Holly Springs just launched Stage One water restrictions starting Monday, July 6th — a strict new schedule for lawn watering based on your house number to combat the severe drought. Even-numbered homes can water on Mon, Wed, Sat (6-10 AM & 6-10 PM); odds get Tue, Thu, Sun — no watering on Fridays. Hand-watering, drip systems, reclaimed water, and wells are exempt, as are schools and golf courses.
