- 2:33I'm going to tell you a little story about three
- 2:36good friends once upon a time in a beautiful pond,
- 2:44surrounded by vibrant water lilies, there lived three little goldfish
- 2:50whose names were Bubbles, Spark, and Thinn. Now these three
- 2:56little goldfish were the best of friends, and there was
- 2:59nothing they liked more than spending the days together having fun.
- 3:05The little pond was filled with sparkling water, and it
- 3:10was dotted with rocks and lush underwater plants, a lot
- 3:15of water lilies and sunshine. Was a beautiful place, and
- 3:20little tiny frogs and even tinier fish all swimming around
- 3:25the pond and during their day, and as the sun
- 3:29shone brightly, it cast a warm glow all over the
- 3:34underwater world. Now, hidden amongst the swaying plants was a
- 3:41tiny underwater house where the little goldfish made their home.
- 3:46And it was very cozy and very snow and he
- 3:49had shimmering walls made of pearls and seashells. The little
- 3:55house had windows that opened up to spectacular views of
- 3:59the pond, providing the little goldfish with endless entertainment as
- 4:04they watched the outside world. Sometimes they would sit at
- 4:10their window and watch as black and white angelfish hurry past.
- 4:15And they did always seem to be in a rush,
- 4:17of these angelfish darting here and there all the time,
- 4:22and there were schools of bright orange and black clownfish,
- 4:26and they would swim by, dancing and playing with each other,
- 4:31watched the family of crabs scruggling past on their way
- 4:34to catch their dinner. They even wave and smile at
- 4:38them too, because some of them are their friends. Well
- 4:41quite a lot of them are, really. But it's like
- 4:44their window is their very own TV, only they can't
- 4:48change the channel, but they do see so many things.
- 4:56Every day. Bubbles, Spark and Fish would swim through the
- 5:01crystal clear water, playing games and chasing each other around
- 5:06the pond. And they would glide gracefully past the rocks,
- 5:10darting in and out of the underwater plants, with their
- 5:13scales shimmering in the sunlight. They would play hide and
- 5:18seek amongst the gently swaying reeds, and one time Bubbles
- 5:23hid so well in the reeds that it took ages
- 5:26to find him. But they do have such fun together
- 5:33today though. As they look through the window, they see
- 5:37a beautiful sea horse, a bright and shiny silver one.
- 5:43There are a lot of other colorful fish swimming by, too,
- 5:47but the little seahorse is shining ever so brightly, so
- 5:53brightly that she looks like a star in the sky
- 5:59the sea stops outside their window and smiles at them.
- 6:04She doesn't say anything, She just begins to sing, and
- 6:09she has the most amazing and gentle voice, and she
- 6:14sings just like an angel. Bubbles, Spark and Thin are
- 6:19mesmerize by her. They have never heard such beautiful singing before.
- 6:29All three of them just sit at the window and
- 6:32listen to her beautiful singing. And as she sings, she
- 6:38begins to swirl and twirl around in a gentle way.
- 6:44The more they listen to her gentle voice, the more
- 6:48sleepy they feel. It's like she's singing them to sleep.
- 6:54That's okay, because it's nearly their bedtime anyway. Bubbles, Spark
- 7:03and Thin begin to give little yawns, and their eyes
- 7:08are getting very tired. They have had a long day
- 7:14watching all the little creatures in the pond going about
- 7:16their daily business. But they do love looking out of
- 7:20the window and waving to the friends. The sun is
- 7:26beginning to set now, painting the sky above the little
- 7:29pond in shades of pink and orange, and the three
- 7:34little goldfish decide it's time to retreat to their cozy bedroom,
- 7:41so they say good night to the little seahorse, and
- 7:44she smiles at them and just gently swims away. Bubbles
- 7:51Spark and Thin swam onto their own lovely soft bed
- 7:55and snuggle up together. They were the best of friends,
- 8:00and they were always looking out for each other and
- 8:03sharing a special bond that would last forever. And so
- 8:10in their little underwater world filled with water, lilies, sunshine,
- 8:16rocks and plants, Bubbles Spark and Thin lived happily ever after,
- 8:24their days filled with laughter and love. And they really
- 8:28did love each other so very much, and they were
- 8:31so very kind to each other well, and to everyone
- 8:35that they met. Really, so it's always good to be kind.
- 8:42But now you, as you lay in your own soft bed,
- 8:47you too feel very sleepy. Now your breathing is getting
- 8:52slower as you become more comfortable, and you begin to
- 8:56drift deeper and deeper into the most one full night
- 9:00sleep ever. So turn over and snuggle down, and you
- 9:09feel so safe, so protected, and so very loved. And
- 9:15when you wake up in the morning, you will feel
- 9:19completely refreshed, bright and alert, ready to begin the new
- 9:26day ahead. And each night from now on you will
- 9:32sleep better and better, deeper and deeper. But for now,
- 9:41just rest your weary head and just sleep night night,
- 9:47Sleep night.
