From rebellion to new life
This week we are celebrating Naomi’s baptism – turning from her old life and stepping into new life in Christ. Martin shares some reflections on the importance of baptism and the difference it makes in our lives. We’re naturally inclined to rebel – against authority and God – that’s what sin. Nothing we can do can rescue us from that sin, we need someone to come alongside us and free us from the slavery of sin. Someone who can pay the price for us. To restore us to the Father – to God in heaven.
