Jack Milton Collins, 87, passed away on June 22nd, leaving behind a legacy of love, adventure, and generosity. Born in Chicago in 1939, he was a beloved dentist who practiced for decades in Mundelein, Illinois, and a devoted outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and bowling with his family. He also ran a small farm and later found joy in golf, winning tournaments at Ivanhoe Country Club.
