- Sarahn Says: Hello, beautiful people. Today is June 2nd, and today's calendar challenge is share a memory with someone who was a part of it. Our memories bring us so much joy. We talked about this toward the end of May. Our memories fill our lives with joy. It's like a little time capsule that we have in our heads and our hearts where we get to store all of these beautiful things. Sometimes our memories are not the most positive, but if we've lived a life well lived, Our good memories outweigh our bad ones. Celebrating memories reconnects us to meaningful experiences, and it allows us to tap into those positive emotions: laughter, love, excitement, comfort, comfort. Sharing memories helps us to strengthen our connection with new people, maybe familiar people too, just to celebrate. A moment that you all have shared together. And it reminds us of how far we've come. Memories are a good marker of our growth, where we once were and where we are now. And looking back can help us to see that growth, resilience, and beautiful moments, right? To acknowledge how beautiful the past is, but also how beautiful the present is. And that helps us to create gratitude. Our memories are. Highlight the people, the places, and the experiences that matter to us and maybe still matter. And gratitude brings us joy. Joy grows when we revisit moments that made us feel alive and loved and connected. And that is our theme for this month. Celebrate connection. So today, share a memory with someone who was a part of it. And remember, just enough is more than enough, Saran says.
