 X.
- 42:21You need to go bring down all the the cost of diesel and heating oil and natural gas a thousand percent.
- 42:30That is your problem, and then build get rid of most of your regulations.
- 42:36Why I'd say that with the NRC, get rid of most of your regulations.
- 42:40You need to incentivize people to build.
- 42:43You just say you need to send by somebody to make a nuclear power plant.
- 42:46You need to incentivize people to build.
- 42:53That's why things are not affordable.
- 42:55That's why you have what's going on uh with Russia defeating Ukraine.
- 43:00This is why you see the EU collapsing.
- 43:02This is why you see large parts of the United States, the grids on the verge of collapse, has nothing to do with a data center.
- 43:09There is plenty of energy in the world.
- 43:12You can easily begin to build coal-fired, gas-fired nuclear power plants and meet every single data center need for the next 500 years.
- 43:22The United States has over 1,300 years worth of coal.
- 43:27The United States could give the world oil for almost the next 100 years.
- 43:32It's how much we have of it.
- 43:33These are political choices.
- 43:36That crap that comes from billionaire globalists, environmentalists that this is this academic media NGO, nonprofit foundation world, which wants to kill, steal, and destroy.
- 43:52So please hear me.
- 43:54We do not have an affordability issue.
- 43:56We do not have a losing NATO losing the war issue.
- 44:00We have a you people don't understand energy, and you need to get more energy issue.
- 44:05You could collapse the Russian economy right now if you flooded the world with uh cheap oil and natural gas.
- 44:14So here's what is else that is completely ridiculous.
- 44:20I'm a big fan of President Trump, Trump administration, all of it.
- 44:24What they do with energy, it you'd be hard pressed to find anyone doing it any better.
- 44:29Certainly his U.S.
- 44:30uh energy secretary, Chris Wright.
- 44:34I find nothing he's doing incorrect.
- 44:36I wish you didn't talk about climate change as much, but still he's just about perfect.
- 44:44But here's where this idea of affordability, and where it gets into geopolitics and real politics and energy itself.
- 44:52So the Trump administration is looking into normalizing portable mortgages, and you go, okay, what does that actually mean?
- 45:00A portable mortgage.
- 45:02So what this would do, you allow Americans to keep their interest rates.
- 45:05So let's say you're someone that bought a home six, seven, eight years ago, you got, let's say, uh 30-year mortgage at 2.99%.
- 45:13You can take that interest rate, the term, and the lender when moving to a different home.
- 45:18The FH, the FHFA director, Bill Poulty says, we are actively evaluating portable mortgages.
- 45:27So this allows you to avoid paying early repayment charges on the current loan.
- 45:31Thousands are saved.
- 45:33Basic rundown.
- 45:34Instead of taking out a completely new mortgage, you use the money raised from the sale of your property to pay off your existing mortgage and take out a new mortgage on the same terms with your existing provider to cover the cost of buying your new home.
- 45:48Great.
- 45:49Sounds fantastic.
- 45:51Except the problem is inflation.
- 45:54Except the problem is here's where the market says homes are.
- 45:58Except the problem is it's supply and demand.
- 46:01Home prices would not be going crazy if places like California do not allow you to build homes because they believe in global warming, because they believe in climate change, because they believe in all of this nonsense.
- 46:16You do not need your mortgage terms to go.
- 46:20Well, I have 2.99 here, I want 2.99 here, and I want the same mortgage, and then I want the home insurance to be the same cost.
- 46:28This entire thing is an affordability issue, but it's not.
- 46:32It's not an affordability issue.
- 46:36It is an energy issue.
- 46:38That's what this is.
- 46:41Why do I need a new mortgage?
- 46:43You don't have cheaper oil and natural gas and coal because your energy costs have gone through the roof, because you're not allowing anything to be built, because you believe in global warming.
- 46:58The absolute insanity of where we are right now, the insanity of all of this where we are.
- 47:06It's it's mind-numbing to me because you don't need that.
- 47:13We have plenty of water.
- 47:17You always hear the water issue, data centers.
- 47:19We need power.
- 47:20They use a lot of water.
- 47:22We have plenty of water.
- 47:25We have a technology.
- 47:26It's called desalinization.
- 47:28Nuclear reactors can desalinize water, meaning I can take the salt out of the water and I can use it to drink it.
- 47:35I can use to bathe in it, I can use it for industrial processes.
- 47:39I can use the water.
- 47:49Also, a dam is an intermittent source.
- 47:53The mayor of the mayor of Iran has said that the city may need to be evacuated within one month if they do not get rainfall.
- 48:01Their reservoirs and their dams are about 90% empty because they've had a horrific drought.
- 48:07Because you're relying on an intermittent for the Iranian people, the your thuggish government, I'd love to get rid of.
- 48:17But for the Iranian people, go build nuclear reactors and desalinate water.
- 48:23Build pipelines to the Red Sea, the Black Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, wherever you want to build it and desalinize it.
- 48:33India, the entire country looks like a giant pen or something that's going into a pencil.
- 48:41I would build 400 small module reactors all through that comp all through that country, connect to the oceans that border your entire country, your people never have to worry about water again.
- 48:54What happens when you allow energy to be restricted?
- 48:58We're not going to build homes.
- 49:00We're going to take down coal-fired power plants because we're worried that the air is getting too dirty for us to breathe bull.
- 49:08It is a lie.
- 49:10Forget a scam.
- 49:12I can I can get over a scam.
- 49:16It's real hard to get over a lie that's going to restrict your life, which then means remember this too with your life.
- 49:23I would say this to any millennial or anybody.
- 49:26I can't get married.
- 49:27It's too expensive.
- 49:28I'll have all these student loans, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 49:32No, you don't.
- 49:34You have an energy problem, which creates a geopolitical problem, which creates a realpolitik problem.
- 49:43The politics of reality says, based on the laws of supply and demand.
- 49:49The world at the moment does not have enough energy because the world has been led to believe by a bunch of billionaire globalist fools like John K.
- 50:00Carry.
- 50:01Oh, don't use coal.
- 50:02It's going to hurt you.
- 50:04Use the wind and the sun instead.
- 50:07The gentleman I did co-author these books with this guy named Ronald Stein.
- 50:11He writes for this network, America Out Loud News.
- 50:14I would tell anybody, he has the clearest vision for what it takes to run a modern world and all the things we depend on.
- 50:22I fully recommend uh reading Mr.
- 50:25Stein's work.
- 50:26Ron is a friend, and we co-authored our books together.
- 50:30But Ron has the clearest vision of what it takes to run the world, and it will never be run off renewables.
- 50:37Which, again, by the way, all of the solar panels, wind turbines, battery energy systems, whether it's grid scale or electric vehicles, every single piece and component and all the processing and refining and logistics and shipping and marketing of these things and putting them on the shelves and selling them and putting them in the ground and hooking them to the grid.
- 50:59All of that is possible because of fossil fuels.
- 51:02Not one of those things lowers emissions.
- 51:04Not one of those things makes a better environment.
- 51:07If anything, it makes a worse environment.
- 51:09They're much worse to use than fossil fuels.
- 51:12Much worse.
- 51:14Do an entire value chain on all of this, and you will find that out, which gets back to affordability.
- 51:22We have an absolute incompetent boob has been elected, and the people believe this nonsense because they think things are unaffordable.
- 51:31Things are not unaffordable because inflation has gone out of control.
- 51:36Inflation has gone out of control because we have a spending problem.
- 51:40I'd even say we may not even have a spending problem.
- 51:44We have a lack of energy and electricity problem that is a political issue.
- 51:50That's it.
- 51:53I could solve all our problems right now.
- 51:56Go get all the oil you can offshore everywhere.
- 52:00Well, someone could go, well, that would kill the tourism industry.
- 52:03Wait, the Biden administration and all those blue states were going to allow offshore wind turbines all up and down there.
- 52:12Tens of thousands of them in the Gulf, on the Atlantic, and the Pacific Coast.
- 52:17So do not tell me that we have some problem with drilling for offshore oil and natural gas.
- 52:24We don't.
- 52:26Don't tell me, oh my gosh, we can't go mine for all these things.
- 52:30It would kill the United States.
- 52:32Do you know that we literally don't even use 5% of the land in the United States?
- 52:37Do you realize that most of the oceans in the world?
- 52:40I think we've only explored maybe 20% of it.
- 52:4530% at most.
- 52:48Stop telling me that we have an affordability problem.
- 52:53Stop telling me that Bernie Sanders, that piece of garbage socialist who owns multiple homes and is a multimillionaire because people believe this guy's palaver gobbledygoop nonsense for decades.
- 53:11Socialism doesn't work.
- 53:13Being an authoritarian doesn't work.
- 53:15Totalitarianism doesn't work.
- 53:17You know why it doesn't work?
- 53:19Go look around Iran.
- 53:21Go look around Russia.
- 53:23Go to Venezuela.
- 53:24Heck, go to India.
- 53:26Go travel somewhere that doesn't have energy.
- 53:28I've gone there.
- 53:29Go there sometime.
- 53:30It's the most eye-opening experience you will ever imagine.
- 53:34Get rid of human rights, get rid of religious freedom, and go look at what the rest of the world looks like.
- 53:41Most of the world right now is living in 18th century conditions.
- 53:46Six hundred million people in Africa, they do not have electricity.
- 53:55Anybody that is afraid of a data center or a lack of water or I can't get married.
- 54:01I can't have children.
- 54:02I can't pay off my student loans.
- 54:04I have to have the government do everything for me.
- 54:06I'm a single woman and I'm going to be more liberal because I need the government to take care of me.
- 54:11No, you don't.
- 54:12I'm a millennial.
- 54:13I'm a 20-something.
- 54:15I'm a Gen Xer.
- 54:16I'm a Gen Zier.
- 54:17Uh I'm I'm Europe and I don't want to have children because I only want to have fun and I don't want to do blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
- 54:24No, you have an energy problem.
- 54:26Great Britain has plenty of energy.
- 54:30You're the ones that chose to outlaw fracking because you actually believed Vladimir Putin, his anti-fracking campaigns.
- 54:37Look all this up.
- 54:38Tell me where I'm wrong.
- 54:40Send emails, call us.
- 54:42Say this guy is absolutely insane.
- 54:46He's saying to build more coal-fired power plants.
- 54:49Yes, I am.
- 54:52Until you have natural gas infrastructure and until you can use nuclear, absolutely.
- 54:58You can have all the water you want.
- 55:00You can have all the air conditioning you want.
- 55:03You can create unbelievably great jobs in mining, refining, processing, running power plants, um, bringing to market oil and natural gas and coal.
- 55:16Nothing will build your economy like abundant, reliable, affordable, scalable, resilient energy.
- 55:26Nothing will.
- 55:49I'll bring home prices down 75%.
- 55:52I get it.
- 55:52Developers have made trillions off home prices.
- 55:57Well, you had a good run.
- 55:59It's over.
- 56:00We're going to bring energy to market.
- 56:02We're going to start building, and we're going to be done with all of this non-abundance.
- 56:08Things are unaffordable nonsense.
- 56:11That is a bunch of lies from the pit of hell.
- 56:17The world has plenty of water.
- 56:19It has plenty of coal, natural gas, uranium, oil.
- 56:24It has plenty of electricity.
- 56:27We have the we have the means to hire people to put them into factories and build these things and ship them and install them.
- 56:35And these are all fantastic jobs.
- 56:38We can expand our electrical grid.
- 56:40And frankly, folks, if we do that, we will defeat our geopolitical enemies.
- 56:45You want to defeat China?
- 56:48Make it make us we're energy gigapower now.
- 56:51Make us an energy gigaper to the 10th power.
- 56:55Build our out our electric grid farther, stronger, better than China.
- 57:01Lower the price of oil to $10 a barrel and you stop the Russian war machine.
- 57:06You want to you want to get rid of Iran.
- 57:10Give the Israelis, give whomever, give the U.S.
- 57:14military every bomb bullet plane, aircraft carrier, weapon imaginable as deterrence and watch them get rid of those Islamic theocratic thugs.
- 57:31I say this and I end, thank you for listening.
- 57:35But please, please, my dear listeners, stop believing that things are unaffordable.
- 57:42We do not have an affordability problem.
- 57:44We have a lack of energy.
- 57:57God bless.
