- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Do you ever get the feeling that you're destined for an even bigger, bolder, more magical life?
- 0:24SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Conscious Glow Up.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, intuitive energy healer and coach, Crystal Ward.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: My goal is to help you create the life you fantasize about by teaching you energetic spiritual laws of the universe and neuroscience tools.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: I'll share how I utilize these teachings in my own life with stories of single motherhood, entrepreneurship, finances, and relationships.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Let's dive on into the depths of consciousness and glow up from the inside out.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: What I've seen in my seven years as a health coach is that people usually think that illness is the bad luck of the draw.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: Yes, sometimes we clearly see the physical root cause.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: Maybe somebody was a smoker for 45 years and they got lung cancer.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: But what about the many lifetime smokers who lived well into their 80s and never got cancer or COPD?
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: What if there is more to illness than meets the eye and it has nothing to do with luck?
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Conscious Mastery, where I help you expand into your next level of any area of life through neuroscience tools, spirituality, and practical strategies so that you can thrive daily.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: And yeah, I do know that my intro still says the conscious glow up.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: There has been a rebrand, so I'm in the process of working on a new intro.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: I am your host, Crystal Ward, trained intuitive and energy healer and health and life coach of seven years.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: This episode might be a little heavy today, but if you listen, I promise you're going to gain a new perspective on illness that you probably have never heard before and one that can, if you apply it, not only change how you view illness, but how you navigate it.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: With this information, I intend that you will understand a huge missing piece to the healing process that Western medicine fails to include.
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Not saying that's necessarily because of anything nefarious, but just because they focus on the physical issues at hand, which usually just addresses these symptoms and not the root cause.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: Because of that, that leaves lots of openings for other practitioners like functional medicine and other ways to cure illness and disease.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: And this one that I am going to share with you, I mean, you can you can do it at home.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: So you're going to walk away with an invaluable tool for healing and gain new ways to help people you love who might be suffering, whether it's healing an injured shoulder, lessening the effects and the duration of the common cold or even cancer.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: Uh, what I am about to teach applies to any ailment ever.
- 3:04SPEAKER_00: It's no secret that illness and disease are quite prevalent.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: I've been alive for over 30 years, and from what I've personally seen, there is more cancer today than I've ever witnessed in my entire life.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: At least once a week, at least, I hear about another person with a diagnosis.
- 3:22SPEAKER_00: And today I found out that my fifth grade teacher, my favorite teacher I ever had, has some form of late-stage cancer, and he put in a Facebook post today that if he doesn't start chemo next week, he could enter hospice.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: But honestly, age is no factor.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: We see children, teens, and young adults with cancer more than ever before.
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: It's it's scary, it's crazy, and it's freaking sad.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: And not to mention all of the other illnesses that fill up doctors' waiting rooms and hospitals.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: According to the CDC, 60% of Americans live with a chronic illness or disease.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: And I didn't say illness or disease, I said chronic illness or disease, and that's only the cases that have actually been diagnosed.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: I mean, we all know someone or we have been there where we know something is going on in our bodies and we haven't confirmed it or diagnosed anything with a medical professional.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: We just kind of live with it.
- 4:23SPEAKER_00: So 60% of diagnosed chronic illnesses or diseases, and 40% of people have two or more chronic conditions.
- 4:31SPEAKER_00: So this is fucking serious, you guys.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: And I live in America, but I do know that I have global listeners.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: So when I say that, I am speaking from what I see in the Americas and Canada.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: And like I said, that CDC statistic was from America, but I'm sure you can Google it for your own country.
- 4:50SPEAKER_00: And if you're somewhere in the world where that stat isn't applicable, then I hope that it stays that way.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: But the message I'm going to share today remains the same because there is no place on earth where there is zero illness or injury.
- 5:04SPEAKER_00: We're humans, it happens.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: So why is it that some smokers end up dying from cigarette usage and others can live decades longer with no real obvious effects such as cancer or COPD from the cigarettes?
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: Illness isn't just created through physical root causes, such as smoking or dousing bodies in chemical-ridden sunscreen, or eating processed food all day, or even genetics.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: We know plenty of people who do plenty of quote unquote unhealthy things and never get a chronic illness, cancer, or even a single head cold throughout the year.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: Those people blow my mind.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: I see these people all the time.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: They well, maybe not all the time, but I can list five at least right now, people I know who just eat trash and they are they're never sick.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: I don't get it.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: I mean, obviously, you know, that's how, you know, that's the state of their body right now.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: Who knows what it will be in a while?
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: But uh, we also see plenty of people whose genetics don't read a certain illness, for example, yet somehow they end up with it, and vice versa.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: So, why do some siblings in a family whose genetics read cancer get the cancer while other siblings don't?
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: Sure, we could say that the siblings who ate crap all day and bathed in sunscreen got cancer, but what if that wasn't true?
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: What about the case where it was the super health conscious, super active sibling who got cancer?
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: Here is why.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: Illness and injury, for that matter, are not only due to physical root causes, everything on or in the body has an energetic root cause as well.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: Our physical body is made up of light, it's just a bunch of light particles all together, meaning our body is made up of energy, and that actually goes for anything ever.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: Anything physical is made up of light particles, therefore, everything is just a bunch of energy.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: So, for example, we have the brain and we have the energy body of the brain.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: We have a leg and we have the energy body of a leg.
- 7:11SPEAKER_00: Nothing physical comes without an energetic blueprint, and that blueprint includes all of the data that affects our physical body.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: There is an energetic root cause for every illness, disease, and broken finger.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: Even each, it's it's amazing.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: Like even each different finger has its own root cause, every toe.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Energetic root causes can vary in severity.
- 7:36SPEAKER_00: For example, the cause for cancer versus a headache are quite different.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: And stay tuned to learn how to decode any ailment, but for now I'm going to give you a couple examples.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: The energetic root cause for a headache involves beating yourself up in some way, shape, or form.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: It doesn't have to be anything wild and crazy.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: It could have been a thought or two.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: Maybe you left your sunglasses at home and cursed at yourself a couple times on the way to work.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: The energetic root cause of beating yourself up paired with the physical root cause of, say, for example, getting horrible sleep that night and skipping breakfast, that will then be the cocktail to create the headache.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: For me, my headaches are always at a certain time of month.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Uh, if you're a woman or a man, you probably know what I'm talking about.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: It's those hormonal headaches.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: So that means before I get a headache, the f the physical root cause part of that is me beating is is the hormonal drop, hormonal fluctuation, and then the energetic root cause would be me beating myself up for something around that time.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: So that is how that's how I decipher my headaches.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: That's how I can easily pinpoint the physical part of it.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: It's not always that easy though.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: And the energetic root cause for cancer goes a little deeper.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: The root cause for cancer is when you've been holding anger and resentment for part or all sometimes of your childhood throughout your life.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: It's like you've carried the anger and resentment with you through the years.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: So what happens is those negative memories have basically been infecting your life by overriding in a way things that should be good in your current life.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: Sometimes we just can't enjoy what we are blessed with now or can't move forward in an area of life how we really want to, because the past can have such a chokehold.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: So, what do we do with this information?
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: If you've had or have cancer, ask yourself which parts of your earlier years you have resentment or anger towards.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: Or the next time you get a headache, see if you can remember when in the past 12 to 24 hours you might have beat yourself up a little bit or a lot of bit.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: All systems and parts of the body have different energetic root causes.
- 12:07SPEAKER_00: One of the ways that I help people is to help them decode the root causes of their injuries, illnesses, or whatever ailments having to do with their body.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: I helped one young woman, she was a teenager, she was months late on her period.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: I helped her identify the root cause of the delay, and within a couple weeks her cycle started up again, which was amazing.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: And then another woman had a rash on her backside for two years, and once we uncovered that root cause, the rash went away.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: And she asked what type of magic I was doing, and this was kind of early on when I started helping people do this, and I was almost like, what kind of magic am I doing?
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, it does feel like magic, but I promise you there is no Florida moon water or human hair or anything from the spice cabinet involved in this.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: The more stories I have from my own experience and the more stories I gather from other people continue to prove to me that this really is the extremely important missing piece to healing.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: Yes, there are so many times when chemo is the necessary option.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Oftentimes, we do need the physical fix, sometimes more urgently than anything energetic, that is for sure.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: But when you compare the physical fix with the energetic, you are going to be so much farther ahead than if you only looked at physical solutions.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: So, you know, get the chemo and when you have some time, some moments that allow for it, go within and try to find the balance in the situation that you feel anger or resentment towards from childhood.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: Finding balance in these kind of situations is a big ask.
- 13:46SPEAKER_00: I'm not I'm not saying like just you know, turn yourself into Jesus and like in, I don't know, just it can be really hard.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Finding balance is done by learning to see the good in the bad and coming to a which brings us into a neutral place.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: So you don't have to be like, okay, well, I have to convince myself how it was only good and not bad.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: No, like there's some there's some shit in there.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: We know that that's what got us here.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: But bring yourself into balance by seeing what good that there was that came of it.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Definitely not done in a moment's time, but after a while, it should become more clear to you if you struggle with it at the beginning.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: For example, um, I was dumped by my childhood best friend in sixth grade because I didn't wear Abercrombie and Fitch or Hollister.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: And how I, years later, when I started doing this work for myself, how I found I was going through lots of, you know, traumatic situations from long ago, and this was definitely one of them.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: How I found the good in that situation, aside from the fact that I moved on to a group of friends who wasn't fake as shit, nor were they orange in their teenage years from shitty tanning.
- 15:03SPEAKER_00: But the situation allowed me to become confident internally, and let me tell you guys, if I had never found internal confidence, uh, no matter what you know I'm wearing on my body, neither of us would be here at this episode right now, nor would I have a coaching business helping other people become more confident themselves.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: All of our obstacles are designed to grow us.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: That's that's the soul's journey is grow through obstacle.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: Whether you have a life-threatening illness or not, use that knowing of obstacles grow us to start to uncover how the pain you might have experienced earlier in life or even recently, whether in childhood or later, it was actually part of the initiation that you had to go through in order to get where you are now.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: I'm talking the skills that you have now, possibly even your career and the positive character traits that you have developed over your life.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: If illness or injury decoding is something that you want to get into and you want help with it, or you know somebody who might really benefit from this information, feel free to reach out to me.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: Please reach out to me.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: Crystal, that's K-R-Y-S-T-A-L at CrystalWard.com.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: I would absolutely love to speak with you.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: And here's the quick way to self-decode a physical issue.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: You are going to Google the function of the affected body part.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: Whatever the function is, ask yourself how you've been doing or feeling the opposite in your life.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: For example, joints, they enable bodily movement and flexibility.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: So if you're having joint stiffness, try to figure out where in your life you might be a little stiff or inflexible.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: There are eight areas of life, and I will go through those with you right now: mental, physical, spiritual, vocation, social, financial, family, and passion hobby.
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: So usually the root cause comes from one main area of life.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: It could trickle into other areas of life, but there will be one main area of life where it's really coming from.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: So, for example, joint stiffness.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: Maybe you are a business owner and you are feeling really like there is only one way you want, there's a certain thing you're trying to do, and you are feeling like there's only one way to do it.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're being inflexible.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: So that could be, and then relationships.
- 17:34SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh, I don't even need to give you an example there.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: It's so easy to become inflexible in relationships.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: So this way of decoding will give you a general roadmap, but with intuition, we can actually pinpoint the exact area of life your issue stems from, and that really is where things can get magical.
- 17:52SPEAKER_00: However, sometimes, like with the girl with the um rash on her backside, I don't think I actually pinpointed an area of life.
- 18:00SPEAKER_00: The area of life might become clear when we figured out the the root cause, the general root cause, you know, what what is the meaning of a rash of the irritation on that part of her body, and then the area of life became clear after that.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: So sometimes it can be easier, like certain body parts, certain injuries can be easier to decode than others, especially a headache.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I can pretty much figure out when I was beating myself up.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: So yeah, like I said, it's a roadmap, and you can always go a lot deeper as well with intuition.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: And I believe as the world doesn't slow down with sickness and disease, this is one of the most important concepts that we need to understand and utilize and share with everyone we know.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: And I know it is a loaded concept, and it might actually take a little while for your brain to really grasp it if you've never heard me talk about this before, and you might want to fight it, your ego might want to fight it right now.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: So, all I ask is that you keep an open mind.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: Be open to seeing the proof of this information in your life or in the lives of people that you care about.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: Because why not have another tool in your healing toolbox that could be the thing that completes the cycle of an illness or stops the cycle of a repetitive injury or just makes your head cold last not as long as it would otherwise.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: Alright, that's it today.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: Again, please reach out to me, Crystal K R Y S T A L at CrystalWard.com, if you want any help with this or have any questions, or just want to keep the conversation going.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: And if you've enjoyed this episode or the podcast in general, I would be so appreciative if you wouldn't mind rating it on whatever or reviewing on any app that you are listening on.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Thank you very much, and I will see you next time, or I will talk to you next time.
