- 0:18Speaker 1: Close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a slow,
- 0:25deep breath in through your nose and let slowly breathe
- 0:32out through your mouth, letting go of all your worries.
- 0:39As you feel yourself sinking into your nice, comfrey bed
- 0:44and becoming still feeling very peaceful and very relaxed, Take
- 0:55another slow, deep breath in through your nose and then
- 1:01slowly breathe out through your mouth and release all of
- 1:07your thoughts, letting them drift far away, or just blow
- 1:13them out, just like blowing bubbles in water. Take another slow,
- 1:23deep breath and then slowly breathe out through your mouth,
- 1:32and know that in this very moment, all is well
- 1:37in your world. Just relax. Now, breathe in again and
- 1:48breathe out, feeling peace and relaxation wash over your entire body.
- 1:58Feel it as it flows down from your nose and
- 2:01your throat, Feel it flow down your chest and all
- 2:08the way into your belly. And breathe in fully into
- 2:14your belly, making it nice and big and round, and
- 2:23breathe out slowly and deeply. Now, imagine that you are
- 2:34a beautiful sea horse, a bright and shiny silver one,
- 2:40and you shine so brightly that the stars think that
- 2:45you shine brighter than they do, and you do. You
- 2:50are like a bright and shining light for all to see,
- 2:56and you are a guiding light to You are a
- 3:01very magnificent and strong sea horse. And you have a curvy,
- 3:07muscular tail and a beautiful bumpy skin, and you have
- 3:13a nice big belly and a tube for a mouth.
- 3:20And you're surrounded by a big, sparkling, deep blue ocean
- 3:26with many different shades of blues and greens. And you
- 3:31float gently on the currents of this ocean, and it
- 3:35feels so peaceful here for you. It's so nice though
- 3:41you would never want to be anywhere else but here,
- 3:46This beautiful ocean is where you live your happy life
- 3:52with all of your friends and your family, all your
- 3:55seahorse brothers and sisters, and there are many of them.
- 4:03There are lots of other colorful fish swimming nearby, and
- 4:08they too are your friends. You have many friends here
- 4:13deep within this ocean. And you see your friend Seymour,
- 4:19who is a friendly starfish, and you see him moving
- 4:24slowly across the ocean floor. This is his top speed,
- 4:30by the way, He's moving as quickly as he can
- 4:36because he's on his way home now, as it's nearly
- 4:38his bedtime, and it's nearly yours too. You see a
- 4:44beautiful rainbow fish called George. He too is hurrying home
- 4:49as well. A black and white angelfish hurries past you
- 4:55with a smile on her face. She is Betty and
- 4:59she is one of your best friends. She tells you
- 5:03it's time to go home now, and it's nearly bedtime,
- 5:07and she doesn't want to miss the hot chocolate her
- 5:09mum is making for her. You see a bright orange
- 5:14and black clownfish called Sebastians swimming back and forth with
- 5:19a great big smile on his face, and he says
- 5:23he can stay out for another ten minutes to play,
- 5:26but then he too has to go home, and off
- 5:29he swims. As you look around you you see a
- 5:35shy plan who occasionally comes out to say hello. Her
- 5:42name is Sybil, but she is very shy, and so
- 5:46she scuttles back into her shell and closes the lid. Finally,
- 5:53you see Frank the fabulous Crab. He is a very
- 5:57happy crab, but he always gets himself tangled in everything,
- 6:01but he's still always very happy. In fact, you've never
- 6:06known him to be not happy at all ever, you
- 6:15are surrounded in this beautiful, deep blue and green ocean
- 6:20by all of your underwater friends. It's one big, happy
- 6:24family and you love it so very much. You are
- 6:29free here, you are very peaceful here, and most of all,
- 6:35you are very very happy here. So for just a
- 6:41short moment, just play with your friends, well the ones
- 6:46that are still out anyway, or maybe just have a
- 6:50swim around. We'll just float and drift peacefully on the current.
- 8:52Now it's a time for you to return to your
- 8:56home to have a good night's sleep. Mhm, And you
- 9:01do feel very sleepy. Now you hear a voice in
- 9:07the distance, and it's your seahorse mum calling for you
- 9:12to come home. Now you hear other mums calling out
- 9:17for their children to come home as well, because it's
- 9:21everybody's bedtime. You say good night and you swim off home.
- 9:31You reach your home amongst the gently swaying reeds, and
- 9:36you see your family waiting for you. You find your
- 9:41favorite soft green reeds and begin to settle down with
- 9:45your long tail wrapped around the reeds to keep you
- 9:49safe for the night. As you settle down to rest,
- 9:55waves of peace and calm wash over your entire body,
- 10:01and the waves begin to relax you deeper and deeper.
- 10:06As you sway gently, your tail is very secure so
- 10:12that you won't float off in the night. You'll stay
- 10:16safely right here while you rest tonight. You gently move
- 10:23with the ocean current that sways you back and forth,
- 10:29and as you relax here, you feel yourself becoming so
- 10:34very sleepy. You feel yourself drifting peacefully with a soft
- 10:43and gentle ocean current, but still staying in one place
- 10:48because your tail holds you safely. You feel so amazing
- 10:56floating here, and you know you'll sleep well to night
- 11:02because your heart feels so happy and your body is
- 11:08completely calm. And as you float on gentle waves of relaxation,
- 11:17your body feels heavy as you drift off into peaceful sleep.
- 11:24Then you feel so happy right now, so peaceful and calm,
- 11:31as you go deeper and deeper into a beautiful sleep,
- 11:38breathing quietly and gently. Now so peaceful, so calm, so
- 11:47very safe. Good night, Little see yours, sweet dreams. A
