- 0:00Speaker 1: Up, everyone, and welcome back to the program. The Sun
- 0:04Speaker 1: has an article out today about Zoro Ranch and they're
- 0:07Speaker 1: talking about an incident that happened quite some time ago.
- 0:11Speaker 1: And the incident is there was a hiker who was
- 0:14Speaker 1: hiking on a state owned piece of land that intersects
- 0:19Speaker 1: with Zoro Ranch, and this person had a firearm pointed
- 0:24Speaker 1: adam by an quote unquote unnamed person. So somebody that
- 0:30Speaker 1: obviously was working at the property pulled out a gun
- 0:34Speaker 1: and aimed it at this hiker. Now, if the hiker
- 0:37Speaker 1: was on private property, that's one thing, but the hiker
- 0:40Speaker 1: was not. This person was hiking on state land that
- 0:45Speaker 1: happens to intersect with Zoro Ranch and had to deal
- 0:49Speaker 1: with some idiot shoving a gun in his face. And
- 0:52Speaker 1: as somebody who does a lot of hiking, a lot
- 0:55Speaker 1: of backpacking, I've had that shit happen to me. Before
- 0:59Speaker 1: you stumble on to someone's land by mistake or something,
- 1:01Speaker 1: and before you know it, somebody has a shotgun in
- 1:04Speaker 1: your face. But if it's on state land and you're
- 1:09Speaker 1: on land that you're supposed to and you're allowed to
- 1:12Speaker 1: be on, anybody pulling a weapon on you is completely
- 1:15Speaker 1: unacceptable and that's what this hiker had to deal with
- 1:20Speaker 1: down here in New Mexico. And not only the hiker.
- 1:23Speaker 1: People have been coming out and harassing people who come
- 1:26Speaker 1: to take pictures or you know, take a look at
- 1:30Speaker 1: the property or whatever. If you're on the freeway, which
- 1:34Speaker 1: is state land, they shouldn't be bothering you. But they've
- 1:39Speaker 1: not really kept to that playbook. They've come out, they've
- 1:41Speaker 1: harassed people, and then obviously the situation with the hiker
- 1:45Speaker 1: with the gun in his face. So this is a
- 1:48Speaker 1: bit of a recap of that, and we're going to
- 1:51Speaker 1: dive in. Today's article is from The Sun. The author
- 1:55Speaker 1: is Emma Perry. Headline, mystery over Epstein's twenty five four
- 2:00Speaker 1: million dollars Zoro Ranch deepens as the state threatened with
- 2:03Speaker 1: prosecution after staff pointed gun out a hiker. You know,
- 2:08Speaker 1: I don't have any confidence in the Attorney General Baldaris
- 2:14Speaker 1: here in New Mexico. Now, maybe they'll have some kind
- 2:18Speaker 1: of prosecution going on here over this, but the real
- 2:21Speaker 1: question is why didn't they raise Zoro Ranch. Why wasn't
- 2:24Speaker 1: there a parallel investigation running at the same time as
- 2:28Speaker 1: the federal investigation, and why didn't anybody kicking the doors
- 2:31Speaker 1: at Zoro Ranch. You mean to tell me there were
- 2:33Speaker 1: no computers with hard drives there. There was no information
- 2:36Speaker 1: in the safe for anything. Well, there was until Epstein's
- 2:41Speaker 1: scumbag buddies got rid of it. I'm sure Epstein. Zoro Ranch,
- 2:50Speaker 1: known as Pedo Ranch, has been threatened with prosecution after
- 2:53Speaker 1: staff accosted a hiker with a gun and unlawfully trespassed
- 2:57Speaker 1: onto state land. The hiker was lawfully present on publicly
- 3:01Speaker 1: owned lands next to the twenty seven and a half
- 3:04Speaker 1: million dollar property known as Peto Ranch when he was
- 3:07Speaker 1: threatened by a Zoro Ranch staff member brandishing a rifle.
- 3:11Speaker 1: According to an official legal letter obtained by The Sun, Now,
- 3:15Speaker 1: when I went out to Zoro Ranch in twenty twenty,
- 3:18Speaker 1: I was at the gate, I rang the little bell.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Nobody showed up to talk to me, not one single person.
- 3:24Speaker 1: I stood there for like forty five minutes. And it
- 3:27Speaker 1: was freezing, by the way, February in Santa Fe, it
- 3:32Speaker 1: was like nine degrees and then you add the wind
- 3:35Speaker 1: show factor probably close to zero. So that's probably why
- 3:39Speaker 1: nobody came out to talk to me. But I was
- 3:42Speaker 1: at that gate for like forty five minutes. Nobody came out,
- 3:47Speaker 1: nobody answered the bell when you ring on it. Nothing.
- 3:52Speaker 1: But I'm sure that if you hit the hiking trail
- 3:55Speaker 1: here with the land that intersects, you'd probably have more
- 3:59Speaker 1: of a chance of running into somebody than just being
- 4:01Speaker 1: at the front door. State officials ordered the ranch to
- 4:06Speaker 1: stop harassing people who were on the land legally or
- 4:09Speaker 1: face legal action or criminal prosecution. The letter from New
- 4:13Speaker 1: Mexico's Commissioner of Public Lands, Stephanie Garcia Richards reads. Several
- 4:18Speaker 1: weeks ago, the New Mexico State Land Office received an
- 4:22Speaker 1: incident report from a recreational access permittee stating that on
- 4:27Speaker 1: October sixteenth, twenty twenty, he was accosted at gunpoint on
- 4:31Speaker 1: State Trust lands by Zoro Ranch employees who claimed he
- 4:34Speaker 1: was trespassing on Zoro ranched private property, which he was not.
- 4:39Speaker 1: But these people are so used to doing whatever they want,
- 4:42Speaker 1: meaning Epstein's employees, that they thought that they could just
- 4:45Speaker 1: pull a gun on this dude even though he's on
- 4:47Speaker 1: state land. That's called the felony. Our inquiry has confirmed
- 4:52Speaker 1: that the hiker remained on State Trust land at all times.
- 4:56Speaker 1: It was the Zoro Ranch employees who trespassed on state
- 4:59Speaker 1: trust lands when they confronted them, So that's a flip hunt.
- 5:04Speaker 1: The employees were the ones that were doing the trespassing,
- 5:06Speaker 1: and not only that, they were illegally brandishing a firearm.
- 5:13Speaker 1: The letter added, the incident is especially concerning because Zoro
- 5:16Speaker 1: Ranch personnel not only trespassed on state trust lands but
- 5:21Speaker 1: pointed a firearm at a member of the public lawfully
- 5:24Speaker 1: present on our lands. You can't do it. You can't
- 5:27Speaker 1: pull out a gun on somebody in public. Right. If
- 5:31Speaker 1: you're on your own property, it's one thing. But you're
- 5:33Speaker 1: on state lands and you're just brandishing a firearm and
- 5:36Speaker 1: threatening somebody with it. How is that not a felony?
- 5:43Speaker 1: Any future assaults or other violations on the part of
- 5:46Speaker 1: Zoro Ranch staff will result in legal actions against Cyprus
- 5:49Speaker 1: and Zoro Ranch and referral to the local district attorney
- 5:53Speaker 1: and New Mexico Attorney General for their consideration of potential
- 5:57Speaker 1: criminal prosecution. Oh yeah, I'll see how that worked out.
- 6:01Speaker 1: Huh was it twenty twenty two? This happened in twenty
- 6:03Speaker 1: twenty Has there been any criminal prosecutions in the state
- 6:06Speaker 1: of New Mexico. No, there has not, but there has
- 6:10Speaker 1: been a bunch of missing girls in New Mexico. Anybody
- 6:13Speaker 1: ever gonna talk about that? I know the FBI just
- 6:16Speaker 1: released that list. We had an episode yesterday. Our evening
- 6:19Speaker 1: update was about that. But New Mexico has big problems,
- 6:24Speaker 1: especially when it comes to the indigenous population and the
- 6:27Speaker 1: First Americans. Nobody cares what happens to them. And Baldaris,
- 6:33Speaker 1: who's the attorney general of the state. Look, I don't
- 6:37Speaker 1: live there, right, but I'll tell you what. I would
- 6:40Speaker 1: certainly never be voting for this guy. Mystery man it
- 6:45Speaker 1: comes to as the Sun was ordered to leave a
- 6:48Speaker 1: public road near the property by a mystery man spotted
- 6:51Speaker 1: driving out of the secretive ranch. He sat all kinds
- 6:55Speaker 1: of people that had been trying to case out the property.
- 6:57Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I'm sure everybody's casing it out. Everybody's ready
- 7:01Speaker 1: to make the heist. No, people are curious. You're the
- 7:05Speaker 1: one who's choosing to work there, bro, don't get upset
- 7:08Speaker 1: when people want to come and look at the train
- 7:10Speaker 1: wreck of a property. The man who was seen leaving
- 7:15Speaker 1: the New Mexico property in a red suv claimed he
- 7:18Speaker 1: was a visitor, but refused to answer any other questions
- 7:21Speaker 1: about what had gone on at the property. So let
- 7:25Speaker 1: me just be very clear. If I'm on public land
- 7:28Speaker 1: and anyone's coming up to me with any kind of nonsense,
- 7:32Speaker 1: it's gonna be a problem. There is zero chance I'm
- 7:36Speaker 1: having any jerk off who works for Jeffrey Epstein or
- 7:40Speaker 1: anyone around Jeffrey Epstein tell me what I'm doing with
- 7:43Speaker 1: my life, especially if I'm on public land. He bore
- 7:49Speaker 1: a striking resemblance to mysterious ranch manager Bryce Gordon, a
- 7:53Speaker 1: New Zealander who managed the property throughout the years that
- 7:56Speaker 1: Epstein and Glanne Maxwell were found to have sex trafficked
- 7:59Speaker 1: women and young girls there. And it's just so cavalier
- 8:03Speaker 1: how we say it right? Ah, Women were trafficked, young
- 8:06Speaker 1: girls were trafficked. People were raped there, no big deal,
- 8:08Speaker 1: but no state investigation. Nobody kick it in the door.
- 8:14Speaker 1: How does that make sense to anybody out there? Can
- 8:16Speaker 1: somebody please explain it to me? Because I'm obviously stupid
- 8:20Speaker 1: and I can't understand how that's even a thing. However,
- 8:25Speaker 1: when asked if he was Bryce, he claimed in a
- 8:28Speaker 1: New Zealand accent that he wasn't. Bryce and Karen Gordon
- 8:31Speaker 1: are believed to have run the ranch for years, and
- 8:33Speaker 1: their names appear throughout the ranches, land and property documents
- 8:38Speaker 1: obtained by the Sun from New Mexico officials. They have
- 8:41Speaker 1: never spoken publicly about their experiences at the ranch. You know,
- 8:45Speaker 1: it's crazy to me look at how silent so many
- 8:48Speaker 1: of these people are, All these people that worked on
- 8:50Speaker 1: these properties, nobody's coming out and speaking, And you have
- 8:55Speaker 1: to ask yourself why what's keeping them from coming out
- 8:59Speaker 1: and spilling the beam. Could it be a non disclosure agreement? Possibly?
- 9:03Speaker 1: My guess is though, that they're scared. Nobody wants to
- 9:06Speaker 1: come out and shake the boat right. Epstein's gone, Maxwell's
- 9:10Speaker 1: in prison, Jean Luprenel dead. These guys are hoping if
- 9:14Speaker 1: they keep their heads down long enough, that this is
- 9:16Speaker 1: all gonna blow over. I can't tell you anything. When
- 9:22Speaker 1: asked by the Sun about the sale of the property
- 9:24Speaker 1: and the end of Maxwell's trial, the unidentified man repeatedly said,
- 9:28Speaker 1: I can't tell you anything. I won't give you anything.
- 9:31Speaker 1: I mean, why are you so loyal to Jeffrey Epstein
- 9:34Speaker 1: of all people, unless, of course, you have done something
- 9:37Speaker 1: criminal as well, and you're trying to keep that from
- 9:39Speaker 1: public consumption. He then said he would call state troopers,
- 9:46Speaker 1: even though The Sun's reporters were legally parked for less
- 9:49Speaker 1: than five minutes at the side of Highway forty one,
- 9:52Speaker 1: a main public road from Santa Fe through the desert,
- 9:56Speaker 1: which runs along the edge of the ranch, two miles
- 9:59Speaker 1: from Epstein's form or home. After reporting the incident, New
- 10:03Speaker 1: Mexico officials told The Sun that they had already worn
- 10:05Speaker 1: the ranch to stop harassing members of the public who
- 10:08Speaker 1: are lawfully on state land. So if you're out there
- 10:12Speaker 1: and you're taking a look at the property or whatever,
- 10:16Speaker 1: don't be forced into leaving. If you're on state land,
- 10:19Speaker 1: holds your ground. And if they say they're going to
- 10:21Speaker 1: call the police, you call the police. You're in the right,
- 10:25Speaker 1: not them. They don't own the state land. As long
- 10:28Speaker 1: as you're not trespassing, they can't tell you what to do.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Don't let being treated for people. A spokesperson for the
- 10:35Speaker 1: New Mexico State Land Office, which owns land on and
- 10:38Speaker 1: surrounding the ranch, told The Sun, our legal staff directed
- 10:42Speaker 1: the ranch to cease and desist from harassing hikers or
- 10:45Speaker 1: others who were lawfully present on state trust land. We
- 10:49Speaker 1: told the ranch that we will refer future harassment by
- 10:52Speaker 1: their staff to law enforcement. So right there, that tells
- 10:55Speaker 1: you that you have a right to be there to
- 10:57Speaker 1: check out what's going on. It's no different than standing
- 11:01Speaker 1: across the street from anywhere. If you're on public land,
- 11:04Speaker 1: nobody could tell you shit. The only gate to the
- 11:09Speaker 1: secretive ranch stands two point three miles from the property,
- 11:12Speaker 1: with the twenty seven and a half million dollar mansion
- 11:15Speaker 1: barely visible on top of a hill. Two American flags
- 11:19Speaker 1: could be seen flying from wooden gates, along with no
- 11:21Speaker 1: trespassing and private signs and CCTV. So right when you
- 11:26Speaker 1: walk up to the gate, you can tell that there
- 11:28Speaker 1: are a massive amount of cameras. They're everywhere, and the
- 11:32Speaker 1: second you walk up to the gate, you're on film.
- 11:34Speaker 1: You're on camera. And it's a pretty expansive driveway as well,
- 11:38Speaker 1: pretty big. So when I walked up there, you could
- 11:42Speaker 1: tell right away that obviously there's some sort of surveillance
- 11:47Speaker 1: room where all of this is being fed to, and
- 11:50Speaker 1: that it is one hundred percent of certainty that if
- 11:54Speaker 1: you come up to this gate, you're being recorded. New
- 11:59Speaker 1: Mexico authorities have long been at odds with the ranch
- 12:02Speaker 1: and were refused entry when they tried to conduct the
- 12:04Speaker 1: land assessment on some publicly owned land on the property.
- 12:08Speaker 1: In twenty twenty one, the State Land Office that it
- 12:11Speaker 1: still had not accessed the landlocked parcel of state land
- 12:14Speaker 1: on the property. We have accessed the formerly leased parcels
- 12:18Speaker 1: to remove old trespassing signs and a caboose that had
- 12:21Speaker 1: been constructed on the parcel, a spokesman said, we have
- 12:25Speaker 1: not accessed the state trust land parcel that is landlocked
- 12:28Speaker 1: by private land. The spokesman added that if it does
- 12:31Speaker 1: wish to access the landlocked parcel of land, it will
- 12:34Speaker 1: discuss it with Zoro's legal team. The state's attorney general
- 12:38Speaker 1: has repeatedly called for the federal authorities to seize the
- 12:40Speaker 1: ranch and ensure profits are used to benefit Epstein's survivors.
- 12:45Speaker 1: You know, this guy Baldaris has a big mouth, but
- 12:48Speaker 1: he hasn't done shit either. What has he done? Why
- 12:50Speaker 1: does it have to be the federal government? What are
- 12:52Speaker 1: you scared of? Who's pressuring you? The kings of the
- 12:55Speaker 1: Richardson's Who is it, mister baldarismrial to the survivors? The
- 13:02Speaker 1: Land Office deny the ranch's attempt to release the public
- 13:05Speaker 1: land on the property and said it wanted to give
- 13:07Speaker 1: the land back to the public and even make a
- 13:09Speaker 1: memorial to Epstein's survivors there. They told The Sun many
- 13:14Speaker 1: proposals for what to do with the state land have
- 13:16Speaker 1: been discussed, but nothing is underway just yet. Commissioner Garcia
- 13:21Speaker 1: Richard would like to honor the survivors of this horrific
- 13:23Speaker 1: history in some way. A memorial and or a wildlife
- 13:27Speaker 1: refuge on the landlocked parcel may be a way to
- 13:29Speaker 1: do that. The accessible parcel of state land will most
- 13:33Speaker 1: likely be leased for traditional agricultural uses. Not a bad
- 13:38Speaker 1: idea to have some sort of memorial here, right, They
- 13:41Speaker 1: deserve that at the very least. Considering the state hasn't
- 13:43Speaker 1: done shit else, you might as well have a memorial
- 13:48Speaker 1: vandalism on the ranch. A lawyer for the Epstein estate,
- 13:52Speaker 1: including Zoro Ranch, told The Sun it will likely come
- 13:54Speaker 1: as no surprise that curiosity seekers and other uninvited visitors
- 13:59Speaker 1: frequently he approached the Zoro Ranch, and that trespassing on
- 14:03Speaker 1: that private property is unfortunately all too common now. Look,
- 14:07Speaker 1: I would never trespass on anyone's property for the simple
- 14:11Speaker 1: fact I'm scared to get shot. People aren't messing around
- 14:15Speaker 1: these days, man, I'm not hopping out over anyone's fence.
- 14:18Speaker 1: Now that the ranch is officially on the market, the
- 14:21Speaker 1: estate is particularly susceptible and must be on guard against
- 14:24Speaker 1: increased trespass and potential vandalism. Pervert Epstein killed himself while
- 14:29Speaker 1: awaiting trial in twenty nineteen allegedly on sex trafficking charges,
- 14:34Speaker 1: robbing his survivors of the chance to face him in court.
- 14:38Speaker 1: His so called pimp you mean, co conspirator, fellow child abuser,
- 14:41Speaker 1: general all around scuzbag and bipedal serpent was jailed last
- 14:45Speaker 1: month for twenty years for decades of abuse after grooming
- 14:49Speaker 1: dozens of girls. The sixty year old lurd vulnerable teenagers
- 14:53Speaker 1: for vile, multi millionaire pedophile Epstein to abuse at his
- 14:58Speaker 1: various luxurious properties, including Zoro Ranch. Yeah, and nothing was done. Huh.
- 15:04Speaker 1: I'll keep yelling about this until the cows come home. Folks.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Enough is enough with Zoro Ranch. Enough is enough already.
- 15:14Speaker 1: In what was described as the trial of the century,
- 15:16Speaker 1: the jury heard how Maxwell snared and served up girls
- 15:19Speaker 1: as young as fourteen for Epstein, and even joined in
- 15:22Speaker 1: on the abuse herself. He also shared their response to
- 15:26Speaker 1: the Land Office's cease and desist letter, which reads, we
- 15:29Speaker 1: understand from Zoro Ranch employees that they spoke with an
- 15:32Speaker 1: individual near Zoro Ranch on that date and expressed concern
- 15:36Speaker 1: about his stated intent to travel to a destination on
- 15:40Speaker 1: private Zoro Ranch property, which is of course not covered
- 15:43Speaker 1: by state land Offices recreational access permits. We apologize for
- 15:49Speaker 1: any distress or misunderstanding that this interaction may have caused.
- 15:53Speaker 1: Oh well, I'm sure that you know. The apology is
- 15:55Speaker 1: just accepted, pulled out, You pull a gun out on me.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I'm just gonna accept your apology, said nobody. Ever, So,
- 16:02Speaker 1: the State of New Mexico needs to get their act together.
- 16:05Speaker 1: They need to go on their access to their land.
- 16:07Speaker 1: They need to kick in the door of Zoro Ranch,
- 16:09Speaker 1: or they should have kicked in the door of Zoro Ranch,
- 16:11Speaker 1: and they need to have a parallel investigation until that
- 16:15Speaker 1: kind of thing occurs. I can't take baldaras seriously. So
- 16:20Speaker 1: I don't know about you, folks, but I've had my
- 16:22Speaker 1: fill of inaction, and I've certainly had my fill of
- 16:25Speaker 1: inaction at Zoro Ranch. If you'd like to contact me,
- 16:30Speaker 1: you can do that at Bobby Kapuci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 16:33Speaker 1: That's Bo Bby c ap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 16:39Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby Underscore
- 16:44Speaker 1: c ap u Cci. The link that I discussed can
- 16:48Speaker 1: be found in the description box. We're gonna talk about
- 16:52Speaker 1: the fake deed to Zoro Ranch. Now we got the
- 16:56Speaker 1: same knuckleheads who filed the fake deeds before, who filed
- 17:00Speaker 1: this deed here and now well, all of a sudden,
- 17:04Speaker 1: the legacy media thinks it's news. I mean, we're at
- 17:08Speaker 1: the point where we're lapping these dudes. You know, like
- 17:10Speaker 1: when you're in a car race or whatever, or when
- 17:12Speaker 1: you were younger you drove go karts and you had
- 17:14Speaker 1: one friend who was a shitty driver and everybody lapped them.
- 17:18Speaker 1: That's what we're doing to the legacy media right here.
- 17:20Speaker 1: They can't even keep up. It's an absolute joke to
- 17:25Speaker 1: witness these people chase their tail and it's the same situation,
- 17:32Speaker 1: you know, a spoiler alert. These dudes never had no
- 17:35Speaker 1: lease to Zoro Ranch, they never had no lease to
- 17:38Speaker 1: the Palm Beach estate, none of it. These are false,
- 17:43Speaker 1: faulty documents that were filed. This is a thing. Look,
- 17:47Speaker 1: we live in an era where anything can be falsified,
- 17:50Speaker 1: a d to your house, your ID, your passport, you
- 17:53Speaker 1: name it. That's the sort of climate that we live in.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Just take a look at what happened to the pipeline.
- 18:01Speaker 1: You got some knuckleheads who upload some virus or whatever,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and then they hold your shit ransom and these guys
- 18:10Speaker 1: have to pay it. So, look, anything is possible, right
- 18:15Speaker 1: when it comes to fraud, fraudulent behavior. The sky is
- 18:20Speaker 1: the limit for these scumbags. And that's exactly what this
- 18:25Speaker 1: lease was from the beginning. Nobody ever signed anything over
- 18:28Speaker 1: to these guys. And in fact, I would not be
- 18:31Speaker 1: shocked that if at some point these morons who filed
- 18:36Speaker 1: this fake lease end up facing criminal prosecution for it,
- 18:42Speaker 1: because it's fraud, right, it's a white collar crime, and
- 18:45Speaker 1: it should be treated as that. All right, So we
- 18:49Speaker 1: got an article dealing with this from KRQE dot com.
- 18:53Speaker 1: It's an Albuquerque station and the headline mysterious deed claims
- 18:58Speaker 1: new ownership of Jeffrey Epstein's new Mexico ranch. Boy, where
- 19:02Speaker 1: have we heard that story before? This article was authored
- 19:07Speaker 1: by Gabrielle Burkhardt. Money secrets and sex abuse scandals made
- 19:14Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein infamous New Mexico state officials cut all ties
- 19:18Speaker 1: with the financier pedophile who owned in leased property south
- 19:22Speaker 1: of Santa Fe for decades. Yeah, the cut ties with
- 19:26Speaker 1: them after leasing him that land. And now, of course
- 19:30Speaker 1: it wasn't the same officials who did that, right, certainly,
- 19:33Speaker 1: not saying that, But all of these states and these
- 19:38Speaker 1: municipalities or territories like the Virgin Islands that want to
- 19:43Speaker 1: play the victim, when in fact, officials from those states,
- 19:47Speaker 1: from those principalities, municipalities, whatever we have, those officials were
- 19:52Speaker 1: all involved in setting Epstein up, making sure he had property,
- 19:56Speaker 1: setting up the bank, making sure the offshore shit went smooth.
- 20:01Speaker 1: So don't cry a victim to us like the other
- 20:04Speaker 1: recruit like those recruiters who worked for Epstein. Right, that
- 20:07Speaker 1: we're gonna get to eventually, but quick crying victim New Mexico.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Let's remember New Mexico has still not initiated a state
- 20:17Speaker 1: investigation into Zoro Ranch or to Jeffrey Epstein. Sure they
- 20:22Speaker 1: got rid of this least land and took it back,
- 20:25Speaker 1: but have you guys kicked in a door yet, have
- 20:27Speaker 1: you shaken any trees? No, none of that's happened. Oh,
- 20:31Speaker 1: the federal government's all over it. Oh yeah, great, So
- 20:34Speaker 1: we can just just count on the federal government huh,
- 20:38Speaker 1: because they have such a great track record. Zoro Ranch
- 20:44Speaker 1: south of Santa Fe was shrouded in secrecy. Huh. Yeah,
- 20:47Speaker 1: it certainly was. The billionaire pedophile behind the sprawling ranch
- 20:52Speaker 1: is gone. Only Jeffrey Epstein and his accusers know the
- 20:56Speaker 1: dark details of what went on there near Stanley, New Mexico.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Go oh, and not just them, what about the co conspirators?
- 21:03Speaker 1: What about the enablers? What about the people that were
- 21:05Speaker 1: just hanging around? They know too, The employees, they know,
- 21:10Speaker 1: the people that worked at the airports, they know. I
- 21:13Speaker 1: know that for a fact. I've talked to some of
- 21:16Speaker 1: them personally, face to face. So again, if all of
- 21:20Speaker 1: the residents of New Mexico, and obviously that's hyperbole, not
- 21:24Speaker 1: all of them, but a good portion of the people
- 21:26Speaker 1: I talked to while I was there were hip to
- 21:28Speaker 1: what was going on with Jeffrey Epstein and hip to
- 21:31Speaker 1: how much of a sick bastard he was. How can
- 21:33Speaker 1: the local officials play stupid? Where is the Attorney general
- 21:42Speaker 1: record show Epstein and the Zoro Trust bought the ranch
- 21:45Speaker 1: from the Gary King family, then built his three thirty
- 21:49Speaker 1: three three hundred and thirty nine square foot mansion there
- 21:53Speaker 1: in the nineties. Since nineteen ninety three, the Epstein Trust
- 21:57Speaker 1: had state lease agreements for grazing cattle on public lands
- 22:00Speaker 1: near his mansion. To your knowledge, what was that land
- 22:04Speaker 1: being used for? Kr QE News thirteen, asked New Mexico
- 22:08Speaker 1: State Land Commissioner Stephanie Garcia Richard. Well, when I was
- 22:13Speaker 1: out there, and obviously I didn't do a tour of
- 22:17Speaker 1: the property, I had a look from you know, the
- 22:20Speaker 1: line right the property line, but certainly didn't see any
- 22:24Speaker 1: animals or any sign of any kind of animal husbandry
- 22:29Speaker 1: taking place. All I saw was a barren, empty piece
- 22:35Speaker 1: of land. Nobody wanted to come out and talk, by
- 22:38Speaker 1: the way, either. I stood in front of those cameras
- 22:40Speaker 1: and you know, had a few words for them, but
- 22:42Speaker 1: nobody came rushing out to meet me or anything like that.
- 22:47Speaker 1: When you look at that land from the front gate
- 22:50Speaker 1: where I was at, it's just a big, sprawling property. Right.
- 22:55Speaker 1: You have a couple of things on the property r
- 22:57Speaker 1: at buildings we've talked about where you know, the hand
- 23:02Speaker 1: the fake fire station, some kind of like satellite situation.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I don't even know what it's called, some sort of
- 23:12Speaker 1: broadcast satellite or something on the property. It's really odd.
- 23:15Speaker 1: I have pictures posted on my Twitter feed of Zoro
- 23:20Speaker 1: Ranch and that specific installation, but as far as like
- 23:24Speaker 1: animals or cattle or I didn't see any of that
- 23:27Speaker 1: or any signs of that while I was there. Now
- 23:29Speaker 1: that doesn't mean that there's never been animals there, right,
- 23:33Speaker 1: But I can only tell you what I saw while
- 23:35Speaker 1: I was there. One can only speculate, and I have
- 23:40Speaker 1: to tell you, Gabrielle that my staff. You know, this
- 23:43Speaker 1: has been a difficult topic for us to tackle, said
- 23:45Speaker 1: Garcia Richard. Thinking about what state land might have been
- 23:49Speaker 1: used for has been you know, has been difficult, and
- 23:52Speaker 1: I get it. Look I'm not too I don't really
- 23:55Speaker 1: have too much of a beef with Garcia Richard. She
- 23:58Speaker 1: came in in twenty nineteen and she's the one who
- 24:01Speaker 1: initiated the land grab to take it back, So kudos
- 24:04Speaker 1: to her for that. My real beef in New Mexico
- 24:07Speaker 1: is with the Attorney general. What is this guy doing?
- 24:13Speaker 1: I mean, are you chasing down Walter White? Are you
- 24:16Speaker 1: hanging out at Los hermanos. What's going on here? Pal?
- 24:21Speaker 1: I know you're not that busy, especially considering all the
- 24:26Speaker 1: other missing girls in your state, especially considering you know,
- 24:32Speaker 1: all the different unsolved murders in your state. What is
- 24:35Speaker 1: it that you're possibly doing down there? And furthermore, how
- 24:40Speaker 1: does this guy still have a job. Garcia Richard took
- 24:45Speaker 1: office in twenty nineteen. That year, she canceled a decade's
- 24:49Speaker 1: long lease agreement the state had with Epstein for nearly
- 24:52Speaker 1: thirteen hundred acres of grazing land. We want to encourage
- 24:56Speaker 1: a ranching family to use it. We want to encourage
- 24:59Speaker 1: recreational access to the area. Garcia Richard explained. Oh, don't
- 25:03Speaker 1: worry about that, Miss Garcia Richard, because myself and my
- 25:10Speaker 1: awesome soulmate are gonna make our way down there very soon,
- 25:13Speaker 1: and I'm gonna pull one of them permits and We're
- 25:15Speaker 1: gonna take ourselves a little walk. And all I'll tell
- 25:21Speaker 1: you is this, if I'm on state land and someone
- 25:24Speaker 1: looks up on me and pulls out a gun, you
- 25:27Speaker 1: better be ready, bro, because I know my rights and
- 25:32Speaker 1: I know where I'm allowed to go on state land,
- 25:34Speaker 1: and I'm well versed to the loss So the way
- 25:37Speaker 1: that Jeffrey Epstein's goons hopped out onto the trail with
- 25:42Speaker 1: old boy when he was up there, putting guns in
- 25:44Speaker 1: his face and shit, well they probably won't be expecting
- 25:49Speaker 1: that result if they try that shit while I'm on
- 25:52Speaker 1: the trail, because they're not going to intimidate me or
- 25:57Speaker 1: anything like that. That's for sure. Some rent to cops
- 26:03Speaker 1: who think that they can police public lands. Yeah, that's
- 26:07Speaker 1: gonna end well for them. But the fact that Garcia
- 26:11Speaker 1: Richards is saying that they want to use this for
- 26:12Speaker 1: recreational access is definitely a good thing. So wheels are
- 26:17Speaker 1: in motion already, folks about heading down to New Mexico.
- 26:20Speaker 1: I don't it's looking like July. But we're gonna get
- 26:24Speaker 1: back down there. We're gonna use the drone. We're gonna
- 26:27Speaker 1: get access to this state land here. We're gonna get
- 26:30Speaker 1: another LOOXI. We've even talked about some type of memorial
- 26:36Speaker 1: site to just recognize what young girls and women went
- 26:40Speaker 1: through in this area and on state land. I really
- 26:44Speaker 1: think that that's pretty good a good idea, right, put
- 26:48Speaker 1: a memorial up there, something to memorialize the absolute terrible
- 26:54Speaker 1: things that occurred on this property. And what these girls
- 26:58Speaker 1: went through. Because we know a lot about the Epstein story, right, folks,
- 27:03Speaker 1: I mean we know a lot, but we still don't
- 27:06Speaker 1: know enough shit, hardly anything about Zoro Ranch, about New Mexico. However,
- 27:15Speaker 1: Garcia Richard explained there's still a problem. It's the inaccessible
- 27:19Speaker 1: landlocked state land. A state landmap shows the two properties
- 27:24Speaker 1: in blue that were canceled in the lease agreements. Garcia said,
- 27:27Speaker 1: the bottom section is landlocked and the surrounding private property
- 27:31Speaker 1: owner refuses to grant public access. Yeah, there's a lot
- 27:35Speaker 1: of people like that. Unfortunately, I've run into some real
- 27:38Speaker 1: pieces of work in my time hiking and backpacking and
- 27:41Speaker 1: adventuring of private landowners who think that they're cute. Oh
- 27:46Speaker 1: you're trapesing through my grass. If you're gonna buy a
- 27:50Speaker 1: piece of property that runs through an area where there
- 27:54Speaker 1: should be public access, you should be prepared to grant
- 27:58Speaker 1: public access to that piece of land. Don't be a douchebag.
- 28:05Speaker 1: If not, then don't buy that property or buy that property.
- 28:09Speaker 1: It's just not a sliver of it so that people
- 28:12Speaker 1: still have access. But the problem is these local and
- 28:17Speaker 1: even state municipalities and districts. It's all about a money
- 28:21Speaker 1: grab to them, right, They don't care if you have
- 28:23Speaker 1: access to public lands, you know, BLM lands. They don't
- 28:27Speaker 1: care about any of that shit. They're trying to get paid.
- 28:30Speaker 1: So here in Nevada, thankfully, like ninety five percent of
- 28:34Speaker 1: our land is public access, so I really don't have
- 28:38Speaker 1: those issues here. But other places I've been hiking and
- 28:41Speaker 1: backpacking and you're on public land and then before you
- 28:44Speaker 1: know it, you're on private property and you got some
- 28:47Speaker 1: yokel running up to you with a double barrel shotgun
- 28:50Speaker 1: in your face. So for people who out there, backpackers, hikers, adventurers,
- 28:55Speaker 1: you people definitely know what I'm talking about. All of
- 28:58Speaker 1: you have experienced this. At least my staff and I
- 29:03Speaker 1: went out to do a field visit to access the
- 29:05Speaker 1: exact acreage you were talking about, and were denied access
- 29:09Speaker 1: by the private landowner, said Garcia Richard. The second section
- 29:13Speaker 1: of public land is only accessible by foot with no
- 29:16Speaker 1: roads in and out, according to state land officials. That
- 29:19Speaker 1: is right up my alley. You're talking to a guy
- 29:22Speaker 1: who does seventy eighty miles a week on trails out
- 29:27Speaker 1: in the desert, going hard. Just show me the trailhead
- 29:32Speaker 1: and I will take care of the rest, and if
- 29:35Speaker 1: the assessors would like me to do a bit of
- 29:37Speaker 1: a land of assessment while I'm out there, I could
- 29:39Speaker 1: do that for them as well. Nearly seventy six hundred
- 29:45Speaker 1: acres of private properties surround the state's land. That's a
- 29:48Speaker 1: pretty big ranch, explained Gus Martinez, Santa Fe County Assessor.
- 29:52Speaker 1: It is a remote property. The only way you can
- 29:55Speaker 1: get access is really through the ranch hand and so
- 29:58Speaker 1: you can't just really drive into the property because the
- 30:01Speaker 1: gates are closed, said Martinez. So when when we get
- 30:05Speaker 1: out there, I'm gonna I'm gonna pull this permit. I'm
- 30:08Speaker 1: gonna get everything locked and loaded, and then what I'm
- 30:10Speaker 1: gonna do is I'm gonna document the whole the whole trip.
- 30:13Speaker 1: I'll set the GoPro up and we'll record the whole
- 30:15Speaker 1: entire hike throughout the piece of land and see what's
- 30:19Speaker 1: what right. I'm interested now now that old boy was
- 30:22Speaker 1: able to access that and have himself a little bit
- 30:24Speaker 1: of an adventure, I'd really like to get another look
- 30:27Speaker 1: from a different perspective. Besides that front gate, kr QE
- 30:34Speaker 1: News requested records in Santa Fe County to verify how
- 30:37Speaker 1: much land the Epstein estate still owns. Martinez was surprised
- 30:41Speaker 1: to find records showing portions of the Zoro Ranch had
- 30:44Speaker 1: indeed changed ownership according to a mysterious deed filed in
- 30:48Speaker 1: twenty twenty. And here comes the fake deed. Okay, this
- 30:52Speaker 1: is prototypical move for scammers and scumbags. The Santa Fe
- 31:01Speaker 1: County Assessor's office located a deed filed with Santa Fe
- 31:04Speaker 1: County in October twenty twenty transferring the Zoro Ranch from
- 31:08Speaker 1: Epstein's company, Cyprus Incorporated, to Love and Bliss, a nonprofit church,
- 31:13Speaker 1: for two hundred dollars. Now we know this is bs.
- 31:17Speaker 1: Judge is already thrown it out in Florida. It's the
- 31:19Speaker 1: same thing here. So all this does is slow things down,
- 31:24Speaker 1: muddies the waters, gets people caught up in some quicksand
- 31:29Speaker 1: so these scumbags from Love and Bliss, they definitely need
- 31:32Speaker 1: to go down for this. They need to be held
- 31:34Speaker 1: accountable for filing false documents. Now we've been talking about
- 31:40Speaker 1: this for a while, you know, Chris Spargo's been talking
- 31:43Speaker 1: about this for a while, a lot of people have been,
- 31:47Speaker 1: but the legacy media finally gets around to it. So
- 31:53Speaker 1: why would Epstein Trust sign over land to a Florida
- 31:56Speaker 1: church for two hundred dollars simple, They wouldn't. The listed
- 32:00Speaker 1: address for Love and Bliss Church is a small home
- 32:03Speaker 1: in Reddington Beach, Florida, founded in twenty and eighteen. The
- 32:07Speaker 1: Christian nonprofits listed president is twenty two year old Alexander Leschinsky.
- 32:13Speaker 1: Florida record show he was arrested in twenty seventeen for
- 32:17Speaker 1: stalking and again in March for battery. Nobody gave this
- 32:22Speaker 1: dude a deed. Nobody signed a deed over to this guy.
- 32:26Speaker 1: This is all fake, falsified nonsense. It's really a non story, honestly.
- 32:32Speaker 1: But if we're being real, I'll never pass up a
- 32:36Speaker 1: chance to talk about Zoro Ranch. So the Love and
- 32:41Speaker 1: Bliss deed is stamped with a notary signature as well
- 32:44Speaker 1: as Jeffrey Epstein's. The document states it was created in
- 32:47Speaker 1: April twenty nineteen. A Florida address for the attorney listed
- 32:52Speaker 1: on the deed turns up as a realty office in Google,
- 32:56Speaker 1: with no relation to an attorney listed on the document.
- 32:59Speaker 1: The New York York phone number on the deed sent
- 33:01Speaker 1: News thirteen to a Jack de Witt Sales office who
- 33:05Speaker 1: said they've had the same number for sixty years and
- 33:07Speaker 1: did not have an attorney by the name of the
- 33:10Speaker 1: person listed on the deed. It is so apparent that
- 33:14Speaker 1: this is fake and falsified, and this knucklehead Alexander Lesinski,
- 33:21Speaker 1: completely fabricated this looking to get an ind How he
- 33:24Speaker 1: thought he'd ever pull it off is beyond me. I mean,
- 33:27Speaker 1: you know, you might get by one level of the
- 33:30Speaker 1: checks and balances systems, but once it gets into the
- 33:33Speaker 1: court and it starts getting checked on, it's rather obvious
- 33:36Speaker 1: you're gonna get popped. So I'd really like to see
- 33:40Speaker 1: them purp walk this idiot. Kr QE News thirteen finally
- 33:47Speaker 1: reached a representative from the Epstein Estate and asked whether
- 33:50Speaker 1: the estate was aware of the love and bliss deed
- 33:52Speaker 1: filed the New Mexico. It's the same people that filed
- 33:56Speaker 1: the fraudulent warranty deed in Florida, said Daniel Wiener, in
- 33:59Speaker 1: a turn orny for the Epstein estate. This costs the
- 34:02Speaker 1: estate money and court time to get it thrown out,
- 34:05Speaker 1: he added, And while that doesn't sound like it's a
- 34:07Speaker 1: big deal, it is. It's taking money out of the
- 34:10Speaker 1: pocket of these survivors because these dickheads want to screw around,
- 34:15Speaker 1: so they want to play games. Okay, arrest them. What
- 34:19Speaker 1: the hell are you guys waiting for? I bet if
- 34:21Speaker 1: they were selling some weed, you'd arrest them though, right.
- 34:27Speaker 1: It turns out Love and Bliss filed a fake deed
- 34:29Speaker 1: in Florida for Epstein's Palm Beach mansion, clouding the estate's
- 34:33Speaker 1: ability to sell the Florida property. Court documents show a
- 34:37Speaker 1: Florida judge found the deed invalid and unenforceable. Well, no shit,
- 34:42Speaker 1: it's fake. Go ahead and jump on you know, whatever
- 34:46Speaker 1: your creation program is on your computer and whip one
- 34:49Speaker 1: up real quick. It's like this idiot I saw on
- 34:56Speaker 1: some show my girlfriend had me watching about people that
- 35:00Speaker 1: were like fraudulent, fake like Internet influencers who were fraudulent.
- 35:04Speaker 1: And this guy pulled off this scam where he was
- 35:07Speaker 1: rolling around with diplomatic plates and saying he was a
- 35:09Speaker 1: Saudi official. Meanwhile, if you just google those plates, the
- 35:14Speaker 1: same exact ones he had on his car came up.
- 35:17Speaker 1: All of these fraudsters are out here trying to commit
- 35:20Speaker 1: this fraud right in everyone's face. It's so brazen what
- 35:25Speaker 1: these people are up to in violation of the Florida
- 35:30Speaker 1: Court's final judgment. A second fraudulent indeed was filed under
- 35:34Speaker 1: the name Hung Shung Lee. Love and Bliss were directed
- 35:38Speaker 1: to cease and desist. They don't have any claim on
- 35:40Speaker 1: this property either, said Weiener of the New Mexico property.
- 35:44Speaker 1: If Love and Bliss filed a warranty deed clowning our
- 35:47Speaker 1: ability to sell the property, then we'll definitely have to
- 35:50Speaker 1: go to court to get rid of it, he added.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Now again, the cynic in me is saying, are these
- 35:55Speaker 1: guys working in hand in hand with the estate to
- 35:58Speaker 1: try and cloud the waters and muddy things up? Who knows. Unfortunately,
- 36:04Speaker 1: with this case we have to ask all kinds of questions.
- 36:09Speaker 1: Kr QE News thirteen reached out to First Judicial District
- 36:12Speaker 1: Attorney Mary Carmack Altweez to find out what, if any
- 36:17Speaker 1: recourse there is against someone who files a fraudulent deed.
- 36:20Speaker 1: There is absolutely recourse for filing a fraudulent deed, said
- 36:24Speaker 1: Carmack Altweeze. The district attorney explained, deeds are filed with
- 36:28Speaker 1: the clerk, the county clerk's office, but it's not the
- 36:31Speaker 1: clerk's job to verify if the document is real. That
- 36:34Speaker 1: was really supposed to be the notary's job, explained carmack Altweez.
- 36:38Speaker 1: And again the checks and balances. You know, you might
- 36:41Speaker 1: be able to fool one level of the bureaucracy, but
- 36:45Speaker 1: eventually you're gonna get found out. In a case like this,
- 36:49Speaker 1: one hundred percent gonna get found out. Why would someone
- 36:54Speaker 1: file a fraudulent deed though she hadn't seen the deed
- 36:58Speaker 1: in question yet, Carmack Altwees said, they think that they
- 37:01Speaker 1: can get in and maybe then start selling off pieces
- 37:03Speaker 1: and portions of it and get away with it. How
- 37:06Speaker 1: anyone thought that they could get away with that in
- 37:09Speaker 1: this case is beyond me breaking news. There's a compensation
- 37:13Speaker 1: fund where this money's going to. If you start piecing
- 37:16Speaker 1: things off, there's gonna be questions. So again, just another
- 37:20Speaker 1: moron with a ridiculous lick. How these idiots thought they'd
- 37:28Speaker 1: get away with this is just just mind boggling. And
- 37:33Speaker 1: then it would just perpetuate the fraud because new innocent
- 37:37Speaker 1: owners would come in, give these people money and then
- 37:40Speaker 1: be part of this scheme and not actually own that,
- 37:43Speaker 1: said carmac Altweeze. So I think it's great that you
- 37:47Speaker 1: caught it, because hopefully you've stopped it in its tracks.
- 37:50Speaker 1: They caught it. Okay, all right, hey, look again, I
- 37:54Speaker 1: don't care about credit in this case. I don't care
- 37:56Speaker 1: about anything. Honestly, I don't care about like or Twitter,
- 38:01Speaker 1: enjoyment or any of that stuff. As you all know,
- 38:04Speaker 1: I'm not very active on social media. I'm interested in
- 38:08Speaker 1: one thing, these people facing justice, and the sooner that happens,
- 38:11Speaker 1: the better. Because I could stop talking about this. Then
- 38:17Speaker 1: the Epstein, a state attorney, said it's preparing the Zoro
- 38:20Speaker 1: Ranch property for sale, but they have no potential buyers yet.
- 38:24Speaker 1: The estate will take court action to clear the fake deed,
- 38:27Speaker 1: and funds from the sale of the property will go
- 38:29Speaker 1: toward the victim compensation program. Wiener said, So in this article,
- 38:36Speaker 1: you have the whole entire court order from the original
- 38:40Speaker 1: Florida situations, as you know, regarding to the deed, so
- 38:46Speaker 1: you'll be able to check out check that out here
- 38:48Speaker 1: in the link to this article. I've also thoroughly investigated
- 38:54Speaker 1: the criminal conduct on that ranch. New Mexico Attorney General
- 38:58Speaker 1: Hector Baldaris told kr Q News thirteen. No, you haven't
- 39:02Speaker 1: quit lying, Hector Baldaris, This dude's a straight up blier.
- 39:06Speaker 1: I've sent emails to his office, no response, all of it. Nothing.
- 39:11Speaker 1: They haven't done any investigations. Have you kicked in the door.
- 39:13Speaker 1: Let's see the warrants, let's see all of it. You
- 39:15Speaker 1: haven't done shit. You kicked the can down the road
- 39:17Speaker 1: to the federal government because you were scared of the
- 39:20Speaker 1: political players within your state, the Kings and the governor,
- 39:25Speaker 1: Richardson's and all the rest. Who you think your kid in,
- 39:27Speaker 1: Hector Baldaris. What's that is that you apologizing and admitting
- 39:34Speaker 1: that you haven't done the right thing here. You haven't
- 39:36Speaker 1: done your job. I know it's difficult to do your
- 39:38Speaker 1: job in all, bro, but if you're not capable, let's
- 39:41Speaker 1: find somebody who can. Don't give us lip service now
- 39:44Speaker 1: that this is all coming out. If you've been following
- 39:47Speaker 1: this case like you should have, you would have already
- 39:48Speaker 1: known about this deed. But again, I don't know what
- 39:53Speaker 1: the hell's going on in New Mexico. Balderis said. Epstein
- 39:59Speaker 1: was able to hide out New Mexico. Clearly he had
- 40:01Speaker 1: political influence, Balderis said of Epstein and the previous political
- 40:05Speaker 1: figures in New Mexico, Balderis also blames Weeksday laws that
- 40:09Speaker 1: allowed Epstein to avoid registering as a sex offender in
- 40:13Speaker 1: New Mexico. Nothing about his office, right, nothing about the
- 40:17Speaker 1: local law enforcement or local police or anything like that. Nah,
- 40:22Speaker 1: they're all squeaky clean. It's everybody else who's the problem.
- 40:25Speaker 1: You know, folks, it's pretty funny. Everybody's the hero in
- 40:29Speaker 1: their own story, aren't they. Epstein's New Mexico hideout. It's
- 40:35Speaker 1: a black eye to the legacy of the state of
- 40:36Speaker 1: New Mexico, said Balderas. We've tried to close loopholes with
- 40:40Speaker 1: the legislature to not invite human traffickers to New Mexico,
- 40:44Speaker 1: and that bill has died in the Senate two years
- 40:46Speaker 1: in a row. That is true. I will give Baldera's
- 40:48Speaker 1: credit there. It has died in the Senate. And again,
- 40:51Speaker 1: New Mexico seems to be a very, very corrupt place. Now.
- 40:54Speaker 1: I know Nevada's corrupt as well, but it's certainly looking
- 40:58Speaker 1: like New Mexico is even more than Nevada. Balderas said,
- 41:04Speaker 1: had Epstein been required to register as a sex offender
- 41:07Speaker 1: in New Mexico, he believes it would have triggered authorities
- 41:10Speaker 1: to take a closer look. Early on, I believe Jeffrey
- 41:13Speaker 1: Epstein knew that we had weak registration laws, that we
- 41:17Speaker 1: weren't syncd with the federal government. Oh yeah, that's definitely
- 41:20Speaker 1: part of it. There's no doubt, no doubt about it.
- 41:22Speaker 1: But don't act like you guys didn't know what was up,
- 41:24Speaker 1: like you didn't have the Internet, like people didn't talk
- 41:27Speaker 1: in law enforcement circles. One of the people I talked
- 41:30Speaker 1: to was a law enforcement agent who retired overall of
- 41:33Speaker 1: this because of the handling of it. So please miss
- 41:38Speaker 1: me with your bullshit baldaras. Over the years, women came
- 41:43Speaker 1: out accusing the New York based investor of sexually abusing
- 41:46Speaker 1: them at his New Mexico ranch. In two thousand and eight,
- 41:50Speaker 1: Epstein pled guilty in Florida for soliciting a minor for prostitution.
- 41:55Speaker 1: He never faced charges in New Mexico. Of course, he hasn't,
- 41:58Speaker 1: still hasn't, And it's absurd, it's a joke, and it
- 42:02Speaker 1: is an absolute garbage situation in New Mexico. By the
- 42:10Speaker 1: time I inherited the case, you're talking about, generations of
- 42:14Speaker 1: time had passed, and I think that was part of
- 42:16Speaker 1: the illicit cover up of a very powerful individual. Balderus explained,
- 42:21Speaker 1: by the time he inherited the case, folks, it was
- 42:23Speaker 1: generations later. Okay, shut up. This guy's a liar, a coward,
- 42:29Speaker 1: a snake, and folks, he's spineless. I've spoken with many
- 42:35Speaker 1: of the survivors, and I've been very critical that my
- 42:38Speaker 1: past colleagues did not do a great job in Florida,
- 42:41Speaker 1: New York and in New Mexico in investigating and bringing timely,
- 42:45Speaker 1: reasonable restitution and resources to these survivors. Where's your investigation?
- 42:50Speaker 1: You lie in? Son of a bitch? Is this guy
- 42:52Speaker 1: for real? Nobody's buying this right. He said he was
- 42:59Speaker 1: unable to verify from previous administrations whether the former US
- 43:03Speaker 1: Attorney's office in New Mexico was ever notified by New
- 43:06Speaker 1: York or Florida authorities of Epstein's criminal conduct. The girls
- 43:10Speaker 1: himself have said it, what more do you need? Maybe
- 43:14Speaker 1: one of them should show up in your office with
- 43:15Speaker 1: their lawyer and file it face to face. Then are
- 43:18Speaker 1: you going to start a state investigation? Why isn't there
- 43:21Speaker 1: one running concurrently right now with this federal investigation. The
- 43:28Speaker 1: convicted sex offender died in jail in twenty nineteen, awaiting
- 43:32Speaker 1: trial on sex trafficking charges. Epstein's death was ruled to
- 43:36Speaker 1: suicide allegedly. As for his New Mexico mansion and the
- 43:41Speaker 1: canceled state least, the FEDS are in the best position
- 43:44Speaker 1: to seize those assets, said Bilderis. I've also written to
- 43:47Speaker 1: the US Attorney's office in New York that they promptly
- 43:50Speaker 1: seize the New Mexico ranch and they convert that ranch
- 43:54Speaker 1: to proceeds for survivors throughout the country. No, what are
- 43:58Speaker 1: you talking about? Survivor directly related to Jeffrey Epstein. What
- 44:02Speaker 1: do you This guy has to go. Baldara shouldn't even
- 44:06Speaker 1: be in charge of the cold cut section at your
- 44:09Speaker 1: local supermarket. Never mind the Attorney General. If New Mexico
- 44:17Speaker 1: had proper access to the grazing land Epstein's estate used
- 44:20Speaker 1: to lease, Garcia Richards said, Ultimately, we would like to
- 44:24Speaker 1: see the land return to New Mexicans. The district attorney
- 44:27Speaker 1: in Santa Fe said the Epstein estate could pursue criminal
- 44:30Speaker 1: charges against Love and Bliss for the fake deed since
- 44:33Speaker 1: it appears fraud and forgery were involved, that would be
- 44:37Speaker 1: considered a white collar crime. That the attorney General's office
- 44:40Speaker 1: could get involved in Carmack Altwey's explained. KRQE News thirteen
- 44:46Speaker 1: tried to contact Love and Bliss to get their side
- 44:49Speaker 1: of the story for this report, but were unable to
- 44:52Speaker 1: reach them. Folks, everything in New Mexico is fubar. This situation,
- 44:59Speaker 1: the state land lease situation, and the fact that nobody
- 45:04Speaker 1: has initiated a statewide investigation into Jeffrey Epstein is just
- 45:09Speaker 1: the icing on the cake. A lot of big talk
- 45:16Speaker 1: from mister Balderes, but once again no walk. If you'd
