- 10:18on black hot h h uh uh uh uh hot hie yeah, come on
- 10:35him word fucked up. My end of it is messing up. Fund You
- 10:48can't get anhing to egg, break little videos to play, but try to
- 10:54do what to do? Okay, faun I wonder discussed as reason uh,
- 11:01scolars decision and Supreme courts decide that a problem of action is not going to
- 11:07be mother and void as so as college tuitions are concerned, okay, well
- 11:13as college uh getting into college now. I wanted to say, for a
- 11:18long time, it's been it's been enough as black people. We have been
- 11:22destroyed as a people. A concerted effort to make sure that we you know,
- 11:26we need the ship and we get off the pot said living up.
- 11:31And we've been destroyed. Our parties have been destroyed since the Leay've made the
- 11:35lake in sixties, then shooting a single parent and so we had enough time
- 11:43to come together as black man, black woman unity is putting the best situation
- 11:48of educating them and then making sure we had schools of our own. It's
- 11:52money found that everybody's allowed to go to our institutions. Of the funny,
- 11:58we are historically black, just they be people black people, but they should
- 12:01have black excellence. Those hpcus should have been a basket and black excellence were
- 12:07ben't happen. Where we broked up and developed those schools and created black excellence
- 12:16and said enough, okay, sadly that did not happen. Excuse me your
- 12:35trance, all right, you know, And sadly enough a lot of these
- 12:50things did not happened. And now we're being put in a disadvantage because you
- 12:54get into the who he helped doing the civil rights movement. I want you
- 12:58to know, when they're talking about Amendment fourteen to the Constitution, public's blow
- 13:03for all these amendments. So you got the Asians out there perciently. The
- 13:07Asians believe that they're not being perminated against in higher numbers, but not being
- 13:13allowed to be uh because the few numbers of black people in the country now
- 13:20have the number that it's all competive will that you are percented as a people
- 13:26or percented as a race of people in this country. Asian are six sixty
- 13:35seventh of the public in this country. African Americans are up between thirteen and
- 13:43our and our arm Roman is. Let me see what it is. I
- 13:48think it's um Our womans around eleven or twelve percent of the population in this
- 14:00country, so it's pretty comparable. So I don't say I ended up out,
- 14:03but it's going to school more than any other group. Agents A fifty
- 14:09opercent of their total population goes to school. Cucains is forty two percent,
- 14:16that ten Roles or our Hispanics, it's thirty eight percent, between thirty nine
- 14:22and thirty eight percent African Americans, and somewhere around thirty six to thirty seven
- 14:26percent of our whole total population of US. So we're a little bit under
- 14:31half of our people go to college, which not too bad because settling up
- 14:37these college degrees are pretty much worthless. Tell you, it's beneficial a lot
- 14:46of black people to go to trade schools. Everybody clans down a lot of
- 14:48these trade schools in high school. When you could take half the trade during
- 14:54high school, you can take this trade to come out on a high school
- 14:58and either start your own business or start an apprenticeship to start creating money.
- 15:05And so I don't think the college education is valued as much as as much
- 15:11as it used to be. I think it's um all smoke communes. With
- 15:16the cost of a college education, it takes your whole life to pay to
- 15:20pay it back. So where is the benefit and the job that's supposed to
- 15:24be out it for college gradness just does not exist. Don't exist. Families,
- 15:30they don't exist. That's why people being mined in schools dead. So
- 15:35I want to look at it first from an economics respective first. Body saying
- 15:39it's just racism. We know at the end of the day, racism is
- 15:43always baked in the cake in this country where they talk about reverse racism,
- 15:48you know that it's always stacked in their favor. But they would say reverse
- 15:54racism up. A few black people are able to squeak through the cracks and
- 16:00all people or get our minds. We need to understand that as much as
- 16:04we fought for everyone else, we have no friends. And I'm gonna be
- 16:08an article proven to you that we have no friends, and that the civil
- 16:12rights movement helped everybody. All these rights that we've fought forward helped most people.
- 16:19That help are beneficial to other groups more than it's ever been to us.
- 16:25It's not funny. There've been more beneficial to other groups of people that
- 16:29it has been to us. We've done the fighting on the ground for these
- 16:33beneficiality said benefits, but have not really done anything in action, has never
- 16:38done anything whatever. It's implemented kill throughout this country to pull up black people
- 16:45nowhere nowhere. You know the funny pause bastments are of any of these cities
- 16:52are blackly populated. Right, You have a few of the biggest sites in
- 16:56the country that are majority of black, and black people run none of it.
- 17:00Just because you see some handkinson head bootlicking answering mayor that's black, doesn't
- 17:07mean he answers to black people. That's what you've seen. You have a
- 17:11black official by all black people of mind and poverty because they do not represent
- 17:15black people. One of the contracts are specifically given out the black people.
- 17:22That was only one time I remember that was the DC back in the late
- 17:26seventies and eighties, and varied well actually gave contracts out and pushed black business.
- 17:33Now, if you have political control of any city, you're supposed to
- 17:38have economic control of the city. The calls and black people have not learn
- 17:45that. And sadly enough, these politicians have never represented us to begin with.
- 17:49They've always represented bright power. So a pot of action never helped us.
- 17:56Now that might have helped a few women in government positions, but out
- 17:59in the private ward has never done nothing to benefit us. These businesses that
- 18:07we that were that were supposed to be created from infirmitive action never materialized because
- 18:12even as he had a point of action, we never qualified for the loans
- 18:18he got that. They never gave us the loans, the ends and all
- 18:22other people to start businesses within our community and told the police off all by
- 18:26an experienced here in America the last sixty years, by influntments they will put
- 18:34over top of us to be a buff of people, right, and then
- 18:38you benefit from the things that we bought for. See that's the Oh,
- 18:44that's how white supremacy works. That's the dirty old you know, slight of
- 18:48hand trick. We out there to fight for what we think is going to
- 18:52benefit us. But if it was everyone else, we remember front of action
- 18:55always also in the white women. How both them with some kind of oppressed
- 19:02have no clue. But that's the trick bag they always put black people in
- 19:07that they're supposed to give some benefits for us. Insteadily goes to LGVQ,
- 19:14goes the Asian and Indians and never leaves us with anything. Yeah, and
- 19:25then these other groups from themself hostile against us, saying we're getting benefits from
- 19:30a partner of action when all the former Action benefits went to them. We
- 19:37got absolutely nothing from a former of action family. And saddening up, it's
- 19:41broad. We're got to realize there's always been a war against blackness here.
- 19:45And like I said a few months, like everything built, I'm gonna show
- 19:48some things that I'm building. We're gonna have to start building some ship.
- 19:51And I told you Americans just too hard for me to build it because everything's
- 19:53gonna be sabotaged. You have these other barons time my head. I can
- 19:57people at Africa. I've already told you that's the easiest place to build both
- 20:02that I tried to tell you that. But I'm gonna show you even though
- 20:07these other two decide to become more as citizens on men. Shit that is
- 20:11destroyed everything. But that shit how group economics works. A couple more months,
- 20:19I'll be able to come to position. We're gonna show you whether building
- 20:22in Africa without being sabotized. I believe you build, whether you can find
- 20:30and some people to start building something that's going to protect them with what's coming
- 20:36down the pike what they call soft genicide math solt genicide. Okay, and
- 20:42we'll squeeze out of every market. And since white people are now with dying
- 20:48off, they have no obligation is that everything is equal with you. They're
- 20:57gonna try to facilitate and encapsulate white supremacy for the next one years. Facilitate
- 21:04and then encapsulate white supremacy dominance. But then the dominant as a minority,
- 21:11like the white people are going South African over your fight and the unapologetic about
- 21:17it when they acknosis term as reverse race does not exist. I don't have
- 21:22any converse racism. And you don't control the courts nor control legislaty. Let
- 21:27us leave the legislatures. Huh that past legislation of life. You're control one
- 21:34of those things. They drew this since the little the numbers of corners,
- 21:40they're trying to put in law. Think you the overturn these laws and try
- 21:45to write the ship right. They don't belave with you, they're moan,
- 21:51they're more own things of them who did this, l the supremecres and of
- 22:00course one of the most heinous, wicked dashes on this is kind of action
- 22:04actually helped him. But since he's such a booth looking tool who's been voting
- 22:11everything anti bladder the years, he picked his ass and put him in here.
- 22:22Damn that's kind of flies. So it's kind of goddamn flies some table
- 22:33of Florida board, the supplies or the bloody showing your cameras anyway, you
- 22:38know, it's been um, we're gonna talk about yeah, Clarence Thomas.
- 22:45Right, so you got Clarence Thomas. He's been voting everything anti black who
- 22:49last thirty years. That's why they put him in there. You know,
- 22:52he got his That's the sad fact. We hack America. Get you put
- 22:56him in power, and they'll do everything things to make sure they keep black
- 23:00people into arrested development the time to whenever positionally occupied, whatever they asilt to
- 23:07be a mess or whatever little power that they obtained by sucking people you know,
- 23:15sucking, sucking, the asshole, white power, you know what I
- 23:19should call it, And they've been and Claric Thoma has been unapologetic about it.
- 23:32Yes, let's them kind of fly so my damn head, you guys
- 23:37can't see Gavil like some kind of fly landing on my damn hell. Hell,
- 23:42Like, what the hell's going on here? What the hell? But
- 23:47let me listen this right here, hold on, give me a second,
- 23:48let me switch to this good court. M The Supreme Court has just issued
- 24:07a pair of opinions and closely watches involving affirm in college admissions at the University
- 24:12of North Carolina as well as Harvard University, and has struck down those policies
- 24:18as unconstitutional. Trint to Laura Jared, Our, senior legal correspondent, Laura,
- 24:22you and I are both doing a version of speed read here on a
- 24:26very complex pair of cases. But it does seem to me various affirmative action
- 24:32programs by these two universities have been struck down many right overrule prior decisions that
- 24:37allow for affirmative action in certain conditions, and it's unclear to me that this
- 24:42opinion goes that far. How do you see it. That's exactly right.
- 24:45We have a decision here as it relates to race and education in this country.
- 24:49And as you said, for decades the Court has said that you can
- 24:53look at race as a limited plus factor, a tip as if you will
- 24:59not any checking box exercise. And here this case a divided court, programs
- 25:03at Harvard and the University of North Carolina are invalid. Now those are important
- 25:08because there are ones that many schools it's their programs down. And so the
- 25:12upshot here for schools is they try to sort their way through what is a
- 25:15deeply divided court an opinion spanning over two hundred pages, is to try to
- 25:22sort through what exactly is left. It's clear that if a student feels that
- 25:26race has impacted their life in a deep and meaningful, individualistic way, they
- 25:32could write an essay about that. And if a long time has said that
- 25:34schools can use diversity the educational benefits of diversity, as a legitimate goal,
- 25:41and it does not appear, at least so far, that the Court is
- 25:42taking that away. But to the extent that Harvard and the University of North
- 25:48Caroline other schools have been going about it in a way that is not as
- 25:51narrowly tailored as this court believes that it should be, those programs will no
- 25:56longer be invalid. But I have to say again it is complicated opinion.
- 26:00It's going to take a while, I think, for the college universities around
- 26:03the country to figure out black lee is left, if anything, of their
- 26:07programs, and how exactly they're going to have to try to now sort through.
- 26:14Really nothing's left. So what they're trying to do to make sure that
- 26:15black people have had a harder time in getting in school. But black people,
- 26:19you were supposed to have excellence, which hbcused, We're supposed to their
- 26:27own institutions. Black people see, for so many you've been given a boss
- 26:34economy that racism is over. Racism doesn't exist. Everybody's all equal, and
- 26:41never in this society that we have found ourselves it was ever been fair,
- 26:47just or equal. So we're hippat. We're supposed to be making our institutions
- 26:56a place of excellence, and we have not, and we're making our all
- 27:00in excellence. Black children would have a problem that we use and front even
- 27:04white people want to they say, is discrimination if you don't let them in
- 27:07their right, If we don't let them in their historically billegies and universities.
- 27:14We don't allow them to come in dominate our colleges because of them. What
- 27:18that is so understand the end of the day, that is little feeling,
- 27:22this Wilford being practiced on us. And it was pre these Asians that builts
- 27:27luck that we were are using race as a I don't think it was even
- 27:37a beneficial factor, but as a little bit of a fractice in Okay,
- 27:41we're um discriminated against within a society. So this we'll face different challenges than
- 27:48than any other racial group in this country. Sad live enough. These are
- 27:52just the facts we face different racial circumstances that anybody in this hunt you and
- 28:00the turning that we don't as most of these right wing records that tell you
- 28:03it's all of avision is made up. They taste all in our minds.
- 28:07It's all in our minds. The racism, it's all over our minds.
- 28:11It's all over. That's demands that they want to say because they want to
- 28:14practice they're wicked ass racism while without any now any abandoned to be abandoned toward
- 28:22the guy. It's legal. Now it's legal. You can't do nothing about
- 28:25it. Stand it. You can't do nothing about it's legal now. It's
- 28:30legal now. So this is what they want to vote, what they can
- 28:36do to comply with my going forward. But what is here is that the
- 28:38headline is those colleges and universities programs are invalid. This is a sea change.
- 28:45This is the first time we have seen anything like this. Absolutely,
- 28:48and I mean it talks about Harvard and UNC's admissions programs lacking sufficiently focused and
- 28:53objectives, unavoidingly employing race in a negative matter, involving racial racial stereotype,
- 29:00being lacking a meaningful endpoint. So while we did not see it's laura that
- 29:04this prior decision upholderment of action programs Grutter v. Volinger, we didn't say
- 29:10that is outright overrule to your point in what is left So if these admissions
- 29:15programs is, if they don't pass Muster, you are left to wonder what
- 29:23will exactly. Harvard standard dating back to nineteen staties propped up as the program
- 29:30that he that it was taking a whole picture into account, that race again
- 29:34was just one factor in a larger, non formulaic, holistic approach. That's
- 29:40what the school has always said we're flexible. It's not to just check the
- 29:42box for one race and you get in. But again it appears on this
- 29:45record that these conservative justices have disagreed with that, and many had wondered why
- 29:51they took this case in the first place if they weren't going to sort of
- 29:55we were talking about constance. They need conserving their right power. Understand what
- 29:59the means. Let's say conserve something real. They conserving conserving or white racist
- 30:04power to have control of the and all the benefits that come with that.
- 30:11They're conserving their right privilege, your white power. That nobody just leads you
- 30:18that's what conservative is. When you get these hands of negroes talking about their
- 30:22conservatives when they've gotten nothing to conserve. Now, now I don't believe the
- 30:26democratic point towards saying wicked as you know, just another there's another wing off
- 30:32the same wicked as bird, but anymore black point at everytive conserving what you
- 30:37have no power, You have no privilege, So what are you conserving?
- 30:42Okay, evaluate the law. And it seems though that the predictions had been
- 30:48and the justices seemed very skeptical, in particular the chiefs saying, where does
- 30:53it end Rudder, which came out in two thousand and three, said in
- 30:57twenty five years from now, you shouldn't have to be relying on racing.
- 31:00Almost at that twenty five year market, it appears because the schools didn't have
- 31:06a time limit that they were willing to commit to, that was really used
- 31:08as a knock against them. Absolutely, it does seem that really got in
- 31:11the kraw of many of the justice during oral argues when they asked the university
- 31:17even grutter this seminal Supreme Court case that upheld race conscious admissions under certain circumstances,
- 31:23imagined that it would end even said in twenty five years, we shouldn't
- 31:27need this, and universities were asked, okay, so how do you see
- 31:30this ending? The Court was clearly not satisfied with the responses there, and
- 31:34that was one of the relations programs failed in the courts. They also continue
- 31:41to read with you. Laura here says many universities have for too long wrongly
- 31:45concluded that the touchstone of an individual's identity, it is knowledge is bested or
- 31:49less, but the color of their skin. This nation's constitutional history doesn't run.
- 31:55In six to three with Justice Kagan and Justice Jay that comparatives on this
- 32:01court have made sort of their feelings. That's more colloquially known as affirmative accum
- 32:07long time, the question that's always want to say, reconstruction, a ural
- 32:17argument, even Justice Jackson, can you strip that away from somebody? Can
- 32:22you tell them and even talk about it in an essay? And it appears
- 32:23the court is not, And it seems the next step there where we're going
- 32:28here is where people will be trying to find other ways to incorporate and how,
- 32:34but again not in the way that schools are doing it currently. It's
- 32:37going to be a reworking of the current system. If you want to at
- 32:40least explain how race is important to you and the school wants to take that
- 32:44into effect. Is it tries to have a diverse campus and promote that that's
- 32:47not wrong, But it's the way that's going about it that the justices believe
- 32:52violates the law. Than watching our YouTube channel, dont wants a drop all.
- 33:00I'm gonna try this m h. Now, hopefully this thing can catch
- 33:08you up. Drop what link I did drop and let me see if you
- 33:17guys can and this a catch up? Me know, my my things stopped
- 33:24the things stopped, uh messing up because I want to and that just so
- 33:30jacked up. Let me know, let me know with my in that's catching
- 33:37up with this and it's jacked up. Man, man, and that is
- 33:47jacked up as well. We an't gonna go live the rest of night.
- 33:52And it's so damn slow and bad. I don't get it. I wanted
- 33:58to get to this bread here. Yeah, I love maintain smooths thing yet
- 34:04see the video to mainteen smooth I know, let me see this catch up
- 34:15with this anything on? Yeah? All right, all right, I'm back,
- 34:44yeah, thank god one okay, all right, it seems like I'm
- 34:59back. She's crazy, all right, So I want to go through this
- 35:01right here. My end that is gonna be jagged up the Knife family.
- 35:05I'm not gonna jagged up the night now. I'm gonna make this incredibly understand
- 35:09that how the civil rights move a body more than did black people because everybody
- 35:15else was still pretty messed up with this racist ass country. Okay, but
- 35:21these benefits affected other people more than it did us. Okay, that was
- 35:27up more than it did us. So makes sure everybody understand this. So
- 35:32people want to be this artible. So the civil rights Asian Americans. Of
- 35:37course it did. Of course it did. And now this help was ever
- 35:43reciprocated back to the black people. The Don decided team that with the Asians
- 35:47to our communities, destroyed the bulliant and they peaceably poppies gave those bisines our
- 35:53community to the Asian or East Indian population. They did so up let them
- 36:00gas like you said, Oh they just qualified for the loans when they were
- 36:04all immigrants. Didn't qualify for shit. This has been a a step by
- 36:13step blot to slip suicide black people. You got to understand this. You
- 36:21got to understand this. You can't get to understand this. They willfully put
- 36:27these people businesses in our community, taking the white community. Why yes,
- 36:30you know Asian businesses in the white community, because you know this was the
- 36:36scam to begin with, trying to do at your beginning with So let nobody
- 36:42gas like and talking about. All you're talking about is thro them get you
- 36:45with that conspiracory nonsense, because one to one is to to explore, okay,
- 36:52when I one is to try to hit you with that conspiracy period nonsense.
- 36:55Because all the time they say conspiracy is always turns out to be conspiracy
- 37:00facts over and over again. That's what we've you got Civil Rights Act help
- 37:06in Americans too, of course it is so, but you don't see that
- 37:09Asian Americans in this country at the time where they act, they never hate
- 37:13any front mind with us. Here's your main leader nowhere. But the benefits
- 37:20of this movement, they have gotten much more than black people, East Indians
- 37:23and all other kind of people from the Hispanics, Asians, East Indians,
- 37:30they've all benefited civil rights movement morsels than black people and didn't get out their
- 37:36ass one eye ower to help implement shit you standing, didn't get up they
- 37:43asked to help implement it. It is other programs op for and with the
- 37:50white government facilitating them to have at health control, economic control within bounties,
- 38:00not you yep, literally didn't get a house in a certain community, but
- 38:05you damn sure we're not getting a business home to even operate in your own
- 38:08safe community. Ending as in the end, they're over. They're always getting
- 38:14they're always getting qualified with these loans. And it was fucking immigrants coming in
- 38:19here, so they had no credit. So don't let them at you with
- 38:22that big credit ship. Don't let met you with that credit nonsense, just
- 38:28to make sure that white people kept them as a buffer class and tells you
- 38:31black white people absorbed with life or how fucked up and empowerous black people are.
- 38:37They get a joy and know a lot of you need worls kind INSTEADY
- 38:42get a joy and seeing us all fucked up, they get a simple joy.
- 38:50I perverted joy in it. Damn that damn net so s you gonna
- 39:04perverting it, right, You're gonna perverted joy in it. So let me
- 39:13go and read this date. But like I said, you see, no
- 39:15Asians were the agent. We're at we're at, we're in the front line.
- 39:20But they're sure with the benefits from the didn't they You sure? What
- 39:22the so it says on the fifteenth anniversary of the nineteen sixty four Civil rights
- 39:34atmember that let's remember that it protected not just an African Americans. The legislation
- 39:45in actability outlawed the scriminal the basis of race collressional origin. Right, A
- 39:53little bit suckier, I haven't everything moved all crazy? Give me a second.
- 40:00There was a mike around. Okay, that's a little better. Okay,
- 40:05So, um, this was all together and properful racially extended beyond the
- 40:12brutality of slavery and Jim Krugan Americans experience Asian Americans, for instance, they
- 40:20sure didn't fight? What was since they so? Where was the fight?
- 40:24There was no getting hit in the head with rocks and and clubs and dogs
- 40:30biting Asians balls and gets off? Where was that? Buotage yack and water
- 40:36holes is being thrown on their ass? Where was that? But waterholes is
- 40:40thrown on them? Dogs biting into their growing being smashed the head with budacouse?
- 40:47Where was this that? I missed that footage? Maybe you guys have
- 40:52seen it, you know, sending it to me black you know, black
- 40:54guy, Bide network dot com. Send it to you. I like to
- 40:57see it. So and the late nineteenth century, Chinese Americans in California and
- 41:02elsewhere in the West face discrimination in the workplace and the schools and and the
- 41:08schools and the housing market, and they often had to endimance and do it
- 41:14similar maltreatment upon there And during World War Two, President Rosemith incarcerated over one
- 41:20hundred and twenty thousand Japanese and men interment camps, although they posed no natural
- 41:27security threat, you know, national security threat shortly after nine to eleven South
- 41:31Asian Americans Americans became became president. Levels of deportation and surveillance, as well
- 41:40as discrimination and violence and the workplace, schools and even every day and and
- 41:47any funny. So they had so much racism, they still would never choose
- 41:54as bad as black people. And I still they shill not choose bad as
- 41:59black people as supposed to suffered so much, even all that they're saying in
- 42:04this article, there's no body in this group of people that have suffered as
- 42:12long as in depth as bad as black people. None of them so too.
- 42:21Trying a comparison with their struggle with absolutely idiotic because you didn't see them
- 42:28create a mass protest against it. If airbs trying to fighting their discrimination,
- 42:32there's no mass protestful trying to fight back decision, there's no mask, but
- 42:38none of these people to fight back supremacy. Theyn't get comfortable enjoying as long
- 42:45as they were above black people throngs. They were not on the bottom.
- 42:51They were bottom and getting kicked in the head base to bene put up in
- 42:54the streets. You've never seen them do it. There was some organized to
- 42:59do no fighting and new streets. So let me get back to what was
- 43:04that. Um, Today Asian Americans are both a populace and more than eighteen
- 43:09million and under suspicion as national security. This a live family. That's a
- 43:22lie. You gottagainst their show. Let me say that, Um, they
- 43:27were passing all these anti Asian hate bills. Stop the Asian hate, Asient
- 43:31hate Asian. Now, when black people try to say, you know,
- 43:37even though Lives matter is a fraud, I said it from the inception is
- 43:42made up by white people. But it's people in some way to have people
- 43:45say black lives matter, about the olds of black lives matters, long lives.
- 43:55You did not white people say stop all hate. But when you're talking
- 44:00about say stop easy heat, none of them jumped out the window and said
- 44:05stop all heats. You ain't the white people to say that. Manly si
- 44:09about stop the easy heat, stop easy heat, stop easy heat. No
- 44:14white people said stop all heats. He didn't see the push back and them
- 44:19saying stop all heat. And if you guys got a story, I'm here.
- 44:25I like to hear it. Colin. I was April two. You
- 44:32know they'll be for you to call. I like to hear it. If
- 44:36that's the case, they said stop all easy heat heat. All these politicians,
- 44:43all these feat like did stop the easy eat stop beas eat black people
- 44:45on your break? Kneas you eat passing the booth. Why did nobody wait
- 44:51till you stop all heat? That's comparing him? Is they as what they
- 44:57said people? And that is manner. I thought, what people are white
- 45:05or all or all live love? But you didn't want to say stuff on
- 45:13height. We had the same kind of scenario with the easy and heat ship,
- 45:23stop the easy heat, stop asy heat, stop eating. But you
- 45:28never anybody says stop? Who is right and around the top a heat stopping
- 45:31because at the end of the due family, this is built on ant time.
- 45:40Everything's anti black. That's in your face. That is a clinical they
- 45:45are just giving you. That's a clinical study because concerning us all anyone wasn't
- 45:52say black lives matter, all lives matter, Fuck you niggas, all lives
- 45:55not once? Did you should get up in arms and say stop all hate?
- 46:00Not once? What once? Not once? Dear for my inn it
- 46:12goes off. I was still the ton in that private golf soon anyway,
- 46:15Um so it says um thinking I'm about and the doors are. In nineteen
- 46:25sixties, Asians Americans made huge strides and admissions admissions to the University of California
- 46:31for instam about these these these these these college admissions after they were included in
- 46:37affirmative action plans, ain't the funny. So the Asians got into college.
- 46:43Just stay openly destroyed. Now in the beginning to college, family, what's
- 46:49your the standards? What you're friends? They piggyback on the things that we
- 46:55fought for. They'll be built, but we bled. You got busting the
- 47:01head in the streets, got bought the holes right, So that included in
- 47:09impervative action plans by many Asian Americans can now attend college without the help of
- 47:16a prontive action programs. Others cannot. For many ADAM Southeast Asian students,
- 47:22including Cambodians Wilipinos. When of these heat Mong ahead of his the ocean,
- 47:31I don't know where heat Mong is the ocean. The hope of going to
- 47:37college is more distant than ever, definitely, so these other Asian groups more,
- 47:42it's more distant than ever. So we're can you do with shooting your
- 47:45own ship in your own foot right? So you end up shooting yourself and
- 47:52goddamn foot these other Asian groups that are not as the school like you.
- 47:58But what you don't see, we fought for everybody as black people, and
- 48:02amen like sing that this this no African like us, where the only group
- 48:08of Africans have always fought and thought for everybody. That's what makes suspicial.
- 48:16We're fighting this country, but like I said, no one else was getting
- 48:21knocked in a goddamn head right, no one else was getting No one of
- 48:24those is getting balls attacked from baiting their damn balls. And there's nothing faking
- 48:30with us. No, but they get bed a bit from a full direction.
- 48:32And now on the street. My thumbnail to reaction putting into black people
- 48:37are getting special privilege for you would saying we just read right here that these
- 48:44people offered. They were included in a passion plans where many Asian Americans can
- 48:49now attend college. They were included in the fights that meet the now either
- 48:58is or either it is or is it true? Huh? But I told
- 49:06your family there's black people, grumple. You understand, you got no friends,
- 49:09there's no agey black get down, there's no ground getting it does not
- 49:15exist. These people will stabbing you in the back of every chance they get.
- 49:19And that's what they've shown you. They've shown you what They came around
- 49:22and shown us and said that while we've fucked to get the ass in the
- 49:27school and nothing's been resiperated because we and I'm gonna told you the same people
- 49:31brow but you love everybody except your own people, nobody, but showing people
- 49:37you're blackbody else to speak your damn speak, talk to you crazy, that's
- 49:45what you'll do. Theyers behave at time and time and again. But you
- 49:52walked through and they turn around stabbed us in the back. Ain't that funny?
- 49:55And then they put all these foreigners businesses in. They got Asians with
- 50:00all our black women's hair. Huh, how'd that happened? You did?
- 50:06That was a normal these Asian people who spoken one day and knew how to
- 50:10do black women's hair and compare carry nails. That was purposely given to them
- 50:16by the US government to make sure black people stood in the bottom. They
- 50:21were given loans that you could not get, can't say, had no credit
- 50:24because they're all coming from impoverished, fucked up Asian countries back then. They
- 50:29are all impoverished China wasn't impoverished, Leos wasn't impoverished, wasn't pol impoverished.
- 50:37All these Asian countries basis were all impoverished. So how does people from impoverished
- 50:44countries get loans to build businesses in your neighborhood? Huh at that was in
- 50:52the scam. You're beginning with a group of people, but probably get business
- 50:57loans to build Come in the black community. See none of these ass these
- 51:01Indians in no white community with no businesses. Never see they worn't random to
- 51:09make sure they were sucking money out of the black community. He gets so
- 51:15purposed. It's called self genocide. That's what it's called self genocide. Know
- 51:21what you're looking at? And so tell people I want to see job joby
- 51:24wants to be up early while job's a burling go on Jovian Nobi doesn't do
- 51:30that, young lady, You up early, aren't you? Uh we're gonna
- 51:39read this thing is so it says, um the job get is also biased.
- 51:46Job market is biased? No note as great American civil I'm as great
- 51:51America touching. Who could the job market be biased? White people? Tell
- 51:55me where he says is over. That's what they too got word, the
- 52:00racism is over. Well, I'm crazy that alicism is over. It must
- 52:16be a conspiracy theory. It must be some kind of bad conspiracy theory.
- 52:22I'm living through what's going on. It must be a conspiracy theory. I'm
- 52:30living through. I deal that I would believe in racism will exist. It
- 52:36must be some kind of crazy basket. I must be out of my mind.
- 52:42So because I will say the job market is also bias. Why Asian
- 52:45Americans often bumped up against the glass ceilings, glass ceilings and the most nationally.
- 52:53Nationally, Americans have greater education attainment, including graduate and to degrees.
- 53:00But lord per capital, if youre managerial jobs and whites with the same education,
- 53:07that's a lie. Because I've been told that the ages now have the
- 53:14highest salaries. That's what I've been told. I'm gona talking about these Indian
- 53:19Asian talking about the Chinese and Japanese Asian heday ones making all the highest page
- 53:25people here. But that's a lie. But the income I did that ba
- 53:32education. Asian Americans are oftensive hard workers, but not leadership leadership material for
- 53:37aggressive to be managers and entrepreneurs. Communities of cold have borne the both of
- 53:45racial inequality. So who are who are these people who cold are talking about?
- 53:52Asian people do not consider themselves people of color, Chinese, Japanese.
- 54:00He fell on a trick back family by talking this colorism shit. These people
- 54:05do not see themselves as colored people. You see that's a color, do
- 54:08you? They're invited in white people. They don't believe in me in the
- 54:12sun. You see the average Asian Chinese person, They white as shit?
- 54:16What people of color we do talk about what people color? Is this?
- 54:21But they're trying to lump them in with you so they get your benefits when
- 54:25they do not even identify. We know that the Hispanic do not identify as
- 54:31people are colored and dark Hispanics and on their driver license and in their documents
- 54:36in allusional and how white supremaci has captured the mind of the planets. That's
- 54:44all white supremacis. Where the white supremacy is not sophisticated. That's how you
- 54:47have a little mestizeo running right here. License then say called poison. He
- 54:52say h bruh. There's the way you believe you're Callcasian, I'm a colclusion.
- 55:00Listen, you might be happy, but you have Asian but you're not
- 55:06Caucasian. You might be have Asian because you're mongoloid. Yeah, but there's
- 55:12no white and not meridiculous. White supremacy works because all the documents are say,
- 55:19don't say any kind of brown, any kind of brown brown. None
- 55:27of the documents say brown. I'm good, job, I'm good, I'm
- 55:34good. So uh let me see. So it says, I say,
- 55:39community and colors have bunted to put a racial inequalities committed out by our immigration
- 55:47system. And the tourist Chinese Exclusion Act is gone. But the reform bars
- 55:55migrants from working without authors. That's a lie. He are not bullied immigrants,
- 56:01so that's a lie. And he got his god damn man military and
- 56:06he fewing across the southern point now. And then a goddamn thing being done
- 56:10by this weak break ass Democratic Party that your negroes are vote for. You
- 56:17can't tell me nothing beneficial for voting. Putters debat sass party. And this
- 56:25act I'm reading, this is the act that London bands. Johnson said his
- 56:31words not long, not mine, and I'm paraphrasing his quote. I will
- 56:38have these niggas that put us niggas. I will have these niggas, but
- 56:45democratic for any years half right, because have been sixty years, been Brie.
- 56:51That's done nothing but my open contempt and distances as a people by they
- 56:58wonting everybody else long business loans up in our community. They've done but spitting
- 57:02and lock your black ass up. That's what they're giving black people. Police
- 57:07be proud of and been locking your ass up, that's what they gave us.
- 57:12Cities like mad Max. Ex family. Black woman's all out of control.
- 57:17She's a nation. Our cities and our communities look like a scene out
- 57:21of Mad Max. The black community is like a scene out of Mad Max.
- 57:30Poor ass men, feminine, run out of control, can't control themselves.
- 57:34Our communities have been destroyed. And understand that's been a vested effort.
- 57:39Don't think that happened by austin motion. You're just a bad look accident.
- 57:45This has been a plan. This has been a plan. That's why I
- 57:50chold you about twenty fifty black and get the ship together. You would be
- 57:53nothing, you would have me, you would have no wealth at all.
- 58:00Everybody smashed that life. But we got a thousand people up in him.
- 58:02Was everybody that we got thousand people in the chat room, smashed that life
- 58:06button. Damnit. So okay, but they last could be shows. We've
- 58:10had a thousand blew my mind. It's like the old days. Like they're
- 58:15gonna stop. They're gonna stop this soon, like who dad? But anyway,
- 58:21so there are one million undocumented Asian Americans who cannot legally work. The
- 58:30mean of the two million individual deported since two thousands, they were immigrants of
- 58:36Asian descent. They you know this a lie because the agents have built up
- 58:40their own separate economy. You got Chinatowns all over there here, you got
- 58:45China twian In. I row we Kenya down because it's Chinatowns all over the
- 58:51goddamn United States. We didn't working Lamleys, so I didn't have a jobs.
- 58:58They have a whole community of China towns all around the United States,
- 59:05don't United States? You got China towns. Anybody outlaw that, any kind
- 59:08of town that black people booked, it was bombed and destroyed. You're saying
- 59:15that every time black people tried to build their own separate town and community and
- 59:20it was successful, who came and blew it out? Kept black people destroyed
- 59:25it and with never and nobody ever went to prison for these hangous crimes.
- 59:30No one Mad Max is like as Mad Max U. I told you guys,
- 59:39like I told you guys, I was in Memphis. I don't want
- 59:44to please date this chizel Gold. I wanted to try to go look it
- 59:46up. I remember where his sister lived. That I's got to be telling
- 59:51Ustard. And so I drove, and his sisters still lived in this place,
- 59:55right, And I hate the South. I hate the South. Man
- 1:00:00ain't right and so pretty slash that was like but exactly spash matter ain't to
- 1:00:07sound pretty. But you know, she got rid of me before I could
- 1:00:15get rid of hurt. I didn't like that, so I let him.
- 1:00:19I'm gonna let me see let me bosom oh nfn years. I was like
- 1:00:22twenty years. I ain't seen this chick right longer than that. So I
- 1:00:27wanted to go seek. So um I went my assists as just a little
- 1:00:32in the same place. And she says she gives this part of town right,
- 1:00:37and she gave here and I went in there, man, and this
- 1:00:40one mad nights on steroids and I don't know. It was like it was
- 1:00:45like a part of Memphis was this west whatever. I ain't know a party.
- 1:00:49I and old golog with it went to it. And let me tell
- 1:00:54you, I'm not too scared of many things. I spent a god,
- 1:00:59this was some scary shit. What he would care? It's just like we
- 1:01:06have been destroyed, as we've been destroyed to live in this kind of dangerous
- 1:01:13situations. She because the sister game and asked he I won't be seeing this.
- 1:01:17Boy told me listen with this life ain't been good for her ass.
- 1:01:25That's what a gift. That's what's a gift for getting rid of me?
- 1:01:29What's that rid of my ass? And we end up that and the Book
- 1:01:35of Eli exactly right there? That was that was a book of Eli.
- 1:01:37Shit. Damn man, I mean people like getting shit, drug open for
- 1:01:44ud people hopfully doing drugs, and I thought about doing the McDonald's's. I
- 1:01:50might get shot, get shot trying to get a big knack around this bitch.
- 1:01:54I gotta get out of here. Run about friend of my left.
- 1:02:00Man, you ain't be hood hood keeping a long time, I said,
- 1:02:02I know. Mans disturbed, I said, I don't even be in the
- 1:02:06hood. I'm mess some scary shit. There's some disturbing ass shit. I
- 1:02:12used to be up la, but that I'm the world would be frightening,
- 1:02:17motherfucking now getting out shooting somebody ship getting stabbed. It's a sass And it
- 1:02:37was sad because it was a Michael causing of the Micael causem for Black America
- 1:02:40looks like that. There's a microL cause. H new Jackson, I don't
- 1:02:45just talking about I know you're talking about the Carter. I know you're talking
- 1:02:46about the David Carter. New jack said. It is a you know,
- 1:02:52um, I said, and know the most black communities, that's how do
- 1:02:59you make it out of that? What the hope given? Black people?
- 1:03:02No hope? Now family? And that was four years ago. I said
- 1:03:07that be four years ago. I'm talking the front of my mass four years
- 1:03:10ago. Shit, hey is our opening hood? And I said, man,
- 1:03:16that was some scary as shit. But I agree on the front,
- 1:03:22that was some scary air shitting on the car mas you walking through that shit?
- 1:03:27Mann were the shot rob crazy? I said, no, I won't
- 1:03:34be checking our shoulder, but I'm out of head around get card jacked around.
- 1:03:38This bitch told me on my cart hit me in the back of the
- 1:03:43head. Let me get my ass out of Oh. But see situation we
- 1:03:55were living a hope. We're living in despair of family. That's the majority
- 1:04:00of black neighbors in America. It's a scene out of Mad Max. It's
- 1:04:04a scene that out of Mad Max. It's all despaired. How do you
- 1:04:09grow up in these areas and be able to make it out? There's no
- 1:04:14hope there. It's all despaired as a hope. And it's god damned place.
- 1:04:18It's all despaired. There's no hope. This ship is all despaired.
- 1:04:25Crazy so is grazy. So we're gonna say, um uh, let me
- 1:04:34just start here again. Our civil rights protections provide no remedy for discriminatory migration
- 1:04:44laws. We must modernize our civil rights, but racial discrimination all pigracition systems.
- 1:04:54Fifty years after the Civil rights and this and this is an old article.
- 1:04:57This, this article is probably ten years ago. He's happen the Civil
- 1:05:00Letts Act. And he's the man's like other minorities that have such celebrate but
- 1:05:04not but yet, but not yet true equal justice under law, All Americans,
- 1:05:13all Americans of good wills, should keep striving for the goal. So
- 1:05:16you know, I just wanted to prove something that how these Asians who out
- 1:05:20here acting and happy that they destroyed the one thing that black people thought they
- 1:05:26ass as well. They told you none of these people. We go back
- 1:05:30to this picture right here. None of these people you see you see no
- 1:05:34Asians said she's blacks and whites. White people didn't want to give a shit.
- 1:05:39This is just a This was just to humanus law. The fightingmall the
- 1:05:43bats in the head and not Damn Peterson ball sacks out dogs biting the women's

- 1:07:00one off. I can do this quick now, just to show this coon.
- 1:07:09Okay, who's gonna play a not y'all. You know I'm in this
- 1:07:12jet that we can play this or not. Let me see here. You
- 1:07:15know you got Clarence Thomas, one of the main boom coons. You got.
- 1:07:23Now, I'm gonna try to play this. I don't know if it's
- 1:07:25gonna work or not. I'm gonna go work ant, but yeah, I'm
- 1:07:30one of the main boom coons right here, Clarence Thomas, who from OFM
- 1:07:34Action Help and Charge. They always picked the meat pick instead of and give
- 1:07:40us somebody else a handout. He's gonna cut the stead of him giving you
- 1:07:44a land, or he's gonna cut the lad off so you can't get where
- 1:07:46he's at. They always picked the same bootlicking handkerchief, head house, negro
- 1:07:54scump. That's what they talk to a few key people about this. Andrew
- 1:07:57Brennan and twenty nineteen UNC Chapel Hill grad who was heading to Columbia law school
- 1:08:00this fall. Perhaps I'm no longer it's gonna last ya. You know,
- 1:08:04two attorneys and They told CNN last year that his parents taught informative action helped
- 1:08:09black osper and they also testified in the Lower Court hearing on this case and
- 1:08:13then attend how are A graduated to Berkeley last spring, the first in her
- 1:08:15family to finish college in California, race conscious admissions and nextities for more than
- 1:08:20two decades. She told The New York Times about what she faced at Berkeley.
- 1:08:25Quote refer to themselves as the one point nine percent their hut in population
- 1:08:29down from one point nine has been twenty years in California. I didn't even
- 1:08:34know state has been banded at California for twenty years and they only one at
- 1:08:40missions at Berkeley one percent percent Berkeley black people represented in the student body,
- 1:08:47but at one percent percent. Oh Tho's no systis, are rights, no
- 1:08:55sythings racism. So my imagination, people just don't work. Are enough,
- 1:09:00you lazy niggas digits years just a year before the band you feel isolated,
- 1:09:05she said, also with us Jackson, the former Chicago Public school's chief,
- 1:09:10is now the CEO of Hope Chicago, which pays for college for thousands of
- 1:09:15Chicago area students and their parents, and its first year Hope, Chicago says
- 1:09:18college enrollment for students percent. She's what she told sixty minutes. You have
- 1:09:26to that's the bottom line. And I may be biased, but I do
- 1:09:30believe education is the single most powerful way to disrupt generational poverty. It is,
- 1:09:35former President of Obama, it is. But it depends on what you've
- 1:09:40been educated now, not as they'll be getting the cards. It really wiz
- 1:09:45to keep the people ignorant, that you keep them dominated, they keep them
- 1:09:49good. Ignorance has always been the besiness Mighty one is reading in slavery,
- 1:09:54you dominatega. So so I was your in your benefit to keep your principal
- 1:10:00ignorant s B. I learned that's in your benefit to dominate. You don't
- 1:10:05want an educated populace because educated properis will always rise up and fight for equality,
- 1:10:13injustice and with a demand. And what they you know, they're they're
- 1:10:17old. And that's why family it's up in apart. Our schools were black
- 1:10:25excellence. That's what thing I'll never tell you. Lest they started us for
- 1:10:30resources from the primary school to the college education, these were black places of
- 1:10:39excellent. As a family unit, the black man, the black women were
- 1:10:43together. We were like, we knew our roles, we knew our places,
- 1:10:46we were allow to destroyed people. Then understand that we were now to
- 1:10:49destroyed people wies and thirties forties, go back and look at just that some
- 1:10:54old movies and look at the behavior black people, black women, black men.
- 1:10:58It was respectful, it was honorable, it was loving caring. That
- 1:11:01was dangerous. So they implemented a plot to destroy that. You need to
- 1:11:06know that. And then and the black woman was teaching these black children when
- 1:11:14she felt a sense of pride and a sense of of of actual willness because
- 1:11:17that was her shet these children. She was responsible for them because they were
- 1:11:24hers, they were black, so it was a sense of pride and end
- 1:11:28them up with a good educational foundation. So even though we were separate,
- 1:11:33we were starting to dominate educational educationally. See that's another fact that they won't
- 1:11:41tell you. We were starting to dominate educationally. So that memory turned about
- 1:11:45the hidden history ship, the hidden un It was a thing called with the
- 1:11:48blades, the hidden hidden signs Ladies of Nasa. The black women went to
- 1:11:54a black school as kids because nothing was integrated back then. They got there
- 1:12:00was in Nassai sixties where were still siglict to them. But they grew up
- 1:12:04in black society. Black as excellent. That's a threat to white power.
- 1:12:12You need to know that none of a threat to white power. That black
- 1:12:15woman educating black children was a threat, and she was doing it so be
- 1:12:19down there were becoming passing white power. These children were sold for advanced because
- 1:12:29they were separate and they were taught with love, understanding, integration. Mary.
- 1:12:36Now you grow up in white schools that can't stand jazz. They don't
- 1:12:40like it. You got a prison of pipeline system going on because there's no
- 1:12:44benefit in teaching you to overtass and standing. That's why your whole system is
- 1:12:49deranged. Now, while we got mad k Max out here going happening,
- 1:12:55they were put to educate their slaves to overthrow their rule. And when we
- 1:13:00were setting apart, we were always rising. They were too about the tosas
- 1:13:05and the drums and the and the rose was much more than that. Every
- 1:13:13black society, every blacks a town wasn't six by itself. So many throughout
- 1:13:18the Midwest, Texas, everywhere, California wasn't success that it don't teaching about
- 1:13:25when we were left alone, we always possible. We always rise. We
- 1:13:30were not at deranged people left alone, left the thrive on our own.
- 1:13:36My children will well behaved. Threat Now the I hit Kenny read on a
- 1:13:41fourth grade level, on a third grade level, because it's now implemented by
- 1:13:45them, as that had I spent a little black sixty seventy years extreme,
- 1:13:51they can read on the goddamn college level, as as as teagents in our
- 1:13:57primary school individuals. You go h the kitty to read on that letter at
- 1:14:00all? What happened between then and now? What happened yesterday? I hope
- 1:14:08Chicago's work. In his statement after the Supreme Court ruling, Andrew janis all
- 1:14:13drumming. Now, good morning, and thank you all. Andrew. Let
- 1:14:15me begin with you striking, and I think important is the way that you
- 1:14:18discuss affirmative action, the role it has had in your life. And you
- 1:14:23don't shy away from the fact that you said, you know, I may
- 1:14:25not have been a law school but for this, but here is why it
- 1:14:28is so important. Can you speak to the decision, Andrew absolutely, you
- 1:14:32know yesterday's decision was disappointing. When I first came to UNC Chapel Hill,
- 1:14:40I was one of eleven percent of the campus that was African American in a
- 1:14:44state of North Carolina that was twenty two percent African American. I had grown
- 1:14:48up in the South of my entire life, but it wasn't until being on
- 1:14:53campus whinc that I first Confederate rally. And so it's that this lossy was
- 1:14:59brought and it's swapped. He experienced a can do it rally in twenty twenty
- 1:15:05where twenty twenty more wherever this with the last he is, so we'll say
- 1:15:10between twenty twenty one and twenty three on UNC campus Family eight rally purely racist,
- 1:15:19a damn base, openly racist, a confer Confederate rally. But the
- 1:15:27things are chased easy. Different things are chasy because you see his being racist,
- 1:15:32open being racist. When we say openly to your face that we're being
- 1:15:36racist, that's your imagination, nigga, that's your imagination. Get yourself together.
- 1:15:43Understand it's the thing about our hero, it's our racism, it's our
- 1:15:46heritage. We're donna tell you. I so many suits of color, like
- 1:15:54myself, sought to lawsuit so that our perspectives could be included in the record.
- 1:15:59Harry, can you speak experience at Berkeley. I read a little bit
- 1:16:02of what you told the New York Times about you know, being called the
- 1:16:05one point nine percent, but also people they're questioning if you should be there
- 1:16:11or if it's which was just because of your race, which is you know,
- 1:16:15not based back given race conscious admissions have been Black people in a planet.
- 1:16:18They keep asking you, should you be there? They gotta raise you
- 1:16:21and probably in degradation and confusion, swearching your potential and the fuy thing most
- 1:16:28of you still do. They gotta keep it as children with the passes they
- 1:16:32developed little passes with everything. You're the smartest people on the planet, but
- 1:16:36you must be given an unfearable because you dominate everything, not just sports.
- 1:16:43It may keep everything hard for you to succeed. They say hard. There
- 1:16:48are you supposed to even to be here? Say that Black people supposed to
- 1:16:53be stupid. That's the story. They've been stayed forever. Larger m child.
- 1:16:59They have legacy for rams where they get to go just because their daddy
- 1:17:03granted those legacy programs. I get to go because my father went. There
- 1:17:09were no back in the day, was only like one of these colleges you
- 1:17:11weren't allowed in. There were no people allowed into any of these colleges,
- 1:17:15so there is no legacy built up for black people. And black people don't
- 1:17:20have what legacy, what revenue, legacy? What black people can even be?
- 1:17:27So forty percent of these colleges deal with legacy. I just because I'm
- 1:17:32white, because my granddaddy, that's it. But you're not a small matter
- 1:17:36whether I'm small, my granddaddy went here and daddy went that's what's up called
- 1:17:42legacy? Why didn't not whether Supreme Court not giving me the legacy? Is
- 1:17:48that I'm why these white people going against legacy? Family? I told you
- 1:17:53with them it is never about any equality, any fair. They're dying out
- 1:17:57as a people that you are. Now make sure they got complete control literatry
- 1:18:00and from my minority state like they do in South Africa. You understand this.
- 1:18:05Who want to set the laws up now so it can rule as a
- 1:18:09minority in South Africa? Because Leo, how's legacy? How's legacy there?
- 1:18:17Because your granddaddy went here? So what why you get the right to bed?
- 1:18:21I don't because your I ain't daddy and your daddy and your great great
- 1:18:25granddaddy went here, wasn't no one. That's how I'm gonna black a line
- 1:18:28be coming in no way legacy should be completely eradicated then, because when you
- 1:18:35create the legacy, black people will not allowed to attend those university to be
- 1:18:43black. When I alive to attend those university because we were black. So
- 1:18:47why's the legacy any funny? And you're none of the agents go up in
- 1:18:53legacy family, They got no rested inst go until they want to be comfortable
- 1:18:58in the busts. Why any of the these Asians never talked about legacy and
- 1:19:03they're pointing like a hand's always a ward against us as a people. You
- 1:19:08need to know that the princess we must be united. It ages go against
- 1:19:14the legacy policy of entities, of course not of course they didn't told one
- 1:19:19them go at the legacy program of the school. It de tholds you when
- 1:19:24he said stop the Asian stop all heat. Same way we're in the fake
- 1:19:28Black lives matter, stop black letter, not the fake movement. With this,
- 1:19:32the fact that black lives matter, all these black people, old lives
- 1:19:38matter, old lives walk through the cars, have whole lives matter all the
- 1:19:44world. Rabbit with it. All lives matter. How dare you you're dirty
- 1:19:47and then talking about black lives matter, old liar Horner having again anaerism,
- 1:19:55anaerism. But all lives matter. But when it initiates stop the Asian neat,
- 1:20:01no one white said stop all heat duty, no're gonna have an analysm.
- 1:20:09No one went crazy. No one says stop all heat. Let us
- 1:20:14never see it. Stop all heat, stop all heat, not Asian heat.
- 1:20:17I just Asian heat, stop all heat, stoph hate and didn't trigger
- 1:20:21nobody white. He didn't trigger not once. I Oh, that's why you
- 1:20:26need no friends. There's black people who better get your head out of your
- 1:20:31ass and realize you hate the week. Once anybody said stop eight when they
- 1:20:40were screaming at Asian heat. Ship in your face now once But you say
- 1:20:48you black lives do matter. We didn't killed black lives all nigga all out
- 1:20:54of damn you and lives like all lives matter. That's what you got.
- 1:21:00That's got. I'm there more than two decades. Do you support what the
- 1:21:05court did here? No? Absolutely not. It's already very difficult at public
- 1:21:14schools in California who were have been struggling to get the numbers back up since
- 1:21:18nineteen ninety six. They have to do they have to circumvage California support a
- 1:21:25liberal state. That's my state. California's was a liberal state during theres back
- 1:21:30in ninety six. There's already twenty years in the making in California. It's
- 1:21:38already fast in the thirty years ninety six, a thirty years in the making
- 1:21:43that they overturn that pass in California a liberal state. And I try to
- 1:21:48tell you these liberals are just as racist and naked as these conservatives. There's
- 1:21:57no touch cards groups. That's why people we cannot identify ourselves as a or
- 1:22:03a conservative. You got morons out here talking about a black conservatives what the
- 1:22:08hell is that? Or a black liberal? What is that? But if
- 1:22:13you're telling me you're an absolute mora, that you're an absolute moraq, start
- 1:22:17with your black conservative where your conservative white supremacy. That's what conservative means.
- 1:22:23I'm conservating my right power. Liberalism means to support an O'Connor. We could
- 1:22:28ask the bocher's ass shit like pentophedia and and LGBTQ and on all the wacky
- 1:22:33ship transgender ship. So we've fallen one of those categories. As black people,
- 1:22:43we can't be identified in the Bachering's ship the left to the right.
- 1:22:46It does not identify with us as a people, so we must become politically
- 1:22:53mature. I'm the laws in a way, like students have to put in
- 1:22:58such work since starts so overworked at UC Berkeley, especially black student and extra
- 1:23:02recruited nine being passed banning affirmative and so it's it was very difficult to even
- 1:23:08get black students to attend. And also my first year UC Berkeley was rated
- 1:23:14the lowest um you see for black students, as in like it was the
- 1:23:19worst through a USC study. Being my first year um was real to me
- 1:23:25and students were upset and even more work to make students even want to come
- 1:23:30to UC Berkeley. So it's very difficult and I do not agree with ruling
- 1:23:34at all. Justice Thomas Um wrote in his concurrent, while I am painfully
- 1:23:40with social and economic ravages which have fallen my race and all who suffered discrimination.
- 1:23:44Oh, these boots always going to give you hip service, These boot
- 1:23:51licking handkerchief in house negros, always going to give you hip service. Looked
- 1:24:00up and impoverished. But I still don't turned because I'm married to a ripe
- 1:24:03and a working woman, and I'm looking right eyes every night, so damn
- 1:24:10you niggas. I'm looking right us every night. And my white woman said,
- 1:24:15you did not You did not fun these niggas or they ain't an eat
- 1:24:23cunchy from you, old beat up cunchy for you, nigga, you can't
- 1:24:28hand up up cunchy unless you make sure you gets these niggas. Don't brot
- 1:24:34me baby home, no old tie waggony eyes punchy. I'm gonna go where
- 1:24:43you white people with bay body. They got me on it to make sure
- 1:24:46about body gets that. You know they called me handkerchief y Clarence and what
- 1:24:54they called me in school. It claims I did this. Morama was once
- 1:25:00a black panther. Can you imagine it? Thomas, It's some shameful shit
- 1:25:09I hold out in during Hope. This country well clearly enunciated in the Declaration
- 1:25:13of Independence and the continent at all are created, are equal citizens and must
- 1:25:16be treated equally before the law. Kara. He sees that finally treating black
- 1:25:23students equally. And you say the Declaration of Independence was written when black people
- 1:25:30were so I wouldn't necessarily take something that was when you know, black people
- 1:25:38weren't even to have education, and that goes how hard black people have had
- 1:25:44it versus others, especially African Americans in this country, who have a legacy
- 1:25:49of being beaten down and having to pull ourselves up by the bootstraps for lack
- 1:25:56of better words, to even get to where we are. So we do
- 1:26:00need things like affirmative action to level the playing field for us. And the
- 1:26:03whole book cases centered around in the fourteenth Amendment, and see the reason I
- 1:26:10really I'm so glad you could join us this morning because you work with the
- 1:26:15kids. The work that you do at Hope Chicago. I should note obviously
- 1:26:18something started by a friend of mine, Pete Cadence, But what you do
- 1:26:23there is send children to college for free and one of their parents. So
- 1:26:29I'm interested in what this will mean for them one year, two years,
- 1:26:32ten years down the line. Yeah. One of the most common questions we
- 1:26:39get all the time. Hey Dawson, can I see some lives right now?
- 1:26:43We're at the warehouse where you're seeing. Yeah. Well, let make
- 1:26:45no mistake the decision was definitely a setback for students, in particular Black students
- 1:26:50and Latino students across this country. At hope. Always gotta see these all
- 1:27:00these big Hankinson head brads like her about black people. They always got through
- 1:27:04because she's a tool. Always get the lingo and let kinos. What the
- 1:27:11fuck did let Tino's got to do with this? And where did they ride
- 1:27:14with us? Became out last month people getting you oples, very shooting black
- 1:27:18people writings. But a we one of these hangers like her got that you
- 1:27:24let tinos They're gonna do an a lego for black people, Kago. We
- 1:27:30introduced this as a solution to make sure and remove more barriers for black and
- 1:27:33Latino students and first generation students to have this. This is at another door,
- 1:27:39and as Kyra pointed out in her remarks, you're going to see more
- 1:27:43and more students having to circumvent different processes, which again is yet another barrier
- 1:27:47towards the promise of education. UM I think educators and decision makers are upset
- 1:27:54by this. My message to folks is that we really have to get out
- 1:27:57here and being creatively about how we don't lose the ground that we've made this
- 1:28:00generation. But make no mispirit, Well do you think you can do?
- 1:28:04That? Does make your job harder and those kids into the collelute colleges.
- 1:28:11Even with the windows that justice roberts when you can still write about it in
- 1:28:15essays, et cetera, you just can't check a box. Yeah, let's
- 1:28:19let's take a step back. Black and Latino first generation students have always had
- 1:28:24to be twice as good, much more to have equal access. That has
- 1:28:28been When do you ever where in Latino say let tino and black. Never,
- 1:28:33She's already Boughton brief for a family, So she's she's already Boughton.
- 1:28:38People never and nobody say let tino and black lettin you never none of they
- 1:28:42people say let tune and black. Ever, they never mention this in your
- 1:28:45conversations. So she's already Boughton brief for a tool. You never hear them
- 1:28:49say let tino and black. It's about Latino and black people in black,
- 1:28:55Latino black. Well, she keeps emphasizing black and Letino, black and Latino
- 1:29:00black and Letino is if there's some black nation when there has never been any
- 1:29:08black and brown cool black and brown LENI with these folks. Ever, Ever,
- 1:29:14a vest education and higher ed system for three continue to put long place
- 1:29:18that make it more difficult. Not only is it more difficult for the students
- 1:29:23and the families. It's much more differ the colleges who had tremendous strides in
- 1:29:27trying to diversify them. This just makes it harder. And you only have
- 1:29:30to look at California and look at what Prop two oh nine. Did you
- 1:29:33see a complete reduction and black students in particular attending some of the most at
- 1:29:40least in California. Be the same thing across this country. I would also
- 1:29:43voices and do things like what we're doing that hopeful to remove more barriers.
- 1:29:47And your question to you your family, I should just a little background for
- 1:29:50folks. Are your families up from middle class? Or father was Dan at
- 1:29:53the University of Kentucky Law school. I just bring that out because they think
- 1:29:56it relates to what Justice Roberts said during oral arguments in this case. He
- 1:30:00said, let's say his talking about any student viewpoints tend to be very close
- 1:30:03with white applicants. At a great upbringing, comfortable, his parents went to
- 1:30:08Harvard, He's a legacy, and yet under your system when he checks African
- 1:30:12American legacy, he's a legacy. But I'm talking about the legacy program.
- 1:30:17So Justice Roberts is adding granddaddy with the Harvard, so automatically he gets accepted
- 1:30:26in the Harvard because he's a legacy. Any of the Asians talking about whether
- 1:30:30the legacy program for white people, no, because they knew that would have
- 1:30:34been their rage, I guess, And so they go play a low hanging
- 1:30:40fruit. And that's the short people. First they asked, we got Robbie
- 1:30:44with them, We rolled their backs that they got the legislation pass for us,
- 1:30:47that benefit the benefit the rest of us. Well, we're not stupid
- 1:30:53enough to try to go up the legacy, which is the most unfair ever
- 1:30:59legacy. You get the girl kids. Your daddy went here. God,
- 1:31:02yeah, but my daddy and granddaddy went. So my granddaddy and my daddy
- 1:31:09went, my legacy. Why did the Asians go up to that? Since
- 1:31:14they were so worried about people get in school, why they go up to
- 1:31:17that that this bastard right here is a legacy still hit. He didn't want
- 1:31:26his merits as daddy and as granddaddy went there, and those were the kids.
- 1:31:31That's why he's as us a Supreme Court justice. That there was lawyers
- 1:31:35in his educational line. He's a legacy. That's how white power works,
- 1:31:42white puggage works, which they try to tell you that doesn't exist. And
- 1:31:45when he plunting out so easily, all upset that you, Oh no,
- 1:31:49I tell you, do you need to talk about white pules doesn't exist,
- 1:31:54Daddy. The question that Justice Roberts raised, what is your reaction, Well,
- 1:32:00I think, first of all, I'm sorry, go ahead, and
- 1:32:03Herman, yeah, yeah, okay. Putting aside the fact that Justice Roberts's
- 1:32:09comments ignore this case and how you and Sigue uses race in the process,
- 1:32:14it speaks to a fundamental fallacy here. You cannot have a race blind admissions
- 1:32:19when our country itself is race blind. So the answer to your question is
- 1:32:25yes, even the sons of law school deans experience racial harassment, racial hostility,
- 1:32:31and racial prejudice on a regular basis. The subject of college admissions essay
- 1:32:38was about how all throughout high school I was called an oreo. That meant
- 1:32:42that I was black on the and white on the good grades in school.
- 1:32:45That's the kind of black experience. Black people supposed to be, light people
- 1:32:50supposed to be eis not on his political both that he's smart and because white
- 1:32:57people are the ones that are smart, that black consisted. That's the stereotype

- 1:33:17the movies, they're goopy ass wraps. All this ridiculous ass music that guys
- 1:33:23looking like it's all over the world, I supposed to demonstrates a black mind.
- 1:33:28Today, niggababble, bunch of niggababble, Grand Pappy, Grand Pappy build
- 1:33:40within is that black students need to write about. And that's justice. So
- 1:33:44to mayor appointed out her descent. Because of today's decision, the police can
- 1:33:48consisting my suspicion of a crime, but a college admission officer can't consider my
- 1:33:55race when assessing my potential to contribute to us. What they said it was
- 1:33:59so honest skill a socials tell out and tell all your nigga you're pro the
- 1:34:02crime. You're a dirty nigga, you're proing the crime. So we're gonna
- 1:34:09assist that your dirty nigga. Most likely you're gonna be trying to steal because
- 1:34:12you're a nigga. We're gonna make sure we uh racially you, but we're
- 1:34:17not gonna racial profile you to get your old skiffs gonna benefit you because it's
- 1:34:21not in the build. It's not in the benefit of white wark right,
- 1:34:26so's not not benefit to empower you nigga benefit us and one eye oder the
- 1:34:34statured logic. I play here and everyone is hurt by that, not just
