- 2:31Oh, such a withdrawal.
- 2:41Unknown: And obviously,
- 2:42Jerry, if I may, you only have to do that if you've participated
- 2:47with that particular
- 2:49car, truck, or van or motorcycle.
- 2:54Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:55Only. Only if. If
- 2:58you buy a if you buy a
- 3:00from another individual
- 3:02and not a
- 3:04because any anytime you buy a vehicle,
- 3:07a
- 3:09motor vehicle Automobile. And a
- 3:12whatever.
- 3:13Motorcycle, truck,
- 3:15trailer,
- 3:16whatever. They
- 3:18they they ask you, hey. Would you like would you like for us to go ahead and register
- 3:24and
- 3:25and
- 3:26what's that other instance?
- 3:28Tag license and registration here at the at the at the
- 3:33Dealer.
- 3:35Dealer
- 3:37and and you and you fork out another whatever it is. It don't matter if it's a dollar quarter.
- 3:43You just handed everything
- 3:45over to the state at that point.
- 3:48He said, no. Unfortunately,
- 3:52most of us can't afford to pay cash at a dealership
- 3:55or fee up money,
- 3:57dollar bills, fake fake paper
- 4:00at the dealership
- 4:03to do that. So we say, yeah. Go ahead and do it for me. And right then and there, as soon as you consented,
- 4:08you just handed the state
- 4:11everything,
- 4:12all your rights.
- 4:15But they
- 4:16don't tell you about these regulations,
- 4:19that's their policies.
- 4:21After they do that, you can go over there and say, Hey,
- 4:25I wanna get out of your program. I don't wanna be in your program no more. Now the police departments and the sheriff departments, they don't know none of this stuff,
- 4:34so they're gonna keep harassing
- 4:38Hey, Jerry.
- 4:40Hello.
- 4:42So you pay for an automobile
- 4:45or a vehicle,
- 4:47and
- 4:49the question comes, are you the owner?
- 4:53You only have a certificate of title.
- 4:56You do not have the MSO.
- 4:59So you're not the owner?
- 5:01I don't know. That's the question.
- 5:04No. You're not.
- 5:06Unknown: If I made over.
- 5:08Unknown: You handed it over to the state.
- 5:10Yeah.
- 5:12Unknown: If you register it,
- 5:14they're the owner
- 5:16or the person of interest.
- 5:20If you
- 5:21if if you have a bill of sale that says that you purchased that automobile
- 5:27with
- 5:28lawful
- 5:30money and other valuable considerations
- 5:35and you don't register it
- 5:38or place it
- 5:41you put private plates or do the DOT the private motor carrier thing
- 5:50The state doesn't own it. And I heard if you if you use, like,
- 5:56lawful money and other valuable considerations,
- 6:00the state isn't allowed to
- 6:03register
- 6:04that automobile
- 6:07because you gotta use a speed lot.
- 6:09Unknown: Well, because that falls under contracts.
- 6:12Then
- 6:14everybody knows about contract. But you're right, Carl. You you're not the owner
- 6:19because when you purchase that car, it was registered in somebody else's name.
- 6:24What you have to do is go over there and register it in your name and because it has your name on it now, now
- 6:31you can go over there and challenge and say, am the owner of this vehicle
- 6:37now.
- 6:38That's where they get us through fraud.
- 6:41It's it's all a fraud. It's all a scam
- 6:44to make you think,
- 6:45Jerry, who's the owner?
- 6:51Well, we're not the owners of anything, but we are,
- 6:55and we can remove it from the program once
- 6:59we get we have something
- 7:02that's associated
- 7:04with us earning on
- 7:06any certificate.
- 7:08And that's what we can challenge them. But we don't because
- 7:11it's easier like Roger said. It's easier to give them the $30,
- 7:15$20.
- 7:18Whatever they charge me, they they put that right at the limit like, oh, man. I don't I don't know if I can afford a $130
- 7:25for this
- 7:27ticket that I
- 7:28but I agree with that other gentleman. If everybody would challenge
- 7:32that ticket, well,
- 7:34I I challenged mine. I I was going 90 miles an hour on on
- 7:39Highway 2 here in New Mexico.
- 7:42And
- 7:44I pulled up behind a
- 7:46unmarked
- 7:47sheriff car. Unmarked.
- 7:50Well, he pulls me over.
- 7:52Oh,
- 7:54tags, license, and registration. And I said, no.
- 8:00No. I'm not having I I first, I challenged him. I accuse him. Articulate your article and statute as to why you're harassing me.
- 8:10Pour the words out of my mouth. Articulate your article and statute
- 8:15as people. I'm not harassing you. You were speeding.
- 8:20Who are you to say that I am speeding?
- 8:23Anyway, I'm 90 miles an hour on this highway.
- 8:26You have and before it was all said and done, my wife is the one that hands in the
- 8:31insurance
- 8:32card to me. I wasn't gonna give them nothing.
- 8:37It's a it's a long story. But, anyway, my wife's the one that handed them the just the insurance card. That's all he got, the
- 8:45on the car.
- 8:47But that wasn't gonna give it to him, period. But, anyway
- 8:50so he got all my information off there and gave him back, and
- 8:54I I refused to sign. I'm gonna arrest you. So I I challenged him again.
- 9:00Oh, are you threatening to kidnap me?
- 9:04You were speeding. If you don't sign, I'm taking you to jail. I I should have said go ahead and take me to jail, but I had my wife and my daughter with me at the time. No no excuses, but anyway,
- 9:1490 miles an hour.
- 9:16And I didn't sign I didn't sign that paper. I put
- 9:211Dash308
- 9:22and I handed it back to her.
- 9:25I did sign my name. Right. Well, anyway, this took
- 9:29you have you have, you know, this many days to appear in court and blah blah blah. Well, before I appeared in court, I
- 9:36sent to that court
- 9:38a bunch of paperwork.
- 9:42That citizenship affidavit, that's blah blah blah, whatever. Anyway,
- 9:46how much did I pay for going 90 miles an hour on Highway 2 in in
- 9:51our it's actually an artisan in Mexico.
- 9:56Much did I pay for that
- 9:58piece of paper? And I could've sued them for millions of dollar that I didn't know at the time, but anyway.
- 10:06So I I
- 10:07didn't pay zero.
- 10:09Now what I did do as soon as when I went to go see the judge because this is during COVID.
- 10:16I kept oh, no. You have to be on this
- 10:20TV thing.
- 10:24Oh, what do you call it? Anyway, you had to and and you got appeared in
- 10:29TV, and I said, don't have no jurisdiction over me.
- 10:34You know?
- 10:35All that judge was mad and yelling at me and slap, blah. And I yelled back at him over the phone
- 10:41because I wasn't on a
- 10:44on TV, they couldn't see who I was. How do I don't know if this is US. I don't know if this is you. I told him.
- 10:52Anyway, I want I I put on a I sent him a bunch of paperwork and I turned that paperwork in and I told him
- 11:00that eventually,
- 11:01said it was in Rothera, Childish County. I live in Eddy County.
- 11:05That's that that piece of paper he gave me was in Chavez County. So I had to go to Roswell because that's where the court was.
- 11:13So I went over there and and I handed the clerk a bunch of paper. What is this? I said, I want you to file this with all that
- 11:21on this number here.
- 11:25What is that?
- 11:27I said, I I wanna I wanna see that judge face to face
- 11:32not over some stupid
- 11:35call.
- 11:37And I told her just like that.
- 11:39She said, I don't know if we could do that. I said, well, go find out and see if we can do it.
- 11:46Anyway, I didn't pay nothing for that 90 mile an hour ticket except my time.
- 12:01Unknown: Were you playing that Jimi Hendrix song when you was in there? 90 miles an hour, girl, is the speed I drive.
- 12:22Unknown: You sound like Henrichs too.
- 12:28Unknown: They tell me I look just like them too.
- 12:33Unknown: Wowie.
- 12:38Unknown: Especially my my
- 12:41right handed upside down
- 12:44Gibson.
- 12:48Okay. Correction. My wife said I look more like Ray Charles.
- 12:55Unknown: Yeah. But she's biased.
- 12:59I give up on that one.
- 13:02Unknown: When I was legally blind, I was hunting at a
- 13:06family member's property,
- 13:08and
- 13:10and they had a
- 13:12Halloween party, it was on Halloween night
- 13:15and it was bow season here in Michigan and
- 13:19they had a Halloween party, masquerade party afterwards and I
- 13:24I painted my face black
- 13:27and I left my hunting clothes on and I
- 13:30had this hat and it's got these long
- 13:33braids in it you know and I put the hat on and
- 13:37and I went to the party as
- 13:40as
- 13:42Stevie Wonder
- 13:44the great
- 13:45black hunter
- 13:48and
- 13:50so were people there that didn't know me and they they kept wanting me to take off my hat.
- 13:56Once they thought out it was real.
- 13:58Anyway, I won the first prize for the best costume.
- 14:06Unknown: Anyway, was gonna read something
- 14:09else here.
- 14:11Roger was saying,
- 14:14seeking something
- 14:17and everything that Proverbs
- 14:25Proverbs 20
- 14:28Proverbs four
- 14:31twenty three. 27.
- 14:35It said, my son, pay attention to what I say.
- 14:38Turn your ear to my words.
- 14:40Do not let them, who's them, out of your sight.
- 14:44Keep them within your heart. Do not let my words out of your sight.
- 14:48For they are like life to those who find them and health to one's whole body.
- 14:54Above all else,
- 14:56guard your heart
- 14:58for everything that you do flows from it.
- 15:01Keep your mouth free of perversity.
- 15:04Keep corrupt
- 15:06talk
- 15:07far from your lips.
- 15:09Let your let your eyes look straight ahead.
- 15:12Fix your gaze directly before you.
- 15:16Be careful.
- 15:20Get careful thought
- 15:21to the paths of your feet
- 15:24and be steadfast in all your ways. Do not turn to the right or to the left. Keep your foot
- 15:31from evil.
- 15:46I didn't mean to run everybody off.
- 16:04Unknown: Loud and clear.
- 16:07Unknown: Hey, Dave. Hey, everybody.
- 16:09Unknown: Hey, Walt. Paul.
- 16:11Hey, man. Are you sure that that code applies to us since we're not really federal citizens?
- 16:18We're
- 16:19state citizens.
- 16:23Just just wondering.
- 16:29Unknown: It still applies because you're on there.
- 16:32Because if you go out in the highway, they're gonna pull you over.
- 16:38If you get pulled over.
- 16:43Unknown: I would say that the supremacy clause,
- 16:47the the the constitution
- 16:49overthrew the states.
- 16:52It overthrew the sovereignty of the states. The states are not sovereign. They're subservient
- 16:58to the federal government.
- 17:07Unknown: Yep.
- 17:08Okay.
- 17:09Unknown: But if you call yourself a citizen,
- 17:12then, you know, that the a citizen is a city
- 17:17denizen. That's a city slave.
- 17:20I wouldn't wanna be that.
- 17:46Unknown: That's why Roger keeps emphasizing
- 17:49learn
- 17:50the material.
- 17:57Unknown: But yet he still uses that word and calls us all citizens.
- 18:02I don't like it.
- 18:06I do not consent.
- 18:09Has anyone listened to the republic call?
- 18:12USA Organic Republic dot com,
- 18:16the
- 18:17June 9,
- 18:19June 30,
- 18:20and July 7.
- 18:23Listen to those three calls.
- 18:26It's about claiming your minor estate.
- 18:28They're pretty
- 18:30pretty deep dive, pretty detailed,
- 18:34Unknown: and they Can repeat that? Can you repeat those dates, Dave? Yep. June 9,
- 18:40Unknown: June 30,
- 18:42and July 7.
- 18:45Unknown: Thank you. You're welcome.
- 18:52Unknown: I didn't believe it for a long time, and they broke it all down. They got, you know, all the
- 18:58the supporting documents,
- 19:01and they'll send them to you.
- 19:05If you send an email
- 19:07to
- 19:08blueridge1121@gmail.com,
- 19:14blueridge1121@gmail.com,
- 19:18They'll send you a link to each Tuesday night call with all the supporting documents
- 19:25for the, you know, for the call
- 19:27and
- 19:29and then you can go back and ask for those dates
- 19:33and
- 19:34they should be on the website. All that stuff is posted
- 19:38on the website.
- 19:39And remember when Paul had that guy, Asher,
- 19:43on here a couple of times?
- 19:47He's on he's on those calls. He's on those calls. Yep. He was the the supporting guest and I'm telling you Daryl's really done a huge deep dive into that stuff and
- 20:01I'm I'm on board now
- 20:04that we got a post
- 20:07a notice in the paper
- 20:10telling them that we've returned
- 20:13from the sea.
- 20:14Unknown: Yeah. You need the claim of life.
- 20:17Unknown: Yep.
- 20:21It sounds stupid,
- 20:22but that's how stupid they are
- 20:26because nobody will believe it.
- 20:39Unknown: Yeah. I'm gonna read this comment. Comment. Comment. Comment. Comment. Comment.
- 20:44An infant is a decedent
- 20:47of an estate.
- 20:49It's you until you declare otherwise.
- 20:53I R M
- 20:56twenty one point seven
- 20:58point one three point three point 2.2.
- 21:05An infant is a decedent of an estate or grantor,
- 21:10owner
- 21:12or trustor of a trust,
- 21:15guardianship,
- 21:16receivership
- 21:17or custodianship
- 21:19that had yet
- 21:21to receive a social security number. Do y'all have a social security number you assigned to?
- 21:26Once the infant receives a social security number,
- 21:30the infant begins to journey
- 21:33as federal government
- 21:34property,
- 21:36a federal employee
- 21:39taxpayer.
- 21:41Some call it the straw man with the father and mother as judiciaries
- 21:47to protect
- 21:48the state property
- 21:51via
- 21:51the newly created, says the Cuban trust estate
- 21:55for the infant,
- 21:58identified
- 21:59by holding the stock certificate.
- 22:02The state issued certificate
- 22:04of live birth,
- 22:07and that estate was subject
- 22:09to tax reporting and tax on income based
- 22:15on
- 22:16self
- 22:17confession,
- 22:18self reporting that he or she shows
- 22:22by self reporting oneself
- 22:24on a ten forty form
- 22:26or a ten forty one form
- 22:29under contract affidavit
- 22:31sworn as true,
- 22:32correct,
- 22:33and complete
- 22:34under penalty of
- 22:37perjury.
- 22:47Unknown: The question. So what what is the theft prevention
- 22:50program
- 22:52under 28 CFR
- 22:54twenty nine point point one zero?
- 22:59I think that's the program you're talking about.
- 23:04Unknown: For the driver's license
- 23:07or the the license plate. Sorry. Pleasant plate.
- 23:12Unknown: Possibly, they issue you a program decals,
- 23:15which you
- 23:17Unknown: remove.
- 23:19Unknown: That's what That's the current tag.
- 23:22The state the the yearly tag.
- 23:29Unknown: Yeah. The the the little plastic thing you put on it that glows in the dark.
- 23:35Okay.
- 23:37Unknown: The annual
- 23:41sticker that says the month on it, whatever, in the year. Right? Yep.
- 23:46So that's what they call the motor vehicle theft prevention program?
- 23:54Unknown: I don't know.
- 24:02See how they see how they blow smoke up your tail and make you believe it? If
- 24:08you look around anywhere in your county, your municipality,
- 24:12even your state,
- 24:14your state tag, they all say exempt.
- 24:17How
- 24:18can they be exempt and us not?
- 24:28They blow smoke up your toe to make you believe that the death prevention
- 24:31program is so that if your car gets stolen, that they can they can find it pretty easily. You think they're gonna find your car if somebody steals it?
- 24:40Unknown: How do you get them or suck the smoke out of your tail?
- 24:44Unknown: You're you're gullible. You're more gullible than I am,
- 24:48and and I'm pretty gullible.
- 24:53Yeah. Different
- 24:55animals. That's for sure.
- 24:58Unknown: Alright. Well, thank you.
- 25:20Unknown: If you'll notice that regulation says,
- 25:23if
- 25:24necessary
- 25:25by removing the license plate. Do you have to remove it? No. You don't have to remove it because those numbers that are on that plate itself,
- 25:35if you look at that plate,
- 25:37the license plate that's on your motor vehicle,
- 25:43those numbers
- 25:44are
- 25:45registered
- 25:46to you.
- 25:48To your all caps name,
- 25:50not necessarily to your
- 25:54other.
- 25:56But anyway, those numbers are registered to you.
- 26:00You are now the owner on on that certificate
- 26:04as the beneficiary
- 26:06of anything that happens to that
- 26:10to that plate.
- 26:12But it says, if
- 26:14necessary.
- 26:15Do you have to do it? No. Because if is a big word. Right?
- 26:20I don't know. I mean, I have to look the word up. Anyway,
- 26:23if necessary
- 26:25by removing the license plate.
- 26:29Well, don't remove it. Just don't don't go and self report yourself. Oh, my my license plate is
- 26:35out of date. Oh, I I have to go renew it for another year. I
- 26:40gotta bow down to the
- 26:42I gotta bow down to God.
- 26:46Help.
- 26:47Help. Help I
- 26:51Unknown: wonder if you purchased 404.
- 26:53An automobile with 21 copper rounds,
- 26:57would that have the same effect as 21 silver dollars?
- 27:01That's
- 27:06Unknown: a very good question.
- 27:08It because copper and silver,
- 27:12that's
- 27:13a good question.
- 27:16Who
- 27:17was it? Was Roger saying something about silver and copper this morning?
- 27:21Unknown: I'm
- 27:22not sure, but I know copper,
- 27:25you know, has been, you know, lawful money forever.
- 27:29They don't mention it in the,
- 27:32you know,
- 27:33in the constitution or wherever they have, you know, nine
- 27:37what, 412
- 27:38grains of of silver is a dollar and how many grains of gold,
- 27:43but I know that,
- 27:45you know, copper's been used for money here and around the world
- 27:49forever,
- 27:51and now they want to take it away.
- 27:53They actually did. But,
- 27:56you know, you can buy one ounce copper rounds,
- 28:02and
- 28:03it doesn't say it's lawful money, but it is.
- 28:06You know?
- 28:08And, you know, they demonetized
- 28:11silver
- 28:13and gold a long time ago, but it's still considered
- 28:17lawful money. So I would think you could
- 28:21do the same thing with a copper round that you can a silver dollar. Number again.
- 28:27Unknown: $8.10
