- 0:00SPEAKER_00: It's always lots of talk about how easy it is to actually, you know, get rid of all your body fat.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: You know, I was I was looking at some stuff the other day, and yeah, seven and a half months to drop 135 pounds, that's that's pretty fast.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: And that being so incredibly fast, there was, of course, a lot of periods of not eating.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: I think we've talked about that if you watch the channel.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: So fasting is a big thing for me.
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: But just looking at general time frames, seven and a half months, it does seem like a long time.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: And yes, human beings were very much, let's let's get it done, let's get it done fast.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: I don't think a lot of us are really prepared at that particular scale of time, yet we'll eat more than we need each and every day.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't have to be by a big margin, but you do that enough over time, and well, maybe you get to where you're sitting right now, and maybe you don't like it.
- 0:52SPEAKER_00: But here you are, now you're gonna start to make application to try to get rid of it, get rid of some of that fat.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: It's it's gonna be about burning it off.
- 1:01SPEAKER_00: The fastest, absolute fastest you might be able to get that done would be three quarters to one pound per day, maybe.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: And that's without eating anything at all.
- 1:11SPEAKER_00: That would be just water.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: That's how that works.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: Now, of course, there could be danger involved with that, right?
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: You gotta have to talk to your doctor, take a medication.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna go a few days without eating, and I say it like it's just a piece of cake, then it's not.
- 1:26SPEAKER_00: It's the most difficult thing in the world.
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: But if that's what you decide to do, great, then there's also the other end of it.
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: You could also caloric restrict, and yes, not eating caloric restriction, it kind of, I mean, you're still restricting calories.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: But the caloric restriction I'm talking about is when you're still eating something, just not enough to uh build up a surplus each day, enough that you would have less than whatever calories you actually needed to burn, just being whatever activity level you happen to have.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: So it's it's not a difficult equation.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the people are gonna say, well, if you cut, if you cut your calories, then your metabolism adjusts.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's true.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: How long does that take?
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: Again, you have to do your research.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: I'm no doctor, I'm not a dietitian, I'm not anything like that.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: But again, you have to understand that if you're gonna be cutting calories to a particular level, then your body's probably gonna reduce the metabolism over time, and that's exactly kind of what you'll be burning.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: So if you start to eat normally again, you'll start putting it on.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: It's it's a difficult thing, fat loss.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: And then you have the drugs that are put out there that actually cause muscle loss as well as fat loss, so you get weight loss.
- 2:38SPEAKER_00: You don't want weight loss, you want to actually target the fat.
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: I don't know how it works, and you should ask your doctor if you like start lifting weights, maybe you don't lift weights at all.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: And I I th I thought I when you start to do something, you kind of assume that maybe everybody else does it too.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: So when I really started lifting weights like a lot and commonly throughout the week is being part of my process and my method, I, you know, part of me thinks, well, everybody else must do this.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: Well, you know, that's not true.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: And if you have a particular habit, like maybe you sneak in drive-throughs like I do and you order 14 tacos and two milkshakes.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: Well, you know what?
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: I guess I never really thought everybody did that.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: I was special.
- 3:20SPEAKER_00: Me and the other people that were hiding in the parking lot eating, that's uh that's special.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: I still see people hiding in the parking lot eating as they're on their way home from work.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Spouses don't know whomever they go home with or the dog or whatever, they don't know that they're up to no good, but boy, they're there.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: That's that addictive thing, folks.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: That's not a that's not a normal operational procedure when you're trying to hide and sneak food.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: And trust me, if you have that mentality, which I did, then it wouldn't be hard to do that with drugs, too, right?
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: I mean, you have that addictive personality, so you're gonna have to try to figure out the best way to parse that uh that from happening if you can.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: But talking about weight loss, time frames, you know, bodybuilders, Ronnie Coleman, these guys, the Mr.
- 4:10SPEAKER_00: Olympia guys, you know, they'll take 12, 24 weeks to actually cut and get ready for a contest.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: So they bulk and bulk and bulk, and maybe you can look at the the Reese and the fat game that you have.
- 4:24SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've been bulking for a long time.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've been bulking for most of your life.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're at a particular point where you need to cut, and that's your maybe you start to look at it like a bodybuilder.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: It's it's not gonna be a couple weeks.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have to develop a good philosophy, a good, a good rhythm, and go into it.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: It's like listening to your favorite song.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: Some songs, some people can listen to over and over and over again.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: Depends on the song.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: I guess, I guess I got a couple songs maybe in my brain, Guitars and Cadillacs by Dwight Yoakum, the faster one.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: I think I could probably listen to that.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Well, for at least an hour.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Then it'll probably get a little old.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: But you need that rhythm.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: You need that rhythm in life to be able to achieve what it is you're looking to do.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: Now, can you do it?
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: Well, sure, why not?
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Other people have.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: And if you do or are successful, then you'll be you'll be a rarity because not very many people can.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: Dropping fat's hard.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: It really, really is.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: Your body doesn't really want to.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: It might be the healthiest thing for you.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: It might increase your longevity, it might reverse your diabetes if you have it.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're pre-diabetic, it'll reset that.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of things that it will do.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: It'll cause longevity.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: You won't have to fight to find things, you won't have to fight to bend over to tie your shoes.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: You won't get out of breath just walking to the car.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: You know, your idea of working out won't be filling the bathtub, pulling a plug, and fighting the current.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Zig Ziggler, for that.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: It'll be more, right?
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: It'll be something that you're doing for you.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: One of the things that I'll throw on top of this whole talk, this pep talk, if you will, and I hope you walk away with good pep talk, is you're gonna have to be good to yourself.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: You're gonna have to forgive yourself.
- 6:12SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I know that sounds real weak, especially for Generation Xers, if you're watching this.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: And the newer folks on the planet, maybe not as weak, definitely uh baby boomers are gonna think that, you know, I've uh I'm coloring outside the lines.
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: But yeah, you do have to forgive yourself.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: If you failed up to this point, you haven't been able to put a handle on gaining fat, and you haven't been able to put a handle on getting rid of that fat, you're gonna have to play that forgiveness game with you because you've you're apparently too toxic to your own self to be able to get this done.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Too angry, too pissed off, too sad, too depressed.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: And you've done it so many times, you've tried it so many times, you've never succeeded so many times.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've had points in there that you've been less fat, but ultimately it hasn't been fixed.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: Now, is this going to be a struggle that you're going to have until they put you into the ground?
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Or is this going to be something you might be able to get a handle on and have at least two or three good years before they put you into the ground?
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: It might really come down to that.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: You might have to muscle through it.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: You might have to turn away from the table.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: You might have to get pissed off and go fight that addiction and walk away.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: You might not be able to give in next time.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: That next time you give in could be the time that ends you or starts you on that death spiral all the way into the ground.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Because all of us, as we get older, kind of one fall, one fracture away from finishing.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: And that's a shitty way to go out, if you ask me.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: So hopefully we can save ourselves from that.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: Hopefully you can save yourself from that.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: And if you're younger, it's true.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: The younger you are, the easier it should be.
- 7:56SPEAKER_00: And that's probably true.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: I know the harder you get because you're set, right?
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: You're all concrete.
- 8:01SPEAKER_00: You don't, you're not, you're not neuroplastic.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: You don't want to do anything.
- 8:04SPEAKER_00: You just want to, this is this.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: You're just going to accept me.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: I'm Connor fat.
- 8:08SPEAKER_00: That's how it's going to be.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: Instead of, you know, I can change.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: I don't have to eat all that volume.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: I don't have to eat all the BS.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: I can be hungry.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: It's all right.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: That was what the fasting kind of showed.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: That it's okay to be hungry.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: And it's okay to maybe do something else instead of eating.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: Also, those relationships that are all built around food, in some cases, those are very toxic.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: It's like the relationships built around alcohol.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: Oh, let's have a drink.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Hey, let's go to the bar and have a drink.
- 8:39SPEAKER_00: Let's have a drink.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Over time, that's probably not the best place for you to be.
- 8:44SPEAKER_00: Let's go for a walk.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: Let's go to the gym.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: Maybe a little bit better, but that could probably be worn out too and abused and just blown out of the water as well.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: But I think there's trade-offs to be made, and I know you know that.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: There's times when maybe you've won those little battles.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: Maybe, you know, somebody put those brownies in front of your face or your cake or your donuts or your ice cream and you were able to walk away.
- 9:08SPEAKER_00: You probably got pissed off that you didn't have it.
- 9:10SPEAKER_00: But if you actually pull back and thought about it a second, you probably had it many times before.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: That's the other thing people say.
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: Well, we're going to go on this trip and it's going to be great.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: We're going to have so much alcohol and so much food you're not going to know.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Well, I've had a lot of alcohol and I've had a lot of food.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: And well, you've never had this food.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: I think I'll be all right.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: I think I probably have things close.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: But what's it worth?
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: What does the other side look like?
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: What is it like to wake up a hundred pounds less or 50 pounds less?
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: What does it look like to go through a day like that?
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Really, what does that look like?
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Do you know?
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: Do you have any idea?
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've been fat all your life, like a lot of us are.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: And maybe you don't know what that feels like.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: Maybe you should take a second and close your eyes and put down the ding dong and the ho-ho and think about what that might look like.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: What's that going to be like from the beginning?
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: So, you if you're a shower before bed person or a shower when you wake up person, I don't know.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: But start there.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: Start after the shower.
- 10:19SPEAKER_00: Start in the shower.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: What does that look like?
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: What does it feel like to be able to not have to reach between creases of skin and fat?
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: What does that feel like not to have to pull things and lift things and struggle to reach in between the toes?
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: What is that like?
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: I mean, just bending over and almost feeling your chests on the front of your thighs because there's nothing in the middle.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: God, what's that feel like?
- 10:47SPEAKER_00: And and to be able to actually stand up without feeling like you're going to pass out.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: What's that feel like?
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: Putting on your shoes, pulling on a pair of pants, and just, or putting on a shirt, putting on a pullover shirt and not having the shirt, you have to pull it down over your belly, but it just kind of falls.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Just your chest, right?
- 11:07SPEAKER_00: And then it goes in and it just falls.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: There's no belly there for the what's that like?
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: What's it like to get in the car and put the seatbelt on without trying to squeeze into the car?
- 11:18SPEAKER_00: Or what's it like to go to the gym and actually have people look at you?
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: I mean, not look at you like, oh my God, they're gonna break the treadmill, but look at you like, and and do you have to give in to this?
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Do you have to fit in this widget that other people would rather have you fit within so that they're not uncomfortable around your fatness?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: No, you be you, you do what you want, but maybe if you've been one way for a long time, maybe see what the other side's like for a little bit.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: You can always get fat again.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: You know, why don't you give it a shot?
- 11:54SPEAKER_00: Bleed it off.
- 11:56SPEAKER_00: Go ahead and, you know, start, start either restricting calories, maybe have, maybe go down to one meal a day, maybe two meals at the most part.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: Try to keep them okay size, not too big.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: Try to cut out the crap.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: I mean, if you're watching that cat that makes those hot dogs wrapped in uh wrapped in bacon that are fried on a flat grill with the hot Cheeto sauce on top and all the, yeah, that's probably not the thing you should be eating.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: I mean you don't have to cut out everything, but yeah, maybe you should cut out everything.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Maybe you don't need any of that stuff anymore.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've had enough to this point.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: Why don't you see what the other half lives like?
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: Maybe you should start thinking like one of these bodybuilders cutting for a contest because I know carrying around all that fat, you built up quite a bit of muscle.
- 12:46SPEAKER_00: You got some muscle under there.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: Now, if you start going down the path of injecting these particular drugs that might deplete that muscle, you got to do your studies.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: You got to look at this.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: But if you've been trying it without it for so long and you can't do it, or you don't have the right mindset to be successful, maybe, maybe the drugs are the right way.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: It's gonna depend on how that works out for you.
- 13:10SPEAKER_00: I can't tell you two or two not.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: But I will tell you, without it, that's a good win.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: That one feels good because you did it.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: And then you can get fat.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to, you don't have to keep going.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: Once you get lean or skinny or whatever it is, and you don't have to get down to single digits.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Just get down where your pants aren't, you don't have a crease in your skin from the pants being too tight.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: Just bleed it down a little bit, see what that looks like.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: And just live like that for a bit.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: You know, eat some healthy food, don't eat any crap anymore.
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: Just cut it all out.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: Say, you know, that's it.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: Um, I'm gonna live like, I'm gonna live like I'm an in-shape fitness person for the next six months and see what that's like.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: After about three months, maybe four months, that's what, four, sixteen weeks, probably you'll you'll have a good dent in the fat.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: And then after those four months, live it a couple months, you'll be quite a bit leaner, you know, see like that.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: But if you get to the end of those two months and you're like, God, you know, this sucks being 100 pounds less or 50 pounds less, and having clothes that fit all the time and not being out of breath every time I take a step, and being able to fit behind the steering wheel in the car, being able to go on an airplane without overflowing into the seats next to me.
- 14:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this sucks.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna start putting it on again, then do it, man.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Do it.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: You've earned it at that point.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: You'll be able to go eat all the pizza and donuts you want.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: It'll probably take you a little while to put on that 50, 60 pounds.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: What a time that'll be, right?
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: But at least you tried it.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: At least you experienced what it would be like.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: At least one time in your life, this is the point.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: One time in your life, try it.
- 14:50SPEAKER_00: See what it feels like.
- 14:51SPEAKER_00: Just get there.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: Come hell or high water, self-deprivation, willpower, fighting it, going to bed, drinking a shitload of water when you get hungry, doing all the little tricks.
- 15:05SPEAKER_00: Caffeine, you know, drinking coffee, black coffee, whatever it is.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: Just get there.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: Just try it.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: And if you don't like it, feel free to go the other end again.
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: But just see what it's like.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: Go to your doctor, say, listen, I'm gonna start cutting this off.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: You know, hold me accountable.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: They're gonna say, you know, yeah, half a pound a week.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: Well, whatever they say, you do your thing.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: If they say, you know, fasting is gonna be dangerous for you, you got to listen to their advice.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: But also do your research, right?
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: See what that, see what maybe fasting would work, but again, you don't want to go against the medical professional's knowledge and wherewithal because, you know, anyway.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: Do your research.
- 15:46SPEAKER_00: But yeah, maybe you owe it to yourself to give it a shot.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: Try it.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: This this this time.
- 15:51SPEAKER_00: Just live like that for a while.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: Make the imagination become the reality.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: Think exactly every part of the process.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: What's it gonna be like to make a phone call?
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: What's it gonna be like to sit in front of your computer?
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: What's it gonna be like to be on video if that's what you do?
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: If you're real estate, what's it gonna be like to sell houses?
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: What's it gonna be like to meet a new client?
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: What's it gonna be like to go to the grocery store and shop?
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: Because you have to get over all this.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: If you get invited to a party that's gonna have all you can eat, everything, or if you're gonna go out with an old friend that you guys used to have eating as your fun in the sun, then you're gonna have to make decisions on how you act at that time and whether, even in fact, you're gonna go.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: If you're used to doing something a particular way, and you've changed that way, you have to make sure everything else rhymes with that, or you're gonna get yourself into a pinch.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: You're gonna go out with somebody, you haven't pre-planned it, you haven't pre-planned the event, you haven't pre-planned the, I have a doctor's appointment excuse, or um uh I have blood test tomorrow, or I'm not feeling well, I don't want to drink alcohol or eat this food or whatever it may be.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: You gotta plan that.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Because of course everybody's gonna judge you.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: Alcohol, they judge you pretty harsh.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Food, I think they judge you even harsh.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: Harsher?
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: More harsh.
- 17:20SPEAKER_00: I believe that happens with food, even more than alcohol.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: Because, you know, when you're when you go out to a party and people offer you a drink, and you say, well, oh no, thanks.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm good right now.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, you don't drink?
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: Well, uh, you know, and then what do you do?
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: If you don't drink, you say, Well, I don't drink.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Oh, you have a problem with drinking?
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: What happened?
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: Did something bad happen?
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: No, I knew I didn't have to hit bottom.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: I know you probably pissed off to hear that.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: I just thought it wasn't good for me, so I don't drink.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: Oh, but they say, and then you get in the whole thing.
- 17:51SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's better just to have uh one of those soda waters with some lime in it.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: They think it's a vodka tonic.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: You're good to go.
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's the way.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: But you got to play it out.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Food, food, on the other hand, is difficult.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: I had a big meal before I got here, maybe.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: I have a blood test tomorrow.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: I need to be fasted, maybe have a colonoscopy tomorrow, maybe.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: You got to prepare for all this stuff.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Not that you should go out lying to everybody.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: And yes, as human beings, we should be able to be honest with the other human beings on the other side of the table.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: But when everybody else has a plate full of food and you're sitting there with a plate full of nothing, you got to prepare for those moments because people are gonna want you to eat.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: And if you have enablers around you, people in your family, maybe people that love you a lot, that want you to not disappear into thin air.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: Because some people, I mean, they look at other people and they want them to stay kind of robust because it's their happiness.
- 18:49SPEAKER_00: But maybe that's not your happiness.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're pissed off and you don't want to be that way anymore.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Anyway, got to make those preparations, folks.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: All mental.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: It's it's it's all a mental game.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: You have control of what you put in your mouth, always.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Unless they're tying you to a chair and force feeding you, which you should call the police if they're doing that.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: But other than that, you got control, and I know you know it, and I know it's easy for me to say because I'm not you, but think about it.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Work through it.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: I got faith in you.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: I'm sure you can do it.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: We can all do it.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: We just need to have that right mindset and we need to hear the half a dozen words or whatever that get us where we need to be.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: All right, I'm Connor.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: We'll see you in the next one.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: Thanks for watching.
