- 0:59Speaker 3: this podcast audience. We are blown away by your generosity,
- 1:02Speaker 3: by your love, by your support. And Mark, I'm feeling
- 1:06Speaker 3: it today. I came into work. With a head full
- 1:09Speaker 3: of inspiration. Let me tell you why.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Please.
- 1:11Speaker 3: First of all, I got a text message from your
- 1:13Speaker 3: neck of the woods, Dallas. Dallas, Fort Worth. Text says,
- 1:17Speaker 3: I voted six times at the same location. This is
- 1:21Speaker 3: the first time here in Parker County, west of Fort Worth.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Good news. I've seen a huge line. First time ever.
- 1:30Speaker 3: I think Texans are awakened. And people are going to
- 1:33Speaker 3: show up and vote. Now, of course, one would make
- 1:36Speaker 3: that case for both sides of the political aisle. I
- 1:39Speaker 3: think Republicans are motivated in Texas to make sure Tallarico
- 1:42Speaker 3: doesn't get elected.
- 1:43Speaker 2: One hundred percent. Now, can I find some polling locations
- 1:47Speaker 2: in some pretty blue areas, some pretty heavy Democrat areas
- 1:50Speaker 2: that showed similar heavy turnout?
- 1:52Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:53Speaker 2: But I think by and large, because it's funny you
- 1:55Speaker 2: mention this, because today I heard from some people up
- 1:58Speaker 2: in Sherman, Texas, out in Van Zandt, which is on
- 2:00Speaker 2: the way to Tyler, southeast of town, southeast of Dallas.
- 2:03Speaker 2: And they report a lot of heavy turnout to the
- 2:05Speaker 2: secret of Texas. The secret of our red state value
- 2:08Speaker 2: is we're a red state with blue measles, blue dots
- 2:11Speaker 2: for Houston, Dallas, El Paso, Austin, San Antonio. But there
- 2:15Speaker 2: are there. There's more of us than there are of them.
- 2:17Speaker 2: If you're going to take those big cities and mishmash
- 2:19Speaker 2: them all together, there are still more conservative Texans than
- 2:23Speaker 2: there are liberal. I believe that's going to play out.
- 2:25Speaker 2: And it's funny to hear you with this mood. And
- 2:27Speaker 2: I'm very excited by it. Because even in our 735
- 2:30Speaker 2: visit on the radio, I don't know if you were
- 2:33Speaker 2: mirroring it or reflecting it, but you mentioned that you
- 2:35Speaker 2: had become aware of and a sort of a malaise,
- 2:38Speaker 2: a kind of a slump-shouldered feeling. And I've seen that, too.
- 2:43Speaker 2: But as each day passes, I sense a sleeping giant.
- 2:47Speaker 2: I sense a feeling in Texas and around America that
- 2:50Speaker 2: we're not going to get our hats handed to us.
- 2:52Speaker 2: This is not going to be a disastrous midterm. And
- 2:54Speaker 2: in Texas in particular, we're not going to let Tallarico win.
- 2:57Speaker 3: They're giving us example after example of what this country
- 3:02Speaker 3: will look like if they win. The riots that are
- 3:04Speaker 3: taking place right now in France. You and I have
- 3:06Speaker 3: talked about this a lot this week. The Democrats are
- 3:09Speaker 3: desperate to convey a narrative that these are just young
- 3:14Speaker 3: people expressing themselves. They don't like the textbooks. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:18Speaker 3: The desks are old. Or maybe they don't like what's
- 3:22Speaker 3: going on in Gaza. That's Ro Khanna's approach. Uh-huh.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Uh-huh.
- 3:27Speaker 3: This is a classic. And I got to play this
- 3:28Speaker 3: clip for you, my friend, because... You know, I'm going
- 3:33Speaker 3: to be kind of very nationalistic, jingoistic, whatever you want
- 3:37Speaker 3: to call it.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Go for it.
- 3:37Speaker 3: I don't give a rat's ass what happens in France.
- 3:40Speaker 3: I just don't. I don't care. It's a beautiful country.
- 3:43Speaker 3: I love it. I care about what happens in my country.
- 3:45Speaker 3: That's what I care about. I don't care about Macron.
- 3:49Speaker 3: I don't care about any of them. I just don't.
- 3:51Speaker 3: And that's just how I feel. But I do care
- 3:54Speaker 3: about the way Americans are reacting. And I care what
- 3:57Speaker 3: Democrats are saying about these French rioters. I want you
- 4:02Speaker 3: to hear this exchange between a shocked Brian Kilmeade and
- 4:07Speaker 3: this so-called moderate congressman Ro Khanna.
- 4:10Speaker 2: This is one of the semi-reasonable ones in the Democrat landscape, supposedly.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Let's pay attention to what a somewhat reasonable Democrat is
- 4:19Speaker 3: doing with regards to these violent rioters in France.
- 4:25Speaker 2: Do you really.
- 4:25Speaker 5: Think that French people don't have a history of protest
- 4:29Speaker 5: and a history of taking to the streets? I mean,
- 4:31Speaker 5: do you really think it's because they let in folks.
- 4:34Speaker 6: Who are Muslim? Absolutely.
- 4:36Speaker 2: Did you see the flags, Congressman?
- 4:38Speaker 6: Did you see the hammer and sickle flags?
- 4:40Speaker 3: Did you see the Palestinian flags? What does that have
- 4:43Speaker 3: to do with the school curriculum or lack of teachers
- 4:46Speaker 3: or the days being too long?
- 4:49Speaker 5: Well, first of all, there are many people, young people
- 4:51Speaker 5: who are upset about what happened in Gaza. And that's
- 4:54Speaker 5: not just immigrants. That's many people who grew up in
- 4:57Speaker 5: France and including immigrants.
- 4:59Speaker 7: So you burned a 200 year old building because you
- 5:03Speaker 7: don't like what's happening in Gaza?
- 5:05Speaker 6: Absolutely not.
- 5:08Speaker 3: And what a perfect reply. Oh, you don't like what's
- 5:11Speaker 3: happening in Gaza? Many people may not like what's happening
- 5:15Speaker 3: in Gaza. You don't burn the city down. No.
- 5:19Speaker 2: It's Black Lives Matter logic. You're upset about a controversial
- 5:22Speaker 2: police shooting? Okay. Does destroying a black neighborhood make your
- 5:26Speaker 2: point with extra volume? But they think it does. Ro
- 5:31Speaker 2: Khanna thinks it does.
- 5:32Speaker 3: The reason Ro Khanna goes on national television, Mark, and
- 5:36Speaker 3: doesn't even understand the absurdity of what he just said. Oh, yeah,
- 5:39Speaker 3: there's young people that don't like what's going on in Gaza.
- 5:42Speaker 3: We have to listen to the young people. They're looting.
- 5:45Speaker 3: I saw a video of an Asian owner of a shop.
- 5:49Speaker 3: They beat the crap out of her. She had stitches
- 5:52Speaker 3: in her forehead, blood coming down the side of her,
- 5:54Speaker 3: and they looted her store.
- 5:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 5:56Speaker 3: What, because they don't like what's going on in Gaza?
- 5:59Speaker 2: Exactly. Clearly Gaza related. I saw another woman out front
- 6:02Speaker 2: of a store that she owned beseeching and pleading with
- 6:05Speaker 2: these people. She says, look, I'm I'm on your side.
- 6:08Speaker 2: I politically I believe the things that you believe. Stop
- 6:12Speaker 2: doing what you're doing to my store, to our neighborhood.
- 6:14Speaker 2: Just stop it.
- 6:17Speaker 3: I saw an ABC reporter who went up and down
- 6:19Speaker 3: the streets and said, this is what everybody's using. The
- 6:22Speaker 3: phrase they're using is war zone. This is a war zone.
- 6:26Speaker 3: And Mark, these aren't 11th graders. These are not high
- 6:30Speaker 3: school students, Mark. And this is what happens when third
- 6:35Speaker 3: world migration happens. is allowed to come in unfettered, and it's,
- 6:39Speaker 3: but again, bring it back to the United States, Mark.
- 6:42Speaker 3: It's what the Democrats envision. They see this. They didn't,
- 6:47Speaker 3: Laura Ingraham said the other night, you know, well, if
- 6:48Speaker 3: we're not careful, this could happen here.
- 6:50Speaker 2: It already has. The Summer of Love, George Floyd.
- 6:54Speaker 3: We've seen it, Mark. We've seen buildings burned to the ground.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Wasn't it in Atlanta? There was a police shooting, and
- 7:00Speaker 3: they burned down a McDonald's where the police shooting took place.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Democrats have accepted this, and we must not. And so
- 7:08Speaker 3: driving into work, I often talk to Phil Boyce, who's
- 7:11Speaker 3: the big boss here at Salem. And he's the guy
- 7:14Speaker 3: who's been my mentor for many years. And he said,
- 7:17Speaker 3: you know, Mike, we've got to vote. We've got to
- 7:20Speaker 3: get 10 people to vote. But you've got to turn
- 7:22Speaker 3: this over to God. God already knows the outcome of
- 7:24Speaker 3: the midterm election. God knows what's going to happen after
- 7:27Speaker 3: the midterm election. God knows every hair on your head.
- 7:32Speaker 3: And we've just got to remember that. We've got to
- 7:35Speaker 3: lean into our faith and remind each other that God
- 7:39Speaker 3: is in control of all of this. And then I
- 7:41Speaker 3: talked to Newt Gingrich after that great, inspiring conversation with Phil.
- 7:46Speaker 3: And then Speaker Gingrich comes on the show. He's got
- 7:49Speaker 3: a new book out, America's Golden Age, Trumpism and the
- 7:53Speaker 3: Era of Of Limitless Possibilities.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Excellent.
- 7:57Speaker 3: And I'm about halfway through it. It's so inspiring. It's
- 7:59Speaker 3: very positive. And Newt believes strongly that we're going to
- 8:04Speaker 3: shock the world on November the 3rd. We're not supposed
- 8:07Speaker 3: to take the House. We're not supposed to take the Senate.
- 8:10Speaker 3: He thinks– he's cautiously optimistic that it's going to happen.
- 8:14Speaker 2: I believe it too. I believe this is– in my
- 8:17Speaker 2: state of Texas, if it's the Texas I know– then
- 8:23Speaker 2: Paxton wins and it's not that close. If it's the
- 8:26Speaker 2: America I'd like to think I know, and I'm not
- 8:28Speaker 2: pretending or seeing anything through the gauze of conservatism or
- 8:31Speaker 2: wishful thinking, but I look at Michigan. I can't see
- 8:35Speaker 2: them going with an Islamist sympathizer like Abdul El-Sayed. I
- 8:38Speaker 2: think Susan Collins survives in Maine. I think Michelle Tafoya,
- 8:42Speaker 2: I'm not going to go crazy here, but I think
- 8:44Speaker 2: she's got a chance in Minnesota because she's been campaigning
- 8:49Speaker 2: just so smartly about fraud and about being tired of
- 8:53Speaker 2: the corruption of the Tim Walz era. I absolutely believe
- 8:57Speaker 2: it is a possibility that Newt is right and that
- 9:00Speaker 2: this little dream I have of, as Newt says, shocking
- 9:03Speaker 2: the world two weeks from today is completely doable. And
- 9:07Speaker 2: as you've said so eloquently, time after time, it's not
- 9:10Speaker 2: like a movie we're waiting for the end of or
- 9:13Speaker 2: a stock we're waiting to see if it rises or falls.
- 9:16Speaker 2: This is in our hands. We're writing the plot. We
- 9:19Speaker 2: hold the pen in our hands. We're the keyboard. We
- 9:21Speaker 2: can do this if we are so inclined. We know
- 9:24Speaker 2: the outcome if we show up. Who's staying home? I mean,
- 9:29Speaker 2: Tom Tillis, that despicable, disgusting Republican, outgoing Republican senator from
- 9:35Speaker 2: North Carolina. He sat down with Politico this week. Of course.
- 9:38Speaker 3: And he pulled out his phone and he said, I
- 9:40Speaker 3: got my countdown clock on because Republicans are going to
- 9:43Speaker 3: get their clocks cleaned in two weeks. And I've got my,
- 9:45Speaker 3: you know, my clock says, oh, he says he wants it.
- 9:51Speaker 3: He's calling it the whoop-ass countdown. The whoop-ass countdown. Tom Tillis,
- 9:56Speaker 3: a lifelong Republican. He's so bitter. Can't we? say the
- 10:00Speaker 3: same about John Cornyn?
- 10:01Speaker 2: He's not he's not being that performative, but his behavior
- 10:04Speaker 2: indicates that that's exactly what he wants to. He wants
- 10:06Speaker 2: Paxton to lose so that he and all of these
- 10:09Speaker 2: establishment dinosaurs can go. Told you so. You should have
- 10:13Speaker 2: stayed with us.
- 10:14Speaker 3: If that's not a motivation for you to crawl over
- 10:16Speaker 3: broken glass and vote for every Republican, I don't know
- 10:19Speaker 3: what is. Nothing would make me happier than to see
- 10:21Speaker 3: that smug smirk get wiped off the face of Tom
- 10:25Speaker 3: Tillis with a big Republican win. Now, you want to
- 10:27Speaker 3: stay more inspired, Mr. Space Nut?
- 10:31Speaker 7: Yes.
- 10:32Speaker 3: And I'm now a space fan thanks to you. I
- 10:34Speaker 3: live vicariously through you. I mean, the other day here
- 10:37Speaker 3: in Tampa Bay, everyone was watching whatever spaceship was flying by.
- 10:41Speaker 3: There was like a big bubble behind it, I guess,
- 10:43Speaker 3: in the atmosphere.
- 10:44Speaker 2: It made a jellyfish-looking thing in the evening sky. Yeah, cool.
- 10:48Speaker 3: What was that? What caused that, Mark?
- 10:50Speaker 2: Was it the latest expedition up to the space station?
- 10:53Speaker 2: Even I lose. Yeah, but I mean, what is that condition?
- 10:57Speaker 2: Because when you have something atmospheric at the exact time
- 11:00Speaker 2: of staging, because obviously at any particular moment when a
- 11:03Speaker 2: rocket is upward in flight, there are going to be
- 11:05Speaker 2: certain things that are going to flame, that are going
- 11:07Speaker 2: to hit a good way, that are going to be
- 11:08Speaker 2: when stages depart from each other, when things happen just
- 11:11Speaker 2: the normal path upward through the atmosphere into orbit. And
- 11:15Speaker 2: when something happens at just the right time, at just
- 11:17Speaker 2: the right atmospheric conditions, at just the right time of dusk,
- 11:20Speaker 2: you get that.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Got it. Well, so Newt was on today and we
- 11:24Speaker 3: talked about SpaceX and this remarkable offering that Elon Musk
- 11:28Speaker 3: came up with to give every American child one share
- 11:32Speaker 3: of SpaceX stock.
- 11:33Speaker 2: Dude.
- 11:34Speaker 3: And Newt, look, Newt pointed this out. That's going to
- 11:38Speaker 3: teach kids about the market. That's going to teach kids
- 11:40Speaker 3: about investment. That's going to teach kids how capitalism works
- 11:44Speaker 3: and the economy works. And it's just– this is being
- 11:48Speaker 3: produced by the Trump era, the golden era we're in
- 11:52Speaker 3: that has threatened to be upended by the Democrats. And
- 11:55Speaker 3: while we're on the subject of space and SpaceX and Elon,
- 11:59Speaker 3: I had Yasmin pull this clip. I lovingly present it
- 12:03Speaker 3: for your enjoyment, Mr. Davis. You never saw a space
- 12:07Speaker 3: launch that you didn't love.
- 12:08Speaker 6: That's it.
- 12:10Speaker 3: Listen to what he talked about is going to be
- 12:12Speaker 3: happening with regards to space travel and Mars and the moon.
- 12:17Speaker 4: A whole recent round about the president's once and future
- 12:22Speaker 4: press secretary. That took up an enormous amount of time
- 12:26Speaker 4: in space. It was good gossip. People in the news
- 12:29Speaker 4: media knew how to handle it. At the very moment
- 12:32Speaker 4: they were doing that. The Starship is being developed, which
- 12:37Speaker 4: is going to take the largest rocket ever built, designed
- 12:41Speaker 4: to be reusable. It will take 100 people or 200
- 12:45Speaker 4: tons of cargo every time it lifts off. And Elon
- 12:49Speaker 4: Musk's plan is to have enough of them that they can.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Launch at least one a day, which means.
- 12:56Speaker 4: Current planning, we'll have a village on the moon by 2033,
- 13:00Speaker 4: and we'll have a village on Mars by 2040. So
- 13:05Speaker 4: I want to say to young people, you have chances
- 13:08Speaker 4: to do things that your parents and grandparents couldn't have
- 13:11Speaker 4: dreamed of, and it's worth your while to study and
- 13:14Speaker 4: to learn and to be involved in life because you're
- 13:18Speaker 4: going to have a great future. And the whole point
- 13:21Speaker 4: of writing America's Golden Age was to communicate to people
- 13:25Speaker 4: We have a terrific future ahead of us, and we
- 13:29Speaker 4: shouldn't be depressed. We should not be down in the mouth.
- 13:34Speaker 4: We shouldn't be busy attacking each other. We've got to
- 13:37Speaker 4: talk about it. I want to know, what are you
- 13:39Speaker 4: going to do as a politician to make life better,
- 13:43Speaker 4: not just how clever can your consultants attack and smear
- 13:47Speaker 4: your opponent?
- 13:49Speaker 3: Did a thrill just go up your leg?
- 13:50Speaker 2: I'm tingly on top of tingly. You're welcome. You're welcome.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Merry Christmas. Thank you. Thank you. And not just for
- 13:58Speaker 2: the space dorkery, of course. But first of all, Newt
- 14:02Speaker 2: looking pretty good at 83. Whatever he's doing, we should
- 14:04Speaker 2: all be doing it. And this is an amazing confluence
- 14:09Speaker 2: of events that goes to a call I took today
- 14:13Speaker 2: about young people and optimism today. To hear him talk
- 14:17Speaker 2: about the moon colonies or the Mars colonies, absolutely.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I mean, Mark, a colony on the moon in 2033?
- 14:24Speaker 6: Yep.
- 14:24Speaker 3: I'll be 73. You'll be 75. Yep. God willing, we'll
- 14:26Speaker 3: be here and we'll live to see people living on
- 14:27Speaker 3: the moon. And Elon, look, you doubt what he's able
- 14:40Speaker 3: to do? You see the flying Tesla last week?
- 14:43Speaker 2: That's just crazy. That thing does a backflip off that
- 14:47Speaker 2: circular ramp and then just comes around and thrusters land it.
- 14:51Speaker 2: I mean, you know, that's not going to be on
- 14:52Speaker 2: the showroom floor for a while, but that's just remarkable.
- 14:55Speaker 3: And as Grayson Kidd just pointed out on our chat
- 14:59Speaker 3: room here, the live chat going on, it's very robust.
- 15:01Speaker 3: It's on YouTube. And we invite you to come on
- 15:04Speaker 3: in and subscribe and follow and like the Eminem Extra
- 15:07Speaker 3: channel on YouTube. And we're live every day at YouTube
- 15:10Speaker 3: at noon, Eastern, 11 Central. And Grayson Kidd just pointed out, yeah,
- 15:13Speaker 3: and Elon Musk is an awful, evil billionaire. That's right. Right, Democrats?
- 15:19Speaker 4: Exactly.
- 15:19Speaker 2: The politics of envy, just the politics of envy drip
- 15:23Speaker 2: off them. But watching Newt, just 60 seconds on Newt.
- 15:27Speaker 2: That optimism about young people. I had a lady from
- 15:31Speaker 2: a rural Texas town. She was getting groceries. And some
- 15:35Speaker 2: young people, like some high schoolers with jobs in a
- 15:39Speaker 2: godly part of our state. So you figure their heads
- 15:41Speaker 2: are right. Their work ethic is right. And she asked
- 15:43Speaker 2: them while the groceries were being put in the bag,
- 15:45Speaker 2: are you going to you're going to you're going to
- 15:47Speaker 2: early vote, you're going to vote. And they all kind
- 15:49Speaker 2: of went, oh, I don't know. And she said, why
- 15:51Speaker 2: do you think that was? So a part of that
- 15:53Speaker 2: is called being 18 and 19. And it's not ever
- 15:55Speaker 2: going to be your most active voting bloc. But why
- 15:58Speaker 2: don't we why don't the grownups like you and me?
- 16:01Speaker 2: Let's let's try to light a fire in these people
- 16:03Speaker 2: because they have been told by their friends, by their culture,
- 16:07Speaker 2: that climate change will kill all of them before they're
- 16:09Speaker 2: 50 anyway. So what's the point of doing anything in life?
- 16:12Speaker 2: We are a terrible country. Everything to make us downtrodden
- 16:15Speaker 2: and depressed. When I was listening to Newt there and
- 16:19Speaker 2: listening as I do to you and listening to my
- 16:21Speaker 2: own heart, talking about how to take, you know, because
- 16:24Speaker 2: I got I got a daughter in her early 30s
- 16:26Speaker 2: and a son is in her early 20s. And I
- 16:28Speaker 2: want them to grow into an America after I am gone.
- 16:31Speaker 2: That is prosperous and free and vibrant. And that can
- 16:36Speaker 2: only happen if the current younger generation feels that way
- 16:39Speaker 2: and has a sense of optimism that we can inject
- 16:42Speaker 2: into them because the culture and the media have tried
- 16:45Speaker 2: to strip it from them. Thank you. Sorry, I'm just
- 16:47Speaker 2: wanting to get.
- 16:47Speaker 3: Well, no, I love that. I love the images of
- 16:50Speaker 3: the Republicans wanting to build things up and lift things up.
- 16:53Speaker 2: That's our side.
- 16:55Speaker 3: And the Democrats want to tear it down. You don't
- 16:58Speaker 3: like a Confederate statue?
- 16:59Speaker 2: Tear it down.
- 17:00Speaker 3: You don't like Christopher Columbus over in the town square?
- 17:03Speaker 3: Tear the statue down, throw him in the river.
- 17:06Speaker 2: Upset about a separate issue? Tear down a historic building
- 17:08Speaker 2: over there. Why not?
- 17:09Speaker 3: Correct.
- 17:10Speaker 2: Makes your point.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Right, right. You're mad about school textbooks? Burn down a building. And,
- 17:16Speaker 3: of course, again, that's not even what's going on in France.
- 17:18Speaker 3: You mentioned something called the politics of envy. Boy, I
- 17:21Speaker 3: can't wait to bounce back. Off of you, what the
- 17:23Speaker 3: United Airlines CEO, Scott Kirby, wants to do. It's 60
- 17:28Speaker 3: seconds away because first I want to tell you about
- 17:30Speaker 3: a great book that we're proud to promote on M &
- 17:33Speaker 3: M Extra. It's called Carbon Zero. Author Craig W. Stanfill
- 17:37Speaker 3: was a guy that we enjoyed so much we invited
- 17:39Speaker 3: him on the podcast. And we devoted an entire podcast.
- 17:42Speaker 3: podcast episode to this great, great concept, what could happen
- 17:46Speaker 3: if AI goes wrong? And if everything is AI, AI,
- 17:49Speaker 3: of course, Trump doesn't want to call it AI. What
- 17:51Speaker 3: does he want? Super intelligence.
- 17:52Speaker 1: S-I.
- 17:53Speaker 2: S-I.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Super intelligence. C. C. C, senor. C. Carbon Zero is
- 17:58Speaker 3: a page-turning thriller. It combines suspense, believable technology, thought-provoking questions.
- 18:04Speaker 3: And Craig W. Stanfill, incidentally, is a guy so good
- 18:07Speaker 3: at the AI space. He used to work in that field.
- 18:10Speaker 3: Now he's an accomplished author. Look up the Craig W.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Stanfill podcast presentation on M & M Extra. I know
- 18:17Speaker 3: we keep them all archived. You can find them online.
- 18:19Speaker 3: When you go to any of our podcast pages or
- 18:21Speaker 3: on YouTube, and you'll check out our conversation with Craig W. Stanfill.
- 18:26Speaker 3: The book Carbon Zero is available now. Just go to Amazon,
- 18:29Speaker 3: search for Craig W. Stanfill as the author, and the
- 18:32Speaker 3: book is called Carbon Zero. If you're fascinated by AI
- 18:36Speaker 3: and who isn't, go get your copy of Carbon Zero today.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Carbon Zero.
- 18:40Speaker 2: And you know what's important? What's important is for him
- 18:42Speaker 2: to be a smart guy on AI, absolutely. For him
- 18:44Speaker 2: to be a visionary, absolutely.
- 18:45Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 18:46Speaker 2: But it's a book. You got to be a good writer.
- 18:48Speaker 2: And he really is. He builds the AIs called Xerxes
- 18:52Speaker 2: and it slowly builds it. It does some things that
- 18:54Speaker 2: make some people go, wait a minute.
- 18:56Speaker 3: Whoa.
- 18:57Speaker 2: Before it goes full, you know, crank it up to
- 19:00Speaker 2: 11 with the plot line of how things get a
- 19:02Speaker 2: little dystopian. But he's just a great writer, too. And
- 19:05Speaker 2: that gives him the skill to deliver this very timely story.
- 19:09Speaker 3: Okay, we love travel stories. And I travel, I'm on
- 19:12Speaker 3: the plane a lot, probably a couple times a month,
- 19:15Speaker 3: sometimes every week. And I've been a Delta guy. I've
- 19:18Speaker 3: been chasing United because United Airlines is offering Starlink on
- 19:22Speaker 3: many of their planes. And Starlink, of course, is Elon's
- 19:26Speaker 3: extraordinary Wi-Fi on commercial jetliners. In fact, I mentioned Phil Boyce.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Phil took a United flight the other day. with Starlink.
- 19:36Speaker 3: He texted me from the plane. He said, Mike, you
- 19:39Speaker 3: can't believe how good this thing is. He said, first
- 19:41Speaker 3: of all, you don't even log in. It finds you.
- 19:44Speaker 2: You open up your phone. Don't tease me.
- 19:47Speaker 3: Oh, well, you find you and you open it right
- 19:50Speaker 3: up on your phone. You don't have to go through
- 19:52Speaker 3: a login or a registration. Portals, all that crap. He
- 19:57Speaker 3: said Starlink is faster than my Wi-Fi at my home
- 20:01Speaker 3: in Florida. And he was dead serious. And he's like
- 20:05Speaker 3: me a little bit. I'm not great technologically. So anyway,
- 20:08Speaker 3: United offered– they're smart. They've got Starlink. Delta does not.
- 20:13Speaker 3: Delta's Ed Bastian apparently isn't an Elon fan. So I
- 20:16Speaker 3: don't like him very much. So United– I'm going to
- 20:19Speaker 3: run out of airlines here.
- 20:20Speaker 2: United Airlines guys do.
- 20:23Speaker 3: What Scott Kirby, the United Airlines CEO, said. So United
- 20:27Speaker 3: offered a match, a status match. So if you're like
- 20:31Speaker 3: I am, Delta, diamond medallion, which is top tier, you
- 20:35Speaker 3: can prove to them your diamond medallion. They'll give you
- 20:38Speaker 3: United Airlines equivalent of status. which is in their case 1K,
- 20:44Speaker 3: and they'll match it. But then here's the catch.
- 20:47Speaker 2: Yeah, you've got to fly like a mental patient after that.
- 20:50Speaker 2: You've got to be just all over the place all
- 20:51Speaker 2: the time and keep up that level of spending, right?
- 20:53Speaker 3: You've got to spend $ 7, 000 in 90 days. And I
- 20:57Speaker 3: can't even spend that. I mean, I fly first class,
- 21:00Speaker 3: but I don't think I've got enough. Have you checked
- 21:02Speaker 3: prices these days? Fly to Philadelphia twice, you've just about
- 21:05Speaker 3: done that. I know, I know. But here's the thing.
- 21:08Speaker 3: But now, adios United Airlines. Because the United Airlines CEO
- 21:13Speaker 3: sits down with the New York Times. They had an
- 21:15Speaker 3: interview with him. And they asked him about declining public
- 21:19Speaker 3: trust in corporate executives. And he told the Times, this
- 21:24Speaker 3: is Scott Kirby, the CEO of United. He said, wealth
- 21:29Speaker 3: inequality has become a danger to our society, and we
- 21:34Speaker 3: need to address that. We should have a national wealth tax.
- 21:39Speaker 3: It won't work by state because people will just move
- 21:43Speaker 3: out of the state. I think we should have inheritance
- 21:46Speaker 3: taxes that get close to 100% I would pay them.
- 21:54Speaker 3: He wants to tax people. He wants to throw a
- 21:59Speaker 3: death tax. Forget your kids. You want to hand off
- 22:04Speaker 3: your estate to your children or your grandchildren. Now, do
- 22:07Speaker 3: you know what Scott Kirby made last year?
- 22:09Speaker 6: $ 32 million.
- 22:12Speaker 3: Right. He earned $ 32. 3 million in total compensation. Good for him.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Which is America. Absolutely. But a 100% federal wealth tax?
- 22:23Speaker 3: That targets the value of an individual's assets rather than
- 22:28Speaker 3: solely income or even wealth transferred. So the point is,
- 22:32Speaker 3: like you said, it's the politics of envy. That's it.
- 22:37Speaker 3: Even the CEO of, now forget United. I could give
- 22:40Speaker 3: a rat's ass about why I'm on United. I'll stick
- 22:43Speaker 3: with Delta and my archaic Wi-Fi that cuts in and
- 22:47Speaker 3: out every 30 seconds. But seriously, why would a CEO
- 22:50Speaker 3: say something that stupid? And he's getting dragged all over
- 22:53Speaker 3: social media for that. There is an odd bubble that
- 22:56Speaker 3: people with these views live in. I don't know if
- 22:59Speaker 3: it's political or what would I don't necessarily mean cultural,
- 23:05Speaker 3: but maybe it's status related that if you are a
- 23:07Speaker 3: big enough deal, if you're living in the ivory towers
- 23:10Speaker 3: and the rarefied air. of being that high level of
- 23:13Speaker 3: corporate CEO, you get a feeling of invincibility that I
- 23:16Speaker 3: can say something. I can be the biggest dumbass and
- 23:19Speaker 3: probably not pay too big a price.
- 23:21Speaker 2: Because I am who I am. I've done what I've
- 23:23Speaker 2: done and it will bounce off me.
- 23:25Speaker 3: And you know what?
- 23:26Speaker 2: Usually it does, but not always.
- 23:28Speaker 3: Well, it's like Tom Tillis.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Tom Tillis, he's sitting in a diner.
- 23:32Speaker 3: He got rejected by the voters of North Carolina. You
- 23:35Speaker 3: want to talk about a whoop-ass?
- 23:36Speaker 2: Soundly.
- 23:37Speaker 3: Yep. John Cornyn, you want to talk about a whoop-ass?
- 23:40Speaker 3: I mean, Americans are done with these establishment Republicans, Mark.
- 23:44Speaker 3: And that's the rub. That's what they hate so much
- 23:47Speaker 3: about the Trump era. Because Trump, I think, spotlighted how
- 23:51Speaker 3: bad they are. This is the problem. And this is,
- 23:55Speaker 3: by the way, before I forget, because, you know, Mr.
- 23:58Speaker 3: Hollywood Davis doing all your TV appearances. Oh, look, there
- 24:02Speaker 3: he is on Laura Ingraham. Oh, look, Mark's on Will Kane. Oh, look,
- 24:05Speaker 3: there's Mark with Chris Cuomo on News Nation. How did
- 24:07Speaker 3: your News Nation appearance go last night?
- 24:09Speaker 2: It went fine. And this is probably a good time
- 24:11Speaker 2: to tell you that I'm doing Will Kane today, 4
- 24:13Speaker 2: o'clock Eastern, 3 o'clock Central.
- 24:15Speaker 7: See?
- 24:15Speaker 6: See what I mean, Mr.
- 24:17Speaker 2: Hollywood? It won't be me and a liberal this time.
- 24:20Speaker 2: It'll be me. And famed GOP strategist Vinnie Minchello. I
- 24:24Speaker 2: just met Vinnie last time I did. He's great. So
- 24:26Speaker 2: last night on Cuomo. Last night on Cuomo, what was
- 24:29Speaker 2: this guy's name?
- 24:30Speaker 1: Lordy.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Mike Nellis, a Democrat strategist, which, by the way, is fine.
- 24:35Speaker 2: And I enjoy, as you know, I enjoy those back
- 24:37Speaker 2: and forth segments because they're usually constructive. They're usually civil. Well,
- 24:41Speaker 2: this guy. I can't say this on the radio. This
- 24:43Speaker 2: guy was a dick. I mean, from the get-go, okay?
- 24:46Speaker 3: Mike Nellis?
- 24:47Speaker 2: Mike Nellis. And listen, bring some energy.
- 24:50Speaker 3: Be provocative. That's me.
- 24:52Speaker 6: Hi.
- 24:52Speaker 2: But I'm not going to interrupt you. I'm not going
- 24:54Speaker 2: to insult everybody who he thinks like you. It's just
- 24:57Speaker 2: not going to happen. By the way, but that wasn't
- 25:00Speaker 2: the problem.
- 25:01Speaker 3: It was fine.
- 25:01Speaker 2: We ended up talking over each other. The half-second delay
- 25:05Speaker 2: is really tricky because you think somebody's left you a
- 25:08Speaker 2: gap and they haven't really finished talking, so you've got
- 25:10Speaker 2: that going on. Here was my faux pas, though. This
- 25:13Speaker 2: this was pretty rich. At some point in the midst
- 25:16Speaker 2: of this, Chris Cuomo chose. It was all about Abdul
- 25:19Speaker 2: Al-Sayed in Michigan. And he said, hey, look at the
- 25:22Speaker 2: the Kalshi prediction markets, which now shows, you know, it's
- 25:27Speaker 2: based on a dollar. Sixty nine cents going for Al-Sayed,
- 25:31Speaker 2: only 31 cents going for Mike Rogers as a level
- 25:34Speaker 2: of prediction. betting interest in people who are looking at
- 25:37Speaker 2: this race and choosing to throw a couple of bucks
- 25:39Speaker 2: at it. Is that interesting?
- 25:40Speaker 3: Sure.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Is it determinative?
- 25:42Speaker 4: No.
- 25:43Speaker 2: It's not even as serious as a poll. A poll
- 25:47Speaker 2: is what are you.
- 25:47Speaker 3: Going to do?
- 25:48Speaker 2: This is just kind of, hey, what do you think
- 25:50Speaker 2: is going to happen?
- 25:51Speaker 3: I think we're going to win.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Precisely. And that and $ 8 will get you a cup
- 25:55Speaker 2: of coffee at Starbucks. So I spoke the following words.
- 25:59Speaker 2: So Kalshi and these prediction markets are garbage. It's just
- 26:02Speaker 2: what a bunch of randos happen to say with their
- 26:05Speaker 2: phones in front of their face. So I went back,
- 26:08Speaker 2: set up the segment to play it this morning on
- 26:10Speaker 2: the radio because I always do that. People enjoy hearing
- 26:12Speaker 2: my TV adventures for some reason. And I wasn't aware
- 26:16Speaker 2: of this. Yeah. News Nation has a paid partnership with Kalshi.
- 26:23Speaker 2: One of the reasons they constantly put those things up
- 26:25Speaker 2: there is they are. It's a paid partnership. Our partners
- 26:29Speaker 2: at Kalshi view the Michigan race in the following way.
- 26:32Speaker 2: And three minutes later, there am I. There I am
- 26:34Speaker 2: taking a big dump on Kalshi. I don't ever want
- 26:37Speaker 2: to do that. I hope you enjoyed your final appearance.
- 26:40Speaker 2: Do I kind of love it? Do I kind of
- 26:42Speaker 2: love it?
- 26:42Speaker 3: Yes, I do.
- 26:43Speaker 2: But that was that's not ever anything I intend to do.
- 26:47Speaker 2: I will say there's a possible good sign. They have
- 26:49Speaker 2: asked me if I'm available the night before election night. So.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Nice.
- 26:52Speaker 2: Apparently, that was not a deal-breaker.
- 26:55Speaker 3: Well, and God forbid you get a little plug-in for
- 26:59Speaker 3: Eminem Extra. If you can just get– can't you do
- 27:02Speaker 3: it organically? Just say, you know, as my podcast– As
- 27:04Speaker 3: I was saying, honey. Mike Gallagher and I were talking
- 27:06Speaker 3: about it on the podcast. That wouldn't be obvious. Well,
- 27:08Speaker 3: you can do something subtly. You're smart. You're a great communicator.
- 27:12Speaker 2: I mean, come on.
- 27:13Speaker 3: We've got to get these subscribers up. We're at 4,770
- 27:17Speaker 3: subscribers on M & M Extra.
- 27:19Speaker 2: We've got to get to 5,000.
- 27:20Speaker 3: Do a little plug.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Come on.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Do a little. Click, like, subscribe. Come on right now.
- 27:26Speaker 3: All right. So Mike Nellis, I look him up. That's
- 27:29Speaker 3: a mistake. First of all, he previews his appearance with
- 27:32Speaker 3: you last night by writing, by posting on his ex-account.
- 27:35Speaker 3: I'll be on News Nation in a few minutes to
- 27:38Speaker 3: debunk the Republicans' racist attacks on Abdul El-Sayed.
- 27:43Speaker 2: Well, there you are.
- 27:45Speaker 3: There it is. That's all they got, Mark. There you are.
- 27:48Speaker 3: You don't like Muslims. That's all it is. Then after
- 27:52Speaker 3: your appearance, he tortures you.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Yep. He wrote, I just debated a guy on News
- 27:59Speaker 3: Nation who said that Republicans calling Abdul El-Sayed a Muslim
- 28:04Speaker 3: terrorist is actually an economic argument. I simply cannot believe
- 28:09Speaker 3: how desperate and radically stupid this is. These people are.
- 28:13Speaker 2: I mean, he's a first of all, first of all,
- 28:16Speaker 2: and there's a degree to which I don't care. But
- 28:18Speaker 2: he also misquoted me because what I said was because
- 28:22Speaker 2: Cuomo had said that Mike Rogers didn't make any economic points.
- 28:26Speaker 2: or anything like that, just a lot of you're a communist,
- 28:29Speaker 2: you're a Marxist, you're an Islamist. When we call the
- 28:32Speaker 2: Democrats communists or socialists, it's absolutely an economic point. These
- 28:37Speaker 2: are largely economic philosophies, twisted economic poisons. So it absolutely is.
- 28:43Speaker 2: So that is what I had said. So I may
- 28:46Speaker 2: have to have a word with this fellow online as
- 28:49Speaker 2: soon as you and I are finished.
- 28:50Speaker 3: I'm glad to bring it to your attention in the
- 28:52Speaker 3: spirit of– thank you for bringing this matter to your attention.
- 28:55Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 28:56Speaker 3: So I like how he's getting dragged for his comment
- 28:59Speaker 3: attacking you, not by name, but somebody said, Someday, Mike Nellis,
- 29:04Speaker 3: you may learn that stupid does not mean disagreeing with
- 29:07Speaker 3: shameless lying shills for a morally bankrupt Democrat party. But
- 29:12Speaker 3: then again– You don't seem too bright. So you had
- 29:16Speaker 3: your defenders there.
- 29:17Speaker 2: You know what? I think I'm going to kill him
- 29:18Speaker 2: with kindness. I think it's going to be, hey, Mike,
- 29:20Speaker 2: great to be on with you. Just want to offer
- 29:22Speaker 2: a correction. My economic observation was made about socialism and Marxism, blah, blah, blah.
- 29:26Speaker 2: See you soon. Love you.
- 29:28Speaker 3: Take the high road. Take the high road.
- 29:29Speaker 2: Excellent.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Like one of your fans did. Here's a high road
- 29:33Speaker 3: comment to his remark. Congratulations, fatty. You support an American-hating terrorist.
- 29:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:40Speaker 2: My gosh.
- 29:40Speaker 3: Don't go there.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Don't go there.
- 29:42Speaker 3: Don't be that person. But don't be that person. Incidentally,
- 29:46Speaker 3: everybody is on the chat room right now, on the
- 29:49Speaker 3: live chat. giving you urging you to plug M &
- 29:53Speaker 3: M extra when you do Will Kane or when you
- 29:55Speaker 3: do Laura or when you do these TV somebody said
- 29:57Speaker 3: Mike or Mark wear your M & M extra t-shirt
- 30:00Speaker 3: that would be subtle what if we get you like
- 30:02Speaker 3: a little logo you could wear on your suit coat
- 30:04Speaker 3: like a little M &.
- 30:05Speaker 2: M is a lapel pin not big enough no it's
- 30:07Speaker 2: not big enough No, we need like a bumper sticker.
- 30:10Speaker 2: Slap a bumper sticker on your lapel. Like a jelly
- 30:13Speaker 2: roll face tattoo. Just something like that.
- 30:15Speaker 3: You know, all kidding aside, though, I tease you and
- 30:19Speaker 3: I joke around. I'm so thrilled for you to do
- 30:22Speaker 3: these hits the way you do because you're so good
- 30:24Speaker 3: at them. And it's just you represent. I enjoy it.
- 30:28Speaker 3: our community so well. You represent this platform so well,
- 30:31Speaker 3: and I love watching you do it, so keep it up.
- 30:33Speaker 3: Better you than me. I hate it. I don't like
- 30:34Speaker 3: doing any of that stuff.
- 30:36Speaker 2: Well, you had a glut of it for a long time.
- 30:40Speaker 2: You went in very early as a Fox News contributor, right?
- 30:43Speaker 3: Contributor, yep.
- 30:44Speaker 2: In that relationship, they throw you a couple of bucks,
- 30:46Speaker 2: which is nice. I would love that. You should get
- 30:49Speaker 2: that deal done. What do they... So you're on the leash.
- 30:54Speaker 2: You're in a relationship with them. How often can they
- 30:57Speaker 2: call you? I mean, how many– during that contributor relationship,
- 31:00Speaker 2: how often did you– and listen, it wasn't in the
- 31:02Speaker 2: era of vans and Zooms.
- 31:05Speaker 3: No, I had to go.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Drag ass across midtown Manhattan. Well– About how often? About
- 31:10Speaker 2: how often was it? A few times a week, three, four,
- 31:12Speaker 2: five times a week. That's a lot. That's a lot.
- 31:15Speaker 3: And when I lived in Dallas, which is really where
- 31:17Speaker 3: I did the most of it, I had to drive
- 31:19Speaker 3: downtown where you go– for Will Kane Show to that
- 31:21Speaker 3: building there by the Texas School Book Depository. In New York,
- 31:24Speaker 3: it was a matter of walking 10 blocks to their
- 31:27Speaker 3: 6th Avenue headquarters. And then my frustration came when so
- 31:32Speaker 3: many times it was when Trump was holding rallies. They
- 31:34Speaker 3: always loved me doing Lou Dobbs' show a lot, and
- 31:37Speaker 3: I loved doing Lou Dobbs' show a lot. Oh, God
- 31:38Speaker 3: rest him. God rest him. And I always got bumped
- 31:42Speaker 3: because of a Trump rally. So I'd be sitting there
- 31:45Speaker 3: for two, three hours, and they never would use me.
- 31:48Speaker 3: And then there was the guy dumping the milkshake on
- 31:51Speaker 3: my head in a diner, and I thought, I'm done.
- 31:52Speaker 2: That was the end. That was the end. Hey, that's
- 31:54Speaker 2: Mike Gallagher.
- 31:55Speaker 6: Bloop.
- 31:56Speaker 3: No, the guy said, and I can say this on
- 31:59Speaker 3: the podcast, right? The guy dumped him. The big, burly,
- 32:03Speaker 3: tough look. I mean, picture like in a horror movie, like–
- 32:08Speaker 3: The guy, like the Texas Chainsaw Massacre guy. That's what
- 32:11Speaker 3: he looked like. This big, fat, sloppy, long, greasy hair.
- 32:16Speaker 3: But he was huge. And he looked like mammoth. And
- 32:20Speaker 3: he came up to me and said, Mike Gallagher, Fox
- 32:23Speaker 3: News asshole. And he dumped a milkshake on my head.
- 32:26Speaker 3: And as the milkshake– I'll never forget. It was a
- 32:28Speaker 3: vanilla milkshake. It tasted pretty good. That's a detail.
- 32:33Speaker 2: I was going to say. Yep.
- 32:34Speaker 3: I was trying to lick it. And I called my
- 32:38Speaker 3: agent from the diner. That's it. I'm done. I'm done.
- 32:42Speaker 3: I said, call over there. I don't want to do
- 32:43Speaker 3: this anymore. He goes, what do you mean? You can't
- 32:45Speaker 3: quit Fox News. You're a contributor. You're making money. I said, pal–
- 32:49Speaker 3: I don't have security. I'm in New York. I don't
- 32:52Speaker 3: want security. I don't want to live this way. Today
- 32:54Speaker 3: it's a milkshake. Tomorrow could be something else. And, you know,
- 32:58Speaker 3: not for nothing, these folks that are primetime stars, they
- 33:01Speaker 3: are guarded round the clock. Dana Perino said something the
- 33:05Speaker 3: other day that really got my attention. She claims she
- 33:08Speaker 3: takes the subway. Do you think Dana Perino rides the subway?
- 33:13Speaker 2: I don't want to ever– I mean Dana is just
- 33:15Speaker 2: the sweetest, nicest, kindest pillar of virtue on any cable
- 33:19Speaker 2: news network. I'm inclined– if she says it, I'm inclined
- 33:23Speaker 2: to believe it. That's how trusting and fond I am
- 33:26Speaker 2: of her.
- 33:26Speaker 3: Bless her heart.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Boy, is that– that is both A, difficult to believe
- 33:33Speaker 2: even though I'm going to choose to, and B– Alarming.
- 33:37Speaker 2: I don't want.
- 33:38Speaker 3: To do that. I think I saw a big profile.
- 33:42Speaker 3: They profiled Brian Kilmeade. Was it in the New York Times?
- 33:46Speaker 3: I forget. Somebody did a big profile piece on him.
- 33:49Speaker 3: And he says he still takes the Long Island Railroad
- 33:51Speaker 3: to and from work. Listen, let me tell you something.
- 33:54Speaker 3: That's a little different. I mean, a commuter train coming
- 33:57Speaker 3: in from Syosset is a little different than, you know,
- 34:00Speaker 3: the six train coming in from Brooklyn.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 34:04Speaker 3: We mentioned News Nation. Do you know Ben Ferguson?
- 34:08Speaker 2: I beg your pardon?
- 34:09Speaker 3: Do you know Ben Ferguson?
- 34:10Speaker 1: Oh, sure.
- 34:11Speaker 2: Yeah, Ben.
- 34:12Speaker 3: Ben?
- 34:12Speaker 2: When I was on BAP, Ben, WBAP, down the dial
- 34:16Speaker 2: in Dallas from where I am now, had a show briefly.
- 34:20Speaker 2: He was an interesting cat. I think he had a show.
- 34:23Speaker 2: There's some Memphis connection there, too. Yeah, Memphis in Dallas.
- 34:25Speaker 2: And he also had a show when he was like
- 34:27Speaker 2: 21 or something. It was like you. But anyway, I'm
- 34:31Speaker 2: aware of him and kept track of him. Smart young man.
- 34:33Speaker 3: Sure. Well, he mixed it up with a woman named
- 34:37Speaker 3: Lisa Durden last night. She's a social justice journalist. I
- 34:42Speaker 3: didn't know they had such a thing. Oh, God.
- 34:43Speaker 2: Well, there's a business card.
- 34:45Speaker 3: Well, I got to play this clip for you. So
- 34:46Speaker 3: hang tight. Let me also play the message in your
- 34:50Speaker 3: heart and everybody's heart about pain relief. Look, it's a
- 34:53Speaker 3: new day for me, losing weight, keeping track of this
- 34:56Speaker 3: plaque in my arteries and doing all the right stuff
- 34:59Speaker 3: and getting out of pain. Relief Factor, one of our
- 35:02Speaker 3: sponsors here at M & M Extra. I've been raving
- 35:05Speaker 3: about Relief Factor for years. Now, Mark, you're raving about
- 35:08Speaker 3: it as well. And don't just take our word for it.
- 35:11Speaker 3: Tommy wrote in, there are times of the year when
- 35:13Speaker 3: I can barely walk on my right knee when I
- 35:15Speaker 3: first started. I took Relief Factor for two days. Man,
- 35:18Speaker 3: I was springing around like a kid. Relief Factor, 100%
- 35:22Speaker 3: drug-free pain relief. And Mark, you're loving every day of
- 35:24Speaker 3: your Relief Factor.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Sure am. Shoulder pain gone, morning aches gone, and who
- 35:29Speaker 2: knows what might happen with you. Whatever kind of little
- 35:32Speaker 2: aches and pains you might have, give it the three-week
- 35:33Speaker 2: quick start and give that a shot at 1-800-THE-NUMBER-4-RELIEF. 1-800-THE-NUMBER-4-RELIEF
- 35:38Speaker 2: or relieffactor.com. The friendly local team will take care of you.
- 35:42Speaker 2: You have that quick start going. And if that works
- 35:44Speaker 2: for you, just keep it going like I have done
- 35:45Speaker 2: and like I absolutely will do. Because not everything has
- 35:49Speaker 2: to have drugs. Not everything has to have some procedure.
- 35:51Speaker 2: Relief Factor will take care of some of these. Is
- 35:53Speaker 2: it your pain issue? One way to find out, relieffactor.com.
- 35:57Speaker 3: I'm so thrilled, too, that we just heard from one
- 35:59Speaker 3: of our big donors to our pre-born campaign. She's actually
- 36:02Speaker 3: on a cruise, so we're going to reach her when
- 36:04Speaker 3: she gets back. But pre-born is such an important mission
- 36:08Speaker 3: for us. They provide ultrasounds to women who are considering
- 36:12Speaker 3: an abortion. They know that statistically when a woman sees
- 36:16Speaker 3: her baby and hears the baby's heartbeat, it doubles the
- 36:19Speaker 3: chance she'll choose life. And you and I were so
- 36:22Speaker 3: honored that a number of folks have gotten together. We're
- 36:24Speaker 3: going to have a big lunch soon in Dallas-Fort Worth.
- 36:27Speaker 3: We got our own M & M extra ultrasound because
- 36:31Speaker 3: that costs $ 15, 000. Another lady came along and said, you
- 36:35Speaker 3: know what? I'm putting in $ 15, 000. I want to sponsor
- 36:38Speaker 3: an ultrasound machine as well. So our audience has now
- 36:42Speaker 3: provided the tools for years and years of saving lives.
- 36:46Speaker 3: Preborn is a beautiful mission. Our colleague and friend Charlie
- 36:50Speaker 3: Kirk was all involved in Preborn. And Mark, we love
- 36:53Speaker 3: seeing the way people are donating to the Preborn campaign.
- 36:56Speaker 3: We sure do. And let me have the attention of
- 36:58Speaker 3: those of you who might not have 15 grand.
- 37:00Speaker 2: Lying around now. If you do, dot, dot, dot, you
- 37:03Speaker 2: know what to do. But if you got maybe 140.
- 37:05Speaker 2: That'll help give five mothers a free ultrasound and save babies.
- 37:09Speaker 2: 280 can possibly save 10 babies. Or let's, if you
- 37:12Speaker 2: want to do it on kind of a monthly thing,
- 37:15Speaker 2: $ 28 a month can help save a baby a month
- 37:17Speaker 2: for less than a dollar a day. So if that's
- 37:20Speaker 2: more your speed or anything in between, we are grateful
- 37:22Speaker 2: for absolutely everything at 833-850-BABY, 833-850-BABY, or go to preborn.com,
- 37:25Speaker 2: preborn.com slash MMS.
- 37:34Speaker 3: And if you are generous enough and you believe that
- 37:37Speaker 3: you've got $ 15, 000 to save lives for years, please, please,
- 37:42Speaker 3: please reach out to us because this lady made the
- 37:45Speaker 3: donation and we didn't hear about it. And just in
- 37:49Speaker 3: the course of business, those things happen and bureaucracy sometimes.
- 37:53Speaker 3: But if you'll just shoot me a little note, mike
- 37:55Speaker 3: at mikeonline.com. Mike at MikeOnline.com. Your email address is MarkDavis
- 38:02Speaker 3: at Gmail.com. MarkDavisShow at Gmail.com. MarkDavisShow at Gmail.com.
- 38:06Speaker 4: Absolutely.
- 38:06Speaker 3: So Mike at MikeOnline.com or MarkDavisShow at Gmail.com if you
- 38:10Speaker 3: were able to provide. that kind of life-saving ultrasound, let
- 38:16Speaker 3: us know so we can properly follow up. Thank you
- 38:19Speaker 3: and talk to you in person.
- 38:20Speaker 2: Do you know why Linda, the woman we just love
- 38:23Speaker 2: so much and can't wait to talk to, you read
- 38:25Speaker 2: her email, did you know why she's been a little
- 38:27Speaker 2: hard to contact?
- 38:28Speaker 3: Yeah, she's out enjoying the cruise.
- 38:29Speaker 2: She's on a cruise.
- 38:32Speaker 3: Good for her. Well, I was thinking about that yesterday, too. Look,
- 38:35Speaker 3: I don't know about you. I'm this election cycle.
- 38:38Speaker 6: I am.
- 38:38Speaker 2: I is tired.
- 38:40Speaker 3: I am just war. This has been a lot. We're
- 38:42Speaker 3: both working our butts off. I may pass out on
- 38:45Speaker 3: November 4th. I'm pretty I'm pretty geeked out. I just
- 38:50Speaker 3: kind of like to drink a gallon of monster.
- 38:52Speaker 2: But I'm, you know. I ain't dragging yet. I'm good.
- 38:56Speaker 3: It's our Super Bowl. But I'm thinking about what post-November
- 38:59Speaker 3: 3rd is going to look like. And I thought, whoa, well,
- 39:02Speaker 3: I got a cruise coming up. The trouble is with
- 39:04Speaker 3: the cruise, with this Gulf of America cruise, I'm going
- 39:06Speaker 3: to go with Scott Jennings. And Larry O'Connor is going
- 39:09Speaker 3: to be with us. Jennifer Horn from L.A. Kurt Schlichter
- 39:13Speaker 3: from Town Hall is going to be there. The problem
- 39:14Speaker 3: with the cruises, they work our asses off.
- 39:18Speaker 2: That's right. Oh, so on these cruises, Mike, aren't you
- 39:21Speaker 2: basically on a deck chair all day just kind of
- 39:24Speaker 2: taking in the rays, just kind of knocking down a
- 39:28Speaker 2: pina colada? the occasional casual chat with the occasional attendee?
- 39:33Speaker 3: Let's put it this way. If you come with us
- 39:35Speaker 3: on one of our cruises, and we've got another one
- 39:37Speaker 3: coming next year, the Patriots Alaska cruise, we give you
- 39:41Speaker 3: your money's worth. We will make sure we entertain you.
- 39:45Speaker 3: You'll delight in our company, in our presentations on the
- 39:48Speaker 3: world stage, on that beautiful cruise ship from Holland America.
- 39:51Speaker 3: And incidentally, if you're thinking about a trip next year,
- 39:54Speaker 3: summer vacation, Alaska cruise, and there is nothing like an
- 39:57Speaker 3: Alaskan cruise. Patriots, Alaska cruise.com Patriots, Alaska cruise.com. The majesty,
- 40:04Speaker 3: the glaciers, the fjords, the, the bald Eagles everywhere. Mark
- 40:08Speaker 3: bald Eagles are like, like crows in tech. I mean,
- 40:11Speaker 3: you see them everywhere. The bald Eagles, the Brown bears,
- 40:14Speaker 3: the wilderness. It's just, and then every night we do
- 40:17Speaker 3: events and yes, we're happy to do it. I, I,
- 40:19Speaker 3: I mockingly complain, but we, we can, we joke, we joke.
- 40:24Speaker 2: Hey, a couple of slides back, were they letting you
- 40:26Speaker 2: drive the ship? There's like a picture of you on
- 40:28Speaker 2: the bridge. Yeah, they took us to the bridge. Well,
- 40:31Speaker 2: I wasn't driving anything, but I got.
- 40:32Speaker 3: To see the way it works. Those bridges, those, those.
- 40:36Speaker 2: The room. Starship Enterprise, man.
- 40:38Speaker 3: It ain't like the Titanic anymore. I mean, it's GPS.
- 40:43Speaker 3: You know, bad, bad analogy. There are no icebergs in
- 40:46Speaker 3: the Caribbean. We're all right on the Gulf of America.
- 40:49Speaker 2: All right.
- 40:49Speaker 3: Let me take you back to News Nation.
- 40:51Speaker 1: Yes.
- 40:53Speaker 3: By the way. I love this comment on the, somebody said,
- 40:55Speaker 3: what type of milkshake was it? It was a vanilla.
- 40:58Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 40:59Speaker 3: And then somebody else said, if someone poured a milkshake
- 41:01Speaker 3: on top of my head, they'd be wearing the straw
- 41:03Speaker 3: as a nose ornament.
- 41:05Speaker 2: There you go.
- 41:06Speaker 3: Where were you when I needed you? All right. So
- 41:08Speaker 3: let's go back to News Nation. Ben Ferguson, we both agree,
- 41:11Speaker 3: is a great young guy, terrific conservative commentator. He's on
- 41:15Speaker 3: with Katie Pavlich. Okay.
- 41:17Speaker 2: I was going to say, on what show? Very good.
- 41:19Speaker 8: Okay.
- 41:20Speaker 1: Yep.
- 41:20Speaker 3: So and check out this back and forth with social
- 41:24Speaker 3: justice journalist Lisa Durden. It got a little personal and
- 41:29Speaker 3: a little heated towards the end. I give this to
- 41:33Speaker 3: you to enjoy.
- 41:34Speaker 6: First of all, the protest in France are students.
- 41:38Speaker 8: This protest began very, very peaceful until sadly agitators jumped
- 41:45Speaker 8: in and began the violence.
- 41:46Speaker 6: It happens all the time.
- 41:48Speaker 8: We have protests and these protests happen because people are unhappy.
- 41:54Speaker 7: Yeah, you either have to be incredibly incompetent or totally
- 41:58Speaker 7: blind to look at the images and think that this
- 42:01Speaker 7: is students that are doing this. I posted picture after
- 42:04Speaker 7: picture of On my social media of the people throwing
- 42:07Speaker 7: up signs and smiling as they were burning down these buildings.
- 42:10Speaker 6: They're not students. They look like they're my age. I'm 45.
- 42:14Speaker 7: There are people that are 30. They're not 17. So
- 42:18Speaker 7: you're either a pathological liar to continue with this narrative
- 42:21Speaker 7: that this is students when it's clearly radical extremists and
- 42:25Speaker 7: Muslim Brotherhood inspired individuals.
- 42:27Speaker 6: By the way, you can also just follow the money.
- 42:30Speaker 7: You have to either just be a pathological liar or
- 42:32Speaker 7: you look at the data.
- 42:34Speaker 6: More than 70 percent of the groups that are involved in.
- 42:36Speaker 7: The original protests are had nothing to do with student
- 42:40Speaker 7: protests or education. They're the same groups around the world
- 42:44Speaker 7: that have also started this type of anarchy.
- 42:47Speaker 6: So you either are sitting here.
- 42:49Speaker 7: On national TV lying to everyone because the data says
- 42:53Speaker 7: that you are absolutely wrong.
- 42:56Speaker 6: And look at those men on TV. Those are not students.
- 42:59Speaker 7: Those are violent criminals who are trying to kill people,
- 43:03Speaker 7: who are looting Louis Vuitton stores, Rolex stores, and going
- 43:06Speaker 7: after and stealing anything they can because they hate the country.
- 43:10Speaker 6: They have no allegiance to that country. They want to
- 43:12Speaker 6: burn that country down.
- 43:14Speaker 7: They want to then remake it into their own country.
- 43:17Speaker 6: Not because I say so.
- 43:19Speaker 7: It's what they're saying online when they're talking about burning
- 43:23Speaker 7: down France. And France let this happen because they were
- 43:26Speaker 7: coomed by y'all for far too long.
- 43:28Speaker 6: And this is what you get when you have no borders. Lisa,
- 43:30Speaker 6: do you want to give a quick response? I want
- 43:32Speaker 6: to get to Niall.
- 43:33Speaker 4: Quick response, please.
- 43:34Speaker 8: What you're not going to do is call me a
- 43:36Speaker 8: pathological liar.
- 43:37Speaker 6: You don't know me from a camera. Then look at
- 43:39Speaker 6: the data. No, I'm talking now.
- 43:41Speaker 8: You're not going to call me a pathological liar because
- 43:43Speaker 8: you don't know me.
- 43:44Speaker 2: So stop that right now.
- 43:45Speaker 4: Next.
- 43:46Speaker 6: I know you have meaning to say white people aren't allowed.
- 43:49Speaker 6: I know that. Excuse you. You're cutting me off. You
- 43:52Speaker 6: are very disrespectful. Next point is you are not.
- 43:56Speaker 8: Looking at anybody's ID to know who's 45.
- 44:00Speaker 6: You look 45, though. You got some wrinkles. You got
- 44:03Speaker 6: some wrinkle cream. You look wrinkled. I want to get
- 44:06Speaker 6: to this. Let's get to this.
- 44:08Speaker 8: You have no ID on anybody there.
- 44:13Speaker 2: We came very close to it. Oh, no, you didn't.
- 44:15Speaker 2: We came very close to it. First of all, to
- 44:17Speaker 2: the ladies. Excuse you. And lose the glasses when there
- 44:21Speaker 2: are lights on.
- 44:21Speaker 6: The glasses.
- 44:22Speaker 3: Oh, I'm so glad you mentioned the oversized Catwoman glasses.
- 44:26Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh. All right.
- 44:26Speaker 3: The giant Catwoman glasses. She's right out of Central Casting.
- 44:31Speaker 3: I'm telling you, you want to be inspired? She's a
- 44:33Speaker 3: Republican plant. She's actually a Republican.
- 44:36Speaker 8: Shh.
- 44:38Speaker 3: Because they can't be that goofy on the Democrat side,
- 44:41Speaker 3: but maybe they are. Oh, yes, they can.
- 44:42Speaker 2: Well, you want to talk goofy? That's why two weeks
- 44:44Speaker 2: from tonight, that's why two weeks from today is so important.
- 44:48Speaker 3: You want more motivation to vote? You tired of the
- 44:50Speaker 3: Republican establishments? Final note today, as we wrap on a
- 44:54Speaker 3: busy Tuesday, according to The Blaze, George W. Bush's daughter, Barbara,
- 44:59Speaker 3: has reportedly donated to support the senatorial campaign of Democrat
- 45:05Speaker 3: candidate James Tallarico.
- 45:08Speaker 2: As her father would do if he could get away
- 45:11Speaker 2: with it. I love the Bush family, their heart for service,
- 45:14Speaker 2: their legacy. There's so much good to say about them.
- 45:17Speaker 2: And actually, Jeb seems to be coming around. And I
- 45:19Speaker 2: think George P has a future. I don't think that
- 45:21Speaker 2: family is done. But from the of course, these are
- 45:25Speaker 2: the Bush daughters. And listen, you're you know, you don't
- 45:29Speaker 2: have to be the same politically as your parents, but
- 45:30Speaker 2: that that is, you know, Bush is going to Bush.
- 45:32Speaker 2: As I said, when I posted that online, Bush's are
- 45:35Speaker 2: going to Bush and they that they are among the
- 45:39Speaker 2: population of Texas that cannot handle that corn and lost
- 45:43Speaker 2: and want to make Republicans pay for the sin of
- 45:45Speaker 2: our ways. We're not going to let it happen. We're
- 45:48Speaker 2: not going to let it happen.
- 45:49Speaker 3: Don't get mad. Don't even get even. Just show up
- 45:52Speaker 3: and vote.
- 45:53Speaker 2: That's it.
- 45:53Speaker 3: Show up. We win. You are correct. And Newt Gingrich
- 45:57Speaker 3: loved when I said that. He goes, Mike, you are
- 45:59Speaker 3: spot on. We show up. Bring 10 people with you.
- 46:02Speaker 2: We're going to win. That's it.
- 46:04Speaker 3: And every day is winning on M & M Extra.
- 46:06Speaker 3: Can we do this again tomorrow, Mr.
- 46:07Speaker 8: Davis?
- 46:08Speaker 2: I think that's a superb idea. I don't know what
- 46:10Speaker 2: we'll possibly talk about.
- 46:12Speaker 3: I'll bet we'll come up with something. See you tomorrow.
- 46:14Speaker 2: Thanks for joining us on M & M Extra.
- 46:15Speaker 3: Thanks, everybody.
