Palm Bay, FL -- Starting Sunday, April 12, the two median openings on Malabar Road between San Filippo Boulevard and I-95 will be closed. For the next 12 months, drivers who normally cut across traffic at those gaps will have to find another route. The change is not a detour. It is an experiment.
