- 4:38Speaker 1: The Diddy Monster aka Mohawk Diddy, done, did now, aka Mohawk Diddy, and Did now.
- 4:43Speaker 1: And if we have a little time, I'm even going to get into the New York Mayor Adams situation that is turning into a little mini war behind the scenes.
- 4:52Speaker 1: Also, we're going to touch on what the hell might be going on with Jay-Z in the NFL.
- 4:58Speaker 1: So if you're walking your dog, keep your head on a swivel, pick his poop up.
- 5:04Speaker 1: If you're driving, keep your head on a swivel, pick his poop up.
- 5:05Speaker 1: If you're driving, keep your seatbelt on, keep your eyes on the road and keep your ears on me.
- 5:11Speaker 1: And if you're watching on YouTube, watch me do what I do.
- 5:17Speaker 1: Ain't nobody better.
- 5:19Speaker 1: You know that.
- 5:20Speaker 1: So let's get into this.
- 5:22Speaker 1: So what I'm going to do first is I'm going to go into the Diddy stuff first.
- 5:31Speaker 1: Diddy is something else.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Diddy has a new lawsuit, y'all, and in this lawsuit it's some nasty shit being said.
- 5:48Speaker 1: And you already know with Diddy, uh, these lawsuits just get nastier and nastier.
- 5:54Speaker 1: I'm just waiting for, I'm ready for the fucking trial.
- 5:57Speaker 1: How y'all, how y'all feel like I, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And then one thing I'm noticing I think a lot of these new ones, like I, I already told y'all, but it's really really, it's really confirming the way these stories coming out.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Do y'all notice like all the newer stories that have dropped on Diddy have mostly been like relatively new, been like relatively new?
- 6:32Speaker 1: It kind of supports my theory that these cases have a lot to do with the federal trial, uh, the superseding indictments, what's coming up in march, in march, and so I believe tony busby is in cahoots working with the feds and they told him to hold off on on charging, hold up on not charging but hold up on coming out with the information.
- 6:56Speaker 1: And once they were finished doing their investigations and ready, ready to go, uh, now they're ready to go and now they can put it out there.
- 7:13Speaker 1: I believe that's what's going on.
- 7:14Speaker 1: So let's start with this new nasty allegation lawsuit, whatever.
- 7:22Speaker 1: This is courtesy of tmz.
- 7:25Speaker 1: And the headline reads diddy sued, forced me to drink before assault and told me, and I quote take that shit.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Now, when I saw this headline, I was like is this a real?
- 7:43Speaker 1: Is this?
- 7:44Speaker 1: Because you know everybody, we all talk about Diddy with the take that, take that, take that and all that.
- 7:48Speaker 1: And so this accuser is saying that Diddy said take that, but he said take that shit.
- 7:53Speaker 1: So I probably heard it.
- 7:55Speaker 1: I heard it like take that, take that, but he probably didn't say it like that.
- 7:58Speaker 1: So that kind of threw me off on this headline at first.
- 8:01Speaker 1: But let's continue, let's get into this.
- 8:03Speaker 1: So what it goes on to say is that uh, diddy forced a woman to consume a drink and then sexually assaulted her in a los angeles nightclub, and in this nightclub is when he reportedly told her take that shit.
- 8:27Speaker 1: At least that's according to the new lawsuit.
- 8:32Speaker 1: Uh, the bad boy records founder, is being sued by jane doe, whos he sexually assaulted her in November 2016 at Club Playhouse in Los Angeles.
- 8:48Speaker 1: So, like I told y'all, these cases ain't from 93 and 92 and 86 and all of that, this shit.
- 8:59Speaker 1: These are recent and Busby has had these.
- 9:02Speaker 1: So there's a reason why all of these relatively new ones you know that happened within the past 10 years, five years Even.
- 9:12Speaker 1: We just talked about one the other day that was in 2022.
- 9:15Speaker 1: It's a reason why all these ones that are, all these lawsuits that are coming out now are are recent.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Like I told you, I think they told them to hold on a while ago while they investigated and once they were finished, they said okay, you could, you can go ahead and release your uh information.
- 9:33Speaker 1: So this is a club playhouse in los angeles.
- 9:36Speaker 1: I've never been there, but I've heard uh, I heard about it back in the day, uh, heard, it was.
- 9:43Speaker 1: A lot of drugs went on in this place and it was kind of pretty much known that you could bring drugs inside and not get in trouble, especially if you are a part of who's who Club Playhouse in Los Angeles.
- 10:03Speaker 1: If you haven't heard of it, look it up.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Some stories a lot of people don't get me wrong Popular, a lot of people like it.
- 10:09Speaker 1: But the whispers around LA area and to people who are in the nose that you could bring drugs in there.
- 10:21Speaker 1: So, according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the woman claims Diddy approached her in the club and offered her a drink and when she initially refused, he told her listen to this y'all.
- 10:37Speaker 1: So they in the club and Diddy Says, hey, I got to go over there, I got to get her.
- 10:44Speaker 1: And Diddy Says, hey, I gotta go over there, I gotta get her.
- 10:47Speaker 1: And, uh, he walks over to her.
- 10:51Speaker 1: He says, uh, hey, how you doing?
- 10:54Speaker 1: My name is uh Diddy.
- 10:55Speaker 1: Uh, would you uh mind?
- 10:59Speaker 1: Would you want a drink?
- 11:00Speaker 1: And she initially, you know uh, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, I'm fine, I'll get something Later.
- 11:04Speaker 1: You want a drink?
- 11:04Speaker 1: And she initially, you know no, no, no, no, no, I'm fine, I'll get something later.
- 11:07Speaker 1: And then Diddy says bitch, I ain't asking you Drink that shit and shut the fuck up.
- 11:17Speaker 1: End quote.
- 11:19Speaker 1: Let me repeat that this is according to the lawsuit.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Diddy offers her a drink.
- 11:29Speaker 1: She says I'm fine, I don't want no drink.
- 11:32Speaker 1: And then he say bitch, I'm not asking you drink that shit and shut the fuck up.
- 11:42Speaker 1: Wow, that shit and shut the fuck up.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Wow, that's kind of crazy, ain't it, you know?
- 11:53Speaker 1: Hey, look, if somebody offer you a drink and you refuse and then they tell you to shut the fuck up and drink it anyway, that's really a red flag to not drink it.
- 12:03Speaker 1: So we go on from there.
- 12:06Speaker 1: The woman claims she downed the drink because Diddy scared the crap out of her, I'm sure, with the way he forcefully slid the glass towards her.
- 12:19Speaker 1: So she's in the club having a good time.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Diddy comes over here, offers her a drink, like a gentleman, and I quote um, uh, but then she refuses it.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And then he goes from gentleman to the mohawk diddy, we know and says her to shut the fuck up and take it.
- 12:41Speaker 1: And so guess what she did at.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Next Says her to shut the fuck up and take it.
- 12:47Speaker 1: And so Guess what she did next?
- 12:53Speaker 1: She downed the drink.
- 12:55Speaker 1: And she downed the drink Because Diddy Scared the crap out of her.
- 13:03Speaker 1: So she says after consuming the drink, diddy placed his right arm around her in like a side hug position and shoved his left hand up her skirt, forcefully penetrating her with his fingers.
- 13:26Speaker 1: This is directly from the lawsuit.
- 13:30Speaker 1: This is wild as fuck.
- 13:38Speaker 1: And the crazy thing is, as this is not really far-etched either, because, if you know, if you've been around powerful celebrities, um, they will.
- 13:52Speaker 1: I'm not going to say that I've been around and they've done went this far, cause I wouldn't, I wouldn't.
- 13:59Speaker 1: You can go this far around me without me saying something or doing something or something.
- 14:03Speaker 1: So, but I've seen powerful celebrities do stuff, you know, similar, maybe I'm not, I ain't seen them, you know, go up their skirt and all that you know in person.
- 14:18Speaker 1: But I've seen them forcefully hug or make it.
- 14:23Speaker 1: You know, make it where it's like the woman don't have a choice.
- 14:27Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Like they figure.
- 14:29Speaker 1: They figure they got so much money and power, whatever I say to tell you to do you going to do so?
- 14:34Speaker 1: Like I said, I'm not going to say I seen nobody go up.
- 14:37Speaker 1: This is some other diddy shit.
- 14:38Speaker 1: You know, just forcing your hands up somebody's skirt and putting your fingers in her.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Forcing your hands up somebody's skirt and putting your fingers in her butt, uh, just trifling, and then it goes on.
- 14:52Speaker 1: During the alleged assault the woman claims diddy told her this bitch, I do what I want, take that shit.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Then she claims his entourage was laughing nearby while the assault was taking place.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Y'all know the diddy wing man and the uh, the, the yes man, and the hanger-ons and the roadies and everything you call them.
- 15:30Speaker 1: That's how it goes.
- 15:33Speaker 1: Those guys who are around diddy and different entertainers, uh, for their money and this and that they, they don't never have a backbone, they don't never have a voice.
- 15:47Speaker 1: That's why, if you've been in these situations like I've been around, like I've been around, you know the industry.
- 15:56Speaker 1: If you know me, you know my story.
- 15:57Speaker 1: I've been in these, around these people and seen these type of actions and that is how it goes Like, which is one of the reasons that you know I was signed.
- 16:13Speaker 1: It's not a mystery.
- 16:14Speaker 1: I was signed to Floyd Mayweather, we were doing music.
- 16:17Speaker 1: I've been around uh, uh roadies and a gang of people who are just, yes, man, and it makes you if you a stand ten toes dude like me, it make you sick to your motherfucking stomach because they will do and say and go with anything to keep their meal ticket going and it's nasty and it's just annoying as fuck and I don't like being around it like because I'm not like that at all, like I'm not gonna be laughing while you fingering and assaulting somebody.
- 16:55Speaker 1: Uh, I'm not gonna be laughing because I'm there in your entourage.
- 17:00Speaker 1: But that's how it goes.
- 17:02Speaker 1: This is not far-fetched at all like that.
- 17:07Speaker 1: When they say the part where she says the entourage was laughing nearby while he assaulted her, that shit, that picture is painted so vividly.
- 17:19Speaker 1: Um, because that's like I said, that's how it goes.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Man, you would not imagine but these, it'd be grown man that just they so happy to just be around they might not have a pot to piss in, but they got free drink and free clubs and get to hang around diddy and they get to get, you know, some type of female attention just because they are around a big celebrity like Diddy.
- 17:46Speaker 1: So when I read this article I'm going to continue, but when I when I it's, a lot of people might not agree with me.
- 17:52Speaker 1: But me being around this shit a lot At the highest level, you know what I mean I'm talking about.
- 18:00Speaker 1: You know it don't get too much bigger than Floyd Mayweather.
- 18:02Speaker 1: So so I saw this Diddy type environment, not saying nothing about what floyd did, anything like this.
- 18:09Speaker 1: I'm saying I've seen how uh an entourage, what type of shit they can be on and it's sickening.
- 18:19Speaker 1: And it was one of the biggest reasons why I knew I had to get the fuck up out of there, because I don't never, I'm never about to be anybody's entourage and just go on what they say.
- 18:29Speaker 1: But you'd be surprised how many people will do anything for that life.
- 18:36Speaker 1: So in the docs the woman says she ultimately was able to escape Diddy and she left the club and was able to get a ride back to her hotel where she says she felt so disoriented she needed help getting back to her room.
- 18:57Speaker 1: So she downed this Diddy special.
- 19:01Speaker 1: You know they got something that they putting in them drinks Allegedly.
- 19:06Speaker 1: She downs that.
- 19:08Speaker 1: She gets assaulted Diddy did he fingers her, um and just embarrasses her and whatever, and then she leaves staggering, stumbling, bumbling, disoriented, violated Um and needed help getting back to her room.
- 19:31Speaker 1: She claims she woke up the next morning and was horrified to find bruising and a tear in and around her vagina, which she believes was from Diddy's alleged assault.
- 19:54Speaker 1: Let me read that again.
- 20:00Speaker 1: She claims she woke up the next morning with bruising and a tear in and around her vagina, which she believes is from Diddy's alleged assault.
- 20:19Speaker 1: These stories, you never get used to these stories.
- 20:23Speaker 1: As many times we've seen a million of these stories and each one is as sickening or even sicker than the last one.
- 20:36Speaker 1: And to protect my ass, no, diddy, i'ma read diddy's legal teams response so they don't be saying I didn't give his his reply because I'm a fucker sending out cease and desist left and right, but fuck Diddy.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Anyway, diddy's legal team tells TMZ and you probably heard it before, but I'm gonna read it anyway no matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims, it won't change the fact that mr combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone, man or woman, adult or minor.
- 21:28Speaker 1: They continue.
- 21:30Speaker 1: We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth and mr combs is confident he will prevail in court.
- 21:50Speaker 1: If you know what, with the money that did he pay them?
- 21:53Speaker 1: You would think they could come up with a with some new, with a new uh response and a little bit more passionate response.
- 22:02Speaker 1: I mean it comes off very dry and very uh.
- 22:06Speaker 1: It shows it's that there's no compassion in that statement at all.
- 22:10Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not a lawyer, so who knows?
- 22:14Speaker 1: But to me, as many cases and as much of these stories I've covered, I just ain't feeling Diddy's legal team and, like I said, I really think it's because Diddy, this sounds like Diddy.
- 22:28Speaker 1: It's almost like Diddy is like let me prepare the statement and then they just clean it up a little bit or something.
- 22:34Speaker 1: It really seems like that, because these replies have a little hint of Diddy in them.
- 22:42Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Like OK, no matter how many lawsuits are filed, especially by individuals who refuse to put their names behind their claims, like what I don't know, I think they should chat GPT.
- 22:59Speaker 1: Their next response this is this, ain't it?
- 23:01Speaker 1: Anyway?
- 23:03Speaker 1: So Another lawsuit for the Diddy Monster.
- 23:08Speaker 1: This woman is being represented by you know who?
- 23:13Speaker 1: Tony, motherfucking Busby, who is suing Diddy on behalf of a whopping 120 clients, and thank you, shana.
- 23:31Speaker 1: I definitely like that response.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Shana in the chat says you can see they clearly don't care and they just want the money, and I agree with that.
- 23:47Speaker 1: This legal team for them to be supposed to be the highest and the most powerful in New York they're very underwhelming.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I'm not impressed and, like I said, I honestly, honestly believe they actually just want the money, of course, course, and and also on top of that, diddy is probably forcefully telling them what he wants them to say and do, even though, even when, if they say, hey, I don't know if that's the best idea, diddy strikes me as a type of person who's gonna say no, I'll say this anyway, even if they fucking wrong, because they think they know it all.
- 24:26Speaker 1: So I've been saying it from the beginning.
- 24:30Speaker 1: And watch what I tell you.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Watch when the uh.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Watch when the uh the the trial starts.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Watch how terrible the defense does and watch how that be a big theme in this case and we're all gonna be able to go back and y'all all gonna be able to say flow was the first one calling out how terrible this defense team is now.
- 24:54Speaker 1: This is aside from diddy.
- 24:55Speaker 1: We all know.
- 24:57Speaker 1: We ain't even questioning diddy.
- 24:59Speaker 1: No more did he, did he?
- 25:00Speaker 1: No, it's not diddy, his name is.
- 25:03Speaker 1: He did so.
- 25:06Speaker 1: Uh, it ain't even about diddy.
- 25:08Speaker 1: We already know what's up with him.
- 25:10Speaker 1: Just speaking on this legal team and for the big bucks he paying, they seem.
- 25:18Speaker 1: They actually seem like the ambulance chasers, they actually seem like the lawyers in the cheap suit, in the cheap suit that Jay Z was talking about and I guess that's a Jay-Z was talking about and I guess that's a fitting segue since we talking about, since I said Jay-Z, jay-z got some shit going on.
- 25:41Speaker 1: Y'all, I believe, because Flo been reading through the tea leaves.
- 25:46Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all been reading them, but there's an article about the NFL is going to choose, or actually let's start it.
- 26:00Speaker 1: The article goes on the detail that the NFL is going to start.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I guess they didn't want to.
- 26:06Speaker 1: I don't know if they technically said we're choosing it, but they're saying they're changing.
- 26:10Speaker 1: The halftime show is making changes.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Now, nowhere in this article does this say it has anything to do with Jay-Z.
- 26:20Speaker 1: But you know the flow team, the flow team on Apple and Spotify, all you listeners.
- 26:28Speaker 1: The flow team on YouTube.
- 26:30Speaker 1: The lunch crew, the breakfast crew, the breakfast crew, everybody in between.
- 26:34Speaker 1: You know we like to read between the lines and for the NFL to come out with an article stating and this is from Jennifer Booble wrote an excellent article.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Jennifer Booble wrote an excellent article, jennifer Booble, and it reads NFL vows to make Super Bowl halftime show changes after regrettable Kendrick Lamar choice.
- 27:03Speaker 1: Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime performance had mixed reviews, but the NFL itself regrets the choice and vows to make changes in the future.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Let me read between those lines hey, jay-z, we made it through this Super Bowl halftime show by the skin of our teeth.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Actually, this really don't have nothing to do with Kendrick Lamar, but with the little mixed reviews and controversies and Lil Wayne and all of that, we think this is the perfect time to tell you to kick rocks with flip-flops and no socks.
- 27:51Speaker 1: That's what's really going on.
- 27:56Speaker 1: I'm gonna continue this article, but that's what's really going on.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Y'all you know how.
- 27:59Speaker 1: I know because, if you ever, nfl is the biggest, most powerful, most.
- 28:06Speaker 1: We don't give a fuck entity in the business.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Nfl makes so much money and they got so much clout.
- 28:16Speaker 1: They're the only ones that will tell the president what the fuck they're going to do and ain't going to do.
- 28:22Speaker 1: And you mean to tell me they coming out because of some quote-unquote mixed reviews, even though the the performance was was watched, um, by a large number.
- 28:40Speaker 1: Uh, you mean to tell me now, all of a sudden, y'all scared and y'all or or y'all just immediately gonna make changes.
- 28:47Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, you making changes.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Changes because Jay-Z caught up in all this shit and y'all trying to distance y'allself from that shit.
- 28:56Speaker 1: You couldn't distance yourself before the Super Bowl because you didn't have time.
- 29:00Speaker 1: You had Beyonce doing the Netflix show, which is Jay-Z's wife.
- 29:05Speaker 1: You had the Super Bowl coming up in what a month.
- 29:11Speaker 1: Month, month or so, so they didn't have time to make any changes.
- 29:16Speaker 1: But I think it's pretty ironic that all of a sudden they coming out talking about they should have did Wayne this and that, when they had plenty of time to, to, to, to, uh, decide to go with Wayne before Jay-Z even came out with that mess.
- 29:35Speaker 1: But they couldn't do it then.
- 29:36Speaker 1: So now they are using this as a chance to say you know what?
- 29:40Speaker 1: This is the perfect time.
- 29:42Speaker 1: This is the perfect time to get Jay-Z's ass up out of here.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Let's go, let's continue in a bit of a controversial decision.
- 29:53Speaker 1: The NFL chose rapper Kendrick Lamar to perform the Super Bowl halftime show this year.
- 29:56Speaker 1: It's not just his beef with rapper Drake and explicit lyrics that made it so, but rather the fact that Lamar was chosen over Lil Wayne.
- 30:06Speaker 1: Check this out y'all.
- 30:12Speaker 1: Then they go on to say why Lil Wayne made sense for the Super Bowl.
- 30:17Speaker 1: This year's Super Bowl was hosted at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, louisiana.
- 30:23Speaker 1: While all the artists who performed ahead of Super Bowl have roots in Louisiana, kendrick Lamar does not.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Lil Wayne, on the other hand, was born in New Orleans and has deep roots in Louisiana.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Lamar is from Compton, california, nfl.
- 30:44Speaker 1: Y'all knew that shit.
- 30:45Speaker 1: Y'all knew that shit way before.
- 30:50Speaker 1: I'm telling y'all, if you read the tea leaves, you mean to tell me it took this for the NFL to realize.
- 30:58Speaker 1: Oh whoa, we should have used somebody with roots in Louisiana, because Lil Wayne from New Orleans and Kendrick from Compton man.
- 31:07Speaker 1: You knew that shit, man.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Nfl, don't even try it.
- 31:10Speaker 1: Y'all just trying to kick Jay-Z to the curb because y'all know his ass is grass, but y'all can't say that, but I can.
- 31:20Speaker 1: The NFL's decision to select Lamar over Lil Wayne drew criticism, especially from fans in New Orleans, and the league has since expressed regret over the decision and issued a formal apology.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Lil Wayne himself also expressed his disappointment during an Instagram live, saying it hurt a whole lot to not be able to perform in front of his fans in his hometown and that he wasn't expecting the rejection.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Lil Wayne should have been the first option.
- 31:52Speaker 1: An NFL insider told the US Sun it would have taken a couple minutes to finalize and Lil Wayne would have been thrilled to perform in his hometown.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Listen to this y'all.
- 32:05Speaker 1: The NFL is the NFL.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Think they slick, but we slicker.
- 32:11Speaker 1: The NFL think they slick, but we slicker.
- 32:19Speaker 1: Me and my team don't buy this shit that they selling.
- 32:23Speaker 1: We know what the real is, but it's fun to let them see.
- 32:30Speaker 1: It's like they're being political, they're trying to, they're trying to get rid of jay-z's ass the smoothest, uh, sneakiest way.
- 32:39Speaker 1: So now it says it goes on to say the nfl to make changes in how they choose the super bowl halftime performers.
- 32:46Speaker 1: The same insider said that the n NFL will ensure that they take into account an artist's connection to the city that hosts the Super Bowl when selecting the halftime performer.
- 32:59Speaker 1: From now on, new Orleans is the city of Lil Wayne.
- 33:03Speaker 1: It would have been fantastic to have him perform and feel the love from his hometown.
- 33:11Speaker 1: While Lamar's performance wasn't short on controversies, it wasn't those which caused the NFL to regret the decision.
- 33:19Speaker 1: Rather, they now recognize the importance of selecting an artist with deep roots in the game's host city.
- 33:27Speaker 1: So now that the NFL they done had all this revelation y'all, and now they about to change the whole fucking way that they do the hell super bowl halftime show, and you gonna tell me that ain't got nothing to do with all the controversy going on with jay-z.
- 33:44Speaker 1: This is the same nfl when the, when the charges hit, or when the allegations, I should say, hit Jay-Z, you know, of him being a participant in raping the 13 year old with Diddy in 2000.
- 34:05Speaker 1: We all know about that lawsuit.
- 34:08Speaker 1: If you remember, the NFL came right out standing strong with Jay-Z.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Why?
- 34:12Speaker 1: Because they had the Beyonce halftime show coming up and then they had the Super Bowl halftime show coming up that they already were locked in.
- 34:21Speaker 1: So they had to be in lockstep with Jay-Z.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Right, they came out.
- 34:29Speaker 1: We stand behind Jay-Z.
- 34:30Speaker 1: A lot of people were pissed, but hey, it's a business.
- 34:33Speaker 1: They did what they felt they needed to do.
- 34:38Speaker 1: And then now, right after the Super Bowl.
- 34:42Speaker 1: You see this article and you know another reason that shows that what they're saying in this fucking article is a crock of shit the fact that why wouldn't they be in cahoots with jay-z on a decision or article or something like that, wouldn't you think as y'all, after they put all that emphasis on the fact that Jay-Z controls the halftime show?
- 35:18Speaker 1: If you remember all that controversy and the NFL was coming out saying no, jay-z does it, when people were saying he doesn't have control, and they came out and said he does know he doesn't have control.
- 35:33Speaker 1: And they came on said he does.
- 35:35Speaker 1: Even when jay-z caught the uh, the allegation, um, even when jay-z caught the allegations, you know, nfl stood strong.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Did they stand strong because they were loyal to jay-z?
- 35:43Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Don't be silly, don't be silly, don't be silly.
- 35:50Speaker 1: They were loyal because they were trying to make sure the productions that they had coming forward would continue.
- 35:58Speaker 1: And so Wouldn't you think, from the pattern that they show previous to this article, don't you think if they were making some decision or putting out some uh information about, they're gonna choose it from now on?
- 36:14Speaker 1: After all that controversy with about jay-z and the halftime show, don't you think they would have came out and put this statement out together rock nation and nfl decide to make changes on Super Bowl halftime show.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Jay-z and Roc Nation and the NFL are going to sit down and come up with blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
- 36:44Speaker 1: Now it's the NFL.
- 36:47Speaker 1: We're going to do this, we're going to do that.
- 36:50Speaker 1: They didn't say shit about Jay-Z.
- 36:51Speaker 1: And guess who else ain't say shit about Jay-Z?
- 36:56Speaker 1: Jay-z, now, he was all loud and boisterous and all that when the allegations was coming out and he told Tony Busby he won't get a red penny and he looking forward to fighting and doing this and doing that.
- 37:12Speaker 1: But now, but now you quiet.
- 37:17Speaker 1: Why are you quiet?
- 37:21Speaker 1: Now?
- 37:24Speaker 1: This article Takes a dump on Jay-Z, and I ain't mad, I'm just speaking the facts.
- 37:35Speaker 1: I wasn't the only one saw that.
- 37:40Speaker 1: Y'all saw how Roger Goodell, the commissioner of NFL, came out standing strong with Jay-Z.
- 37:48Speaker 1: What was that song?
- 37:50Speaker 1: Jay-z said it was all good just a week ago.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Well, it was all good just a week ago, but then we get this article.
- 38:04Speaker 1: So I'm telling y'all, pay close attention to yes, they have a horrible, great, great, great.
- 38:09Speaker 1: But pay close attention to, to, to, to, to.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Yes, they have a horrible, great, great, great, uh.
- 38:12Speaker 1: But pay close attention to how this plays out, guys and gals, because now we all waiting for jay-z.
- 38:23Speaker 1: What do you have to say?
- 38:24Speaker 1: You was big boy talking shit, big balls.
- 38:28Speaker 1: So now we waiting to see what you guys say.
- 38:33Speaker 1: The NFL said they changing shit.
- 38:34Speaker 1: Basically, the NFL said Jay-Z dropped the ball.
- 38:45Speaker 1: And now we waiting on Jay-Z Because you got to answer to this, because if you going to be loud're going to have to stay loud.
- 38:55Speaker 1: Can't be loud One minute and the next minute you quiet as a church mouse, because now you're looking crazy, you're looking guilty, you're looking All out of sorts.
- 39:10Speaker 1: So, yeah, y'all, that's why y'all come to the flow, show no filter, cause a lot of people are going to read that article and go focus on the part about uh, they didn't like Kendrick performance or the NFL doing this and doing that.
- 39:20Speaker 1: But see, this is why I am who I am and why people have been following me for two years, because I take the news and I take the clues and I predict the future on that shit, and most of the time I write hey, I'm not right every single time, but I'm right way more times than I'm wrong, because it's common sense if you just pay attention to it, see, all you got to do is pay attention to the fact that the did the nfl and jay-z was all in lockstep when, when, when we thought they did that the nfl was going to distance themselves, then because we know the allegations was crazy, but they, like I said they had.
- 40:02Speaker 1: They had the halftime show with beyonce coming up.
- 40:04Speaker 1: They couldn't ruin that on netflix, you remember that.
- 40:08Speaker 1: And then they also had the Kendrick Lamar shit coming up and they did with NFL and most big corporations do.
- 40:17Speaker 1: They loved having Kendrick Lamar because that was an automatic way for them to have a controversial halftime show everybody wanted to see.
- 40:31Speaker 1: Not Like Us, they loved it.
- 40:33Speaker 1: So they thrived off the controversy which brought eyes to the Super Bowl, which brought eyes to the halftime show, which brought eyes to the NFL.
- 40:47Speaker 1: On this past Sunday, you telling me it was this huge mistake and you naming all the obvious fucking reasons that everybody knew way before all this.
- 41:05Speaker 1: We knew Wayne was from New Orleans for 40 years.
- 41:11Speaker 1: You knew and I'm talking to the NFL you knew Kendrick was from Compton for about 12 years, 13 years, however long we've been knowing about him, but all of a sudden now you want to change the halftime show because of this and because of that.
- 41:37Speaker 1: They're a smooth operator, y y'all.
- 41:39Speaker 1: But don't buy the shit.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Nfl is telling Jay-Z to kick rocks and let's see how Jay-Z uh responds, because, unless I missed it and I've been digging, digging, digging, digging I haven't seen a response.
- 41:53Speaker 1: If anybody in the chat has seen a response from Jay-Z, please let me know.
- 42:03Speaker 1: And while you at it, like and share it live and share it out like it.
- 42:10Speaker 1: We're doing well.

- 43:43Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you what's really going on and let's see what jay-z?
- 43:49Speaker 1: Uh.
- 43:49Speaker 1: Let's see what jay-z?
- 43:51Speaker 1: Uh.
- 43:52Speaker 1: Let's see what jay-z's response is.
- 43:55Speaker 1: He ain't saying shit.
- 43:58Speaker 1: He hasn't even spoke out about anything.
- 44:03Speaker 1: They got him sitting in the corner, so much.
- 44:05Speaker 1: But another uh development.
- 44:11Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all saw this one on this friday.
- 44:16Speaker 1: Uh, what is it?
- 44:20Speaker 1: Uh, y'all know how they uh dropping the charges on um mayor.
- 44:29Speaker 1: Uh, adams, new york city mayor.
- 44:32Speaker 1: Well, one of the uh, one of our listeners sent up in the fan mail, and then I actually want to put this word out too, if you have any article or any breaking news or anything that you want me to talk about or you think is interesting, put it in the fan mail.
- 44:49Speaker 1: I look, I read the fan mail all the time, um, and this particular story right here is one that, uh, one of the one of the people in the fan mail sent to me.
- 45:00Speaker 1: I don't have her exact message in front of me, but her message was something like hey, flo, did you see that the attorney general, federal prosecutors in New York are resigning or stepping down after refusing to drop the Adams charges?
- 45:19Speaker 1: I didn't see that as much as I did.
- 45:23Speaker 1: Some news does get past me, and this was an article that got past me, and so thank you to this listener who put this in the fan mail, and because you brought it, I feel like I want to cover it today, on this Friday, before we get the fuck out of here.
- 45:38Speaker 1: So this is courtesy of NBC News.
- 45:43Speaker 1: So, like this is another situation we need to pay attention to, because now the government is fighting each other.
- 45:53Speaker 1: They stand in ten toes against each other and it's going to get interesting.
- 45:59Speaker 1: Ten toes against each other and it's gonna get interesting.
- 46:04Speaker 1: So this article by nbc news headline reads federal prosecutors in new york and washington resign after refusing to drop adams charges.
- 46:12Speaker 1: At least six prosecutors, including the active, the acting us attorney in attorney in Manhattan, have stepped down over the DOJ's order to dismiss corruption charges against New York Mayor Eric Adams.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Now, if you remember his indictment, adams indictment came in right around the time of did like of diddies, the time of did like of ditties, if I'm not.
- 46:45Speaker 1: If I'm correct, it was exactly the same month, I believe, but don't quote me on that.
- 46:48Speaker 1: Now check this out.
- 46:49Speaker 1: Top federal prosecutor in new york and two senior federal prosecutors in washington have resigned after they refused to follow a justice department order to drop the corruption charges against New York Mayor Eric Adams.
- 47:08Speaker 1: Multiple officials said this Thursday the resignations amount to a stunning public rebuke of the Trump administration's new Justice Department leadership in one of the country's highest profile criminal cases.
- 47:29Speaker 1: Department Attorney General issued a memo Monday ordering federal prosecutors in New York to drop the case against Adams, arguing in part that it hampered his ability to tackle illegal immigration and violent crime.
- 48:01Speaker 1: And if you we're listening to me when I spoke about this for a hot second, I didn't.
- 48:06Speaker 1: I didn't do a deep dive on the other show, but we talked about it for a second at the, I think with the lunch crew.
- 48:09Speaker 1: I believe.
- 48:10Speaker 1: You know I do so many shows.
- 48:11Speaker 1: Y'all had to remind me, but I literally cherry picked this part out of it when I said the reason people are going to have problems with this is because the reason and remember, I said like we uh not think it might have been actually the breakfast show, I'm not sure, but I said that nobody is going to feel him getting uh charges dropped because he's too fucking busy.
- 48:37Speaker 1: That sounds like bullshit.
- 48:44Speaker 1: What do people say all the time when they?
- 48:48Speaker 1: When somebody tell you they're too busy, hey look, we always too busy for the shit we don't really want uh, for if we need an excuse right here, busy is just an excuse and it's funny that these prosecutors are resigning and it's really based on that statement alone.
- 49:10Speaker 1: I guess I ain't the only one that's that knew that was bullshit, but anyway goes on to say daniel sassoon, the acting us us attorney for this southern district of new york, announced her resignation in a brief statement to colleagues thursday.
- 49:31Speaker 1: The senior official said sassoon appealed wednesday to attorney general pam Bondi and expressed her alarm at being ordered to drop the case.
- 49:44Speaker 1: According to a letter obtained by NBC News.
- 49:47Speaker 1: She wrote to Bondi that she attended a meeting on January 31st with both Adams attorney Spiro and members of her office.
- 50:01Speaker 1: Adams' attorneys repeatedly urged what amounted to a quid pro quo indicating that Adams would be in a position to assist with department's enforcement priorities only if the indictment were dismissed.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Mr Bove admonished a member of my team who took notes during that meeting and directed the collection of those notes at the meeting's conclusion Shit getting hot or shit is hot.
- 50:39Speaker 1: It ain't getting hot or shit is hot, it ain't getting hot.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Sassoon also said in the letter that her office was preparing to file additional charges against adams based on evidence that adams destroyed and instructed others to destroy evidence and provide false information to the FBI.
- 51:06Speaker 1: The Justice Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment asked by reporters Thursday whether he asked that the charges be dismissed.
- 51:17Speaker 1: Trump said no, I didn't.
- 51:19Speaker 1: I know nothing about it.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Also, in a statement, spiro adams lawyer said the idea that there was a quid pro quo is a total lie.
- 51:31Speaker 1: We offered nothing and the department asked nothing of us.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Behind the scenes, justice Department officials also tried To move the case to the agency's Public integrity section in Washington, which oversees all Federal public corruption cases.
- 51:49Speaker 1: Multiple sources said they are Bickering like crazy and after Sassoon informed Boba of her resignation, he sent her a blistering eight page letter in which he blasted her.
- 52:20Speaker 1: Her her refusal to immediately drop the charges.
- 52:24Speaker 1: That's what he blasted her for.
- 52:26Speaker 1: He blasted her for not doing her for for doing her job.
- 52:30Speaker 1: Bove also placed at least two other prosecutors who worked on the case on leave.
- 52:37Speaker 1: According to the letter, and I quote, the Justice Department will not tolerate the insubordination and apparent misconduct reflected, in preference to avoid a duty that you regard as unpleasant and politically inconvenient.
- 53:14Speaker 1: York police captain, elected mayor in 2021, as you know, was charged with an indictment, which is unsealed, in September, and in that indictment it was one count of conspiracy to receive campaign contributions from foreign nationals and commit wire fraud and bribery, two counts of soliciting campaign contributions from foreign nationals and one kind of soliciting and accepting a bribe.
- 53:44Speaker 1: The indictment accused him of taking a hundred thousand dollars worth of plane tickets and luxury hotel stays from wealthy turkish nationals and at least one government official in a nearly decade-long corruption scheme.
- 54:01Speaker 1: So out of all of that you get to just say you know what.
- 54:11Speaker 1: I don't have to be held accountable for that shit because I'm too busy.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Because I'm too busy with crime and immigration.
- 54:18Speaker 1: Y'all can't prosecute me for corruption.
- 54:20Speaker 1: Because I'm too busy with crime and immigration, y'all can't prosecute me for corruption, I don't have time.
- 54:31Speaker 1: So that's another case that we're going to watch and see what is the fallout going to be from.
- 54:41Speaker 1: From letting a guy, letting a mayor, letting a powerful person off the hook because you say they are busy.
- 54:48Speaker 1: What precedent would that set that as their excuse to get out of trifling, terrible corruption, bribery, all type of stuff?
- 55:09Speaker 1: And you mean to tell me the way that you get out of being accountable for shit like that is by being busy.
- 55:17Speaker 1: So if we, as the regular american people, if we do something wrong, um are we able to get out of it to say, hey, I'm too busy with work?
- 55:31Speaker 1: I mean, I know y'all got me on um charges of doing all type of illegal shit, but go on, drop, I'm gonna need you to drop those charges um, throw those charges in the nearest lake and let me continue to work because I'm, um, I'm too busy to be held accountable.
- 55:52Speaker 1: I don't know, just don't sound right to me, y'all.
- 55:54Speaker 1: And if it don't sound right, nine times out of ten.
- 55:57Speaker 1: It ain't right, but I want y'all to enjoy y'all Friday and enjoy y'all weekend, enjoy the NBA All-Star weekend.
- 56:08Speaker 1: I don't know what they done, changed the game.
- 56:09Speaker 1: I don't know what really is going on, but we shall see.
- 56:18Speaker 1: Everybody, much love.
- 56:20Speaker 1: Let's get those subscriptions up, I would really appreciate it.
- 56:23Speaker 1: Let's keep the lights on on the Flow Show, no filter, the podcast.
- 56:26Speaker 1: That gives you a voice.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Of course, it gives me a voice because y'all got to hear me talk every morning.
- 56:31Speaker 1: But, like I said, even if it's some shit you might not think I particularly agree with, if you support this show, you know how, when you watching this or listening to a show or watching the show you be, they say some shit and you be wanting to say some shit and you want people to hear it.

- 56:49Speaker 1: This is our voice.

- 56:59Speaker 1: So you know.
- 56:59Speaker 1: You know that goes with it.
- 57:00Speaker 1: It goes, it just goes with the territory.
- 57:02Speaker 1: I don't, it's nobody.
- 57:04Speaker 1: I'm not going to call out if necessary, but If you want to speak up for Elon Musk, put it in the fan mail.

- 57:46Speaker 1: I will read it to all of our listeners and then we can digest it as a community.

- 57:54Speaker 1: As always, I love y'all and I am.
