A former Army specialist, 43-year-old Andrew Arrabaca, faces federal charges after allegedly setting fire to a sidewalk, firing a pellet gun, and igniting fireworks and gasoline outside a Manhattan immigration court building—wounding three people. Arrabaca, who carried axes, knives, and a machete, reportedly shouted anti-government rhetoric during his arrest and displayed a sign reading “ICE Off Our Streets.” Though the FBI is investigating, they haven’t labeled it terrorism.
