When you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you rest, your sleep will be sweet. — Proverbs 3:24When you lie down, you won't be afraid; your sleep will be sweet. That's the promise of peace that passes understanding. Jesus slept in the storm-tossed boat while others panicked. Don't be anxious about anything — present your requests to God with thanksgiving, and the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds. In peace, I will both lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.
