- 0:00Speaker 1: The person of God this morning the person of Apostle
- 0:03Speaker 1: Joshua Thulman, Allelujah.
- 0:14Speaker 2: Raised the name of the Lord.
- 0:16Speaker 3: Congratulations again, Reverend a Killer is the Lord. Bless you
- 0:19Speaker 3: in the name of Jesus. Let's give pastor a big,
- 0:22Speaker 3: big pick up.
- 0:23Speaker 2: Bless you. Dr Pannham the Lord bless sister, such an honor.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Allelujah. Please be seated. I have a very brief charge
- 0:33Speaker 3: this morning. Whilst I just prayed and thought about the
- 0:39Speaker 3: things that I would share after the day before yesterday,
- 0:44Speaker 3: yesterday mighty and wonderful things that the Lord did in
- 0:48Speaker 3: our midst I just thought to wrap up my session
- 0:53Speaker 3: with a thought that has inspired me through the years.
- 0:59Speaker 3: And just listening to pastors share our mummy, you know,
- 1:05Speaker 3: very very touching story.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Every leader here understands the power of humble beginnings.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I was thinking about my own life and the many
- 1:13Speaker 3: great things that God has so graciously done, and I
- 1:17Speaker 3: just thought to share a lesson from the life of Mothercai.
- 1:22Speaker 3: I'm teaching on the power of humility, just for a
- 1:25Speaker 3: few minutes, to help us last and to help us
- 1:30Speaker 3: sustain that which God has done and is doing in
- 1:35Speaker 3: our lives.
- 1:36Speaker 2: James Chapter four and verse six.
- 1:40Speaker 3: James chapter four and verse six, help us this morning,
- 1:43Speaker 3: Spirit of the Living God in Jesus' name James four six.
- 1:50Speaker 2: The Bible says, but he giveth more grace.
- 1:53Speaker 3: Wherefore he saith, God resisted the proud, but give.
- 1:59Speaker 2: It grace to the humble. One more time, he says, God.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Himself resisted the proud, and he giveth grace to the humble.
- 2:13Speaker 3: Philippians Chapter two and US three. Just a few scriptures
- 2:17Speaker 3: to set a foundation for the things that we do.
- 2:20Speaker 3: The Bible says, let nothing be done to strive of
- 2:25Speaker 3: vain glory, vain glory, but in loneliness of mind, let
- 2:31Speaker 3: each esteem other better than themselves. I had the privilege
- 2:44Speaker 3: of learning very early in life and even in ministry,
- 2:47Speaker 3: the deceitfulness of pride, how that it does not matter
- 2:53Speaker 3: the achievements, the accomplishments, the mighty and marvelous things that
- 2:57Speaker 3: God does in and through the life of an individual,
- 3:01Speaker 3: that anything plus pride will always equal a loss anything
- 3:08Speaker 3: at all, no matter how great, no matter how marvelous.
- 3:12Speaker 2: The moment you add pride.
- 3:15Speaker 3: To anything, you have given it the license to be destroyed.
- 3:21Speaker 3: A great destiny plus pride will always result in a loss.
- 3:27Speaker 3: A mighty vessel of God plus pride will always result
- 3:31Speaker 3: in a loss. Great achievement plus pride will always result
- 3:37Speaker 3: in a loss. A flourishing business, flourishing ministry, flourishing carrier
- 3:43Speaker 3: plus pride will always result in a loss. A loss
- 3:48Speaker 3: that is guaranteed because the one who resists you is
- 3:52Speaker 3: God himself. If Satan resists you, you can pray to God.
- 3:57Speaker 3: If man resist you, you can pray to God. But
- 4:00Speaker 3: if God resists you, who do you run to? Anything
- 4:06Speaker 3: close pride will always inevitably end up in losses, tragedies.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Sadly and unfortunately, this is the reason why many people
- 4:18Speaker 3: do not sustain the fire, the momentum of their impact.
- 4:22Speaker 3: The Bible says, better is the end of a thing
- 4:26Speaker 3: than the beginning thereof. It is wonderful to start, it
- 4:30Speaker 3: is excellent to continue, But it takes more than skill
- 4:35Speaker 3: to last. In this kingdom, it takes more than giftings.
- 4:39Speaker 3: It takes more than eloquence oratory excellence to last. In
- 4:45Speaker 3: addition to all of these things, we must embrace the
- 4:50Speaker 3: power of humility.
- 4:55Speaker 2: What is vain glory? Very quickly, let me define it
- 4:59Speaker 2: for you.
- 4:59Speaker 3: Here vein glory I wrote, here is a lost for
- 5:04Speaker 3: the praise of men, lost lust, a lost for the
- 5:10Speaker 3: praise of men. Flame glory refers to a state of
- 5:15Speaker 3: being boastful, being full of yourself. The Bible cautions us
- 5:22Speaker 3: against vein glory, a lost for the praise of men,
- 5:29Speaker 3: being boastful, being full of oneself talks about ego, pride,
- 5:38Speaker 3: vain glory. I have watched with shock and wonder how
- 5:45Speaker 3: people destroy and deflate great and mighty things that God
- 5:52Speaker 3: is doing or has done, in and through their lives.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Not through sin, not through lying, not through immorality, not
- 6:00Speaker 3: through witchcraft. They may escape all of those traps, but
- 6:07Speaker 3: when they come to the trap of pride, they fall helplessly.
- 6:12Speaker 3: Haven't paid the prize to jump through all of these things.
- 6:16Speaker 3: They fall like a pack of God under the very
- 6:20Speaker 3: destructive influence of pride.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Is someone learning this morning.
- 6:27Speaker 3: Pride has brought champions to their knees in shape.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Pride.
- 6:33Speaker 3: Pride has brought experts great names that you would know
- 6:38Speaker 3: today they are almost nothing. They faded away because they
- 6:42Speaker 3: give in to the temptation of pride. It is very
- 6:51Speaker 3: easy to stay humble when you do not have results.
- 6:55Speaker 3: It is very easy to stay humble when there is
- 6:57Speaker 3: nothing that is worth the noise.
- 7:01Speaker 2: But the Bible says love.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Not the world, he says Apostle John, not the things
- 7:08Speaker 3: that are in the world, he says, for all that
- 7:11Speaker 3: is in the world. He calls it the lost of
- 7:14Speaker 3: the flesh, the lost of the eyes, and the pride
- 7:19Speaker 3: of life. For many years I studied this. Let me
- 7:22Speaker 3: tell you something. There is a difference between pride and
- 7:25Speaker 3: the pride of life. The pride of life is the
- 7:30Speaker 3: self glorification that comes in the presence.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Of obvious results.
- 7:35Speaker 3: When you do not have results, you cannot have the
- 7:38Speaker 3: pride of life. You can have pride, but when you
- 7:44Speaker 3: have your results surrounding you like chariots, it legitimizes every
- 7:50Speaker 3: kind of bragging and boasting and being full of yourself.
- 7:55Speaker 3: And unfortunately, so many people, I hope not among us
- 8:01Speaker 3: here have been victims to this deceptive spell of pride,
- 8:07Speaker 3: especially our generation of young people.
- 8:10Speaker 2: There is such a growing I mean.
- 8:14Speaker 3: People fall to this cancer of pride. It has destroyed
- 8:19Speaker 3: the great, It has brought the mighty to their knees.
- 8:22Speaker 3: May God forbid it over our lives in the name
- 8:25Speaker 3: of Jesus. Someone shouted louder Amen, Let's learn a lesson
- 8:32Speaker 3: from the life of Modecai, and then we pray. When
- 8:38Speaker 3: we look at the lesson, I define humility, and then.
- 8:42Speaker 2: We pray as that Chapter two.
- 8:45Speaker 3: Est is a book that I've studied again and again,
- 8:49Speaker 3: and for every time I studied the Book of Esther,
- 8:51Speaker 3: I am amazed at how many things I did not
- 8:54Speaker 3: see or have not.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Found hidden in that treasure.
- 8:59Speaker 3: There are two books in the Bible that are named
- 9:01Speaker 3: after women. One is Esther, the other is Ruth. And
- 9:06Speaker 3: the Book of Esther is a very interesting expression of
- 9:09Speaker 3: the destructive, the destructive character of pride and the lifting
- 9:17Speaker 3: power of genuine humility.
- 9:21Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 9:22Speaker 3: The Bible starts with a very interesting story a king,
- 9:27Speaker 3: and the Bible is very vocal about the achievements of
- 9:31Speaker 3: this king, Ajazarus, a king who was head over one
- 9:35Speaker 3: hundred and twenty seven provinces, that was a.
- 9:39Speaker 2: Profoundly great man.
- 9:42Speaker 3: Then the Bible tells us that there was this woman
- 9:44Speaker 3: who was queen called Vashti. Now listen very carefully. The
- 9:49Speaker 3: Bible says that it was in those days it was
- 9:52Speaker 3: the custom of kings to call other people and just
- 9:55Speaker 3: celebrate and flaunt their glory.
- 9:57Speaker 2: The extent of their sovereign power.
- 10:00Speaker 3: And so he called for a feast, and the Bible
- 10:03Speaker 3: declares that he invited Esther to come, and Esther refused.
- 10:10Speaker 3: I would always say, I mean verasity. Verasity forgot that
- 10:15Speaker 3: the only reason she was queen was because she married
- 10:18Speaker 3: the king, not because she won any war, not because
- 10:22Speaker 3: she had the ability to fight. The only reason why
- 10:26Speaker 3: she was queen was because her husband was king very powerful. Lesson,
- 10:33Speaker 3: You never find Esther saying sorry, I mean verasity, I
- 10:37Speaker 3: keep saying, Esther. You never find Versity saying sorry, not once.
- 10:44Speaker 3: Even when the king was grieved. She did not see
- 10:48Speaker 3: a reason for that, and listened carefully. How dangerous pride
- 10:53Speaker 3: can be. The one hundred and twenty seven provinces were
- 10:59Speaker 3: not at time by enemies. Everything was still in place
- 11:03Speaker 3: in the palace. But one woman's pride was about to
- 11:06Speaker 3: divide the kingdom, to the point that the elders and
- 11:11Speaker 3: advisers came and said, listen, if this becomes a habit,
- 11:15Speaker 3: other women will model it, and you.
- 11:17Speaker 2: Will wreck your kingdom. Banish this woman.
- 11:20Speaker 3: So the Bible says she was banished, and a call
- 11:23Speaker 3: was made all across the provinces.
- 11:26Speaker 2: And there was this.
- 11:26Speaker 3: Man called mother Kai. The Bible says, his place was
- 11:30Speaker 3: of service was at the gate of the king, and
- 11:36Speaker 3: so he called his little daughter, now adopted daughter who
- 11:41Speaker 3: did not have a father and mother her Dasa. We
- 11:44Speaker 3: call her Esther. She came and to call the long
- 11:47Speaker 3: story shot, she found favor and became queen. Then the
- 11:53Speaker 3: Bible says something happened very interesting in Esther Chapter two.
- 11:57Speaker 3: When we read from verse nineteen, the Bible says, certain
- 12:01Speaker 3: people among the king's cabinet decided to conspire.
- 12:07Speaker 2: To kill the king allelujah. And next verse verse.
- 12:12Speaker 3: Twenty we have us twenty. The Bible says that when
- 12:22Speaker 3: the king found out through the ministry of Modecai, he
- 12:27Speaker 3: found out that there were certain people who were out
- 12:30Speaker 3: to destroy his life. Two of them, the Bible says,
- 12:33Speaker 3: they were George. They were hanged and everything finished. For
- 12:37Speaker 3: the sake of time, then the Bible tells us something
- 12:40Speaker 3: very very interesting.
- 12:42Speaker 2: Let's jump to chapter six. For sake of time.
- 12:46Speaker 3: You find what I just said in chapter two, from
- 12:49Speaker 3: verse nineteen to twenty three. Nineteen to twenty three. Now
- 12:52Speaker 3: let's go to chapter six. From verse one, there's a
- 12:56Speaker 3: very powerful lesson I want us to learn. The Bible
- 13:01Speaker 3: says how that her man there was this treacherous man
- 13:06Speaker 3: who happened.
- 13:07Speaker 2: To be one of the closest persons to.
- 13:11Speaker 3: The king, and this man was determined to annihilate the Jews.
- 13:15Speaker 3: His enemy be Mother Kai away together in spite of
- 13:19Speaker 3: all the honor that he had. The Bible says that
- 13:22Speaker 3: every time he saw more the Kai at the gate,
- 13:25Speaker 3: he would be angry, and he went to seek counsel
- 13:30Speaker 3: among his friends, and they told him, they said, listen,
- 13:32Speaker 3: since you have good will with the king, why don't
- 13:36Speaker 3: you talk to the king that you hate this man
- 13:39Speaker 3: called Mother Kai, so he would grant.
- 13:41Speaker 2: You access to hang him.
- 13:43Speaker 3: And so the Bible says the next day he was
- 13:45Speaker 3: already preparing that by the next day he would make
- 13:48Speaker 3: that request to kill and to destroy Mother Kai. And
- 13:52Speaker 3: the Bible says that night six verse one esther On that.
- 13:57Speaker 2: Night, the king could not sleep, and he.
- 14:02Speaker 3: Commanded to bring the book of records of the chronicles,
- 14:06Speaker 3: and they were read before the king followed the story closely.
- 14:10Speaker 3: The Bible says it was found written that Modecai had
- 14:14Speaker 3: told Big Thana and Teresh was told of two of
- 14:18Speaker 3: the king's chamberlains the keepers of the door who sought
- 14:22Speaker 3: to lay hands on King Azarus. As we found in
- 14:25Speaker 3: chapter two, the Bible says, the king said, what honor
- 14:30Speaker 3: and dignity had been done to Modecai for this for
- 14:34Speaker 3: saving my life? And the king's servants administered onto him, said,
- 14:39Speaker 3: there's nothing done for him. The king said, who is
- 14:44Speaker 3: in the court? Follow the story carefully. Now a man
- 14:48Speaker 3: was come into the outward court of the king's house
- 14:52Speaker 3: to speak on to the king. So he came into
- 14:56Speaker 3: the court to speak to the king about hanging and
- 15:00Speaker 3: destroy Mother Kui. The king servant said, unto him, behold,
- 15:07Speaker 3: her man standed in the courts, and the King said,
- 15:12Speaker 3: let him come in.
- 15:13Speaker 2: Now our lesson begins.
- 15:16Speaker 3: So Harmon came in, and the King said, unto him,
- 15:19Speaker 3: what shall be done onto the man whom the King
- 15:23Speaker 3: delighted to honor? Watch the character of pride. Now her
- 15:28Speaker 3: man thought in his heart, to whom would the King
- 15:32Speaker 3: delight to honor more than to myself? Next verse, And
- 15:37Speaker 3: herman answered the king.
- 15:39Speaker 2: For the man.
- 15:41Speaker 3: Whom the King delighted to honor, do the following number one,
- 15:46Speaker 3: Let the royal apparel be brought, which the King used
- 15:50Speaker 3: to wear. Are you saying that this is a wicked
- 15:52Speaker 3: man who would have killed the king himself later on
- 15:54Speaker 3: because everything he wanted was what the king wore. This
- 15:58Speaker 3: man was a dangerous man, and it was only a
- 16:01Speaker 3: matter of time he would kill the king himself. Do
- 16:06Speaker 3: not forbear with evil, you will always give it the
- 16:09Speaker 3: power to multiply.
- 16:11Speaker 2: Are we together? Let the royal apparel look at.
- 16:15Speaker 3: Him describing this, believing he would be the one to
- 16:19Speaker 3: enjoy it. The royal apparel be brought which the king
- 16:24Speaker 3: used to wear, and the horse that the King rided upon,
- 16:28Speaker 3: what a man? And the crown which the king set
- 16:32Speaker 3: on his head. Now you look at that kind of description.
- 16:38Speaker 3: I'm asking you give me a picture by privilege of relationship,
- 16:42Speaker 3: How should I honor this man? And he saying, strip yourself,
- 16:45Speaker 3: remove your robe, give the man remove Now watch this,
- 16:53Speaker 3: and let this apparel and horse be delivered to the
- 16:56Speaker 3: hand of one of the King's most noble princes, and
- 17:02Speaker 3: they may read the man without whom the King delighted
- 17:05Speaker 3: to honor, and bring him on horseback through the streets
- 17:10Speaker 3: of the city, watch pride, describing its destruction, and proclaim
- 17:17Speaker 3: before him, Thus shall it be done to the man
- 17:20Speaker 3: whom the king delighted to honor.
- 17:25Speaker 2: This is always the end of pride.
- 17:28Speaker 3: The king said to her man, make haste and take
- 17:32Speaker 3: the apparel and the horse as thou hast said, and
- 17:37Speaker 3: do even so to Mother Guy. Let me tell you,
- 17:42Speaker 3: I don't know about you. People have fallen and died
- 17:46Speaker 3: because of shock. Doctors who tell us that there is
- 17:49Speaker 3: a way you can be so impacted psychologically. We need
- 17:54Speaker 3: to command Mother Kai for not even falling to die
- 17:58Speaker 3: because with this, with this kind of expectation, he stretched
- 18:05Speaker 3: his intelligence and his artistry, describing everything his heart ever wanted.
- 18:11Speaker 3: And the King said, you will be the one to
- 18:13Speaker 3: do it. Unfortunately, the one to do it too is
- 18:17Speaker 3: Mother Gui. Do you know what it means? I could
- 18:23Speaker 3: imagine him dressing Modecai and looking at him, and Modecai said,
- 18:27Speaker 3: you didn't do this, well, you clip this properly. This
- 18:30Speaker 3: is not how the king looks. God resisted the proud
- 18:37Speaker 3: that even if you are the King's friend, it does
- 18:40Speaker 3: not exempt you from the disaster of pride. It would
- 18:43Speaker 3: think being a king's friend would immune you from the
- 18:47Speaker 3: danger of pride. Is someone learning? Please give us that story?
- 18:52Speaker 2: Well?
- 18:52Speaker 3: Learning a lesson, a very simple lesson this morning, Let
- 18:58Speaker 3: nothing fail that Tao has spoken of. Next verse, the
- 19:03Speaker 3: Bible says, then took Commander Apparel in shame and sadness,
- 19:09Speaker 3: and I read more the Kai, and brought him on
- 19:12Speaker 3: the horseback through the streets of the city, and proclaimed
- 19:16Speaker 3: before him, thos shall be done to the man whom
- 19:19Speaker 3: the King delighted to honor.
- 19:21Speaker 2: Next verse.
- 19:24Speaker 3: Now, this right here is what I want us to.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Let hear what the Bible said and more. The Ki
- 19:33Speaker 3: came again to the King's gate. Do you know what
- 19:36Speaker 3: this means? After the entire honor, riding on the king's horse,
- 19:43Speaker 3: with the king's crown, wearing the king's robe with a
- 19:47Speaker 3: loud old vashion, all over one hundred and twenty seven provinces,
- 19:52Speaker 3: you would think he would be too embarrassed to return
- 19:55Speaker 3: back to his place of assignment.
- 19:56Speaker 2: The Bible says, when all that was done, he returned
- 20:00Speaker 2: back to the gates.
- 20:02Speaker 3: This is the lesson this morning. Where he found you
- 20:06Speaker 3: is where you should remain. If staying at the gate
- 20:11Speaker 3: was where my honor started from, then it would be
- 20:14Speaker 3: foolish to be too embarrassed to leave that place.
- 20:18Speaker 2: I do not know about you.
- 20:19Speaker 3: But it would take the grace of God under this
- 20:22Speaker 3: kind of condition to return back. The same people who said, congratulations,
- 20:28Speaker 3: Mother Kai, you.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Are now the King's new friend.
- 20:31Speaker 3: Would now pass the gate, and you have to open
- 20:33Speaker 3: the door for them. And they said, what suddenly happened?
- 20:37Speaker 3: Did you lose favor with the king? And Mother Kai?
- 20:42Speaker 3: Please keep that scripture.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Came again to the King's gates.
- 20:54Speaker 3: When God begins to lift you, when God begins to
- 20:58Speaker 3: announce you, when God begins to promote you, when God
- 21:03Speaker 3: begins to make your name great, learn a lesson from
- 21:08Speaker 3: her Man, and learn a lesson from Mother Kui. Once
- 21:12Speaker 3: upon a time her Man was not the King's friend.
- 21:15Speaker 3: There had to be a time in his life when
- 21:17Speaker 3: he began to grow to the point where he was
- 21:21Speaker 3: the King's friend.
- 21:23Speaker 2: And he forgot. He forgot.
- 21:33Speaker 3: Now Mother Guy was about to have his own test.
- 21:38Speaker 3: If Mother Kui forgot, you would be surprised that you
- 21:41Speaker 3: would have faced.
- 21:42Speaker 2: The same tragedy that her Man had. But Mother Kuy
- 21:46Speaker 2: was wise.
- 21:47Speaker 3: The Bible says, after all of that honor, I could
- 21:50Speaker 3: imagine Mother Kui having all kinds of people giving him
- 21:54Speaker 3: little papers. Can you help us talk to the King
- 21:57Speaker 3: for a contract. Can you now that you have become
- 21:59Speaker 3: the King's newman and mother? Guy said, I'm not about
- 22:03Speaker 3: all of this. Thank you the God of Heaven.
- 22:07Speaker 2: For lifting me.
- 22:08Speaker 3: But I will go back to the place of my assignment.
- 22:12Speaker 3: I will go back to the place where honor found me.
- 22:15Speaker 3: I will go back to the place where prosperity found me.
- 22:19Speaker 3: Listen to me very carefully. I submit to you in
- 22:24Speaker 3: all honesty that it is difficult to return to the
- 22:28Speaker 3: gate when you've ridden on the King's horse. Anyone who
- 22:32Speaker 3: tells you it just happens like that is in ignorance
- 22:34Speaker 3: or is lying away together. It takes a lot of stamina.
- 22:39Speaker 3: There are times where returning back to the gate almost
- 22:44Speaker 3: equals the perception of defeat. To you, why will I
- 22:48Speaker 3: go back to my knees again now that I have
- 22:52Speaker 3: ministry walking? Do I have to fast like I did before?
- 22:56Speaker 3: Do I have to pray like I did before? Do
- 23:00Speaker 3: I have to great? I was watching Reverend a Quiller
- 23:03Speaker 3: just holding Mama and greeting her and honoring Dr Panham,
- 23:07Speaker 3: And I said, can you imagine he came and sat
- 23:12Speaker 3: on the floor, And now God.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Has exalted and honored this man.
- 23:17Speaker 3: Many of us will not even have the humility to
- 23:21Speaker 3: acknowledge these people, or will acknowledge them as colleagues and
- 23:25Speaker 3: just say you give me a high five, God.
- 23:27Speaker 2: You you, and brush it away.
- 23:32Speaker 3: There are many young people today. You make one million,
- 23:35Speaker 3: ten million. Not your parents, not your pastor no one
- 23:39Speaker 3: else can talk to you. We are gods of ourself,
- 23:42Speaker 3: after all, I have it. Now, learn a lesson from
- 23:45Speaker 3: her man. No matter how high you rise, you are
- 23:48Speaker 3: not too far from going down.
- 23:52Speaker 2: You can never rise so high.
- 23:54Speaker 3: That it becomes impossible to go down. In fact, the
- 23:57Speaker 3: higher you rise, the more dangerously when you fall. If
- 24:01Speaker 3: I fall from this figure down, I may not injure myself,
- 24:04Speaker 3: But if I fall from a plane, I may not
- 24:07Speaker 3: leave to tell the story.
- 24:12Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 24:16Speaker 3: So Haman by himself began to describe the process of
- 24:22Speaker 3: his own defeat and failure. At the end of it
- 24:25Speaker 3: you would read that it was the same Haman that
- 24:28Speaker 3: was hung on the gallows that he dug and built
- 24:32Speaker 3: to kill Modecai. Pride is dangerous, but humility is powerful.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Let's define humility. What does it mean to be humble?
- 24:44Speaker 3: Please write this down. Humility is not refusing.
- 24:49Speaker 2: We have to clear the air. Now.
- 24:50Speaker 3: Humility is not refusing to acknowledge that God has helped you.
- 24:55Speaker 2: No, humility is.
- 24:57Speaker 3: Not refusing to end enjoy the blessings and the honor
- 25:02Speaker 3: that comes with your assignment, or the grace that has
- 25:07Speaker 3: been given to you. That is not humility. But this
- 25:11Speaker 3: is humility. The public acknowledgment of God as the basis
- 25:18Speaker 3: for your achievement, the public acknowledgement of God as the
- 25:25Speaker 3: basis for your results, the basis for your achievement, the
- 25:33Speaker 3: wisdom to recognize and acknowledge.
- 25:36Speaker 2: This is humility.
- 25:39Speaker 3: That behind house on the rock twenty years, Yes, there
- 25:45Speaker 3: is a man who represents the leadership. But behind that
- 25:49Speaker 3: man is a mighty God standing by him like a
- 25:53Speaker 3: mighty terrible warrior and granting him access to move forward.
- 25:58Speaker 3: Men do not move forward just because they want to.
- 26:01Speaker 3: There is a God that helps men. Are we together?
- 26:06Speaker 3: Humility is the public acknowledgment of God, the God of
- 26:12Speaker 3: the heavens, as the basis for everything we are and
- 26:17Speaker 3: everything we have.
- 26:20Speaker 2: So when the grace of God and the glory of God.
- 26:24Speaker 3: Begins to speak and manifest in and through your life,
- 26:28Speaker 3: my message for you this morning is remember, remember you
- 26:34Speaker 3: know why it is harder to remember when you are
- 26:37Speaker 3: distracted by your results.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Results can be distracting.
- 26:42Speaker 3: The applauds of men as sincere and well meaning as
- 26:47Speaker 3: it is, can be distracting.
- 26:49Speaker 2: You have to create.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Systems around your life that force you to remember. To
- 26:55Speaker 3: remember the one who took me from the dunghill and
- 26:59Speaker 3: now brought me before Princess. To remember the one who
- 27:03Speaker 3: gave me the leverage of his grace to rise and
- 27:06Speaker 3: thrive and excel.
- 27:07Speaker 2: To remember the one who kept me.
- 27:13Speaker 3: Because accept the Lord build a house, The Bible says,
- 27:18Speaker 3: the builders build, but in vain accept the Lord watches
- 27:23Speaker 3: over the city. The watchmen watch it. But in vain,
- 27:27Speaker 3: it says. It is vain to wake up early and
- 27:30Speaker 3: to sleep late at night, only to eat the bread
- 27:33Speaker 3: of sorrow, But that he giveth his beloved sleep. Make
- 27:39Speaker 3: up your mind from this morning, and let it be
- 27:42Speaker 3: a foundational truth and a pillar in your life that
- 27:48Speaker 3: no matter where you lived me, Oh God, no matter
- 27:52Speaker 3: what you do through me in ministry, in business, I
- 27:56Speaker 3: will let the world know that you are.
- 27:59Speaker 2: The basis for my results. That when the spotlight.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Is on you, you become and remain an usher that
- 28:09Speaker 3: directs them to his majesty, Can I tell you this,
- 28:13Speaker 3: If you make up your mind that your life would
- 28:18Speaker 3: reveal the glory and the grace of God, then He
- 28:21Speaker 3: will keep giving you the platform to reveal the glory
- 28:24Speaker 3: and the grace of God. And I, if I believed
- 28:28Speaker 3: from the earth, he says, I will draw all men
- 28:31Speaker 3: to myself. So whilst we celebrate with Reverend Aquila, his
- 28:35Speaker 3: dear wife, and the leadership of House on the Rock, just.
- 28:40Speaker 2: A prayer for.
- 28:41Speaker 3: Him and for everyone is that God will burn this
- 28:44Speaker 3: message in his heart. God will burn this message in
- 28:48Speaker 3: the heart of the leadership and the membership, that if
- 28:52Speaker 3: there is anything worth celebrating, make sure that in all
- 28:57Speaker 3: of the accolades and an knowledgements, it ends with God,
- 29:02Speaker 3: the King of kings, and the helper of man, the
- 29:05Speaker 3: one who can lift, the one who exalts, and to
- 29:09Speaker 3: every man of God. Here to everyone who has come
- 29:12Speaker 3: to celebrate, it is an opportunity for you to search
- 29:15Speaker 3: your own life and be very determined that for the
- 29:20Speaker 3: rest of my life my life will reflect the glory
- 29:23Speaker 3: of God. But that whilst He celebrates me and lived
- 29:29Speaker 3: me and gives me a chance to represent Him to
- 29:34Speaker 3: the nations, I will remain humble. Humility comes from this
- 29:39Speaker 3: revelation that without Him I can do nothing. Do not
- 29:45Speaker 3: make the mistake of her man. Embrace the wisdom of
- 29:50Speaker 3: Mothercai that after all of the celebrations, you still go
- 29:55Speaker 3: back to your knees. Let me tell you this as
- 29:57Speaker 3: I wrap up. It's a practice that I do and
- 30:01Speaker 3: God is my weakness.
- 30:04Speaker 2: No matter what you know. People.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Many times when I return from a meeting, any meeting,
- 30:12Speaker 3: and people try to acknowledge the wonderful things that God did.
- 30:15Speaker 3: Usually they would ask me, so, how was the meeting?
- 30:17Speaker 3: And I say fine. They say, what do you mean
- 30:19Speaker 3: by fine? Give us details we watched? I mean, look
- 30:21Speaker 3: at the mighty things. And I tell them fine, fine
- 30:24Speaker 3: is enough. Everything you want to say is captured in
- 30:27Speaker 3: that word fine. The meeting was not bad. Jesus was glorified.
- 30:31Speaker 3: End of discussion. And I stand before the mirror and
- 30:36Speaker 3: I look at myself. Truth I'm telling you, And I said,
- 30:41Speaker 3: mister man, may it never get to you that this
- 30:45Speaker 3: was done by your own strengths.
- 30:46Speaker 2: I talked to myself.
- 30:51Speaker 3: I would kneel at the side of my bed and say,
- 30:53Speaker 3: thank you Father, that boy that you raised has returned
- 30:58Speaker 3: back to say thank you. They call me all kinds
- 31:00Speaker 3: of names. What I'm returning as that same mother cry
- 31:07Speaker 3: to say thank you for the healings, thank you for
- 31:11Speaker 3: the miracles. And while you're on your knees, there are
- 31:14Speaker 3: text messages coming apostle. You are this, you are that,
- 31:18Speaker 3: this is mighty. Can you imagine what God has done?
- 31:21Speaker 3: I know if only you speak, my situation will change.
- 31:24Speaker 3: And I tell him, Lord, save me from the destruction
- 31:27Speaker 3: of this deception the people. Maybe since yeah, but I
- 31:31Speaker 3: know what this can do if you do not help me.
- 31:33Speaker 3: Can I tell you the safest place, the most secured place,
- 31:37Speaker 3: is on your knees. We stand by kneeling with stabilies.
- 31:42Speaker 3: When we are on our knees, do not get too
- 31:45Speaker 3: far from the ground.
- 31:47Speaker 2: It will be deception for your fall.
- 31:49Speaker 3: You do not fall when you are already on the ground.
- 31:51Speaker 3: You only fall when you are above. Be careful. When
- 31:55Speaker 3: God lifts you, let.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Your knees remain, saying thank you.
- 32:00Speaker 3: Now wherever you are in the next one minute, I
- 32:04Speaker 3: want you to just lift up a voice of thanksgiving
- 32:07Speaker 3: and acknowledgement to the God of Heaven. May I request
- 32:11Speaker 3: that you count your blessings, name them one by one.
- 32:17Speaker 2: Just a minute for this.
- 32:19Speaker 3: If you do not have anything to say, thank you
- 32:21Speaker 3: for you are not a Christian. Thank him for life,
- 32:25Speaker 3: thank him for grace, Thank him for house on.
- 32:29Speaker 2: The rock, thank him for his mercies.
- 32:32Speaker 3: If the Lord had not been by our side. Now
- 32:35Speaker 3: may Israel say in.
- 32:41Speaker 2: One minute you are saying thank.
- 32:42Speaker 4: You, say say you're the same.
- 33:19Speaker 2: The one you say.
- 33:22Speaker 5: Has come to a ship you the one you say
- 33:30Speaker 5: has come to a ship.
- 33:32Speaker 6: Be halper, halper, halper.
- 34:00Speaker 2: The one you have has come to rush. The one
- 34:09Speaker 2: you have has come to crush. My life be glory, fine,
- 34:27Speaker 2: be glowing. Five. My life be glory, fine, be glowing.
- 34:43Speaker 4: Five.
- 34:46Speaker 2: You can't the glory.
- 34:50Speaker 5: You get the phrase.
- 34:53Speaker 4: You take beyond thing.
- 34:57Speaker 2: I just want to say, thank you. You can't the clothe.
- 35:02Speaker 3: You and you can't the prayer.
- 35:08Speaker 2: You take beyond I just one say so in.
- 35:15Speaker 3: My life.
- 35:19Speaker 7: My life be a fair beg ba, my life he all.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Be call. Can you pray one more prayer?
- 35:48Speaker 3: Ask for the grace to consistently acknowledge God in the
- 35:54Speaker 3: presence of men as the basis for all that you
- 35:57Speaker 3: are and all that you will become. Please lift your
- 36:00Speaker 3: voice and pray. Don't matter what you do in and
- 36:05Speaker 3: through my life. Let it be clear to men that
- 36:08Speaker 3: you are the doer. May I be vocal about it.
- 36:11Speaker 3: May I be hon ashamed about it. Someone is praying,
- 36:32Speaker 3: and we our hands lifted up. We will ship hiking,
- 36:39Speaker 3: and we our ands lift terra up. We come before
- 36:44Speaker 3: you rejoicing.
- 36:47Speaker 7: We o at slift tertra up to the scar and
- 36:52Speaker 7: the world one.
- 36:55Speaker 2: We just tell them, Oh, stand now in one minute?
- 37:09Speaker 3: Can you pray for Everen Aquilla and his precious wife
- 37:14Speaker 3: and the family. I was watching him while he stood here,
- 37:19Speaker 3: and I was blessing the Lord for his life.
- 37:21Speaker 2: He said, I thank my God always.
- 37:23Speaker 3: With every remembrance of you, that every time we remember
- 37:28Speaker 3: him to be for good. Is someone praying for your
- 37:31Speaker 3: pastor are you praying for this man of God?
- 37:34Speaker 2: Cry from the depth of your heart.
- 37:36Speaker 3: Continue to lift him more God and show him messy.
- 37:40Speaker 3: Continue to lift his wife, Pray for his children, Pray
- 37:43Speaker 3: for the family. Or let him escape as the bird
- 37:52Speaker 3: from the snare of the fowler, from.
- 37:54Speaker 2: The deceitfulness of pride.
- 38:03Speaker 3: Save him from the deception of pride, that he will
- 38:09Speaker 3: ever remain humble like Mothercai. May he always be at
- 38:14Speaker 3: the gate ministering to the king, even even when he
- 38:18Speaker 3: rides upon the horse of the king, even when he
- 38:22Speaker 3: wears the robe of the king, even when he wears
- 38:25Speaker 3: the crown of the King. May he return back to
- 38:28Speaker 3: his place of assignment, his place of fellowship. Now pray
- 38:37Speaker 3: for house on the Rock, Josh. Let it be from
- 38:40Speaker 3: the depth of your heart, Lord, the staying power, that
- 38:44Speaker 3: as you lift this ministry, as you lift this vision,
- 38:47Speaker 3: grant them the grace to be and remain humble. If
- 38:51Speaker 3: someone praying the grace to be and the grace to
- 38:55Speaker 3: remain humble, for God himself is say set the proud,
- 39:01Speaker 3: but he gives grace chrase for greater glory.
- 39:06Speaker 2: He gives to the humble. Are you still praying just
- 39:18Speaker 2: one more.
- 39:19Speaker 3: Minute, the grace to be humble, the grace to be humble,
- 39:28Speaker 3: even in the midst of the acknowledgments, the grace to.
- 39:31Speaker 8: Stay humble, in the name of Jesus Christ. In the
- 39:40Speaker 8: name of Jesus Christ.
- 39:43Speaker 3: It is my prayer this morning that this would not
- 39:46Speaker 3: just be an emotional message from a man of God.
- 39:50Speaker 3: It is my prayer that you would add this and
- 39:55Speaker 3: start the truth.
- 39:57Speaker 2: In your heart and.
- 39:59Speaker 3: May become a guiding principle for your life. It is
- 40:03Speaker 3: a powerful secret that sustains grace, that sustains impact. In
- 40:10Speaker 3: addition to your prayer, In addition to faith like we learned,
- 40:15Speaker 3: in addition to death to self like we learned yesterday,
- 40:18Speaker 3: you most add to distinct humility, genuine humility.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Let us pray.
- 40:26Speaker 3: Father, We thank you for your word. We thank you
- 40:30Speaker 3: for your power. We thank you for your grace. Thank
- 40:34Speaker 3: you for house on the Rock. Thank you for Reverend
- 40:38Speaker 3: Aquille and his dear wife twenty years of impact even
- 40:42Speaker 3: by the spirit. Thank you for the grace that keeps.
- 40:45Speaker 3: Thank you for the grace that lives. Thank you for
- 40:48Speaker 3: the timiner to endy. O Lord, we bring thanks before
- 40:53Speaker 3: you from the depths of our hearts, rejoicing with him
- 40:57Speaker 3: and even the church family. Or the things that you
- 41:01Speaker 3: have done, for the battles that you have won. We
- 41:04Speaker 3: declare that only you are deserving of our praise, and so.
- 41:08Speaker 2: We glorify you.
- 41:09Speaker 3: You have taught us this morning the wisdom from the
- 41:13Speaker 3: life of Mothercai. Grant us grace to be practitioners of
- 41:19Speaker 3: this truth. Grant us grace to live by this value
- 41:23Speaker 3: system that it pays to be, and to stay humble
- 41:28Speaker 3: that whilst you lift us, and whilst men acknowledge your
- 41:32Speaker 3: doings and your workings in and through our lives. May
- 41:37Speaker 3: we never fall pray to the temptation of pride and
- 41:43Speaker 3: vain glory. May we never never fall into that temptation.
- 41:51Speaker 3: Grant us grace, oh God, to be and to remain humble.
- 41:54Speaker 3: And whilst we remain humble, we pray that you will
- 41:57Speaker 3: keep lifting us.
- 41:58Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus.
- 42:00Speaker 3: Therefore, I declare over house on the rock, in the
- 42:03Speaker 3: name that is above all names. Go from glory to glory,

- 42:14Speaker 3: you in pleasant places, and you have a goodly heritage.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Every family connected to this vision. I prophesie some one twelve.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Blessed is the Lord, the man that delighted in the
- 42:25Speaker 3: Lord who shared the Lord. Your seed shall be mighty
- 42:29Speaker 3: upon earth. The generations of the Upright shall be blessed.
- 42:32Speaker 3: The Bible says well, and riches shall be in your
- 42:35Speaker 3: house and your righteousness and yours forever. I decree and
- 42:39Speaker 3: declare that the secrets of the Lord are upon your
- 42:41Speaker 3: tabernacle in the name of Jesus Christ. You walk upon
- 42:45Speaker 3: your high places. A thousand may fall by your side,
- 42:49Speaker 3: and ten thousands by your right hand.
- 42:51Speaker 2: None shall harm you.
- 42:53Speaker 3: With your eyes will you see the reward of the wicked.
- 42:56Speaker 3: But as for you, the Lord is your inheritance is
- 42:59Speaker 3: your portion.
- 43:00Speaker 2: Even in the land of the living. In the name
- 43:03Speaker 2: of Jesus Christ.
- 43:05Speaker 3: Your gates remain continually open to receive the forces of
- 43:09Speaker 3: the gentiles, where you have been deserted, so that no
- 43:12Speaker 3: man would pass through you. I call you an eternal excellency,
- 43:16Speaker 3: a joy of many generations.
- 43:18Speaker 2: In the name of Jesus Christ.
- 43:20Speaker 3: I decree and declare that even in old age you
- 43:23Speaker 3: will be fat and flourishing. The fullness of your days
- 43:27Speaker 3: you will fulfill. In the name of Jesus Christ. Your
- 43:30Speaker 3: hands remain lifted. My God stands before you like a
- 43:34Speaker 3: mighty terrible one. In the name of Jesus Christ. Go
- 43:39Speaker 3: from glory to glory, Go from grace to grace. By
- 43:42Speaker 3: this time next year, return ten times better in the
- 43:46Speaker 3: name of Jesus Christ. May my God leaves you even
- 43:49Speaker 3: above your contemporaries. May the oil of gladness rest upon
- 43:53Speaker 3: your head that leaves you a both your fellows. In
- 43:57Speaker 3: the name of Jesus Christ. The Lord grants you. The

- 44:13Speaker 3: That when men say there is a casting down for you,
- 44:16Speaker 3: it shall be that there is a lifting up in
- 44:19Speaker 3: the name of Jesus, I commanding gates from.
- 44:21Speaker 2: The city to be opened for you.
- 44:23Speaker 3: You will sock honey out of the rock in the
- 44:26Speaker 3: name of Jesus Christ.
- 44:27Speaker 2: Destruction and wastage will be hardest from your life.
- 44:31Speaker 3: The voice of melody will become your inheritance, even in
- 44:35Speaker 3: this season. In the name of Jesus. The Lord bless
- 44:39Speaker 3: you in Jesus' name. I pray, thank you very very much.
- 44:43Speaker 3: May the Lord bless you in Jesus' name.
