Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: The deeper emotions that's underneath of you know, acknowledging how you actually felt as a child, like that general feeling you had in your house growing up, that's usually gonna be the general feeling that you feel in your business, right?
- 0:13SPEAKER_01: If you felt like you were always bracing for somebody to yell at you or criticize you, that is gonna be an underlying energy that you feel in your business.
- 0:23SPEAKER_01: And that's why it can feel so hard for some people and so confronting, or why you might just get stuck at a certain plateau because the next level can feel really confronting.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: Because on a deeper level, there is a level of emotion that you haven't yet addressed.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: Welcome to Reclaiming Consciousness.
- 0:45SPEAKER_01: My name is Elise Bassine, spiritual mentor, breathwork practitioner, and owner and CEO of Elise Breeds.
- 0:52SPEAKER_01: For many years, our consciousness has been hijacked by societal and cultural programming, religion, the media, and familial and ancestral trauma.
- 1:01SPEAKER_01: Right now, during this epic time in history, people are waking up, realizing who they really are, and reclaiming the pieces of their consciousness that they unknowingly gave away.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: This podcast is an exploration of how so many spectacular humans are leading the way in exiting the matrix and reclaiming who they really are and what they're capable of.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: In this show, you'll meet exceptional people who are paving the way in raising consciousness and creating a new way of living on this earth.
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: Get ready to go deep.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: Now let's dive in.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Hi everyone, welcome back to the show.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: I have a lot to say, and a lot has been swirling around in my mind, mainly just around my work and the nuances of trauma and these deeper layers or deeper levels of trauma that people probably wouldn't recognize or just dismiss as nothing.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: And then also some deeper reflections around the importance of being trauma informed as a practitioner and as a coach, and how incredibly passionate I feel about that, and also just how I think it is incredibly important.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: And also just to me, as a practitioner, I am very serious about operating from the highest level of integrity with my clients.
- 2:28SPEAKER_01: And I think that having a deeper understanding of the nuances of trauma is a non-negotiable when you're working with people to create a transformation.
- 2:37SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna go deeper into that today, along with just some reflections as I am about halfway through this round of the metamorphosis.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: And this round has just been incredibly powerful.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: I'm just so like blown away by the women in this group and just their openness, their vulnerability, and their insights and their ability to just take the insight that I give them, the support that I give them, and the reflections and just like take it and run with it to create really incredible results.
- 3:11SPEAKER_01: I'm just so excited for them and the forward movement in their lives and businesses in this short period of time, just basically a month, is like really incredible and really blowing my mind.
- 3:25SPEAKER_01: So I'm gonna share some reflections just around the relationship between trauma and business as well today.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: So we'll see where this goes.
- 3:33SPEAKER_01: I've not made any notes or reminders for myself, which I do a lot just to remind myself of things I want to say, but I'm just going off the cuff here because I really want to make this conversational.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: And I just want to say too, I am really loving this time of year right now.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: I spent, like always, a nice chunk of time down at the Jersey Shore, which is one of my favorite things to do, by the way.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: And if you're one of those people who like only equates the Jersey Shore with the show on MTV, you are missing out because that is a part of the Jersey Shore.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: But the Jersey Shore is also incredibly beautiful and incredibly magical in so many ways.
- 4:17SPEAKER_01: And I really, really love spending my time there.
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: And also it's just very convenient because it's only about an hour from my house.
- 4:25SPEAKER_01: So it's really nice to be able to get to the beach that quickly and kind of be in this bubble of the ocean, air, and just the relaxed feeling and also just the community of you know, being together with friends and family at the beach.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: It's just like nothing else.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: And if you follow me on Instagram, you probably have known about this because I share about it all the time.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: But but the weather is um starting to turn here, and the kids have gone back to school.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: And my kids started a new school this year, and it's just so perfect.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: And I feel like I really got the message that they needed more and that they needed to be in more of a protective, safe bubble.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: And I was able to just figure out what that meant for them very quickly and make the change.
- 5:20SPEAKER_01: And it's happened really seamlessly, really easily.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: And I'm just so excited for them to be in this new school.
- 5:29SPEAKER_01: It's interesting.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: I'm feeling like there's been a timeline shift.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: And I've been talking about this with a lot of people, and I feel like so many people are feeling the same thing, but there are so many areas of my life where it feels like we're on a different timeline.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: And it's really funny with the school thing, too, because this school that my kids are going to now, I actually was going to start my son Levi there when he was starting kindergarten.
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: And then we ended up getting into a charter school that is pretty good to Philadelphia school school standards.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: And my husband wanted the kids to go there for a number of reasons.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: One being my husband went to private school his whole life and he didn't know if he wanted our kids to be in private school their whole lives.
- 6:16SPEAKER_01: So we we started at this other school, but there was like this other potential timeline where the kids would have started at this school they're at now, which is a private school, from the beginning.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: And it feels like there's just been like this timeline shift where we like hopped over to the other timeline.
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: And I feel that way about a lot of things in my life right now as well.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: And it's hard to even explain, but I've seen it with clients too and friends, where it kind of feels like we've hopped over to like this higher timeline or this higher trajectory.
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: And I'd be curious to know if you guys feel the same.
- 6:53SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't necessarily even have to mean like all areas of your life, but just certain aspects of your life.
- 6:59SPEAKER_01: That's what it feels like to me.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: So it's been really interesting.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: I feel like the energies right now are so powerful.
- 7:07SPEAKER_01: And also, my friend Andrea is calling what's happening right now triggerpalooza, because a lot of people's like deeper stuff is getting triggered and they are moving through, you know, some deeper patterns from childhood, deeper wounds, things that have continuously come up but are coming up in like these really much deeper ways.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: And I'm noticing that as well.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: I definitely moved through some much deeper stuff.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: Probably not like this week, but it was actually more like the end of August.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: I feel like there was a lot of deep stuff that came up for me that was related to my own childhood stuff and just kind of felt like a deeper layer of like whatever that longstanding issue was, you know, for me around you just like being good enough or being comfortable being in the spotlight, that type of thing.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: Um, I feel like I moved through a deeper layer of that.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: I know with all of my clients, it feels like they've moved through a deeper layer of like whatever that thing was for them, you know.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: So I think that is also happening right now.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: But at the same time, it's allowing us to move into this higher timeline.
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: And I've seen for a lot of people that they've experienced these timeline shifts where it's like all of a sudden it feels like you're on a different trajectory, if that makes sense.
- 8:32SPEAKER_01: So, anyway, that's kind of what I've been tuning into just for the current energetics.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: But just to go deeper now into the trauma stuff, I think that the stuff around childhood relational wounding is so important.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: And the reason why, and like now I can say this with certainty because I have worked with almost a hundred women in the metamorphosis and walk them through dissolving childhood relational trauma.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: And as I've gone through this process in the last five years, I've just gotten really good at honing in on what people's, you know, core wound is, what I call your core wound is that one point where someone said something to you or you witnessed something and you decided in that moment that who you truly are is not good enough or shameful, and that you have to change something about who you are in order to get the love that you need and um the connection that you desire.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: And then what happens is you just continue to recreate situations and circumstances in your life where you feel that way and also have an opportunity to reconcile that.
- 9:52SPEAKER_01: So I've been able to pinpoint this and kind of get this down to a science, as I've worked with so many women over time, to reconcile that moment, you know, that place within you, your inner child who's kind of frozen in time, who is in shock and disbelief from what she's experienced and what she's witnessed, and doesn't know how to process it, and is hurt and is sad, and is needing someone to acknowledge her, is needing healing, reconciliation, and is needing love, support, and care that she just didn't get and that her caregivers just couldn't provide her with because they weren't capable.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: And being able to go back and work with the inner child and develop a relationship with her and acknowledge her and start to feel the feelings that have been suppressed and that you've been, you know, trying to avoid, and then to be able to come out on the other side.
- 10:55SPEAKER_01: And then because of that, being able to navigate triggers as they come up because you have a context for why you feel the way that you feel, instead of thinking that it's about the circumstances or the situation, then you're able to move through triggers so much more quickly.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: That's kind of the process that I've been taking women through for all of this time.
- 11:16SPEAKER_01: And, you know, it obviously looks a little different for everybody because everybody's circumstances are different.
- 11:22SPEAKER_01: And it'll show up differently for people, right?
- 11:25SPEAKER_01: But for the women in the program who have businesses, a lot of the ways that it can show up is it just shows up as slowing them down, right?
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: It literally feels like something is standing in the way of either attracting the clients you desire or being able to show up for yourself and your business in the way that you desire, right?
- 11:49SPEAKER_01: And that's usually how it will show up.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: And this stuff is hard to walk through.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: And I think it leaves a lot of women in this place of what I call purgatory, where it's like you've started the business, but you kind of have one foot in and one foot out because something is getting in the way of you fully showing up in the way that you know you need to in order to really grow it and create the momentum you need to make it a viable, successful business that supports yourself and your family and your living, right?
- 12:23SPEAKER_01: And there's so many factors that go into it, but to boil it down to its simplest form, that's what's happening is that you're just coming up against the decision that you made in childhood about you not being good enough, or you know, that if you are who you truly are, that people won't love you or that they'll abandon you or reject you.
- 12:44SPEAKER_01: And then that literally paralyzes you from being able to move forward in the way that you need to.
- 12:52SPEAKER_01: So as, you know, I walk women through shifting this, then things become so much ear in their businesses, right?
- 13:00SPEAKER_01: And depending on where they are, they'll experience various results, like, you know, new clients coming in, or they're able to finally start that group program, or they'll have an epiphany about what direction they want to go in, what they're meant to do.
- 13:14SPEAKER_01: And all of a sudden, like those action steps feel a lot easier.
- 13:18SPEAKER_01: Like whether it was like, oh, I felt stuck with like it just felt impossible for me to share my stuff on the internet.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: And then all of a sudden it just becomes like way easier, and you're able to do it because you've reconciled the thing that is making it feel really hard, you know?
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: So that's what I've been seeing over and over again.
- 13:39SPEAKER_01: And in this round, I think I've really honed in on being able to help women much more quickly, just see what is at the core of it so that they can really shift it.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: But it's not without, you know, having to acknowledge and move through the deeper emotions that are underneath of it, you know?
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: And I think that that can be a place where we can get unknowingly stuck because the idea of having to feel the deeper emotions that's underneath of, you know, acknowledging how you actually felt as a child, like that general feeling you had in your house growing up, that's usually gonna be the general feeling that you feel in your business, right?
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: If you felt like you were always bracing for somebody to yell at you or criticize you, that is gonna be an underlying energy that you feel in your business, like always bracing for, oh my gosh, the rug's gonna get pulled out from under me, or somebody's gonna be mad at me, or somebody is gonna attack me, or I'm gonna lose everything.
- 14:40SPEAKER_01: And those things really get mirrored back to you in a very dramatic way when you start the business.
- 14:46SPEAKER_01: And that's why it can feel so hard for some people and so confronting, or why you might just get stuck at a certain plateau because the next level can feel really confronting.
- 14:59SPEAKER_01: Because on a deeper level, there is a level of emotion that you haven't yet addressed, you know.
- 15:05SPEAKER_01: And I think one of the biggest things for people is being able to not only acknowledge and move through the emotion, but also like face the reality that you didn't get what you needed and you are not going to get it from your parents, you know, because I think they're when your inner child gets frozen in time, there's a part of you that's angry and sad and hurt that you didn't get what you needed.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: And then you're also kind of in like disbelief, and you are saying to yourself, Well, this is wrong.
- 15:42SPEAKER_01: I should have gotten this.
- 15:43SPEAKER_01: And then what happens is there's this version of you that's stuck in time, waiting for somebody to finally give you what you needed.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: And that's why in relationships, you can get angry at, you know, your partner for whatever it is that you're angry at them for, but really underneath the surface, it's because you're recreating them not giving you whatever it is that your parents didn't give you.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: But when you fully face what it is that you needed that you didn't get and you grieve, you allow yourself to grieve the fact that you didn't get it and really fully look it in the eyes and say, like, I didn't get this.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: I needed it.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: It hurt me really bad.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: And then you go through the process of grieving it.
- 16:28SPEAKER_01: As you walk yourself through that process of grieving and really fully facing it, you become a completely different person because you have fully faced what you didn't get.
- 16:41SPEAKER_01: And through the process of facing it, you're able to give it to yourself.
- 16:46SPEAKER_01: And then you're no longer looking for it outside of you.
- 16:49SPEAKER_01: You're no longer looking for it through the business, through being validated from clients or your audience.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: You're no longer looking for it in relationships because you have it within yourself because you held yourself through the pain of facing the fact that you didn't get it.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: And we all have this, right?
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: We all have things that we didn't get from our parents that we needed, because our parents could only give us what they had.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: They couldn't give us what they didn't have.
- 17:18SPEAKER_01: So if you needed your parents to be able to fully see the truth of who you are and acknowledge it, and they couldn't because they just didn't have the capacity or the emotional space, that's gonna feel like a void, right?
- 17:31SPEAKER_01: If you needed your parents to emotionally support you in certain ways that they weren't capable of, that's gonna feel like a void.
- 17:39SPEAKER_01: There's so many little ways and little nuances that we're not really aware of because as a kid, you don't have the words for it.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: And a lot of times you felt these things before you even had words, before you were verbal, before you had conscious thought or linear thought.
- 17:57SPEAKER_01: So a lot of these feelings will feel more like energetic imprints on your psyche versus cognitive thoughts or beliefs or linear logical ways of thinking.
- 18:10SPEAKER_01: They're gonna feel more like a feeling, like an energetic imprint within your being of just like a void or a feeling of missing something or a feeling like there's something wrong here, but you wouldn't be able to have words for it.
- 18:24SPEAKER_01: But when you do this work, you get the words for it, you get the context and you understand why you feel the way that you do on the deepest level.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: And then you learn how to navigate that when it shows up in your life in various areas, like in your business or in your relationships or in your career too.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: If you have a job also, that's also fine.
- 18:48SPEAKER_01: Not everyone I work with has a business, by the way.
- 18:50SPEAKER_01: And I will say the women who work with me that have careers have all advanced in their careers when they start doing this work.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: Two of the women who joined the mothership this past year who had jobs both got promotions during their time in the mothership.
- 19:05SPEAKER_01: One is still with me and she's enjoying her promotion right now, which is amazing.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: So it's not just about starting a business.
- 19:12SPEAKER_01: It's just that most women end up either at first not knowing if they want to start a business, but then realizing that they do and realizing what they want to do, or they already have one, but they're not sure why they can't, you know, get it out of the starting gates or get it to the next level.
- 19:30SPEAKER_01: That's kind of the crux of what's happening.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: And then the other piece that I wanted to talk about, and this is more around what I teach people inside the metamorphosis method certification.
- 19:43SPEAKER_01: So just to kind of break things down for you guys a little bit, just so you fully understand the different levels or ways to come into my world, is obviously the metamorphosis is my flagship program where you learn my process to dissolve childhood relational trauma and ancestral trauma.
- 20:04SPEAKER_01: And that is like the crux of my work, the body of my work, and everything else is kind of like built on top of the metamorphosis.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: And when you sign up for the mothership, which is my year-long membership, you will get obviously access to the metamorphosis and you will be in the metamorphosis live at least twice.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: I might be running it three times this year.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: I haven't fully decided yet, but I just love it so much and I get so much out of it, and the women get so much out of it.
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: I'm thinking about running it three times.
- 20:36SPEAKER_01: I just have to look at the schedule of all the other programs to make sure that I can fit it in a way that doesn't burn me out.
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: And also I want there to be like right now, we have 15 women, and I don't know that I want much more than that inside the metamorphosis each round, just so I can give everybody the fullest attention.
- 20:56SPEAKER_01: I think I would have to cap it at 20.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: So we have the metamorphosis, and then I have all of my other programs that are kind of tangential to that, right?
- 21:04SPEAKER_01: We have real results where I teach you my five-step process to create an energetic shift when you're triggered.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: That's basically what it is.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: So, you know how when you do a ton of personal growth work, you know, like why you do the things that you do, but then you still have trouble creating a shift in your moment-to-moment reality.
- 21:27SPEAKER_01: Real results is my process to create that shift.
- 21:30SPEAKER_01: So that is just kind of tangential and goes along very nicely with the metamorphosis.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: It's like a great add-on to be able to take the work you've done in the metamorphosis.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: And not that you need real results because you could just do the metamorphosis and create massive change, but the real results process just gives you like an extra boost to be able to use that process to create results in your moment to moment.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Reality.
- 22:01SPEAKER_01: So that's real results.
- 22:02SPEAKER_01: And then we have past lives and money, obviously, which is where I focus more on past lives and these bigger archetypal energies and how they show up for women in business, especially, but also just as you grow as a spiritual woman, these four past life archetypal energies will come up.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: And I show you how to pinpoint and dissolve them in past lives and money.
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: And then I have my other, you know, smaller programs like the Sacred Money Mind, where I share my channeled wisdom specifically around money and how past life and childhood relational trauma gets in the way of creating the money that you desire.
- 22:41SPEAKER_01: And then I have breathwork, money, and receiving, which is all about how to use breath work to open up to receiving on a new level.
- 22:49SPEAKER_01: And there's a ton of digital programs in there.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: Inherently Worthy is really amazing.
- 22:54SPEAKER_01: Quantum Mastery is where I show you how to develop a relationship with spirit and work with energy.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: I'm not going to be able to say all of the programs because there's a lot in there.
- 23:04SPEAKER_01: But my point is that's all inside the mothership.
- 23:07SPEAKER_01: And that is like one of the trajectories to come into my world.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: And I highly recommend doing that if you are interested in the metamorphosis work and all the other subsequent programs that go along with it.
- 23:22SPEAKER_01: Because the women who get the most results in my world are the ones who commit to this work long term.
- 23:28SPEAKER_01: And that's why I've made the mothership a 12-month commitment because I want you to get the best results and create the most permanent change in your life.
- 23:38SPEAKER_01: And committing to this work for a year is definitely the way to do that.
- 23:42SPEAKER_01: You know, I have a couple of one-on-one clients right now.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: And, you know, they've been with me for two years.
- 23:48SPEAKER_01: And if we look back at what they've created in two years, it's unbelievable.
- 23:53SPEAKER_01: But committing to that over time is really what creates the most permanent and the biggest results in people's lives.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: So anyway, so that's the mothership.
- 24:05SPEAKER_01: And then I also have my year-long mastermind, which you're going to be hearing more about soon, which is basically for women who have businesses or at the point where you're ready to start it.
- 24:18SPEAKER_01: And it's getting a much more close proximity to me, one-on-one time, plus two calls a month, where we're focusing on growing your business from the trauma lens, right?
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: And also just how I grew my business.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: And I'm just going to be giving you a lot of advice and insight and working with you closely in developing yours.
- 24:40SPEAKER_01: And that's my year-long mastermind, which you'll be hearing more about.
- 24:44SPEAKER_01: And then we have the certification, the metamorphosis method certification, where I teach you how to implement my breath work and trauma healing process with your clients.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: So if you're somebody that works with clients or you know you want to, you got to do the certification.
- 25:00SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's nothing else like it on the planet because, in my perspective, being able to work with women from a trauma lens, being trauma informed is the only real way to help people create big permanent results.
- 25:19SPEAKER_01: And I'm not saying that you can't get results otherwise, but what I've seen in the coaching industry and like the online space in general is that if a practitioner is not trauma informed, there is a risk that that relationship can go south.
- 25:38SPEAKER_01: Because if people's stuff come up and they don't know it and they're not able to navigate it and they don't have a context for what's going on, both parties can get re-traumatized.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: And that's why I believe so passionately and strongly in teaching people how to be trauma-informed practitioners and how to meet people through the lens of trauma.
- 26:02SPEAKER_01: And if you can understand how to look at someone through the lens of their childhood trauma and meet them there and hold space for their inner child to heal, that's how people create permanent results.
- 26:16SPEAKER_01: It's not through just pushing or changing your mindset or just applying strategy.
- 26:21SPEAKER_01: Like there's a reason why you can learn all the strategy in the world, but you won't be able to implement it.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: It's because your inner child doesn't feel safe.
- 26:29SPEAKER_01: So if you're able to apply that lens to whatever it is that you do, your clients will get better results than anyone else who's doing what you do.
- 26:39SPEAKER_01: And that's why I feel so passionately about teaching the metamorphosis method certification.
- 26:44SPEAKER_01: And we're going to be starting that again in February, but it's going to be a different structure now.
- 26:49SPEAKER_01: I've changed the amount of time to six months and I'm changing the structure a little bit.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: And I'm inviting people, if you are interested in joining the certification, to hop on a call with me so we can discuss the details and also just make sure that it's a fit for you.
- 27:04SPEAKER_01: So if you are interested in the certification, just email infoteleasebrees.com and we'll get you set up with getting on a call with me.
- 27:14SPEAKER_01: If you are, you know, seriously interested in doing the certification.
- 27:18SPEAKER_01: And I'll link it below so you can see what it's all about.
- 27:20SPEAKER_01: But I'm basically teaching you how to facilitate breathwork in group and private, and then also how to implement my trauma clearing tools to help people dissolve childhood, relational, and ancestral trauma.
- 27:34SPEAKER_01: I do address past life trauma in there as well.
- 27:37SPEAKER_01: And one of the biggest things I focus on is how to show up as a practitioner from the highest level of integrity and using the trauma lens to hold space for people to create the best possible result.
- 27:54SPEAKER_01: And how to be able to put your own stuff aside to be able to show up and hold a clear, pristine space for healing, which I believe so strongly in, because that's where people really create a transformation, is when you're able to hold a very clear, pristine space without your stuff or your opinion or your feelings or your triggers getting in the way.
- 28:21SPEAKER_01: And it doesn't mean you don't have triggers.
- 28:23SPEAKER_01: It doesn't mean you don't have stuff.
- 28:24SPEAKER_01: It just means that you're skilled in putting it aside.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: And that's what I think is the most important skill that you can learn as a practitioner.
- 28:33SPEAKER_01: And that's something I focus on inside of the certification.
- 28:37SPEAKER_01: Um, and then of course, you know, we go really deep into making sure you're highly skilled in the birth story, the mother wound, the father wound.
- 28:45SPEAKER_01: And the cool thing is, and you've heard this on a lot of the other episodes, is the women who go through the certification are able to take these tools and integrate them into their own practice and help them develop what they do.
- 28:59SPEAKER_01: Like you heard Hani, who's taken all the tools and created her own process for helping women give birth and have really amazing conscious pregnancies, and then also moving into conscious motherhood.
- 29:11SPEAKER_01: You heard Kate, who was able to take all the tools she's learned and develop her own methodology based on the body and clearing familial and ancestral trauma from the body.
- 29:23SPEAKER_01: And then, you know, there's been so many other people who have been able to take this process and put it into their own process.
- 29:32SPEAKER_01: And you're gonna be hearing from more of them.
- 29:34SPEAKER_01: I mean, you've heard Colleen was able to incorporate it into what she does with women around weight loss.
- 29:41SPEAKER_01: Dahlia was able to incorporate it into the work that she does with working with kids and nervous system healing and movement medicine.
- 29:50SPEAKER_01: I mean, there's so much possibility because it really does activate your own knowing and allow you to remember what you came here to do.
- 30:01SPEAKER_01: If you want to chat with me more about that, just email me.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: Or you can reach out to me on Instagram.
- 30:07SPEAKER_01: But that is the other piece that I really wanted to touch on here is what has happened for me over the last few years is, you know, when I first came into my business, I was very new and I felt like I had a lot to learn about running a business.
- 30:24SPEAKER_01: And I didn't really know much about the coaching industry or the online space.
- 30:28SPEAKER_01: And I never really considered myself a coach.
- 30:31SPEAKER_01: I still don't, but I ended up kind of being in that realm because that's what a lot of the women in the online space were doing.
- 30:39SPEAKER_01: And I also like if someone who's totally not in this realm asked me what I do, I always say I'm a coach and I'm, you know, an expert in trauma and breath work because it gives people a context for what I do, even though I don't consider myself a coach.
- 30:52SPEAKER_01: I never have.
- 30:54SPEAKER_01: But what happened for me is like over time, I wanted to learn as much as I could about running a business and about the online space.
- 31:04SPEAKER_01: And there was a lot of things that I learned that I had to take time to integrate and kind of come back to my own inner knowing.
- 31:14SPEAKER_01: And what I've really come back to in all of it is that I don't like to focus on things like setting boundaries or holding people accountable or just a lot of this rhetoric that you hear around, you know, what it means to be a coach.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: Because to me, I'm an expert in trauma and I'm an expert in helping you dissolve trauma.
- 31:38SPEAKER_01: And because of that, I am going to show up for you in a way that's best for you to dissolve your trauma.
- 31:47SPEAKER_01: I am gonna show up in a way that is the biggest contribution to you healing your trauma.
- 31:53SPEAKER_01: So if that means I'm gonna get on an extra call with you, if that means I'm gonna spend extra time with you, that's what I'm gonna do.
- 32:01SPEAKER_01: Because my number one goal is to help you create a permanent result through dissolving your trauma.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: And that was something that I really had to come back to within my own knowing and developing my own expertise and methodology around this work.
- 32:18SPEAKER_01: And I truly believe that as a practitioner, if you can show up in a way that is in integrity for yourself and the client, and having the client result be at the top of your list, I think everybody wins.
- 32:37SPEAKER_01: And that is truly the way that I see it now and the way that I've been operating, and also really being able to meet my clients where they're at and develop containers and ways of supporting them that are best for them and them specifically.
- 32:54SPEAKER_01: And that is another thing that I teach inside of the certification is how to operate in that way so that your clients get the best, most permanent results.
- 33:06SPEAKER_01: So that's pretty much it.
- 33:07SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna leave it there.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna go out and enjoy a walk with the dog in this beautiful weather.
- 33:13SPEAKER_01: But if you have questions or you're interested in joining the mastermind or the mothership or the certification, just reach out.
- 33:24SPEAKER_01: We can chat.
- 33:25SPEAKER_01: I'm happy to hop on a call with you.
- 33:27SPEAKER_01: So you can just tell me like your specific situation, where you're at, and I can point you in the right direction as to like what would be the best place for you.
- 33:36SPEAKER_01: As far as the mothership goes, we have some really great stuff coming up before the end of the year.
- 33:42SPEAKER_01: I have the four-week mastermind turning point, which is only for the women in the mothership.
- 33:48SPEAKER_01: And that's gonna be where I work really closely with you to have a turning point where you don't ever look back.
- 33:56SPEAKER_01: That one thing that you've been wanting to finally shift, whether it's in your business or it's more of an inner shift or it's around your relationships or whatever it is, you're gonna create that shift inside the mastermind.
- 34:08SPEAKER_01: And that's only exclusive to the mothership.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: And that's coming up.
- 34:11SPEAKER_01: We're probably gonna start like mid-October.
- 34:13SPEAKER_01: And then we also have real results coming up, which I already explained.
- 34:17SPEAKER_01: And then most likely breath work, money, and receiving is gonna happen at the end of the year.
- 34:22SPEAKER_01: And then, like I said, the certification is gonna be starting in February.
- 34:26SPEAKER_01: So if you are interested in that, reach out to me because you can go on an extended payment plan if you started your payments now and it would make it super easy payments because you could spread it out over a longer period of time.
- 34:40SPEAKER_01: So reach out to me about that.
- 34:42SPEAKER_01: If you are a holistic health practitioner, if you are a physical therapist, a doula, an Akashic Records reader, any kind of healer or coach.
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: And especially if you're like a business coach and you're somebody that works more with like mindset and like 3D stuff or manifestation, if you add this to your work, you're gonna see your client results skyrocket along with your ability to attract clients and to articulate the power of your work.
- 35:11SPEAKER_01: So reach out.
- 35:12SPEAKER_01: I'm happy to chat with you about all the things.
