- 0:00Speaker 1: Yes, Eirlyboddy prays, hardy, I am Sherry Mackie at this time,
- 0:04Speaker 1: right now for today's word. Surrounded by more than you
- 0:10Speaker 1: can see, surrounded by more than you can see. Psalm
- 0:14Speaker 1: thirty four to seven of the message translation says, God's
- 0:18Speaker 1: angels set up a circle of protection around us while
- 0:22Speaker 1: we pray. God's angel sets up a circle of protection
- 0:26Speaker 1: around us while we pray. You know, there are moments
- 0:29Speaker 1: in life when problems seem bigger than our faith. Challenges
- 0:33Speaker 1: rise on every side, health concerns, financial pressure, family struggles, anxiety, disappointment,
- 0:39Speaker 1: and battles no one else can see. Sometimes it feels
- 0:44Speaker 1: as though trouble has surrounded you and there is no
- 0:47Speaker 1: clear way out. But scripture reminds us of a powerful truth.
- 0:52Speaker 1: What surrounds you is not greater than who surrounds your situation.
- 0:56Speaker 1: Come on, Jesus. Throughout the Bible, God gave Gli into
- 1:00Speaker 1: the unseen world. When the prophet Elisha and his servant
- 1:05Speaker 1: woke to find an enemy army surrounding them, fear took over.
- 1:09Speaker 1: The servant thought defeat was inevitable, but Elisha prayed for
- 1:14Speaker 1: God to open his eyes, and suddenly he saw heels
- 1:18Speaker 1: filled with heavenly armies, horses, and chariots of fire. The
- 1:23Speaker 1: enemy appeared strong, but God's protection was even stronger. See
- 1:27Speaker 1: the lesson is clear. Just because you can't see God
- 1:30Speaker 1: working doesn't mean he's absent. Sometimes we focus so much
- 1:35Speaker 1: on what's against us that we forget what's for us.
- 1:39Speaker 1: You may feel surrounded by worry, but God's peace surround
- 1:43Speaker 1: your mind. You may feel surrounded by opposition, but God's
- 1:47Speaker 1: favor surrounds your life. You may feel surrounded by uncertainty,
- 1:51Speaker 1: but God's protection surrounds your future. Even Job, during intense suffering,
- 1:58Speaker 1: was under God's watch eye. Scripture reveals that the enemy
- 2:02Speaker 1: could not simply touch Job without limitation. Is because God
- 2:07Speaker 1: had placed a hedge of protection around him. That means
- 2:10Speaker 1: God's is aware of every battle. He's aware of every attack,
- 2:16Speaker 1: He's aware of every burden before it ever even reaches you.
- 2:20Speaker 1: This doesn't mean life will always be easy, because it's not.
- 2:23Speaker 1: It means you never face hardship alone. There is comfort
- 2:27Speaker 1: in knowing that Heaven is not passive concerning your life.
- 2:30Speaker 1: God is watching. God's care is active, his presence is near.
- 2:36Speaker 1: His protection extends beyond what human eyes can measure. When
- 2:40Speaker 1: fear whispers is your trapped, faith responds, God is with me.
- 2:44Speaker 1: When anxiety says you're overwhelmed, faith says I'm healed. And
- 2:48Speaker 1: sometimes the greatest prayer we can pray is simply, Lord,
- 2:52Speaker 1: open my eyes to your presence around me. The reality
- 2:56Speaker 1: is many of the battles God has protected you from
- 3:00Speaker 1: you never even knew existed. Doors closed for your good, dangers, diverted, strength, supplied, peace,
- 3:07Speaker 1: sustain grace carried you. So keep praying, keep trusting, keep
- 3:12Speaker 1: honoring God with your life, because even when trouble surrounds you,
- 3:16Speaker 1: God's protection surrounds the trouble. You are covered by more
- 3:20Speaker 1: than you see. Come own, Jesus, Father, thank you that
- 3:25Speaker 1: we are never alone and never unprotected. Thank you for
- 3:28Speaker 1: surrounding us with your presence, your peace, your protection even
- 3:31Speaker 1: in difficult seasons. Open our eyes to see that you
- 3:35Speaker 1: are greater than anything coming against us. God, help us
- 3:38Speaker 1: to trust you when fear arises, and remember that you
- 3:42Speaker 1: hold our lives securely in your hands. God, we believe
- 3:45Speaker 1: that you're fighting battles we can't see, and make it
- 3:48Speaker 1: a way where there seems to be none. In Jesus'
- 3:51Speaker 1: name Now that's your word for today. Take it applied
- 3:54Speaker 1: to your everyday life, and you continue to be encouraged
- 3:56Speaker 1: and inspired. It's your early morning praise party. I am
- 3:59Speaker 1: shery Man a key
