- 1:16Speaker 2: definitely can be, but understanding of professional's routine shows us
- 1:20Speaker 2: how they achieve their success little by little, day after day.
- 1:24Speaker 2: It's like banking with P and C Bank. It might
- 1:27Speaker 2: seem boring to save, plan and make calculated decisions with
- 1:30Speaker 2: your bank, but keeping your money boring is what helps
- 1:33Speaker 2: you live a more happily fulfilled life. P and C
- 1:36Speaker 2: Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly Boring since
- 1:41Speaker 2: eighteen sixty five is a service mark of the PNC
- 1:44Speaker 2: Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank National Association
- 1:48Speaker 2: Member FDIC.
- 1:51Speaker 3: Let's talk about gold. Gold has hidden all time high,
- 1:56Speaker 3: so wish your thoughts on investing in gold.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It's a good hedge. But investing in gold and investing
- 2:06Speaker 1: in bitcoin is really an inverse trade of believing the
- 2:09Speaker 1: dollar will go up. So if the value of the
- 2:11Speaker 1: dollar over the last one hundred years dropped ninety six percent,
- 2:15Speaker 1: bitcoin in gold or store of value, and the returns
- 2:20Speaker 1: have been incredible on gold. Everyone's been asking where you
- 2:23Speaker 1: can buy gold. You can google that, you go to
- 2:25Speaker 1: cost go. But I do think as a dollar continues
- 2:28Speaker 1: to decline. We haven't had any rate cuts yet, even
- 2:32Speaker 1: though it's predicted we have four. I don't see that happen.
- 2:34Speaker 1: We may even have a raise and rates. You have
- 2:37Speaker 1: to put your money into things that are going to
- 2:39Speaker 1: go up in value, even by the house long term
- 2:42Speaker 1: is a inflation investment, like you're hoping that the price
- 2:47Speaker 1: of your home goes up in comparison to what you
- 2:50Speaker 1: pay for it and versus the dollar. So I want
- 2:53Speaker 1: you guys to make a list of the top ten
- 2:55Speaker 1: things you can invest in that will go up in value.
- 2:57Speaker 1: Home is one, gold is one, Bitcoin is one, Ethereum,
- 3:01Speaker 1: the S and P five hundred. All of those are
- 3:03Speaker 1: inverse dollar trades. You can look at on trade and
- 3:06Speaker 1: view backslash DX. Now just look at the chart of
- 3:09Speaker 1: the dollar or dxy and see truck. Can we pull
- 3:14Speaker 1: up a truck real quick of the US dollar over
- 3:16Speaker 1: the last fifty years if you can? If not, no, biggie,
- 3:19Speaker 1: But yeah. All of these are investments into believing that
- 3:22Speaker 1: the value of the dollar would not rise higher than
- 3:25Speaker 1: what it currently is. So I like it. It's not
- 3:28Speaker 1: in my primary portfolio because I have a particular set
- 3:30Speaker 1: of skills like Leingam meeson. But if I was just
- 3:33Speaker 1: a general investor, would I invest in goal Yes. And
- 3:36Speaker 1: for those you've been trading gold features short target ten ticks.
- 3:41Speaker 1: If you can't get ten ticks out of or ten
- 3:43Speaker 1: pennies out of gold, I don't know what to tell you.
- 3:46Speaker 1: So yeah, I like it as a sore value and
- 3:49Speaker 1: a way to offset the drop and value of the dollar.
- 3:52Speaker 3: What about rate cuts? Do you expect rate cuts this year?
- 3:57Speaker 3: And do you think that we will have two this
- 4:00Speaker 3: year as predicted?
- 4:01Speaker 1: Well, they predicted multiple yeah, four or five? Right? Yeah?
- 4:07Speaker 2: I think sixth was the highest number they got every month.
- 4:10Speaker 1: It seems to be changing.
- 4:12Speaker 2: Larry Fink spoke on Friday, which is I mean, he
- 4:15Speaker 2: stood his ground. Where you're talking about the leader of
- 4:19Speaker 2: the largest financial firm in the world saying that we're
- 4:23Speaker 2: gonna have two, but he's he's reiterated that, like he
- 4:26Speaker 2: said that in January. I think we're gonna have two
- 4:27Speaker 2: rate cuts. I don't think inflation gets to two percent,
- 4:30Speaker 2: even though that's what the Fed wants. But is it
- 4:32Speaker 2: bad if it gets down to three point one or
- 4:34Speaker 2: if it gets down to two point eight, I mean,
- 4:37Speaker 2: if if it decreases. I think that's an improvement. It
- 4:41Speaker 2: looks like that's kind of how the FED is going
- 4:43Speaker 2: to move. So I think two is still very likely.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Six is out the question for sure.
- 4:49Speaker 1: Yeah, six possible.
- 4:51Speaker 2: There are some talks that they're saying that maybe none,
- 4:56Speaker 2: and that's what I think we're gonna end up with.
- 5:00Speaker 2: And then this is something I told everybody in Red Panda.
- 5:03Speaker 2: They're not obligated to tell you how many cuts they
- 5:05Speaker 2: can lead, but they don't have to directly tell you
- 5:09Speaker 2: how many cuts they have planned. Now, if we have
- 5:12Speaker 2: rates rise, it's over with for Biden, like it's guarantee loss.
- 5:15Speaker 2: I think they also want to be a little bit fair,
- 5:18Speaker 2: so that's why I can see zero rate cuts happening.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Two would be amazing, especially if one of them came
- 5:24Speaker 2: towards the election season. That would help the.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Biden Harris campaign a ton. But I think we'll be flat.
- 5:32Speaker 1: And it's sad that like twenty five percent of all
- 5:34Speaker 1: money got printed because of COVID and what was happening there.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I wish we would have just listened to biologists who
- 5:42Speaker 1: was telling everyone initially, protected the kids and the elders,
- 5:46Speaker 1: let everyone else go to work, but keep the kids
- 5:48Speaker 1: and elders at home, because the mismanagement of that bio
- 5:52Speaker 1: attack from China led to a financial disaster. Going back
- 5:56Speaker 1: to my point about bricks, the turning of the god
- 6:00Speaker 1: for bricks getting momentum was COVID and our mismanagement of it,
- 6:04Speaker 1: which led to a many financial crisis. Now, it was
- 6:06Speaker 1: great for investment, it was great for the housing market.
- 6:10Speaker 1: But as a result, sometimes you have to let nature
- 6:14Speaker 1: take its course and let these things settle in because
- 6:16Speaker 1: we didn't. We mismanagement. We've been mismanaging, overprinted like crazy,
- 6:20Speaker 1: and here we are. So I think we'll be flat
- 6:22Speaker 1: on the rates cuts for the year. If I'm wrong,
- 6:25Speaker 1: I'll come back and say that. But I don't think
- 6:27Speaker 1: we will have any this year, and we need them.
- 6:29Speaker 1: But we can't go back to lower rates when rates
- 6:33Speaker 1: were at zero for Damnar fifteen years.
- 6:35Speaker 3: So okay, so let's do earnings report.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, yeah, it's a big earnings week, big earnings week,
- 6:43Speaker 2: and we're going into earning season. I feel like that
- 6:45Speaker 2: that's happened pretty quickly.
- 6:47Speaker 3: So we got a lot.
- 6:48Speaker 2: Of the big banks of reporting, a couple of airlines reporting,
- 6:52Speaker 2: but the big one that I'm watching, I'm sure you're
- 6:54Speaker 2: watching too. Ian is Netflix on Thursday? What's your thoughts
- 6:58Speaker 2: on the earning season? And I guess we could start
- 7:01Speaker 2: with Netflix. I think Netflix will be fine. They came
- 7:06Speaker 2: out of that route in twenty twenty two.
- 7:07Speaker 1: They adjusted well, been incredibly focused, stop people from scamming
- 7:12Speaker 1: and having fourteen different people on one account. They've done
- 7:15Speaker 1: incredibly well. So I think they're earnings will be okay.
- 7:19Speaker 1: I don't force shadow any reason why they shouldn't be good.
- 7:23Speaker 1: So I'm bullish on Netflix. They've done a great job
- 7:26Speaker 1: since twenty twenty two, one of the media giants. So yeah,
- 7:30Speaker 1: I like where they're earning shall fall this week? All right?
- 7:34Speaker 2: We got Goldman Sachson Bank of America reporting this week
- 7:37Speaker 2: as well as Morgan Stanley boats on the banks.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Bank of America, it hasn't been above forty bucks. It's
- 7:46Speaker 1: getting close, but it hasn't been above forty since twenty
- 7:49Speaker 1: twenty one. Not that excited about it. So it's a
- 7:52Speaker 1: known Bank of America shot to Brian morning Hand, everybody
- 7:55Speaker 1: in Charlotte go to You got the Masters on the
- 7:56Speaker 1: twenty seventh, don't want to run their relationships Goldman Sacks.
- 8:00Speaker 1: I'm bullish on Goldman has been doing an incredible job. Uh,
- 8:07Speaker 1: probably one of the best banks there is out right
- 8:10Speaker 1: now for sure of them at JP Morgan, So I
- 8:13Speaker 1: am bullish on them for sure, and Morgan, I like,
- 8:19Speaker 1: I don't I don't love, but I like it. It's solid.
- 8:21Speaker 1: If I have to, like pick a back up, Morgan
- 8:23Speaker 1: Stanley would be like my financial side piece.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Let me say something real quick. I'm glad you said that,
- 8:29Speaker 3: because as you did, I'm not just pandering because we're
- 8:32Speaker 3: coming there. But North Carolina seems like that they have
- 8:34Speaker 3: some promise on the upcoming as well. Charlotte is a
- 8:39Speaker 3: financial hub and it's one of the largest financial hubs
- 8:43Speaker 3: in America, actually number two. So yes, part of me
- 8:48Speaker 3: I forgot to mention that. And we are coming to
- 8:51Speaker 3: Charlotte next weekend for a free event, So Arthur, if
- 8:53Speaker 3: you're on the website, But that's one state that I forgot,
- 8:56Speaker 3: North Carolina. Shout out to Dreamville who and the boy Who.
- 9:04Speaker 3: We'll talk about that later on. But Charlotte, you guys,
- 9:08Speaker 3: you guys are on the rise.
- 9:10Speaker 1: We'll be wrapping y'all going forward. Charlotte, Charlotte, Dreamville, Charlotte.
- 9:16Speaker 2: Maybe that stay in North Carolina if needed, they need
- 9:20Speaker 2: proper representation, Jermaine Jamine.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Person is North Carolina, Jamaine, He's still the biggest question
- 9:28Speaker 3: in Calina.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Who is the Mellow ball. I wasn't thinking bigger than
- 9:35Speaker 1: mellow Come on, I think I thought, Mike.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll say Mike. I think they still claim them.
- 9:40Speaker 2: They still claimed Mike, Michael Jordan. I'm talking about it.
- 9:42Speaker 3: That's fifty years ago, talking about currently right now the
- 9:45Speaker 3: biggest Oh yeah yeah.
- 9:45Speaker 1: Ja Cole Handsund Yeah yeah, yeah.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Uh, I don't know, Jermaine, what's up man world? Uh
- 9:56Speaker 2: we talked about this on the call. We were talking
- 9:58Speaker 2: about the healthcare sector and we're looking at the ETF.
- 10:01Speaker 3: We spoke about Lily all the time.
- 10:02Speaker 2: Let's talk about one of the star warts inside that space,
- 10:05Speaker 2: United health what's your thoughts.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Yeah, they've been sliding down a little bit. I think
- 10:08Speaker 1: they've adjusted, but I think they'll be fine overall long term.
- 10:12Speaker 1: For sure. If I can get it below four thirty seven,
- 10:14Speaker 1: I would be happy. I think you got to like
- 10:17Speaker 1: a hob like five thirty seven a little bit ago,
- 10:21Speaker 1: so I think that they will definitely go back up.
- 10:23Speaker 1: I like United Healthcare, love literly more that's my baby.
- 10:26Speaker 1: But United Healthcare is doing very good ticker U and H.
- 10:30Speaker 2: Yeah, they are the top two allocations inside of XLV,
- 10:33Speaker 2: the spider sector. Yeah, so the two solid companies. All Right,
- 10:37Speaker 2: you got one airline in here, United Airlines.
- 10:41Speaker 1: Got no sho out to United. I love y'all. Thank
- 10:44Speaker 1: y'ad for taking care of me. Investing in the stock
- 10:46Speaker 1: No until Bowen gets there shit together, Nah, I wouldn't
- 10:50Speaker 1: invest in any airline. There's too many issues going on.
- 10:53Speaker 1: Stock is at forty one bucks. Twenty nineteen was at
- 10:57Speaker 1: ninety two bucks. It still has not recovered. No matter,
- 11:01Speaker 1: I don't see. I mean, maybe the Ironers will be okay,
- 11:04Speaker 1: but I don't see a reason to even want to look.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Let me see some of the fundamental data. Real quick
- 11:10Speaker 1: profit margin one point sixty four percent. That's that's an automatic.
- 11:14Speaker 1: No go about every one hundred dollars that comes in,
- 11:17Speaker 1: you keep one sixty four y'all need charge more for that?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Wi fi, don't charge me. But gross margin eight point
- 11:23Speaker 1: nine to two percent, which is a dead range for me.
- 11:27Speaker 1: Market cap is twelve billion. AirPods make more money than
- 11:31Speaker 1: their market cap.
- 11:33Speaker 2: No.
- 11:33Speaker 4: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 11:37Speaker 4: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 11:41Speaker 4: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 11:45Speaker 4: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 11:49Speaker 4: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 11:53Speaker 4: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christine Noman, the United States
- 11:56Speaker 4: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 12:01Speaker 4: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 12:05Speaker 4: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 12:08Speaker 4: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 12:12Speaker 4: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned and deported, you will
- 12:16Speaker 4: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 12:20Speaker 4: app and leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 12:24Speaker 4: Do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump, America's laws,
- 12:29Speaker 4: border and families will be protected.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security,
