Commission for Gender Equality in Mpumalanga has added its voice to the problem of the practice of Fulelani Nganeno. Update at Noon has been putting the spotlight on the crisis in Nkomazi local Municipality on the high rate of young girls being impregnated by older men and the practice of Fulelani Nganeno also known as Ukuthwala. This issue was highlighted by a concerned resident , Innocent Madonsela, who says he's been receiving a number of complaints from parents.
