- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Hey, you're listening to Quick Wins for ADHD moms.
- 0:03SPEAKER_01: My name is Jessica Lynn Lewis, another ADHD mom here.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: And we started this because there some days are just chaos, right?
- 0:12SPEAKER_01: And we need a quick win to help us either get us through our day or help remind us that we're not alone.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: Or, oh yeah, I've never thought about that.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: I've done so many of that with all of these quick wins and all of our wonderful guests.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: As I think, wow, if I implement that, that could be really helpful.
- 0:30SPEAKER_01: So that's why we do this.
- 0:31SPEAKER_01: You can find us at theadhdmom.com and get your free four-minute reset.
- 0:38SPEAKER_01: It's a little four-minute audio to just uh, if you're in the middle of chaos, just a little reset that could help you.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: Theadhdmom.com to get your four-minute reset.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: Well, we're gonna jump back in, and this is part two with uh Marnie Wells.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: She's an AI trainer and consultant and so many ideas of how to use AI to help us with our brains.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: And so when we jump back in, um, we're actually talking about how our kids are using this as well.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: So enjoy the second part of the interview.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and you know, so she creates that, she creates songs, she loves it.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Um, and I just take her along our journey.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And you know, my four-year-old loves talking to Gemini asked me a question the other day, and I was like, I think I paused to think about it.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: She goes, Oh, mommy, just ask Gemini, you know, like those are three things for me about you know being a responsible user of AI.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: We can't run away from it.
- 1:35SPEAKER_00: It's not always going to be pretty as massive change, but um, you know, it it yeah, it's it's it's your perception of something, right?
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: It's um how you want to view it and how you want to experience something.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: And for me and my family, we want to we want to see this as a positive thing for us humans and we want to try and amplify ourselves as much as we can.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: And then again, you're bringing your your girls with you and you're learning.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: Um how do you balance the I mean, do you take time off just to go explore, you know, without AI and have have your girls learning without the use of that?
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: You know, how how do you balance, you know, going all in or like, okay, we're not gonna ask AI that now.
- 2:19SPEAKER_01: See if you can go figure it out on your own.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: You know, how I mean, yeah, yeah, we do journaling.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: We do a lot of journaling, so no AI required, you know, just lots of we'll just think of a question and ask each other a question and we all write it down.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: My little one just does a little scribble, right?
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: Um so yeah, we do a little journaling.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: We love sport and we'll, you know, um, we love board games as well, like absolutely love weekend board games, uh, especially in the winter.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Whoa, getting cold where I am.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: It's getting very dark, it's very cold at five or five o'clock, and the kids I have two boys, girl and two boys, and the two boys are literally running around the house, and I think, please go outside, but also it's freezing outside.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: But please go outside.
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: This is just crazy inside all the time.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: I know the energy changes when they're inside and yeah, yeah.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: Big time.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: Um, we don't use AI for everything, but I guess um we could we can't get away from screen time, like whether we like it or not, TV's a thing.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, whether we like it or not, you know, using an iPad, I mean they learn on iPads these days.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: Um so yeah, you can't get away from that.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: It's just a matter of um being, I think, like strategically how you use it.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, if you are gonna have time where you're learning time, why not use an AI learn like Tutor Learn?
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: I use Notebook LM for anybody um out there that's got children studying.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Notebook LM is free from Google and it is phenomenal.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: You can upload, I think it's like 250 sources.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: So, you know, for example, um uh my little girl's learning about science and it's she's learning about the three new disciplines.
- 4:08SPEAKER_00: It's very new.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: She's only eight, so it's physics, chemistry, and biology, and she doesn't quite make sense for her.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: So in the sources, we upload as much as we can, um, whether it be PDFs, whether it's YouTube videos, whether it's some information she got from school, like you can upload 250, and then you can chat to the AI that only that can only access those 250 sources that you've uploaded or whatever you've uploaded.
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: So it's really specific.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: So instead of having her like search everywhere, I can give her information for her to only learn from that that area.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: And then they've got um Studio, which is um the ability to create things.
- 4:49SPEAKER_00: So you can create a podcast, you can create a um interactive um uh like video, you can create quiz cards and study guides and reports and all from those sources.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: So anyone, yeah, with children that needs to learn, or even yourself, like really inquisitive um about something in particular, like having AI help you along your journey is amazing because for me, I will learn from those quiz cards or like visual, um, you know, but other people might learn from hearing it, or they might want to read a report.
- 5:21SPEAKER_00: Or, you know, for me, I also like to I I know I learn, and you mentioned this already, you know, linking it to the real world.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: So for me, if it was something on um like biology or I don't know, of something to do with photosynthesis, say, you know, I would need that.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: I would not be able to remember anything unless I could put it to a real world example.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Like that's just how my brain works.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: So, in order to learn, and and that's the great thing about using AI, is you can meet children or students or pupils or even yourself, where you're at, where are you at with what you know already?
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: And then what do you need to know, like fill that gap?
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: And I think, yeah, notebook LM is absolutely amazing.
- 6:00SPEAKER_00: But to enter your original question, Jessica, I've got off off um topic there as well.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: I love, yeah.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Oh, go off topic.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: It's not like us us at all, is it?
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: We never do that.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: At least I remembered the question.
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: Um, it was impressed, actually.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: Back to your original question, I'd be like, I don't remember my original question.
- 6:19SPEAKER_00: We definitely unplug it.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: It's not like we do AI instead of like as well as or instead of it's it's just we use it when we, you know, instead of doing something the old way, we do it the new way, because it is the new way, you know.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: Well, and I say that because I feel like as a mom, I'm like, okay, no screen time, or you get like one hour after school, and that's it for your screen time.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: So in instead of that, I think maybe, you know, maybe maybe an hour to just decompress, watch your favorite show, watch your favorite YouTube channel that's approved.
- 6:52SPEAKER_01: Um, and then and then yes, you can have more screen time, but let's be strategic about it.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: And here are the different ways you can use it.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: I think it's hard because you know, let the kids go on the computer.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: And I've got a little bit older kids now, so they probably know how to use the computer better than I do.
- 7:09SPEAKER_01: And so they can go on and do what they're supposed to be doing, but then they could like switch really quick to back to their show.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: You know, so trying to figure out how to manage, not that I want to control them because how they use their time is I want them to be accountable.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: Um but there's there's consequences to their choices, but also allow them more screen time to be able to be curious and explore, but not explore the whole internet and what the internet Yeah.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: I have two I have two food for thought concepts for you.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Please, yes.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Number number one would be what if we changed our mindset around screen time or using AI um or even social media, what if we changed it from being a consumer to being a builder?
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: Because and the reason it came to my brain is I was doing a again, uh like I said earlier, talk this morning.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: It was called Become an AI officer of your business.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: But what I talk about is moving from using AI to building with AI.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: And I think this concept's the same.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: Like instead of watching TV, can you create something with that?
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: Instead of watching YouTube, what can you create?
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: And can we use AI to create that?
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: And I just think like if I if I if I could turn back time and I was 15 right now, I think my entrepreneurial brain would be in overdrive.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: Uh yeah, and the ability to be all those ideas I had as a 15-year-old working in a cake store, and then I was doing some swim teaching.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: I was doing like I just think, gosh, if I had AI to create with back then and to be creative, and that creativity could be creating images, creating songs, could be ready writing copy, it could be creating a business idea, it could be creating a budget, like like that whole creativity that I feel like was dumbed down when I was a kid because I wasn't academically learning, I wasn't rote learning, you know, like all of that was so dulled down in my life.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: I just think, gosh, the children now, if we can enable them and create the environment and um almost inspire them, I think what they could create for themselves to enjoy would be phenomenal.
- 9:29SPEAKER_00: Like if you've got a child that loves gaming, they could create their own game and share it with their friends.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, honestly.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: Minecraft is huge, yeah.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, go to jam uh Google AI, Google.ai Studio, um, free, press build to say what you want to build, and you could build it.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: And like I just think that is phenomenal.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: So two food like that's my first food for thought was can we move from like using and consuming and using AI to building and creating?
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: And the second thing is will we have screens in 10 years' time?
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: Will screen time not even be a thing?
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Will we all just be screen time?
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:11unknown: Wow.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: Just mom, you're so old.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: Screen time.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:15SPEAKER_01: That's funny.
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: Um, going from consuming to building and teaching our kids that right now, as moms, as parents, I think it's fascinating because they're the ones who are going to be the next leaders and they're the ones who are going to be creating the businesses and the environments where people are going to work.
- 10:37SPEAKER_01: Um Yeah.
- 10:38SPEAKER_01: And if we can, if we can show them how to build and how to interact beautifully with people and how to love people and creating wonderful work environments, you know, and attracting people to work for them, to work with them.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: Um it's just it's a whole different business world coming up.
- 10:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: And I think I do honestly think that I don't know about you, but I struggle to feel present.
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: My brain often ways.
- 11:11SPEAKER_00: Like I want to.
- 11:13SPEAKER_01: And I'm looking at my son and he's talking and he's telling me the story, and I'm like, like I'm staring at him, but my brain is like what's that?
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: And it's just okay, focus, refocus, refocus, refocus.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: It's so weird.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: And I think for our brains, the way they work, all of the technology and the hustle and the constantly go, go, go has almost exaggerated those traits.
- 11:39SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: And I do think that when we get to a point, I don't think whether yet, but I think, you know, three to five years, when we get to the point where we will have um what what is known as a genetic workflow, so agents being able to do things for you, and you'll almost just be managing agents instead of managing a to-do list of all the things you've got to do.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: I still think there'll be some type of mental load there.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: I'm not saying it's gonna be completely gone, but I do think the chaos will then allow us to do two things.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: One is to really appreciate human connection and almost in-person human connection as well.
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: Like I think we'll make way more of an effort.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: And I think, well, I'm only speaking for myself, but sometimes I don't make an effort because I'm so damn exhausted mentally.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Um, so then I think, oh gosh, I just can't be bothered showing up and you know.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: I say all the time, I cannot people, I am peopled out.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but isn't that sad?
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: And I and I don't mean that horribly, but isn't that sad that we mentally can't take that?
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: And I I do think that because because of AI, we will get to a point where we will really, really thrive on more human to human connection.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: And I think we will be able to have like relationships where we're present.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Um I can't even imagine, but I I do honestly believe that's where we're heading.
- 13:07SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:08SPEAKER_01: And I think being being able to protect our time too, because there's always going to be a place where we can always be doing more.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: We can always be doing more.
- 13:16SPEAKER_01: And at some point we just have to say, what's what's enough?
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: What's too much?
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: Where do I need to stop and be more present?
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: And actually, this is I'd love to know your thoughts on this.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: I know a couple of years ago, I was in a really good place with all my businesses.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: My little one was really little, everything was going really well.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: And I almost thought, I'm just gonna enjoy, you know, the fruits of my labor.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: I'm just gonna but I spiraled into some type of depression almost because I didn't feel purposeful.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: And I didn't I wasn't used to the gr like, why wasn't I grinding, or why wasn't I hustling, or why wasn't I going from here to there?
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: Why didn't I look busy all the time?
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: Why did I look like life was so easy?
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: You know?
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: And it took yeah.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: So my thoughts to you are actually now that you've said that, I know that is coming.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: I honestly believe that's coming, but am I ready for it?
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: And how will I deal with slowing down, being more present, having not feeling like I need to be in the grime because we're using artificial intelligence to do a lot of things for us that we used to have to do manually and even thinking wise, like gosh, how will I actually cope with that?
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: What do you do with all the white space?
- 14:30SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:31SPEAKER_01: Well, I think it's interesting because where do you find purpose?
- 14:36SPEAKER_01: Do you find purpose in the work and the effort that you do and the accomplishments?
- 14:42SPEAKER_01: That's where I struggle.
- 14:43SPEAKER_01: I have found, you know, I'm a workaholic, I have found that I I also do the same thing.
- 14:48SPEAKER_01: I call it like a thunder clap.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Like it's like the clap of thunder, and then there's the space before or the lightning clap, I guess, and then the thunder.
- 14:58SPEAKER_01: You just give me a shit.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: And then you had this moment where everything freezes and you question what is my purpose?
- 15:06SPEAKER_01: I'm not doing something because doing something is my purpose, but is doing something my purpose?
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: No.
- 15:15SPEAKER_01: Being so learning how to be, and and it's so uncomfortable, I can tell right now.
- 15:23SPEAKER_01: I can start.
- 15:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I get goosebumps because I'm like, I don't want to be, because I find so much purpose in doing something.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: So but being uncomfortable is where we grow and we learn.
- 15:38SPEAKER_01: And so we don't have we can do it little bit by little bit and learn how to just be.
- 15:44SPEAKER_01: And so uh a lot of people are like, have you tried yoga?
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: I'm like, no, it's too slow.
- 15:51SPEAKER_01: But but like forcing yourself to just do something slower or drive, drive the speed limit.
- 16:01SPEAKER_01: Or, you know, like do something at a normal person's pace.
- 16:05SPEAKER_01: Like just challenge yourself, can I do this at a normal pace?
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: Um, and yeah, it's uncomfortable and it's hard, but like it, it's like a muscle.
- 16:13SPEAKER_01: I think your brain learns it.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: It re makes those, the more you do it, those neurons get stronger and make those connections.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: But yeah, no, I love your question because that's hard and that's a hundred percent what I struggle with too.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: Is if I'm not doing something, what's my purpose?
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: And as a mom, you you don't have to worry about that really, because you're always busy.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: If there's something you if there's something you need to think about, your brain will find it.
- 16:45SPEAKER_00: Like it's almost it's almost hard to not think about something you've got coming up or something you know, something you've got to organize for one of the children or the family, or you know, something you promised your friend or family member.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: Like there is always something that you can do.
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 17:01SPEAKER_01: And so to not do not not to fill every single moment is is really hard, but it's so important because you don't want to get to the end of your life and go, where was I?
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I love that.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: I've got um, obviously, as you know, I have 28 AI assistants.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: I also have account an accountability AI assistant, and I've talked a lot with uh my AI about the gaps and gains mindset.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: I was so big on like the gaps.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, here's where I am, that's where I want to be, and like I haven't quite hit it there.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: And so now my reflection and my accountability is the gains.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: What have I gained?
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: Um, and a lot of it has the gains have been around stopping and reflecting.
- 17:45SPEAKER_00: So that is a gain for me to stop and reflect.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: But what you just said about uh the white space and um just stopping and doing nothing, I'm gonna be adding that into my accountability check-in with my AI, I think.
- 17:58unknown: Yeah.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Do nothing.
- 18:01SPEAKER_01: And you feel bad protecting that time because it's a free space that you could book somebody, you could do a podcast, you you could take on that client or ask questions to get ahead somewhere else.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: But it's it's not really getting you ahead if you're not being present and learning how to be present in the moment.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: And I think that that white space will give back so much more than anything else.
- 18:29SPEAKER_01: I think it doesn't look like it.
- 18:31SPEAKER_01: It doesn't look like it, doesn't feel like it, but being purposeful about that.
- 18:36SPEAKER_01: And I think too finding out, you know, what is it that you really value.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: I think I have had a little think about it as well, and I and I thought, gosh, I cannot wait to have more time to volunteer my time, or I can't wait to have more time to do something for a charity, or you know, maybe even start my own charity.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: Like I definitely know there's definitely things that I I will be able to do with my time, but then it comes back to the whole point of you know, making sure that you do have time to just be as well.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: But then I guess I feel so purposeful when I'm creating something or creating an opportunity for myself or someone else, you know?
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: Oh gosh, deep deep questions.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: It is, and it's such a fine balance and it's very nuanced.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: And it's gonna be different, I think, for everybody else because we attach our value to different things.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: You know, so I attach my value to work.
- 19:29SPEAKER_01: I I find purpose and work, I attach my value there.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: Someone might attach their value to being a perfectionist and being right all the time, right?
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: Somebody else might attach that to the knowledge that they know.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: I am who I am because of what I know.
- 19:46SPEAKER_01: No, you are who you are because you are nothing else.
- 19:52SPEAKER_01: Just strip that ego part of you out.
- 19:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:58SPEAKER_01: Deep thoughts, deep thoughts.
- 20:00SPEAKER_01: Bye, bye, bye.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: That's quite the rabbit trail.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: Well, let's let's bring it back here.
- 20:09SPEAKER_01: Um, and I know I appreciate your time and I wanted to respect your time so you can have some white space.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: Um but let's let's go back to your quick win for today, you know, just something someone can do to implement that really quick today.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: And then um, yeah, let's start with that.
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: So I definitely mentioned Gemini and perplexity.
- 20:28SPEAKER_00: So definitely quick win with that.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: But I think the next level, if you haven't already, would be to create your first custom AI assistant.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: So if you're on Chat GPT, you just go to projects uh and you create yourself a project.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: Um my thought would be your you know, your own personal assistant.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: Um, upload some knowledge base, ask the AI to create instructions for you, and then add the instructions, and you should have your first um AI.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Oh, too many, too many letters, AIPA, AI personal assistant.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: AIP.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Eventually you'll just be saying I A I A P A your present.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: Do you you name it?
- 21:08SPEAKER_01: I have a name, I use Chat GPT a lot.
- 21:10SPEAKER_01: I call it my Muse.
- 21:11SPEAKER_01: Do you have a name for your personal assistant?
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: I don't.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: Um I've got a client though who calls uh ChatGPT Margot.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: Uh she's an interior designer, she's really fun to work with.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: And um she calls her AI assistant, so those projects, she calls them mini Margot.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: So so she's got um like a she's she does some mood boards and and Chat GPT is not quite there with image generation, really.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: So the agentic flow is not quite there, but it does a lot of the ideation, and then we've built her a um uh app in Google actually.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: So we built her a platform to actually create the mood boards, but she ideates um in her mini Margo um mood board.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Mini Margo mood board, I think she calls it.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: Mood board mini margo or something like that.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: So yeah, she calls she calls her projects, her assistants mini margo.
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: That's how we remember, that's how we remember things.
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: I know, yeah.
- 22:02SPEAKER_00: No, I don't have any names for mine because I think I use so many.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I I it is my job to use, you know, it's my job to use them.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Like I have Gen Spark and Menace and Gamma and Perplexity and Gemini and Claude and Grok and Chat GBT.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: So it's my job to do that.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: So I can't I I don't think I could I think I would forget them if I had to name them all something different.
- 22:25unknown: Yeah.
- 22:26SPEAKER_01: Oh, that's good.
- 22:27SPEAKER_01: Well, you have so much.
- 22:28SPEAKER_01: I was looking at your website, you have so much information, uh different things that people can interact with, they can work directly with you.
