Nicole: Hello everyone, welcome back and welcome myself back to empower your soul.
0:05
Nicole: I first of all I just want to thank you so much for your patience while I wait for the technology to align and finally work.
0:13
Nicole: This is my second microphone that I've ordered.
0:17
Nicole: I tried ordering new cords for my existing microphone.
0:20
Nicole: I ordered like a fancy new podcast.
0:22
Nicole: Didn't work, that microphone.
0:24
Nicole: So now I am still in a very, very lovely upgraded one.
0:25
Nicole: This is like a fancy new podcast.
0:26
Nicole: Didn't work, that microphone.
0:26
Nicole: So now I am still in a very, very lovely upgraded one.
0:28
Nicole: This is called a Rode R-O-D-E, where I'm in love with it already because there is this amazing capability in this microphone that it blocks the sound in the background, and I loved my own old microphone.
0:44
Nicole: It was fantastic.
0:45
Nicole: But when I had to record podcast episodes, I had to do it alone in my house, so it really limited my ability to just get an inspiration, get an intuitive hit and come on and hit record, because if my kids are home, you could hear them in the background.
0:58
Nicole: I'm sure there's been a couple podcasts where that's happened.
1:00
Nicole: My husband's working, I can't do it right, so it's so.
1:03
Nicole: I'm really excited for this microphone because I'm sitting here, my heaters on.
1:07
Nicole: My kids are home and you can't hear any of that.
1:10
Nicole: Hopefully, hopefully I don't see it popping up on my microphone screen.
1:14
Nicole: So, thank you, as I trust spirit and work through my technology issues.
1:20
Nicole: Still not quite sure what that's about, but they essentially shut down my technology for a few weeks, so I'm glad to be back here for sure.
1:28
Nicole: Thank you so much.
1:29
Nicole: So, given all of, I'm going to say, the chaotic energy that is the US and our new president, regardless of what side of the house you're on, you have to admit the energy is chaotic.
1:42
Nicole: Right?
1:42
Nicole: I wanted to use this episode to talk about not politics, because I'm not interested in that, although we're going to see what the Akashic Records has to say, with some of the questions that folks answered on my Instagram stories.
1:55
Nicole: I wanted to talk about how because, let's be honest, this is not going to be the only time in the next four years that the energy is going to feel like this.
2:04
Nicole: I'm just going's be honest.
2:04
Nicole: This is not going to be the only time in the next four years that the energy is going to feel like this I'm just going to be honest with all of you right Like it's going to continue to be chaotic, just given the previous track record of the last time he was president.
2:13
Nicole: So I wanted to tap into the Akashic Records today with the questions that you've asked, my own questions and ask how do we as individuals navigate right now, specifically the political chaotic energy that's going on, but probably just overall as well, because I don't feel like this is specific to this point in time?
2:32
Nicole: I think there are going to be some questions I ask that are related to the current social circumstances, the current state of the union, I guess I would say.
2:42
Nicole: But I think, overall, this is going to be a really good podcast episode to talk about.
2:46
Nicole: How do we deal with stress overall?
2:47
Nicole: How do we deal with centering and grounding and controlling our energy while there is chaos all around us?
2:54
Nicole: So, without further delay, what I'm going to do is I'm going to pop into their tell I was, I was going to pop into the collective Akashic records, but they're telling me the energy is really low.
3:04
Nicole: So what I'm going to do is pop into my Akashic Records and have them channel the information from my records for all of you, so that we can get the best information that we can.
3:16
Nicole: So I'm just going to pause for one moment.
3:18
Nicole: Don't mind the brief lack of sound.
3:20
Nicole: I'm still here, I promise, while I pop into my records oh, much better, okay, and while, obviously, just like the last Akashic Records podcast that I did, while I'm in the records, you're receiving that healing energy.
3:40
Nicole: So if you feel different, if the energy feels different, if you feel calm, if you feel like I don't know it impacts probably many people differently but if the energy just shifted a little bit for you or you are listening to this podcast and you feel differently, know that that's the healing energy of the Akashic Records.
3:54
Nicole: It's always open to helping, healing, transmuting energy that's no longer yours and it's helping you as you listen to this podcast.
4:02
Nicole: So maybe I should just make that a status quo of all the podcast episodes and making sure I'm giving that energy to all of you, because you might as well get some healing while you're getting some knowledge, right?
4:11
Nicole: Okay?
4:12
Nicole: So I have five questions that I've written down.
4:15
Nicole: I'm just going to number them for the Akashic Records and I feel like there's going to be a sixth one.
4:21
Nicole: I don't know what that is yet, but I took again the questions that you asked me on my Instagram stories and wrote them down and I'm going to ask the Akashic Records.
4:28
Nicole: They said we're going to go with number three right now.
4:30
Nicole: So number three is how can we move through?
4:34
Nicole: Yeah, because they want to talk about the current circumstances how can we move through this energy without letting it destroy our ability to navigate and pay attention to also what's going on?
4:45
Nicole: So I think and I believe this was Lindsay, so thanks for this, lindsay this information is all about empowerment.
4:53
Nicole: So I'm going to ask them to help me phrase the question one more time, because I definitely spit it out without coherently forming a sentence and the question, as they are answering, it is all about how do you maintain homeostasis, how do you maintain your energetic balance to not let external circumstances overwhelm you while you are still able to pay attention and create change and promote loving energy while there's chaos all around you?
5:26
Nicole: Very eloquently said by the Akashic Records and this I'm going to channel this this is all about empowerment at this point, because there will always be chaotic energy external to you.
5:40
Nicole: There will always be undue circumstances that come from external to you that want to change, manipulate, adjust your energy for the benefit of others.
5:48
Nicole: They're saying this is, you know, this is a point in the history of the United States of the world that this is being heightened.
5:54
Nicole: But it's not the only time that this is going to happen, because you will always have external circumstances that want to get an advantage, that want to gain power, want to gain influence on you, and this is the time where you need to put your foot down and say no, absolutely not.
6:08
Nicole: And what that actually looks like is that you are able to take a step back and know that when your energy feels very fuzzy, very rushed, very overstimulated, that you're thinking about six things at once and it's all over the place, that is designed on purpose.
6:24
Nicole: It is meant to stress you out so that it eliminates your cognitive functioning and so that you can't make a good, conscious decision on it.
6:33
Nicole: And I think Mel Robbins I know she's a hot button person right now love her new book.
6:37
Nicole: Let them, by the way, 10 out of 10, 100% recommend it.
6:40
Nicole: She involves in one of her books.
6:43
Nicole: She also talks about the 5-4-3-2-1.
6:46
Nicole: I don't know what it's called, apologies, but the Akashic Records is reminding me of whenever you're feeling frazzled.
6:53
Nicole: Know that you are working.
6:54
Nicole: I'm going to say in your caveman brain, in your ego-centered brain, and it's your fight or flight brain, essentially.
7:02
Nicole: So your nervous system is essentially having a massive, massive reaction to everything that's going on right now.
7:09
Nicole: So it feels chaotic.
7:10
Nicole: So then you start feeling it in your body like you don't feel safe.
7:13
Nicole: Your stomach starts to hurt, your shoulders start to tense up towards your ears, right, you can't sleep at night, you're doom scrolling all day long.
7:19
Nicole: So those are symptoms that your nervous system is off the charts and something's wrong with it, and that's going to be your external influence.
7:27
Nicole: So pay attention to your thought processes, to how your body reacts, and that means that it's time for a pause.
7:35
Nicole: And the pause I know it feels uncomfortable and I'm going to say it because it feels like if you pause, you're going to miss five things that happen and then you're going to be behind and on the defensive for not being able to help, to do better, to change right.
7:54
Nicole: Because it feels like you always want to be on the offensive, because being on the offensive feels like you're on control, you can control things.
8:01
Nicole: It feels like you can take things under control.
8:03
Nicole: You can handle things better because if I'm prepared, if I'm ready for it, if I know that this chaos is coming, I can better react to it.
8:09
Nicole: I can better think about it if I can be two steps ahead.
8:11
Nicole: But here's the problem we're not going to be two steps ahead.
8:13
Nicole: This entire administration we're not going to be, because they are always going to pull out the rug from under us when we least expect it, to make us go off balance and to make us lose our position, our focus, our communities coming together, because we are on the defensive and we're reacting.
8:31
Nicole: So I'm asking you in the Akashic Records when I say I it's the Akashic Records, apologies I'm asking you to pause and instead of reacting, you're going to pause and respond.
8:40
Nicole: So every single.
8:44
Nicole: So here's the big picture of what they're showing me is because they're showing me this giant picture of, like, all these things that are happening at once and I know there's a lot of things happening at once and it's like every news hour something else is published, right.
8:56
Nicole: But here's the thing is that if you look at things as a collective, if you look at things as everything at once, think about that Does that ever work out well for you?
9:07
Nicole: When you look at everything at once, like the big picture, maybe common trends, right.
9:11
Nicole: But if you're actually trying to understand, make lasting change, become the expert in things.
9:16
Nicole: You can't look at everything at once.
9:17
Nicole: You have to segment the information, one at a time, as it comes in, and say is this something that's really important to me, is this valuable for me?
9:27
Nicole: Is this something that I should?
9:28
Nicole: That is worth my time, my energy, my focus, because I bet you a lot of it.
9:34
Nicole: Oh, here's what, here's what the energy, a lot of it you want to say yes to, but you can't say yes to everything.
9:40
Nicole: So you have to start prioritizing where you spend your energy, where you spend your time.
9:43
Nicole: That is going to look different for every single person listening to this.
9:48
Nicole: Maybe your energy.
9:49
Nicole: You realize nope, I'm done, I'm not going to listen to any of it.
9:52
Nicole: And you shut it all off.
9:53
Nicole: You shut off TikTok, you shut off Instagram, you shut off all the social media.
9:56
Nicole: You're like, yeah, please do that if that feels right for you.
10:00
Nicole: For you know, for some of you maybe it's LGBTQA rights, right.
10:03
Nicole: Maybe some of you it's the DEI, right.
10:05
Nicole: So, whatever, you need to start prioritizing your issues, and that sounds really tough, but I want you to know that everyone should be prioritizing their issues.
10:16
Nicole: So what's number one for me might be different than what's number one for you and I'm going to trust that you're going to help me with that one, and I'm going to and you have to trust that I'm going to help you with the one.
10:25
Nicole: That's number one to me.
10:26
Nicole: And this is where the community is going to be so important this year, and I already said this in the earlier podcast, where I predicted in 2025, this was going to be the year of community.
10:34
Nicole: This is showing up.
10:36
Nicole: This is all about trusting our fellow humans.
10:42
Nicole: I'm going to say it that way that we are going to do the right thing, and I know did some of you just eye roll Like, did you?
10:50
Nicole: Some of you just chuckle right now, I know, I know what that I'm reacting the same way to the words that just came out of my mouth.
10:59
Nicole: But this is the year of trust and this is the year of watching things and this is the year of empowerment and not letting other people make decisions for you.
11:09
Nicole: And a lot of this stems from oh shit, just go with it.
11:18
Nicole: They're saying.
11:18
Nicole: I feel like I'm answering another question with this, but they're telling me a lot of this feeling that we get when we're wanting to solve everything that we're wanting.
11:31
Nicole: Oh man, I'm sorry, I'm just pulling the energy together because they just kind of shifted the energy to empowerment and they talked about empowerment at the beginning.
11:40
Nicole: But, but this is all about, a lot of people feel so heavy because they think these things are happening to them and that there's nothing they can do about it.
11:49
Nicole: And this is going to allow you to rewrite your mind and rewrite the glazed eyes that we have all had since COVID, right, probably even longer than that, but the glazed eyes where we let other people in charge handle it and we actually see what's going on and we start making a stand for things.
12:11
Nicole: Right, because if you, I want you to pay attention and the Akashic Rex is saying pay attention to what you're hearing all over social media from from your friends, your family, I don't care who it's from, whoever's talking about everything that's going on right now.
12:28
Nicole: Are they, are their comments, their perspectives, their feedback coming from a perspective of empowerment, or are they coming from a place of how could they do that?
12:40
Nicole: And feeling almost like victim mode, that it's happening to them and they have no say about it?
12:46
Nicole: How many 95% are going to come from this perspective that this is what happened and we just have to fold down, lay down and take it and go with it, and what you're going to see is that, as people open up, they're going to start to resist it and they're going to realize I don't have to stand for that and it doesn't need to be a big thing, because I know how big these political structures are that we're going up against.
13:15
Nicole: I know that and I know that it's unlikely that one person is going to institute or create massive change in the structures of these societies and the changes that need to happen.
13:26
Nicole: But you are someone who can make a difference.
13:29
Nicole: You are someone who can define what your values are and how you want to use your money, your time, your energy to vote for change.
13:37
Nicole: And when I say that, I mean oh God, they're going to censor this podcast.
13:42
Nicole: How are you feeling about Amazon right now?
13:45
Nicole: How are you feeling about the oligarchies right now?
13:47
Nicole: Right, like?
13:48
Nicole: Do you like?
13:48
Nicole: Who's going to go out and buy a Tesla right now?
13:50
Nicole: Right?
13:52
Nicole: That's what I'm talking about is that you need to now be much more conscious about the little decisions that you make every single day, because if everyone is conscious about the little decisions and we're spending our money on the progressive, whatever I'm going to, from my perspective it's progressive.
14:08
Nicole: For you it might be a different value, right, but for me, progressive social issues are very important.
14:18
Nicole: For me, dei is very important.
14:19
Nicole: Helping the little guy I'm going to say, quote, unquote, little guy, because I don't think that's a thing but like helping the little guy, healthcare for everybody, like that's very important to me.
14:24
Nicole: Making sure families aren't separated, that's very important to me.
14:27
Nicole: So if I spend my money and my time and my effort focused on organizations that support these and have the same values as me, and if everybody does that, yeah, it's going to change.
14:44
Nicole: It's going to change so they want.
14:47
Nicole: So the Akashic Records wants you to know that, in moments of mass chaos, recognize your body's response to that.
14:57
Nicole: Recognize when your body is in fight or flight mode and not thinking rationally and not feeling rationally.
15:04
Nicole: Take whatever time you need to pause and reset your energy and step away from the things that trigger you and maybe social media is one of it and then instead use your brain to find an outlet for you to get accurate, unbiased information and spend your time and energy and money in a way that aligns with your values.
15:30
Nicole: And I know that like it's these steps right, and it feels ridiculous for me to say that, but that's how you essentially figure out how to get hope on how you gain control of my dog is barking.
15:42
Nicole: I'm really curious, if the microphone is picking it up, how you gain control back and you feel empowered and you feel like I'm not gonna let them steamroll me.
15:50
Nicole: I'm going to say I don't like that organization that decided to do that.
15:54
Nicole: I'm not spending my money anymore because you know what Money talks.
15:57
Nicole: This is coming from someone that went to business school.
15:59
Nicole: Money talks, money changes policies, so I'm going to leave that with all of you.
16:05
Nicole: Hopefully that answers, lindsay, your question, and I thought that was lovely.
16:11
Nicole: I thought that was a lovely, great perspective.
16:13
Nicole: Answer Number two I guess these are a little Trump specific.
16:19
Nicole: Apologies.
16:19
Nicole: What is the end goal of the current administration?
16:22
Nicole: Oh man, I apologize I'm probably going to alienate some listeners, listeners here but I am coming into the realization that I can no longer play the field, so to speak.
16:37
Nicole: I guess that's the way I want to put it, and I'm just going to say what is true to me and what's authentic to me, and I apologize if it doesn't align with your, your values and your perspective, but I have to stay true and authentic to who I am and how I want to spread love and light, and that will always be my perspective.
16:54
Nicole: I do not necessarily care about political lines.
16:56
Nicole: I care about the people.
16:57
Nicole: And are we helping the people and are we making this a better society, a better place to live in for us currently, for future generations?
17:06
Nicole: How are we bringing together and showing love to each other?
17:13
Nicole: That will always be my bottom line policy.
17:15
Nicole: So when I speak from my perspective, it will always be from a place of promoting people, helping people be their best selves, always coming from a place of love.
17:24
Nicole: My kids would say so, as I say this, I'm going to ask what?
17:32
Nicole: What is the end goal of the current, I'm going to say, administration?
17:41
Nicole: But I'm gonna I'm gonna put this into the context of I think it is the overall whoever is in charge over the next four years.
17:45
Nicole: So I'm like I'm going to make this a little broad because I don't want to pigeonhole anything, because I think that different people have different agendas and I just like I want to understand the political structure and the energy behind it, because the political structure right now is greed.
18:00
Nicole: It is greed, it is take care of me and none for thee.
18:05
Nicole: It is an egotistical, capitalistic mindset where people don't show love and care in helping others.
18:16
Nicole: They will only help themselves.
18:25
Nicole: And this comes from a place like if we, if we really feel into the energy of that.
18:30
Nicole: It comes from a place of not having love, of having lack, of having insecure families or not insecure, but like abusive families, toxic families.
18:42
Nicole: It comes from a place of like little children hiding in the closet because their dad beats them, like that's what it feels like to me.
18:48
Nicole: It feels like everything in society right now is because, inherently, we tend to be broken as a society.
18:55
Nicole: We don't have the structures in place to help people mentally.
18:58
Nicole: We don't have the structures in place to make sure people have good like health care, mental health care, mental health support right.
19:05
Nicole: And because of these structures, we've essentially put the people in charge that are, I'm going to say, on both ends.
19:13
Nicole: They're showing in my head both ends of the spectrum.
19:16
Nicole: There is not a political party that is political farty that's what I'm going to call them from now on that is not affiliated, that does not have this.
19:23
Nicole: But there's a whole bunch of broken people leading our country.
19:26
Nicole: Broken people who are selfish, broken people who want to point at others, hurt others just because they're hurt themselves.
19:34
Nicole: That's what needs to change.
19:37
Nicole: So that is the current administration.
19:39
Nicole: So, again, when you are acting from a space of love, from a space of helping, you are changing the world.
19:46
Nicole: You're changing the vibration of you, you are changing the vibration of the people that you are impacting, touching, helping, and that is going to change the world.
19:54
Nicole: And it is the long game, it is the marathon, it is not the sprint.
19:58
Nicole: So, whenever you are doubting what is the right thing to do, always choose love, always choose helping, always choose giving people the benefit of the doubt, even though you don't want to right Like.
20:12
Nicole: Always choose that, because that sets the tone, that sets the intention.
20:15
Nicole: That's, and the people who are the meanest are the ones who need the love the most.
20:20
Nicole: I have to put it that way the worst people need the most love, and that is Christ consciousness.
20:28
Nicole: Everybody.
20:28
Nicole: That is Christ consciousness.
20:30
Nicole: Can you handle it?
20:32
Nicole: I don't know if I can, but that's essentially what it is.
20:35
Nicole: So that is the current goal of the way by showing love and by again spending your money differently.
21:00
Nicole: I'm going to go and change my stock portfolio after this.
21:02
Nicole: Yes, I have a very few select stocks, but I'll tell you what.
21:06
Nicole: I'm going to start moving it towards the organizations that are led from their heart.
21:09
Nicole: Ben Jerry's, anybody Ben Jerry's?
21:13
Nicole: Do they have stockholders?
21:14
Nicole: I don't know?
21:15
Nicole: Okay, so what is the lesson to learn?
21:16
Nicole: And I feel like we just hit that.
21:19
Nicole: That's question number one is what is the lesson to learn?
21:21
Nicole: Is you can't change everybody.
21:25
Nicole: You can, you are.
21:27
Nicole: You may not be the one that's responsible for what has happened, how, how the energy is, what is going on in the world, but you are responsible for you, your life and how you spend your energy.
21:41
Nicole: So we're almost like bringing it back to this individualistic perspective and cause.
21:44
Nicole: If you look at, if you look at structures, I'm going to, I'm going to put it onto business, cause that's kind of how they're showing it to me.
21:50
Nicole: So if you look at structures, I'm going to, I'm going to put it onto business because that's kind of how they're showing it to me.
21:53
Nicole: So if you take an organization, oh, I'm just going to, I'm going to toss McDonald's out there, and this is a hypothetical.
21:59
Nicole: If you take an organization of McDonald's and you change out the CEO every three years, the corporate culture is going to change and that's essentially what's happening right now.
22:09
Nicole: We have brought in the clown of the CEO, right?
22:11
Nicole: Sorry, everybody that likes him, I'm sorry, I'm not one of those.
22:15
Nicole: We have brought in a new CEO for the United States and the existing structures have supported that CEO and it's not going to change.
22:23
Nicole: All he's doing is making things that exist more transparent.
22:26
Nicole: I mean, the system's broken.
22:29
Nicole: Can we all agree on that?
22:30
Nicole: So, because you cannot let one person change the culture of an organization, you can't.
22:38
Nicole: It takes like I'm certified in change management it has to happen at all levels and it has to happen from the ground up, because if the frontline staff of an organization are not willing to change and we're not willing to clean house with the people who are resisting the change, then like nothing is going to change, right, and that's at all levels of the organization.
22:58
Nicole: So it sounds ass backwards, but change starts with you.
23:03
Nicole: It starts with you and I know there's a lot of people who are going to go through horrible things these next four years, like people being deported, like, I understand, people who can't afford food anymore, who can't afford health care anymore, like it is going to happen, I know, and it's going to be a very, very energy to sit in.
23:24
Nicole: I'm sorry I just made a vomit sound, but it is.
23:26
Nicole: It is going to be that energy.
23:27
Nicole: But you need to stay true to you.
23:29
Nicole: You need to stay true to your light and, even if your neighbor is having a bad time, you need to hold your energy and hold your values and help them.
23:38
Nicole: You don't you don't help people by going down to their level.
23:41
Nicole: You help them by raising them up to yours.
23:43
Nicole: That's what leaders do.
23:45
Nicole: So I mean, this is a collective awakening, asking everybody to start being a leader and start holding people accountable and start asking questions and challenging people to do better, to try harder, to pay attention and make the culture of the United States change.
24:00
Nicole: Yep, there you go.
24:04
Nicole: Whew, I'm going to be having nightmares about this later.
24:09
Nicole: For what?
24:13
Nicole: Oh, my dear Rachel, my good witch of the Northeast, rachel, um, this was her question.
24:18
Nicole: I loved it.
24:19
Nicole: I hope you don't make me calling you out, rachel.
24:20
Nicole: I definitely have to have her on this podcast.
24:22
Nicole: What is the?
24:22
Nicole: What is?
24:23
Nicole: Hang on, I'm going to I'm just going to open my phone for a moment, um, and get the exact wording of what she said, cause it was gold.
24:32
Nicole: It was gold.
24:33
Nicole: She specifically asked what's with the fucked up energy surrounding love, and I feel like Akashic Records knows they've already answered that the fucked up energy surrounding love is that no one has it and no one wants to give it.
24:48
Nicole: No one has it, no one wants to give it.
24:51
Nicole: Are you going to be the brave one that decides that you're going to give it because you know what?
24:54
Nicole: You don't get love until you give love.
24:55
Nicole: Or Because you know what you don't get love until you give love?
24:56
Nicole: Or, sorry, yes, you don't get love until you give love.
25:00
Nicole: You got toxic family members, everybody, I mean.
25:03
Nicole: You will never change somebody else through negative energy, through negative intentions.
25:10
Nicole: You will only change from positive energy and positive intentions.
25:13
Nicole: Love always overcomes hate.
25:20
Nicole: Martin Luther King, wasn't it just Martin Luther King Day?
25:22
Nicole: So that's what I mean is that we don't.
25:26
Nicole: We are so selfish.
25:28
Nicole: I'm sorry.
25:28
Nicole: As a society, I really didn't want this.
25:31
Nicole: It's good, it's good.
25:32
Nicole: I'm hearing the Akashic record say it's good.
25:34
Nicole: You need to keep going, but this feels really uncomfortable to talk about with all of you.
25:37
Nicole: I promise that I won't do more political things, but it's real and it's happening, so I'm glad.
25:42
Nicole: At least I can channel some messages for all of you to go through this.
25:45
Nicole: But that is the fucked up energy with love, rachel, is that we won't give it and we're not receiving it.
25:52
Nicole: So it's like this what came first, the chicken or the egg?
25:56
Nicole: We all have to start giving more love, giving more love.
26:03
Nicole: So I'm going to ask the question if we give more love, what does that look like?
26:08
Nicole: I'm going to ask on a small, I'm going to bring, I see, bottom up, so I'm going to start at the small, smaller scale, the individual scale, and what that does to the larger.
26:14
Nicole: Oh, this is a question.
26:17
Nicole: Okay, I'm going to sit in the energy for a moment.
26:19
Nicole: Don't mind the silence.
26:26
Nicole: If you give love, you raise your own vibration, so this is going to directly impact you.
26:31
Nicole: So I know it sounds weird to give something and then it comes right back to you, but that's what it is, because everything is a mirror.
26:37
Nicole: So when you give love, you are actually giving yourself permission to raise vibration and to help people and to guide people right, so that helps your vibration raise.
26:48
Nicole: And even if, even if nothing changes, even if you give love, that person's like a black hole.
26:54
Nicole: They don't reciprocate, they don't do anything with that love but take it and hoard it and put it in their closet for a rainy day.
27:00
Nicole: That's totally fine.
27:01
Nicole: But what happens to you because you gave love is you feel good, you raise your vibration right and that creates that ripple effect that now you're going to help other people, now you're going to show love to other people, and eventually that love is going to be like a wildfire.
27:16
Nicole: It's going to be a spark that gets it going and then everybody it's pay it forward, everybody, like this is what it is.
27:25
Nicole: So the love is going to help you feel whole again, help you feel good again and help you be more resilient.
27:29
Nicole: In days, in circumstances that feel like it's chaos and everything's falling apart.
27:33
Nicole: Love is going to remind you that there is good in the world, that there is great things that happen.
27:37
Nicole: So the more that you can stay away from any energy that is not love and I'm going to say it like social media the better off you will be.
27:47
Nicole: Because did you know it takes I think I read this in a book it takes for one negative interaction.
27:56
Nicole: It takes seven positive interactions to counteract that Seven.
27:59
Nicole: How many of those really bad videos you're watching on social media right now?
28:04
Nicole: Are they all negative?
28:05
Nicole: No wonder we collectively feel like shit.
28:08
Nicole: So I do want you to be on social media.
28:13
Nicole: I need my people, so I need you on social media to keep me sane, right, but I don't want you getting your news from social media.
28:16
Nicole: I need my people, so I need you on social media to keep me sane, right, but I don't want you getting your news from social media.
28:19
Nicole: I'm sorry, I don't go out to NPR, go out to the BBC, go out to independent news sources.
28:26
Nicole: Those are the two I know.
28:28
Nicole: Come at me if you have better ones, I'm totally fine with that.
28:30
Nicole: I try to get my news from an independent, non-affiliated news source where they give me data and facts and not opinions.
28:40
Nicole: I encourage you to do the same and I encourage you to use social media for social purposes that are fun and enlightening and loving and not forgetting news, and not for spreading hate.
28:52
Nicole: I'm going to say it.
28:53
Nicole: So that is how you should think about love and how you should think about spending your energy and how you should think about like, how, how do you balance that?
29:02
Nicole: And then, lastly, how do we come together for the greater good?
29:07
Nicole: How do we, as collective, come together for the greater good.
29:12
Nicole: And again, this feels very reminiscent of the earlier podcast I did on the 2025 energy.
29:21
Nicole: It brings it down to community.
29:23
Nicole: It brings it down to the individual level.
29:25
Nicole: Are you helping the people around you every single day?
29:28
Nicole: Because I'll tell you what, if we all all of us helped out the people around us in our community have we heard of seven degrees, of Kevin Bacon?
29:39
Nicole: Everybody, everyone, gets impacted.
29:41
Nicole: So, if we're all doing it and we're all helping and we're all giving each other eggs because I got chickens right Like we're all helping each other with what's going on, with showing love, it's going to create this giant again, ripple effect that is going to help everybody.
29:59
Nicole: And we are the masses Like I don't want you to don't forget like we were born of a country of revolution.
30:07
Nicole: Right, we are a revolutionary country.
30:10
Nicole: There are other countries who have done similar things and kicked out and beheaded their monarchs.
30:15
Nicole: Right, like France, love France.
30:17
Nicole: I was probably a past life there.
30:19
Nicole: I was obsessed with Marie Antoinette for many, many years and the French Revolution.
30:23
Nicole: So, keep in mind, we have power.
30:25
Nicole: They can't take away our power.
30:28
Nicole: They can't take away our voice.
30:29
Nicole: They would not have jobs if we did not pay our taxes.
30:33
Nicole: Right, and I know that's a structure.
30:34
Nicole: But I want you to turn it around.
30:35
Nicole: We are not the victim of our circumstances.
30:38
Nicole: We create the country, we create the people, we create the energy.
30:42
Nicole: And if we want change I'll tell you what we just all have to do it together.
30:46
Nicole: We all have to decide what's important together.
30:49
Nicole: So I'm seeing this energy.
30:52
Nicole: So the last question I guess I'm going to do is I'm going to tap into like what can if we come together as the collective, what does it look like?
31:03
Nicole: And I just get this beautiful vision of a beautiful green field with chirping birds and like a stream nearby, and it feels like paradise.
31:14
Nicole: It does feel like paradise.
31:15
Nicole: And when I typically see green fields in my readings and it feels like paradise, it does feel like paradise.
31:16
Nicole: And when I typically see green fields in my readings, it's like wide open, like anything is possible, and it feels warm and loving.
31:25
Nicole: So I want you to know that change can happen, but it's not going to get happen.
31:29
Nicole: It's not going to happen if we get stuck in this negative energy.
31:32
Nicole: So I'm going to encourage you to take a deep breath, realize we're going to be okay.
31:41
Nicole: We're going to be okay, everybody.
31:43
Nicole: We're going to be okay and realize that I'm going to get off the treadmill.
31:49
Nicole: I'm not going to listen to the media If it's not independent sources.
31:55
Nicole: I'm not going to listen to the negativity, I'm not going to listen to the doomsayers, and instead I'm going to choose to take my opinions and my energy and my money and I'm going to spend it in a way that brings me joy, that helps me feel like I'm doing something good, and I'm just going to keep choosing that over and over, and over and over again, while I spread love.
32:22
Nicole: Small changes make big impacts and with that, I just saw the Akashic Records give a mic drop.
32:33
Nicole: So there you go, I hope.
32:36
Nicole: I hope this was helpful.
32:37
Nicole: I hope this was insightful for all of you in terms of you know the answers of the Akashic Records.
32:43
Nicole: I am going to leave this behind.
32:45
Nicole: Is it weird?
32:48
Nicole: Is it weird that I'm a spiritual podcast talking about this?
32:51
Nicole: I feel, I'm going to admit it I feel very uncomfortable, but I also know that there's a lot of people who are stuck in this energy and need a way to look up and out, and I know that this impacts all of our energy.
33:04
Nicole: What's going on?
33:05
Nicole: Whether you are, you know, just working, doing the daily grind.
33:10
Nicole: Whether you work in this field and you're doing metaphysical work, it affects all of us and all I want you to be is on your best path.
33:17
Nicole: So I hope this podcast was helpful for all of you to be on your best path.
33:21
Nicole: All right, I am sending you all the love.
33:23
Nicole: I promise more spiritual stuff coming through, but it counts because it was Akashic Records, so I guess it was spiritual.
33:28
Nicole: All right, I'm gonna leave it.
33:29
Nicole: All right, I'm sending you all the love.
33:31
Nicole: I am with all of you.
33:33
Nicole: I'm sending.
33:33
Nicole: I'm literally sending you love right now.
33:36
Nicole: I know I say that, but I'm sending you love and I know you're going to be all these pockets of light and joy.
33:42
Nicole: And thank you from the Akashic records for being the ambassadors to planet earth at this time.
33:47
Nicole: All right, I'm going to hop out of the records and sign off.
33:51
Nicole: I hope you all have a wonderful day.
33:53
Nicole: Take care.
