  [SPEAKER_00]: 16 individuals connected to alleged illegal voting, illegal voter registration, and related election fraud schemes.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The accusations include, of course, non-citizens, allegedly voting in federal elections.

  [SPEAKER_00]: people allegedly claiming American citizenship in order to register to vote.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And additional offenses uncovered during the investigations, including things like wire fraud and naturalization fraud, passport fraud, identification document fraud.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And the biggest cluster of arrests, if you can believe it, was in Texas, where eight foreign nationals are facing charges, prosecutors say seven were lawful, permanent residents, and one was in illegal alien with a final removal order, the illegal immigrant, Moisis Anwar Araleno Alba, 36 from Mexico, is facing two charges of allegedly

  [SPEAKER_00]: But Texas is only the beginning and Idaho prosecutors charge a Mexican national identified as Avila Gomez alleging that Gomez falsely claimed American citizenship voted in the 2022 election, and yes.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The grand jury indictment also includes wire fraud, theft of government funds, a false passport statement, identification document fraud, a false statement during a firearm purchase, and an unlawful firearm possession.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And unfortunately, the case is just keep going and Massachusetts and Nigerian woman was arrested in charge with illegally voting in 2022 and allegedly voting again.

  [SPEAKER_00]: In the 2024 general election, it was constant a Colombian nationals facing charges tied to allegedly claiming citizenship while registering for the November 2022 federal election, a New Jersey, where their fatless Democrat governor just admitted that thousands of illegals and non-citizens were indeed on their voting roles.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Lawful Permanent Residence Centana Cullabali, allegedly registered in 2016, voted in federal elections in 2018, 2020, submitted a provisional presidential ballot in 2024, and made fraudulent statements in naturalization applications.

  [SPEAKER_00]: These mass arrests did not happen in isolation earlier this month, so we're talking literally just days ago.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The DOJ announced that five defendants were charged in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Wisconsin in cases tied to the 2022 and 2024 elections, and just 10 days later.

  [SPEAKER_00]: The Justice Department announced six more defendants at California, Kansas, and Louisiana, including an alleged petition signature scheme on Los Angeles's Skid Row, and cases involving alleged non-citizen voting.

  [SPEAKER_00]: That makes 27 defendants announced in three September enforcement waves.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, this is absolutely stunning stuff and it proves.

  [SPEAKER_00]: They are absolutely dropping the hammer here on all of this illegal voting.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There was a preliminary census bureau analysis of the 2020 election that Trump administration has been foregrounding.

  [SPEAKER_00]: and it found that more than 24,000 voter records were tied to people who were non-citizens at the time.

  [SPEAKER_00]: Now, of course, the report could not reveal which candidate any voter supported and it's a very limited study.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There are millions of names that have not been cross-checked to verify citizenship.

  [SPEAKER_00]: they're comparing today's surveys with past elections without accounting for the significant changes in the nation's Democrat demographics.

  [SPEAKER_00]: And that could mean that the electorate heading into November looks substantially different from the one pulse of stink that they're measuring.

  [SPEAKER_00]: point to the fact that the Democrat party may indeed be seeing significant membership losses going into November.

  [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there's no way these nasty deportations of voter roll purges aren't going to hurt the Democrats in order.

  [SPEAKER_00]: There were three exceptions, but outside of those three exceptions, the party out of power, out of the White House, gain seats in the midterms.

  [SPEAKER_00]: So this should be a slam dunk, but these two factors alone, these redistricting and the deportations are making this midterm a literal electoral nightmare for the Democrats, arrests and deportations,
