- 0:23Speaker 1: But I'm talking about diversity of thought, I'm talking about diversity of energy.
- 0:27Speaker 1: If we can honor people in the room for the diversity of their energy, of what they're bringing in the moment and not you know, it's.
- 0:35Speaker 1: I really believe that our, our strengths are sometimes where our weaknesses lie, because people expect us to show up that way.
- 0:42Speaker 1: Talk to me about what might help you, you know, feel more optimistic other than just knowing you don't.
- 0:51Speaker 1: You know what I mean.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Like awareness is great, but what might be another value you can sort of dig into, that you can't fail, no matter what you do.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I don't mean to challenge you, but it's, you know, in the work that I do as a coach.
- 1:08Speaker 1: This is the kind of questioning because you know, we don't ask ourselves these things.
- 1:12Speaker 1: You need someone to ask you these.
- 1:14Speaker 1: So then you go and it's it's normal to not know.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Actually, there are no right answers First of all.
- 1:21Speaker 1: That's why, yes, and that's why you don't know, because you're going where's the right answer and you go.
- 1:27Speaker 1: Only you have the right answer, only you, and that's where the pathway and the gateway to being positive or being you know in your right energy or frequency, or whatever you want to call it.
- 1:43Speaker 1: You know where you're at choice.
- 1:44Speaker 1: That's where that lives when you start answering those questions.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Yeah, that's where that lives when you start answering those questions.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Yeah, infinite number of things that can happen between a perfect performance and an imperfect.
- 1:54Speaker 1: And sometimes the imperfections are where new things grow.
- 1:58Speaker 1: They're scary, for sure, because we're, especially when you're used to succeeding and you're used to doing things as best as you can.
- 2:06Speaker 1: But we all know that things aren't perfect all the time.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Right, but if you trusted that and if you were able to put your faith in a belief in yourself, in another value other than when you're losing, you could still win all the time you know to your best abilities.
- 2:24Speaker 1: But if you don't, it's still a win because there's something to learn.
- 2:28Speaker 1: We are, you know, by nature, egocentric folk.
- 2:31Speaker 1: Whatever's important to us is what we want to see.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Sometimes, whatever we don't want to see, we also see all the time, because that's when our primitive brain jumps in right and goes oh yeah, there it is, stay away, there it is, stay away.
- 2:44Speaker 1: And those are like the voices in our head right that create all that, all that noise.
- 2:50Speaker 1: We have thoughts and then we associate an emotion with that thought and from there.
- 2:54Speaker 1: If we take any action, it's based on the feeling that you have.
- 2:57Speaker 1: So that's where the whole changing the thought and thinking about how you want to feel can elicit a different end.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Yeah, that makes a lot of sense, you know.
