  Speaker 1: and it's time right now for today's word. Stop struggling

  Speaker 1: and let God build it. You know, the word of

  Speaker 1: God says in Psalms 127, And one, unless the Lord
• 0:20
  Speaker 1: builds a house, the builders labor in vain. Have you
• 0:24
  Speaker 1: ever found yourself working so hard to make something happen,
• 0:27
  Speaker 1: yet no matter what you do, nothing seems to change?
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: You pray about it, you think about it, you try
• 0:33
  Speaker 1: to fix it, and sometimes you even lose sleep over it.

  Speaker 1: You're doing everything you know to do, but the situation
• 0:39
  Speaker 1: still isn't moving. Maybe you're trying to change your spouse.
• 0:42
  Speaker 1: Maybe you're working overtime to convince a co-worker to respect you.
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: Maybe you're constantly worrying about your children, trying to get
• 0:50
  Speaker 1: them back on the right path. Maybe you're trying to
• 0:53
  Speaker 1: build a business, restore your health, repair a relationship, or
• 0:56
  Speaker 1: make a dream come true. And the more you try
• 0:59
  Speaker 1: to control things, the more frustrated you become. But Psalms
• 1:04
  Speaker 1: 127 and 1 reminds us, unless the Lord builds the house,
• 1:07
  Speaker 1: those who build it labor in vain. Now, this doesn't
• 1:10
  Speaker 1: mean you stop working, stop praying, or stop doing your part.

  Speaker 1: It means you stop carrying the responsibility for things that
• 1:18
  Speaker 1: only God can handle. There's a difference between being faithful
• 1:21
  Speaker 1: and being frustrated because you're trying to be God in
• 1:25
  Speaker 1: someone else's life. You can love your spouse, but you
• 1:29
  Speaker 1: can't control their choices. You can encourage your children, but
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: you can't make every decision for them. You can be
• 1:36
  Speaker 1: a good friend, but you can't force someone to value you.
• 1:40
  Speaker 1: You can work hard in your business, but you can't
• 1:43
  Speaker 1: control every outcome. And sometimes in our effort to make
• 1:48
  Speaker 1: things happen, we exhaust ourselves trying to open doors God
• 1:52
  Speaker 1: never told us to enter. You don't have to manipulate
• 1:55
  Speaker 1: people to be good to you. You don't have to
• 1:58
  Speaker 1: force a door open. You don't have to prove your
• 2:01
  Speaker 1: worth to someone who refuses to see it. You don't
• 2:04
  Speaker 1: have to spend every ounce of your energy trying to
• 2:07
  Speaker 1: fix what you can't control. There comes a time when
• 2:11
  Speaker 1: you've got to say, Lord, I've done what I can do.

  Speaker 1: Now I'm putting this in your hands. See, that's not
• 2:18
  Speaker 1: giving up. That's surrendering. And surrender does not mean you
• 2:22
  Speaker 1: stop caring. It means you trust God enough to stop
• 2:25
  Speaker 1: allowing a situation to steal your peace. Come on, Jesus.
• 2:29
  Speaker 1: You can pray without panicking. You can work without worrying.
• 2:33
  Speaker 1: You can love without losing yourself. And you can wait
• 2:36
  Speaker 1: without believing that God has forgotten you. If God is
• 2:40
  Speaker 1: building your house, let him establish the foundation. Let him
• 2:43
  Speaker 1: strengthen what is weak. Remove what's unhealthy and guide you
• 2:47
  Speaker 1: toward peace. what aligns with his purpose. And when he
• 2:51
  Speaker 1: closes a door, trust that his wisdom is greater than
• 2:54
  Speaker 1: your desire to keep it open. Today, release the pressure
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: to make everything happen on your own. Give God your family,
• 3:01
  Speaker 1: your future, your business, your relationships, and the situations that
• 3:05
  Speaker 1: have been weighing heavily on your heart. Stop exhausting yourself
• 3:09
  Speaker 1: trying to build what you've not surrendered to God. Let
• 3:13
  Speaker 1: him build it. Let him lead it. And let him
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: establishing father god in the name of jesus thank you
• 3:20
  Speaker 1: for reminding us that unless you build a house our
• 3:23
  Speaker 1: labor is in vain lord forgive us for the times
• 3:26
  Speaker 1: we've tried to control what belongs in your hands forgive
• 3:29
  Speaker 1: us for allowing frustration and fear and worry to take
• 3:32
  Speaker 1: the place of trust god today we surrender our lives
• 3:35
  Speaker 1: our family our future our relationships and every situation that
• 3:39
  Speaker 1: we cannot fix. Help us to do our part with faithfulness,
• 3:43
  Speaker 1: but to give the wisdom to recognize what we have
• 3:47
  Speaker 1: to release. Lord, we believe you're working even when we
• 3:52
  Speaker 1: can't see the evidence. We trust your timing, your wisdom,
• 3:55
  Speaker 1: and your plan. In Jesus' name. Now, that's your word
• 3:59
  Speaker 1: for today. Take it, apply it to your everyday life,
• 4:02
  Speaker 1: and you continue to be encouraged and inspired. It's your
• 4:04
