Ocean City police officer Benjamin Berry is on paid administrative leave amid two active investigations — one internal, the other by Delaware State Police — while his wife, former teacher Kimberly Berry, is also under scrutiny. Both investigations remain confidential, with no arrests or public safety concerns reported.
