Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein chronicles.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Denise George, the Attorney general down in the US Virgin Islands,
- 0:08Speaker 1: got the boot. She was fired after filing suit against
- 0:13Speaker 1: JP Morgan Chase over Jeffrey Epstein and their enabling of
- 0:18Speaker 1: his behavior. And as you can imagine, the conspiracy theories
- 0:22Speaker 1: started right away. She was fired to protect the banks,
- 0:26Speaker 1: She was fired to protect Jeffrey Epstein, this, that, and
- 0:29Speaker 1: the other thing. Well that might be the case. But
- 0:32Speaker 1: if you think that Denise George was interested in pursuing
- 0:35Speaker 1: justice here, you have not been paying attention. Everything Denise
- 0:39Speaker 1: George has done when it comes to this case, has
- 0:42Speaker 1: been to get money for the US Virgin Islands. All
- 0:45Speaker 1: of the corrupt politicians, all of the corrupt bureaucrats that
- 0:49Speaker 1: put Jeffrey Epstein in power down in the US Virgin Islands.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Have any of them been arrested, Have any of them
- 0:55Speaker 1: been brought to justice? The answer is no. But somehow
- 0:59Speaker 1: the US Virgin Ilana still got their hand in the
- 1:01Speaker 1: kitty and ended up pulling out one hundred and five
- 1:04Speaker 1: million dollars. And there is no argument that anyone can
- 1:07Speaker 1: make out there that will ever convince me that the
- 1:10Speaker 1: US Virgin Islands was entitled to that money. That money
- 1:13Speaker 1: should have went to Jeffrey Epstein's survivors. They should have
- 1:16Speaker 1: backed the Brins truck up and paid these women a big, gigantic,
- 1:20Speaker 1: fat pocket full of money. But instead, of course, the
- 1:24Speaker 1: creditors get it, the government gets their fat chunk, and
- 1:28Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands, well, they had to get their piece
- 1:30Speaker 1: as well. Meanwhile, we have survivors out there who were
- 1:33Speaker 1: turned down by the fund, who are still trying to
- 1:36Speaker 1: get a restitution for the abuse that they suffered at
- 1:40Speaker 1: the hands of Jeffrey Epstein and his scummy ass friends.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So that's why it cracks me up when we have
- 1:46Speaker 1: people out here now talking about Denise George like she's
- 1:48Speaker 1: some kind of hero in this story. Save that shit
- 1:52Speaker 1: for people who don't know the story, because that's not
- 1:55Speaker 1: going to work here on this podcast. Denise George is
- 1:57Speaker 1: nothing more than a bureaucrat who had her hand in
- 2:00Speaker 1: the till and tried to profit off of the suffering
- 2:03Speaker 1: of the survivors, just like the rest of these scumbags.
- 2:07Speaker 1: Today's article is from Law and Crime headline Virgin Islands
- 2:11Speaker 1: Attorney General loses her job days after suing JP Morgan
- 2:15Speaker 1: Chase in connection with Jeffrey Epstein probe. This article was
- 2:20Speaker 1: authored by Adam Klasfeld. Ask yourselves this, folks, if this
- 2:26Speaker 1: wasn't just a money grab, wouldn't Denise George actually have
- 2:29Speaker 1: had a RICO suit, a rico case built against the estate,
- 2:34Speaker 1: Indike and Khan and the rest of them? Instead she
- 2:37Speaker 1: went to SICCO route right, And why would she do that? Well?
- 2:41Speaker 1: So that she could sue them, so she can get
- 2:43Speaker 1: a monetary determination in the favor of the United States
- 2:46Speaker 1: Virgin Islands and get money for the US Virgin Islands.
- 2:50Speaker 1: It was never about justice for Denise George. Did indyker
- 2:54Speaker 1: Khan ever have to sit down for a deposition? Of
- 2:57Speaker 1: course not. She let them postpone it. Did Leon Black
- 3:00Speaker 1: get brought in? And did he get sat down for
- 3:02Speaker 1: a deposition? How about Glenn Dubin? We know that the
- 3:05Speaker 1: US Virgin Islands talked a big game, but when it
- 3:08Speaker 1: came down to it, they sured it and walk it.
- 3:12Speaker 1: The Virgin Islands top prosecutor who reached a more than
- 3:15Speaker 1: one hundred and five million dollars settlement with Jeffrey Epstein's
- 3:18Speaker 1: estate lost your job days after suing JP Morgan Chase
- 3:22Speaker 1: in connection with her probe. Now, don't get it twisted.
- 3:25Speaker 1: The bank should be sued, and I'm glad that the
- 3:27Speaker 1: survivors are doing that. But Denise George and the US
- 3:31Speaker 1: Virgin Islands trying to get more money out of this
- 3:33Speaker 1: situation is gross to me, and I don't know how
- 3:37Speaker 1: other people aren't out here seeing the same thing. This
- 3:40Speaker 1: is nothing more than a cash grab, that's all it's
- 3:43Speaker 1: been from Jump Street. The federal lawsuit filed in New
- 3:47Speaker 1: York accused the bank of having facilitated, sustained, and concealed
- 3:51Speaker 1: Epstein's human trafficking network. There's no doubt that it did that,
- 3:56Speaker 1: and they'll try and tell you they didn't, but we
- 3:58Speaker 1: know the facts at this point. We know the relationship
- 4:01Speaker 1: with Jess Staley, We know the facts that Jeffrey Epstein
- 4:04Speaker 1: was one of their best customers and brought them millions
- 4:07Speaker 1: and millions of dollars into their funds as well from
- 4:10Speaker 1: outside sources. So for JP Morgan Chase to act like, oh,
- 4:15Speaker 1: we didn't do any business with Epstein and right when
- 4:17Speaker 1: we heard we got rid of them and we weren't
- 4:19Speaker 1: doing business anymore with them is such bullshit. These banks
- 4:22Speaker 1: don't care who they're in business with. All they're trying
- 4:24Speaker 1: to do is turn a profit because they know at
- 4:27Speaker 1: the end of the day they're not going to face
- 4:28Speaker 1: any real legal jeopardy. It's going to be a financial penalty,
- 4:32Speaker 1: it's going to be a fine, and even then most
- 4:34Speaker 1: times these CEOs don't have to pay it. It's the
- 4:37Speaker 1: stockholders who end up on the hook paying for the
- 4:39Speaker 1: nonsense that these CEOs get up to. On December twenty seventh,
- 4:45Speaker 1: then virgin Island's Attorney General, Denise George, filed a blistering
- 4:49Speaker 1: and heavily redacted, thirty page lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase.
- 4:53Speaker 1: JP Morgan turned a blind eye to evidence of human
- 4:56Speaker 1: trafficking over more than a decade because of Epstein's own
- 5:00Speaker 1: financial footprint and because of the deals and clients that
- 5:03Speaker 1: Epstein brought and promised to bring to the bank. The
- 5:06Speaker 1: lawsuit alleged the decisions were advocated and approved by senior
- 5:10Speaker 1: levels of JP Morgan, including by the former chief executive
- 5:14Speaker 1: of its assets management division and investment bank, whose inappropriate
- 5:19Speaker 1: relationship with Epstein should have been evident to the bank. Indeed,
- 5:23Speaker 1: it was only after Epstein's death that JP Morgan belatedly
- 5:27Speaker 1: complied with federal banking regulations regarding Epstein's accounts. Now, don't
- 5:32Speaker 1: get it twisted, folks. I'm not sitting here telling you
- 5:35Speaker 1: that JP Morgan shouldn't be suit here and they shouldn't
- 5:39Speaker 1: be looked at. They should be. My problem is Denise
- 5:42Speaker 1: George and her motives here. It's not about justice. Has
- 5:47Speaker 1: anyone been arrested, has anyone been indicted, has anyone even
- 5:51Speaker 1: been charged down there? It has always been about money,
- 5:54Speaker 1: and I find it gross all of these people that
- 5:59Speaker 1: are swarming around like vultures trying to get paid here
- 6:02Speaker 1: while you have actual women who were abused by Jeffrey
- 6:04Speaker 1: Epstein who still haven't seen one single dollar yet. But
- 6:08Speaker 1: Denise George and the Virgin Islands they already got one
- 6:11Speaker 1: hundred and five million big ones. Now they're trying to
- 6:13Speaker 1: get some more. So if I was the survivors, I'd
- 6:17Speaker 1: sue the US Virgin Islands for facilitating Jeffrey Epstein's behavior.
- 6:22Speaker 1: They're the ones who set them up with the tax breaks.
- 6:24Speaker 1: They're the ones who set them up in that house
- 6:26Speaker 1: and let them do whatever you wanted. Basically, So if
- 6:29Speaker 1: you're gonna go after the banks here, doesn't that mean
- 6:32Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands was also facilitating Epstein's behavior. My point
- 6:37Speaker 1: is everybody who was involved, from state actors to the
- 6:41Speaker 1: financial sector to people who were at the house when
- 6:44Speaker 1: it was occurring, all of them should be brought to justice.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Not one single person who played a part in facilitating
- 6:51Speaker 1: this bullshit should be able to skate free. Epstein's victims,
- 6:56Speaker 1: who sued anonymously in a pair of class action complaints,
- 7:00Speaker 1: obviously had accused JP, Morgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank of
- 7:03Speaker 1: complicity in the sex trafficking scheme. Though Epstein died in
- 7:07Speaker 1: jail before his trial, his co conspirator, Glenn Maxwell, was tried, convicted,
- 7:12Speaker 1: and sentenced to twenty years in prison. And it is
- 7:15Speaker 1: a one hundred percent certainty, folks, that those banks were
- 7:19Speaker 1: involved in enabling this bullshit. No different when they're enabling
- 7:23Speaker 1: drug dealers or oligarchs or insert scumbag here. The financial
- 7:28Speaker 1: sector does not care about you. They care about turning
- 7:32Speaker 1: a profit. That is it, nothing else. You are nothing
- 7:36Speaker 1: more than chattel to them. You're nothing more than a
- 7:38Speaker 1: pair of work boots with a human body in them.
- 7:42Speaker 1: That's how they look at you. Days after the AG's
- 7:45Speaker 1: filing of the lawsuit, on New Year's Eve, George was
- 7:48Speaker 1: removed from her post. Local news outlets in the Virgin
- 7:51Speaker 1: Islands reported that the Attorney General had not informed the
- 7:55Speaker 1: territory's governor, Albert Bryan about her impending enforcement action. Now,
- 7:59Speaker 1: Brian has his own connections to Jeffrey Epstein, so it
- 8:02Speaker 1: cracks me up that this dude's out here are making
- 8:04Speaker 1: moves like this as well, And it just strikes home
- 8:07Speaker 1: to the point that the US Virgin Islands in general
- 8:11Speaker 1: should share some of the blame for what happened down
- 8:13Speaker 1: in their territory. Let's not act like Jeffrey Epstein was
- 8:17Speaker 1: doing all of this in a clandestine nature down there.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Everybody knew what was going on. People at the airport knew,
- 8:25Speaker 1: workers knew. And if you think these government officials didn't know,
- 8:29Speaker 1: then I don't know what to say to you, because
- 8:31Speaker 1: they most certainly did. George's office did not immediately respond
- 8:36Speaker 1: to Long Crime's email requesting comment on Monday, a federally
- 8:40Speaker 1: observed holiday. The development was first reported by the Virgin
- 8:44Speaker 1: Islands Consortium, citing anonymous sources. Brian subsequently confirmed Georgia's termination
- 8:50Speaker 1: without providing an explanation for it. In a statement set
- 8:54Speaker 1: to multiple news outlets, I relieved Denise Georgia of her
- 8:58Speaker 1: duties as Attorney General this week, Brian wrote, in a
- 9:01Speaker 1: statement sent to law on Crime. I thank her for
- 9:03Speaker 1: a service to the people of the territory during the
- 9:06Speaker 1: past four years as Attorney General and wish her the
- 9:09Speaker 1: best in her future endeavors. Yeah, I bet you do.
- 9:12Speaker 1: After securing one hundred and five million dollars for the
- 9:15Speaker 1: US Virgin Islands for you guys to waste. Well, I'm
- 9:18Speaker 1: sure that Denise George served her purpose. And do you
- 9:23Speaker 1: think that that money, that one hundred and five million
- 9:25Speaker 1: is going to go to make the lives of the
- 9:27Speaker 1: people in the US Virgin Islands any better? Or is
- 9:30Speaker 1: it going to make people like mister Brian here a
- 9:32Speaker 1: little bit richer? The governor's spokesman declined to elaborate, telling
- 9:37Speaker 1: lawng Crime, I am not at liberty to discuss details
- 9:40Speaker 1: on personal matters. Brian reportedly appointed Assistant Attorney General Carol
- 9:45Speaker 1: Thomas Jacobs to serve as acting Attorney General. Thomas Jacobs,
- 9:50Speaker 1: who also did not immediately respond to Long Crime's press inquiry,
- 9:54Speaker 1: also worked on the Epstein investigation court document show she did.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Carol Thomas Jacobs had it's been the point person pretty
- 10:01Speaker 1: much down in the US Virgin Islands for these lawsuits,
- 10:05Speaker 1: and we've heard from her several times throughout this whole saga,
- 10:08Speaker 1: giving us updates and telling us about the cases that
- 10:11Speaker 1: were working their way through the legal system. Georgia had
- 10:15Speaker 1: led the office when Thomas Jacobs signed her name to
- 10:17Speaker 1: a complaint suing Epstein's estate under the Territories Criminally Influenced
- 10:22Speaker 1: and Corrupt Organizations Act SICCO enforcement action, the local equivalent
- 10:27Speaker 1: of a racketeering lawsuit. That action accused the estates executors
- 10:32Speaker 1: Darren k en Dyke and Richard D. Conn of acting
- 10:35Speaker 1: as Epstein's indispensable captains. And if she really wanted justice,
- 10:39Speaker 1: do you think she would have just let them off
- 10:40Speaker 1: the hook and never deposed these guys. So when people
- 10:44Speaker 1: are acting like she's some great crime fighter showing up
- 10:46Speaker 1: like you know, Batman or something to save the day
- 10:49Speaker 1: in the Epstein case, that shit is laughable. And for
- 10:53Speaker 1: people saying that she was fired to kill the investigation, well,
- 10:56Speaker 1: how do you explain the fact that Thomas, Carol Thomas,
- 10:59Speaker 1: who was in this signed her name to it is
- 11:02Speaker 1: now the acting Attorney General. And if Denise George and
- 11:06Speaker 1: the United States Virgin Islands truly believed that they were
- 11:09Speaker 1: indispensable captains acting out in a criminal enterprise, then why
- 11:14Speaker 1: didn't they go after them from a legal standpoint? Why
- 11:18Speaker 1: only go after them with a civil suit. Both denied
- 11:23Speaker 1: those allegations and did not concede wrongdoing. Under the recent settlement,
- 11:27Speaker 1: which called upon the estate to keep providing documents for
- 11:30Speaker 1: the Attorney General's ongoing investigation, the case that George filed
- 11:34Speaker 1: against JP Morgan Chase before departure has been marked as
- 11:38Speaker 1: related to the proposed class action lawsuits filed in the
- 11:42Speaker 1: same court against JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank currently
- 11:46Speaker 1: pending before Senior US District Judge Jed ray Coff. Those
- 11:51Speaker 1: now consolidated cases have been scheduled for trial in the
- 11:54Speaker 1: Southern District of New York in the summer of twenty
- 11:57Speaker 1: twenty three. Well, it should come out no surprise to
- 12:00Speaker 1: anybody listening to this podcast that I am not the
- 12:03Speaker 1: biggest fan of Denise George. I've questioned her motivations from
- 12:07Speaker 1: the very beginning, and then the lawsuit where she ended
- 12:11Speaker 1: up getting one hundred and five million. Well that just
- 12:13Speaker 1: confirmed all of my suspicions. Not one person arrested, but
- 12:17Speaker 1: somehow her and the US Virgin Islands ends up with
- 12:20Speaker 1: one hundred and five million dollars on. Yeah, that doesn't
- 12:23Speaker 1: sound suspect or anything. So if it was about justice,
- 12:26Speaker 1: then people would have been arrested at the very least indicted.
- 12:29Speaker 1: But it wasn't about justice, was it. It was about
- 12:32Speaker 1: a cash grab and it was about getting more money
- 12:36Speaker 1: off the backs of the suffering of Jeffrey Epstein's survivors.
- 12:40Speaker 1: All Right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one.
