We had a few PR's go into CircuitPython this week to add digital camera support to platforms with parallel-capture support. We started with SAMD51 and also added RP2040 thanks to some clever PIO work. PaintYourDragon and Jepler teamed up to one-two-punch Arduino and CircuitPy support at once, starting with with classic OV7670 cameras and then moving onto the OV2640's next. This could be great for simple vision/TinyML projects.
