- 0:01We are getting some unbelievable silver data from the Silver
- 0:05Institute from the Financial Times Silver squeeze.
- 0:09Yes, the Financial Times is saying the phrase.
- 0:13On top of that, we have, I'm seeing so many reasons why we
- 0:18can have gold and silver prices that are going to blow our minds
- 0:22and we have. Hard data to back it all up.
- 0:24And we're going to hear from the man himself, Mr. Jim Rickards,
- 0:28about why. He sees.
- 0:30A potential for $10,000 gold by the.
- 0:32End of the year, let's get started with the Silver
- 0:35Institute. We will dig into this.
- 0:37Deeper tomorrow, but from Kitco and our good friend Neil
- 0:41Christensen. The silver market faces.
- 0:44Another deficit in 2026? Well, surprise.
- 0:48Surprise, surprise. As volatility and investment
- 0:51demand shapes. Outlook.
- 0:53I'll give you a high level overview of what we.
- 0:56Learned and that is that we investors and silver.
- 0:59Should expect to see further volatility and potential
- 1:02liquidity. Issues squeeze in the silver.
- 1:06Market through the rest of the year.
- 1:08As the precious metal is. Expected to see another
- 1:11significant. Supply deficit, according to the
- 1:15Silver Institute's annual. Silver survey.
- 1:19I've got some. Quick notes, I want to run
- 1:21through on this. We'll dig into it deeper
- 1:22tomorrow. There is a lot of great
- 1:24information in the survey, but I'm touching base with some
- 1:27other top analyst in the precious metal sector and want
- 1:31to give you some more keen insights.
- 1:33But number one, we are. Having a silver deficit.
- 1:36In 2020. Six Yes, the world is.
- 1:39Consuming more silver than it is producing.
- 1:43They're saying that industrial usage is going down.
- 1:46We're going to dig more into that, but I'm not too concerned
- 1:49because when you. Think about solar electronics.
- 1:53The antimicrobial properties of silver when you think of the.
- 1:57The fact that silver is also the most.
- 1:59Thermally conductive, I'm not too worried about it.
- 2:02Investor demand should be going up.
- 2:04But don't forget guys as well and they talk about.
- 2:07This mine output. Of silver.
- 2:10It's all a. Big supply and demand,
- 2:12everything in the world. Always has and always will be
- 2:17ruled by. Supply and demand.
- 2:20Think about it. Yeah, you can.
- 2:21Do temporary a shell. Game, whatever you want to call
- 2:26it, Ponzi paper, COMEX, LBMA, right?
- 2:31But at the end of the day, supply and demand will rule
- 2:34everything, every market in the world.
- 2:36And we know that the amount of silver coming into the world
- 2:40from the mining sector. Is at best very, very flat.
- 2:45So we'll dig. Like I said, we'll.
- 2:46Dig more into that in a little bit.
- 2:48Let's go to the Financial Times. There's a reason why the
- 2:52Financial Times and the fact that they're using the.
- 2:55S word is. Very important the Financial
- 2:58Times is like the Wall Street Journal of London in London is I
- 3:03don't know, maybe I don't the financial.
- 3:05Capital of the world, Wait till you see.
- 3:08What the Financial Times Let's dig into what they're saying
- 3:11about silver, because it's getting very interesting.
- 3:15Rabbit, Rabbi Weimar Silver Baron.
- 3:18Said this quote quote OK. This is from the Financial
- 3:22Times. The global silver market is.
- 3:25Ripe for another squeeze now we don't talk anyhow.
- 3:29We don't need a squeeze, but a squeeze would.
- 3:31Be fun. Who doesn't?
- 3:33Like a little squeezy squeezy, right?
- 3:35But this isn't the. Financial Times that could send
- 3:38the price soaring as low stockpiles and six.
- 3:43Consecutive years of production shortage.
- 3:46Create the conditions for big. Moves.
- 3:49That's according to the authors of the new.
- 3:51Report. I guess they were.
- 3:53Referring and there's they're up hold on there get that up on
- 3:56full screen the Financial Times but.
- 3:59Wait, there's more. OK, precious metals.
- 4:01Hit by huge price volatility. Sixth straight deficit.
- 4:04That's from the World Silver Survey.
- 4:06But then. We get this.
- 4:08Here's a little. Screenshot from their article
- 4:12quote. The conditions are certainly.
- 4:13There. For another squeeze, said
- 4:16Phillip Newman, managing director of Metals Focus.
- 4:19We don't know how long it will. Last for but I don't.
- 4:23Think it's necessarily all behind us?
- 4:26Right. Basically.
- 4:27Talking about the incredible situation that we have in the
- 4:31silver market, including the potential first squeeze in
- 4:34October of last year, strong demand from India.
- 4:39As a result of its festive season triggered.
- 4:42In the London market and push prices to then.
- 4:46Record highs above $50 per. Oz Remember last October guys,
- 4:51when Silver hit 50? Dollars and it was like.
- 4:54You know, it was like the new. Age.
- 4:56It was the biggest. Thing going, let me remind you
- 4:59and we'll go out and. Look here in a little bit, but I
- 5:01think, I think last I checked and the supposed price of
- 5:05silver. In the West is about $7879.
- 5:09I mean, that's way higher. Than. 50 that we had just.
- 5:12Back in October. And by the way, in China, the
- 5:15physical silver price is much closer to 90.
- 5:18Dollars per oz Back to the article showing that.
- 5:23Screen. I know, I know, I know.
- 5:25Thank you. Upstairs, Susie That squeeze was
- 5:27caused in part by low available inventories in London.
- 5:31Vaults due to years of market deficits.
- 5:34Combined with strong buying by silver exchange traded funds
- 5:39which reduce the amount of metal.
- 5:40Freely available. So we've got the Financial Times
- 5:44guys. Hold on.
- 5:45Let me let's check in with. Upstairs, Susie, for those of
- 5:47you who are new, that's our our. Lovely and talented assistant,
- 5:51my wife who contacts me. Via walkie-talkie is everything.
- 5:55OK on the stream honey, I know we had.
- 5:56Some tech issues earlier. Can everyone see me and hear me?
- 6:00Clearly get over it. Also came to a super chat.
- 6:07Oh, I got a. Super chat.
- 6:08Awesome. OK, please remind me toward the
- 6:11end. OK guys.
- 6:13So that's the. Financial Times.
- 6:15That's the Wall Street Journal. They're talking.
- 6:18They have an. Article about a silver squeeze.
- 6:21Remember, we don't need. The squeeze The squeeze is fun.
- 6:24We like a little squeezy. Squeezy, huh?
- 6:26We reach out and squeeze me right now.
- 6:28I'll squeeze you but but. Nonetheless, when the major
- 6:33newspaper, London's Wall Street Journal's talking about it, it's
- 6:36a big deal and. Also they brought up.
- 6:39Did you? Notice they also brought.
- 6:41UP India, don't forget. We talk a lot about.
- 6:46China and we probably don't give India their due.
- 6:49India is a massive country, a massive economy and a massive
- 6:54demand source for silver. They've got almost 100 million
- 6:58people who are going to be entering the consumer class just
- 7:02in the next. Five years their.
- 7:04Economy is growing gangbusters. They're smart.
- 7:06They're talented. Oh, and by the way.
- 7:08They love gold. They have like 25,000 metric
- 7:11tons, more than three times what we supposedly have in Fort Knox.
- 7:15The Indians have that that much gold in their houses.
- 7:19But guess what? They also love silver, right?
- 7:23You talk to. Anybody.
- 7:24I talk to Indian people all the time.
- 7:26Silver is. Growing in popularity and that's
- 7:29just like from the investment perspective, right And now
- 7:32they're allowing silver to be monetized and that's.
- 7:36Especially a big. Benefit to their farming
- 7:38community. Right there.
- 7:39Banking. They redid their banking.
- 7:41Rules so that. You can bring silver.
- 7:43You can bring silver. To the bank in India and use it
- 7:47as collateral to get cash, isn't that.
- 7:50I mean to me, I don't know. What do you think?
- 7:52Doesn't that sound like monetization of silver?
- 7:55OK, we digress. We got a lot.
- 7:57More Oh this is fun. I don't even I got.
- 7:59We got a lot more to cover the comex.
- 8:01This is super. Interesting Rashad's.
- 8:04Back with US 56. $1000 per oz gold.
- 8:08I got numbers to prove it. And of course Jim records with
- 8:11$10,000 gold. Thank you Brixton Metals for
- 8:13sponsoring Ron's basement. They are a Canadian metal
- 8:17exploration company and here. Is their website.

- 8:30stage gold company with two major projects in Canada, Spring
- 8:34Pole in Ontario and Dupar K located in Quebec.
- 8:38You can learn more about them at firstmininggold.com.
- 8:41Let's go out. This is new a new a new source
- 8:45of incredible information and shows.
- 8:47Us just how screwed up. Things are at the comex.
- 8:51Let me. Pull this up for you guys.
- 8:53It is located at a website called Gold Silver dot AI.
- 9:00Check this out comex silver inventory.
- 9:03This is the latest warehouse data all.
- 9:05Right, let me get my. Markers out over here, right?
- 9:08They got the data. On the registered silver.
- 9:11That's the amount of silver they can actually be used for
- 9:13delivery. Against futures contracts,
- 9:16they've got the. Eligible silver.
- 9:18That's the silver. That people own that they, but
- 9:20they it can't, it can't back up the futures contracts.
- 9:24All right, they have. The data.
- 9:26On the open interest, hold on here.
- 9:29That's right here. OK, but what's super
- 9:32interesting, can I move? This yes I.
- 9:34Can is this right here? Delivery coverage ratio. 13%
- 9:41that is and that's. That's they they they rate it
- 9:45right stress. See that right there?
- 9:47Massive. Stress.
- 9:49That's the percent. Of paper silver that could be
- 9:52delivered today, so of. All that open interest, right?
- 9:56Only 13% of all. Those people that have
- 10:00contracts. For silver, there's only 13% of
- 10:04that available in actual physical to.
- 10:08Back up the to back up the. To the paper market now this is
- 10:11interesting Comex stress index 72 high stress it says inventory
- 10:17depletion estimate about 792 trading days if recent
- 10:21withdrawal pays continues OK all kinds.
- 10:25Delivery pressure potential Delivery verse registered. 300.
- 10:28And 14% extreme delivery pressure days to 1st notice.
- 10:33That'll be for the May contract that's in 10 days depletion
- 10:37estimate. I'll let you guys.
- 10:39Check this out yourself. But they have all kinds of
- 10:41charts, all kinds of data that indicate one big key thing,
- 10:46right? Look.
- 10:47This is red. There's big.
- 10:49Stress at the Comex, right? And in terms of their index,
- 10:52they're giving it a 72. Now let's go check on Rashad,
- 11:00one of our favorite analyst who's telling us about.
- 11:03Let me make sure. Wow, I got this right. 250.
- 11:06Dollar silver. Let's see what why Rashad is.
- 11:09Saying that and then we're going to hear from Jim Rickards, the
- 11:13Jim Rickards about $10,000 gold by the end of this year.
- 11:16But Rashad is pointing this. Out gold to silver.
- 11:18Ratio is breaking down and it has a long.
- 11:22Way to go. My minimum.
- 11:24Target for the gold and silver ratio.
- 11:26By Midsummer is 30 again. That's the number of Oz.
- 11:30Of based on the current price of gold.
- 11:32The current price of silver The number of Oz.
- 11:34Of silver it would take. To trade to get one ounce of
- 11:37gold, which sits right now what, around 60?
- 11:40Ish. Maybe 63?
- 11:42But it's going down the. Lower that gets.
- 11:45That means the. Higher the silver prices
- 11:47relative to gold, he said. With the gold.
- 11:49Price above 7 Ki expect a minimum $750.
- 11:55I'm sorry, 2. $150.00 silver. Price.
- 11:58And he's expecting that very, very soon.
- 12:01Who is Jim Rickards? The man who's telling.
- 12:04Us, we still have. A strong potential for a $10,000
- 12:09gold. Price by.
- 12:10The end of the year. Let's go check out.
- 12:13Hold on one second here. Here he is.
- 12:16Nope, Nope. Hold on one second play.
- 12:19The the tech is really. Screwing up today.
- 12:24Boom, here we are. Jim Records now you should be
- 12:28seeing it. Let's get that on the screen.
- 12:30For you. Sorry, guys.
- 12:32OK. Jim Rickards, I'm I'm all out of
- 12:36order right now, but we're going to do Jim now, Jim.
- 12:39Rickards is a prominent. Lawyer, economist and investment
- 12:43banker. Known for his deep expertise.
- 12:45In global finance and geopolitical risk, he he gained
- 12:49widespread acclaim for. His work as the.
- 12:51Principal negotiator in the. Federal rescue of.
- 12:54Long term Capital Management, remember.
- 12:56That crisis back. What in the late 90s and for
- 12:59advising the US intelligence community on asymmetric water
- 13:04warfare and financial threats. And I also believe.
- 13:08That he. Is a best selling author, but
- 13:11he's on with Michelle McCrory on Frank Miles Franklin's media and
- 13:18listen to this. It's going to be about one
- 13:20minute and he's going to tell us about $10,000 gold.
- 13:24You had the potential outlook for gold at $10,000 by the end
- 13:28of the year. You said that was feasible and
- 13:29you broke down to us how that is feasible in light of this
- 13:32conflict. Where do you see gold ending
- 13:34this year? $10,000 is still a realistic
- 13:37estimate. I said sometime ago is five.
- 13:38It got to five. It got smashed down a little
- 13:41bit. It's working its way back to
- 13:425000 in stages. But yeah, it'll go along with
- 13:45the kind of inflation that we talked about.
- 13:46Central bank demands is not going away.
- 13:48Supply is flat. Central bank demands is going
- 13:50up. The safe haven asset
- 13:52attractiveness of it is going up to the extent people do want to
- 13:55pour cold water on the D dollarization thesis.
- 13:56But the idea that central banks are moving from dollars to gold,
- 13:59that's true. That's very well documented.
- 14:01So that will continue to drive it.
- 14:02And then I did the very simple bit of math where I pointed out
- 14:04that if you use $1000 increment is a marker, each $1000
- 14:08increment is easier than the one before because you're working
- 14:11off a higher base, so it's a smaller percentage gain.
- 14:13So going from 4000 to $5000 an ounce is a 25% increase.
- 14:18That's a heavy lift. But going from 9000 to 10,000 is
- 14:21only an 11% increase. That's much easier.
- 14:23It'll take time to get to 6 or 7, but you're going to go 8910
- 14:26really quickly. All right.
- 14:29That's the man Jim records and you know, we don't think about
- 14:33that, that he brings up a great point to go from 4000 to $5000
- 14:37gold. Yeah, 25% increase.
- 14:39That's huge, right? But to go from 9000 to 10,000,
- 14:43about 11% to go from 55,000 to 56,000 per oz gold.
- 14:49Well, heck, that's what, 2% and we're going to talk.
- 14:51About that here in a few minutes.
- 14:53First, where do you rank amongst the world's?
- 14:57Excuse me, Silver Stackers, one of our.
- 15:00Great community members. Mr. Tim Zoob pointed this out to
- 15:04me and I took a screenshot. If you own 1000, hold on here.
- 15:10Here we go. Now we got it.
- 15:11Sorry guys, the tech is. Really acting up today if you
- 15:14own 1000. Troy ounces of physical silver.
- 15:18That puts you in roughly the top .04% of all people on the planet
- 15:25who do. I feel pretty good about this,
- 15:27hey. Listen, you know, think about.
- 15:30That there's a couple key. Things #1 according to my math
- 15:34.04% if you own 1000 ounces of silver, that's one.
- 15:38You're one in 2500 people. All right, think about a think
- 15:44about a big high. School football stadium OK goal
- 15:49of 2500 people. If you own 1000 oz, you're one
- 15:53out of those 2500 people. It also demonstrates how under
- 15:57owned silver. Really, truly is.
- 16:00Right, the original monetary metal.
- 16:02And what do you think? I think when those other 20 four
- 16:052499. People start to wake.
- 16:08Up even if 55550 of them. Start to wake up.
- 16:12And want to get 1000 ounces of silver, right?
- 16:15It's going to be a wild mad Stampede.
- 16:18All right, let's talk about now. Let's talk about $56,000 gold.
- 16:22We're going to get to that right now.
- 16:24This. Comes from North Star bad.
- 16:26Charts and I'm extrapolating on what he's showing us.
- 16:30Here, but he says. Life changing opportunity likely
- 16:34ahead. Don't miss it this.
- 16:36Chart guys shows us the gold price versus.
- 16:42The S&P 500. So you take the gold.
- 16:44Price. And divide it by the S&P 500.
- 16:49As you can see at its all time high it was almost at 8.
- 16:52Over here that would have. Been back in 1980, that meant
- 16:56that one ounce of gold was 8 times more valuable than the S&P
- 17:01500 where we are. Today, right here, I'll circle
- 17:05it right there, OK? With the S&P 500 right around
- 17:097000 in an ounce of. Gold.
- 17:11We'll say it. What?
- 17:124800 We're at about .66 on this chart.
- 17:17OK, if, if. We were to get back up here,
- 17:21right? Where we were, where an ounce of
- 17:23gold was worth right and and look, this happened in 1980.
- 17:28This is. Real we were to get back up to
- 17:31that level. Right, where an ounce of gold
- 17:35was eight times more value valuable than the S&P 500.
- 17:39That would make the gold price be $56,000 at that point you
- 17:45take. 50. 6000 / 7000 which would be the S&P 500 and you
- 17:51would. Get this rate right there.
- 17:54Even if right let's. Just say, let's say the.
- 17:57S&P 500 crashes Say the S&P 500 goes down to 5000.
- 18:03Oh my gosh. I mean, could you imagine the
- 18:05people be freaking out? But that ratio still?
- 18:08Went to 8. That would still mean $40,000
- 18:11per oz gold think. About where silver would be.
- 18:14Even if the S&P 500 went to 3000 like a major crash and we went
- 18:19to 8 all right, and 8 to 1 gold to S&P 500.
- 18:22Ratio we would be at. $24,000 gold.
- 18:26I know it seems outrageous, it seems crazy, and I'm not.
- 18:29Please always be. Responsible.
- 18:32I'm just pointing out pure facts and numbers and that's what
- 18:35those numbers show us in no uncertain.
- 18:37Terms and there is. Nothing in the world saying that
- 18:41we can't get to a ratio again where an ounce of gold is worth
- 18:458 times the S&P 5. 100. It happened in 1980, OK.
- 18:50And in those ratios, those numbers are real.
- 18:53This is not fantasy. This is not us just sitting.
- 18:56Around saying it would be great. Look it is possible do I think?
- 18:59It's going to going to happen this year or next.
- 19:01Year. Probably not, but we can't rule.
- 19:04It out that at some point in the future we.
- 19:07Could see gold prices and silver prices that.
- 19:09Truly are incredible. I mean.
- 19:10Crazy. Look, that's what I.
- 19:12Believe. You don't have to believe it.
- 19:14Everybody's entitled to their own.
- 19:16Analysis their own opinions, but I believe that.
- 19:18In my lifetime, I will. See silver prices and gold
- 19:22prices That that that the. People now laugh at OK, but
- 19:26remember something a year ago today when silver was what?
- 19:30333030. $5 per oz. They were laughing.
- 19:34At us because we said. Silver could go to 80 or 90 and
- 19:38they. Really would have laughed if.
- 19:40We told them that it would hit 120 in January, so don't rule
- 19:44anything out. Let's talk about what the
- 19:46Chinese are doing. Let's talk.
- 19:48About what the smartest? Mind in the world is saying is
- 19:53the best investment ever. Before we do that, if.
- 19:56You want to get your hands on some of the best silver on the
- 20:00market. Silver like this?
- 20:01I was looking at this. Earlier, that's the Buffalo
- 20:04Round from channel sponsor First Met.
- 20:08And you know I love the backside of this coin here.
- 20:11I'll just show it to you. It's one of my favorite.
- 20:13Pieces of silver. Art ever that Indian Head, but
- 20:17first mint is a. Silver exclusive.
- 20:20Mint in Las Vegas, NV owned by First Majestic Silver.
- 20:24They literally get the silver. From the mine, from the ground
- 20:28to the mint and directly to you. None of that comex, you know,
- 20:3213% coverage. Like like we looked at earlier.
- 20:35Let me show you their website you guys.
- 20:38Love them. Here we are.
- 20:39At First Mint, First mint.com. That is their Year of the Horse
- 20:45coin. There's the Buffalo.

- 20:55Liberty Bar they have free. Shipping on orders over $299.
- 21:01A great customer service, great prices, and really truly unique.
- 21:05World class silver bullion products.
- 21:08Let's go out to China. Let's go to Kitco.
- 21:11Ernest Hoffman. Do you think the Chinese?
- 21:14Or with the gold price going down?
- 21:16The silver price went down in March.
- 21:18Think they stopped buying? No.
- 21:20Chinese gold ETFs. See record.
- 21:22Inflows in Q1, that's January, February and March as investors,
- 21:28wholesalers and. The People's Bank of China.
- 21:32Their central bank jumped on lower.
- 21:34Prices to stock up that. Came that this, this comes from
- 21:38the World Gold Council. Look at that image right there.
- 21:42China's surge in gold demand. I mean, you know, while
- 21:47everybody in the West was crying, the Chinese were buying.
- 21:52All right, let's go and just read this first.
- 21:54Paragraph in red gold prices. NDQ, one with a weak March, but
- 21:58investors and wholesale demand surged in China with record ETF
- 22:02inflows, while the People's Bank of China also took the
- 22:06opportunity to make above average addition to its
- 22:09reserves, according to Ray Ji, research head for China at the
- 22:14World Gold Council. So worldwide demand, whether
- 22:17we're talking about China or other central banks, is
- 22:20certainly not slowing down when it comes to gold, and I believe
- 22:25the same is true. For silver as well.
- 22:28What about GRAC? If you heard of GRAC, GRAC is.
- 22:31Elon Musk Artificial intelligence like the smartest
- 22:35thing in the world. Make gold great again put.
- 22:37This out what do you? Think rock, think well.
- 22:40I'll, I'll just let you read it, or I'll read it to you.
- 22:42You just sit. Back and relax basement.
- 22:45Dwellers make gold greatest grade.
- 22:46Again, make gold. Great.
- 22:48Not again. Said I asked Grok the.
- 22:51Asset, it would put $10,000 in today, yeah.
- 22:54Super grok what? What's the most undervalued
- 22:58asset in the world that you would invest $10,000 in today?
- 23:02Answer in just one word and good old.
- 23:05Super Grok. He had he had a very simple
- 23:08answer. It would be Silver Peter.
- 23:11Spina from Gold Seek and. Silver seek this There's a
- 23:14there's a. Strong strong message for
- 23:18precious metals in this in. Particular for silver.
- 23:22So when silver prices smashed through $100 per oz, people
- 23:26would have been thrilled to buy under $80 per oz, right?
- 23:30Remember back in January when there was like a?
- 23:33Little bit of a silver. Mania, all these new people and
- 23:36silver went from 100 to 110 to 120 people would have.
- 23:40Been would have been happy. To buy it under 80 an ounce.
- 23:43A few months later, sentiment is crushed.
- 23:46That's. OK, guys.
- 23:46I'll tell you why with the price under 80.
- 23:49Dollars per oz. Buyers should be thrilled, but
- 23:53they are shell shocked and fearful that.
- 23:55Goes back to that memo from 1974 when they were creating.
- 23:59The the futures. Exchange is saying how we can
- 24:02put major volatility into these. Markets.
- 24:05It will discourage Westerners. From hoarding.
- 24:08Gold, but also silver as well, he says.
- 24:11Silver This is where it's. Key is by no means a crowded.
- 24:16Trade, it's a structural. Trade, it's in a structural
- 24:18trade deficit. The fundamentals are raging in
- 24:21its favor. Prices will soon again reflect
- 24:24the ongoing squeeze and when we're back smashing through 100
- 24:28and oz those. Fearful of accumulating now.
- 24:30Will be returning with the buying herds squeezing tight
- 24:35inventories even. Further.
- 24:37Setting up the final scene. Of the silver squeeze, a true
- 24:43super price spike. OK, couple.
- 24:46Things that he brought up in your #1.
- 24:50Silver is not a crowded trade. Well #1 Silver's doing great.
- 24:56OK, let's go take a look at the. Price Silver's doing great.
- 24:58Despite, like he said. Believe it or not guys.
- 25:01Right now. Sentiment in the silver.
- 25:04Sector is really low. Here we are.
- 25:06There's a spot price $78. And $0.84 gold, right under 4800
- 25:12per oz This. That, that's the silver.
- 25:15Price in a really poor sentiment market.
- 25:18You and I have good sentiment. Sentiment we know.
- 25:20We believe. But the general public right
- 25:23now, by the way, that it can be measured.
- 25:26Are not real. Positive on silver and we're
- 25:29still doing great, OK. It's not a crowded trade,
- 25:33meaning there's a lot of room still for people to come.
- 25:37Into this trade. Not a lot of room in terms of
- 25:41physical. Silver that's available, but a
- 25:44lot of. Room in terms of people, numbers
- 25:46of people coming in, the numbers of Oz are very low.
- 25:51The potential for the numbers of.
- 25:52People are very. High because we know.
- 25:55Right. Like how many people?
- 25:57In the world. Here's a quiz for you.
- 26:00How many people in the world own 1000 ounces of silver or more?
- 26:05OK, yeah, one in 2500. Think about those other 2499
- 26:12people that are going to be fighting over that very limited
- 26:16supply of silver. Those people we like to
- 26:20affectionately refer to as the. Sheeple right when when they
- 26:27come and we don't need all 2499 of them, we only need 10 out of
- 26:33that 2500 to join and there's going to be hardly any silver to
- 26:38be found anywhere all. Right, guys, let's go.
- 26:41Out and check on the hold on one second here.
- 26:45Hold on here, I want to say thank.
- 26:48You to Jimmy Blue. Jimmy Blue to you.
- 26:53All right. My friend, thank you.
- 26:55Thank you for the Super. Chat super chats are never.
- 26:57Expected always super appreciate.
- 27:00Jimmy Blue. Jimmy Blue's up.
- 27:01I got him up. Susie's on a little bit of a
- 27:03delay. That's OK.
- 27:04You're fine. You're fine, Susie.
- 27:12Wow. Oh man, that's cool.
- 27:14That's a picture of his daughter from 1977.
- 27:17What a great. Community of people we have.
- 27:19Here in the basement. We call ourselves.
- 27:22Basement dwellers, we'd really like for you to come.
- 27:24Back, OK, it's a great. Community, please subscribe to
- 27:27the channel. Give the.
- 27:29Video A thumbs up we are in for. A wild good ride with silver.
- 27:33I didn't realize it, but like, look at that, Peter.
- 27:36Spina talked about a squeeze. The Financial Times, right the.
- 27:41Wall Street Journal. Myrtle of London.
- 27:43Is is is actually in? Print right?
- 27:46I mean look, the mainstream media is always negative on
- 27:50silver the. Financial Times is talking.
- 27:53About the potential. For a silver squeeze, the Silver
- 27:57Institute. Right announced to us yesterday
- 28:00that we're now in our. 6th year of silver deficit.
- 28:03Look guys, here's the reality. When it comes to silver?
- 28:06Gold gets gold. I love gold.
- 28:09Amount and I love gold. Gold gets dug up.
- 28:12Right out of the ground and gets put back in the ground.
- 28:14I think Warren Buffett said that none of it really gets consumed.
- 28:17Silver, as you know, gets consumed.
- 28:19We. For six years.
- 28:22Have been borrowing from the Silver Rainy.
- 28:25Day fund Guess what that rain it's like if you.
- 28:28Have a rainy day fund, an emergency fund, maybe you keep,
- 28:32I don't know, $5000 on a bank account or something for.
- 28:36Emergency that doesn't last forever.
- 28:38If something comes up, you got to get a.
- 28:39Car repair or whatever. Right.
- 28:41You'll take some money out of there and then if you go on
- 28:43vacation, take some money out. Of there.
- 28:45Well, eventually it's gone. That's the exact same thing
- 28:48that's going to happen with the available above ground silver.
- 28:52And on top of that, right, we know that the mining sector is
- 28:57struggling. I mean, if they could make more
- 28:59silver right now. Trust me, think about it.
- 29:02If the silver miners could produce, if they could just.
- 29:05Turn a knob on their on their. Mill and make more silver.
- 29:09They do it in a second. They can't because the reason
- 29:14why? The reason why?
- 29:17Is that investments into the silver mining pipeline?
- 29:21It's a pipeline. It takes like 10-15 years from
- 29:25the time when. Silver is discovered right?
- 29:28They got a drill. All that 10 or 15 years?
- 29:30From the time it's discovered until the time that it becomes
- 29:34this. Right, real hard silver and
- 29:37because the price of silver. Had been manipulated down, tamp
- 29:41down, smash down. However you want to say it, art.
- 29:44Kept. Kept artificially really low, I
- 29:47know, $1520.00 an ounce, $10.00 an ounce over.
- 29:51The last 20 years, Guess what? There was no financial
- 29:54incentive. For people to explore, for
- 29:58silver to fill. That pipeline and right now.
- 30:02What we're? Experiencing are the
- 30:03ramifications of. That that's why Phillips Baker,
- 30:07ex. CEO.
- 30:08Of Heckler Mining was on record saying it'll be 20. 30/20/30 at
- 30:13the earliest. Right when the silver mining
- 30:16sector can. Start producing more silver.
- 30:19Most silver is a byproduct of copper.
- 30:21Mining and we know. The sulfuric acid situation with
- 30:24China's. That's going to.
- 30:25Could potentially put a squeeze. On copper production, OK.
- 30:29And on top of that, the new copper mines, the new copper
- 30:33deposits, and they take 20 years to build.
- 30:38All right, come on guys, let's get the 200 thumbs up.
- 30:41I'll ring that cowbell for you again today.
- 30:43Press that thumbs up. Will you please?
- 30:45Anyway, right, the new. The the, the the.
- 30:47The new copper mines, they are producing the new.
- 30:51Deposits are deeper from what I understand, so they don't have.
- 30:54As much silver. Native that exists with the.
- 30:58Copper, I mean, I don't know, it's like, however, you,
- 31:01however. Like you look at it the.
- 31:04Situation with silver is incredible.
- 31:06Nobody was. There's no pipeline.
- 31:11A very limited pipeline, right? You got a few people.
- 31:14Out there, that guy Sean Kunkun from Dolly Barden, you had the
- 31:19silver 47. You had BlackRock Silver.
- 31:24You'd keep Newmeyer at First Majestic, who was buying
- 31:27Accumulating, but those were visionaries, right?
- 31:31Now it's kind of in vogue. Sure, right.
- 31:33You know. Channel sponsor.
- 31:35Brixton Metals bought the Langus project up in Ontario.
- 31:40Right, it's a huge old. Silver and cobalt mine but.
- 31:43Most people weren't doing it. We just don't have a pipeline of
- 31:48new silver coming on board. It's going to be.
- 31:50Wild it's going to be. Absolutely interesting.
- 31:54Let's check in with upstairs Susie and see where we are in
- 31:56the thumbs up. How we doing on the thumbs up?
- 31:58Susie, I got it. Thank you.
- 32:02All right, we got thank. Thank you, basement dwellers.
- 32:04You put a smile. On my face, let's.
- 32:06Hey, what do you say let's hang out?
- 32:07For a little bit longer. That was from our good our good
- 32:12friend Joe F who? Actually brought that by the.
- 32:15House one day on his lunch break, like 3.
- 32:18Years ago it's it is. Totally incredible.
- 32:21Let's go out and check on that silver price one more time.
- 32:24Come on, silver, can you go green for us down here in the
- 32:27basement? All right, we're down $0.35 per
- 32:30oz. 78. Dollars and $0.51.
- 32:34Hey, what do you say we go see? What do you think the silver
- 32:36price was? One year.
- 32:38Ago today, there's the futures. Market 7878 and oh, it's like
- 32:44are we got it on one year and if we go.
- 32:47All the way to the left. What is today the?
- 32:5016th. Let's see if we can get a a read
- 32:53for where we were. There we are on the 18th.
- 32:56Silver was $32. Per Oz.
- 33:02One year ago today, let's. Look at this chart real quickly
- 33:07while we're here. Do you see?
- 33:08I mean, it is. Like it?
- 33:10This just feels like look please.
- 33:13Always be responsible, don't make find it but to me when I.
- 33:17Look at this chart. When I look at this kind of
- 33:19area, I don't know, this kind of kind of goes.
- 33:24Like like this? Right.
- 33:28I mean like. That wedge that we've.
- 33:29Broken out to but this I I look at all the different like
- 33:34technical analysis, wedges, cup and handles.
- 33:36All that stuff. But to me this just feels.
- 33:39Like a massive period of consolidation.
- 33:43And while it doesn't seem that long ago.
- 33:46This was what were we? What was the actual?
- 33:49Date the 20? Yeah, right around the end of
- 33:51January, of February, March, it's been 10 weeks that we've
- 33:56been going through. What feels like a real.
- 33:58Consolidation within the silver price and ready to right.
- 34:02Building a base right? Like anybody.
- 34:04All those newbies who hopped in. But it was.
- 34:07Like a year ago 32. Dollars $32.
- 34:10I know it's. Crazy.
- 34:12Thank you Upstairs, Susie. But.
- 34:14Like we built like all the people that.
- 34:16Wanted to get. Out of silver.
- 34:19And the people that joined that got caught up in the January and
- 34:22it was fun. It was not a.
- 34:23Squeeze. It was a squeeze, but not a
- 34:27squeeze. I'm that is.
- 34:28That was not the silver squeeze and that was based on physical
- 34:31demand as well. But anyway, any of the new
- 34:34people that came in that bought silver at 90 or 100 and never.
- 34:38Really understood what they were doing.
- 34:40Didn't understand the whole fundamental story behind it.
- 34:43Most of those people. Are gone at this point now over
- 34:47the last. 10 weeks right those. People sold and the people.
- 34:53Who bought? Maybe you, maybe me.
- 34:56Right. We're like strong handed people.
- 34:59I've never. Have you ever sold silver?
- 35:01I've never sold an ounce of silver, people, I can tell you.
- 35:05All about the best way to buy silver.
- 35:08I can tell you everything. About it, right?
- 35:10The best? You know, buy it.
- 35:11Close to the spot, where to go, how to do it, all that great
- 35:15stuff when. People ask me about selling
- 35:17silver. I'm like, I don't really know.
- 35:18I mean, I know that you want to get.
- 35:20The best price obviously that's. About the best shop around.
- 35:23That's about the best advice I can give you because I've never
- 35:26sold and it's over these last 10 weeks.
- 35:29I really feel like like and they talk about that with like the.
- 35:32Descending wedge and. Blah blah blah that like.
- 35:35You know, lower lows and lower highs that get compressed.
- 35:38That that's a very bullish. Thing anybody who wanted.
- 35:41Out. Probably got out.
- 35:43Over 10 weeks is a pretty darn long time.
- 35:46That'll give us a. Platform to go forward?
- 35:48Let's go check on the dollar index.
- 35:50Because that's. While it's short term, noise
- 35:53will have a big impact here. OK, 9820.
- 35:57Five, we are well below. 100 on that.
- 36:01A What the heck hold? On forgot to share it.
- 36:03Sorry Susie, I shared it. Now let's go out and look.
- 36:07At the good old U.S. debt clock. And we are well above $39
- 36:12trillion. There, let's look at the paper
- 36:15to silver ratio. Hold on here.
- 36:19I'm sorry, the dollar. To silver ratio is currently.
- 36:22At 1256, that measures the amount of dollars.
- 36:28That are added to the. M2 money supply printed money
- 36:32versus 1 oz each one ounce. Of silver that's produced.
- 36:36By the mining sectors, that means for each one ounce that
- 36:39they create in the mining sector, the government is
- 36:42creating 1200 and. $56 paper dollars.
- 36:49Hold on here the. Dollar to silver ratio, OK, that
- 36:52was 2000. 13 We go down here the.
- 36:55Paper to silver ratio still. Hovering right around 300 and.
- 37:0085 S Hey guys. Thanks so much for coming down
- 37:03here. You're important.
- 37:04It's a big deal. Thank you again to my friend.
- 37:07Jimmy Blue. To you and your beautiful
- 37:09picture of your daughter, don't forget, subscribe to the
- 37:12channel. It's going to be a fun wild ride
- 37:15for us in this precious metal sector.
- 37:17Who knows? Think about.
- 37:19Where do you think we're going to be one year from now?
- 37:22I know one thing we'll. Be here together, we'll get
- 37:25through whatever they throw at us.
- 37:27Here in the next 12 months, we're going to do it together.
- 37:29We're going to do. It having a lot of.
- 37:31Fun, take care of yourself and I'll see you.
- 37:34And we see you. Yeah.
- 37:35We'll see you next time. Bye.
- 37:37Bye.
