- 0:00[SPEAKER_02]: I do not like that type of stuff.
- 0:01[SPEAKER_02]: He will win nothing.
- 0:02[SPEAKER_02]: There's a bit many has been disappointing from match D1.
- 0:04[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't think he's got nearly enough scrutiny on his game for a new signing.
- 0:08[SPEAKER_02]: It's a Ryan Cherokee show once again.
- 0:11[SPEAKER_00]: The sharks are circling now.
- 0:13[SPEAKER_00]: Laminiamal?
- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: Two are six.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: There is no one like Laminiamal before they just point you.
- 0:17[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome everybody, this is Sports Illustrated Football Club, your weekly show here on Sports Illustrated is the first time you're watching us, I'm Alessandro Emiti, and I'm joined by Aspsolutely Stars at the table, the AI football, Les Bousini.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome, Les!
- 0:36[SPEAKER_00]: I'll take you there, whatever, you should take it, and the man who asks for a best of budget to release his fights.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then he went to talk to the man himself, look at the lawyer, Chao Luca.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_02]: Hello, Alessandro, how are you?
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, good, I'm good, guys.
- 0:50[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to nickname for you, Norman.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_02]: Hey, we're talking about the files that we're going to call it.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_02]: We'll give you since you look like him, he'll fall on it.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, I'm so shaky now.
- 0:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so shaky about that.
- 1:00[SPEAKER_00]: I was not convinced.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_03]: It looked convinced by the truth.
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's not convinced as at all.
- 1:04[SPEAKER_00]: I was the weekend, yes.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was good.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_02]: I'm still waiting for me to get out of the plane.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's been like three or four weeks now.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: We haven't played a game.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just observing that.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just observing every single game.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_02]: But a lot of action, a lot of drama.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_02]: The Premier League is looking interesting at the moment.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I'm going to say.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_02]: Interesting, Premier League.
- 1:21[SPEAKER_02]: I was your weekend.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_03]: Very good.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_03]: We're blocking the top four event.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_03]: So I can't complain.
- 1:25[SPEAKER_00]: I see.
- 1:26[SPEAKER_00]: I see you're in the top four Luciano Spaletti, renew his contract.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: So happy days for Luca.
- 1:31[SPEAKER_00]: And happy days for the Premier League.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_00]: I would say before we start, historic and historical weekend in the football world because in the top five league, we have the first woman manager, Union Berlin, Marie Luiz Eta.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_00]: What do we think of it?
- 1:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's crazy.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_02]: That's absolutely crazy.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_02]: I was doing some research on it, right?
- 1:52[SPEAKER_02]: Because obviously it's a incredible thing.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_02]: It's a history.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_02]: But she's already very well appreciated at Union Berlin.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: I believe if I'm not mistaken, she's already had a minor stint as the head coach.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_02]: I think she came in for a few games, but she's been on the coaching staff.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_02]: I think by her own fan base, she's known as like fusible golf or something like that, which means like translated to football goddess.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_02]: Like yeah.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_02]: So already she's very well-heralded in that club.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_02]: So I wish her all the best.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_02]: It's a big job.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_02]: Obviously she has the very unenviable task of being the first
- 2:22[SPEAKER_02]: To almost trailblaze for the rest that come after, so I wish you the best of luck.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's history right there.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_03]: She's set in the blueprint for the football.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_02]: That's like, you can do either, right?
- 2:31[SPEAKER_03]: That's like easy, so.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_03]: There won't be, but she's very well established already, so I think she'll do very well.
- 2:36[SPEAKER_00]: Best of luck to her, and now it's time to jump in the Premier League.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_00]: They only league probably with a title race that's still alive.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_00]: Because it's like Syria, it's just plus nine, Barcelona, plus nine, so Premier League, what happened with the Arsenal?
- 2:54[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this was supposed to be the league.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_02]: I was also wrapped up, right?
- 2:57[SPEAKER_00]: It was plus light as well, too, but now, then we saw a Manchester City fan with a bottle and a Stanford bridge.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: So something is going on.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_00]: I want to start with you, Luca, because last week you had some before, Tata.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: What about this week?
- 3:13[SPEAKER_00]: What happened?
- 3:13[SPEAKER_03]: Look man, I'll tell you I've never been a fan of him even over the last few years.
- 3:17[SPEAKER_03]: I've never liked him.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_02]: I couldn't tell from last weekend.
- 3:21[SPEAKER_03]: No, it's nothing, post, I don't know the guy personally, but from a footballing point of view, I just think I'll tell you he's not established as awesome fans making them out to be.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_03]: When I hear them talk about the best coaches in the world for some strange bizarre reason, they put him in that sort of conversation as
- 3:35[SPEAKER_03]: top two, top three and I think how can you rationalize like that?
- 3:37[SPEAKER_03]: Because I think when you're judging like managers and players, the two very different things, and I think you can base a manager solely or form.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_03]: I think when you're at top club like Arson, who are one of the biggest clubs in the world, to have a good resume, you need to win titles, you need to lift silver when he's not done that in the last six years, he's his only trophy or relevant trophy came in 2020, when he won the FA Cup.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_03]: And I look at this game here, Arson were absolutely dreadful, there was no creativity, there was no spark in it defensively, they were weak, which is
- 4:05[SPEAKER_03]: And I think a lot of question marks are now arising within the arsenal of fan base around our tata And I just was the first to see it to be on it.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_03]: Ha!

- 4:19[SPEAKER_02]: This is incredible man.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_02]: I've seen people have beef with players.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_02]: I've seen people have beef with clubs I've never seen someone beef with manager.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_03]: This is the first time I've ever seen that man I dislike him man I'll just I'll just put all the cards out on the table.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_03]: I do not like hot that time He will win.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_00]: He doesn't he doesn't stand back.
- 4:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, if you have to win a title you have a
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: game home, I guess boners.
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: Do you think it was the the right 11 to pick?
- 4:42[SPEAKER_00]: Because many times during the season we spoke about us and our depth of the squad.
- 4:47[SPEAKER_00]: But I think probably it was thinking about sporting club already.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_02]: I already think so.
- 4:53[SPEAKER_02]: Bart, Louis Scully, who you could say, okay, California, you're a good comment.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_02]: Who in that team wouldn't start based on who's available?
- 5:01[SPEAKER_02]: There's no Buccaio Saca, so Maroque is in the team.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: Martin Allie and Trostard for me is a coin flip.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_02]: Based on the last few weeks, I would say Martin Allie's actually been better than Trostard.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_02]: However, I'll never write him in that midfield number 10 position for me.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_02]: If he's not playing out in out number 9, he wouldn't get into my team.
- 5:15[SPEAKER_02]: But realistically, as it's coming back from injury, Otigard's been out of the team, Lusko is the only one really playing where you could genuinely make the argument that someone is ahead of him in the pecking order.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: The rest of them, I think, are first team players.
- 5:25[SPEAKER_02]: So it's not really a lineup situation, a personal situation.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_02]: We've seen now four games in a row from our arsenal, varying results, different lineups.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_02]: But the same nonsense that we're seeing out on the pitch.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_02]: I think it goes deeper than the personnel.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_02]: I think it goes deeper than the lineup.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_02]: I just think Mikhail Artehta has been figured out at the moment.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think we've come to a part of the season where teams know how to set up against him and he has no idea right now how to counteract that.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_02]: Football's all about chess, right?
- 5:51[SPEAKER_02]: As a manager you have a game plan.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_02]: Someone else's job is not for your game plan.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_02]: If you manage just to do it, how do you react?
- 5:57[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 5:57[SPEAKER_02]: It's all about just reacting to other people.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_02]: Make a life that needs to react, no?
- 6:01[SPEAKER_02]: This is the crunch part of the season.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_02]: This is where for me, the top teams turn into legendary teams.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_02]: and the pretenders show exactly who they are.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: Arsenal, it's still in their hands.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the most important thing that we still have to say here.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't feel like it's in their hands.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_02]: It feels like panic at the station right now.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_02]: But it's still in their hands at the moment.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_02]: They have to go to the at the head now and win the game.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_02]: For me, there's no conversation about draw.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_02]: There's no conversation about trying to get a result out of it.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_02]: You have to go there and show why you're the best team in the league.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_00]: Look, how do you go to the Etihad against this master's Manchester City and win the game?
- 6:29[SPEAKER_03]: You will go toe to toe.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_03]: You have to put pressure on them.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_03]: You've got to go there to win.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_03]: I think if Arsenal go there to play for a draw, they lose.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I think there's no chance that they get anything from it playing like that.
- 6:40[SPEAKER_03]: And having that mentality, Arsenal have to go there to win.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_03]: And not only just the three points would be huge and it would solidify the league, but it'd be that mental block.
- 6:48[SPEAKER_03]: that the Austin team and the manager has in my opinion, they'd be getting over that, they'd be surpassing it, finally beats in City at the end of the attic, sorry.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_03]: When was the last time they even won that?
- 6:57[SPEAKER_03]: Like 2016?
- 6:58[SPEAKER_03]: I want to say that.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_02]: When was the last time?
- 7:00[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was the 15, 16 season, a decade ago.
- 7:03[SPEAKER_03]: Well, less than one, the Premier League now they're getting relegated.
- 7:05[SPEAKER_03]: Like, that's how far it was.
- 7:08[SPEAKER_03]: And I look at this Austin team and I think, do can they win?
- 7:11[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think so, to be honest.
- 7:12[SPEAKER_03]: With the way City are playing with the way Austin have been playing in the last few weeks, I don't really see a chart a world in which they win.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: And it's not just about creativity.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: Creativity is the big buzzword that we've been here.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, they were just starting 0.19 expected goals from Openplay.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it shows you, yes, there is a creative issue.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: On to percent.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_02]: That for me has been there all season long from Arsenal from Openplay.
- 7:32[SPEAKER_02]: But I'm looking at them even defensively.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm looking at their press.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm looking at how they build out from the back.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_02]: Because Arsenal have not been bad all season.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_02]: Let's not rewrite history, right?
- 7:39[SPEAKER_02]: There's a point where they clearly looked, like, the best team in the league, whether you thought they had creative issues or not.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_02]: and a big part of that for me is how they managed to press and probe teams almost into their own box and win the ball high up and keep teams penned in.
- 7:51[SPEAKER_02]: I thought they were really, really good at that.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_02]: Right now they're very easy to play through.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_02]: They're midfield looks not exist in that times.
- 7:57[SPEAKER_02]: The biggest pretender in the league right now is number 36 on Arsenal.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_02]: Zubi Mandi, I think he's the one getting away of massive.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: But for me, Zubimandi, at least Mi-Khalar Tata, you can say over the last few years what he's built arsenal into a title force, Zubimandi came into the league with zero credentials whatsoever.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_02]: And guys were trying to paint him into the next great register because he's Spanish.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_02]: There's a bit many has been disappointing from match D1 at Old Trapper against Man United.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't think he's got nearly enough scrutiny on his game for a new signing.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_02]: Players have come into the league and performed better than him and basically got more criticism than he has and I have no idea why.
- 8:31[SPEAKER_02]: We're talking about midfield right now for Arsenal, the engine room.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: That Konaris is carrying that midfield by out his own right now.
- 8:36[SPEAKER_02]: He's got no help from his number 10 and he's certainly got no help next to him.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: So if I'm looking at personal, he's the one I'm kind of looking at and thinking, I'm surprised Norgard hasn't been given more of an opportunity to at least play.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_02]: For God's sake, Drops would be M&D, put Duckland Rice a little deeper as a number six, because that's what you bought him for initially, and go play as an in-o-dogard maybe.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_02]: Go try something a little different.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's what Artathana needs to do right now, because clearly this game plan that he's going with, it's done.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_02]: It's not gonna work anymore.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_00]: At this point, it's like, okay, Arsenal really relied on set pieces during the season, but at this point, you need to show something, you need to go and grab the games, do you need players with, and they have it, players with more creativity, on the stage.
- 9:16[SPEAKER_02]: So I'm sorry, excuse me, I hate to interrupt.
- 9:18[SPEAKER_02]: You need players who take risk.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's not even just about creativity.
- 9:21[SPEAKER_02]: You need players who are confident and receiving the ball and turning and playing forward.
- 9:25[SPEAKER_02]: Right now, I look at Arsenal and they're trying to build up from the back.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_02]: First and foremost, teams have learned now,
- 9:31[SPEAKER_02]: Press the defenders and let the goalkeeper have the ball.
- 9:32[SPEAKER_02]: I'm seeing David Raya hold on to the ball for 40 seconds because he has no options in front of him But this is where you need players with Cornice excuse my language Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Well, we're a bravery.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_02]: We have courage.
- 9:42[SPEAKER_02]: We have personality.
- 9:43[SPEAKER_01]: Give me the ball.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_01]: Give me the ball.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: Give me the person.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: It might be in a dangerous situation But that's how you beat a press.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's how you beat a mid-block right now of arsenal I feel like guys are almost frozen when they have the ball They don't want to get on the ball because they know if they make a mistake.
- 9:53[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my goodness the entire stadium is going to sigh That's not a thing of arsenal
- 9:56[SPEAKER_02]: 60 minutes, you can tell they're going to want to lose a game at the Emirates, because around 60 minutes, if that crowd is flat, forget about it.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_02]: They have lost complete faith in the steam.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I agree.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_03]: I think Austin's game this season has relied a lot on pace, power, physicality, athleticism, not the technical side of the game, and I think from this point onwards, likely as said, they've sort of figured out this Austin team, so you need the players that they've spent big money on and plays with experience like the older guys like the
- 10:21[SPEAKER_03]: are supposed to be proven to be able to deal with the pressure and be able to overcome this sort of situation.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_03]: And that's what they've lacked, the technical side of thing.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_03]: And I think when it comes to like the courage, one in the ball at your feet, I don't think it's really easy because I look at this arsenal team, I already see them mentally broken.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_03]: I see them as a team that play with fear, a team that's scared to actually be able to go to an FD had or get over the line from this February onwards when they were in all competitions.
- 10:46[SPEAKER_03]: They've just been cowards, they've
- 10:50[SPEAKER_03]: If you want to play with no fear, if you want the ball at your feet, you have to be confident.
- 10:54[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't really see it.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_03]: I don't see it in the squad.
- 10:57[SPEAKER_00]: What do you say that's like Arsenal need to identify a main man and give him the responsibility?
- 11:05[SPEAKER_00]: And if I ask you to identify one main man, who would he be?
- 11:09[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, as I was the one who was brought in for big money.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_02]: He's the kind of player I'm looking at when you're talking about a Maverick.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_02]: when you're supposed to be a maverick, someone who's happy to get on the ball and make things happen.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_02]: I look at Eze as the guy who can do that for Arsenal.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_02]: He hasn't done it nearly enough for me this season, but this is the period of the season where he needs to stand up and hold himself accountable.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_02]: I think he did really well last year for Crystal Palace around the same part of the season to elevate them to a team that could win trophies.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_02]: He's got to do it for Arsenal now.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_03]: I think their main man actually players that don't raise the level and win you games like rice for example He's brilliant at what he does.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_03]: I see him as a main man He's not going to win you a game.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_03]: You're not going to win you a Premier League single-handedly I look at Gabrielle City, but these guys are top players and I look at them And I think they're the main man, but they're not different to me because they're not like a Luminium alpha boss alone or I don't know a Vinnie or someone like that who can win you a game from nothing
- 11:55[SPEAKER_03]: So I think, like Leah said, as is a good option, but even him I don't see him with the personality to be able to bail last night off travel when they need it.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_02]: But even the word personality for me, these are words that stem from the manager because as they had the personality last year for Crystal Palace I would never have said as a last year, Crystal Palace is another personality, the grab games and make things happen.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_02]: I think everything we're talking about arsenal where there comes from identity, to personality, to bravery, and all comes from the manager.
- 12:21[SPEAKER_02]: You were a flexion of your coach.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_02]: So these guys, if I'm looking at Max Dalman, he comes out of the pitch.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_02]: He shows that he's got a little bit about him.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, because he's been at the club, under McCall or Tata for two months now, bro.
- 12:31[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, these guys have no fair as well, Dalman.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_02]: but give him a few more seasons on him again.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, let's see.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_02]: I think a lot of it is due to the fact that he's playing with the handbrake on most times.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_02]: He's playing rather, I'd rather get one point instead of getting zero rather than thinking, I'm gonna get three, even if it means.
- 12:46[SPEAKER_03]: He's not a winner, I'll tell you something, a winner.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_03]: He doesn't have that in granddad.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_03]: The thing is that you only win, you're not a winner until you win, right?
- 12:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's the thing, but they've had chances to win.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, they need to get it done this year.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_00]: That's the thing, they need to get it done again.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's why the car about cop, we were saying it's so important.
- 12:59[SPEAKER_00]: It's lifting so well.
- 13:00[SPEAKER_03]: You've made season again.
- 13:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's like you build the mentality.
- 13:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: If I watch a lesson right now, it's like, they are not mentally prepared.
- 13:08[SPEAKER_00]: to face the, there's a lot of PTSD though.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of PTSD with them, I think.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_02]: I honestly think the minute they face a little bit of adversity, that reminder of what's happened last three seasons, scripts and back there might be.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_02]: I genuinely think about it.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: Regarding, as you said, doing it in Celas Park, when you don't have to win the league, is a different story when you have to play Ademirates.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's right.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_00]: With a stadium expecting you to win this league, because now they are expecting them to win the league.
- 13:36[SPEAKER_02]: But that challenge should be a privilege for them.
- 13:39[SPEAKER_02]: Honestly, I think of the best teams to do it in England or to do it in Europe, and that potential of winning should be seen almost as a positive.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_02]: They should be hungry to achieve that.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_02]: But I think of Arsenal, I get the feeling, it's more fear than it is like hunger to be honest.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but I'm gonna give you a comparison, for example.
- 13:57[SPEAKER_00]: Me and Wayne in the title on 2021, 2022.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: The Pioley said, the mentors which happened during the COVID, because a lot of players were scared to play in a Fumson Zero, and they learned how to play in the stadium.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: So when the crowd was allowed back, they were mentally ready to play in that stadium.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: Before, for some of them, including for example, Calabria, was the captain who was extremely difficult, to play in a stadium who are expecting you to win.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 14:29[SPEAKER_03]: It's a good point, Alef.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_03]: But I also look at that situation.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's even harder at a club like AC Milan because that's heretic right.
- 14:35[SPEAKER_03]: That's what will heritage where you're almost expected to win Arsenal.
- 14:38[SPEAKER_03]: I sort of, they're in a quite a peculiar spot in my opinion because you look at the top level clubs in the world.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_03]: I want to say Arsenal are top 10 team in the world in terms of club heritage, right?
- 14:46[SPEAKER_03]: But when you're at a big club like Arsenal, they're top four club in England.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_03]: The expectations should be lifted in silverware year-point year and then when you combine it with the top-level players that they have in certain areas of the football pitch Plus the money that they've spent plus the amount of time or a amount of time that ought to spend our arsenal I don't understand how you can't expect to win and I don't understand how that shift hasn't happened And I think the fans expect to win
- 15:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I genuinely think the fans expect, yeah, of course not, but to be fair, the last four seasons, I think after the first year, there was an expectation that okay, we're here now, we're ready to challenge.
- 15:16[SPEAKER_03]: I think they should have happened even a year or so ago.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_03]: And plus, I've seen a lot of awesome fans say that even if they don't win the Premier League, and obviously if they don't win the Champions League as well, they'd still keep our tats off.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_03]: That's a lose of mentality, yeah, Chelsea would have been gone.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_03]: Are you an idea you would have been gone?
- 15:27[SPEAKER_03]: At top level clubs, this guy would not have been for this one.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, this is my question to both of you.
- 15:32[SPEAKER_00]: If our data doesn't win this league,
- 15:35[SPEAKER_02]: English to be replaced.
- 15:36[SPEAKER_02]: Of course.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_02]: For me, I agree.
- 15:38[SPEAKER_02]: I've been on the last few seasons that the work he had done and where the team was at, even last season, which for me was really disappointing.
- 15:47[SPEAKER_02]: The fact that Pep City fell off and aren't a slot came into Liverpool, that should have been the opportunity Arsenal needed to take over the league.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_02]: And I was really disappointed that they didn't do it.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_02]: But I still maintain, especially with the Champions League run, that okay.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_02]: The trajectory is still up for the most part.
- 16:02[SPEAKER_02]: If they fail to win this league, right, where most of the competition is depleted, Manchester City have been as inconsistent as they've been in years, and you have been given a billion pounds to build the squad in your image after four success of title challenges.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_02]: If you fail to do it this year, I'm sorry, Arsenal have to move on.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_02]: All right, I'm hearing people say be careful what you wish for, they could go backwards.
- 16:23[SPEAKER_02]: But you don't owe art at anything.
- 16:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, art at that has done really need to get you to this point But arsenal are not like forever in art atas like that exactly right they got to stop thinking like that Yes, he's gotten you this far, but now the objective for a new manager to come in wouldn't just be okay Rebuild the club like art at that did now.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_02]: It's just take over and win and if our test shows for four-year straight You can't do it.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry someone else deserves a crack at it
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: But now I'm bringing you to something all better, to someone you like.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_00]: Stanford Bridge, the outside of the food, it's a Ryan Cherokee show once again one more time.
- 16:55[SPEAKER_00]: And as we said on our social pages, the sharks are circling now.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_02]: It feels that way, it definitely feels like Manchester City are on the ascendancy and that's for me the biggest worry for Arsenal The fact that Arsenal are in their worst period of the season and Manchester City are arguably at their best in the most important part of the campaign I think Arsenal are thanking everything that City only really hit this form recently because I genuinely think if there were 10 games left to the Premier League rather than six or seven City would win the second my opinion
- 17:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but the point is, for me, it's everything's prepared.
- 17:27[SPEAKER_00]: We are facing two completely different reality look at with Arsenal, arriving in April and starting to shake and Guardiola.
- 17:37[SPEAKER_00]: And it's guys, guys, if we are in the title race in April, in April, we know how to do it.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_00]: And you can see it, because Sanford Bridge, the first half, it wasn't that.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_03]: that good but then the second half they came out and say now we're going to go for the three points now we're going to go for the title but that's what a title and team does they can make that switch like that they I think the team told that pep would have given them must have been very strong must have hit their hearts well
- 18:03[SPEAKER_03]: But I think with the opportunity that they had with Arsenal losing to Ballman for knowing that they're playing Arsenal next week, they still got a game in hand.
- 18:09[SPEAKER_03]: This was a must-win for Pep City and that's what they're able to do.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_03]: They're able to make that switch and like you said, it was a game of two halves really jackal and hide in the first half City were really poor.
- 18:17[SPEAKER_03]: I think Chelsea had the better chance that the gold is allowed.
- 18:20[SPEAKER_03]: They were much more in control at the game.
- 18:21[SPEAKER_03]: but in the second half Chelsea did not get a single sniff in the game whatsoever.
- 18:25[SPEAKER_03]: It was the a city team of old almost a city team that I remember watching from like 2018 to 2023 where they just demolished them.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_03]: They destroyed them.
- 18:32[SPEAKER_03]: But I think this is what this city team can do with the quality they have in attack as well.
- 18:36[SPEAKER_03]: You look at that attack.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_03]: Turkey, Docku, Harlan, Samenio, these are match winners right there.
- 18:40[SPEAKER_03]: They can switch the game on like that Docku was excellent throughout the whole game.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_03]: And when you have a player who's so technically gifted like
- 18:47[SPEAKER_03]: who, I mean, you got two assists, but that's second.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_00]: The second, the second navigating, the whole box of Chelsea and then outside of the boot and then in the post-match interview, saying, no, no, I didn't do anything.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_00]: It was the control of Mark.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it was messy-esque.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_02]: Generally, that assist for me was messy-esque.
- 19:03[SPEAKER_02]: And that's not a word that we want to use very often because that's a high bar.
- 19:06[SPEAKER_02]: But that assist right there was something that you get used to seeing little messy-esque.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_00]: Leonor, I'm mixed between Leonor Messie, Iniesta, Guti, something really special.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_02]: Cherokee encapsulates the difference between city and our slurry now because we're talking about arsenal playing with fear Not having the bravery to do things being afraid to take risks Cherokee is like it doesn't play the care in the world You wouldn't think that he's he's in his first season under pep Guardiola in the middle of a title race and I echo that sentiment to Nicola Riley I echo that sentiment to Jeremy Dokeau.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_02]: I echo that sentiment to Mattesh Nunez these guys are not like, you know Winners I want six permanent things now.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_02]: We have a few of them
- 19:44[SPEAKER_02]: of them have a few Premier League titles, but they're largely in the situation for the first time.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_02]: And it feels like they're just enjoying it.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_02]: Master City, right now, feel like they're just enjoying it.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_00]: And that's the secret.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_00]: It looks like, okay, they're having fun.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_00]: But I would say also, they were absorbed by the winning mentality, the winning environment at Manchester City.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_03]: 100% and I also think those young, fearless players like the shark, he's like some men yours, O'Reilly's.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_03]: They're complimented well with the experience in the dresser, from the likes of stones, the likes of Dias, the likes of Roderie, Jeet, or Holdenhats.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_03]: He's going to, these guys are winners and they can guide them in the right way.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_03]: And I think that compliment between technically gifted players who were fearless, brave, courageous, et cetera, with the people that are more experienced, people that have the know-how on how to get over the line and win titles, I think it blends so well and Arsenal
- 20:34[SPEAKER_02]: Cherokee man, he's he's just a joke.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_02]: He's just a joke.
- 20:38[SPEAKER_02]: I think he's a personality that the Premier League has been missing for a long time No, I think you probably have to cast your mind.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking personally.
- 20:43[SPEAKER_02]: I'm talking about talent or player He's like a personality.
- 20:46[SPEAKER_02]: I've been missing since Ed and how's art for me in terms of a guy that just comes in and his main goal is just to wow crowds But now he's adding that beautiful side of the game.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_02]: He always talks about oh, I want people to fall in love with the way I play football I want people to enjoy watching me play.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_02]: That's been his whole thing all season.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, Peppa isn't like the whole time, right?
- 21:02[SPEAKER_00]: because that was a bad idea.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_02]: So right now, he's blending both the beautiful side of the game, the touches, the flakes, the showmanship, with the efficiency now that Pepper's been asking for, doing it in the final third, pulling off assists.
- 21:15[SPEAKER_02]: He's combining it, and right now, he looks like the scary display in his position right now.
- 21:20[SPEAKER_02]: A shirky in this form, it is scary for teams right now, I'm a scary.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, and it looks like that Pep is giving him the license to the wall he wants now, because if you want to win a title, you need the extra-queer, the fantasy of creativity and the instructor.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_02]: You need someone who can just change the game on the flip of the head and he's one of those.
- 21:39[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, if we look at the screen, these are the remaining fixtures, what do we think?
- 21:44[SPEAKER_00]: What do we think?
- 21:45[SPEAKER_02]: When it takes it all?
- 21:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, the title will be decided on Sunday.
- 21:48[SPEAKER_03]: You're at the city when you reckon.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but I've city when city when the league of Arsenal got a point or if Arsenal win.
- 21:56[SPEAKER_03]: Well, even if all of them got point, I think they won't let it go.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_00]: The point we'd ask you now, the point we'd ask you now, this one was the one that Manchester is going to be the last travel away from London, but apparently they have an issue with the Emirates, as we said, so yeah.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_02]: Now, seriously, sometimes the Emirates, it feels like more of a pressure cooker environment for them than going away.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_02]: It feels like that at times.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_02]: There's a lot of unrest right now.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_02]: It's an anxious fan base, 100%.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_02]: I'm telling you, 60 minutes, you can tell of Arsenal, what the results are going to be.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_02]: Um, but yeah, I agree.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_02]: I think if Manchester City win this, the mental impact that will have on the rest of the league, both for them and for Arsenal, I can see that only going one way.
- 22:33[SPEAKER_02]: But Arsenal have a massive opportunity to rewrite all their demons.
- 22:36[SPEAKER_02]: They have the opportunity to make a lot of people look stupid and they have the opportunity to completely rewrite the script.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_02]: They do.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_02]: Well, they do it though.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_02]: If you want to be the best, if you want to claim that you're the best in the league, go show it on Sunday.
- 22:46[SPEAKER_03]: at the Etihad especially.
- 22:48[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, let's take the plane and go to Spain because another outside of the foot, another brilliant performance from La Miniamal, but before going to La Miniamal, one goal in 497 minutes for Kiliumbape.
- 23:02[SPEAKER_00]: What do we think of it?
- 23:04[SPEAKER_00]: Because with this row against Girona, I would say the title is gone and asked Joseph Mourinho, used to say,
- 23:15[SPEAKER_02]: And Bobby, the biggest game of his career because he's got a World Cup.
- 23:19[SPEAKER_02]: That's not forget about that, but the biggest game may be of his club career.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_02]: I can't believe I'm saying that, it could be this weekend's buyer.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_02]: They have to do something because if Real Madrid go the first two seasons of the Killing and Bapet era, Troll Fielis,
- 23:35[SPEAKER_02]: when we're talking about major titles.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_02]: That is a disaster.
- 23:38[SPEAKER_02]: That is a big, big disaster.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_02]: And although he scored a lot of goals, he has.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_02]: Kilian and Buffy is not entirely faultless.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_02]: I read a step this week that in La Liga, he's only scored one more non-penalty goal than Fadran Torres.
- 23:51[SPEAKER_02]: And he's played about a thousand minutes more than him.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_02]: Like, this is what we're talking about here.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's real, man.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_02]: Killin' on Bappe and LaLiga this season.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_02]: For me, I was flooded with the seed quite a few times.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_02]: And I especially look at this recent run of games where he's come back into a team that we're winning before he got introduced in the side.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm looking at the chances he's missing.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_02]: Killin' on Bappe was brought in to put the ball in the back of the net.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_02]: And he's done that very, very well since he's come to the club.
- 24:14[SPEAKER_02]: But in big moments over the last two seasons, and clutch time of both campaigns, I think in Bappe has looked a lot to be desired.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_02]: I truly do.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_00]: Look, at three games without a win for Real Madrid, combining La Liga and Shempio's League, if you were Shabby alone, so, now, what were you thinking?
- 24:32[SPEAKER_03]: Well, I don't know, are you suggesting that you think it would have been different?
- 24:36[SPEAKER_03]: Well, Shabby alone, so maybe.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_00]: Well, what I'm suggesting, if you go down the road, I mean, if you get Shabby alone, so, who has been in the club, you give him at least the season.
- 24:47[SPEAKER_03]: So you think, yeah, I get what you're saying in a sense that they've got rid of him quite quickly.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_03]: And, but look at the end of the day, I think, I'm Madrid this pressure to win.
- 24:54[SPEAKER_03]: I think what would Shabia Lonser wasn't getting results.
- 24:56[SPEAKER_03]: I understood why at the time he was kind of gotten rid of.
- 24:59[SPEAKER_03]: But I look at Advalor as well.
- 25:00[SPEAKER_03]: I don't really think he's a massive step up.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_03]: He's not a man with a lot of experience.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_03]: He also has to know how I'll be in the club at being at Round Madrid just like Shabia Lonser did.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_03]: But I look at his Madrid team and I think it's more than just the coach.
- 25:11[SPEAKER_03]: I think it comes down to the individuals like Leia said, the map is not pulling, he's not pulling his way to the minute.
- 25:16[SPEAKER_03]: without unbaping the team, or below, was getting results for Real Madrid.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_03]: I think maybe Shabby Elanzo could be potentially law-finned, but at the same time, I don't think it would have been much different with him.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: I disagree on what I think you said.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_02]: Well, not this is a Greek because you're right, but the reason you got from it for me is flawed.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_02]: You said at Real Madrid there's pressure to win, and that's why Elanzo got fired.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_02]: Elanzo didn't get fired for results.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_02]: Elanzo's results are better than Arbolo's.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_02]: So if that's the case, Arbolo didn't get fired for us.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 25:41[SPEAKER_02]: He didn't get fired because of results.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_02]: He got fired because Venusia's Jr didn't like him.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_02]: Right, he got fired because he couldn't manage Real Madrid's players.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_02]: But Real Madrid's players, in my opinion, over the last two years, don't have enough credit in the bank to now dictate which manager goes for them.
- 25:54[SPEAKER_02]: Because you're seeing another coach come in, we're talking about Antrolot, you know, we're talking about Alonzo, we're talking about Arboloa, and we'll see who God knows they bring in next season.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_02]: These guys cannot play together.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_02]: At some point, you have to look at the Real Madrid players and start asking responsibility from them.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_02]: I think it was too easy of a thing to say, Alonzo can't coach Venezuela's junior.
- 26:11[SPEAKER_02]: But what has been his junior down over the last 18 months, to now all of a sudden give him all this grace?
- 26:15[SPEAKER_02]: What has killing him, Bapay, done, relatively at Real Madrid, to all of a sudden dictate he can decide who the manager is.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_02]: I don't see it with them at this group of players for me are highly overrated Real Madrid.
- 26:24[SPEAKER_02]: They're big names, they've done big things in the game at other places, some of them for Real Madrid.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_02]: But over the last 18 months at Real Madrid, they have failed.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_02]: Let's be completely brutally honest here.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_02]: They've failed relative to Real Madrid standards.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_00]: especially if we say nobody is bigger than Real Madrid, it doesn't seem this way at this moment.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_00]: Now the question for both of you, who will be brave enough to accept this job after
- 26:50[SPEAKER_02]: I trust, let's say, it beats me because the thing is it's not even about being brave.
- 26:53[SPEAKER_02]: You have to be the right profile of manager to manage Real Madrid, right?
- 26:56[SPEAKER_02]: Like, there could be the most brilliant tactician he comes into the club.
- 26:59[SPEAKER_02]: It's just not what they need.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_02]: There's some guys who are just right for certain clubs.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_02]: And I think Real Madrid, more than anything, need a specific kind of coach.
- 27:06[SPEAKER_02]: But one thing I will say, whoever comes into Real Madrid should come in with one demand.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_02]: And it is that one of Vinesias, or I'm about to leave the club.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see this too broken up after the season.
- 27:15[SPEAKER_02]: I think they've shown enough times now that they can't work going forward.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: And as a coach, to come in and have to still another year manage to find that cohesion that balance between the two of them.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_02]: When they've shown enough times, it just doesn't exist.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_02]: It's difficult, damn you're impossible for any coach.
- 27:29[SPEAKER_02]: If I come into a Ramadritamaro, I'm saying, okay, I'm taking the job with the certainty that one of these guys is the least a club.
- 27:35[SPEAKER_00]: Look, many times we said, at Real Madrid, it's more about managing the dressing room than managing on the pitch.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_00]: We have a name, a name you know very well.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_03]: I think I know who you're a student, too.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_03]: Massimiliano.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_00]: Massimiliano, Massimiliano, legally.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_00]: It might be the case that Massimiliano accept the job and try to deliver what he has done and probably reach the Champions League that meets with Juventus Faising Barcelona and Real Madrid.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think a Ligri would be a good sort of fit for Rammajud.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_03]: I look at the soft manager market, I don't think it's written with talent to be honest.
- 28:12[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's quite low level, but I think you need the personnel to be able to dictate addressing them, to be able to just get them playing, I'm not even playing, but put them platform them to be able to showcase their brilliance.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_03]: And I think Zidam was able to do that, and a lot of X-Rammajud plays talk about how he wasn't very hands on when it came to the tactics.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_03]: He just let them play.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_03]: and he did so because they showed him respect, then you were achieved in his career as a player, of course.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_03]: And even a coach like Antrolotti, he was able to get the best out of the players while also being a brilliant man, manager.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_03]: And I think Allegri is that he's not the best tactician in the world.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_03]: His tactics are actually quite backward in my opinion.
- 28:49[SPEAKER_03]: Let's just say that it's quite old-fashioned, but I think he would be able to unite the dressing room and really give them a sense of belonging almost, and I think a legary knows what it means to be able to coach brilliant footballers at top level clubs, but I can't deny the fact that I agree with leaders in the sense that Vinnie and Ambappe, even if you put a legary though, you put Zerdane, you put whoever you want there, they're just not going to work well together, they just clash heads and it's not going to be a cohesive dressing room and a cohesive team that
- 29:19[SPEAKER_03]: There's a reason to why, I'm sorry, since some Bapai joined, Madrid are going to go trophy less than two seasons.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_03]: There's a reason why when he left PSG PSG have now seen success.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_03]: The good point is, it's a reason.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_02]: That's not, that's a stop pretending, like this is some coincidence, like, oh, G just happened to be the sixth stupole around Madrid, the most winning team over the last decade stopped winning when he came in.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_02]: At some point, we need to acknowledge that despite how many goals he scores, there is clearly something that isn't working with Mbapai on the pitch for football.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_03]: Even though Mbapai, they're going to score goals, Mbapai.
- 29:47[SPEAKER_03]: Of course, they're not relying on killing, they were scoring goals before, they got it.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_03]: For me, Gonzalo Garcia as well, I think he deserves more of a run round, you look at him in the club ball, cup of we had an excellent run, I think he deserves more game time too.
- 29:58[SPEAKER_03]: He's not undropable, he's not untouchable, no one is undropable at round Madrid first, right?
- 30:03[SPEAKER_03]: And secondly, nobody should be undropable in a football team anyway.
- 30:06[SPEAKER_02]: That's the problem of round Madrid, and that this club, people are undropable.
- 30:10[SPEAKER_02]: That's the reality, we saw it, that's the reason why it runs was not at the job.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_02]: No, you make a good point because when plays of too much power, that's why question who can coach this team, that's why I said it when Alonzo left, it's easier said than not okay Alonzo didn't do a good job, where are you going to bring in?
- 30:23[SPEAKER_02]: There's about three managers in the world that can probably coach this Ramadrit team and demand the respect of this entire group, go, go find them.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I would say, or you bring back your Zamorinio, or you find something.
- 30:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the angels' age, it's come on now.
- 30:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, I mean, just, yeah, based on what, if this was Josie 10 years ago, 100% but yeah, yeah, it's a difficult job, different story.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_00]: And the top of the ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol' ol'
- 31:06[SPEAKER_02]: easy the best teenager in football history that I've seen yes if you want to go before I mean play one-on-world cup so and then do too bad himself or an old Nazari I think you want the ball on door at that age I didn't see those guys live so I can't comment on them but from what I have seen since I started watching football there is no one like let me know before they just 20
- 31:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think in my lifetime, I think who could run from nay, maybe in Santos?
- 31:32[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think he's at that level yet to be honest.
- 31:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, most of all.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_03]: No name, I sorry, I meant name, I was not at that level, that the means been operating at in Europe and killing a map out of one the world cup.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:50[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:56[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_02]: Even though Messi at 19, it was fake man.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_02]: Messi at 19 when he scored a hat trick at the against Real Madrid, they had big games, but I just think what Yamal is doing week and week out at the elite level.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_02]: He's carrying a club on his back right now as a teenager.
- 32:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think that's the difference between him and him, and Bapé, for example, or him and Messi at that age.
- 32:13[SPEAKER_02]: He's carrying Barcelona on his back at 18 years old.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_03]: And he's doing a damn good job of it as well too.
- 32:18[SPEAKER_03]: Plus, he burst onto the scene when he was, I think he made his debut at 15, like a 16, that's when he made a name from, so if I remember, in the, it was a 23, 24 campaign, that year, he was primarily 16 on it.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_03]: So from 16 to 18, he's been at the top level of football, plus he's going to have another year as a teenager when he, when it, well, for the next year, you look anything, oh, yeah, he is.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I have a question for you, it's a prediction.
- 32:39[SPEAKER_00]: We can't say, but we'll be managed to last the same year as the same season.
- 32:45[SPEAKER_00]: Ask messiest question.
- 32:46[SPEAKER_02]: That's a different conversation, and that's, there's a bit of look.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_02]: There's a bit of how you take care of yourself outside of the pitch, injuries.
- 32:54[SPEAKER_02]: how his game ages will be able to adapt as he loses his legs.
- 32:57[SPEAKER_02]: What those guys did for me is freakish.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_02]: So to put that kind of expectation on anyone is just a little unfair.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_02]: But what I will say is that in his peak years, so I say peak years, he's not even in his peak years, but what he's doing right now is on herd of.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_02]: That's another thing too when you compare with those teenagers.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_02]: None of them were the best player in the world at a Zetianager.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_02]: He is, he is the best player in the world, Barnon.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, his champ feels late time.
- 33:23[SPEAKER_00]: And you can get just one of these creative players.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_00]: Mikael Olize, Laminiamal, or Dichak Varskelia.
- 33:30[SPEAKER_03]: Ooh!
- 33:31[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you want us to rank them?
- 33:32[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no.
- 33:33[SPEAKER_00]: You can get just one of them.
- 33:35[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, what?
- 33:35[SPEAKER_02]: Laminiamal, Yamal.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_02]: You go with Laminiamal.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_02]: Even though all three of them are sensational.
- 33:41[SPEAKER_02]: Kavichak of our scale, what a player, all these say.
- 33:45[SPEAKER_02]: Ballon Dork candidate.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_02]: Laminiamal is the best player in the world.
- 33:48[SPEAKER_02]: So I go with Laminiamal.
- 33:49[SPEAKER_03]: and they all dropped brilliant performances in the first place.
- 33:51[SPEAKER_03]: I'm all love about Carrot Scalier, is that in the big games?
- 33:54[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you always believe that.
- 33:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's a big game plan, and that's for me what separates, like best of the best and just great players.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_03]: It's the big games that counts the most for me and Carrot Scalier, it's always there.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_03]: He loves the Champions League knockout.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_02]: I think since he joined PSG, he's probably their best big game player.
- 34:07[SPEAKER_02]: I think in the Champions League since he's joined, he has just been there every single round or matter of the opposition.
- 34:13[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, basically it's gonna be scored three play of the match in a row, so round of 16 and you've put Chelsea to the sword, man.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: You can be played like Barcola out as well too.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_00]: Barcola didn't even see the pitch on the first leg.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, it's time to start discussing it.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_00]: People at the end of the derby between Barcelona and Espanyol were screaming in the Camp Nou.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, we can.
- 34:38[SPEAKER_00]: See, support there.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_02]: This is where the amount changed.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_02]: There's a profile picture on the Instagram.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_00]: It changes, yeah.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_00]: Lebron James.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_02]: It's guys, it's not that aggressive.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_00]: So the mindset, the mindset is there.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_00]: the the latest results of telling something something different because after the 2016-17 the remontada against Paris Saint-Germain then we have something completely different 2017-18.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_00]: was wrong.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_02]: If I'm not mistaken, they're all my Liverpool, yeah, they've had a few.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_00]: And then they had to leave a poor the season after.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_00]: What do we think?
- 35:12[SPEAKER_00]: Is this possible?
- 35:13[SPEAKER_02]: If any team can do it, it's them.
- 35:15[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 35:15[SPEAKER_02]: If any team can come back from 2-0 down and score 3, 4, 5, it is Barcelona.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_02]: My one fear for them is that I think they need to score 4, because I'd let it go, I think we'll grab one goal.
- 35:24[SPEAKER_02]: It's like for bars of the keep a clean sheet at the whatever they're calling it these days It's like the metal polytan or the these days to the real era or whatever I'm used to the one that even for the center called their own they change it every two years It's hard to keep up, but yes, he's against the sponsor give me the Calgary of the metropolitan all call it that right But they need to they need for it because I'd let you go.
- 35:43[SPEAKER_00]: I think we'll grab one but if any team can do it it is them Is the idea Tactical plan for a female State though
- 35:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he's going to part in a low block, but I think in transition, that's where athletic will hurt bars, especially with the players that they have in the Alver as is the lookman, who are brilliant in transition, semi-only, but with bars as high line and the fact that athletic you are at home, they should score high-gruively as so here, they're also going to have to really go on the front foot and try and put as many goals past them.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_03]: I always say though, with Lamin changing his profile pick, every time Lamin's done something on Instagram, it's always backfired.
- 36:15[SPEAKER_03]: I wear every poster story, or deletes his pose, something always happens.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_03]: I can't sparse alone, which is an ideal, but if anyone can do it, it is boss alone, aren't?
- 36:25[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, I actually don't think the game plan suits Simeoni here, man.
- 36:29[SPEAKER_02]: Because I think in his head before this tie kicked off, I think he was probably thinking, let's keep it tight at the camp.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_02]: You didn't expect.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_02]: Maybe losing one nail or even get a draw, and then we'd better them at the metropolitans.
- 36:39[SPEAKER_02]: You know the the script has kind of flip for for them not to defend against this boss a team for 90 minutes I actually don't think it's system for me.
- 36:45[SPEAKER_02]: It's similar to in the Copa d'Array Where they were for no the second leg.
- 36:49[SPEAKER_02]: They were completely penned in and they almost blew that so This isn't the semi-onion.
- 36:53[SPEAKER_02]: I'd like to come a dread of the colk.
- 36:54[SPEAKER_02]: Well, colk is still there, but you know what I mean like they're him Yeah, but jeans and Miranda's and gabbies where they can just sit in
- 37:01[SPEAKER_02]: They're very capable of considering three or four goals.
- 37:03[SPEAKER_02]: This team is not completely locked tight defensively.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm not sure it actually suits them having to defend for 90 minutes against them.
- 37:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but at the same time, they're way better in transition when it comes to heart.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_00]: At the end Barcelona, Netsus scored.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_00]: So, they, they already defend with the high line.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_00]: They're gonna give chances.
- 37:21[SPEAKER_00]: If you give chances to look, man, and Julienne Alvarez, and all these people, I think...
- 37:26[SPEAKER_02]: I think it depends how early Barça scored.
- 37:28[SPEAKER_02]: I think of Barça grab a goal in the first 10-15 minutes.
- 37:31[SPEAKER_02]: All of a sudden, I think it's interesting, but the key step is, Diego Semione has never lost a knockout game at home as I let you come into the manager.
- 37:40[SPEAKER_03]: That's crazy.
- 37:41[SPEAKER_02]: That's an insane statistic.
- 37:42[SPEAKER_02]: That's an insane statistic.
- 37:43[SPEAKER_00]: And then, did you watch the press conference with Gris Man last week, so he was praising him, telling, oh, you are a beautiful, extraordinary player, but you're even a better human.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, so this one.
- 37:55[SPEAKER_02]: You know, Hansi Flick has the hymn for the press conference this week.
- 37:58[SPEAKER_02]: Shows new.
- 37:59[SPEAKER_02]: YML.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_02]: YML with him.
- 38:02[SPEAKER_02]: Hey man, I think it's possible.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_02]: I genuinely think it's possible in your eyes, and yes, and see, you want to see this.
- 38:08[SPEAKER_02]: Look, there's nothing, it gets already cool.
- 38:09[SPEAKER_02]: I think I've been giving them a lot of praise this season, and are they the favorites?
- 38:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yes, but it just feels like something's lined up for Varsa here, man.
- 38:16[SPEAKER_02]: It does feel that way.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: I've all these teams on the list side.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_03]: I'd like have left you to win the Champions League out of all of them.
- 38:21[SPEAKER_02]: You reckon?
- 38:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think they deserve a Champions League in their clubs history.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_02]: I think to me only does, sir.
- 38:26[SPEAKER_03]: But I would say that you'd have been so on for something fun.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_03]: There might be a vossa lot actually comes here.
- 38:30[SPEAKER_00]: And he would be the perfect ending for...
- 38:31[SPEAKER_00]: It would be brilliant for Gwizman's story with the Athletico.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_02]: It would be fun.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_02]: It would be fun.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_02]: It would be fun.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_02]: It would be fun.
- 38:37[SPEAKER_02]: It would be fun.
- 38:38[SPEAKER_03]: But, I will say that I think a boss or a boss or a semi-final, because it's probably going to be that, it would be more interesting to watch.
- 38:44[SPEAKER_03]: But, if I have all those clues, I'd rather have our Athleti win the Champions League.
- 38:48[SPEAKER_00]: Would that let he could be a better opponent for us or not?
- 38:53[SPEAKER_02]: No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 38:55[SPEAKER_02]: I think if I'm not equal when this game they go to the final.
- 38:57[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_02]: I also believe that.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_02]: But let's see if it happens.
- 39:02[SPEAKER_03]: I'm actually looking forward to this game the most actually.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_02]: I think this is the genuinely, I think this is the one tie I'm still uncertain about.
- 39:07[SPEAKER_02]: I'm pretty confident our snow buyer and PSU will go through.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_02]: This is the one I'm looking at and thinking.
- 39:13[SPEAKER_02]: There's something in the air, man.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_02]: There's something in the atmosphere.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yamalas is set for a night.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_02]: I genuinely believe it.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_03]: I think football has been disappointed this season, but these core final ties for me have just been so long.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: Kevin's even better off for me has been, but that gives a pretty one.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_03]: It's brilliant.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_00]: So, not chances to come back for Real Madrid are the aliens arena.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_02]: I wouldn't say no chance, because you're a kid.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_03]: But I look at this Madrid team and I think I understand what you say in terms of the heritage and things like that.
- 39:40[SPEAKER_02]: Same with the same in just that.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_02]: Byron for me, you know what Fano said?
- 39:44[SPEAKER_02]: Fano's, because you should have gone for the head.
- 39:47[SPEAKER_02]: They should have gone for the head, man.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_03]: I know about those more powerful wooden round Madrid.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know man.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that's great, this is it.
- 39:53[SPEAKER_02]: That's what we're powerful to move in the condom as well, too, man.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_02]: For me, Bayern Munich, they didn't do enough enough for us, like, for as good as they were, they were, they really should have scored more.
- 40:00[SPEAKER_02]: They should have put that tight to bench and the fact that Real Madrid are still alive.
- 40:05[SPEAKER_02]: I think there's not chance.
- 40:07[SPEAKER_02]: I give Bayern, obviously, they're the better team.
- 40:09[SPEAKER_03]: So what percentage would you give Real Madrid to go for?
- 40:13[SPEAKER_03]: If we didn't probability, sir.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_02]: I see, 35%.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_02]: Really, that's quite hard.
- 40:17[SPEAKER_02]: I say, 35%.
- 40:18[SPEAKER_02]: What do you think all of that?
- 40:18[SPEAKER_00]: I would stay on 30.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_02]: 35?
- 40:20[SPEAKER_02]: That's a good study.
- 40:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you have to put your weapons to kill them.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_00]: Because if they stay alive, they're always dangerous.
- 40:26[SPEAKER_00]: On the end, OK, but pay a Venetians, but they're stealing, but pay a Venetians.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: So if they have chances, and if they're right now, they can sell it.
- 40:34[SPEAKER_02]: And that chance is against the buyer and the buyer.
- 40:36[SPEAKER_02]: Right?
- 40:37[SPEAKER_02]: For as good as buyer and the buyer, the man of the match is mental lawyer.
- 40:39[SPEAKER_02]: That shows you that clearly he had to work to do.
- 40:42[SPEAKER_03]: in the last half an hour, around what you're doing really good, they were the better team actually.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_02]: I think when you're going and came on the pitch, I think you've changed a lot.
- 40:48[SPEAKER_03]: It's a better game coming off the pitch and the last game in the Laliga, like there's this clear sign because there's a huge player for them.
- 40:52[SPEAKER_02]: So I don't think that tie is over either.
- 40:54[SPEAKER_03]: No, I probably wrote them off being a bit.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_03]: I'm a ballic care, but I think that's why I'm all right.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, from here on the better team, I definitely just became the team with the more school scoring in this league history and they're there with facing Real Madrid.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_00]: I can remember if it was 2016-17.
- 41:11[SPEAKER_03]: Well, they've played them 16, 17, 18, and others were all there.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_00]: You didn't have to become the team with most of the goals going in the top five leagues.
- 41:20[SPEAKER_00]: Who was it before?
- 41:21[SPEAKER_00]: Who was it before?
- 41:22[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're on Madrid.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_00]: Now we're on Madrid.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_00]: And Bayern just became the Bundesliga, the best Bundesliga team.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: And now they have the chance to...
- 41:30[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to Madrid do it.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_00]: It was the end of 2012.
- 41:33[SPEAKER_00]: 11.12.
- 41:34[SPEAKER_00]: This was the end of that year.
- 41:35[SPEAKER_03]: You've got 100 points that year.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_03]: I must be that year.
- 41:38[SPEAKER_00]: With 132 goals, if I'm not mistaken.
- 41:41[SPEAKER_00]: What are all competitions?
- 41:42[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_03]: Not in the league.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, that's not possible.
- 41:45[SPEAKER_00]: Impossible.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_00]: Can we have a look?
- 41:47[SPEAKER_03]: We need to capture 132 in Madrid.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_02]: 112 in the league one-and-one-two-one-two-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-one-
- 42:09[SPEAKER_02]: That's still ridiculous.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_02]: That's insane.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_02]: But that team was insane.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_02]: Cristiano, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre, Andre
- 42:31[SPEAKER_02]: I think the big, the old eyes are on the Champions League for them this season because I can remember many years where Bayern looked like the best team in Europe and then they just they came up against the side that on the night just had a little bit more or maybe they got unlucky and they need to get it done this time, they need to.
- 42:45[SPEAKER_02]: I think so.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_00]: I'd be happy if you were.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_00]: I'd be happy if you were.
- 42:48[SPEAKER_02]: Bayern PSG semi final.
- 42:50[SPEAKER_02]: Oh my lord.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_02]: Beautiful.
- 42:51[SPEAKER_02]: That is full ball right there.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see Barça vs PSG last year so bad we didn't get it.
- 42:58[SPEAKER_02]: I want to see Bayern vs PSG.
- 43:00[SPEAKER_00]: I think so, and we are close.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_00]: If Michael Olese...
- 43:04[SPEAKER_00]: we'll do the same performance he did in the Bernabelle, the chances are for me, for buying a way higher.
- 43:10[SPEAKER_00]: Of course.
- 43:11[SPEAKER_00]: If we look at the numbers, he's gonna be 15 goals and 25 assists.
- 43:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I'll borrow a carousel of leash from.
- 43:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, Carreras, I really fell from man, but at least he's one of them wingers that any full-back I think was struggling against.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_03]: I really want, like, even the PSG buying, that would be a great test for New Year's men this month.
- 43:27[SPEAKER_03]: But I think any full-back in the world was struggling against the least.
- 43:30[SPEAKER_03]: They can go on the inside on the outside, so effectively, man, he's so unpredictable.
- 43:33[SPEAKER_03]: But Carreras is going to massively struggle.
- 43:35[SPEAKER_03]: It might be a frangosier there potentially but either way Either way, at least he will talk more.
- 43:40[SPEAKER_02]: Our CEO, Mendy Carreras, it don't matter, but he's in five minutes.
- 43:45[SPEAKER_02]: He's got all the same in five.
- 43:46[SPEAKER_02]: He's got these guys caught man.
- 43:48[SPEAKER_03]: No, at least he's brilliant.
- 43:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, he's brilliant.
- 43:50[SPEAKER_00]: Guys, thanks Lees, thanks Luca, see you next time and enjoy football.
