• 0:18
Speaker 1: is Tuesday. So normally every Tuesday, Miss d joins us fro.
• 0:22
Speaker 1: Unfortunately she's traveling. She's working up a storm for Ebony magazine.
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: I think she's still in La. I know she's getting
• 0:29
Speaker 1: on a fly. If you're listening, mister Helloa, lea la.
• 0:32
Speaker 1: But don't worry. We've got lots and lots of lots
• 0:34
Speaker 1: of entertainment stories to get to. So let's jump right in.
• 0:38
Speaker 1: But before we do jump into the show, I've got
• 0:40
Speaker 1: to mention last night I went to see Chicago the Musical. Now.
• 0:45
Speaker 1: I saw the show when it first debuted over twenty
• 0:48
Speaker 1: years ago, maybe even longer, and I've not been back.
• 0:51
Speaker 1: So it was a little bit nervous because it's still fabulous.
• 0:55
Speaker 1: It's better than ever. It was unberlievable and get this
• 1:00
Speaker 1: on Maddix is unber believable, unbelievable. This is the final
• 1:09
Speaker 1: week to see her. So if you can, if you're
• 1:11
Speaker 1: in New York, if you're visiting, Ah, go see Chicago.
• 1:14
Speaker 1: Sometimes you forget that the chestnuts, these shows that have
• 1:18
Speaker 1: been around for a long time. They're better than the
• 1:20
Speaker 1: new stuff. I absolutely loved it. I've got to give
• 1:23
Speaker 1: a shout out to or Fee, who's a friend of mine.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: Or Fe is a Broadway legend and amazing singer. She's
• 1:30
Speaker 1: in the show too, and my goodness, it blew my mind.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: Go see shirt Cargo Orphe is with the show until
• 1:41
Speaker 1: September fifteenth only. So if you want to see your Fee,
• 1:44
Speaker 1: you've got a few weeks. If you want to see Ariana,
• 1:46
Speaker 1: then you're better better rush, thank you, thank you, thank you.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: I had a fabulous night and all that jazz. Okay,
• 1:51
Speaker 1: what time is it, my friends? It is tea time.
• 1:54
Speaker 1: Big story at the top of the show, A slim
• 1:56
Speaker 1: down Lizzo has announced a gap year to protect her
• 2:00
Speaker 1: piece amid harassment allegations. So Lizzo, the powerhouse singer known
• 2:07
Speaker 1: for her unapologetic confidence, recently shared that she's stepping back
• 2:13
Speaker 1: to focus on her well being amid all these legal battles.
• 2:17
Speaker 1: The singer, who has faced accusations of sexual harassment from
• 2:22
Speaker 1: former employees, revealed that she's going to take a gap
• 2:25
Speaker 1: year to protect her piece. That's a good idea, so
• 2:28
Speaker 1: on Instagram, she announced that she would be taking some
• 2:34
Speaker 1: time off. Her real name is Melissa Jefferson, who now
• 2:38
Speaker 1: is world famous as Lizzo. I love that name. She
• 2:41
Speaker 1: posted a really beautiful picture on vacation in Bali. She's
• 2:45
Speaker 1: clad in a sleek black one piece bathing suit, and
• 2:49
Speaker 1: she wrote the following quote, I'm taking a gap year
• 2:52
Speaker 1: and protecting my piece. That seems to be a good idea. Now.
• 2:56
Speaker 1: Her fans went crazy, really supportive, one fan writing you
• 2:59
Speaker 1: look so peace, losing weight, taking a step back from life.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: You swear you are the queen. Lots and lots of
• 3:09
Speaker 1: really inspirational, really kind messages here on her post. Now
• 3:14
Speaker 1: I should remind you this is not the first time
• 3:16
Speaker 1: that Lizzo has hinted about needing a break back. In March,
• 3:21
Speaker 1: she expressed frustration on social media about the constant scrutiny
• 3:27
Speaker 1: she faces, particularly regarding her appearance. She wrote back in
• 3:32
Speaker 1: March quote, I'm constantly up against lies being told about
• 3:37
Speaker 1: me for clout and for views. I didn't sign up
• 3:42
Speaker 1: for that sh you know, I in capitals quit. Although
• 3:47
Speaker 1: she did later qualify that she isn't quitting the music
• 3:50
Speaker 1: business altogether. Lizzo made it clear that she's choosing not
• 3:55
Speaker 1: to engage in the negativity. So back in March she
• 3:59
Speaker 1: said she was going to quit, but what she meant
• 4:02
Speaker 1: is she's going to quit the negativity. But now it
• 4:05
Speaker 1: seems as if she's saying she's going to take some
• 4:08
Speaker 1: time back from the business, not just the negative stuff,
• 4:11
Speaker 1: but from the whole business and take a gap year,
• 4:14
Speaker 1: take a year off. I think this is a really
• 4:15
Speaker 1: really good idea. If you're fortunate enough that you don't
• 4:19
Speaker 1: need to make the money and you can take some
• 4:21
Speaker 1: time off for your mental health, I think it's wonderful.
• 4:24
Speaker 1: And Lizzo has a ton of money. I think she's
• 4:26
Speaker 1: going to really figure out what she wants to do
• 4:28
Speaker 1: next in her life. I hope it's music. She's really
• 4:31
Speaker 1: really talented. It could be writing, it could be acting,
• 4:34
Speaker 1: she's got many many strings to her bow. But having
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: a moment for your mental health, I think that's a
• 4:39
Speaker 1: good idea, which brings us to our whole question of
• 4:42
Speaker 1: the day. I want to know what you think. Lizzo
• 4:44
Speaker 1: has announced that she's taking a gap year. She seems
• 4:47
Speaker 1: to have been slimming down a little bit to protect
• 4:50
Speaker 1: her peace amid harassment allegations. What do you think is
• 4:55
Speaker 1: this a good idea or a bad idea. It is
• 4:57
Speaker 1: a good idea to look after your mental health. But
• 5:00
Speaker 1: the pop business, the music business is really fickle and
• 5:03
Speaker 1: if you disappear free year, maybe they won't remember you
• 5:06
Speaker 1: after that time. So it's a bit of a gamble here.
• 5:09
Speaker 1: What do you think? Good idea or bad idea? Go
• 5:11
Speaker 1: vote on that Twitter page at Naughty nine Rob or
• 5:14
Speaker 1: a Facebook page which is Nordy Gossip and be sure
• 5:18
Speaker 1: to check out tomorrow. What are here? Your results? Moving along,
• 5:21
Speaker 1: Kate Upton has revealed the one fitness rule that she
• 5:25
Speaker 1: never breaks. So the renowned sports the illustrated swimsuit model,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: I've met her. She's absolutely conscious. She's sharing her secrets
• 5:33
Speaker 1: to staying in shape and it might surprise you. The
• 5:38
Speaker 1: one thing that she will never ever do, she explained,
• 5:42
Speaker 1: quote inside out beauty is a big part of who
• 5:47
Speaker 1: I am. She went on to say that she will
• 5:50
Speaker 1: never ever count calories. She said, quote I don't believe
• 5:55
Speaker 1: in counting calories. I believe in having high end ingredients.
• 6:00
Speaker 1: So you're giving yourself premiere fuel, she added. For me,
• 6:04
Speaker 1: food is fuel and what you're putting into your body
• 6:09
Speaker 1: is what your body is going to give you back.
• 6:13
Speaker 1: So if you're looking for energy, a better mood, strength,
• 6:17
Speaker 1: you need to find out what you are putting into
• 6:20
Speaker 1: your body. And it's not just about counting calories. So
• 6:25
Speaker 1: she's really revealing here that she prioritizes fresh, organic ingredients
• 6:31
Speaker 1: that make sure she looks and feels her best. This
• 6:34
Speaker 1: philosophy extends beyond just her diet. She also incorporates yoga
• 6:39
Speaker 1: and general well being aspects into her daily routine. This
• 6:44
Speaker 1: is such a new revelation for me. I learned this
• 6:47
Speaker 1: later on in life. The better I a, the better
• 6:50
  Speaker 1: I felt. If I had a McDonald's burger, which I love,
• 6:53
Speaker 1: oh gosh, and the fries and a big mac, in
• 6:55
Speaker 1: about two hours, I'm going to feel bloated, and I'm
• 6:58
Speaker 1: going to feel full of soul and sugar and not
• 7:01
Speaker 1: that great. So for ten to fifteen minutes, I'm going
• 7:03
Speaker 1: to be really, really in a good place, enjoying every bite.
• 7:07
Speaker 1: But then two hours later, I'm not going to feel
• 7:09
Speaker 1: so good. I have started to think too of food
• 7:13
Speaker 1: as fuel, almost like petrol. Something you'd put gasoline in
• 7:16
Speaker 1: your car. If you put a good quality in your
• 7:19
Speaker 1: car's going to run better. And so think about this now,
• 7:22
Speaker 1: if you're lucky enough that you can buy organic food
• 7:24
Speaker 1: it is more expensive, then it might be something that
• 7:26
Speaker 1: you want to try out. I've tried to eat lots
• 7:29
Speaker 1: and lots of vegetables, lots and lots of fruits. I'm
• 7:31
Speaker 1: never hungry anymore because I just double down on the vegetables.
• 7:34
Speaker 1: I eat so many vegetables, so much, so much fruit
• 7:37
Speaker 1: each day. But I try to buy really good qualities.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: It tastes better, better for your body. It is more expensive,
• 7:43
Speaker 1: I've got it is more expensive. You can't get around that,
• 7:46
Speaker 1: and I do understand if people cannot afford it. I do.
• 7:49
Speaker 1: Goodness knows, I was broke for the longest of time.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: But I think now this is a priority for me.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: I would rather spend good money on good food than
• 7:57
Speaker 1: on booze or alcohol or wine going to the theater.
• 8:01
Speaker 1: This is something that's a priority for me to Kate Upton,
• 8:04
Speaker 1: thank you very much. Although it's easier, isn't It's always
• 8:07
Speaker 1: easier for gorgeous people to say stuff like this. It's
• 8:11
Speaker 1: like all those Victoria's Secret supermodels who used to always
• 8:14
Speaker 1: say I love eating pizzas and French fries. Really, I
• 8:18
Speaker 1: don't know. It just sort of like bugs me when
• 8:20
Speaker 1: really the most beautiful people talk about this, although I
• 8:24
Speaker 1: guess anybody talking about it. If somebody could learn the lesson,
• 8:28
Speaker 1: then it's a good thing. Okay, Moving along, we spotted
• 8:31
Speaker 1: Ben Affleck out with Matt Damon and mid his divorce,
• 8:35
Speaker 1: so they're out together as friends. They were spotted finding
• 8:40
Speaker 1: comfort in friendship during his ongoing divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: The actor was seen out with his longtime friend Matt
• 8:48
Speaker 1: Damon and Matt's family, marking a rare public appearance since
• 8:53
Speaker 1: the news of the split broke. The group dined at
• 8:57
Speaker 1: a popular Italian restaurant in Los Angeles, Tossana. It's a
• 9:02
Speaker 1: really fantastic place, very expensive. Matt was there with his wife,
• 9:06
Speaker 1: Luciana and their kids. They welcome poor Ben into their
• 9:11
Speaker 1: family with open arms. So despite his personal challenges, he
• 9:15
Speaker 1: looked as if he was in good spirits. I saw
• 9:16
Speaker 1: the pictures, I saw the video. He showed a little
• 9:19
Speaker 1: bit of a pep in his step. He's with his friends.
• 9:21
Speaker 1: The out incomes shortly after Jennifer Lopez filed for divorce
• 9:26
Speaker 1: from Affleck last week, citing April twenty six as the
• 9:31
Speaker 1: official date of their separation. We now know too, there
• 9:34
Speaker 1: was no prenup in place, and divorce proceedings could potentially
• 9:40
Speaker 1: get really, really nasty. Here, it is important to have
• 9:43
Speaker 1: friends to rely on so that you can rest your
• 9:46
Speaker 1: head on their shoulder during times of need. Matt Damon
• 9:50
Speaker 1: is the best friend in the world. Everybody in Hollywood
• 9:52
Speaker 1: tells me that Ben is lucky to have Matt. Maybe
• 9:55
Speaker 1: not the other way around, but this is a friendship
• 9:58
Speaker 1: that goes back years decad They grew up together in Boston,
• 10:02
Speaker 1: they found success together, They've stayed friends, and so now
• 10:06
Speaker 1: that Ben really needs some help, Matt is going to
• 10:09
Speaker 1: be there, and not just Matt, but his entire family.
• 10:11
Speaker 1: I think what the nice thing here is that Matt
• 10:14
Speaker 1: can show Ben what a happy family life looks to.
• 10:18
Speaker 1: You don't have to be a show pony. You don't
• 10:20
Speaker 1: have to be on the covers of the magazines. You
• 10:21
Speaker 1: don't have to be making two hour documentaries about your
• 10:24
Speaker 1: love story. Matt stays off the grid. He's very Jason
• 10:27
Speaker 1: Bourne about this. His love life, his private life, his children,
• 10:30
Speaker 1: and his wife is something that he just doesn't want
• 10:32
Speaker 1: in the tabloids. He doesn't want it in the news,
• 10:34
Speaker 1: and thus it's not and I think, Ben, if there's
• 10:36
Speaker 1: something to learn from this, that's the lesson the next
• 10:40
Speaker 1: romance you have. Maybe you're already in it. Yesterday we
• 10:43
Speaker 1: did a story that you're hanging out with a new lady.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: Maybe stay a little bit more under the surface. Everything
• 10:51
Speaker 1: doesn't need to be for public consumption, Matt dam and
• 10:55
Speaker 1: you are a good man. Oh, this story is so weird.
• 10:58
Speaker 1: So o j. Simpson's ashes have been turned into jewelry
• 11:02
Speaker 1: for his four children. So Ojay's remains have been transformed
• 11:07
Speaker 1: into a unique tribute for his four surviving children. Four
• 11:12
Speaker 1: months after the former NFL star controversial star passed away,
• 11:17
Speaker 1: his lawyer has revealed to TMC that his ashes have
• 11:21
Speaker 1: been made into jewelry for his children. The custom pieces
• 11:27
Speaker 1: were distributed amongst his children Once fifty five, Jason's fifty four,
• 11:32
Speaker 1: Sydney thirty eight, and just In thirty six. And the
• 11:36
Speaker 1: lawyer has facilitated this mentioning that he opted not to
• 11:40
Speaker 1: keep any jewelry for himself. It's just for the children.
• 11:43
Speaker 1: The transformation of Simpson's ashes into jewelry cast about four
• 11:49
Speaker 1: thousand dollars. Simpson passed away in April after a long
• 11:54
Speaker 1: battle with cancer. And he was visited by his children
• 11:58
Speaker 1: during his final days and get there. They all had
• 12:01
Speaker 1: to sign non disclosure agreements to ensure the family privacy
• 12:05
Speaker 1: was protected, so they did not want anybody talking about this.
• 12:09
Speaker 1: Although the children now have their farmer his ashes, when
• 12:12
Speaker 1: he was alive, he didn't really trust them not to
• 12:15
Speaker 1: gossip and so they had to sign the non disclosure agreements. Now,
• 12:19
Speaker 1: the decision to turn his ashes into jewelry has sparked
• 12:23
Speaker 1: controversial conversations. Just adding another chapter to the complex legacy
• 12:29
Speaker 1: of O. J. Simpson. This story is so much fun. Quickly,
• 12:33
Speaker 1: before we go to break, Kim Kardashian's son Saint got
• 12:37
Speaker 1: to meet his heroes, the Madrid football players Justice Kim
• 12:42
Speaker 1: have revealed that her kids are pushing for her to
• 12:45
Speaker 1: date an athlete. Could one of these players be Kim's
• 12:49
Speaker 1: new Boyfriends of Kim recently took her son on an
• 12:53
Speaker 1: unforgettable trip to Madrid, where the eight year old was
• 12:57
Speaker 1: lucky enough to meet some of his soccer heroes. I mean,
• 12:59
Speaker 1: can you imagine the Skim's founder recently highlights the highlighted
• 13:05
Speaker 1: the experience on her Instagram by showing a short video
• 13:08
Speaker 1: of her son with all these amazing players. I don't
• 13:12
Speaker 1: know these guys, but Jude Bellingham is one of them,
• 13:14
Speaker 1: a huge star, is a midfeeler in Spain. These are
• 13:18
Speaker 1: superstars to her kids. And the visit comes just after
• 13:22
Speaker 1: Kim revealed that her children have been trying to set
• 13:25
Speaker 1: her up with an athlete. Expressing their enthusiasm for their
• 13:31
Speaker 1: mom to date someone in the sports world, she said
• 13:34
Speaker 1: the following quote, My kids have tried to set me up.
• 13:37
Speaker 1: She added to that she is so ready, but so particular,
• 13:42
Speaker 1: and Saint wants her to be with a basketball player
• 13:44
Speaker 1: or a soccer player, And Kim joked, and I'm like,
• 13:47
Speaker 1: if you only knew Kim has been with some very
• 13:51
Speaker 1: famous sports people in the past, he said, might not
• 13:54
Speaker 1: know that yet. So despite their efforts, Kim has stated
• 13:57
Speaker 1: that at the moment, a new relationship is just not
• 14:00
Speaker 1: the priority for her. Well, what do you think here?
• 14:03
Speaker 1: Her son playing matchmaker to Kim Kardashian. He wants her
• 14:07
Speaker 1: to date an athlete, and now they're instead needed some
• 14:11
Speaker 1: very We had some very fit young men. You never know,
• 14:16
Speaker 1: maybe Kim is going to find love in Madrid. Okay,
• 14:20
Speaker 1: We're gonna find love over this break. We're gonna take

Speaker 1: embracing her white hair and her curves while on vacation
• 15:35
Speaker 1: in Ibiza in a bikini or she looks fabulous, Sir
• 15:39
Speaker 1: Selma is proving once again the age is just a number.
• 15:43
Speaker 1: The fifty seven year old took to Instagram to share
• 15:46
Speaker 1: stunning photographs of her getaway in Ibema, where she is
• 15:50
Speaker 1: showcasing her natural beauty and her curves. In the sun
• 15:56
Speaker 1: soaked snapshots, Selma stands comfort on a boat holding a
• 16:01
Speaker 1: large Spanish flag, dressed in a vibrant yellow bikini. That
• 16:06
Speaker 1: hugs are in all the right places. And it wasn't
• 16:09
Speaker 1: just her fits physique that caught everyone's attention. Selma also
• 16:13
Speaker 1: embraced her natural hair, featuring a close up of her
• 16:18
Speaker 1: braided pigtails with her visible gray roots. She captured the
• 16:22
Speaker 1: picture yellow bikini plus white hair equals perfect combination. Absolutely
• 16:30
Speaker 1: it does you look amazing and nicest of the day,
• 16:34
Speaker 1: and now I noticed the day. Naughty Ben afflecks erradic
• 16:39
Speaker 1: mood swings reportedly created toxicity during his marriage with Jennifer Lopez.
• 16:44
Speaker 1: So Ben's marriage to Jennifer reportedly ended due to his
• 16:49
Speaker 1: erratic mood swings, claims an insider who said that Ben
• 16:54
Speaker 1: created a toxic environment in their relationship. We know Ben's moody.
• 16:57
Speaker 1: We've seen the pictures of it now. Sources are telling
• 16:59
Speaker 1: People magazine that there's a great deal of love between them,
• 17:03
Speaker 1: but it became clear that Ben's erradic moodswings made it
• 17:06
Speaker 1: impossible for her to ignore them. That's the reason they
• 17:09
Speaker 1: are no longer together. Sources describe Ben as switching from
• 17:14
Speaker 1: really happy and warm to really moody and dark behavior.
• 17:18
Speaker 1: We've seen some of this. This all makes sense to
• 17:21
Speaker 1: me their relationship. There's a place that has her constant battles,
• 17:26
Speaker 1: and it seemed as if he had trouble embracing her
• 17:29
Speaker 1: public life. But at the same time, Ben love's publicity.
• 17:31
Speaker 1: Let's be honest and something Jennifer really embraces his social media.
• 17:35
Speaker 1: Ben doesn't seem to like that so much, but it
• 17:37
