🚨 $195 Silver 🚨 IS THIS REAL? -- (Ray Dalio's Shocking GOLD Advice) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:03
$195 silver. Are you kidding me?
0:07
Hey, don't get mad at me. Famous Dave gave us his recipe
0:11
for $195 silver. And there's some very
0:15
interesting components to this when we compare that number to
0:19
what the inflation adjusted high for silver was today in 1980
0:26
prices. We're going to break that down
0:28
for you. Ray Dalio said something
0:30
shocking about gold. Yes, that Ray Dalio, if you
0:33
don't know who Ray Dalio is, that's OK.
0:36
You're going to know by the end of this video and you'll be
0:40
very, very interested, number one, in what he said, something
0:44
shocking about gold. And we know gold, gold's the
0:47
godfather of the precious metal. So he's talking about silver as
0:51
well, but you'll also know who Ray Dalio is because he's
0:55
somebody super, super important and smart, and we want to listen
1:00
to what he is telling us about precious metals.
1:03
We're also going to talk about a very controversial subject, but
1:07
I'm going to tell you why I think you may want to consider
1:11
if you're against this, right, the digitization of gold.
1:15
If you are one of these steadfast, no, no, no.
1:20
Well, you know, any kind of digitization of why you may just
1:23
want to open your mind a little bit and consider the massive
1:27
benefits that could happen to the precious metal sector
1:30
because of digitization. And it doesn't, it doesn't stop
1:34
you from being a stacker. OK, so we're going to talk about
1:37
that as well. And it gets weirder by the day.
1:42
Basement dwellers, I know. Yeah.
1:44
It's a weird world, right? A lot of strange.
1:46
Doesn't it feel strange? You ever wonder, like, has it
1:48
ever been this strange in the world?
1:51
So much going on geopolitically, politically, everywhere.
1:55
Just a a really, really, really challenging time for us to be
2:00
alive. But it gets even stranger when
2:02
you hear about this. A cookie delivery company now
2:07
delivering gold. Is it true?
2:09
We'll wrap up with that as well. But hey, let's talk about what
2:12
happened yesterday in the silver market in particular, was a
2:16
horrible day for silver. We were on here during the live
2:19
stream, right? Talking like gas.
2:20
Silver's up a little bit. Silver's up $0.12 down.
2:23
And what do you know? Whoop, Dee whoop, right?
2:26
What, around noon or something like that.
2:28
I look silver down a dollar per oz.
2:31
Are you kidding me, guys? Let's just quickly review.
2:35
Silver is a very volatile metal. Do you ever wonder about that?
2:40
Like, is it just us or is it real?
2:44
It's real. Silver is very, very volatile.
2:47
It always has been. Some people refer to it as the
2:50
Widowmaker, and I can, I can. If you're like me, you can
2:55
understand why, right? Silver will have volatile moves.
2:59
I want to I want to point out let's just run out.
3:02
This is off the cuff, so bear with me I'm going to bring you
3:05
out to the Internet. Let's just do a quick price
3:07
check here we are at channel sponsor pinbex right.
3:11

3:14
cheaper than you could have yesterday, consider checking out
3:18
Pinbex. They have gold, silver,
3:19

3:23

3:32

3:35
I will never tell you what to do, but just if you're shopping,
3:38

3:41
don't look, I always say that, you know, trust me.
3:44
I know you can trust me. But you need to find out for
3:46
yourself that Pendbex is a company that you can trust.
3:49
Let's press the magic Pendbex button and see if our friends at
3:53
the COMEX in the LBNA. This is not an updated price on
3:56
gold, and silver have been able to wrangle it down to red, and
4:01
they did Well. No, gold's up 80.
4:04
Gold, $2460 per oz. We need to memorize that.
4:10
OK, silver, $30.32 per oz. What's important to remember
4:17
here, guys? Some interesting observations on
4:19
what happened yesterday. Silver got clobbered, gold went
4:23
down a little bit, but not a whole lot.
4:26
Is the summer rally, the premature fall rally that we
4:30
talked so much about, the potential for that, is it still
4:33
in the books? I think it is.
4:35
Do you think it is? I think it is.
4:38
We are having very unusual behavior in the gold price, even
4:43
the silver price for a summer. This is the summer doldrums.
4:47
I was talking to the one of my contacts last night.
4:50
Like, we got to remember we are still in the middle of the
4:52
summer doldrums, guys, and silver and gold are doing OK.
4:57
I know days like yesterday are absolutely disheartening.
5:00
Right. I'm a physical silver guy here.
5:02
Do I need to prove it to you? Here we go there.
5:07
Right. Look at that.
5:09
Yeah. And I was.
5:10
Oh, and I got something great. I got a great piece of insight
5:13
from our friend Pierce as well. Then I'm going to read here in a
5:15
little bit about how we can remember what we need to
5:19
remember critical things. Do you know, there's critical
5:22
foundational concepts that US silver and gold investors need
5:27
to remember our foundations on which we are built, right?
5:31
Like the foundations of our country were built on silver,
5:35
were built on gold. I, I was talking to one of my Co
5:38
workers last night and she was talking about her husband.
5:40
She's like, he used to be kind of a more of a libertarian.
5:43
And I said, I think I'm not a political guy.
5:45
I said, but I think I'm kind of a libertarian ish type person
5:49
because I really believe that silver and gold, right, that the
5:53
founding fathers of this country put silver and gold into the
5:56
Constitution. That wasn't on accident.
5:58
Oh, and I got something big to tell you guys about that as
6:01
well. OK.
6:01
And I want to get your opinion on this right.
6:03
But that was not an accident. They did that to create a fair,
6:09
even playing field on which everybody a capitalist
6:13
environment, but a fair, equal playing field.
6:18
What's gone on in the last whatever years since the Fed's
6:21
been around is they've tilted the playing field against the
6:25
common man. The Founding Fathers knew what
6:27
they were doing. They put gold and silver in
6:29
there to create an equal level playing field in which if you
6:33
worked hard, if you made smart decisions, if you got out of bed
6:36
early and did a little extra work, you can get ahead.
6:40
You could store that extra work value that you created and
6:43
things like silver and gold now, right?
6:46
The big fat, lazy bankers. Sorry to any of our banker
6:49
friends out there, not all of them are big, fat and lazy.
6:51
That was a little rude. So I want to, I want to retract
6:54
that last comment, but those scumball, they're not all
7:00
scumballs either, but a lot of them are big bankers, right?
7:04
They're just, they're just, they're just manipulating the
7:06
system, right. While the average man's out
7:09
there trying to work for these make believe paper Unicorn fart
7:13
dust right paper dollars and they got them all fooled.
7:16
They don't have you fooled, do you?
7:18
Are you? Do you think you're fooled?
7:19
I don't think you're fooled if you're here in the basement, by
7:21
the way, it's a big deal. You are here in the basement.
7:23
Thank you for joining me here today.
7:25
It would be really nice and I know you like to do nice things.
7:28
If you gave this video a thumbs up, you can always subscribe.
7:30
That's free because we want you foundationally to feel like you
7:34
found a little home away from home here in the basement.
7:37
My fellow basement dwellers, they got everybody condensed to
7:41
work for these in these lose what 5-10, fifteen, 20% of their
7:46
value every single year. Oh, I know this.
7:50
Let me see if I can get this out because I this was a very, very
7:53
big key insight that I had last night and sometimes my key
7:58
insights are wrong. So if you think this is wrong,
8:02
let me know. I was thinking about the
8:04
founding fathers of the United States of America, right?
8:08
Hamilton, The guys that wrote the Constitution.
8:11
You know, I'm not a constitutional guru, but whoever
8:13
they were, you know, Hamilton, Franklin, right?
8:16
All these guys that were were taught to Revere they set up the
8:20
country number one, I'll repeat it for the third time with a
8:23
fair even playing field right where men were independent,
8:27
women were independent. Well, I know that came later,
8:30
but anyway, that's not for this discussion an equal playing
8:33
field for everybody. How's that sound in that in that
8:37
in that in that gold and silver. But so when they set the system
8:40
up, here's what I think happened.
8:42
They set it up as a for a small country that it just that it
8:47
just gate got its independence. They didn't realize how big we
8:50
were going to get and it works so darn well.
8:53
Think about this is the key moment of insight.
8:55
It worked so don't where is it There it is Everybody say hi to
9:00
the $85 silver bear, huh. His blindfold comes off when
9:04
silver hits $85. What the, what the founding
9:07
fathers set up works so well, right?
9:11
Was such an awesome system that we became the greatest country
9:15
on the face of the earth. But I don't think they were
9:17
really planning for that. I think if we could go back to
9:21
whatever 1776 and tell them, oh, by the way, the system you're
9:25
setting up is going to work so well that we're going to become
9:27
the most powerful country in the world.
9:29
So you need to account for that as well.
9:32
Right? Then now it's anyway I got off
9:34
track, but the whole system has become perverted.
9:36
Silver and gold, silver and gold are going to prevail.
9:39
Silver and gold are the biggest market in the world.
9:43
Silver and gold are timeless. Silver and gold are universal.
9:48
OK, think about that, right? Everywhere.
9:51
Silver and gold are apolitical. They're not a political party.
9:54
Silver and gold are like water and oil, right?
9:58
They're part, but they're the money of the world, right?
10:01
Silver and gold are the wisest markets in the world, OK, So
10:06
what's going to happen, right? What's going to happen?
10:08
And what And the results of all that is that silver and gold are
10:11
also the most impacted by market forces and market forces are
10:17
going to create true price discovery.
10:19
It's happening right now for silver and gold.
10:21
We can't think about this. This is crazy, guys.
10:25
All those things I just said about silver and gold, The
10:27
biggest market in the world. Well, not the biggest, but one
10:30
of the biggest, the oldest, the wisest, universal, timeless, all
10:34
that. OK.
10:35
And then you couple that with the fact that that makes it.
10:38
It's everywhere. So market forces everywhere are
10:41
affecting silver and gold. Compare that to the US dollar.
10:45
It's like the opposite, right? the US dollar's fake, phony.
10:49
It's not universal. It's not timeless, right?
10:52
It is manipulated. Think about it, think about it.
10:56
Think how different those two are.
10:58
Think of the difference. Here I'll show you visually the
11:02
difference between this and this, right?
11:07
OK, this thousands of years, this universal everywhere,
11:15
right? 3000 years ago, this could have
11:17
been used as money probably anywhere in the world.
11:19
They'd have been like, wow, that's cool how they make silver
11:21
into that. But nonetheless, the silver
11:24
right this has is affected by market forces everywhere in the
11:29
world. This right wasn't around 3000
11:32
years. This is valuable in a lot of
11:34
places, but not everywhere. OK, right and this is
11:39
manipulated. This is make believe synthetic,
11:42
unfortunately, because you know what it used to be this see that
11:47
that is that a dollar you're asking me?
11:49
No, see if you can get to the top.
11:51
It won't focus. Hold on.
11:54
Well, it says silver. There it is, Silver certificate,
11:59
OK. And on the bottom down there, it
12:02
says that it's basically redeemable for silver, OK.
12:06
It wasn't so it wasn't always that way.
12:08
It was not always. I got off track.
12:10
I apologize. A lot of weirdness going on in
12:13
the markets. The DXY index.
12:15
Let's go take a quick look at that.
12:17
Hold on here. I got you on there.
12:21
OK, hold on here guys. Look at this.
12:25
I mean, yesterday silver gets clobbered.
12:30
All these relationships are breaking down.
12:32
Everything's breaking down. And yesterday, who knows what's
12:36
happening today, right? But yesterday the US, now the US
12:40
dollar index is flying up again today.
12:42
But let's just look at a look at what happened yesterday on five
12:45
day chart of the DXY. Look at that.
12:47
It collapsed, right? Yeah, it collapsed.
12:51
I mean, we were at one O 4 1/2. This is a huge move and we went
12:56
all the way down that that's supposed to be good.
12:58
When the so when the, when the the DXY index, which is compares
13:03
the dollar to the euro, the yen, you know, it's, it's the
13:06
prettiest turd in the toilet contest.
13:07
But nonetheless, that's supposed to be good for silver and gold.
13:11
Everything's changing. Everything is changing out
13:14
there. OK, lots of weirdness.
13:16
Let's go to a comment I got sent in from a very insightful user.
13:20
I believe this was from Pierce. Hold on here, let's go.
13:25
Here we go. I'll read this to you briefly
13:28
because I almost put out a community post saying this
13:31
pretty much same thing last night.
13:32
He said silver price is down today.
13:34
No, not at all. An ounce of physical silver
13:38
yesterday still weighs the same today.
13:42
Not down, not even a gram. Fiat bets may have been waged
13:47
today only to be cancelled tomorrow.
13:49
So what? Physical still, silver still
13:53
needs to be delivered to India and China for solar,
13:56
photovotalic and for all industrial uses in a silver
14:01
deficit market. Don't forget guys, we are
14:04
pulling silver out of the reserve fund, out of the old
14:08
silver slush fund. I think it's almost up like over
14:11
the last four years, like what 650 million oz have been pulled
14:15
out of the silver slush fund. That slush fund can't be
14:18
printed, can't be in because the amount of silver, that the
14:23
amount of silver being mined is going down, right?
14:25
We know that means this is almost getting humorous.
14:28
So we're pulling silver out of the above ground slush fund.
14:31
So guess what? The slush fund is going down as
14:34
well, right? It's like if you built up some
14:37
savings during the the C19 crisis, and then with inflation,
14:41
you had to start dipping into your savings.
14:44
That savings, as you and I both know, doesn't last forever.
14:47
And it's the same thing with physical silver.
14:49
OK, Lower supply and greater demand equals higher value of
14:53
silver into the future. That's it.
14:56
All good folks. Stacked silver basement
14:58
dwellers. Thank you.
14:59
I believe that's from our friend Pierce.
15:01
He's the lucky leprechaun from Limerick, Ireland, always
15:06
putting out greats are sending me great information.
15:09
So you know, don't forget that hit me last night, right?
15:13
Oh, Silverstone, I was looking at my an American Silver Eagle.
15:16
Look at this one. Not this particular one.
15:18
So I have one that I got from Don the Brain and another one
15:22
that I got from Jake from Jake's Custom Parts.
15:25
And by the way, thank you to Jake's Custom Parts, Annie
15:29
Oakley and all the moderators. Susie's not here today, so I'm
15:32
flying solo. But I was thinking last night,
15:35
this. Now look at it.
15:36
Let's make it shine. This is an ounce of silver, OK?
15:40
Last night I was sitting at work and I had my other.
15:43
I think it's the one I got from Jake at work with me.
15:45
I carry it around. And I was like, you know what?
15:47
You know what, buttercup? You still an ounce of silver.
15:52
It's still an ounce of silver this morning.
15:54
It was an ounce of silver 2000 years ago.
15:57
It'll be an ounce of silver 2000 years from now.
16:00
We likely won't be here, but hey, you never know, right?
16:04
It'll. But it will still be an ounce of
16:06
silver two years from now, right?
16:08
Do you think this will still be an ounce of silver two years
16:11
from now? I do if you do, I'm going to ask
16:15
you let's let's have a little participatory fun.
16:17
If you do think that that will be an ounce of silver two years
16:22
from now, type the number two in the comments section.
16:25
We haven't done that for a while because I know right I mean we
16:28
got to remember that guys, metal is metal.
16:32
I got this and it's it's the craziest for a guy.
16:37
Are you look, you love, I imagine you love silver and
16:41
gold. I love silver and gold.
16:42
I kind of love all medals. I came to the conclusion, but
16:45
I'm I love silver is my primary love.
16:48
I love gold and I own a lot of gold mining stocks, right?
16:51
And I think I got a couple copper rounds, buddy Rumble, the
16:54
Louisiana gold guru who sent me a couple.
16:56
But none the less, I had this moment of insight.
17:00
And I'll tell you this story quickly because it's really not
17:03
that great of a story. What a lead in, huh?
17:07
I was driving home, I was stuck in a traffic jam on Olive Blvd.
17:11
right up from where I live. They were repaving.
17:12
You know what that goes? It's lunchtime.
17:14
I'm like, oh, why did I go this way?
17:15
There's an old truck in front of me like a Chevy Suburban from
17:20
1993, a big, huge truck. And I thought, it's not going to
17:23
be long and that sucker is going to be in the junkyard and it's
17:27
going to be getting crushed up. And then it dawned on me, I
17:30
thought the only only value that truck is eventually going to
17:34
have, and pretty darn soon is the metal that's on it.
17:37
Now I know it's they're, you know, they're a little bit of
17:39
silver, I'm sure in there. But metal, metal, metal.
17:42
It's like real, OK, it's real. So what happens yesterday?
17:46
Who cares? OK.
17:49
And the other thing we got to remember.
17:51
All right, let's go out. Let's go check out.
17:52
Let's do a check. Take your blood pressure
17:54
medicine. It's time to go press the magic
17:56
button and let's see if they've got us all down into the red
18:00
zone yet. Come on.
18:02
All right, guys, we're green, baby.
18:05
Hey, we'll take it. 2461 for gold.
18:08
That's like if I have this correct.
18:11
If we were talking a week ago, guys, that's still that's a new
18:14
all time high range. Oh my God.
18:17
Nobody's talking about it, right.
18:19
Nobody's all right. Ray Dalio.
18:22
Sorry, I'm yelling. Ray Dalio.
18:24
Ray Dalio, Do you know Ray Dalio?
18:26
Ray Dalio, Let's let's do a quick, I mean, like two second
18:30
education. But Ray Dalio said something
18:33
shocking. I am shocked, OK, about gold.
18:37
And I'm here by myself, so I can't get too crazy excited
18:40
about this. Here it is.
18:43
Uh oh. Investopedia.
18:44
Oh, boy. Here we go.
18:45
I don't want to get started. I don't want you.
18:47
There we go. Let me make sure you guys are
18:49
seeing this. You are.
18:52
And who is Ray Dalio? Ray Dalio's the founder of
18:55
Bridgewater Associates, the world's largest hedge fund.
19:01
Ray Dalio started from scratch, Bridgewater Associates.
19:06
So from nothing, he created this and it is now the world's
19:09
biggest hedge fund. Not just a hedge fund, boys and
19:12
girls, basement dwellers, the world's biggest hedge fund.
19:15
Now he said something unbelievable.
19:18
I almost said the F word. He said something unbelievable
19:25
about gold. But don't forget his hedge fund
19:28
that he started from nothing, which is now the largest in the
19:31
world, has around only 130 billion in capital.
19:34
That was as of June 2022. Anyway, he went to Harvard,
19:39
blah, blah, blah, he started it. He's listen to this, started
19:43
Bridgewater from his two-bedroom Manhattan apartment in 1975.
19:50
What does Ray, what's Ray Dalio telling us about gold?
19:54
Hold on here we go over to CNBC Ray Dalios that makes the case
20:01
for gold as the precious metal hits new record high.
20:06
All right, hold on a second. I'm have a sip of coffee.
20:13
So Ray makes the case for gold is the precious metal hits new
20:16
record high. Ray Dalio this is crazy.
20:20
Okay, I never realized he says this.
20:23
Ray Dalio believes gold deserves a significant portion of one's
20:26
portfolio, saying the precious metal is still appealing even at
20:30
record highs. Gold is an effective
20:32
diversifier, meaning that if you take the classic mix of assets,
20:35
you have A and have a particular problem and optimal portfolio
20:39
would have something more than about 10% in it.
20:44
He's calling for 10% gold. Dalio found founder of the
20:49
world's largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates, believes
20:52
if an investor has an impartial view on the markets, gold should
20:56
take up more than 110th of the portfolio.
21:00
So guys, let's just review world's largest hedge fund.
21:05
He started it from scratch. Let's just say this guy has some
21:09
good insights into what's going on in the market.
21:11
And he's telling you and me that we should have at least.
21:15
And he's telling the world that they should have 10% of their
21:18
money in gold. And, you know, that's big,
21:22
right? That's big.
21:23
Ray Dalio. I'm sorry.
21:25
Ray Dalio is smarter than Warren Buffett.
21:28
OK, You may disagree with me on that.
21:30
Warren Buffett gets all the headlines.
21:32
Ray Dalio. And think about who's the other
21:37
Jeffrey Gunlock, the bomb king. OK, You have Ray Dalio, the
21:41
founder of the world's largest hedge fund, saying precious
21:45
metals. Precious metals.
21:48
You have Jeffrey Gunlock. You know who Jeffrey Gunlock is?
21:51
Double line capital. He's the bond king.
21:53
You know, the bond market, which is, which is exponentially
21:57
bigger than the stock market. What's the bond king say?
22:00
Gold. OK, they're not saying put
22:02
everything you have in gold. They're not saying, you know,
22:05
oh, that's, but they're talking about the benefits of owning
22:09
gold. It's getting interesting out
22:16
there. It's getting getting very
22:19
interesting. What else do we have?
22:23
Wait, you want to I promised you to talk about $195 silver.
22:26
Sorry guys, I'm getting hot for some reason down here.
22:29
I may need to hold on. Hold on one second.
22:32
Let's go over here to Famous Dave's recipe and you want to
22:37
hear about $195 silver price. All right, let's get back here.
22:46
We're on. OK, Famous Dave's $195 silver
22:51
price. So I get this e-mail from Famous
22:53
Dave. He says, Ron, before I watched
22:55
your video on Wednesday, I was crunching some numbers and I
22:59
ended up with $195.25 per oz. And by the way, guys, that's
23:05
next year. OK?
23:08
We love you, Famous Dave. We love you.
23:10
Anyways, I will share with you how I got to $195.
23:14
I was looking at the overall silver chart.
23:17
I took in blue. I took the 10 years before the
23:21
spike of 1980. So we took the average price of
23:25
silver in the 10 years before silver spiked in 1980.
23:30
In 1969, the market topped at $1.54 per oz.
23:35
Can you believe that in 1979 the silver market topped at 11 O
23:39
seven, OK, So he he averaged those two out basically.
23:45
And so well, he took the difference, divided it by two
23:49
and added it back to the starting difference and that
23:51
gave him the average over that 10 year period, which is $6.30
23:57
per oz OK, He then he then. OK, so that was the average for
24:03
the 10 years before the 1980 spike.
24:06
He then points out that silver peaked the next year in 1980 at
24:13
around $49.45 per oz. If you divide that 1980 peak by
24:19
the average price for the previous ten years, it comes it
24:23
went up or was multiplied by seven point, 97.854, OK, that's
24:30
when we had the spike in 1980. So now he's going to compare
24:33
that to what's going on now. If we take this number and
24:36
multiply it to our current last 10 year average, let's see what
24:40
we get. So in 2024, the market peaked at
24:44
3210 per oz. OK, So far 2017 was the lowest
24:50
of the last 10 years, $17.62 per oz.
24:55
So he takes that difference. 1482 divides it by two, that's
24:59
about $7.24. Adds that back to the low price
25:03
and we get an average over the last 10 years of about $24.86
25:09
per oz multiplied. That if next year we had a spike
25:13
like we had in 1980 by that same amount, that it the multiplier
25:17
effect that it spiked by in 1987.854, OK, We would get to
25:23
$195.25 per oz silver if 1980 happened today or let's say if
25:30
1980 happened in 2025. What I put a note on here is
25:35
what's very interesting to me is that that #195 dollars is very
25:41
close to the numbers that I hear thrown around for what the
25:45
inflation adjusted 1980 high silver price was.
25:49
When you adjust the 1980, let's say $50 per oz silver price for
25:54
the all the inflation that's occurred over the last 45 years,
25:57
you come up, I hear numbers between 150 and 190 per oz.
26:01
I thought that was very interesting.
26:03
I know this is like selective math, but but it's it shows us
26:08
in different ways how mathematics anyway is pointing
26:12
toward the fact that we really could have skyrocketing silver
26:15
prices and we know the fundamentals.
26:17
OK, He points out. There's other variables
26:19
involved. We know the fundamentals in the
26:23
market for silver right now. I mean, it's crazy.
26:28
It's absolutely crazy. And it's, these are not crackpot
26:35
people, right? Look, I've been calling for
26:37
higher silver prices for a long time, right?
26:39
You didn't get people like Peter Schiff.
26:41
You've got people that have been saying this for a long, long
26:43
time, A lot of it. I'm not putting Peter Schiff
26:45
down. I love Peter Schiff all but all
26:47
these people, smart people that are looking at numbers, looking
26:52
at basic mathematics and saying we could have a major, major
26:56
spike in the silver price. What do you think when I say
26:59
digitization of gold? OK, a lot of you will will freak
27:04
out, right? And but and you'll and you'll
27:06
and you'll, you'll respond with oh, no, no, no, I don't want
27:09
electronic gold. I don't want electronic silver.
27:11
That's bad. That's horrible.
27:13
No, no, no. I want you to consider
27:15
something. OK.
27:16
I'm just wondering if you're willing to, if you're one of
27:18
those people and it's OK that you are and you don't have to
27:21
change your mind, but digitization of gold in
27:25
particular is coming. OK.
27:27
Actually, there's a thing called Gold 247 which is being run by
27:32
the World Gold Council. And they're working with, yes,
27:35
they're working with our friends over at the LBMI, the London
27:39
Million Market Association, but they're really working to make
27:42
this a reality. I heard Rick Rule on an
27:45
interview with the Investing News Network that Charlotte
27:50
McLeod, he brought this up and he said, I think that it's going
27:53
to happen in the balance of this decade.
27:56
That means before the year 2030. That means in the next five, 5
28:00
1/2 years, we're going to see a legitimate digitization of gold.
28:06
And guys, what I what I want to drive home if if, if you're and
28:11
I'm that way too, right? Like, oh, I'm, you know, I want
28:13
holding the physical metal. That's not going to stop us from
28:17
continuing to hold physical metal.
28:21
OK. What it could do, what it could
28:23
do is augment our ability to save in gold to spend gold,
28:30
silver for that. I would imagine silver will be
28:32
close behind, right? It can augment when they say,
28:36
oh, we're going to digitize gold or silver.
28:38
That doesn't mean they're going to come to your basement and
28:41
take all your silver and gold and say here it's digital now
28:44
we're going to take this right no, no, what they're talking
28:47
about is is providing in in on a big level like the big trading
28:52
level right It what it will occur as well as a way to track
28:57
right using blockchain technology, which is not
29:00
cryptocurrency. It's not mean it's a crypto, OK,
29:04
there's a big difference. The blockchain technology is a
29:06
record keeping system so that they can track where the gold
29:10
is. But it's exciting.
29:11
Let me read. Let me just read a couple of the
29:13
things and I to see if if you're willing to reconsider that this
29:17
could actually be a good thing. And I'll tell you what there's a
29:20
big surprise I'll share with you at the end about what this could
29:22
mean for the the metals as well. It would it would provide a
29:27
secure and standardized system of gold bar integrity.
29:31
The blockchain technology to create digital twins, the actual
29:35
gold bars. And this will start at the big
29:37
high level, right? Those big whatever they are, 100
29:39
oz kilo bars that they trade a trusted ecosystem with immutable
29:44
records. That means UN can't, can't be
29:48
messed with records. It would be secure.
29:51
It would secure and standardized system of gold bar integrity.
29:54
It would provide that common and digital.
29:59
It would. It would make a common and
30:00
digitalized supply chain using existing standards from across
30:05
the gold refining industry OK. It would create transparency and
30:11
trust, OK, giving the buyers more confidence, trusted digital
30:16
gold products adopting the highest standards of gold
30:19
sourcing and fabrication. Meaning from top to bottom,
30:23
they're going to make sure that this is all transparent,
30:27
audited, that the refiners that are, that are creating these
30:31
gold bars and it'll happen for silver too, are providing all
30:35
the pertinent information to certify that what they're saying
30:39
is whatever, you know, a kilo gold bar of certain purity is
30:44
indeed actually a kilo gold bar. It's a foundation to move the
30:50
precious metals sector forward, OK?
30:54
Again, this is the World Gold Council working on this with the
30:58
LBMA, OK? It's not if, guys, the reality,
31:03
it's not if, but when it occurs, OK?
31:06
Gold will be money again. That's what I want to look.
31:09
Think about it again, this doesn't mean they're going to
31:12
come take your silver and gold. They're not going to confiscate
31:15
your silver or your gold, OK? This digitization that can
31:19
occur, What it does mean is that it can be used as money.
31:23
It can make gold and silver functional again.
31:25
Because let's be real, you know, if I showed up at your door and
31:29
knocked on your door in 10 minutes, said, hey, it's Ron
31:32
from Ron's basement. And you said, hey, Ronnie, let's
31:34
go, let's go to Denny's and have some breakfast because I'm
31:37
cheap, right? I'd want to go to Denny's.
31:39
And we went to Denny's and had breakfast.
31:41
We can't pay with silver. We can't, we can't pay with
31:45
gold, right? This would allow it.
31:48
You can still keep your stack in your basement, but we could
31:51
bring as many. We could bring a bunch of
31:53
American silver Eagles. I looked on them last night.
31:55
It says $1.00, right? We could get $1.00 in value and
32:00
they probably would even be suspicious of that, not realize
32:02
that they're really worth $35.00.
32:04
But that's the reality of the situation.
32:07
We can't use, it's very difficult, cumbersome right now
32:10
to use gold and silver in everyday transactions.
32:13
There's some other options out there, but I'm telling you up on
32:17
a high level, the World Gold Council and the LBMA.
32:20
And I don't like the LBMA like anybody else, but if they can
32:23
find a way to set this really massive trusted foundation, it
32:27
could be a good thing. It could create massive new
32:31
demand for gold and silver. Think about it.
32:35
And it's not, I want to repeat, nobody's saying everybody has to
32:39
turn in their silver and gold. That's not the case.
32:42
And we know what's going on throughout the world.
32:44
We're probably going to want to have a, a functional digital way
32:48
for us to use silver and gold because who knows, at some
32:51
point, right? That might be the only thing
32:53
that's worth anything, for crying out loud.
32:57
OK, He says. You'll be able to use it at
32:59
Starbucks. I don't go to Starbucks.
33:03
I mean, really, what I pay. Let's see, 1/4 of an ounce of
33:07
silver for a cup of coffee. No, imagine that, no offense.
33:13
If you do it, a lot of people do.
33:14
I got a Starbucks by my house and there's like cars wrapped
33:17
around it all the time. I'm like these people, somebody
33:20
needs to talk to them, right? Do you want to go give 1/4 ounce
33:23
of silver for a cup of Starbucks coffee here?
33:26
I tell you what, I got here, inside here.
33:28
I don't know, some coffee Susie's been getting from Sam's
33:31
Club. It's in a big red bag and it
33:34
tastes great. We got a bun coffee maker.
33:36
I'm telling you, this is not a show about coffee.
33:39
I did at one point, briefly, Susie and I owned a coffee
33:42
company. I know a lot about coffee.
33:44
Buy Arabica beans and buy yourself a bun home brewing
33:48
coffee maker. Maybe you like those K cups,
33:50
whatever. But I'm telling you,
33:52
professionals in the coffee industry use bun coffee makers
33:56
and it it's it's got an internal tank and it heats the water up.
34:00
I'm sorry, I'm getting off track.
34:01
We're talking about the digitization of gold and silver.
34:05
You'll be able to redeem. That's the big thing.
34:08
What this this Gold 247 project from the LBMA, OK, you can use
34:14
your silver or your Gold potentially at first, but silver
34:18
eventually, I believe to buy Starbucks.
34:20
But you can also redeem it. You can re, you can redeem.
34:23
It's redeemable. OK, you can save in Gold, you
34:29
can invest in gold, transaction gold, transacting gold.
34:32
And the big key here is with very low transaction costs, very
34:36
low transaction costs. Here, let me pull it up.
34:39
Oh my gosh, I forgot. Bear with me, basement dwellers.
34:42
Let's go on a little field trip here.
34:44
You can check this out for yourself at here we are the
34:52
World Gold Council website, OK? And here's Gold 247.
34:59
Gold 247 is the World Gold Council's vision for
35:03
transforming the global gold market to meet the challenges of
35:07
today's consumers and investors. Nowhere on here, I read through
35:12
the whole thing and there's a couple little short videos.
35:15
Does it say that we're going to we're going to confiscate your
35:17
gold, OK? Doesn't say that, guys, does
35:19
not. Let me clarify that.
35:22
Say that, OK, they've got all kinds of data, OK, integrity,
35:27
right. Obviously this is all based on,
35:30
on integrity. The essential foundation for the
35:33
gold market reform is supply chain integrity.
35:37
That is why the World Gold Council's partnered with the
35:39
LBMA to develop and implement an international system of gold bar
35:45
integrity. Right And again and then
35:47
tracking these gold bars using blockchain technology is what I
35:52
understand they're going to be doing.
35:54
Investing in market reforms, accessibility.
35:57
This is this is key. In order to remain relevant, the
36:00
gold market must undergo a digital transformation allowing
36:03
transparent and effortless 24/7 retail and wholesale
36:07
transactions. Yes, right.
36:09
That means you can go. I was laughing when I thought
36:14
about this. You'll be able to use your gold
36:17
to go to Costco to buy more gold or silver, right?
36:22
Just joking. This this remove this means
36:25
removing artificial barriers to participation in establishing
36:29
modern market infrastructure. The digitalization and
36:33
tokenization of the market is essential to modernize the gold
36:37
market and to make it more accessible to investors now and
36:41
in the future. Fungibility.
36:43
OK, I'll just be honest with you.
36:44
I still don't have a solid grasp on what that word means, and I
36:48
meant to research that before we came on here.
36:50
The current structure of the global market is fragmented and
36:53
prevents gold from being an easily tradable financial asset.
36:58
I think what in order to gold to be fully fungible, the industry
37:01
must work together to establish a global standard to which all
37:05
participants can adhere. OK, sorry.
37:10
It's my daughter telling me they're up and they're outside
37:13
Susie's at her mom's house. So I'm doing this solo this
37:15
morning. Fungibility I think means like
37:18
standardization and the ability to, to kind of break, break
37:25
pieces off or, or digitally break pieces off.
37:29
I, I really need to do more work on what fungibility means 'cause
37:32
I'm not a fungibility guru, OK. And I did, I did put a note
37:37
here. It is kind of ironic that we're
37:39
talking about the L BMA and, and, and integrity as well.
37:44
What about what's it telling us as precious metals investors
37:49
right now when a cookie delivery company, yes, you heard that
37:53
right, is now not just delivering cookies, but
37:57
delivering gold bars. Let's go check this out because
38:01
I was a little this one got me. This one got me.
38:07
This is from Axios Austin. It's OK.
38:09
So I guess this is out of Austin TX Cookie cookie cookie cookie
38:14
company tiffs treats branch treats OK cookery company tiffs
38:19
treats branches into gold. OK so there's some cookies
38:26
there's a believe A1 oz pamp gold bar Austin cookie delivery
38:31
firm tiffs treats is branching out from chocolate chips to cold
38:35
Pullian Why it matters writing a wave of global interest in
38:39
precious metals. It's good to see that this
38:41
authors recognizing that right guys.
38:44
The new initiative is a way for cookie delivery company to
38:47
expand its appeal in this Amazon fueled age of immediate
38:51
gratification. How it works Instead of paying
38:55
about $21.00 for a box of dozen chocolate chip cookies and then
38:59
running to Starbucks and spending $8 on a cup of coffee
39:03
which you could have bought yourself an ounce of silver
39:05
with, but I digress. To be delivered to your friend,
39:08
Co worker or loved one. You can now pay roughly $2500
39:12
for what the company deems it's bullion bundle.
39:15
A box of cookies plus A1 oz 24 karat gold bar.
39:20
Yeah, I think I'll take the I think you can skip the cookies
39:24
guys if you want. I'm just joking around here.
39:28
But if you want to send me something from Tiff's Treats,
39:31
you can skip the cookies. I'll just take the the gold bar.
39:36
Just kidding. What about silver?
39:38
Will that be next? The price of the package
39:40
fluctuates with the daily gyrations of gold.
39:44
Then they talk about the Costco thing.
39:46
We know about that already. Gold has been reaching record
39:50
highs. OK, blah blah.
39:51
The People's Bank of China. This is interesting that this
39:56
like kind of Austin, TX newspapers putting all this out.
40:00
Bullion is also a way for investors to hedge against
40:03
market and global rest. So anyway, to me what that goes
40:06
back to is hey, great. If you want to buy your gold
40:09
from Tiff's Treats, that's great.
40:12
If you want to buy your gold and silver from Costco, that's
40:15
great. I have no problem with it.
40:17
Me personally, if I want to buy gold, if I want to buy silver, I
40:20
want to get it from a specialist.
40:21
That's why I would buy it from channel sponsor, see if I can.
40:25
Get this right there it is Pimbex Pi MB EX OK.
40:29
I also want to say thank you to channel sponsor First Mining
40:32
Gold, Canadian gold development company with two multi million
40:36
ounce development stage projects in Canada, right, good
40:40
jurisdiction and Fortuna Mining, who's digging a lot of gold and
40:45
silver out of the ground right now in their two main
40:48
jurisdictions, Latin America, where they were, they mine both
40:52
silver and gold and West Africa where they're really late laser
40:57
focused on growing some major gold production numbers.
41:01
Hey, I appreciate you guys being with me here today.
41:03
Let's run out the pin backs and check one more time, because
41:08
last time we checked, it went up.
41:09
Let's press the magic button. Gold was up about $3 last time
41:13
we checked. All right, gold's up.
41:17
Silver went down by a penny. But hey, you know what, we'll
41:20
take it, right, guys? I mean, again, look at that gold
41:23
#2462 dollars. And gold is the godfather of the
41:28
precious metals. Does that make sense?
41:33
Hello Dakota Daisy. Hello Jake from Jake's custom
41:35
Parts. Hello Annie Oakley.
41:37
Hello Lone wolf. Hello Magic moon.
41:39
You know, sorry guys, I I can't read the comments till after the
41:43
live stream because I can't do it.
41:45
I just can't. I got I got to focus, but I want
41:47
to say hi to a few you guys. Hello Ron.
41:51
This is like checking your weight every hour yes, I've
41:56
never had issues with thinking you know, but I know people that
41:59
do like I have issues with gold and silver.
42:01
So yes, I do check the price of gold and silver.
42:03
I will check it more today. I will be honest.
42:07
Will you let me ask you guys? If I had to guess, put it in the
42:10
comments section. How many times from now until
42:14
you go to Betty Boom boom time, right Buttercup, you got to go
42:18
to bed tonight. Let's say 10:00.
42:20
That's your bedtime. How many more times will you
42:23
check the silver and gold price today?
42:24
If I'm honest, on average, on an average day from now till the
42:29
end of the day, I'll probably check it.
42:33
I got it. I was going to say 5, but I'm
42:35
going to say 6. Type it in the comments.
42:38
How many times will you guys check?
42:40
Right. 50 plus Jake. Is that your age?
42:44
Dwight. Hey, Dwight.
42:45
At least 10. Matt Lewis.
42:47
It's OK, guys, right? This is like a support group.
42:49
We can be honest. Cliff Moberg Hello, Cliff 7 four
42:54
times minimum. OK, friendly about once per day.
42:59
Scott Good for you. Martin.
43:00
Too many W 25. Paul Dockery 5I used to check it
43:06
a lot more and I used to check my mining stock portfolio a lot
43:11
more. But I've really tried to realize
43:14
that just watching, watching, watching, and it would get me
43:17
upset or, you know, so anyway, at least 10, says Vincent Cliff.
43:20
One or two, Yeah. So I'm not alone.
43:23
Guys. We let's, let's just let's,
43:26
let's, let's just take take a minute and remember of $2460 per
43:33
oz gold. It doesn't seem real, right?
43:37
I mean, this $2500 gold bear, he's the reason why we haven't
43:41
broke through. I'm telling you these the bear
43:43
that was responsible for the bear marketing gold, OK, he's
43:46
really not our friend. But none the less, gold is the
43:53
granddaddy of all these medals. It really, really hit me, right?
43:59
This really hit me hard yesterday, right?
44:01
Because we hadn't talked about this a lot lately.
44:03
But again, you know, gold, universal silver, universal
44:08
gold, silver, timeless, right? Gold, silver, by far the wisest
44:14
markets in the world, right? But it's not gold and silver.
44:19
And it's like I said earlier, think about that compared to the
44:22
US dollar, right? The most manipulated.
44:25
It's not timeless, right? It's not universal.
44:28
It's kind of sortie. I'm, you know, you could argue
44:30
that point, right? It's certainly not the wisest.
44:33
It's like the it's like the polar opposite of silver and
44:37
gold. Gold and silver are subjected to
44:39
worldwide independent market forces, right?
44:44
Sure. the US, the Fed, they can affect, they can, you know,
44:47
exert some authority. But at the end of the day, they
44:51
don't, they're not they're not going to be able to control it.
44:54
OK. And I think that's what we're
44:55
seeing right now, right? These are big, big times.
44:59
All right? It's going to be interesting.
45:00
I appreciate you being here. OK.
45:02
Please support our sponsors. Thank you.

45:07
