- 1:25Speaker 2: on your platform. I'm so very eternally grateful for being
- 1:31Speaker 2: able to have my podcasts, all of them on those platforms.
- 1:36Speaker 2: So I wanna take the time to really say thank you,
- 1:38Speaker 2: and I appreciate it. It really means a lot a
- 1:42Speaker 2: little about me. I'm a certified recovery mental health and
- 1:49Speaker 2: also a well being as well as a healing and
- 1:53Speaker 2: recovery coach and practitioner who's all about helping people in
- 1:57Speaker 2: multiple different facets of healing and re recovery from multiple
- 2:01Speaker 2: different ways, even some of the ways that people wouldn't
- 2:05Speaker 2: think consist of recovery that does. So I think it's,
- 2:15Speaker 2: you know, very important that when it comes to these
- 2:21Speaker 2: particular things with healing and recovering, it's not just about meditation,
- 2:26Speaker 2: even though that's very much a big part of healing recovery.
- 2:30Speaker 2: It's not about external recovery because we all know how
- 2:36Speaker 2: to heal externally, but internally as far as healing and recovery,
- 2:42Speaker 2: there are multiple different facts of how to recover that
- 2:46Speaker 2: we wouldn't even think of that'll help us on our
- 2:50Speaker 2: journeys and our purpose and all of those things. So
- 2:53Speaker 2: I think it's great to be able to talk about
- 2:56Speaker 2: healing and recovery from so many different facets. It's in
- 3:00Speaker 2: so many different ways of going about recovery, and this
- 3:04Speaker 2: podcast is all about you minding your own business, meaning
- 3:10Speaker 2: how do you recover from trying to be like everybody else,
- 3:15Speaker 2: not thinking that something is wrong with you, that you're
- 3:18Speaker 2: not good enough, that you're not worthy, that you don't belong.
- 3:23Speaker 2: And it's said that we think that everybody else is
- 3:30Speaker 2: better than what we are, So how do.
- 3:32Speaker 1: We recover from that?
- 3:35Speaker 2: So right now as we speak, I'm currently writing a
- 3:38Speaker 2: book about recovery and healing, and today on You Minding
- 3:43Speaker 2: your Own Business, we gonna talk about how are we
- 3:47Speaker 2: gonna survive, heal and recover from Donald Trump's presidency. This
- 4:00Speaker 2: one's gonna be a doozy, So sit back, We're gonna
- 4:03Speaker 2: be on a roller coaster and we're gonna talk about
- 4:07Speaker 2: all the things that we're gonna be dealing with the
- 4:10Speaker 2: next four years that we're gonna need a bunch of
- 4:14Speaker 2: therapy and a bunch of healing and recovery.
- 4:18Speaker 1: From in all aspects.
- 4:24Speaker 2: When it comes to this whole election, I knew from
- 4:31Speaker 2: the start of it it was gonna be a mess.
- 4:36Speaker 2: It's going to be a purity and complete mess as
- 4:44Speaker 2: far as how in the world we're gonna survive this.
- 4:50Speaker 2: Every day I hear on social media about Donald Trump
- 4:54Speaker 2: and what he's done. I knew when he became president
- 4:59Speaker 2: that this gonna be a mess. I knew when he
- 5:01Speaker 2: became president that it was gonna be a situation where
- 5:08Speaker 2: it was going to backfire miserably, not only on MAGA
- 5:14Speaker 2: but all the people that voted for him. And now
- 5:19Speaker 2: it hasn't even been ninety days and he has caused
- 5:23Speaker 2: so much chaos. The fact that this man does not
- 5:28Speaker 2: realize the damage that he's done, The fact that none
- 5:33Speaker 2: of what he's tried to do has worked out in
- 5:36Speaker 2: any way shape form of fashion, is crazy to me.
- 5:39Speaker 2: The fact that he him and these Republicans really believe
- 5:43Speaker 2: that what they're doing is best for this country, not
- 5:47Speaker 2: understanding they're tearing this country apart. I don't even understand
- 5:51Speaker 2: how a billionaire could be president when they're not qualified.
- 5:54Speaker 2: Donald Trump has never been in politics a day in
- 5:56Speaker 2: his life, and yet he's president.
- 5:58Speaker 1: It was the same thing when r.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Reagan, When Ronald Reagan was president, it was the same thing.
- 6:04Speaker 2: He wasn't even the one running the god the second office.
- 6:07Speaker 2: The Republicans were. He let them Republicans do whatever it
- 6:13Speaker 2: was they wanted to do. And I guess these Republicans
- 6:19Speaker 2: because they didn't have anybody to beat Obama and Bill Clinton,
- 6:23Speaker 2: and they almost lost to Carry and Al Gore. I
- 6:26Speaker 2: guess they thought, we need to get somebody that everybody
- 6:30Speaker 2: gonna like, so they chose Donald Trump.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Of all people.
- 6:34Speaker 2: And the sad part about it is this selection was
- 6:38Speaker 2: different because none of this had to happen. But this
- 6:44Speaker 2: was a choice that people made, just like when it
- 6:48Speaker 2: came to Hillary Clinton.
- 6:50Speaker 1: They didn't they didn't vote for her all because she
- 6:54Speaker 1: was a woman.
- 6:55Speaker 2: But at the end of the day, like I said,
- 6:58Speaker 2: Hillary Clinton and and Kamala are sitting back and laughing
- 7:02Speaker 2: at this situation because this is what y'all get. And
- 7:06Speaker 2: then the crazy part is, it's not even about Donald Trump.
- 7:08Speaker 2: It's also your local and state governors and senators and
- 7:14Speaker 2: mayors and these political people y'all keep putting an office
- 7:19Speaker 2: that cause worst damage than Donald Trump does, especially in Tennessee, Mississippi,
- 7:27Speaker 2: the thirteen states far as reds, the the the thirteen
- 7:31Speaker 2: primary red states, thirteen the thirteen first colonies, and they
- 7:40Speaker 2: keep voting red. I don't understand why. And it dawns
- 7:46Speaker 2: on me that it's more important to keep racism, division, diversity,
- 7:51Speaker 2: and discrimination alive than doing what's best for this country.
- 7:56Speaker 2: It's just like when it comes to p people coming
- 8:00Speaker 2: into your world, for example, and they come in your
- 8:04Speaker 2: world with all these false promises and all these things,
- 8:07Speaker 2: and you believe them, you believe the representation of the person,
- 8:12Speaker 2: or you believe that you can make them better or
- 8:14Speaker 2: you can upgrade them, and that you can help them,
- 8:17Speaker 2: but in all actuality, you can't, which goes back to
- 8:21Speaker 2: seeing things for what they are and not what you
- 8:24Speaker 2: want them to be. Well, I knew when Donald Trump
- 8:27Speaker 2: was gonna be in office. I said, let me go
- 8:29Speaker 2: ahead and buy all my clothes, all my shoes, let
- 8:33Speaker 2: me go ahead and buy everything I'm gonna eat because
- 8:37Speaker 2: of this situation about to get ug and it is
- 8:40Speaker 2: about to get a g It's gonna get ugly very
- 8:44Speaker 2: very fast, and when it does, nobody's gonna be prepared
- 8:47Speaker 2: for it.
- 8:49Speaker 1: So when it comes down to these tariffs.
- 8:53Speaker 2: And the fact that these politi these other countries are like,
- 8:58Speaker 2: we don't care, dude. We the one that make the
- 9:01Speaker 2: primarily of all your products. If it wasn't for y'all,
- 9:06Speaker 2: for us, we y'all wouldn't even have the products that
- 9:09Speaker 2: you got. So you don't bite the hand that feeds you.
- 9:14Speaker 2: You don't do people dirty. That are the people that
- 9:17Speaker 2: provide your medications, that provide all of your products and services,
- 9:24Speaker 2: the majority that come from China. And now China has
- 9:27Speaker 2: put a hundred and something percent on terrffs. I'm like
- 9:31Speaker 2: Jesus man, let me go on t Let me go
- 9:34Speaker 2: on Tim you right quick. I'm'a go on Tim you
- 9:38Speaker 2: because I want to basically share something with y'all. So
- 9:42Speaker 2: bear with me one minute. Let me go to Tim
- 9:46Speaker 2: you for a minute because I'm on it now. Okay,
- 9:49Speaker 2: now with Tim you right now, I am looking at
- 9:52Speaker 2: something right now.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Now.
- 9:55Speaker 2: The one machine I was looking at that it it
- 9:59Speaker 2: was sh machine Cheese Greater is now twenty eight dollars
- 10:03Speaker 2: and thirty cent. They have this meat thing that you
- 10:08Speaker 2: can basically cut your meat and stuff thirteen dollars. Okay,
- 10:11Speaker 2: I'm good with that. How much is it with taxes?
- 10:14Speaker 2: Two dollars and two dollars and ninety nine cent. Now,
- 10:19Speaker 2: if you wanna buy this slicer, you would have to
- 10:22Speaker 2: get thirty dollars of other products in order to get
- 10:27Speaker 2: free shipping.
- 10:28Speaker 1: Okay, So let me go back. So this one is how.
- 10:32Speaker 2: You can make bacon, and you can cut ham, you
- 10:36Speaker 2: can cut all kind of stuff on him.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Alright, let's continue.
- 10:40Speaker 2: So now you've got this, you got this other little
- 10:45Speaker 2: things like nine ninety nine. Your shoes, I mean you,
- 10:49Speaker 2: i'm'a i'm'a i'm'a do this for example, So these are
- 10:52Speaker 2: four twenty six. Now if you click on the white ones,
- 10:56Speaker 2: they're fourteen.
- 10:58Speaker 1: So if you wear a S eight or.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Size nine and women's shoes, it's gonna be fourteen dollars.
- 11:04Speaker 1: If you were a six, then it's gonna be four
- 11:06Speaker 1: ninety nine. See it used to be.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Where you used to be able to get shoes for
- 11:14Speaker 2: like four dollars, three dollars, not no more. So now
- 11:19Speaker 2: what they're trying to do is trying to force us
- 11:21Speaker 2: to have to shop in America. So you're taking away
- 11:26Speaker 2: our freedom of choice and free will. Now, mind you,
- 11:29Speaker 2: I plan on talking about this on my opening Pandora's
- 11:33Speaker 2: Box channel, but I'm using this as an example of
- 11:38Speaker 2: your freedom of choice and free will and why your
- 11:41Speaker 2: identity is so important. When I found out this man
- 11:45Speaker 2: was running again, I said, you know what, let me
- 11:49Speaker 2: go ahead on And maybe it was God telling me
- 11:52Speaker 2: to go ahead and go shopping.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Man.
- 11:54Speaker 2: I did a whole bunch of shopping last year. I
- 11:57Speaker 2: bought so many clothes. I have no room to put
- 12:00Speaker 2: nothing nowhere. I don't I have shoes, I have clothes
- 12:03Speaker 2: and containers. That's how much clothes I got in my closet.
- 12:07Speaker 2: I got a bunch of clothes. I don't need no,
- 12:09Speaker 2: I need nothing, but I I do wanna get some more,
- 12:14Speaker 2: really like sexier outfits and things like that.
- 12:17Speaker 1: I'm working on that.
- 12:18Speaker 2: But my goal is to lose weight, so i'm'a get
- 12:21Speaker 2: to that the health partner minute. But I just recently
- 12:27Speaker 2: bought I would say, probably about over two thousand dollars
- 12:34Speaker 2: worth of stuff that I put on a firm.
- 12:36Speaker 1: And that's that includes that includes plane tickets.
- 12:42Speaker 2: It includes a bunch of stuff that I bought from
- 12:45Speaker 2: she and a bunch of stuff I bought from TIMU
- 12:48Speaker 2: that I haven't gotten yet.
- 12:50Speaker 1: But i'm'a let y'all, l let y'all know.
- 12:53Speaker 2: What all I bought. I just got my ice cream machine.
- 12:57Speaker 2: And let's see what else I got. Let's look at
- 13:01Speaker 2: my orders for a minute. Okay, I got my ice
- 13:03Speaker 2: cream machine. I also got a cheese grater, thank God,
- 13:08Speaker 2: I got it.
- 13:08Speaker 1: When I got it. I got a.
- 13:12Speaker 2: Ah noodle maker where you make your dough and then you.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Push it through.
- 13:18Speaker 2: I got a chocolate that basically melts chocolate, a chocolate melter.
- 13:24Speaker 2: I ain't got me a what. I got me a juicer.
- 13:31Speaker 2: I got me an indoor grill. I got me a
- 13:35Speaker 2: uh a t fryer, a air fryer. I got me
- 13:40Speaker 2: a uh. This is a multi blender, and this blender
- 13:46Speaker 2: m th what is this blender? It does eight molds.
- 13:51Speaker 2: It's a one touch multifunctional. It's a multi multifunctional blender.
- 14:03Speaker 2: And what this does is it does everything from juices, milk, milkshakes, uh, soups, imates, sauces.
- 14:17Speaker 1: What else is thing? Do? Hold on?
- 14:20Speaker 2: Uh? Let's see. It does like when you make milk
- 14:24Speaker 2: ice cream. It grinds beans, juice. It also is a
- 14:30Speaker 2: ice crusher. You can do your meat grinders. But it's
- 14:35Speaker 2: also a hot and cold so it does both. It
- 14:38Speaker 2: does cold, it does hot, it does multi. It's a multifunctional,
- 14:44Speaker 2: but it does a lot of I mean a lots
- 14:47Speaker 2: of different things. And but it's it's perfect for what
- 14:55Speaker 2: it is that I'm trying to do. But they say,
- 14:59Speaker 2: it's kind of bulky, and that's okay, but it also
- 15:04Speaker 2: you can make it boils, water supplements, you can make
- 15:08Speaker 2: supplements with it, you can do grains with it. So
- 15:13Speaker 2: it's like fifty ounces. But like I said, in the end,
- 15:17Speaker 2: it's kind of a good thing because if you're gonna
- 15:19Speaker 2: make something in bulk, it's kind of a you.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Know, a good thing.
- 15:25Speaker 2: So this is coming from California, So that's where it's
- 15:30Speaker 2: coming from. So it'll be here about three days. It'll
- 15:35Speaker 2: be on the sixth, it'll be here. Let's see what
- 15:38Speaker 2: else I get. Let me go back to my nice
- 15:41Speaker 2: little order.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Let me go back.
- 15:44Speaker 2: But yeah, I got a few things for my health
- 15:46Speaker 2: and wellness because I made the decision that I was
- 15:48Speaker 2: going to actually start making my own st foods and
- 15:52Speaker 2: stuff from home.
- 15:54Speaker 1: And I said, I'm gonna be cooking, and I had
- 15:57Speaker 1: met And.
- 15:57Speaker 2: What made me really decide that was what I was
- 16:00Speaker 2: gonna do was Sunday I had made some sweetish meatballs
- 16:06Speaker 2: and as soon as I ate 'em, I don't know
- 16:08Speaker 2: what it was in the powder. It wasn't the noodles,
- 16:11Speaker 2: and it wasn't the meat the meatballs. It was what
- 16:14Speaker 2: was in the powder, and all of a sudden, I
- 16:18Speaker 2: had a really bad reaction to it, and I noticed
- 16:20Speaker 2: I've been having a lot of issues with processed foods,
- 16:27Speaker 2: and I know this should be on my you know
- 16:30Speaker 2: podcast as far as my Happier you leads to an
- 16:35Speaker 2: helpier you, and I am going to talk about this
- 16:40Speaker 2: more so. But I'm just going over a lot of
- 16:43Speaker 2: stuff that I bought. When I tell y'all, I spent
- 16:46Speaker 2: almost about two thousand dollars.
- 16:49Speaker 1: Yeah, probably a little bit almost two thousand.
- 16:52Speaker 2: No, I would say almost a thousand dollars on everything
- 16:54Speaker 2: that I bought because I plan on making my own desserts.
- 16:58Speaker 1: My own breads, my own everything.
- 17:01Speaker 2: So you know, I'm cooking, Like today, I'm probably gonna
- 17:04Speaker 2: have a salad, but I wasn't really all that hungry,
- 17:07Speaker 2: so I probably just eat a yogurt.
- 17:09Speaker 1: I'm not really hungry. I'm probably gonna have a yogurt
- 17:11Speaker 1: in a bacon.
- 17:12Speaker 2: I But like I said, you know, I learned now
- 17:16Speaker 2: that I also wanna make my own yogurt. So I'm
- 17:18Speaker 2: really excited about making my own stuff cause all I
- 17:22Speaker 2: gotta do is go to the store and get it.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Like my flour, I don't use white flour. I use
- 17:27Speaker 2: wheat flour or almond flour. So, like I said, you
- 17:31Speaker 2: can make your own stuff. You don't have to, you know,
- 17:35Speaker 2: go to the grocery store and get bread when you
- 17:37Speaker 2: can make your own, even though it is time consuming.
- 17:40Speaker 1: But what I normally do is.
- 17:43Speaker 2: If I make breads, it's gonna be on the weekend
- 17:45Speaker 2: when I'm not working, so that way I have all
- 17:47Speaker 2: the time in the world to do it. But also
- 17:50Speaker 2: meal prepping, so like this week, I probably will meal
- 17:53Speaker 2: prep make some grilled cheese sandwiches and then putting them
- 17:58Speaker 2: and then cutting them up, putting them and then eating
- 18:01Speaker 2: them that way. But you know, that's probably what I
- 18:05Speaker 2: would do for lunch. And so it is kind of
- 18:09Speaker 2: good to meal prep because it doesn't take up all
- 18:12Speaker 2: of your refrigerator. So and you can also put 'em
- 18:14Speaker 2: in a deep frizzer too, which is always a good thing.
- 18:16Speaker 2: So I got these little molds to be able to
- 18:19Speaker 2: make chocolate and make gummy bears. I gotta, you know,
- 18:22Speaker 2: a thing to make you know, different smaller, smaller breads
- 18:25Speaker 2: and stuff like that. If I wanna make if I
- 18:28Speaker 2: wanna make my own like small little like biscuits or.
- 18:34Speaker 1: If I wanna make rolls, I can make my own. So, yeah,
- 18:39Speaker 1: I bought a bunch of stuff. But yeah, I'm I'm.
- 18:42Speaker 2: Glad I bought it cause it really is going to
- 18:45Speaker 2: help when it comes down to me being healthier. Another
- 18:49Speaker 2: thing that I'm doing as far as changing through this
- 18:52Speaker 2: Donald Trump thing is also walking. I'm about to start
- 18:56Speaker 2: walking a little bit more than cause I gotta wal.
- 18:59Speaker 1: I'm about to walk.
- 18:59Speaker 2: Down sta in a few minutes and go downstairs and
- 19:01Speaker 2: take trash downstairs. Then i'm'a go and walk up the steps.
- 19:05Speaker 2: So every day i'm'a walk up and down the steps.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Every day. That means I'm just taking step downstairs and walking.
- 19:10Speaker 2: So I might walk for a little bit and then
- 19:13Speaker 2: come back, walk around the building and then come back
- 19:17Speaker 2: learning my buil, learning my neighborhood, so I might walk
- 19:20Speaker 2: around and try to figure out what's would over here.
- 19:24Speaker 2: But also to be able to not only that, go
- 19:30Speaker 2: to the gym work out, and I'm starting new that
- 19:34Speaker 2: three times a week. I gotta get my treadmill up
- 19:36Speaker 2: and running. I think not this week. Two weeks from now.
- 19:40Speaker 2: I'm'a text a guy that basically did my uh my stuff.
- 19:45Speaker 2: See if he can fix that my thing. And also
- 19:50Speaker 2: he's gonna do my ch both of my shelves, and
- 19:54Speaker 2: he's gonna do my uh my TV stands, So i'm'a
- 19:58Speaker 2: have him come over and do that, which I greatly appreciate.
- 20:03Speaker 2: But yeah, these next four years, I'm prepared cause you know,
- 20:08Speaker 2: buy me making my own stuff. I ain't gotta go
- 20:11Speaker 2: to the grocery store cause I can make it myself.
- 20:14Speaker 2: And I mean I can make my own cake batters,
- 20:16Speaker 2: I can make my own bread. So like I said
- 20:19Speaker 2: about me making my own bread, I'm making it myself,
- 20:22Speaker 2: so it's not like that it's gonna have all those preservatives, no,
- 20:26Speaker 2: because I'm making it myself, so it's nothing like you
- 20:29Speaker 2: making your own stuff. If I could learn how to
- 20:31Speaker 2: s I mean, actually I do know how to sew,
- 20:33Speaker 2: but I thought about taking a sewing class, so I
- 20:35Speaker 2: can basically m make my own clothing and I ain't
- 20:40Speaker 2: got to worry about it. So again, I got enough clothes.
- 20:43Speaker 2: Only thing I might m and I and I did.
- 20:44Speaker 2: I was about to order some bras, I might order
- 20:47Speaker 2: some panties, but yeah, I'm about to buy some machine
- 20:50Speaker 2: and have it cents here. So yeah, I'm about to
- 20:53Speaker 2: do all of that before the end of the month,
- 20:54Speaker 2: because come next month, I don't think nobody gonna be
- 20:57Speaker 2: able to get anything machine cause they talking about then
- 21:00Speaker 2: I gonna say nothing else or anything from tim U.
- 21:02Speaker 2: So yeah, but then again, Tim you Butter be in Mexico,
- 21:06Speaker 2: so I could drive to Mexico and go over there
- 21:08Speaker 2: and get everything I want and bring it back.
- 21:09Speaker 1: All I need to do.
- 21:10Speaker 2: Is bring a small suitcase and then have a secondary
- 21:13Speaker 2: suit just had to take one big suitcase, be over
- 21:16Speaker 2: there for a whole entire week.
- 21:18Speaker 1: And don't even put that much in there. Go in
- 21:20Speaker 1: there and rack up on she in and then bring
- 21:22Speaker 1: the bringing stuff right back. It being my homegirl, des
- 21:25Speaker 1: had to go. We just take two suitcases and call
- 21:27Speaker 1: it a day. That's how that work.
- 21:30Speaker 2: So I'll just take my big old twenty eight twenty
- 21:33Speaker 2: eight suitcase, pay extra for it, stack that thing up
- 21:38Speaker 2: with a whole bunch she and stuff, and send it
- 21:40Speaker 2: back or ha.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Or go over there and have it mail to Maha.
- 21:45Speaker 2: But nah, I'd rather go over there and just go
- 21:46Speaker 2: get it, cause yeah, Mexico and China submit a deal
- 21:49Speaker 2: about she and and tim You being over there, So yeah,
- 21:51Speaker 2: I'm just gonna take my butt right on over there
- 21:53Speaker 2: and go ahead and go shopping.
- 21:54Speaker 1: So I ain't worried about it.
- 21:56Speaker 2: So being that I can't eat at a lot of
- 21:59Speaker 2: restaurant it kind of benefits me because I've lost weight
- 22:02Speaker 2: because of it. Because if I was able to eat
- 22:05Speaker 2: at a bunch of restaurants, then trust me, i'd be
- 22:08Speaker 2: fat right now. So it is kind of a benefit
- 22:11Speaker 2: that I'm not able to eat a lot of stuff.
- 22:14Speaker 2: So I am kind of glad about that and happy
- 22:18Speaker 2: about that. So I'm glad, but I am excited about
- 22:21Speaker 2: going to Vegas though. But yeah, so it's all, it's
- 22:26Speaker 2: all good. Like I said, you know, I just tell
- 22:29Speaker 2: people that when it comes to these situations that y'all
- 22:34Speaker 2: just gonna stop shopping. It's a lot of bitter already
- 22:36Speaker 2: said they ain't.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Shopping a moment now. I haven't looked at Ali Express.
- 22:39Speaker 2: My mom told me I need to go look at
- 22:40Speaker 2: Ali Express and see what's on there, So i'm'a i'm'a
- 22:43Speaker 2: do that today to see what's over there as well
- 22:45Speaker 2: as far as what they got and seeing there's some
- 22:48Speaker 2: things I might want from alliy Express. But like I said,
- 22:51Speaker 2: when it come down to you know, shopping and stuff
- 22:54Speaker 2: like that. It's always gonna be a lot. So so
- 23:01Speaker 2: you know my my Also, I got a serial thing
- 23:05Speaker 2: as well, where I can put cereal in in my stuff,
- 23:09Speaker 2: or I can put whatever I want to rice or whatever.
- 23:13Speaker 2: So it's it's multiple different things you can put in there.
- 23:16Speaker 2: But the only thing I can tell y'all to do
- 23:18Speaker 2: right now is stop sh stop pretty much shopping. Y'all
- 23:23Speaker 2: gotta stop shopping. And if you got enough clothes, see
- 23:26Speaker 2: pretty much what these next four years is you gonna
- 23:28Speaker 2: learn or appreciate what you got, and you gonna learn
- 23:32Speaker 2: that you shouldn't be always just running around just shopping
- 23:34Speaker 2: when you don't need to.
- 23:35Speaker 1: Shop at the first place. So if you really don't
- 23:38Speaker 1: need the shop, I don't recommend that you do.
- 23:41Speaker 2: Also, when it come to doing what's best, you know,
- 23:44Speaker 2: sometimes this is the time where you should be taking
- 23:48Speaker 2: time to start building a business and start building a brand.
- 23:51Speaker 2: So while you're working a regular ninety five job, get
- 23:55Speaker 2: off social media, take a break. Like I'm about to
- 23:58Speaker 2: go sit outside for a few minutes and sit outside,
- 24:01Speaker 2: and I might do my podcast while I'm sitting outside.
- 24:03Speaker 1: After I take the trash outside, I might sit outside for.
- 24:06Speaker 2: A few minutes, like fifteen twenty minutes, just get some
- 24:07Speaker 2: something like, just to be outside. So yeah, I mean
- 24:11Speaker 2: I am gonna start being outside a little bit more
- 24:14Speaker 2: than what I am. It's just right now, I'm just
- 24:15Speaker 2: settling in. Nothing I'm doing too is getting more sleep.
- 24:19Speaker 2: So this would be this should be a time you
- 24:20Speaker 2: should be going in hibernation these next four years. You
- 24:23Speaker 2: know how bears going to hibernation and then just gone
- 24:27Speaker 2: for a little while.
- 24:27Speaker 1: That's what Jonting do.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Go in hibernation, go into isolation, get away from everybody.
- 24:33Speaker 1: Because this should be the time that while all of
- 24:36Speaker 1: this is going on.
- 24:37Speaker 2: You getting your stuff in order, paying off your debts,
- 24:41Speaker 2: stacking up your money. This should be the time you
- 24:43Speaker 2: should be doing that the next four years. So instead
- 24:46Speaker 2: of spending a bunch of money, save your money.
- 24:48Speaker 1: Now.
- 24:48Speaker 2: If you going on cruisers, okay, cool, by all means.
- 24:51Speaker 2: If you going on vacation, you going out of the country,
- 24:53Speaker 2: by all means, you can do that, but save your money.
- 24:58Speaker 2: That way, when everything go down, then you'll be able
- 25:02Speaker 2: to have money to get a house.
- 25:05Speaker 1: That's if you don't run for a third term. I
- 25:07Speaker 1: hope not. But then again, who knows.
- 25:10Speaker 2: But the only way we can recover is just by
- 25:14Speaker 2: sitting still. You know, you remember when Jesus came, when
- 25:17Speaker 2: God came during Moses, and he said, I need you
- 25:21Speaker 2: to mark your door whatever it is, So you mark
- 25:25Speaker 2: your door.
- 25:26Speaker 1: Well, guess what we in that the same era.
- 25:30Speaker 2: So, like I said, everybody outside spending their money on
- 25:33Speaker 2: these Chris Brown concerts, spending their money on all this stuff,
- 25:36Speaker 2: and the only thing that's gonna happen is they gonna
- 25:39Speaker 2: be broken, and they gonna be the main ones asking
- 25:41Speaker 2: you to borrow money. They gonna be the main ones.
- 25:44Speaker 2: Like I said, the grasshopper and the ant is.
- 25:46Speaker 1: What I call it.
- 25:47Speaker 2: So the one I'm gonna do on opening Pandora's Box,
- 25:50Speaker 2: it's gonna be the grasshopper and ants, and I'm gonna
- 25:54Speaker 2: break down how the working class is the ants, and
- 25:58Speaker 2: the politicians and the you and wealthy are the grasshoppers. So,
- 26:04Speaker 2: like I said, it's just like tryna squeeze lemon out
- 26:07Speaker 2: of a lemon that there's no more juice in it,
- 26:10Speaker 2: but yet you wanna keep squeezing. It ain't nothing else
- 26:13Speaker 2: in there, and they ain't figured out they ain't nothing
- 26:15Speaker 2: else in there. They gonna try to squeeze as much
- 26:18Speaker 2: as they can, but yet there's billionaires that wanna pay taxes.
- 26:22Speaker 1: But yet they don't.
- 26:24Speaker 2: So when it comes to this situation, it's time to
- 26:28Speaker 2: sit back and see things for what they are instead
- 26:32Speaker 2: of trying to, you know, be on some I'm gonna
- 26:35Speaker 2: go and I'm just gonna spend money. Why sit back
- 26:39Speaker 2: and watch, Cause I'm here to tell you to sit
- 26:41Speaker 2: back and watch. You be amazed what you find out,
- 26:45Speaker 2: so you need Sometimes you.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Just gotta sit back and watch.
- 26:48Speaker 2: So even though you may not be able to, how
- 26:56Speaker 2: can I put this? Even though right now it may
- 27:00Speaker 2: seem like, Okay, I'm sitting at home.
- 27:03Speaker 1: You know, I'm not really going.
- 27:04Speaker 2: To the movies cause event I mean, even with your
- 27:07Speaker 2: with your with everything you got. Sometime like I'm about
- 27:10Speaker 2: to get rid of Paramount, Why cause I don't watch
- 27:13Speaker 2: it now that I'm cave.
- 27:14Speaker 1: I don't need paramount.
- 27:15Speaker 2: I need a paramount when I couldn't watch cable, So
- 27:17Speaker 2: I don't need paramount. I'll keep Too because I mean
- 27:20Speaker 2: too bes free. I'll keep Disney because I'm about to
- 27:23Speaker 2: start watching Disney's. I'm about to start getting back and
- 27:25Speaker 2: watch some Disney movies. There's a lot of Disney movies.
- 27:28Speaker 2: And plus my son likes Disney. He's autistic, he likes Disney,
- 27:31Speaker 2: so I keep I keep Disney for that. I am
- 27:33Speaker 2: gonna start watching Hulu. I am gonna start watching Netflix.
- 27:37Speaker 2: But I'm about to downgrade Netflix because it's too expensive
- 27:41Speaker 2: and it's about to go up, so I'm about to
- 27:42Speaker 2: downgrade on that. Hulu already has commercials in the first place.
- 27:48Speaker 2: But yeah, I don't have as many apps as everybody
- 27:51Speaker 2: thinks that that. But yeah, I'm about to start w
- 27:54Speaker 2: watching and being doing more movies than I am on
- 27:57Speaker 2: social media, so you know, taking that social media break,
- 28:02Speaker 2: getting off, cause the more you.
- 28:03Speaker 1: On social media, the more depressed you are.
- 28:05Speaker 2: And not only that, social media is the primary reason
- 28:08Speaker 2: why a lot of people can't their attention.
- 28:10Speaker 1: Spans is short.
- 28:12Speaker 2: So I mean, I'm just saying, like I said, take
- 28:15Speaker 2: a break from it all. Live life, enjoy life, and
- 28:18Speaker 2: start doing the things you wanna do. Cause again, stack
- 28:21Speaker 2: up your money so that way when you get when
- 28:24Speaker 2: everything starts to come back normal, if it come back normal,
- 28:28Speaker 2: you're already prepping. So like I said, you know, I'm
- 28:31Speaker 2: making these changes, and I think The hardest one for
- 28:34Speaker 2: me is not only in getting off my phone before
- 28:36Speaker 2: I go to bed, but not picking up my phone
- 28:38Speaker 2: when I first wake up. So I'm trying to come
- 28:41Speaker 2: up with these new techniques now that I'm in a
- 28:43Speaker 2: new place. So, like I said, it's a new dawn
- 28:46Speaker 2: and a new day. So if you say you gonna change,
- 28:49Speaker 2: and you need change. So right now I'm sitting here
- 28:52Speaker 2: looking over my prey, my pre loop of my book,
- 28:57Speaker 2: and you would think it's chapter one, but it's it's
- 29:00Speaker 2: just breaking down recovery and it's like eight pages might
- 29:04Speaker 2: be might No, it's actually a nine page well nine pages.
- 29:07Speaker 2: So like I said, once I get somebody to edit,
- 29:11Speaker 2: you know, or either once I finish, AI can basically
- 29:16Speaker 2: go through it and make it simp and simplify it.
- 29:20Speaker 2: But I want to be the one to write this book.
- 29:22Speaker 2: So even if I do use AI to simplify it.
- 29:26Speaker 1: Everything that's there that I want there is gonna be there.
- 29:29Speaker 2: So I recommend that if you're going to write a book,
- 29:34Speaker 2: I recommend you write whatever you're gonna write, and then
- 29:38Speaker 2: what'll happen is if you want AI to simplify it,
- 29:42Speaker 2: then AI will just simplify it and put it in
- 29:46Speaker 2: that book.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Type of order and then along with it.
- 29:49Speaker 2: So but a lot of people use AI to write
- 29:52Speaker 2: their books, but to me, that's not authentic. I feel
- 29:55Speaker 2: like writing your own book and then going to and
- 29:57Speaker 2: then having AI to go through and actually simplify it,
- 30:03Speaker 2: meaning taking everything that you've done and they might add
- 30:10Speaker 2: some stuff, but simplify it and make it to where
- 30:15Speaker 2: it's a lot more simple. Nothing wrong with that, Nothing
- 30:20Speaker 2: wrong with that at all. So, like I said, right now,
- 30:26Speaker 2: what people need to be doing is focusing on self
- 30:28Speaker 2: right now, because you can't help nobody right now.
- 30:32Speaker 1: Right now, you can't even help yourself right now.
- 30:35Speaker 2: So I just feel like people need to focus.
- 30:39Speaker 1: On themselves and do for themselves. And like I said,
- 30:44Speaker 1: the what's the nam I'm trying to think, gotta throw
- 30:49Speaker 1: hurt the Now that RVs have gone up, Now that.
- 30:58Speaker 2: Everybody's getting RVs and can and sleeping in their cars
- 31:02Speaker 2: and stuff, that's now a big thing. Now pretty soon
- 31:07Speaker 2: you're gonna see a lot of people in their cars,
- 31:09Speaker 2: a lot of people in vans, a lot of people
- 31:13Speaker 2: in buses. Excuse me, I've even seen people go and.
- 31:20Speaker 1: They're buying buses, they're buying.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Planes and building them. A lot of people, Sorry, a
- 31:34Speaker 2: lot of people are focusing on stuff right now because
- 31:38Speaker 2: right now, you can't help nobody right now.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Right now? Is every person for themselves right now? Why?
- 31:43Speaker 2: Because a lot of people now are looking for people
- 31:48Speaker 2: to take care of them. A lot of people are
- 31:51Speaker 2: not with people for the right reasons. A lot of
- 31:54Speaker 2: people are accepting things for what they are and they're
- 31:57Speaker 2: not trying to change them.
- 31:59Speaker 1: A lot of.
- 31:59Speaker 2: People not even getting mad about people walking out their lives.
- 32:03Speaker 2: They're just not and they just don't even care at
- 32:07Speaker 2: this point. There are a lot of people that would
- 32:10Speaker 2: rather be alone than be unhappy. And I'm just being real,
- 32:13Speaker 2: and I'm not mad at that. Honestly, I'm the same way.
- 32:17Speaker 2: I'd rather be alone to be unhappy and being with
- 32:20Speaker 2: someone that doesn't serve me or make my life better.
- 32:26Speaker 2: So I just feel like that it's important that people
- 32:33Speaker 2: understand there are things you do not have to put
- 32:35Speaker 2: up with. I don't care what nobody tell you. If
- 32:40Speaker 2: people don't accept you and they don't see your talent
- 32:46Speaker 2: and they don't want you to be a part of
- 32:48Speaker 2: some that means you ain't meant to be there. If
- 32:51Speaker 2: somebody don't want to be in a relationship with you,
- 32:53Speaker 2: then you ain't meant to.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Be with that person. And that's truly okay.
- 33:00Speaker 2: But in the end, like I would say to people,
- 33:05Speaker 2: you're not always meant to be everywhere and doing what
- 33:08Speaker 2: everybody else is doing. Sometimes you do n you do
- 33:11Speaker 2: need to be by yourself to be able to figure
- 33:13Speaker 2: out what your next move is. Sometimes you need to
- 33:16Speaker 2: be alone and be in isolation and not be seen,
- 33:20Speaker 2: not be heard, but you're working on something, which is
- 33:23Speaker 2: what I'm about to do. I'm about to disappear off
- 33:26Speaker 2: social media. I just deleted all of my YouTube channels.
- 33:31Speaker 2: Why because I wanna blank campus campus. Why because now
- 33:37Speaker 2: that I have practiced, now that I have gotten good
- 33:43Speaker 2: at what I do, now I can do it professionally.
- 33:47Speaker 1: So you see what I mean.
- 33:49Speaker 2: I was all about trying to figure everything out. This
- 33:54Speaker 2: has been a figuring out period of my life.
- 33:57Speaker 1: Well not no more. Now it's I'm g I don'na
- 34:00Speaker 1: actually do it. I'm askally gonna make jewelry.
- 34:02Speaker 2: I'm actually gonna do all of these things that I
- 34:05Speaker 2: said I was gonna do. And it's not gonna be easy,
- 34:08Speaker 2: but it's what I'm gonna get it done. Why to
- 34:11Speaker 2: go into bed early? Nine thirty is my bedtime.
- 34:15Speaker 1: I will be in bed.
- 34:17Speaker 2: I'm getting at least about ten hours sleep. If I'm
- 34:19Speaker 2: not in bed, I'm gonna be in bed before before
- 34:23Speaker 2: nine thirty. But I'll be sleeping four ten so I
- 34:26Speaker 2: can get eight hours sleep. Cause I get up every
- 34:28Speaker 2: morning at seven o'clock in the morning.
- 34:30Speaker 1: So I get up early. It used to be a
- 34:32Speaker 1: get up at s at five in the morning. Now
- 34:35Speaker 1: I get up at seven.
- 34:37Speaker 2: So what I want people to understand is there's nothing
- 34:41Speaker 2: wrong with you making changes that's gonna benefit you and
- 34:45Speaker 2: make you a better person. There's nothing wrong with you saying,
- 34:50Speaker 2: you know what, I'm gonna take a step away from
- 34:52Speaker 2: things and and strip everything, strip it off, even though
- 34:58Speaker 2: it's something you worked on. So I'm you proud of
- 35:01Speaker 2: strip it because now it's time to strip it.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Why cause now when you redo.
- 35:09Speaker 2: It, well, I ain't I don't even like the word
- 35:11Speaker 2: or eat with anything that prefix. But when you newly
- 35:15Speaker 2: do it, you're gonna do it again. But you're gonna
- 35:20Speaker 2: do it with a new set of eyes. So you
- 35:22Speaker 2: are gonna redo it, but it's.
- 35:25Speaker 1: Gonna be done in a new version of it.
- 35:28Speaker 2: So even though you're you can always r eat anything
- 35:32Speaker 2: with a new philosophy, new way of thinking, a new
- 35:36Speaker 2: way of doing it. So you're not read anything. You're
- 35:41Speaker 2: newly doing it, but you're just doing the same thing.
- 35:44Speaker 2: So yeah, you are doing the same thing, just with
- 35:47Speaker 2: a new new perspective, a new way of thinking about it,
- 35:50Speaker 2: a new way of doing it, a new way of acting,
- 35:52Speaker 2: a new way of being. And trust me, a lot
- 35:55Speaker 2: of people ain't gonna be able to relate to it.
- 35:57Speaker 2: A lot of people ain't gonna like it. A lot
- 35:59Speaker 2: of people gonna be like, well, I don't like the
- 36:02Speaker 2: fact you're making these changes. Well guess what the a
- 36:05Speaker 2: change you making for you, be a change you making
- 36:09Speaker 2: for yourself. You're doing this for you and not anybody else.
- 36:14Speaker 2: So now when you become this new person and now
- 36:17Speaker 2: you making money, Now you traveling the world, all your
- 36:20Speaker 2: people wondering, how in the world is it that you traveling?
- 36:24Speaker 2: Why is it every time I talk to you you
- 36:25Speaker 2: always going somewhere. Why is it that you know you're
- 36:30Speaker 2: you're not upset? Why I does the bullet I got
- 36:35Speaker 2: rid of something that I didn't need. You leaving was
- 36:41Speaker 2: the best thing that could have happened to me. Cause
- 36:43Speaker 2: now I can travel and see the world. Now I
- 36:46Speaker 2: ain't gotta worry about asking you to go somewhere. I
- 36:48Speaker 2: can just get up and go. Now, I ain't gotta
- 36:51Speaker 2: worry about worry about what this person I'm laying next
- 36:54Speaker 2: to is doing, and what they're got, what they got
- 36:56Speaker 2: going on. And while they're building, I'm sitting there, I'm
- 36:59Speaker 2: lauring myself. If somebody ain't worth me, well guess what
- 37:03Speaker 2: now I ain't got to lower myself and nobody at
- 37:07Speaker 2: all except me, So it's okay to say, you know what,
- 37:15Speaker 2: maybe it is a benefit that these people are none
- 37:18Speaker 2: of my life. Maybe it's n Maybe it is a
- 37:21Speaker 2: benefit that I I can do what I want to
- 37:23Speaker 2: now and I can travel the world. I ain't working
- 37:26Speaker 2: for nobody.
- 37:28Speaker 1: So why you working for you? Why you working for
- 37:30Speaker 1: somebody else?
- 37:31Speaker 2: Prep start prepping to start working for yourself, so that way,
- 37:35Speaker 2: when you work for yourself, you ain't gotta worry about it.
- 37:40Speaker 1: You basically are doing what you need to do for yourself.
- 37:44Speaker 2: So, like I said, it's not about losing the weight,
- 37:48Speaker 2: it's about being able to maintain any way. So again,
- 37:55Speaker 2: you got to decide in what way are you losing weight?
- 37:59Speaker 2: Like I said, it's some people that are basically becoming
- 38:03Speaker 2: body builders.
- 38:05Speaker 1: And like I said, if if that's what you wanna do.
- 38:08Speaker 2: To be more more muscular, but if you still wanna
- 38:12Speaker 2: be feminine, then yeah, you might do some weights and
- 38:16Speaker 2: build some you wanna build muscles in certain areas, but
- 38:20Speaker 2: if you still wanna be feminine, then it's that equal medium.
- 38:27Speaker 1: So like I said, I feel like that. Don't get wrong.
- 38:31Speaker 2: I do wanna build my muscles and I don't wanna
- 38:33Speaker 2: lose them, but at the same time, I don't wanna
- 38:36Speaker 2: be muscular. You know, I wanna be able to have
- 38:41Speaker 2: some muscles, but I don't wanna use I don't wanna
- 38:44Speaker 2: lose my breast and be more bulky at the top.
- 38:48Speaker 1: So you know, like I said.
- 38:49Speaker 2: You find what works for you, find out what it
- 38:53Speaker 2: is you wanna do. Cause again, you're an individual. You
- 38:55Speaker 2: came in this world by yourself, and yes, when you
- 38:58Speaker 2: were little, and yes, when you in your tr twenties
- 39:00Speaker 2: and maybe early thirties, then yeah, you follow everybody else.
- 39:04Speaker 2: But when you in your forties, like thirty five to forty,
- 39:07Speaker 2: no forties, you should be like you know what ain't
- 39:10Speaker 2: about everybody else about me.
- 39:13Speaker 1: It's about me doing what make me happy and doing
- 39:15Speaker 1: what bring me joy.
- 39:16Speaker 2: That's what it should be about, and that should be
- 39:18Speaker 2: it on that and whatever makes you happy, whatever brings
- 39:20Speaker 2: you joy, and that's what it should be about. So
- 39:23Speaker 2: when you minding your own business, you're doing what works
- 39:25Speaker 2: for you because time will pass by. Next thing you know,
- 39:29Speaker 2: they are burying you and you in the ground. So
- 39:33Speaker 2: just take and think that for granteds salt. So yeah,
- 39:37Speaker 2: these next four years, just start building yourself up, saving
- 39:41Speaker 2: your money, staying home, cooking at home and just getting.
- 39:46Speaker 1: What you need and then by the time thoh with
