  And it is a morning where I've gotten a lot of sleep.

  Yeah, finally got some rest and things are just looking good and brighter,

  Can't believe it guys today is the final day of july First of all first and

  Power of prayer. Well, you know, sometimes when things are going crazy,

  when you feel like your life is...

  Turned upside down. You feel like maybe, I don't know, things are just happening
• 2:35
  in a direction where you're just like, oh my goodness, when's it going to stop? Oh man.

  Well, that's how I was feeling. I got to be honest with you guys.

  It was, I was very overwhelmed this month between the cars breaking down and
• 2:47
  now my water softener, the air conditioners, another air conditioner broke.
• 2:53
  It's just been nonstop. Our electric bill was extremely high.
• 2:56
  How about yours by the way?

  And yeah, it's been very, very crazy.
• 3:02
  So I said to myself, hmm, when's it going to stop? So I started to pray, you know?
• 3:10
  I mean, hey, we all pray, right? We all pray and say, hey, God,
• 3:15
  I can't do this. I can't do that.
• 3:17
  But then I started thinking about how can I pray without making it seem like I'm the victim?
• 3:24
  How can I pray because maybe being tested right so I don't know I just said myself.
• 3:32
  Lord I need your guidance I need you to be on my side to my left or to my right
• 3:39
  Lord I'm leaving everything at your feet I know that you can only give me so
• 3:43
  much so I'm telling you now I'm overwhelmed.
• 3:47
  I am exhausted. And as your soldier, I cannot deliver to the best of my ability
• 3:55
  because at this point I am drained.
• 3:58
  And that's what I was, that's what I was thinking. That's what I was feeling.

  And let me tell you, literally for me, I felt, I felt at peace when I did the
• 4:09
  prayer and then it didn't happen overnight.
• 4:12
  It took a couple of weeks, but I will tell you that today is a better day than it was yesterday.

  Every day has been a better day.
• 4:22
  Things are getting just brighter. And without literally going into a formal
• 4:29
  prayer, like a power of prayer that I normally do,
• 4:31
  that is my devotional message to you, is that we all struggle.
• 4:38
  We all have things that come our way. And I always think of it this way.
• 4:43
  We put on that armor of Christ and we're not invincible.
• 4:48
  I mean, don't get me wrong. Armor of Christ is amazing.
• 4:52
  Thing. Why do we wear armor? Let's put it this way. Why do we wear the armor?
• 4:56
  Because we're always going to be attacked.
• 4:58
  We just are. And I think that for me, I felt I was invisible and I felt like invincible, excuse me.

  And I felt like I, there was nothing that could, that could penetrate or,
• 5:10
  or strike me down because I felt, I felt, you know, like I was just the elite
• 5:17
  of the elite, you know, and I didn't.
• 5:20
  Now, did the armor break? No.
• 5:23
  Did the armor fall apart? No. But I, I look at it this way.
• 5:28
  I felt like a boulder hit me and that the armor vibrated and shook me.
• 5:34
  And eventually it just put me down to my knees.
• 5:38
  And here's what I realized. When something vibrates,
• 5:43
  right when you when you hit something and it makes that
• 5:46
  vibration it vibrates for a certain period of time
• 5:49
  but what does it do it stops and then
• 5:52
  when it stops you just get back up and what i'm noticing is that the more challenges
• 5:59
  that come my way the more times i've been struck the more times that my armor
• 6:06
  have been struck to the core of vibration when i get back up i'm stronger.
• 6:12
  Now, do I know that more boulders are going to come my way? Yes.
• 6:17
  But this time, I feel like when it happens, I'm going to do my best to pivot.

  I'm going to do my best to get ahead of it. Now, that's not to say that one
• 6:25
  day it'll strike me to the point where I'm back on my knees again.
• 6:29
  Yes. But again, when you have Jesus in your life and he is to my right,
• 6:35
  my left, when he's everywhere.
• 6:37
  You can't feel defeated.
• 6:39
  You can't because he's with you. He's guiding you.
• 6:45
  So to everyone out there personally that knows everything that's been happening
• 6:49
  in my life, let me just share this with you.

  It's better. It's brighter.

  That in addition to me being a soldier for you, I know now more than ever that

  we have soldiers, we have witnesses, we have brothers and sisters in Christ

  that stand alone with us.

  That's why we make the body of Christ.

  As we drink the wine or the grape soda,

  as we drink from the cup that signifies the blood, as we have the bread signifies

  the body, as we come together as one, we are just unbreakable.

  So let us conclude with the words, the heavenly words, the most powerful words that Jesus taught us.

  Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.

  Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

  Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

  Lead us not into temptation. Deliver us from evil. Let me say that again.
