Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Now on the Voice of New York Case still Mark
- 0:04Speaker 1: Simone Show on seven tenor.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Hey, So it was primary night last night. A lot
- 0:13Speaker 2: of crazy Democrats. One. We'll get to that. We'll get
- 0:17Speaker 2: to get to the view, We'll get to Amazon. Oh,
- 0:22Speaker 2: Frank Corone arrested. This is gonna be trouble for Eric
- 0:25Speaker 2: Adams and possibly Andrew Cuomo. We got a lot to
- 0:29Speaker 2: get to. We'll get to the fraud stuff all over America.
- 0:34Speaker 2: You know, Democrats and others have been claiming there's no fraud,
- 0:37Speaker 2: no medicaid for no massive well, the Trump administration uncovering
- 0:43Speaker 2: it like crazy. We'll get to all of that coming
- 0:45Speaker 2: up and more. It's gonna be a beautiful day to day.
- 0:48Speaker 2: It's gonna be the nicest day of the week. Bright sunshine,
- 0:51Speaker 2: eighty degrees, perfect summer day today. So last night Democratic
- 0:57Speaker 2: primary night was great for mom Donnie, a disaster for
- 1:03Speaker 2: normal people. All these crazies took over and won everyone
- 1:09Speaker 2: that Mumdanni pushed and backed and endorsed. One This Chevalier
- 1:14Speaker 2: who was a big winner last night, a complete anti Semitic,
- 1:19Speaker 2: awful nut job, crazy anti Semitic crowd yelling free Palestine, free, Palestine. Yeah,
- 1:43Speaker 2: so this nutjob won. She's a lot of people looking
- 1:47Speaker 2: at her as the new AOC. It was a big victory.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Brad Lander, who I think, while way back when was
- 1:55Speaker 2: some sort of a normal Democrat, went total anti Semite,
- 1:58Speaker 2: anti Israel to court the mom Downey voters and it worked.
- 2:04Speaker 2: He just slaughtered Dan Goldman, the congressman, the incumbent. Goldman
- 2:10Speaker 2: of course, the most disgusting guy in the world, just awful,
- 2:14Speaker 2: always on television, lying about everything, lying about Trump. He
- 2:17Speaker 2: was a king of law fair against Trump. So you know,
- 2:20Speaker 2: it's not a big loss to see him go. And
- 2:23Speaker 2: if you had to choose between Goldman and Lander, I mean,
- 2:26Speaker 2: they're both a disaster. So I don't know if it
- 2:29Speaker 2: really matters, but Lander won. Mom Donnie got behind him
- 2:33Speaker 2: and helped him give it up one more time for
- 2:35Speaker 2: the mayor of New York City.
- 2:40Speaker 3: It was an honor one year ago to work together
- 2:44Speaker 3: to elect him the Mayor of New York City.
- 2:48Speaker 2: And it's been thrilling as he has.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Been showing us what it looks like to fight for
- 2:53Speaker 1: New York City everyone can afford, for a place everyone is.
- 2:58Speaker 2: Welcome, and for a city where we don't compromise on
- 3:02Speaker 2: anyone's humanity. Thank you. Now, that's kind of mom Downie like.
- 3:06Speaker 2: It's a lot of words, it's a lot of talking.
- 3:08Speaker 2: It's a lot of speech. Just meantime, they never get
- 3:10Speaker 2: anything done, they never help anybody. In fact, whatever they do,
- 3:13Speaker 2: everybody ends up poor, in worse shape than before. But
- 3:18Speaker 2: that's the democratic politics today. Democrats do not believe in science.
- 3:23Speaker 2: They never ever ever follow the science. And when it
- 3:27Speaker 2: comes to the economy, there's a science to it. We
- 3:31Speaker 2: know what works. We know it doesn't socialism. We've run
- 3:34Speaker 2: that experiment about ten thousand times. It fails every single time.
- 3:39Speaker 2: It's a total guaranteed failure. That's the science on it.
- 3:43Speaker 2: But Democrats don't follow science. They just keep doing it
- 3:47Speaker 2: over and over again. Now, there was one, I guess
- 3:50Speaker 2: in this bunch, one normal winner. That was Lasher who
- 3:55Speaker 2: won the Jerry Nadler seat. He had Jack Schlosberg running.
- 4:01Speaker 2: He's that crazy Kennedy kid, Caroline Kennedy, who I don't
- 4:06Speaker 2: know her. I mean I knew her brother pretty well.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Nice normal guy. Caroline, always a weird, nasty kind of
- 4:13Speaker 2: a woman, married a nasty guy, Schlosberg, and they had
- 4:17Speaker 2: this kid who is a complete nut job. If you
- 4:20Speaker 2: saw years of his social media, you know he's a
- 4:23Speaker 2: raving lunatic, the Schlosburgh. He had the Kennedy machine behind him,
- 4:30Speaker 2: what's left of it. He had, you know, the Kennedy aura.
- 4:34Speaker 2: But he lost badly, got totally wiped out, came in
- 4:37Speaker 2: like third or fourth place. You know who really got
- 4:40Speaker 2: humiliated was George Conway, the ex husband of Kelly and Conway.
- 4:45Speaker 2: George Conway, the big, big, big Trump hater, the guy
- 4:50Speaker 2: who spent the last few years in Washington doing everything
- 4:53Speaker 2: he could to smear and to fame Donald Trump. Just
- 4:56Speaker 2: an awful guy. Conway, well, he got totally humiliated. And
- 5:01Speaker 2: he spent a lot of money on social media, TV commercials, everything,
- 5:07Speaker 2: a lot of money and got totally wiped out. Came
- 5:10Speaker 2: in sixth place with like twelve votes. Very embarrassing, so
- 5:15Speaker 2: humiliating that I don't think he'll ever attempt to run for
- 5:17Speaker 2: anything ever again. But the winner was Lasher. Now lash
- 5:21Speaker 2: is semi normal, and he worked for Michael Bloomberg for
- 5:24Speaker 2: a time, and Bloomberg got behind him in this race.
- 5:28Speaker 2: This is just a primary, This is not the election,
- 5:30Speaker 2: just a primary. But Bloomberg pumped ten dollars into this
- 5:34Speaker 2: guy's campaign and he won, and Jerry Nadler, who's the incumbent,
- 5:39Speaker 2: endorsed him. But Bloomberg and others got behind the sky
- 5:43Speaker 2: Lasher and he won. It's a democratic district, so he
- 5:46Speaker 2: will definitely win the election, so he'll be the new Congressman.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Micah Lasher.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Two.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Our governor Kathy hogal to, my governor who works hard
- 6:00Speaker 3: than anyone I know, who cares about this state and
- 6:03Speaker 3: has done more for this state than anyone gives her
- 6:07Speaker 3: credit for, and who is a total badass.
- 6:16Speaker 2: All right now, Hukl did help him, and she was
- 6:20Speaker 2: standing there on the stage. That's why he's being so
- 6:22Speaker 2: nice to her. But to show how unimportant she is
- 6:26Speaker 2: as a governor. She didn't never spoke. Normally, if you
- 6:29Speaker 2: had the governor of the state on the stage, you
- 6:32Speaker 2: didn't let him say a few words. But she's so
- 6:35Speaker 2: irrelevant they didn't even ask her to speak. So there
- 6:40Speaker 2: was It was Valdez that was one of these Mom
- 6:43Speaker 2: Donnie back candidates. Big night for Mom Donnie, all the
- 6:46Speaker 2: anti Semitic socialists. He endorsed four of them. They all
- 6:49Speaker 2: won here ago. It was not the end of a
- 6:53Speaker 2: political movement.
- 6:57Speaker 5: It was the beginning, my friends.
- 7:06Speaker 2: All right, so not good, not good at all. If
- 7:09Speaker 2: our Momdanni Crazies win, it's not good for New York.
- 7:13Speaker 2: The only good thing about it it made it crystal
- 7:17Speaker 2: clear to Chuck Schumer, you're out. You've got no future
- 7:21Speaker 2: in the Democratic Party. Because these are Democratic voters all
- 7:24Speaker 2: over New York. These are all different districts. There's a
- 7:28Speaker 2: lot of different districts in a lot of different places.
- 7:29Speaker 2: It's made crystal clear to Schumer you have no chance.
- 7:34Speaker 2: You cannot run again. So he knows he's out. He's
- 7:37Speaker 2: in his final term. Hakim Jeffries too, whoever he was behind,
- 7:42Speaker 2: didn't win either, So I think they'll let believe it
- 7:44Speaker 2: or not. It's hard to believe. But Hakim Jeffries is
- 7:47Speaker 2: now considered too centrist, too conservative, too old, a fossil
- 7:52Speaker 2: for these crazy new Democrats. So Schumer is out. Hey,
- 7:57Speaker 2: by the way, you know, the president's pushing the Save Act,
- 8:00Speaker 2: which is a big deal. It would hopefully straighten out
- 8:04Speaker 2: our election process, so you couldn't have all this election tampering,
- 8:08Speaker 2: like what's going on in California, where it's six weeks
- 8:11Speaker 2: after the election. They still can't tell you who won.
- 8:14Speaker 2: And mysteriously there's zillions of ballads coming in from who
- 8:18Speaker 2: god knows where with no signatures on them. The Save
- 8:21Speaker 2: Act would stop all of that. It would have election
- 8:24Speaker 2: on election day. If you want to do a mail
- 8:26Speaker 2: and it's got to be there by election day. If
- 8:29Speaker 2: you want to vote, you've got to sign the thing.
- 8:31Speaker 2: You've got to have a valid photo ID, just like
- 8:35Speaker 2: you had need for everything else in life. You have
- 8:38Speaker 2: to have a valid idea. And it's that kind of stuff.
- 8:40Speaker 2: It's a common sense bill. But listen to Schumer. These
- 8:44Speaker 2: Democrats are so opposed to fixing our broken election process.
- 8:49Speaker 2: They don't want the elections totally safe. Listen to Schumer
- 8:53Speaker 2: about this Save Act.
- 8:54Speaker 6: The American people know what a disaster this is. They
- 8:59Speaker 6: know that it would move twenty million people from the
- 9:01Speaker 6: voting rolls, and so the American people are totally on
- 9:05Speaker 6: our side on this issue.
- 9:07Speaker 2: No, they're not. Every survey shows they're eighty percent against you. Hey.
- 9:10Speaker 2: First of all, he just admitted there's twenty million fraudulent
- 9:15Speaker 2: names on the voter rolls. If it would remove twenty million,
- 9:18Speaker 2: it's because they're not valid. This Save Act would make
- 9:22Speaker 2: sure that everyone has to be valid to be on
- 9:23Speaker 2: the list. So he's admitting you got twenty million fake
- 9:26Speaker 2: voters out there.
- 9:27Speaker 6: It's sci fi voter suppression, authoritarianism by algorithm. Trump cares
- 9:34Speaker 6: so little about American's freedom that he's trampling on their
- 9:38Speaker 6: right to privacy just so he can take away their
- 9:41Speaker 6: right to vote.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, this is the creepiest liar in the world,
- 9:45Speaker 2: Chuck Schumer. Guy, I'll say anything. His staff writes up
- 9:50Speaker 2: these crazy lines for him to read off his index
- 9:52Speaker 2: cards with his big, huge glasses. And I mean, listen
- 9:56Speaker 2: to this line.
- 9:57Speaker 6: It's sci fi voter suppression, authoritarian by algorithm.
- 10:01Speaker 2: The hell is he talking about. They just want to
- 10:05Speaker 2: make it so everybody that votes is legitimately entitled to vote.
- 10:10Speaker 2: They just want you to I want to be sure
- 10:12Speaker 2: actual citizens are voting. That's all it is. And this
- 10:16Speaker 2: terrible suppression. Well, you need a photo ID to do
- 10:19Speaker 2: anything in this country. You can't come into this building
- 10:21Speaker 2: without a photo ID. You can't go anywhere without a
- 10:25Speaker 2: photo ID. You need it all the time. That's why
- 10:28Speaker 2: they have photo IDs. You need him for everything. So
- 10:32Speaker 2: full of crap, Chuck Schumer finished in his last term
- 10:37Speaker 2: on the way out. So there's a guy named Frank Corone.
- 10:41Speaker 2: You probably don't know the name. He's not a public figure,
- 10:46Speaker 2: but the FBI arrested him this morning. They raided his house.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Frank Coron worked for Mayor Adams for a long time.
- 10:54Speaker 2: He worked for Andrew Cuomo. Curtis described him earlier as
- 10:59Speaker 2: the bagman. Has been yelling and screaming about this guy.
- 11:03Speaker 2: A lot of others have been yelling and screaming, accusing
- 11:05Speaker 2: him of all kinds of corruption. FBI came in and
- 11:09Speaker 2: raided his house, arrested him. They arrested his brother. This
- 11:13Speaker 2: is bad news for Eric Adams because a lot of
- 11:18Speaker 2: people think a lot of funny business went on money
- 11:20Speaker 2: wise in that Adams administration. Coron, if that's the case,
- 11:24Speaker 2: we'ld know all about that stuff. And he's been arrested
- 11:28Speaker 2: and normally, and they got his brother too. They just
- 11:31Speaker 2: pile up the charges a million things. You're going to
- 11:34Speaker 2: jail for a thousand years and then you wheel and
- 11:36Speaker 2: deal and offer up information to get a lower sentence.
- 11:40Speaker 2: So I would imagine Eric Adams is very worried about this.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Remember he got dual citizenship not long ago, so he
- 11:48Speaker 2: could always leave the country if he has to. I
- 11:52Speaker 2: don't know about Andrew Cuomo. Andrew Cuomo could have a problem.
- 11:55Speaker 2: I don't know anything. But Coron worked for Andrew Cuomo
- 11:58Speaker 2: as well. In fact, in this disastrous, ridiculous Cuomo mayoral race,
- 12:04Speaker 2: it was Corone running things for Andrew Cuomo. So I
- 12:11Speaker 2: don't know. I don't know. A lot of people could
- 12:13Speaker 2: have a lot to worry about. These raids were this
- 12:17Speaker 2: morning and then yesterday the FBI indicted in the Justice
- 12:22Speaker 2: Department indicted hundreds and hundreds of people. You know, the
- 12:26Speaker 2: Republicans yelling and screaming about this fraud in Minnesota fraud,
- 12:29Speaker 2: in California Medicare fraud, Medicaid fraud, and it looks pretty serious.
- 12:35Speaker 2: They've arrested a lot of people. Hundreds of people have
- 12:37Speaker 2: been arrested. Now, this one woman looks like she defrauded
- 12:41Speaker 2: us out of about eight hundred million, believe it or not,
- 12:44Speaker 2: in fraudulent billing. This is Todd Blancy, Attorney General.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Since June eighth, we've charged four hundred and fifty five
- 12:51Speaker 1: defendants across fifty six like I said a minute ago,
- 12:55Speaker 1: US attorney's offices and forty five US states and territories.
- 13:00Speaker 2: As alleged in the various.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Indictments, these individuals participated in healthcare fraud schemes involving over
- 13:07Speaker 1: six point five billion dollars in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid,
- 13:14Speaker 1: and other healthcare programs.
- 13:16Speaker 2: Yeah, sounds pretty serious. And that's just the start. It's
- 13:19Speaker 2: going to be a lot of people arrested, a lot
- 13:21Speaker 2: of money recovered. Now, you got a lot of people
- 13:24Speaker 2: like elon Omar, you know, the Minnesota, Michigan, all these places.
- 13:28Speaker 2: I think all this fraud took place. And look at
- 13:30Speaker 2: elon Omar, who was suddenly worth thirty million, and on
- 13:34Speaker 2: her form's financial disclosure and in her statement she said,
- 13:37Speaker 2: what's my husband? You know, he started a hedge fund
- 13:40Speaker 2: he made, you know, thirty million dollars, very successful. He's
- 13:44Speaker 2: got a winery business. All these business did so it's
- 13:47Speaker 2: thirty million. Now that all this has happened, she's reissued
- 13:52Speaker 2: all of her financial statements and she's now saying the
- 13:54Speaker 2: husband is only worth two hundred dollars and that the
- 14:00Speaker 2: thirty million, I don't know where that figure came from.
- 14:03Speaker 2: It's not true. She attributes the difference to accounting. She
- 14:07Speaker 2: says discrepancies were based on an accounting error. That's a
- 14:12Speaker 2: hell of an accounting era thirty million. Oh wait a minute,
- 14:15Speaker 2: two hundred dollars. Nobody's buying this, so she couldn't look
- 14:20Speaker 2: or act more guilty. Expect her to be arrested before
- 14:25Speaker 2: the end of the year and deported before the end
- 14:29Speaker 2: of the year. Hey, one of these nutjobs, was it Chevalier?
- 14:33Speaker 2: And I think it was her, one of these Mamdanni
- 14:34Speaker 2: nut jobs that won. Was doing an interview, so she
- 14:37Speaker 2: said absolutely, nobody should be deported. No illegals deported. Well,
- 14:41Speaker 2: what about the ones that are criminals committing all kinds
- 14:43Speaker 2: of crimes. She actually said to the interviewer, No, they
- 14:46Speaker 2: should not be deported. So that's the kind of nut
- 14:49Speaker 2: jobs and they'll all win. Because these were all big
- 14:52Speaker 2: Democratic districts. Turnout was very very low among Democratic voters.
- 14:57Speaker 2: Turnout was about ten percent. Not fair, very impressive, but
- 15:00Speaker 2: again it's a total off year primary election. Hey, we'll
- 15:05Speaker 2: take some calls. Next. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:09Speaker 2: seven ten is the number eight hundred three two one
- 15:13Speaker 2: zero seven.
- 15:13Speaker 6: Ten Marximo issues you really care about?
- 15:17Speaker 7: On sevent ten wr Hey.
- 15:21Speaker 2: We'll take some calls. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:25Speaker 2: seven ten is the number. Let's go to Judy and
- 15:27Speaker 2: Toms River.
- 15:28Speaker 8: Judy, how you doing, I'm doing fine. I want you
- 15:32Speaker 8: to talk about one thing, how Robert de Niro hates
- 15:36Speaker 8: Trump and why he does. When Trump was forty, when
- 15:39Speaker 8: you know the forty fifth a, Trump accepted a meeting
- 15:44Speaker 8: from Robert de Niro because Robert De Niro's island was
- 15:48Speaker 8: devastated by a hurricane, and he asked for Trump to
- 15:54Speaker 8: give money toward that island. And Trump couldn't do that
- 15:57Speaker 8: because there were many islands that were devastating from then on.
- 16:02Speaker 2: No, actually, the hatred proceeds that he hated Trump long
- 16:06Speaker 2: before that. But that's one thing about.
- 16:07Speaker 8: These didn't help.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Yeah, well that's one of these crazy Trump hating democrats,
- 16:13Speaker 2: especially in the good old Daste. They hate him, They
- 16:15Speaker 2: hate him. They they need some money, they'll go to
- 16:17Speaker 2: his office and ask for it. You see a lot
- 16:19Speaker 2: of those rock and roll guys who hate him Trump
- 16:23Speaker 2: revealing pictures of him through the years, visiting him in
- 16:26Speaker 2: his office. Letters from them, all asking for money or
- 16:28Speaker 2: backing for a project. Now de Niro's I mean, he's
- 16:32Speaker 2: going to a kind of guy. It's always gonna hate Trump.
- 16:34Speaker 2: He's a very, very very left wing downtown Tribeca Alreadie type,
- 16:41Speaker 2: you know, with an iq A eighty five. He's not
- 16:42Speaker 2: gonna like Trump with a suit and tie living in
- 16:45Speaker 2: a gleaming gold tower. That's not his kind of guy.
- 16:47Speaker 2: Let's go to Jay in New Jersey. Jay, how you doing?
- 16:52Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 16:53Speaker 4: I didn't want to ask you how he rot d
- 16:58Speaker 4: Lambder got a bunch of people to him.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Well, people hate Dan Goldman. Brad Lander campaigned hard. He
- 17:06Speaker 2: got a lot of people backing him, like Mom, Donnie
- 17:09Speaker 2: and all the others, and he's been getting himself a
- 17:12Speaker 2: lot of attention on the crazy left, got himself arrested
- 17:15Speaker 2: protesting ice. That's the kind of stuff he's crazies vote for.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Let's go to Mike in Florida. Mike, how you doing,
- 17:23Speaker 2: morning Mark? That's Mike.
- 17:26Speaker 7: I just wanted to mention it's a little bit of
- 17:28Speaker 7: an older story because it was about the golf tournament.
- 17:31Speaker 7: But the guy who won, Wyndom Clark, you know, the
- 17:33Speaker 7: reporter was slamming the fans on Long Island has a
- 17:37Speaker 7: bunch of you know, loud mouths. But the guy who
- 17:40Speaker 7: won has a history of bad behavior. Wyndom Clark. He's
- 17:44Speaker 7: banned from the Oakmont for the last year for breaking
- 17:46Speaker 7: up the locker room. He was fined another time for
- 17:50Speaker 7: throwing his club and knowing this tournament bunch of guys,
- 17:53Speaker 7: a bunch of the players were fined and penalized for
- 17:58Speaker 7: bad behavior, throwing clubs and cursing. So for this announcer
- 18:01Speaker 7: to be up, it's not just saying he hit the
- 18:05Speaker 7: ball in about you know, in the trap.
- 18:07Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not just the announcer. There's a lot of
- 18:10Speaker 2: people in the golf world that are not pushing to
- 18:12Speaker 2: have like a rule no more long island golf tournaments.
- 18:17Speaker 2: A lot of the PGA.
- 18:18Speaker 7: Yeah, but they had the best page. I was there
- 18:19Speaker 7: at bet page and it was perfectly fine. It was nothing,
- 18:22Speaker 7: you know, I mean, you know, it's a little bit
- 18:24Speaker 7: you know, onerous to be so up in arms about it.
- 18:28Speaker 5: You know.
- 18:28Speaker 2: Well, I mean, that's supposed to yell at a golf tournament.
- 18:30Speaker 2: I don't know why I let him yell. It makes
- 18:32Speaker 2: it more interesting, I know exactly.
- 18:34Speaker 7: Plus, you know the PGA themselves, you know, right out
- 18:36Speaker 7: of the Phoenix Open, they have the stadium hole where
- 18:39Speaker 7: it's a bunch of people who are sitting there for
- 18:41Speaker 7: fourteen hours in Phoenix and be baking, drinking all day.
- 18:44Speaker 7: And it's about being rowdy. I mean, they encourage the
- 18:47Speaker 7: rowdiness at that tournament, but the US Open, so it's
- 18:50Speaker 7: very you know, precious.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Good point, Mike. I don't know, Listen. I love golf.
- 18:55Speaker 2: I love to play golf. You gotta be nuts to
- 18:57Speaker 2: go to a golf tournament. You just stand there and
- 19:00Speaker 2: you're basically just watching one hole. You're watching everybody come
- 19:03Speaker 2: by this one hole. So you're watching one hole get
- 19:05Speaker 2: played over and over. It's not like you know, on TV,
- 19:07Speaker 2: you can see every hole, you can see everything going on.
- 19:10Speaker 2: It's crazy to go to golf tournament, the one sport
- 19:13Speaker 2: where wherever you are you can only see like one
- 19:15Speaker 2: eighteenth of the action. Let's go to John and Florida. John,
- 19:19Speaker 2: how you doing, Good.
- 19:21Speaker 9: Morning, Mark, Mark. The Constitution has to be followed when
- 19:25Speaker 9: it's the president and the Supreme Court going to Telly idiots.
- 19:28Speaker 9: You have to follow the Constitution when you're sworn in
- 19:31Speaker 9: and not to good ram and do what the hell
- 19:34Speaker 9: you want.
- 19:34Speaker 2: Now, they don't care, you know, they passed this War
- 19:37Speaker 2: Powers Act in Congress yesterday against the President, they passed
- 19:41Speaker 2: the War Powers Act. That's it now in real life,
- 19:45Speaker 2: this War Powers Act has no effect, it's not enforceable,
- 19:49Speaker 2: it's it violates Article two of the Constitution. It's totally ridiculous.
- 19:53Speaker 2: But it sounded good. Sounded good for Democrats. It impressed
- 19:56Speaker 2: their voters. Let's go to rich in Myrtle Beach. How
- 20:00Speaker 2: you're doing and.
- 20:01Speaker 5: Thanks Mark on right. The will Powers Act is so unconstitutional.
- 20:05Speaker 5: You also right about going to a golf tournament, especially
- 20:08Speaker 5: on Long Island and Shinnecock and the way out there
- 20:11Speaker 5: was one lane in each direction and all the residents,
- 20:14Speaker 5: you know, airbnb their houses so they can get the
- 20:16Speaker 5: hell out of town as well. And you mentioned these
- 20:19Speaker 5: ten percent people that vote in New York City. Between
- 20:22Speaker 5: the apathy of the poor already getting everything handed to
- 20:26Speaker 5: them and the rich who can afford to put up
- 20:28Speaker 5: with Mom Donnie for four years, so you get a change.
- 20:31Speaker 5: The middle classes fled in New York City. Nobody wants
- 20:34Speaker 5: to vote, and the apathy is ridiculous. As long as
- 20:36Speaker 5: you only have ten percent shown up to vote, these
- 20:39Speaker 5: lib tards are going to continue to keep winning and
- 20:41Speaker 5: it's going to become the comic Corridor, just like you
- 20:43Speaker 5: were saying.
- 20:44Speaker 2: I like that. People are calling it the Commy Corridor.
- 20:48Speaker 2: That's great. Uh yeah, Shinnecock is the worst place to
- 20:51Speaker 2: have a golf turn only ges is this so hard
- 20:53Speaker 2: to get out there? First of all, it's in the Hamptons,
- 20:56Speaker 2: which is the stupidest place ever created. You know that
- 20:59Speaker 2: the Hamptons all you hear, but oh the traffic is
- 21:02Speaker 2: talking about. Yeah, when you get out there, the last
- 21:04Speaker 2: of fifteen miles, it's a one lane road. That's why
- 21:07Speaker 2: the traffic's so bad. Or when you hear you old,
- 21:09Speaker 2: no restaurants. You can't even get into any restaurant. They're
- 21:11Speaker 2: so crowded. Yeah, because there's two restaurants in every town.
- 21:14Speaker 2: Just that's it. It's very few restaurants there because you
- 21:18Speaker 2: can only make money for like four or five months
- 21:20Speaker 2: a year, which is it's almost impossible to stay alive
- 21:23Speaker 2: that way. So that's why no restaurants open. You go
- 21:25Speaker 2: to any major suburban town, there's thirty five restaurants. You
- 21:29Speaker 2: go to Southampton, two three restaurants. East Tampton, Oh there's
- 21:33Speaker 2: four restaurants. It's it's very few. It just it's like raos.
- 21:37Speaker 2: It looks crowded because it's so tiny and it doesn't
- 21:42Speaker 2: have enough seats. That's why. Hey, when we come back,
- 21:45Speaker 2: Howie car the great talk show host, will be with
- 21:47Speaker 2: us next on seven ten WR.
- 21:51Speaker 3: It's The Mark Simone Show, Live from the WR Life
- 21:55Speaker 3: Back Studios.
- 21:59Speaker 2: Well one of the great talk show hosts in America.
- 22:01Speaker 2: A best selling author, excellent columnist, Howie Carr. You can
- 22:05Speaker 2: get his show as podcast, his books, his column Everything's
- 22:08Speaker 2: at Howiecarshow dot com, Howie carshow dot com. Howie Carr,
- 22:14Speaker 2: How you.
- 22:14Speaker 4: Doing very well, comrade? After last night's primary results.
- 22:21Speaker 2: Let me start with this is the main newspaper. Explain
- 22:24Speaker 2: this headline to me. Graham Platner gets more primary votes
- 22:27Speaker 2: than any other Democrat Senate candidate in Maine history. What
- 22:31Speaker 2: the hell is going on?
- 22:34Speaker 4: Well, I guess I guess, you know, as a someone
- 22:37Speaker 4: who was born in Maine, I guess we have the
- 22:38Speaker 4: same problem as New York City.
- 22:42Speaker 2: But uh, I think I have buyer's remorse over nominating
- 22:47Speaker 2: this guy.
- 22:48Speaker 4: I think they I think they already are having buyer's remorse.
- 22:50Speaker 4: And you know they're they're putting out every day. There's
- 22:53Speaker 4: a new Rereddit post. The one yesterday was so horrific.
- 22:57Speaker 4: I can't even begin to repeat it. I just tweeted
- 23:00Speaker 4: it out. People were discussed, they even retweeted it. But listen,
- 23:04Speaker 4: I want to talk about what's going on in New
- 23:06Speaker 4: York City here. Is this? Is this a good thing
- 23:08Speaker 4: or a bad thing for the Republican Party overall? I'm
- 23:11Speaker 4: just you know, nationwide, you know, I'm thinking about like
- 23:15Speaker 4: the you know, this is like it's like nineteen thirty two,
- 23:18Speaker 4: you know, when Hitler was making this move, and you know,
- 23:22Speaker 4: like the powers that be in Germany, they thought, we
- 23:25Speaker 4: get this guy Hindenburg, so let's bring this clown in
- 23:28Speaker 4: and you know, give them, give them a few, you know,
- 23:31Speaker 4: a few crumbs, and we'll take care of him and
- 23:33Speaker 4: it'll be okay. And you know that that seems you know,
- 23:37Speaker 4: that's kind of what I'm thinking. You know that this
- 23:39Speaker 4: is good to have these these people is the face
- 23:41Speaker 4: of the Democrat Party. But on the other hand, you know,
- 23:46Speaker 4: you can overdo this thing about letting these people get
- 23:50Speaker 4: pushing their nose under the tent. What do you think
- 23:52Speaker 4: is it a good thing or a bad thing?
- 23:55Speaker 2: Anytime you got crazy lunatic communists elected it's a bad thing,
- 23:59Speaker 2: no matter what. I mean, how much damage can they
- 24:01Speaker 2: do that's another question.
- 24:02Speaker 4: But it's hard to feel sorry for Dan Goldman though,
- 24:06Speaker 4: isn't it.
- 24:07Speaker 2: No, I can't feel sorry for him right right.
- 24:11Speaker 4: But on the other hand, you know, it's kind of weird.
- 24:13Speaker 4: I mean that district where that Chevalier who another one
- 24:17Speaker 4: who became a Muslim. There was a good career move
- 24:20Speaker 4: apparently electorally, a career community activist meetings. She's never had
- 24:25Speaker 4: a real job, I mean, isn't isn't that Adam Clayton
- 24:28Speaker 4: Powells Old District and Charles Wrangells Old District.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean they were, they were, you know, the
- 24:34Speaker 2: most right wing guys in the world compared to these lunatics.
- 24:37Speaker 4: Well so it's gone. So it's gone from a black
- 24:39Speaker 4: district to a Hispanic district. Now it's a Muslim district.
- 24:44Speaker 4: But I don't think Muslims are the majority in the district,
- 24:46Speaker 4: are they?
- 24:47Speaker 2: No? No, But they're all running on this anti Semitic,
- 24:52Speaker 2: anti Israel crap. And that's all it takes with Democrats
- 24:55Speaker 2: in New York. Now, unfortunately, that's bad.
- 24:59Speaker 4: I mean, you know, the question you got to ask
- 25:01Speaker 4: yourself if you're lander is you know? I mean Lander,
- 25:04Speaker 4: Lander's okay because you know he's running against Goldman, who
- 25:08Speaker 4: likes Israel, so he's he's but he's still Jewish and
- 25:10Speaker 4: he likes and he doesn't like Israel. So how long
- 25:13Speaker 4: until the next Chevalier or wherever he pronounces her name
- 25:17Speaker 4: shows up and says, well, I may I may trans
- 25:22Speaker 4: lesbian illegal alien, so you have to vote for me
- 25:25Speaker 4: instead of Lander. I don't care how far left wing
- 25:27Speaker 4: he is. I mean you got to figure how many
- 25:30Speaker 4: he doesn't have that many terms left? I would think,
- 25:32Speaker 4: does he really?
- 25:33Speaker 5: No?
- 25:33Speaker 2: But doesn't Lander remind you of a young, slimy Joe Biden,
- 25:36Speaker 2: you know, do anything to say anything to get elected,
- 25:39Speaker 2: do whatever he has to do.
- 25:41Speaker 4: Yeah, but I think he's got the again. I think
- 25:43Speaker 4: being being a white man is now a racial handicap.
- 25:46Speaker 4: It certainly isn't the Democrat Party, isn't it? And this
- 25:49Speaker 4: is Mary to a woman.
- 25:52Speaker 2: Yeah that's true.
- 25:53Speaker 4: But there's a there's a there's another bad thing. I mean,
- 25:56Speaker 4: you know it's it's it's okay, you know. I mean,
- 26:01Speaker 4: we got a guy running up here in the Massachusetts
- 26:03Speaker 4: against a guy named Steve Lynch, who's been around for
- 26:06Speaker 4: a long time. But you know, he's running scared. He
- 26:08Speaker 4: here's the footsteps. And I said, oh, this guy's good.
- 26:11Speaker 4: He's from out of state. He's a multi millionaire, he's
- 26:13Speaker 4: you know, never really worked. And I said, oh, he's
- 26:16Speaker 4: married and and I you know, look him up. He's
- 26:19Speaker 4: at least he's married to an Asian. You know. I mean,
- 26:22Speaker 4: if into racial marriage, it's it doesn't it doesn't really
- 26:27Speaker 4: carry much weight in the Demo Democrat circles, but it's
- 26:30Speaker 4: it's it's better than a being you know, a you know,
- 26:33Speaker 4: same race marriage. I think, I mean, these people are crazy, Mark,
- 26:38Speaker 4: I mean, they're.
- 26:38Speaker 2: Insane, totally insane. Hey, the only good news last night
- 26:43Speaker 2: George Conway totally humiliated last night. Do you think he's
- 26:46Speaker 2: got the message that he can never run for anything?
- 26:50Speaker 4: Boy? You know, I saw the thing this morning where
- 26:52Speaker 4: he said that he gave nine hundred and twenty nine
- 26:54Speaker 4: thousand dollars to Joe Biden. Did you see that?
- 26:58Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 26:58Speaker 4: I mean did they? You know? And I keep thinking,
- 27:03Speaker 4: you know, when when I saw Stire spent another two
- 27:06Speaker 4: hundred million in California, I keep thinking, you know what,
- 27:09Speaker 4: always kids think that he's now he's now blown five
- 27:12Speaker 4: hundred million dollars, first running for president, now for California governor.
- 27:16Speaker 4: But you know, I think probably nine hundred thousand dollars
- 27:20Speaker 4: to George Conway is like five hundred million to fire,
- 27:24Speaker 4: you know. I mean, how do you tell you kids?
- 27:29Speaker 7: Oh, you know, I.
- 27:31Speaker 4: Could have given you a down payment for a house
- 27:34Speaker 4: in a place where crazy Democrats don't live, so you
- 27:37Speaker 4: could have enterest kids to public school. But I threw
- 27:40Speaker 4: it all away on Joe Biden.
- 27:45Speaker 2: Hey at least, and the other good news is that
- 27:47Speaker 2: ridiculous lunatic Kennedy kids Schlasburg lost. Do you think he
- 27:52Speaker 2: got the message stay out of politics.
- 27:54Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 27:55Speaker 4: I mean, the Kennedy's are really having a bad run here,
- 27:57Speaker 4: aren't they. I mean, you know, Joe Kennedy lost the
- 28:00Speaker 4: primary in Massachusetts six years ago, and now is now
- 28:05Speaker 4: Jack Schlosburgh has lost. It's it's it's just a it's
- 28:08Speaker 4: a bad you know, they're they're I think they're all done.
- 28:12Speaker 2: Yeah, I hope so. But each generation, you're the Kennedy expert,
- 28:17Speaker 2: each generation got lower and lower and lower and lower
- 28:21Speaker 2: in i Q in everything in talent.
- 28:25Speaker 4: But but on the other hand, in Slosburgh's case, the
- 28:28Speaker 4: network went way up right. I mean, look at all
- 28:31Speaker 4: the money, Look at all the money he's worth through
- 28:34Speaker 4: through Caroline, through his mother. I mean, you know Jackie, Oh,
- 28:37Speaker 4: I mean she had, she she had, she had all
- 28:40Speaker 4: that bad money that she got from Onassis. And then
- 28:43Speaker 4: it was put the it was, it was put put
- 28:47Speaker 4: into very good investments and they sold the house on
- 28:50Speaker 4: Nancucket for tens of millions of dollars, et cetera, et cetera.
- 28:54Speaker 4: I mean, I don't know, but he's he's he's he's
- 28:59Speaker 4: crazy too. But again, look at all the people. The
- 29:03Speaker 4: guy that won that primary though, Mark isn't he isn't
- 29:06Speaker 4: he kind of like a h A Wiener Schumer type guy.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Yeah, he's semi normal.
- 29:12Speaker 4: Ever really had a job, who just worked it, just
- 29:15Speaker 4: worked his way up. He was an aide and then
- 29:17Speaker 4: he moves up to the you know, to the Assembly
- 29:20Speaker 4: and then you know, you know, you know what I mean.
- 29:22Speaker 4: He's he's an old style Democrat hack.
- 29:25Speaker 2: Yeah, he's semi normal the new styles. Yeah, and he
- 29:29Speaker 2: got it only because A Bloomberg pumped ten million into
- 29:31Speaker 2: his campaign and really really yeah, in a primary campaign
- 29:36Speaker 2: in a little district and Nadler backed him, so the
- 29:39Speaker 2: establishment backed him and.
- 29:41Speaker 4: He only won by four thousand votes.
- 29:43Speaker 2: I say, yeah, hey, in Maine, Uh, the Bush candidate,
- 29:48Speaker 2: Jonathan Bush, yeah lost. Is that the end?
- 29:51Speaker 4: He wasn't really a manor though, you know, I mean
- 29:53Speaker 4: none of the none of the Bushes are really mainers.
- 29:56Speaker 4: They have the place in Kennebunkport, you know, down on
- 29:58Speaker 4: the coast near why he used to work. But they
- 30:00Speaker 4: you know, he he's the brother of Billy Bush.
- 30:04Speaker 2: Yeah, and the son of Jonathan Bush, who was the
- 30:08Speaker 2: brother of George H. W. But does that mean that's
- 30:10Speaker 2: the end of the Bush dynasty in politics?
- 30:12Speaker 4: I think, well, again, they're they're having the same problems
- 30:15Speaker 4: as the Kennedy's. I mean, the the kid down in Texas, uh,
- 30:19Speaker 4: Jeb's kid. You know, he had a job as I
- 30:22Speaker 4: think railroad commissioner or something, which is a big job
- 30:24Speaker 4: down there, and then he tried to move up to
- 30:27Speaker 4: a G or something and got crushed, you know, four
- 30:30Speaker 4: years ago. So I think I think they're all done too.
- 30:33Speaker 4: They're they're certainly all done in Florida, and uh, I
- 30:35Speaker 4: think they're done in Texas. And now now that appears
- 30:39Speaker 4: in Maine and Connecticut. Forget about Connecticut, for Connecticut's going
- 30:45Speaker 4: the way of New York. I mean that's where they started.
- 30:47Speaker 4: You know, Prescott Bush, the old man.
- 30:50Speaker 5: Yeah uh, you know.
- 30:51Speaker 4: The George George h W's father. You know, he used
- 30:54Speaker 4: to get pushed around by LBJ in the Senate. Great
- 30:57Speaker 4: great photos, Yeah great? I mean literally literally LBJ has
- 31:01Speaker 4: got it backed up against a desk. He's bending over
- 31:05Speaker 4: trying to escape. Well, you know, and you know his
- 31:13Speaker 4: son and his grandson become president. What a weird what
- 31:17Speaker 4: a weird country, What a weird world we live in?
- 31:20Speaker 2: Yeah? Well look at last night they call it, and
- 31:22Speaker 2: they're calling us now the Commy corridor here in New York.
- 31:26Speaker 2: More socialist communists elected.
- 31:29Speaker 4: Is it good or bad? Though, Mark and I'd come
- 31:31Speaker 4: back to the original question I asked you for the
- 31:34Speaker 4: Is it good or bad for the Republican Party to
- 31:36Speaker 4: have these people as to face?
- 31:37Speaker 2: Well, it might help the Republicans, but it's going to
- 31:40Speaker 2: get worse before it gets better, So we're gonna have
- 31:42Speaker 2: to live through that. So uh, anyway, how we car
- 31:45Speaker 2: we're out of time, but hey, everything to go to
