- Simeon Schlicher: Well, ladies and gentlemen, we back. It is week nine? Ten? Nine. Roberto Con Queso: this should be week ten. Right? No? Simeon Schlicher: I think it's week nine. Cause it's the beginning of Roberto Con Queso: Sweet ten. Sweet ten. Simeon Schlicher: there you go. There's the show for you. We're done. We're leaving. See ya. Bye. It's mostly college football. Simeon Schlicker with Robert Conqueso, obviously AKA AKA and Robert down below. Makayah is in Jamaica. I think he's practicing for a bobsled team. Not a hundred percent sure. different type of powder, if you know what I'm saying. Come on. Roberto Con Queso: Come on. Simeon Schlicher: And you put two. I realized when we started this podcast six years ago at this point, him and I, I had we was audio only, no video. We'd sit on his couch, I'd record him, I'd make comments, and that's it. And now I realize he does a lot. So You can thank Makaiah. I used to produce a lot more. I don't anymore. Having kids will do that to you. first things first, you'll be seeing me a lot more. We lost in the semifinals in volleyball last night. And that sucks. And that makes me sad. But here we are. it happens. we lost by three points in the last set. We split the sets, so that sucks. other thing that's more important, it is week ten, Robert. I just now looked at the document, our show Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: running document. Akron almost beat Ohio last night. Roberto Con Queso: Almost. Simeon Schlicher: That would have thrown the Mac into a Tiz A. Roberto Con Queso: Yes. Very much so. Simeon Schlicher: And and Buffalo and Buffalo Buffalo went into OT with my Miami of Ohio. We are recording this on a Wednesday. One of the one of the perks of not having Makai around is we can kind of move this around a little bit more. but also one of the cons is that we're not as prepared as we used to. We're gonna jump right into it before we preview games. we may not even touch on last games. It was a horrible React podcast. There was chaos that happened. Go look at ESPN or CBS or your favorite thing. We're gonna jump right over to the college football playoff rankings brought to you by whoever's paying for it. Not us. And I'm trying to pull them up so we can actually talk about them. And I like the duality of the rankings here with the AP right next to it. Cause I think there are a few standouts to me. Regarding this. Obviously the the the chat went off. I think the number one takeaway for me before we get to the standouts is definitely this was ranked. So that T V ratings are good. Robert, is that the only thing we take from this? Roberto Con Queso: also what I'm taking from it is the playoff committee has no clue what they're doing. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: Because there's just no i if it doesn't show bias, then I don't know what does because how are you going to have Alabama at five? Losing two Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. That really Roberto Con Queso: of their last three. And that's where they messed up before. And I had we had this argument with well I had this argument with Micaiah when they lost to Georgia and they didn't get moved back anything for losing. And Mikaya was like, nope, that's okay with me. They lost because they're better than the teams behind. And it's like that's not the that's not the point for rankings. They've lost two of their last three and They shouldn't the if they want to put them at twelve, by all means be the first one out. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: But you're going and saying, well, they beat Kentucky, so they have to beat in front of Kentucky. Well, whoop the freaking do. Like, Simeon Schlicher: Right. Roberto Con Queso: that's the only head to head they necessarily care about because then the other other ones are just like, no, we need to just get everyone else in random spots. Simeon Schlicher: You saw 2025 up there? I wanted to see. they don't even have the full bracket up. That is so annoying. Yeah, I don't love the two lost teams. Obviously, Texas. they're not good two lost teams. Like an old Yeah, the same Roberto Con Queso: No, neither of their losses are good. I mean Tennessee's okay, but even so, okay, Tennessee is six and two. Alabama six and two. Tennessee beat Alabama. Tennessee should be in front of Alabama. If this is the if this is the criteria that they want to use, I that's Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: why it's it's BS, man. Like you're gonna Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: have Notre Dame at eleven because they lost to BYU in the closing seconds. Like I get I get it. But I don't think they're eleven. You put them at like you would put I would put them at five or six. Simeon Schlicher: Notre Dame or BYU. Yeah, I Roberto Con Queso: Yes. Notre Dame. Simeon Schlicher: I the here's my takeaways from this. First of all, why is Boise State at twenty-five? They're your group of six. They should be at twenty. I'm like 20. They're one loss to a three loss Oregon team, which again, the only reason that I think Oregon is ranked is to make Boise State look semi competent going into the playoff, right? Same thing with a Florida team that upset a bunch of the teams above it. Don't love that we have those three lost teams, including the South Carolina, which I thought we were firing Shane Beamer. Mark Norvell got fired, so why aren't we firing Shane Beamer now? So there's a lot of clear they put teams at the place they put them to make other teams look good. Which irks me to your point, because even from a head to head perspective, an LSU, a six and two LS team looks LSU team looks a lot better, two loss team than looks a lot better than a t two loss Texas team. And I'm okay with Utah being ranked third. great example is like a the one loss Indiana team does not look great compared and the AP has them drop down again. That's why we're showing this. for our YouTube and other pla places you get your video podcast so people can see it. but like Notre Dame BYU probably should be ranked higher, in my opinion. Roberto Con Queso: Well, the the A P's I think is a lot better than what this playoff ranking is. But again, playoff ranking is always going to be super biased because they're just pe they're not they're not random people. the Associated Press is just random people doing their thing. Where the playoff committee is people from different schools and former players and stuff like that that think they know football but then go and they dish us up this slop. But Simeon Schlicher: Bunch of big Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, e like if if the AP would go and say, okay, number four will throw throw UCLA at four, BYU at five, Notre Dame at six. That make that I'm I'm fine with that. Because those like the rankings will they will sort themselves out as long as the playoff committee allows that. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. I Roberto Con Queso: 'Cause Alabama's gonna make the playoffs with four with four losses this year and no no conference championship. Simeon Schlicher: It even looking at the 24 team playoff, like I'm looking at I'm trying to th look at teams who would be left out, and I don't see any. it seems more fair. I'm glad this is the last year of basically what I'm saying of the twelve of the twelve team playoff, because I'm looking at this and I'm seeing twenty-four teams. Okay, Florida. Well, Florida wouldn't get in. Boise State would get in. So now you have an org a three loss Oregon team. There's probably some other six and two teams. And a three-loss South Carolina team. Probably there's gonna be more teams if I just scroll down and look at here's FCS, yeah, Idaho State with three losses, Montana with three losses, South Dakota with three losses. Let's scroll down to the other teams that have very large now. Granted, there's a lot more Division Three and Division II teams out in the wild. So there aren't as many three loss teams, but I do see a six and two team here, which is odd because everyone else. Because in theory, they're worse. Warburg, and I'm just making this up as I go. Warburg College is worse because they played eight games and there's a bunch of seven and one and eight and zero teams above them. here's Grand Valley State, somehow moved up in the rankings, even though they're six and three. Like, it seems like we have a larger pile. Just using this as an example, if somehow the Mac doesn't pick them part pick themselves apart and is more like I don't know, the Big 12, which maybe isn't the greatest example, but somehow has a bunch of teams. If like the Mac and and the Sunbelt and all the group of six teams have just like six undefeated teams. I'm using that as an example, including Boise State, right? They're not those six undefeated teams are not gonna jump. And we're gonna have to have that conversation. That's never gonna happen. But like We don't necessarily have to have that conversation in the lower ranks because the there's way more. So what type of college name is Hope? Sorry, ADHD left turn here. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, just hope hope college, man. Simeon Schlicher: Hope. Hope. I hope you guys keep winning. we're never gonna have that, but at the same exact time, I think there's a lot better five and three teams than both Oregon and Florida. But who knows? Like. I brought this up in the in the recap show, Big Ten, there's a there's a larger than ten percent chance that USC's coming out of the Big Ten into the conference, into the college football playoff, with the rest of how the rest of their schedule looks like. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, as long as they beat Indiana next week. Simeon Schlicher: Who doesn't have a quarterback right now? So things are definitely interesting. I just we can get mad at the rankings all we want, and we're going to because it makes good content, but at the same exact time, can we can we have a better system? Can we bring back the computer? I think you and I and Claude Code could figure out a better weighted system. And I think we can be like, yeah, I don't care that JMU wouldn't get in, but you would get in and Roberto Con Queso: Hey. Like I said, Simeon Schlicher: let him get wrecked. Roberto Con Queso: gimme a gimme a a bag, throw the numbers in the hat, start pulling. Simeon Schlicher: It would be better at this point. Roberto Con Queso: W we will definitely have very good games just by doing that. Simeon Schlicher: You can't tell me I'm trying to pick a good team here. a Houston traveling to Roberto Con Queso: Iowa. Simeon Schlicher: Ooh, or even or even Harris Roberto Con Queso: In the middle of December. Simeon Schlicher: or even Harrisonburg is also more what I'm thinking. Would not be a good game. You gotta get these smaller school fan bases involved, or you're not gonna get anything out of it. The sport isn't gonna keep growing the way that you need it to, but we digress. Robert, before we move on to previewing the games, is there anything you want to talk about about last week's game that I missed horribly in our in our horribly done recap episode? Roberto Con Queso: I don't think you really missed anything. you pretty much covered what I mean, at least I sent you and then Micaiah sent you, so you covered a a good most of it, yeah. Simeon Schlicher: I did what I was told to do when I was told to do it without whining or complaining. And here we are. Okay, then listen, I'm just gonna do we wanna we should probably talk about Mike Norvell getting fired. That was a shocker to me. Yeah, too. Roberto Con Queso: It's about time, but it was weird that they waited as long as they did. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: I don't know why. And it unless it can't be the money because they still owe him fifty mil. Simeon Schlicher: It just doesn't make any sense to me. you cle he's I thought he bought himself I didn't know he I didn't know losing to Miami by a ref penalty bought you just a week in college football. Maybe it's because Clemson's so bad and they lost to Clemson. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. I don't know. I I don't know if it's just because Florida State has just been so weird where if they're playing a good team, they tend to hang around. So it gives you like that, maybe they can pull this out. And then it's like, nope, they still can't. So Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: you're like, well, maybe the coach knows he's he's just one step away. He's one position away. He's one player away. But then they turn around and it's like We need to go play like Louisville and lose forty four to twenty. And you're like, Okay. Now we're gonna lose Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: to Clemson who is still finding their way and nope. Getting dumped thirty six, twenty four, and you're just like, All right, well Simeon Schlicher: Dude, the the the ACC is so sad. It's such it should be such a fun conference, but it is so sad. I mean, I'm looking the Wake Forest plays Merrimack. I don't even know. I should what let's see if see how Mirimac College the Mirimac Warriors is four and five. They're playing a four and five team in their cupcake week, and then they get SMU, and then in theory they have Georgia Tech. Which should be a cakewalk and then Duke again. So other than that, like if somehow Louisville wins out, I don't want them in. Roberto Con Queso: Merrimack is an FCS independent. Simeon Schlicher: well there's a fun fact for us, Robert. Roberto Con Queso: Along with Chicago State, why does a city get a state school? Simeon Schlicher: I don't know. I bet it isn't even a state school. Roberto Con Queso: Two and seven, they're bad. Simeon Schlicher: So moral of the story only only FBS independence can be good sometimes, and I say can be good because Yukon has been independent for how long at this point? Bro, just Roberto Con Queso: Ever since like the big east. Simeon Schlicher: just join the Mac already. Come on. For real. Yeah, who else f someone hired the fired their offensive coordinator and I was trying to find that. I just saw it. It wasn't Michigan. Oklahoma. Roberto Con Queso: No. Simeon Schlicher: I I don't know what's sadder, getting fired as a head coach in the middle of the season or getting fired as a coordinator in the middle of the season? Roberto Con Queso: Probab I would say the more embarrassing would probably be getting fired as a coordinator. Well, I don't know, 'cause if you're the head coach and you get fired midway through the season then the assumption is that everything went wrong. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, true. Roberto Con Queso: Where if it's the coordinator gets fired it's you're just the problem. Simeon Schlicher: Well yeah, but then half the time it's a scapegoat too. Roberto Con Queso: Right. Simeon Schlicher: Who the heck knows? Not me. All right. Let's jump over to the games we're previewing, which again, and by we, I mean Robert, because he actually has time to watch these games. Roberto Con Queso: Mm. Simeon Schlicher: and honestly, I kind of forget what we picked, but obvious the big one. They put on, again, they all there was this week was gonna be boring, and then they ranked all the teams that were playing against each other, so it wouldn't be boring. So there's the conspiracy for you, the Big Disney conspiracy for you. the big one, of course, is BYU Utah. It's for, it's the Holy War, it's for the the pac the Big 12 at this point. it's it's it's a 10 a.m. kickoff in Salt Roberto Con Queso: For them. Simeon Schlicher: Lake City for them. For us, it's a 12. Why did you ESPN put this game on at three? Roberto Con Queso: Well, I think the reason they didn't do that is because Alabama L S U's at three and Oregon Ohio State's at three, so they don't wanna double up there and they don't wanna go up against Georgia Ole Miss and Miami Simeon Schlicher: No. Roberto Con Queso: Notre Dame at night. Simeon Schlicher: No. I'd rather watch here here's your game for the week. Roberto Con Queso: They should have just put the game on it like ten. Simeon Schlicher: PM? Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, because that that's a prime time kick for them. And that's a game people n naturally are gonna stay awake for. Simeon Schlicher: Are you staying up to watch the Holy War this year? If it kicks at ten? Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, probably 'cause it's 'cause that that game is probably going to be I I that game feels to me like it's gonna be the best game of the weekend. Simeon Schlicher: for sure. I I I would rather watch Alabama L S U versus versus Georgia Old Miss. Because I don't think that game's gonna be as close as people think that it's gonna be. But yeah, that's that's me. Anyway, BYU Utah. Utah's favored by five and a half points. Games at games at a ten AM local, twelve PM again, you're competing with US E LA, Minnesota, and Texas, Missouri. I think this game would have been beta suited for three thirty and and make the frickin' Georgia and Ole Miss kick off at twelve. That's just me, but who knows? What do I know? Roberto Con Queso: No, you should have had you flip flop Oregon and Ohio State, make them your big noon kickoff and put BYU Utah at that three thirty slot. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, but I'm actually taking into who has rights to what conference. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Listen, it th there's no rights when it comes to college football, okay? Simeon Schlicher: It's only been this way for like, what is it? Fifty years basically at this point. Yeah. There's definitely no rights when it comes to college football. Robert, how's this game gonna go down? Give me the preview for this game. Roberto Con Queso: well, if you're kind of looking for the kind of preview that Captain Boring gives, you're not gonna find it with this guy. Yes. Pretty much. Simeon Schlicher: Okay, cool. We'll just keep chit chatting then. Awesome. Roberto Con Queso: yeah, this it's gonna be a very quarterback loaded game between Devin Dampier and Big Bad Bear Bachmeyer. it's this to me, this feels like the shootout that it was was it last year? 'Cause then they came onto the field and then they had to get off the field, and then they got on the field again. Do you remember this? Simeon Schlicher: No, but Roberto Con Queso: It might it might have been this game. Simeon Schlicher: It's kinda sad because it's happened a little too many times at this point. Roberto Con Queso: True. I appreciate both styles that these quarterbacks do. They it's almost like a run and gun kind of feel. So that to me s is like screaming shoot shoot out of the century. I don't think either defense is really gonna Notre not Notre Dame. BYU's defense might hold up a little better than what Utah's does, but overall I think BYU might have the edge. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, they've also played Well, now I have to go luck. Roberto Con Queso: Well they played more quality like yeah, Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: Utah played Houston, but BYU at least got Notre Dame under their belt. Simeon Schlicher: But that's their biggest game. Yeah. And be BYU was a two time over t overtime loss to UCF, but still I don't know. I feel like I'm literally looking at the last five for Utah. Roberto Con Queso: Mm-hmm. Simeon Schlicher: Iowa State, Kansas, Colorado, Houston, Cincinnati. Those those first three were gimmeys. That's how it's turned out to be. You go over to BYU, TCU, Iowa State, Notre Dame, UCF, ASU. and again it's the Big Twelve, so there's more parody in them, but I don't know. I I don't wanna hype this game up Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: because it's gonna be good no matter what. Like it's one of those I feel like I don't have to say anything 'cause it's gonna be good. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, and well yeah, it's w it's one of those games that's just bred to if both teams are ranked high, it's going to be a very good game. It's like there's not it's not gonna be a blowout. Simeon Schlicher: Here's my question. How many field rushings are we gonna have this week? Roberto Con Queso: Well Simeon Schlicher: Because Tennessee and Kentucky, which is a game I'm gonna jump over to because we should probably be p previewing that. 615, okay, random. Tennessee's favorite. Who knows something we don't? Last time this happened, there was the upset. Even though all of game day picked the un the other winner. So Tennessee's favorite at home, Nealan Stadium, six fifteen kickoff, very unusual, against the number six Kentucky team. Tennessee team that's looked hit or miss. I would say. I think that's fair to say. Lost last week to South Carolina. Beamer gets to keep his job for another week until he loses. If that's the same Mike Narvell, lost to Tech a three lot, a three point loss to Texas, Kentucky come from behind specialists. two overtime wins, once to South Carolina, one to LSU. just nail biter of a season. Does Tennessee finally get their claws on somebody who they should get their claws on? Roberto Con Queso: well unfortunately for your field rushing this should not be a game that there's a field rush because again, would make zero sense. Tennessee has not lost to Kentucky since twenty twenty. Simeon Schlicher: But again, it's an upset and ten this is what Tennessee does. Roberto Con Queso: Right. But in the same sense, Simeon Schlicher: As he dies. Roberto Con Queso: like is it now you're looking at the thirteen six and saying, this is an upset, but looking at Simeon Schlicher: It wasn't an upset until Roberto Con Queso: that's what I mean. Like, if Tennessee beats Kentucky, it's kinda like, okay, that makes sense. There's almost a touchdown favorite. I can you know Kentucky their biggest win was LSU, rightfully so. But they got shellacked against Alabama and that was when they went up, I think, two scores on Alabama, and Alabama was just like, Yeah, this is over with and just demolishes in forty five seventeen, which ends up being their only loss, but I I don't see especially on the road at night, I don't see how Tennessee really loses the game. So it it's not giving that upset feel. Notre Dame, Miami, that game feels more upsetti b based off the way that like Miami's been playing. Would Notre Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: Dame storm the field? I don't know if the Catholics do that. That's you know, that's a whole you know you gotta Simeon Schlicher: They probably have to go to mass afterwards or something like that. Roberto Con Queso: I w I would imagine it would have to. But yeah, it Tennessee should be able not like it should be relatively close, I would es I would say. Maybe not within a touchdown, probably within a field goal, but and well now I guess that depends on who's the starting quarterback for Tennessee too. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, what I just I what's going on there? I saw their leading quarterbacks five hundred with with a fifty percent completion percentage, just under fif just over fifty percent with two touchdowns and three INTs. Did they have an injury? Roberto Con Queso: So no, because it it was Fay Faison Brandon Simeon Schlicher: that's right. Roberto Con Queso: and then he got benched. Simeon Schlicher: It it's G McEltire, McIntyre. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, it's McIntyre now, but yeah, he got benched in w one of the games. I don't Simeon Schlicher: Are are they rotating him? George McIntyre. Roberto Con Queso: stoic name. I don't think so. I think it's I think it's just mainly McIntyre's now. Simeon Schlicher: Dude, do they not believe why are we starting freshmen? Like that Ohio State did this too. Why are we starting freshmen? There's a junior. They have a junior on the roster. And they went from Frazion Brandon. Okay, great. He's this some great athlete. To George McIntyre. They have another freshman, Mason Phillips, and a and Ryan Stru Strubb, I'm assuming is, or Stub is how you pronounce the name, or Strub. Staub. I don't know. S T U A B, however you pronounce that last name. Why are we not starting juniors? Roberto Con Queso: Well, because the juniors are probably on your books for maybe seventy five to a hundred K and these freshmen, highly touted freshmen that we buy into, you're probably paying them two fifty to sit on the bench. Simeon Schlicher: That's not it. Ryan played at Colorado before this. He's useless. Roberto Con Queso: But so it's you know what mean, I think I it was. It was. It does Simeon Schlicher: Okay, my joke was funnier. Okay. Roberto Con Queso: feel like there are a lot more freshmen playing now and part of me wants to believe it's because the schools think they're better, but I it has to be because you're sitting there going, We have Simeon Schlicher: They don't want to transfer. Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: these kids on the bench, you know, and they're you know, we're paying them X amount of dollars, like be if Jeremiah Smith was fourth or fifth on the death chart and you're just like, Well, we're paying him a couple of hundred thousand, but he's just gonna sit chill for a little bit. Simeon Schlicher: Right. they're gonna want to transfer and play and their thought process is if the quarterback transfers once, he's gonna transfer again, or will he's more likely to stay and be okay compared to whoever. Like I don't know. It's dumb. Start the start the start the upperclassman. I mean that guy at least has game experience. Why aren't you starting a Roberto Con Queso: Start the experience. Simeon Schlicher: st why aren't we starting the experience? Roberto Con Queso: I guess that also then brings in the whole Michigan thing then too. But Bryce just sucked, so you didn't have to worry about bringing in the experience when Tommy was Simeon Schlicher: That is true. Maybe that's what they maybe they had the same idea, Alright, let's jump over let's keep it down south. With Bama L S U, we already talked about them a little bit. They're the three thirty game. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, we're gonna figure out who's gonna be playing in the the old A C C championship here. I mean Simeon Schlicher: I don't even I haven't even looked at the SEC championship. Roberto Con Queso: Well it's Georgia, Kentucky, Bama, Ole Miss, Texas and LSU, and then kinda the like the rest of the field is hanging around. But it's in my opinion, Georgia, Kentucky, Bama, Ole Miss, L SU. Those are the five right now. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: Texas is too wishy washy. LSU just kinda is picking and choosing when they want to play. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: Which is odd. this game honestly feels like it should be the night game because I f I feel like it would give better like that, you know, Death Valley at night against Bama. Simeon Schlicher: I agree. I I I agree. Roberto Con Queso: It would be a lot better. if who here's my question to you. Which of these coaches is more on a hot seat if they lose this game? Simeon Schlicher: only because it's his first year so he gets the pass. It's it's gotta be Debore, right? Roberto Con Queso: That would be my s like I would say yes to Debore just because this would be well, I mean, they're gonna make the playoffs because the committee just keeps putting them in there to put them in there. But I mean, Kiffin also has to kind of watch it because if that if he they lose this game, that's three. Three Simeon Schlicher: True. Roberto Con Queso: losses in the conference. You lost the one game that you really needed to win, and that was Ole Miss. 'Cause that was supposed to be the bat like the bang your chest, I left for a reason kind of game. And then you drop one to Kentucky because what's Sam Levitt doesn't know how to throw the ball Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: and your defense decided not to show up at all. So this is this is the make or break, because you get Bama, Texas, Tennessee. You can't afford to lose any of these games. one loss here, you're dropping down to what are we, two, four, six. almost 10 even with Florida in the conference. So the Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: pressure is definitely on LSU. How this game is gonna go, no clue. Because Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: is Keelon Russell gonna show up this week? Not maybe. Not a clue. It is does Alabama have a running game this week? Maybe. Is Sam Levitt gonna throw the ball to players in white or yellow jerseys or in red jerseys. Again, we don't know. What I the only thing I do Simeon Schlicher: Right. Roberto Con Queso: know is LSU's defense is going to play a lot better on that they're gonna control the line of scrimmage. What happens after that? Crapshoot. But this game this game has the makings of being the 9 6, 3 6, you're happened with these two before. And it was in it wasn't the playoffs, and I don't know if it was the national championship or the SEC championship, one of the two, but these two teams played each other and it field goal, field goal, field goal, field goal. Like it was not Simeon Schlicher: Mm. Yeah, I forget who that was. Roberto Con Queso: neither team really pulled away. That's how this this game feels because yeah, 'cause you don't know anything Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Old school SEC. Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: about these two teams coming to the field because they're so up and down. It if it's very well could be a very great game if both teams bring their A game. But if they both bring their C games, well, this is the game you just kinda throw up in the left hand corner and you just kinda keep looking to see if the score changes. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Yeah. what is the other three o'clock game? When is Roberto Con Queso: Oregon, Ohio State. Simeon Schlicher: Okay, so the next game is a late yeah, I mean it's gonna be fun game to watch. Again, I think it's gonna be the more it's it's better than Wake Force Muramax. Roberto Con Queso: yeah, a hundred percent. Simeon Schlicher: me being that's me being funny. I y this game is either I agree with you forty two thirty five or thirteen to nine. And there's no in between. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. And it's like a and the weather's supposed to be fine, so there shouldn't be it shouldn't be a sloppy game. It should just be a very Technical game. That's what it should be. Simeon Schlicher: I think I th I think the only reason LSU's favored in this game is because they're at home. I think if you put this game in my gosh, I almost said in Birmingham, that's not where they play. In Tuscaloosa, I think this is a five point Alabama favorite. Roberto Con Queso: Well, I think a lot of it also is the fact that Alabama's lost two of their last three. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, true. Roberto Con Queso: Which doesn't obviously help at all unless you're being ranked and then it's you can lose as many as you want and you'll still be number five. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, sorry, I just saw Kansas and I'm gonna jump to the next thing after this. Kansas is favored over UCF by three points. Again, it's Roberto Con Queso: Is it at is it at UCF? Simeon Schlicher: no, it's at Kansas. Vegas knows something Roberto Con Queso: that's Simeon Schlicher: we don't. Roberto Con Queso: Just know that the the Jayhawks play good at home, apparently. Simeon Schlicher: I guess. Let's jump to the late games, the big one, obviously, another named rivalry. Catholics versus convicts. Roberto Con Queso: One of the best ones out there. Simeon Schlicher: Dude, I'm ex- I'm actually excited. If I was gonna pick any one of the three games to watch, and it's very, very close between the holy war and this one, but it's I think it's this one. I think Notre Dame should be ranked Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: top ten and I think Miami deserves to be one. Now, Malachi Tony does is questionable. High o high ankle sprain is what I'm hearing. Does that sway us at all? Roberto Con Queso: Well, yeah. I it sh it should sway and I I think that's why Vegas has swayed in the favor of almost a touch of a touchdown favorite for Notre Dame. This is the game that this is like your fast paced game. The holy war is gonna be the slug it out game, punching the mouth for four quarters. This game's gonna be a don't punch me in the face, just catch me down the field. That that's what this game feels like, especially on Miami side, cause all they do is just fast, fast, fast, fast, fast. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: There's one thing for sure. Michael Irvin is gonna be there. Obviously, Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: he'll be on the sidelines looking sweated out, raring to go with his belt. Simeon Schlicher: Yep. Yep. Roberto Con Queso: I think if Notre Dame can slow the game down, Miami's in trouble. Because that's kinda what has happened the past what is it? Not We had last week against North Carolina, the game got slowed down and ended up as a three point win. But then against Florida State, Florida State slowed that game down. It wasn't a track meet. If you get in a track meet with Miami, it's not they're built to go fast. Simeon Schlicher: I'm I'm lucky enough to have at least and actually be able to add something to this discussion. The Notre Dame's offensive style of play, if they slow down, is also better suited for them as well. So not only do you get to rest, but Tom not Tommy, CJ Carr throws the ball a lot better when he's not rushed. Roberto Con Queso: Mm-hmm. Simeon Schlicher: So this is also a game a game in the trenches. It also does help that they're at home. Did you see the price of the low lowest ticket for this game? Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, seven hundred and one dollars. Simeon Schlicher: It's seven hundred and thirty right now on my screen. Roberto Con Queso: is it? Yeah, we haven't seen prices like that since probably the conference championship games, which we ever really see Notre Dame in because they don't have 'cause they're not part of a conference losers. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. I I mean this is basically an ACC conference championship game. This is this is the Big 12 for the ACC because you know Notre Dame Roberto Con Queso: yeah. Simeon Schlicher: has has tied themselves so much to the to the A to ACC besides the fact this is a rivalry game for them. But like I agree with you. I think this is a I think this is a Notre Dame close victory no matter what, if they can slow the game down. If not, I think this is a quarterback question on both sides of the ball. If Malchi Tony doesn't play, I'm trying to get his name. What is Darien Mensa, right? Yes. Darien Mensa, you get to see what type of player he is. If he doesn't have one of the leading receivers, man, almost eleven hundred yards off of 73 Rex is crazy work, dude. you get to see the type of guy he is. And him having to spread the ball around to his other weapons. Roberto Con Queso: And the only thing that Notre Dame doesn't have really going in their favor is this th this essentially is their national championship game. Because if they lose this game, that's kind of it. their resume is okay, your best win. if if they beat SMU it would be SMU and they're not ranked. Simeon Schlicher: Mm-hmm. Roberto Con Queso: So it's th this is the make it or break it. This is this is the who's their coach? Marcus Freeman. I mean this is kind of like this is his last not last shot because he they'll he's too good of a coach to for them to like get rid of him. But like They need this and he needs this in the worst way. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Yeah. After the after not being able to do anything with Jeremiah Love, you kinda you kinda have to. very interesting game there. Also, Miami going to South Bend, cold weather. We're in the fall. So temperatures are probably gonna be in the upper thirties, lower forties for this game. So it does make a difference, especially for those warm weather teams. normally going out. Last one I want to go on is Ole Miss Georgia. There are some really good games. We'll touch on them here in a second. But this is the last one. This is in Oxford. Ugga's favored by three and a half points. I mean this the the question of this game is is really just offense, right? For Ole Miss. If it it depends what what Ole Miss offense we get, what Trinidad we get. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, it it's is Ole Miss's defense going to be able to break through George's defense? George is gonna be able to score. That's obvious. Ole Miss's defense is not bad, but they're not great. They just have to be able to score on this Georgia defense. Because if they can't at least I mean, field goals aren't gonna win the game, but as long as you can sustain drives, get points on the board, like and then get a stop here and there, you're you're in a good spot to beat Georgia. Now, if you if if you go three, four, five drives without being able to really get past the fifty, then Yeah, Georgia's probably gonna win twenty seven to eight like they did against Florida. Florida was good for five minutes, ten minutes, and then they just never put anything together. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, sorry. I just realized I never got Makkay never sent his Mackay Roberto Con Queso: yeah. Simeon Schlicher: never sent his picks. So Roberto Con Queso: We can just add his own and Simeon Schlicher: Rutro Raggy and I also didn't do them the makeup, so sorry. Yeah, sorry. Welcome to my brain. This is why Makai is better at it than I. Listen, it's gonna be a good game, but I'm not gonna be watching it. There's there's too many other good games going on at it. All right. Those are the couple preview games brought to you by Roberto Con Queso: Wait, you're not gonna watch that one at seven thirty? Simeon Schlicher: No, I'm gonna be watching you Miami Notre Dame. Roberto Con Queso: Do you not have U two T V? Simeon Schlicher: I do, but I've noticed that if I actually want to be useful to this podcast, I can only watch one game at a time. Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, okay. Simeon Schlicher: So if I get to watch multiple games and on a s on a Saturday, I'm just picking three games. Roberto Con Queso: Okay. That's fair. Simeon Schlicher: So and if I'm gonna be and at the end of the day, it's really one and a half, and that's a mixture of three games that I get to watch. So like Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: it'll probably be LSU, Alabama, but I might watch I I'll probably I will probably have the three thirty games up in a do in a dual box, Roberto Con Queso: Mm-hmm. Simeon Schlicher: and then I'll pick one. I'll see which one's more interesting in the Oregon, Ohio State, or LSU, Alabama. That should be interesting. hey, Delaware, Kennesaw State, only one and a half point difference. Just letting you know. Roberto Con Queso: Burner there. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, a hundred percent. Robert, you we got your week nine. This is this is your time to shine, which has been this entire podcast. This is your week ten, sorry, picks. Your rankings. What Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, these are going to be some interesting ones. Okay. Simeon Schlicher: All right. Hit me with them. I'm ready. Roberto Con Queso: sticking with Miami as one. We got Joja at two. Utah at three. I'm gonna slide Kentucky at four. Simeon Schlicher: Okay. Roberto Con Queso: Number five, Notre Dame. Number six BYU. Simeon Schlicher: Interesting. Roberto Con Queso: Number seven UCLA. Simeon Schlicher: All right, respect I can get I can get on board with that. Roberto Con Queso: Number eight, Indiana. Nine, Texas Tech. ten. miss. eleven, Ohio State. and twelve boys estate. Simeon Schlicher: Boise. Okay. So obviously Georgia moves up a position. OSU slides from second to eleventh from last week. Notre Dame f also falls down. Utah climbs. Kentucky climbs. Texas Tech basically stays put. Is that is that Ole Miss back in? Ole Miss is back in your top is t top ten again. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, 'cause I 'cause I'm 'cause I'm not like I'm not putting Bama in there. that is so stupid. Simeon Schlicher: Mm. Roberto Con Queso: You lost two of your last three. That is not Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, yeah. Roberto Con Queso: what top ten teams do. Simeon Schlicher: No. No, that's fair. And that should be the expectation that we have to people. Honestly, this is good. I think this is more similar, Roberto Con Queso: You could flip flop BYU Notre Dame if you really care about the head to head Simeon Schlicher: You could Roberto Con Queso: deal. Simeon Schlicher: I'm fine with Kentucky being top four. Scary but fair given what they've had so far and what they've done. Indiana, I'm fine if they're out, to be quite honest with you. Roberto Con Queso: Well and Indiana right now, out of all those, feels the weakest to me because this is like we had what, the past two weeks, the past two or three weeks Indiana's been Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Same thing with Texas Tech. Yeah. Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: they should have lost, but they kind of just the other team just gives it to Simeon Schlicher: Who knows, man? I don't know. It's good. I'm keeping track of them so we can see now. Finally keeping track of them so we can see. update on the mostly all all the all mostly college football team. Roberto Con Queso: Hey, I'm just saying we won last week. Simeon Schlicher: Hey, let's go. What is that? Win number Roberto Con Queso: Yep, we won Simeon Schlicher: two for the season? Roberto Con Queso: we won one fifteen to one thirteen. Simeon Schlicher: snuck it in there. All because Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: probably because Jer not Jer Yeah, Jeremiah Smith didn't do anything. Roberto Con Queso: Pretty much. Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, we barely got in there. no new funny names for us. The last one we got was Hudson Cock. that's just brilliant. Honestly. cheapest ticket, lowest highest ticket, cheapest ticket, highest ticket, lowest ticket. Obviously, highest ticket is 730. That's what I was seeing. Somewhere between 700 Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, was my Notre Dame. Simeon Schlicher: and 730. What is the Roberto Con Queso: I had I had two of them for Lois, Maryland Purdue Simeon Schlicher: Okay. Roberto Con Queso: and Louisville, Georgia Tech. Both were nine dollars. Simeon Schlicher: Is the Maryland game at Maryland? Roberto Con Queso: No, I think it's at Purdue. Simeon Schlicher: Yikes. That's gonna be a yikes for me, dog. That's gonna be hard yikes. Roberto Con Queso: I don't think I would go to Louisville, Georgia Tech, I think. I might think I would go to Georgia, Georgia Tech. That's in Atlanta, isn't it? Is it not Atlanta? Simeon Schlicher: If it's in Georgia, if it's at Georgia Tech, yes. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Yeah, I'd be cool with that. Simeon Schlicher: here's the deal. We're gonna get to picks here in a second. the toilet bowl. Now, first first of all, ladies and gentlemen, I didn't do my job again because I have a I actually have a full time job and I don't get a day off because I don't work four tens. So Roberto Con Queso: Neither okay. Simeon Schlicher: so let's go. I didn't get to do the numbers from last week, so I don't have updated numbers for you. I was texting. Robert said he found three teams and then I started to look. The toilet bowl is at one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, sixteen games. We're not gonna be picking all sixteen of those games. That's just too many. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: Makaiah, you were right. Robert and I were wrong. There was way more than three. Roberto Con Queso: Well, I j I went I just went off of three teams that had losing records that I was like, Well, all right. Simeon Schlicher: Sure. Sure. We're gonna pick the fun ones out of these because technically Michigan, Michigan State is a toilet bowl game. We're gonna kick them out. Okay, we're gonna kick out Tulane Tulsa. But before we do that, we got a few more things to do. We all know you're here for the toilet bowl picks at this point. Okay, good. We're not as long because Makai's is not here, so you're gonna get a little bit shorter of an episode. We're gonna give you some time back. You lost some time with the sunlight being gone because of daylight savings time. Robert and I aren't as good as this as Makaiah are, but here we are. Roberto Con Queso: Amen. Simeon Schlicher: So I, after a horrible week last week, I'm sure I didn't do fantastic. Sorry as I'm hitting my mic. I'm picking one game. Exactly one game to be good. There are plenty of other good football games, but I'm just gonna say, listen, I'm going all in for Rain Man's games that I want you to watch. Clemson Syracuse. That is what it is. I'm calling it. There are some really good games. UCLA's Pliny, Minnesota. there was another 330 game that I saw. well, technically, if you're a one and a half point favorite, Delaware, Kennesaw State's probably gonna be a pretty good game. If you have ESPN Plus, maybe watch that. Except don't, because there's way better games on this week than like the other weeks have like, yeah, have this on on the background. if you want to immerse yourself in the co in the in the in the in the culture, yeah, do that. did Penn State win last week? So we're gonna get Okay. Maybe Purdue. Roberto Con Queso: Yes. Yeah, they'd be Purdue. They're back to being Purdue. Simeon Schlicher: They're back to being Perdon after going on a four game skid. I had family members at that game. All right, so we're at the games of the week to watch on your couch, brought to you by our fans at Kindred Couches. We got a couple games for you because the toilet bowl is taking over. And the only reason it's taking over is because Robert, you probably blew us all away. Last week you're probably still in the lead. Who knows? We're assuming. Just a reminder, I'm twenty six and thirty three. Robert is currently for forty three and twenty three. Go ahead, Robert. Roberto Con Queso: So so my forty three and twenty three, I went and added mine. Simeon Schlicher: Okay. Roberto Con Queso: I like I went and added my rights and wrongs. Simeon Schlicher: Would have been nice. I was gonna I was gonna add a week ten just so we didn't keep lose track and then come back for week nine. So I am gonna do that. I'm gonna move I'm gonna scoot you up the sc up the screen here a little bit. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. Simeon Schlicher: Okay, so first game. We already talked about it. no, we're gonna talk about the games we didn't talk about. Nebraska, Illinois. Robert, you picked this game. Fun game. Illinois ranked fifth right now in the Big Ten. Nebraska, for how bad they are, they're still that one score type football team. So it's gonna be a good game no matter what. Illinois known for their defense. What do you have? Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, I believe both of these teams actually have the same record, and I think that was why I chose this game. Yeah, they're both five and three. Three and two, two and three and yeah. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, they're both five and three, but they're two and one but Nebraska's Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Roberto Con Queso: neither of these teams are showing like anything impressive. And I to be honest with you, they're kind of the same team, which is the wildest thing because Illinois used to be fairly well fairly good. they weren't star sighted or anything. but n and Nebraska generally is the old motto of Nebraska is hey, win or lose, as long as it's by one score, we're happy. So you know, give me Nebraska to win by more than three, so probably four. and you know, that's we're that's gonna be big red in Illinois. Simeon Schlicher: it's an away game too. Roberto Con Queso: Yes. Simeon Schlicher: Well, I was gonna say defense wins championships, offense wins games. up the page, Robert, up the page. yeah. but now that it's in Illinois, give me Illinois because if I have any chance of making a comeback here, it's it's only because I pick differently than you, and at the same time, I believe I am in front of of in the toilet bowl picks and I want to keep it that way. So who cares about the regular picks? At least that's my motto on it. we talked about it for a second. Another fun game. Penn State, Washington. Technically Penn State is one and four in the conference with their one win being Purdue last week. They've taken on a Wisconsin team a Washington team that has looked shaky. I think at best is a fair way of putting that on. This game is on FS1. It's four and four against five and three. So I get why you pick why you picked it. This game's basically 50-50. Spreads two and a half. again, Penn State snapped their losing streak last week. Washington on a two win streak. Hey, look at that. They beat Nebraska by one score. So, Robert, who you got here, what you got here. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, the tricky part about this game is the fact that it's an East Coast traveling to West Coast, which, hey, we found this out a year or two ago that it is the worst possible scenario for teams going from east to west, just as Ohio State from last week. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Yep. Roberto Con Queso: I'm gonna say that this is going to be one of the one offs. I'm gonna take Penn State. I think they found something last week. maybe a set of nuts, I don't know. Simeon Schlicher: Mm-hmm. Roberto Con Queso: But they found something, and I think they're gonna start to ride this and try to make themselves bull eligible. Simeon Schlicher: Excuse me. I think if this was any other, you know, four win team or any other big West Coast Big Ten team, I'd be with you. The fact that it's at Washington, it's at Husky Stadium, it's it's in the afternoon slash night. Like people are gonna show up. It's three PM kick, which actually means it's twelve. So it's actually not. So this might my argument's starting to fall apart as I realize it, but I'm gonna still go ahead and pick Washington and hope for the best. From there. All right. Big games here. Give me we're gonna start with the one that I think does cares the least about. It's Ole Miss Georgia. Who you got? Roberto Con Queso: I dj I just Georgia's defense plays too strong. Ole Miss's offense, I don't know if they're gonna be able to do it. I'm I'm gonna take the safe pick and go with Georgia. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, I am too. I think that's to me pretty straightforward, which is why I'm gonna watch a different game at that time period. Or might watch a different game at that time period. All right. Now this is a f this is a coin flip. no, not not a coin flip. Bama L S U. Roberto Con Queso: I would say this one's a coin flip though, too, because you we because again, we don't Simeon Schlicher: It is. It is. Roberto Con Queso: know who's last time I picked LSU, they shot me in the foot, and I you know, I w I was I was all for them. I was all for them. And then their fans just pissed me off. And then Alabama did the same thing, and I was like, Alabama, Bama, Bama, and I need Alabama to lose, so I'm gonna go LSU. I want Bama to lose so that. I once again am right about Calen De Boer not being able to provide in the SEC. Simeon Schlicher: That's fair. listen, there's gonna be plenty of coaches that are people that are gonna want him if somehow for one reason or another Alabama fires him. I don't think he's that hot, but Florida st Roberto Con Queso: No, it I it's Simeon Schlicher: Florida State will offer him sixty minutes sixty million and pay him, probably a hundred and twenty in three years. Roberto Con Queso: If if if they don't make the SEC championship and a team like Kentucky does, there's gonna be a lot of questions. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, one of them is what was what was who is that? Ryan Silverfield doing? No, that he's at Arkansas. It's Roberto Con Queso: Yeah. No. Simeon Schlicher: Who is who was who went to Kentucky? What was he doing this whole time? Roberto Con Queso: Well, and it's gonna be who is on Kentucky that I need to throw money at in order to bring them to Alabama? Simeon Schlicher: That's true. True. And if you're a Kentucky booster, guys, being a two Roberto Con Queso: You Simeon Schlicher: sport club. Roberto Con Queso: the the checkbook is open right now. You've gotta keep everyone. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, you gotta you gotta put money into that program. Yeah. It's sh if you can if you can have a basketball and football program, dude, forget about it. all right, I'm also picking LSU. Again, I think Brandon needs to prove it to me in order for this, and I think LSU mostly has. It's weird, not really, but yeah. All right. Notre Dame, Miami. Roberto Con Queso: it was Wolf Stein by the way. Simeon Schlicher: Will Stein, that's right. Offense coordinator Oregon State. Oregon. Sorry. Roberto Con Queso: I'm gonna take Notre Dame. But I'm gonna I'm gonna take it close. I just think if if Notre Dame slows the game down, that takes all the firepower away. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Plus Southern team coming north cold weather scenario. It's a little bit better because it's not cold, cold, but still, if this was two months from now and Alabama Jones is there, situation, yeah, or n or I guess thirty literally thirty day basically thirty days from now, it's a different story, but still. Also, happy November, y'all. Just letting you know, Chris Mariah's right around the corner. okay, Holy War, BYU Utah. Roberto Con Queso: let's go Let's go Utah. Let's take the home team. Let's take the advantage. Simeon Schlicher: The reason I'm laughing is because in the document that we use to track this, Robert just put loser, loser, loser, loser, loser on your all of Makaiah's picks. And that was funny. Gimme BYU. You know, pick the person who's been there. Yes, it's an away game, but everyone travels. So gimme BYU. Roberto Con Queso: It either pick I is is a good pick. It's not like a it Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. It's not like they're my LSU. Roberto Con Queso: yeah. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Yeah. For sure. Alright. Toilet bowl. No sponsor for the toilet bowl yet. Probably should get a Clorox or something like that. Some bleach. Roberto Con Queso: Some bleach. Simeon Schlicher: Maybe Robert's mom. Who knows? Roberto Con Queso: Well you never know. Simeon Schlicher: I believe on I think the last the last we had, I think I was winning, but I don't know. Yes. But we only started this. again, we have a bunch, so I'm just gonna kinda pull as we go. We're picking the loser of the game. Cause that's how we do this. I guess, because it's the toilet bowl. Temple Navy. Roberto Con Queso: temple. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Give me Temple as well. these two teams get okay, this one we are definitely keeping because it's hilarious. Florida State, Boston College. Roberto Con Queso: I'm gonna take Boston College just off the fact that teams usually play they usually win the next one after firing the head coach. Simeon Schlicher: interesting. I'm gonna pick FSU. I agree with you still, but I think it would just be even funnier if Florida State lost the the game after they had and I think that's that's fair. I'm not gonna pick Wait, no, that game isn't even the right game. Who are they actually playing? Okay, well then I'm gonna take them off. This one I like University of Virginia, California. Roberto Con Queso: I'm going to take Cal. Simeon Schlicher: also going to take Cal as the loser. We're gonna I really want to pick Kansas UCF. I find it hilarious that somehow UCF after talking about them was not, but the funnier one is after them because it is Colorado and ASU Arizona State. Roberto Con Queso: you know, I'm gonna go Arizona State. Simeon Schlicher: Wow. Picking against his long hated rival. Roberto Con Queso: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Simeon Schlicher: Or picking for his long reigned rival. Anyway, Perdon't is back at it their their antics. They are hosting Maryland. Yeah. Roberto Con Queso: I had Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, a team that already Roberto Con Queso: It it's just an ugly I like each one of their games that they're playing is just not not good. Simeon Schlicher: No. I don't know. I put FIU FIU explained FIU. We're gonna we're gonna remove them. N IU, Northern Roberto Con Queso: is F.I.U. playing FIU? What is it? Simeon Schlicher: Illinois versus San Jose State. Roberto Con Queso: there's only there's only one way to go at that one. I'm going in. Simeon Schlicher: I'm just gonna be different. I don't think so, but you know, that's okay. Roberto Con Queso: You think they're gonna get their first win? Simeon Schlicher: I guess. Yeah, probably not. This game's probably away. They're probably traveling east to west on this game too. I don't know. we're not gonna do UTEP Hawaii. we are gonna pick the rest of these Washington State, Colorado State. Again, Colorado State's defensive coordinator walked out on the team before halfway through the game. Roberto Con Queso: Colorado State. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah. Picking the entire state of Colorado to lose on Saturday. Dandy Mississippi State. Mississippi if Mississippi State had players to trade for picks, they would be trading them for picks right now. They're in they're the Indianapolis Roberto Con Queso: there's no doubt. Simeon Schlicher: Colts. Roberto Con Queso: I'm gonna yeah, Bandy. Simeon Schlicher: I I just yeah, you gotta prove something. This is the win if you wanna have it. Another another team that this is the win. Technically two toilet bowl teams. There's a right answer for this game though. Auburn, Arkansas. Roberto Con Queso: I am going to say I'm gonna say that Auburn loses this game. Simeon Schlicher: Interesting. Upset. That would be an upset. Roberto Con Queso: Yes. Simeon Schlicher: I have somewhere around here. I am leaving. I'm getting out of here. Hey, we hit an hour. That's what matters without Makaiah. Roberto Con Queso: So So who did you pick? Simeon Schlicher: Arkansas. Roberto Con Queso: okay. Simeon Schlicher: Yeah, no, no. They're gonna they they're wearing trash bags for a reason. We'll see you all next week.
