Latest / The 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson / Illegal Voting Probe Explodes in WA State as DHS Shuts Down China's Birth Tourism Pipeline
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: And in breaking news yesterday, it was just determined that
- 0:04Speaker 1: the Democrats in Alaska, despite their sworn statements to the
- 0:08Speaker 1: contrary in front of a court, put a man named
- 0:10Speaker 1: Dan Sullivan on the ballot in order to confuse the public.
- 0:14Speaker 1: To go up against on a ballot, Dan said, so
- 0:16Speaker 1: you split, it's called splitting the vote, totally wrong, totally illegal.
- 0:21Speaker 1: This is voter fraud at the highest level.
- 0:24Speaker 2: You're listening to the 47 Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
- 0:27Speaker 3: Good Saturday morning. It's nice to have you with us
- 0:29Speaker 3: on the 47 Morning Update. And we are just days
- 0:32Speaker 3: away from Election Day. The question many are asking is,
- 0:35Speaker 3: will this election be secure, especially since the Save America
- 0:39Speaker 3: Act was not passed? Well, we've got a story that
- 0:42Speaker 3: can answer that question. Shocking revelations now in people that
- 0:45Speaker 3: have been indicted in Washington state. More than 400 that
- 0:49Speaker 3: voted illegally more than 1500 times.
- 0:53Speaker 4: So how big of an impact can that have? We
- 0:55Speaker 4: break it down.
- 0:56Speaker 3: Now, on top of that story, we also have another
- 0:59Speaker 3: story that is shocking as well. It comes from China
- 1:02Speaker 3: with birth tourism.
- 1:04Speaker 4: What is that?
- 1:04Speaker 3: It's where you deliberately plan to come to part of
- 1:08Speaker 3: America and have a child as an anchor baby so
- 1:11Speaker 3: they have citizenship. How often is this happening? Well, it's
- 1:14Speaker 3: turned into a massive business. The Chinese are exploiting it
- 1:18Speaker 3: like never before. Donald Trump is trying to stop it
- 1:21Speaker 3: in its tracks. We have that for you as well.
- 1:24Speaker 3: All right, I want to take a moment to talk
- 1:26Speaker 3: about the midterm elections. They're heating up and congressional control
- 1:29Speaker 3: and President Trump's agenda hang in the balance. Every headline
- 1:32Speaker 3: has a potential to shift the odds. On CalSheet, you
- 1:35Speaker 3: can trade major primaries, election outcomes, and the biggest political
- 1:39Speaker 3: storylines as they happen. A great example of some of
- 1:43Speaker 3: the things that you can look at right now online
- 1:46Speaker 3: is the, will Ken Paxson defeat Tallarico? Well, right now,
- 1:50Speaker 3: Paxton is currently at 31%, meaning that if you put
- 1:54Speaker 3: $ 100 on Ken Paxton, you could win $ 289. 45 if he
- 2:01Speaker 3: pulls out the election. That's pretty amazing. And that's not
- 2:04Speaker 3: the only election out there that you can take a
- 2:06Speaker 3: look at. Maine Senate race is a big one. Jackson,
- 2:09Speaker 3: the Democrats, at 61%. Susan Collins at 39%. And right now,
- 2:14Speaker 3: El Saeed is at almost 70%, with Mike Rogers at 31%.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Meaning that if you put $ 100 on Mike Rogers to win.
- 2:23Speaker 4: What would you get back?
- 2:24Speaker 2: $ 307. 70.
- 2:24Speaker 4: It's pretty amazing.
- 2:29Speaker 3: So on CalSheep, you're trading against peers in a live market,
- 2:33Speaker 3: meaning there's no house. And as the probability changes, you
- 2:35Speaker 3: can buy in and out of your position. So download

- 2:59Speaker 4: It's the 47 morning update, and it starts right now.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 3:04Speaker 4: It's being described as the tip of the iceberg.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Federal agents are now alleging more than 405 illegal immigrants, migrants,
- 3:13Speaker 3: however you want to describe it, voted more than 1,000
- 3:18Speaker 3: 500 times in one state alone. Now, the prosecutors said
- 3:23Speaker 3: on Monday that investigators have identified at least 405 people.
- 3:28Speaker 4: They believe are not U.S. citizens.
- 3:31Speaker 3: And remember, the media said time and time again that
- 3:33Speaker 3: there's like not any non-citizens are actually voting. It's minimal,
- 3:37Speaker 3: even if it was one or two, who really cares?
- 3:40Speaker 3: It's not changing the outcome of an election, but it
- 3:42Speaker 3: is a conspiracy to say that illegal immigrants are voting
- 3:47Speaker 3: in American elections in large numbers, right? That's the narrative
- 3:50Speaker 3: that they want you to buy into. So that you'll
- 3:53Speaker 3: just look the other way or say, well, it's not
- 3:55Speaker 3: that big of a deal. Okay, people commit fraud all
- 3:57Speaker 3: the time. Who cares if there's one or two illegal
- 3:59Speaker 3: immigrants that are doing this? Well, we are now, again,
- 4:02Speaker 3: as they described it, the tip of the iceberg. They
- 4:06Speaker 3: believe that the more than 400 people, not U.S. citizens,
- 4:10Speaker 3: voted in a smaller state where that could have a
- 4:12Speaker 3: major impact. Washington State. Now, here's the part that's really
- 4:17Speaker 3: interesting about this story and why they say it's the
- 4:20Speaker 3: tip of the iceberg.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Of those 405.
- 4:23Speaker 3: People that they believe are illegal immigrants who voted in
- 4:26Speaker 3: Washington state elections, it wasn't just one time they went
- 4:30Speaker 3: and voted.
- 4:31Speaker 4: It was multiple times.
- 4:33Speaker 3: In fact, they casted more than 1,500 ballots over multiple elections.
- 4:40Speaker 4: Neil Floyd, the acting U.S.
- 4:42Speaker 3: Attorney for the Western District of Washington, said that federal
- 4:45Speaker 3: officials sent the names to state election officials and asked
- 4:48Speaker 3: them to set aside any ballots for from those voters
- 4:52Speaker 3: until their eligibility can be checked.
- 4:56Speaker 4: Here is more of the story and how it went down.
- 4:59Speaker 6: United States citizens who is checking to see if non-citizens
- 5:03Speaker 6: are voting in Washington. Sadly, the answer to that question,
- 5:07Speaker 6: those questions in Washington is no one. Without our help,
- 5:12Speaker 6: the state of Washington does not have the capacity or
- 5:15Speaker 6: the will to check if non-citizens are voting. However, Under
- 5:20Speaker 6: the leadership of President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security
- 5:22Speaker 6: and the Department of Justice are determined to root out
- 5:25Speaker 6: illegal voting. Through our investigation, we have confirmed with high
- 5:29Speaker 6: confidence that non-citizens are voting in the state of Washington
- 5:34Speaker 6: in federal and state elections. Thus far, we have identified
- 5:38Speaker 6: over 400 non-citizens who have voted in Washington, and many
- 5:43Speaker 6: of them have voted multiple times. That means we have
- 5:46Speaker 6: identified over 1,500 ballots illegally cast. This is not the
- 5:52Speaker 6: full number of non-citizens who have been voting in Washington.
- 5:56Speaker 6: This is only the tip of the iceberg. With a
- 5:59Speaker 6: small sample that we have collected so far, I am
- 6:01Speaker 6: confident that we are looking at thousands of non-citizens who
- 6:05Speaker 6: have been voting in Washington. Because of the limitations the
- 6:09Speaker 6: state has placed on our investigation, we have only been
- 6:12Speaker 6: able to uncover a fraction of the total number. Washington
- 6:16Speaker 6: has refused to share the complete list of registered voters
- 6:19Speaker 6: with identifying information. We are having to do this essentially
- 6:24Speaker 6: one person at a time. So let me explain our methodology.
- 6:28Speaker 6: DHS has obtained publicly available lists of registered voters in Washington.
- 6:33Speaker 6: Those lists are compared with DHS information to identified registered
- 6:39Speaker 6: voters who are not citizens. This is an extremely labor intensive,
- 6:44Speaker 6: and requires several layers of checks to confirm we have
- 6:47Speaker 6: the right person. We then further investigate to see if
- 6:51Speaker 6: that person actually cast ballots in Washington. If we had
- 6:56Speaker 6: access to the full database maintained by Washington, this could
- 6:59Speaker 6: be done much more efficiently. We could simply compare Washington's
- 7:03Speaker 6: information to ours and it would yield immediate results. Unfortunately,
- 7:08Speaker 6: Washington is fighting in court to keep us from getting
- 7:11Speaker 6: access to the full database.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Let's just stop there and really dive into what was
- 7:17Speaker 3: just said by the U.S.
- 7:19Speaker 4: Attorney for Washington State, Neil Floyd. All right. Not only
- 7:23Speaker 4: does he.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Announce investigators have found over 400 cases of non-citizens voting
- 7:26Speaker 3: in the state in fair elections, but he says no
- 7:28Speaker 3: one's checking to see. when these people are voting if
- 7:31Speaker 3: they're actually illegal immigrants, which goes back to why they're
- 7:35Speaker 3: now saying this is, quote, the tip of the iceberg. Now,
- 7:38Speaker 3: before I get you even more of what they had
- 7:40Speaker 3: to say, I want to talk to you real quick
- 7:41Speaker 3: about Patriot Mobile. If you have a cell phone, then
- 7:45Speaker 3: you're going to have that bill every month. The question is,
- 7:48Speaker 3: is anything good.
- 7:48Speaker 4: Coming from you paying that bill?
- 7:50Speaker 3: And what I mean by that is, are you actually
- 7:53Speaker 3: working with a company that shares your values? Well, Patriot Mobile,
- 7:57Speaker 3: for more than a decade, for more than 12 years,
- 8:00Speaker 3: They have been living their values and standing in the
- 8:02Speaker 3: gap for every American who believes that freedom is worth
- 8:05Speaker 3: fighting for because their business was founded on.
- 8:07Speaker 4: A simple conviction.
- 8:09Speaker 3: If culture is being shaped through commerce, then Americans deserve
- 8:12Speaker 3: a real conservative alternative. Well, fast forward 12 years later today,
- 8:18Speaker 3: and that is what has actually happened. Patriot Mobile is
- 8:21Speaker 3: America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, offering premium priority nationwide
- 8:27Speaker 3: service on any of the three major U.S. networks with
- 8:30Speaker 3: unlimited data plans, international roaming, and 100% U.S.-based customer support. Now,
- 8:35Speaker 3: the best part is this. When you pay your bill
- 8:38Speaker 3: at no extra cost to you, they do something that's awesome.
- 8:42Speaker 3: They give millions of dollars to organizations defending free speech,
- 8:46Speaker 3: religious liberty, the sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, and
- 8:49Speaker 3: America's future. Patriot Mobile isn't sitting on the sidelines. They're
- 8:53Speaker 3: using your money to fight on the front lines, fighting
- 8:55Speaker 3: for our freedoms. So switch today and make a difference
- 8:58Speaker 3: with every call you make. Go to PatriotMobile.com slash Ferguson,
- 9:03Speaker 3: and I'm going to give you a free month of
- 9:04Speaker 3: service with the promo code FERGUSON. All you got to

- 9:14Speaker 3: and use that promo code FERGUSON for a free month
- 9:17Speaker 3: of service and you can make that switch today.
- 9:19Speaker 4: All right, so let's.
- 9:20Speaker 3: Get back to the reporting that we have, again, on
- 9:23Speaker 3: this story. And it goes back to what I was
- 9:26Speaker 3: saying a moment ago. Floyd said investigators were confident in
- 9:30Speaker 3: their findings but believe a number of non-citizens who.
- 9:32Speaker 4: Have voted in Washington... could in fact be much higher.
- 9:37Speaker 3: I want you to listen to the second part of
- 9:39Speaker 3: what he had to say.
- 9:42Speaker 6: We may never know the full extent of illegal voting
- 9:44Speaker 6: in the state without access to the full database of
- 9:47Speaker 6: registered voters. Today, we sent a letter to the Secretary
- 9:52Speaker 6: of State and election officials in Washington with the information
- 9:55Speaker 6: about the 405 individuals we have identified as nonpartisan who
- 10:00Speaker 6: have been voting. We are asking for the states to
- 10:04Speaker 6: set aside those ballots until we can confirm that they
- 10:07Speaker 6: are legal voters. Now that the state is on notice,
- 10:11Speaker 6: it is incumbent upon state officials to make sure they
- 10:14Speaker 6: are counting only legal votes. This does not need to
- 10:19Speaker 6: be a guessing game. If the state would cooperate with
- 10:22Speaker 6: the Department of Justice and federal law enforcement, we could
- 10:25Speaker 6: easily identify illegal voters in the state of Washington. Finally,
- 10:32Speaker 6: for those who continue to claim that there is no
- 10:34Speaker 6: evidence of widespread fraud in Washington, here is my response.
- 10:40Speaker 6: It is not my job to uncover widespread voter fraud.
- 10:43Speaker 6: It is my job to investigate and prosecute those who
- 10:46Speaker 6: commit federal crimes in the Western District of Washington. Voting
- 10:50Speaker 6: by non-citizens is a crime. Knowingly assisting those who are
- 10:55Speaker 6: voting illegally is a crime. The right to vote is
- 10:58Speaker 6: a sacred right that belongs to each citizen of this country.
- 11:02Speaker 6: No one should be allowed to take that right from you.
- 11:05Speaker 6: If you are a citizen of the United States and
- 11:07Speaker 6: you are eligible to vote, you should vote. Each time
- 11:12Speaker 6: the state of Washington knowingly or unknowingly allows a non-citizen
- 11:15Speaker 6: to vote, they are canceling out or stealing the vote
- 11:19Speaker 6: of a United States citizen. If you are not a
- 11:22Speaker 6: citizen of the United States and you register to vote
- 11:25Speaker 6: or you vote illegally, we will find you. We will
- 11:28Speaker 6: continue to investigate and we will criminally prosecute those who
- 11:31Speaker 6: vote illegally and those who assist others in voting illegally. Ultimately,
- 11:37Speaker 6: the voters of Washington will decide how much fraud is
- 11:41Speaker 6: too much fraud.
- 11:42Speaker 3: Now, let's just step back. The majority of you listening
- 11:45Speaker 3: right now are not in Washington state. Washington state is
- 11:48Speaker 3: a smaller state. It's a state where this many illegal
- 11:52Speaker 3: ballots could have a massive, massive impact, a huge impact
- 12:00Speaker 3: on an election. Democrats, again, want you to believe that, no,
- 12:03Speaker 3: that would never actually happen.
- 12:06Speaker 4: Well, now we know that it is happening.
- 12:08Speaker 3: And if it's happening with thousands and thousands and thousands
- 12:13Speaker 3: of ballots, right, in Washington state, now the question is,
- 12:19Speaker 3: is this actually just the tip of the iceberg for
- 12:21Speaker 3: what's happening in every other state in America, right?
- 12:25Speaker 4: Is that now the question that you need to be asking?
- 12:27Speaker 3: Because as he also said there, he believes that the
- 12:30Speaker 3: thousands of illegal ballots Ballots have been casted in Washington
- 12:34Speaker 3: state is just the tip of the iceberg, just the
- 12:39Speaker 3: tip of the iceberg. So what does this mean for
- 12:42Speaker 3: everywhere else in the country? This also goes back to
- 12:45Speaker 3: why the president, United States of America, was working so hard.
- 12:48Speaker 3: to try to get the SAVE Act passed, and why
- 12:51Speaker 3: it's so frustrating that there were Republicans that hated Donald
- 12:54Speaker 3: Trump more than they loved this country, and that refused
- 12:58Speaker 3: to do their job before the midterm elections.
- 13:01Speaker 2: Next, story number two.
- 13:03Speaker 3: Homeland Security Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen is suspending a Biden-era
- 13:08Speaker 3: program that allowed Chinese nationals to visit the northern Mariana
- 13:13Speaker 3: Islands without a visa. That, according to federal notice filed
- 13:18Speaker 3: on Monday. Now, this program allowed pre-screened Chinese travelers to
- 13:23Speaker 3: visit the U.S. territory in the western Pacific for business
- 13:26Speaker 3: or tourism. generally for up to 14 days. Now, the
- 13:30Speaker 3: suspension is set to take effect at 2 p.m. Eastern
- 13:34Speaker 3: time on October the 30th, three days after the notice
- 13:38Speaker 3: is scheduled publication in the federal registrar.
- 13:42Speaker 4: Now, once the suspension takes effect, that.
- 13:45Speaker 3: Is when Chinese nationals who are seeking to visit the
- 13:48Speaker 3: islands for business or pleasure will need a non-immigrant visa
- 13:53Speaker 3: unless another lawful exception applies, according to the notice. The
- 13:57Speaker 3: change applies to new applicants and travelers who already have
- 14:02Speaker 3: an active authorization under the program.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Now what does this mean?
- 14:07Speaker 3: Well, it means Chinese visitors who have already been admitted
- 14:11Speaker 3: under the program and are legally in the islands, when
- 14:15Speaker 3: the suspension begins, they're going to be able to remain
- 14:17Speaker 3: for the rest of their authorized stay. They will need
- 14:20Speaker 3: a visa for future visits unless another exemption applies to them.
- 14:26Speaker 3: And why is this happening? Well, the DHS said it
- 14:28Speaker 3: would review the program in consultation with the State Department
- 14:32Speaker 3: and the Interior Departments.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Why?
- 14:34Speaker 3: Because there's massive fraud involved. Mullen's decision follows an April.
- 14:40Speaker 4: 22nd letter From Senator Mike Lee, Senator Rick Scott, Senator
- 14:44Speaker 4: John Cornyn, Senator Bill.
- 14:45Speaker 3: Cassidy, they all urged him and the Interior Secretary Doug
- 14:49Speaker 3: Burgum to end this program. The senators argued that the
- 14:53Speaker 3: policy not only encouraged birth tourism, by which foreign nationals
- 14:58Speaker 3: traveled to the United States to give birth so their
- 15:00Speaker 3: children could obtain U.S.
- 15:01Speaker 4: Citizenship.
- 15:02Speaker 3: The letter went on to say this, quote, We strongly
- 15:05Speaker 3: urge the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, to end the
- 15:09Speaker 3: CNMI Economic Vitality and Security Travel Authorization Program, a benefit
- 15:17Speaker 3: that should not be afforded to a country like Communist China.
- 15:21Speaker 3: We further encourage, in alignment with previous congressional requests, to
- 15:25Speaker 3: terminate the Hong Kong participation in the broader G-CNMI Visa
- 15:31Speaker 3: Waiver Program, Now, in its notice, the DHS also said
- 15:36Speaker 3: the availability of visa-free travel may make it easier for
- 15:39Speaker 3: people to travel to the islands to give birth. The
- 15:42Speaker 3: department also said birth tourism could strain the territory's medical
- 15:47Speaker 3: resources as well. And this also comes after something that
- 15:51Speaker 3: happened earlier this year when the State Department shut down
- 15:55Speaker 3: a sophisticated birth tourism network from West Africa.
- 16:00Speaker 4: Take a listen.
- 16:01Speaker 7: Well, a massive update on the Trump administration's crackdown on
- 16:04Speaker 7: birth tourism. The State Department shutting down a sophisticated tourism
- 16:08Speaker 7: network after the U.S. Embassy in West Africa revealed more
- 16:12Speaker 7: than 100 foreign nationals were using fraudulent documents and visa
- 16:17Speaker 7: fixers to illegally obtain American citizenship. And it was a
- 16:21Speaker 7: similar story in North Africa. Over 100 visas were just
- 16:26Speaker 7: revoked as the embassy there said expecting mothers were coming
- 16:30Speaker 7: to America to give birth for the sole purpose of
- 16:33Speaker 7: giving their child American citizenship. Meanwhile, in Europe, we now
- 16:37Speaker 7: know that there was over 400 suspected birth tourism cases
- 16:41Speaker 7: since 2024. And investigators managed to trace them to at
- 16:45Speaker 7: least six companies that coached foreign nations on what to
- 16:49Speaker 7: say in their visa interview. The birth tourism companies also
- 16:53Speaker 7: arranged housing in America and even set up delivery plans
- 16:56Speaker 7: for expectant mothers. Now, the State Department adding, quote, a U.S.
- 17:00Speaker 7: visa is a privilege. It is not a right. The
- 17:03Speaker 7: State Department is taking action around the world to stop
- 17:06Speaker 7: this abuse and.
- 17:07Speaker 4: Now, that's just in West Africa.
- 17:09Speaker 3: This also comes as there was another story that broke
- 17:12Speaker 3: in April of this year talking about birth tourism running
- 17:16Speaker 3: rampant in America overall. And the Chinese Communist Party estimates
- 17:21Speaker 3: that they are sending up to 100,000 people per year
- 17:25Speaker 3: to engage in birth tourism and then create new U.S.
- 17:29Speaker 4: Citizens. How do we know this? Well, from this investigation.
- 17:33Speaker 3: So all this was actually done by design, not by accident,
- 17:38Speaker 3: by design, by liberals in the White House and in Congress,
- 17:43Speaker 3: to make sure that we could have birth tourism become
- 17:46Speaker 3: a real thing in this country. Now, the Department of
- 17:48Speaker 3: Homeland Security, they also cited yesterday major security concerns, including
- 17:54Speaker 3: the possibility that Chinese nationals could use the program to
- 17:57Speaker 3: gather intelligence and Near U.S.
- 17:59Speaker 4: Military facilities, the department said.
- 18:02Speaker 3: More than 3,000 Chinese nationals entered the islands through the
- 18:06Speaker 3: program in the fiscal year 2025. They said those travelers
- 18:10Speaker 3: were vetted by Customs and Border Protection rather than a
- 18:14Speaker 3: State Department officer, according to the notice, which they say
- 18:17Speaker 3: is another big problem. Now, the department ended their notification
- 18:22Speaker 3: by pointing out two cases they say are pivotal for
- 18:27Speaker 3: Americans to understand. Now, these two cases involve Chinese nationals
- 18:31Speaker 3: who were sentenced for smuggling other Chinese nationals from the
- 18:36Speaker 3: Northern Islands to Guam. DHS said most of the people
- 18:41Speaker 3: involved in the second case were later found In or
- 18:44Speaker 3: near sensitive military installations.
- 18:47Speaker 4: In other words, you're talking about spies here, folks.
- 18:50Speaker 3: They also said that these incidents cited in the notice
- 18:54Speaker 3: occurred before the travel authorization program was implemented. So whether
- 19:00Speaker 3: it's South Africa, whether it's Asia, this is a big
- 19:04Speaker 3: problem with birth tourism. And birthright citizenship is being exploited.
- 19:09Speaker 3: not only by the Chinese Communist Party, but by others
- 19:13Speaker 3: around the world. They understand how valuable, and this is
- 19:18Speaker 3: the core of the point that needs to be.
- 19:20Speaker 4: Made, being a U.S. citizen is. That is why.
- 19:26Speaker 3: Mark Wayne Mullen at the Department of Homeland Security says,
- 19:29Speaker 3: I'm shutting down this birth tourism loophole for the Chinese.
- 19:34Speaker 3: Why on earth would we ever have a program that
- 19:37Speaker 3: would help the Chinese gain citizenship, especially Chinese communist sympathizers
- 19:43Speaker 3: gain citizenship in the United States of America? It doesn't
- 19:47Speaker 3: make sense. So that's the latest, and it's very clear
- 19:51Speaker 3: ahead of election day. There are a lot of questions
- 19:54Speaker 3: that people should be asking. Number one, how many people
- 19:57Speaker 3: are in this country that shouldn't be in this country
- 19:59Speaker 3: who are voting illegally? How many people have come into
- 20:01Speaker 3: this country that are voting in our elections that are
- 20:03Speaker 3: actually trying to influence on behalf of a foreign country
- 20:07Speaker 3: is also another question that really should be asked. This
- 20:11Speaker 3: is exactly why Mark Wayne Mullen and why the President
- 20:13Speaker 3: of the United States of America have said over and
- 20:15Speaker 3: over again, we must look into all of this information
- 20:18Speaker 3: and make sure we know exactly what's happening moving forward.
