- 0:38Sean McAllister: We take a ride and chat with the founder how this new concept will reinvent your rental experience.
- 0:45Sean McAllister: Let's get to it and spin the wheel.
- 1:08Sean McAllister: Let me tell you, I already have my game face on, and I need to have it on because Dana, we were called and asked to host uh the pilot episode of a game show that's all about dominoes.
- 1:22Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 1:22Dayna Roselli: It's called Domino Time.
- 1:23Dayna Roselli: It's gonna be shooting in the eSports arena over at the Luxor.
- 1:27Dayna Roselli: It's gonna be tons of fun.
- 1:28Dayna Roselli: And the reason we're letting you know is because you can be in the studio audience, everyone, um 7 p.m.
- 1:35Dayna Roselli: to like midnight on Thursday, the 28th.
- 1:38Dayna Roselli: If you want to come down and be in the studio audience, we were talking with the creators of this and they were saying, you know, dominoes are becoming so popular, it's kind of heading into they're hoping that at one point and one day it will be like the World Series of Poker.
- 1:50Sean McAllister: Yeah, if you think this is the domino game that you played around the kitchen table with your family as a kid, uh-uh-uh.
- 1:57Sean McAllister: The stakes have been raised.
- 1:58Sean McAllister: This is high competition, and we're gonna be there to witness it firsthand.
- 2:02Sean McAllister: So, yeah, come down and join us, be in the studio audience, and uh see how they've really raised the stakes on the game of dominoes.
- 2:10Dayna Roselli: It should be really fun.
- 2:11Dayna Roselli: So um, we're gearing up for that, everyone.
- 2:14Dayna Roselli: Um, and coming off the heels of uh big wedding in town.
- 2:18Sean McAllister: Yeah, I mean, we're we're still soaking up all the all the love that J-Lo and Ben Affleck left behind.
- 2:25Dayna Roselli: Now, do we still call them Benefer, or was that back in the early 2000s when they first met, they were Benefer?
- 2:31Dayna Roselli: Because I feel like people don't call them that anymore.
- 2:33Sean McAllister: Well, I feel like they should be Benefer now.
- 2:35Dayna Roselli: So do I.
- 2:36Sean McAllister: And Jennifer took his name.
- 2:37Sean McAllister: She's now uh what, Jennifer Lynn Affleck?
- 2:41Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 2:41Sean McAllister: She's not J-Lo anymore.
- 2:43Dayna Roselli: Oh my gosh.
- 2:43Dayna Roselli: Well, that's probably why she cave the Oh yeah.
- 2:46Dayna Roselli: Or is it Jennifer Lopez Affleck?
- 2:47Dayna Roselli: Is it Jennifer Lynn?
- 2:48Sean McAllister: Well, yeah, her middle name.
- 2:50Dayna Roselli: Oh, okay.
- 2:51Dayna Roselli: Got it.
- 2:51Sean McAllister: But she didn't I don't think that she kept her Lopez.
- 2:55Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 2:56Sean McAllister: Um But she's still J-Lo.
- 2:58Sean McAllister: She's always gonna be J-Lo.
- 2:59Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 3:00Dayna Roselli: Well, and I love that, you know, everyone's talking about it and everyone's excited about it.
- 3:03Dayna Roselli: You and I have had to drive by a little white wedding chapel twice this week.
- 3:08Dayna Roselli: And both times when we drove by, there's still like entertainment TV crews out there, like scouting out the place.
- 3:15Dayna Roselli: I mean, they're not coming back.
- 3:17Sean McAllister: I know, I know, it's over.
- 3:19Sean McAllister: Are just there to get the experience to hear from anybody who was inside who took part in the ceremony, to walk through the the dressing room where Ben was taking video before the ceremony.
- 3:34Sean McAllister: There's graffiti on the mirror.
- 3:36Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 3:37Dayna Roselli: I don't even know.
- 3:37Dayna Roselli: Was it a dressing room or just like a it almost looked like a bathroom, but I'm not sure.
- 3:41Dayna Roselli: It might have been.
- 3:42Dayna Roselli: He did it so quick.
- 3:43Dayna Roselli: But all the little clips going around.
- 3:44Dayna Roselli: It is cool that they got married in Vegas.
- 3:46Dayna Roselli: I love it.
- 3:47Dayna Roselli: It's great for our city.
- 3:48Dayna Roselli: I mean, we put up a TikTok of us driving by the wedding chapel, and it's got like, I don't even know, like 88,000 views in like 24 hours.
- 3:58Dayna Roselli: It's like crazy.
- 3:59Dayna Roselli: It's taking off.
- 4:00Dayna Roselli: And so many people are commenting that they also got married there and reminiscing.
- 4:06Dayna Roselli: And some are saying, Well, my marriage didn't last.
- 4:09Dayna Roselli: Some are saying we're still kicking, you know, 20 years later or whatever.
- 4:12Sean McAllister: And people are like, Well, Brittany was the OG of getting married there.
- 4:16Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 4:16Sean McAllister: And actually, it was what, Joan Collins and Michael Jordan?
- 4:20Dayna Roselli: Yeah, Michael Jordan, too.
- 4:22Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 4:22Dayna Roselli: Yeah, they're on the sign.
- 4:24Dayna Roselli: Well, I was looking at some of the close-up signs and the pictures online and stuff like that.
- 4:28Dayna Roselli: So, I mean, a lot of people, you know, get married in Vegas, and sometimes it's the real deal and sometimes it's not.
- 4:34Dayna Roselli: Now, remember when Travis Barker and Courtney Kardashian recently went there, theirs wasn't official.
- 4:41Dayna Roselli: They did it more for fun.
- 4:42Dayna Roselli: But J Lo and Ben have an official Clark County marriage license.
- 4:48Dayna Roselli: I saw our friend Stacey Galani, who works for Entertainment Tonight, went down there and got the official license.
- 4:53Dayna Roselli: She had it in hand.
- 4:55Dayna Roselli: So it is official.
- 4:56Dayna Roselli: I thought it was interesting.
- 4:57Dayna Roselli: I didn't pin them as Vegas wedding people, did you?
- 5:01Sean McAllister: No.
- 5:02Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 5:02Sean McAllister: I really didn't.
- 5:03Sean McAllister: I uh I kind of I don't know, always pictured J Lo as, you know, having the big ceremony and all that, and they kept it very intimate.
- 5:13Sean McAllister: Just the kids, immediate family.
- 5:15Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 5:15Dayna Roselli: I and I always thought, well, even if it was small, I picture them like on the edge of a cliff over the ocean or something type tricky wedding.
- 5:22Dayna Roselli: You know what I mean?
- 5:23Dayna Roselli: Like I don't know why I picture that, but anyway, I'm glad that they got married in Vegas.
- 5:27Dayna Roselli: It's been great publicity for us.
- 5:29Dayna Roselli: We're the best place to get married if you want to do it quick, make it special, make it memorable.
- 5:34Dayna Roselli: Um, I know she's releasing more and more details about it, and and they did like the drive-thru and it was fun and all that kind of thing.
- 5:41Dayna Roselli: So we love it.
- 5:42Dayna Roselli: Uh congratulations to Benefer.
- 5:45Dayna Roselli: Everyone's saying, you know, let's place bets on how long they're gonna last, this and that.
- 5:48Dayna Roselli: Listen, I just want to be positive.
- 5:50Dayna Roselli: Forever.
- 5:50Dayna Roselli: Absolutely.
- 5:51Sean McAllister: I I hope for both of their sakes that this is a long haul relationship for both of them.
- 5:57Dayna Roselli: I mean, it is kind of nice that they were together earlier in life and then they, you know, reconvened, got back together, and now said, you know, you've always been the one.
- 6:06Dayna Roselli: That's kind of sweet.
- 6:07Sean McAllister: It is, and it's something familiar and something it is.
- 6:10Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 6:10Sean McAllister: That's a really nice thing.
- 6:12Sean McAllister: Again, congratulations to uh Ben and Jennifer on their Vegas wedding.
- 6:17Sean McAllister: Another celebrity couple that got married here in Las Vegas, Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas.
- 6:23Dayna Roselli: Oh, right, that's right.
- 6:25Dayna Roselli: I forgot about that.
- 6:26Dayna Roselli: Yeah, that was what?
- 6:27Dayna Roselli: Like a couple years ago?
- 6:29Dayna Roselli: Oh gosh, I know time is like a warp.
- 6:31Sean McAllister: Three years ago, yeah, 2019.
- 6:33Sean McAllister: Right, 2019.
- 6:34Sean McAllister: Three years ago.
- 6:35Sean McAllister: Okay.
- 6:36Dayna Roselli: Well, the Jonas brothers uh recently had a show over at Park MGM, and they have also, well, the whole family, I should say, has opened a new restaurant at MGM Grand.
- 6:46Dayna Roselli: We mentioned it before, and it's called Nellie's Southern Kitchen.
- 6:49Dayna Roselli: So I went there recently before we had a shoot over across the street at Excalibur, was trying to think of something that would be somewhat close.
- 6:56Dayna Roselli: I'm like, I have not been to Nellie's Southern Kitchen yet.
- 6:59Dayna Roselli: So went over there with our friend that's a photographer, uh Denise Trisello, and uh celebrity blogger Perez Hilton.
- 7:05Dayna Roselli: And we when we were there, Kevin Jonas Sr.
- 7:08Dayna Roselli: was there.
- 7:09Dayna Roselli: So he's he's the papa of the Jonas Brothers.
- 7:11Sean McAllister: So he is uh part of the he's 50% of the creation process of the Joe Bros.
- 7:18Dayna Roselli: He sure is.
- 7:19Dayna Roselli: And we were all chatting about the different times that we've interacted with the Jonas brothers and when we might have r um run into him.
- 7:25Dayna Roselli: And I was mentioning which we've talked about in the past as well, when they were here for their their movie being released and they surprised the crowd at Town Square and how I interviewed them.
- 7:34Dayna Roselli: He's like, Oh my gosh, he's like, I was there too.
- 7:36Dayna Roselli: I remember that.
- 7:37Dayna Roselli: And Denise has, you know, photographed them for many years.
- 7:40Dayna Roselli: Perez Hilton's run into them many, many times.
- 7:42Dayna Roselli: So it was kind of fun to catch up with Kevin and he gave us a tour.
- 7:45Sean McAllister: And how was the restaurant?
- 7:46Sean McAllister: I've been so curious about it.
- 7:48Dayna Roselli: So here's the deal.
- 7:49Dayna Roselli: I didn't expect it to be a as big, large and and as beautiful as it was.
- 7:55Dayna Roselli: I just thought, yeah, I don't know what I was thinking, but I was like, oh, Southern Kitchen, maybe it's a cute little So where where is it?
- 8:01Dayna Roselli: So you pass the new Brad Garrett's Comedy Club.
- 8:04Dayna Roselli: So it's down in the district as you head over toward the Grand Garden Arena on the right side.
- 8:09Dayna Roselli: Um you pass a couple things before you get there.
- 8:12Dayna Roselli: So as you're walking that way, um couple stores on the right side, another restaurant that I can't think of the name of, and then Nelly's Southern Kitchen.
- 8:20Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 8:20Dayna Roselli: And I'm also gonna put up a reels, and I have kind of me walking toward the sign.
- 8:24Dayna Roselli: You'll see it.
- 8:24SPEAKER_02: Perfect.
- 8:25Dayna Roselli: But it's huge.
- 8:26Dayna Roselli: First of all, super tall ceilings, beautiful decor, open.
- 8:30Dayna Roselli: Like you walk in, there's a room to the right, there's a room.
- 8:33Dayna Roselli: Then there's a big room in the back where they had live music playing.
- 8:37Dayna Roselli: Kevin showed us the private room that they have with beautiful paintings on the wall and kind of a theme, southern theme in there.
- 8:44Sean McAllister: Again, it was Kevin Sr.
- 8:45Dayna Roselli: Kevin Sr.
- 8:46Dayna Roselli: Yep.
- 8:47Dayna Roselli: And he was taking us around.
- 8:48Dayna Roselli: I know, and he wanted to show us everything.
- 8:50Dayna Roselli: And he was basically telling us the history of it and how it is all after his grandmother, Nellie Jonas.
- 8:56Dayna Roselli: They opened one in North Carolina, and this is their second location, and he was saying he's been spending a lot of time here and basically has two homes now.
- 9:05Dayna Roselli: He's going back and forth between North Carolina and Las Vegas.
- 9:08Dayna Roselli: So he's living here part-time.
- 9:10Sean McAllister: Well, hey, if the Jonas brothers, uh, if the Jonas family needs a nice big house to relax in while they're here in Vegas, I know a builder.
- 9:18Dayna Roselli: Okay, yes, call us.
- 9:20Dayna Roselli: We've got a great builder that we just had a meeting with this week that makes beautiful homes.
- 9:24Dayna Roselli: Um, another thing we did talk about were the kids.
- 9:26Dayna Roselli: So he was telling us how, you know, it's so strange that he had four boys.
- 9:33Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 9:33Dayna Roselli: All boys.
- 9:34Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 9:34Dayna Roselli: And now all the boys have only had girls.
- 9:36Dayna Roselli: So all the babies and all the grandchildren are only girls.
- 9:40Dayna Roselli: And he was telling us that, and it was just announced this this week, I think, or last week, that another baby girl has has come into the Jonas family.
- 9:47Dayna Roselli: And so, um, yeah, all girls for grandchildren, all boys for immediate kids.
- 9:52Dayna Roselli: So isn't that cool?
- 9:53Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 9:53Dayna Roselli: And so he was laughing about that and saying it's a whole new kind of learning process now.
- 9:57Dayna Roselli: He got used to just dealing with the boys and now he's gonna have to deal with the girls.
- 10:01Sean McAllister: I guess so.
- 10:02Sean McAllister: But as a grandpa to all of those little girls, he gets to deal with them on a whole different level than if they were his daughters.
- 10:10Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's true.
- 10:11Sean McAllister: You know, he gets to have the fun time with the little baby grandgirls and a grandgirl, a granddaughter.
- 10:18Dayna Roselli: Or granddaughter, yeah.
- 10:19Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 10:21Sean McAllister: But he gets to spoil them rotten, I guess, is my point.
- 10:24Dayna Roselli: Exactly.
- 10:25Dayna Roselli: So they do have a wall there dedicated to the Jonas brothers and some of their achievements and some of their magazine covers.
- 10:32Dayna Roselli: Also, Kevin Sr.
- 10:33Dayna Roselli: telling us he loves all the sons' wives.
- 10:34Dayna Roselli: They're having a blast together.
- 10:35Dayna Roselli: He's loving the extended family.
- 10:37Dayna Roselli: Oh, good.
- 10:38Dayna Roselli: So that's really cool.
- 10:39Dayna Roselli: I want to tell everyone, though, about a couple things to order when you're there.
- 10:42Dayna Roselli: And my number one on my list is this colliard and artichoke dip.
- 10:47Dayna Roselli: So it's artichokes, colliard greens, and parmesan hot dip with toast points.
- 10:55Dayna Roselli: Okay, that you dip into this cheesy.
- 10:58Dayna Roselli: It was the most delicious thing.
- 11:01Dayna Roselli: We all were loving it.
- 11:02Dayna Roselli: It was so good.
- 11:04Dayna Roselli: I'm like, does Uber Eats deliver from Nelly's kitten?
- 11:06Dayna Roselli: Like, I'm obsessed.
- 11:07Dayna Roselli: So anyway, you have to order the colliard and artichoke dip.
- 11:12Dayna Roselli: And again, it's colliards, artichoke, and parmesan served with toast points.
- 11:16Dayna Roselli: You gotta get it.
- 11:17Dayna Roselli: The dumplings were delicious.
- 11:19Dayna Roselli: They had these um different kinds of um, it was similar to an egg roll, but not.
- 11:24Dayna Roselli: Um, it was like barbecue chicken with mac and cheese and collyards in there all wrapped.
- 11:29Dayna Roselli: That was delicious.
- 11:30Dayna Roselli: Uh, we had some shrimp, the salad was great.
- 11:32Dayna Roselli: So the um biscuits, delicious.
- 11:35Dayna Roselli: Loved the biscuits.
- 11:36Sean McAllister: A good southern biscuit.
- 11:37Sean McAllister: I had to can't beat it.
- 11:38Dayna Roselli: I had to stop at one because I was like, I will eat this whole basket.
- 11:42Dayna Roselli: The wait staff was great, the live music was great.
- 11:44Dayna Roselli: Stop by Nelly's Southern Kitchen.
- 11:46Dayna Roselli: It was really fun, great environment.
- 11:48Dayna Roselli: Enjoyed it a lot.
- 11:49Sean McAllister: Very cool.
- 11:50Sean McAllister: Hey, I wanted to uh mention really quick, uh, one of our longtime Las Vegas headliners who is no longer performing on the strip is about to make a Las Vegas return.
- 12:00Sean McAllister: Elton John is coming back to Las Vegas uh as part of his farewell yellow brick road tour.
- 12:07Sean McAllister: Uh, November 1st, I believe that's a Tuesday.
- 12:10Sean McAllister: He's playing at Allegiance Stadium.
- 12:12Sean McAllister: Um, I went on to see what ticket prices were because I really wanted to go.
- 12:18Sean McAllister: I loved Elton John's residencies here.
- 12:21Sean McAllister: I am just a huge fan of him and his music.
- 12:25Sean McAllister: Um I found tickets for$48.
- 12:28Sean McAllister: Wow.
- 12:29Sean McAllister: Now they were they were up in the, you know, they were up in the top top ring of the arena.
- 12:35Dayna Roselli: But it's not, but Allegiant Stadium isn't that big.
- 12:38Dayna Roselli: I mean, it is, but the way they have it set up.
- 12:39Dayna Roselli: It's a great view, though.
- 12:40Dayna Roselli: It's not even like you're it's not, I wouldn't even call it a nosebleed.
- 12:43Sean McAllister: No, it's not.
- 12:43Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 12:44Sean McAllister: No, I've been to uh Raiders games and set up in those seats too, and it's an incre it's a great view.
- 12:51Sean McAllister: Yeah.
- 12:51Sean McAllister: It's a great view.
- 12:52Sean McAllister: So they're not bad seats.
- 12:54Sean McAllister: Um, but for 48 bucks, you can't beat that.
- 12:57Sean McAllister: And to be there for Elton's farewell tour, whether it's his final farewell tour or not, is remains to be seen.
- 13:05Sean McAllister: I have a feeling that his touring days may be done, but his Vegas residency days may not be done.
- 13:11SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 13:12Sean McAllister: I think he could be back here.
- 13:13Sean McAllister: So it'll be exciting to see if he he spills any details about coming back to Vegas during that show.
- 13:20Dayna Roselli: Well, that's a great price.
- 13:21Dayna Roselli: You and I spent 50 bucks just to go to the Las Vegas ballpark the other day for the big game with the Raiders versus the Golden Knights.
- 13:27Dayna Roselli: Which, you know, a lot of it was for good cause and everything like that.
- 13:30Dayna Roselli: But I mean, you're thinking you're getting Elton John tickets, you know?
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: Yep.
- 13:33Dayna Roselli: But that was a blast too.
- 13:34Dayna Roselli: We had fun at the Las Vegas ballpark.
- 13:36Dayna Roselli: I just want to do a quick shout out to the Raiderettes because I have never seen them so up close, you know, because we had great seats, because we, you know, we sat right behind home home plate, right?
- 13:44Dayna Roselli: Home plate, yeah.
- 13:45Dayna Roselli: And I they were like killing it.
- 13:47Dayna Roselli: I was like, shout out to the Raiderettes.
- 13:50Dayna Roselli: They look good, their dance moves were on point.
- 13:52Dayna Roselli: They were great.
- 13:53Sean McAllister: They are a great representation of our team.
- 13:57Dayna Roselli: Really?
- 13:57Dayna Roselli: Darren Waller was there for the Raiders, uh, the whole, you know, all sorts of players from both teams, some of the former Golden Knights players.
- 14:04Dayna Roselli: That was a lot of fun.
- 14:05Dayna Roselli: It was great to see them all back and kind of having fun together.
- 14:08Dayna Roselli: The Golden Knights beat the Raiders, by the way.
- 14:10Sean McAllister: Yeah, that was a great time.
- 14:12Sean McAllister: Glad to see both of our professional sports teams out there.
- 14:15Sean McAllister: Um, something that's been announced to be coming to Las Vegas.
- 14:19Sean McAllister: There's a Princess Diana exhibit that is coming as a permanent installation to the shops over at Crystals.
- 14:27Sean McAllister: That's the shopping center that's attached to Aria.
- 14:30Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's gorgeous over there.
- 14:31Dayna Roselli: Yeah, this exhibit's supposed to open in late August.
- 14:34Dayna Roselli: And apparently, according to the website, which is DianaLosvegas.com, you can sign up for updates and exclusive pre-sale ticket.
- 14:42Dayna Roselli: But according, this is how they describe it.
- 14:44Dayna Roselli: We're gonna they're gonna transport you into the life of the world famous royalty through the designer fashions, personal effects, and historic items of the People's Princess and the Royal Family.
- 14:55Dayna Roselli: Wow.
- 14:55Dayna Roselli: So it looks like they're gonna go through a lot of you know different aspects of her life and and I love the the designer fashions.
- 15:02Dayna Roselli: It kind of makes it seem a little bit more appropriate for the shops at Crystals, you know.
- 15:05Dayna Roselli: Maybe that's why they decided to have it there.
- 15:07Dayna Roselli: It's a beautiful space, too.
- 15:08Sean McAllister: Yeah, it does.
- 15:09Sean McAllister: So this exhibit opens at the end of August.
- 15:12Sean McAllister: We'll be going over there and having a lot more uh in-depth coverage for you as uh that exhibit gets closer.
- 15:21Sean McAllister: But we just wanted to put it on your radar that the Princess Diana exhibit is opening at the end of August uh over at the shops at Crystals.
- 15:30Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I think a lot of eyes globally are gonna be on that, like we mentioned.
- 15:33Dayna Roselli: Yeah, for sure.
- 15:34Dayna Roselli: We've heard a lot of buzz.
- 15:35Dayna Roselli: All right, let's talk about the Halo car.
- 15:37Dayna Roselli: We have an interview coming up that's gonna explain all of it.
- 15:40Dayna Roselli: But Sean and I always like to kind of give our take because we rode in the Halo car.
- 15:45Dayna Roselli: First of all, when we went on the Vegas loop, that was like just last week, right?
- 15:49Dayna Roselli: Um, we had the halo the folks at the Halo car reach out and say, hey, come check out what we're doing.
- 15:53Dayna Roselli: And and then we realized so many people are interested in transportation around Las Vegas because our tourists are always looking for, and locals, easier ways to get around and avoid the traffic.
- 16:04Dayna Roselli: But something you and I were chatting about is that, you know, waiting in line at the rental car place is a real pain.
- 16:10SPEAKER_02: It is.
- 16:11Dayna Roselli: It's one of the downfalls when you rent a car and then having to turn it in.
- 16:14Dayna Roselli: And so Halo Car kind of takes that out of the loop, I should say.
- 16:20Sean McAllister: It does.
- 16:21Sean McAllister: Yeah, so basically what it is, it's an autonomous vehicle.
- 16:26Sean McAllister: What you do, you you go onto the halo.car, that's their website, you request a vehicle, the vehicle will drive itself to you.
- 16:37Sean McAllister: You get in, you drive it like you would a normal vehicle.
- 16:41Sean McAllister: When you're done using the car, you just park it in a parking spot or on the street, you go back on the website, say that you're done, and then the car drives itself back to home base, which is incredible.
- 16:54Dayna Roselli: It's so cool.
- 16:55Dayna Roselli: That's so cool.
- 16:57Dayna Roselli: It really is.
- 16:58Dayna Roselli: And I was like, wait, what?
- 17:00Dayna Roselli: Uh, we went on a ride and just took a little loop around downtown to see how it works.
- 17:04Dayna Roselli: We had a driver with us just in case, you know, and they're doing that.
- 17:08Dayna Roselli: They they're not uh they're still manned right now.
- 17:11Sean McAllister: Yeah, they're in the beta phase of their launch.
- 17:15Sean McAllister: So they do still have a driver in the driver's seat, so that um, you know, they're just double triple checking things.
- 17:23Dayna Roselli: Of course.
- 17:23Dayna Roselli: And we got to see how it works, though, with the wheel moving and you know, we could hear home base.
- 17:28Dayna Roselli: The the woman that was over there actually controlling the car was talking back to the driver, and he said, you know, they're oh they have open communication right now in the beta phase so that they can learn from it, they can give each other, you know, the right signals and stuff like that.
- 17:41Dayna Roselli: So it was interesting to watch that all go down.
- 17:43Dayna Roselli: Go to our Instagram, we're gonna put up a reels where you'll visually be able to see all of this.
- 17:48Dayna Roselli: But first, um, who could say it better than the founder, right?
- 17:52Sean McAllister: Yeah, that's right.
- 17:53Sean McAllister: We sat down with Anand and Cass from Halo Car to get all the details about this very futuristic ride.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: So the ultimate vision for Halo is to move the entire planet from gasoline cars to electric.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: Today, electric cars are great, but the problem with electric cars is it's forty thousand dollars.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Not everybody can afford it.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Even if you're able to afford it, you still have to retrofit a house with some form of charging station.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: If you're renting a house, you can't do it.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: If you're in a place where you can't actually install something, you can't, right?
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: So that determines how people get access to electric cars, right?
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: What we're saying is instead of buying a car, why not just push a button on the car to show it up magically?
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: We can drive it how much we want, and we're done, but don't park the car, just walk away, the car's gone.
- 18:35SPEAKER_00: That is exactly what Halo is.
- 18:37Dayna Roselli: And I was gonna say, the one part I hate of even just renting a car is having to return it.
- 18:42Dayna Roselli: So the fact that you stop at your last spot and then it drives back to where it needs to go is a blessing, right?
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, parking is a nightmare.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: People average spend 30 minutes every time they take a trip to find a parking spot, and is it actually the right parking spot?
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: And you have like fifty different signs on top of a single pole, it's all contradicting each other, right?
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: How do you know whether you know it's safe to park?
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: So that's the biggest problem for owning a car, right?
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: So why not just eliminate that altogether and just drop the car and walk away?
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: Like the rideshare service, the car is gone.
- 19:11Sean McAllister: So is that what the ultimate goal is here?
- 19:14Sean McAllister: To kind of chip away uh the the ride share market, or is this kind of a rental car solution too?
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: The ultimate goal is climate change, right?
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: That's the ultimate goal that we want to talk tackle really head on.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: But we're starting off with a rental car first, because if you don't make a service convenient, affordable, efficient, nobody's gonna convert to it, right?
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: If those categories are not met, then nobody's gonna use the service.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: Why push uh car ownership as the only way to get electric cars?
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: Why not electric cars could be accessible to all?
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: For just a few dollars, now you're able to get into an electric car, drive it around how much of you want, get the feel for it instead of working forty thousand dollars up front.
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: That's the vision for Halo.
- 19:55SPEAKER_00: And with a service like this, our customers take a wrap, push a button, request a car.
- 19:59SPEAKER_00: We will remotely drive an old electric car with nobody inside to that doorstep.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: Once a car arrives, they jump in the driver's seat, they drive it how much ever they want, but once they've finished driving, they just drop it and walk away.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Don't worry about parking.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: We will remotely drive the car to the next customer.
- 20:15Dayna Roselli: Well, and I was gonna say, so uh people might be curious, well, where are the people that are actually driving it?
- 20:20Dayna Roselli: And you have an actual station where there are people guiding and I don't know, are they joysticking?
- 20:26Dayna Roselli: What are they doing?
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: It's uh we call this a mission control, where it's all based in Las Vegas.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: We've hired the first crew of remote pilots that are actually in our mission control right now driving the cars, right?
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: They sit in an actual base station, they can see the full car around it.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: They have full 360-degree visibility around the car, they can see even the smallest detail that you can't see yourself sitting inside the car, right?
- 20:52SPEAKER_00: That's kind of how we've engineered it.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: Each car has six cameras that are integrated and they stream in real time.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: And one about proprietary IP is to bring the latency down so that they can actually see exactly what's happening in real time so they can actually drive the car fully remote based in Las Vegas.
- 21:07Sean McAllister: So you uh you are launched now, you're going into a beta phase.
- 21:12Sean McAllister: Um what does that beta phase include?
- 21:14Sean McAllister: What geographic area of Las Vegas, and then what are the plans beyond that?
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: Yeah, absolutely.
- 21:20SPEAKER_01: So during the beta phase, uh you'll be able to book a car and get it delivered to you basically anywhere from Charleston up to the top of downtown.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: Uh we'll deliver the car anytime between 8 a.m.
- 21:28SPEAKER_01: and 6 p.m.
- 21:29SPEAKER_01: And so you'll say, I want a car Friday morning, 10 a.m.
- 21:32SPEAKER_01: And the car will arrive to your location Friday morning at 10 a.m.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: And when you're done, you'll park the car, hit the button on the app, and say, I'm done, and we'll drive the car away.
- 21:41SPEAKER_01: And so during the beta, um the cars will arrive with a support operator.
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: So someone in the front seat to help you find the car, help you work out how it works, tell you about how to charge it and clean it, and and someone who haven't used an electric car before.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: And so during the beta, we'll be working out how to make that handover process super smooth so that when we take that support.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Port operator out, but people still know how to find their car, still know how to get in.
- 22:04Dayna Roselli: And what about price point?
- 22:06Dayna Roselli: I mean, I know you probably can't get specific right now, everyone's different, but like people might want to know, well, is this gonna cost me a fortune?
- 22:11Dayna Roselli: Is it in my price range?
- 22:13Dayna Roselli: Is it affordable?
- 22:14Dayna Roselli: Is it comparable to renting or an Uber?
- 22:16Dayna Roselli: Yeah, absolutely.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: So it should be comparable to renting a car from um a Hertz or a Tura or an enterprise.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: So we're thinking to start with during the beta, it'll be about a hundred dollars a day.
- 22:24Sean McAllister: And I know once people hear that there's a a car that's going to drive itself to you, I I think people might wonder about uh safety.
- 22:33Sean McAllister: So what have you put in place for for safeguards?
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so each car has three networks T-Mobile, the biggest partner for us, and we have ATT and Verizon because we understand that not one network is gonna be absolutely perfect, so we need to rely on multiple networks.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: So we've kind of created a way where we have three tiers of redundancy.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: If one network's not good, it's always automatically backed by another network and another fallback on top of that.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: In the worst case event, if all fails, the car has enough intelligence, and we call this RBS as a redundant braking system, where the car comes to an automatic safe stop if all else fail, right?
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: So you have an ultimate safety net that always catches.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: That's kind of how we engineer the stack.
- 23:16Dayna Roselli: And and why Las Vegas?
- 23:17Dayna Roselli: Obviously, are you guys in other cities?
- 23:19Dayna Roselli: I'm assuming.
- 23:20Dayna Roselli: Not yet.
- 23:21Dayna Roselli: Okay, so Vegas is the first, so why Las Vegas first?
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: Several reasons.
- 23:24SPEAKER_00: Number one is regulations, right?
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: We we you know, I come from Uber, right?
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: I took a chapter off Uber's chapters, right, saying I want to do something different, I want to work with cities, I want to work with policymakers, I want to make them our partners, right?
- 23:36SPEAKER_00: So when we started the venture, I started the company in San Francisco three and a half years ago.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: California was not the first state.
- 23:43SPEAKER_00: It's really hard for us to work with California regulators to push a very innovative product out.
- 23:49SPEAKER_00: That's when we started working with multiple states and cities.
- 23:52SPEAKER_00: And Las Vegas was perfect.
- 23:53SPEAKER_00: Nevada was one of the first ones to give a permit for Waymo way back in the day in 2011, right?
- 23:58SPEAKER_00: So that's what we wanted to uh partner with, and that's why I came here in 2021, met with the city officials and the mayor's office and all that, decided this is gonna be the first friendly state and friendly city that we can partner with.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: And then we got the first official permit from DMV of Nevada last year to launch a commercial service, right?
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: So these are the incredible advantages that we have with uh Vegas.
- 24:22SPEAKER_00: The second big one is on the engineering side, we want to have a flat topography where there's no hills, no, you know, like really difficult terrains, because we are a young company, right?
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: It's the first city that we're starting with.
- 24:33SPEAKER_00: We want to have it a little bit more easier for us to handle.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: Uh third one is rain, uh barely rains in Vegas, right?
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: So we can get away with other priorities engineering instead of waterproofing every single component, so we can actually uh work on actually improving the engineering and focus on actual first deployment.
- 24:49SPEAKER_00: So these are some of the reasons why we chose Las Vegas and Nevada to be the first city and first launch.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: And outside of that, cost of living is so much affordable compared to California, and people love coming to Vegas.
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Anytime we say we're HQ in Vegas, all of our partners are like, Can I come there this weekend?
- 25:05SPEAKER_00: So that's a huge advantage for us, right?
- 25:07SPEAKER_00: So all this goes together, and now we're HQ, headquartered in Las Vegas.
- 25:13SPEAKER_00: Now we're a local company.
- 25:15Sean McAllister: What's cool about it is you don't have to go to the rental car uh hub, you don't have to go to the rental car terminal in order to pick the vehicle up, and you know that standing in those lines can be a half a day venture.
- 25:30Sean McAllister: So I mean this really does add a level of convenience that you're not gonna find anywhere else.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 25:36SPEAKER_00: Not only that, right?
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: That the average people spend about an hour and a half just waiting in line before they get access to the car outside of the shuttle buses they have to take and the inconvenience of lugging your own luggage, right?
- 25:47SPEAKER_00: That's one segment.
- 25:48SPEAKER_00: There's another whole segment that we see it could it could uh scale into.
- 25:52SPEAKER_00: 56% of American households have two cars.
- 25:55SPEAKER_00: Cars in general just park 23 hours a day.
- 25:59SPEAKER_00: We barely use it 4%.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: But think about this, right?
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: How many cars do you guys have, right?
- 26:04SPEAKER_00: What is it doing right now?
- 26:05SPEAKER_00: It's just park.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: But you're still paying for that car.
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: Why not just pay for the drive time only and not for the park time?
- 26:12SPEAKER_00: That is what we're trying to introduce, right?
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: We do this really, really well.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: That second car is gone.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: You don't need a second car anymore.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: You have a primary commute car, and overtime will come for that too.
- 26:22Dayna Roselli: Listen, I love that you guys are headquartered in Las Vegas.
- 26:25Dayna Roselli: I think this is really, you know, probably gonna be the future.
- 26:27Dayna Roselli: So can we go for a ride?
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: Let's do it.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: Absolutely.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: Let's go.
- 26:30unknown: Here we go.
- 26:31Sean McAllister: So again, really cool that this, you know, futuristic uh travel concept is based right here in Las Vegas.
- 26:38Dayna Roselli: Exactly.
- 26:38Dayna Roselli: Once it expands, I think it's really gonna be something that will benefit everyone's travel experience, you know, just and the environment.
- 26:46Dayna Roselli: Yeah, and the environment, right, and take the time out of it.
- 26:49Dayna Roselli: So that'll be great.
- 26:50Dayna Roselli: Well, we're gonna we've got a whole tips segment here coming up on one topic.
- 26:54Dayna Roselli: So let's get right to it.
- 27:00Sean McAllister: And we're dedicating tips to one topic because there are so many elements to get to that we just have to dedicate the entire segment to it.
- 27:12Dayna Roselli: Yeah, both uh you and I have spent many, you know, a lot of time, because we lived here a long time, hanging out over at the Silverton Casino Hotel.
- 27:20Dayna Roselli: Great spot south of the Las Vegas Strip.
- 27:24Dayna Roselli: You can see it right from the highway.
- 27:25Dayna Roselli: You pass that, it's on the right.
- 27:27Dayna Roselli: Later on, there's the South Point, later on, there's the M, you get the gist as you head south.
- 27:32Dayna Roselli: Yep.
- 27:32Dayna Roselli: Um, Silverton's a great spot.
- 27:34Dayna Roselli: Both you and I love the Mexican restaurant in there.
- 27:37Sean McAllister: Oh, it's so good.
- 27:38Sean McAllister: I've been there so many times, and Twin Creeks, the steakhouse, is great.
- 27:42Dayna Roselli: It is.
- 27:43Dayna Roselli: And it's a it's a fun casino.
- 27:45Dayna Roselli: Um, they're celebrating, yeah, 25 years, and what they're gonna do is a huge renovation to the hotel portion of the hotel casino.
- 27:54Dayna Roselli: So they're gonna be doing a complete, I guess, reimagining of this.
- 27:59Dayna Roselli: Um, and it's gonna create a new kind of boutique hotel experience.
- 28:04Dayna Roselli: What they're gonna do is have different designs.
- 28:06Dayna Roselli: There's gonna be a cowboy kitsch collection, a rustic modern collection, and a live and lodge collection.
- 28:12SPEAKER_02: Oh.
- 28:13Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 28:13Dayna Roselli: And for folks that don't know, the Silverton kind of has that theme to it because they have the Bass Pro Shop in there, too.
- 28:20Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 28:20Sean McAllister: It's like a woodsy outdoorsy kind of feel.
- 28:22Dayna Roselli: Right.
- 28:22Dayna Roselli: That Bass Pro Shop is huge, too, right?
- 28:25Dayna Roselli: With the creek running right through it and everything.
- 28:27Dayna Roselli: You can test out the fishing pole and all that.
- 28:29Sean McAllister: And the number of boats, like full-size motor boats that they have inside that showroom is insane.
- 28:36Sean McAllister: I drive by, it's a giant glass window that faces the highway.
- 28:40Sean McAllister: And I look in there every time, I'm like, oh my god, how many boats can they fit in there?
- 28:44Sean McAllister: It's like a whole marina.
- 28:45Dayna Roselli: Yeah, it's a whole marina.
- 28:46Dayna Roselli: There's a lot to do there.
- 28:47Dayna Roselli: They got the whole, you know, fish tank and uh some of the mermaids swimming in there.
- 28:53Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I mean, it's a fun place to visit.
- 28:55Dayna Roselli: So they're gonna remodel the hotel portion.
- 28:57Dayna Roselli: It's gonna feature 300 rustic luxe guest rooms and suites and with the three distinct kind of design stories that I just mentioned.
- 29:05Dayna Roselli: So that's really cool.
- 29:07Dayna Roselli: Um, that portion is gonna close soon.
- 29:11Dayna Roselli: The early part of August.
- 29:12Dayna Roselli: They're closing the hotel until early 2023.
- 29:16Dayna Roselli: But they want to make sure that everyone knows that the entire resort, including the casino, the restaurants, the aquarium, the pavilion, Johnny Rockets, the Starbucks, the Bass Pro Shop, all remaining open during the renovation.
- 29:29Sean McAllister: Right.
- 29:29Sean McAllister: It's just the hotel and the pool that are going to be closed down for the renovation.
- 29:36Sean McAllister: But there are still options available if you want to stay while you're having fun over at the Silverton.
- 29:44Sean McAllister: There's a uh some nearby uh hotel partners that that the Silverton is working with to make sure that they can accommodate you while you enjoy everything.
- 29:54Sean McAllister: So give the Silverton a call and they'll walk you through all that.
- 29:57Sean McAllister: But there are some incredible deals to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Silverton, Dana.
- 30:03Dayna Roselli: I know you were and I were looking through the list.
- 30:05Dayna Roselli: It's a very long list.
- 30:07Dayna Roselli: So we picked some of our favorites.
- 30:10Dayna Roselli: First off, Sean, I knew you'd like this bottomless drinks.
- 30:13Sean McAllister: Ooh, okay.
- 30:15Sean McAllister: I'm perked up.
- 30:16Sean McAllister: I'm listening.
- 30:17Dayna Roselli: For silver anniversary happy hours.
- 30:18Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 30:19Dayna Roselli: So all through July, they are doing daily bottomless drinks.
- 30:23Dayna Roselli: Daily?
- 30:24Dayna Roselli: Daily bottomless drinks, yeah.
- 30:26Dayna Roselli: During happy hour.
- 30:27Dayna Roselli: It's available for$25 a person.
- 30:30Dayna Roselli: You can enjoy all of the well drinks and draft beer between the hours of four to seven at all of the casino bars, and all you do is pay$25.
- 30:40Sean McAllister: I feel like this is a college deal.
- 30:42Dayna Roselli: It sounds like it, right?
- 30:43Dayna Roselli: That's a good deal.
- 30:44Dayna Roselli: So if you want to go get tipsy, enjoy some cocktails, four to seven, that's your time.
- 30:49Dayna Roselli: Then there's two for Tuesdays.
- 30:51Dayna Roselli: And this is available every Tuesday in July.
- 30:54Dayna Roselli: So we're in mid-July, so not a lot of Tuesdays left.
- 30:56Dayna Roselli: So get there quick.
- 30:58Dayna Roselli: And this is at the restaurant you and I had just mentioned, Mikasa Grill Cantina.
- 31:01Sean McAllister: Yes, it's such good food.
- 31:03Dayna Roselli: Listen to this.
- 31:04Dayna Roselli: Buy one, get one free fajitas for one every Tuesday.
- 31:07Dayna Roselli: I know.
- 31:08Dayna Roselli: That's a deal.
- 31:09Sean McAllister: Buy one, get one free fajitas?
- 31:11Dayna Roselli: Yep.
- 31:11Dayna Roselli: Doesn't that sound good?
- 31:12Sean McAllister: Dang.
- 31:13Dayna Roselli: How many Tuesdays do we have left?
- 31:14Dayna Roselli: This podcast is coming out.
- 31:16Dayna Roselli: Not very many in July.
- 31:18Dayna Roselli: Okay.
- 31:18Dayna Roselli: This podcast coming out on the 23rd.
- 31:21Dayna Roselli: Uh, Tuesday the 26th is your chance, everyone.
- 31:24Sean McAllister: Tuesday the 26th.
- 31:25Sean McAllister: Go get your fajitas.
- 31:26Sean McAllister: Your two for one fajitas at uh Mikasa Grill Cantina.
- 31:31Dayna Roselli: And then why don't you tell them about the next one, the Mermaid Lounge?
- 31:35Dayna Roselli: This is a deal.
- 31:36Sean McAllister: This I couldn't believe it when we were reading through this.
- 31:39Sean McAllister: So at the Mermaid Lounge inside the Silverton, two cheeseburgers, a basket of fries, and a pitcher of PBR for$25.
- 31:52Dayna Roselli: Well, it's a 25th anniversary.
- 31:54Sean McAllister: It's an entire meal for two people.
- 31:56Sean McAllister: Oh my gosh.
- 31:57Sean McAllister: Plenty of drinks to go with it with your pitcher of beer for 25 bucks.
- 32:02Dayna Roselli: Isn't that a deal?
- 32:04Sean McAllister: You will not find that anywhere else in Las Vegas.
- 32:07Dayna Roselli: And the mermaids like swim by.
- 32:10Sean McAllister: And you can sit there and watch the mermaids, even better.
- 32:12Sean McAllister: It's like a surf and turf special.
- 32:15Dayna Roselli: Exactly.
- 32:16Dayna Roselli: I love it.
- 32:17Dayna Roselli: I love it.
- 32:17Dayna Roselli: All right.
- 32:18Dayna Roselli: Well, you've got two more Sundays to go get your free ice cream bar there, too.
- 32:21Dayna Roselli: Uh, Silverton Rewards members are receiving free ice cream bars every Sunday in July between the hours of noon and four.
- 32:27Dayna Roselli: So go grab people love free.
- 32:29Dayna Roselli: Go grab your ice cream bar.
- 32:30Sean McAllister: They do, but make sure you're a Silverton Rewards member in order to get in there and get your scoops.
- 32:35Dayna Roselli: Yeah.
- 32:36Dayna Roselli: So go support uh the Silverton because, you know, when you're going through a renovation like that, you do have to close things, and they want to make sure that they still have folks coming in there.
- 32:44Dayna Roselli: And I'm sure they're going to continue to have lots of specials uh throughout the year and make sure that people get to enjoy the hotel casino as much as they can.
- 32:52Dayna Roselli: So the Silverton, happy silver anniversary.
- 32:56Dayna Roselli: Yeah, I know.
- 32:58Sean McAllister: Silver, silver.
- 32:58Sean McAllister: That's exciting.
- 32:59Sean McAllister: It's exciting, and congratulations to everyone over there at the Silverton.
- 33:04Sean McAllister: Well, those were some tips.
- 33:06Dayna Roselli: Remember, you can go to our social media.
- 33:08Dayna Roselli: Listen, I want to quickly chat about what's happening on our Instagram.
- 33:12Sean McAllister: Oh my gosh, it's nuts.
- 33:14Dayna Roselli: We have gone to, I mean, right now we've got like 14,000 followers, but like two weeks ago we had 1,200.
- 33:20Dayna Roselli: We want to thank everyone um for following our Instagram and enjoying the content.
- 33:24Dayna Roselli: We did that reel on the clown motel, and I think we mentioned this in a past podcast that it was doing really well and kind of taking off, but we just hit one million views on that.
- 33:33Dayna Roselli: One million views.
- 33:35Sean McAllister: I mean, people either love or hate clowns, I guess.
- 33:39Dayna Roselli: I guess so.
- 33:40Dayna Roselli: Everyone's tagging there for every minute there's comments, right?
- 33:43Dayna Roselli: And likes.
- 33:43Sean McAllister: You literally I think as we're sitting here right now, we just got 10 more comments in.
- 33:48Sean McAllister: As I was just saying that.
- 33:49Dayna Roselli: So if you want to know more about the clown motel, which we did a full podcast on, go listen to that podcast, watch the real, and we also have it on our TikTok as well.
- 33:59Dayna Roselli: Also on our YouTube, which, you know, we don't use YouTube too much, um, but we're starting to put more of the short videos on there.
- 34:06Dayna Roselli: And we just hit 500 subscribers there.
- 34:09Dayna Roselli: We're getting close to 550.
- 34:11Dayna Roselli: Um, our TikTok has over 18,000 followers, and people are loving that.
- 34:16Dayna Roselli: So, anyway, everything that we talk about, most everything we talk about, we have video components to go with it.
- 34:23Dayna Roselli: You just have to go to our social media Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
- 34:30Sean McAllister: There it is.
- 34:30Dayna Roselli: Then go to Vegas-Revealed.com if you want to find links to all that.
- 34:34Sean McAllister: Yeah, again, big thank you to the new followers and uh the followers on social media and those new followers who are new to the podcast and who are downloading and and listening as well.
- 34:46Sean McAllister: We appreciate it.
