49ers Owner Pleads No Contest in Ohio Arrest | Lafayette Louisiana News
San Francisco 49ers owner John Jed York got arrested in Ohio after responding to a sting operation disguised as an online ad — he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools (his cell phone), avoiding a prostitution charge. Facing two days in jail (served), fines over $1,000, and forfeiture of $160, York posted a $5,000 bond. He’s already filed to expunge the record, and while the NFL will review it under personal conduct policy, the 49ers are staying quiet, saying the matter is resolved.
