Day 206 | Hosea asks Israel to beg God for mercy | Romans 9: God and the Jewish People
Day 206 of the Holy Bible One Year CHALLENGE. Hosea 12-14 underscores Israel's history of stubbornness and the dire consequences of forgetting God, but also highlights God's forgiving nature, offering a path back to a fruitful relationship if they forsake idols. In Romans, Paul grapples with Israel's rejection of Christ, affirming God's sovereign choice in showing mercy and hardening hearts, while arguing that the potter has the right to shape the clay as He wishes.
