Day 217 | God kills 70,000 Israelites for David's sin | 1 Corinthians: Spirit's Power
Day 217 of the Holy Bible One Year CHALLENGE. David's wars with surrounding nations, the infamous census that incurs God's wrath, and the establishment of the future temple site through David's repentance and God's mercy. In 1 Corinthians, Paul contrasts the wisdom of the world with God's perceived foolishness, the crucifixion of Christ, and underscores Paul's approach of preaching with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, not worldly wisdom.
