- 0:23Let's check in, shall we?
- 0:25On Texas, my friends.
- 0:27Welcome to the Dean's List.
- 0:29You are listening to the Dean's List on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:33And we're gonna we're gonna check in on Texas and in on attorney general Ken Paxton, who is also checking in on Texas to determine if indeed the school districts are following the law in Texas.
- 0:51Which law?
- 0:51Well, my friends, the Ten Commandments.
- 0:54That law are the Ten Commandments being posted.
- 0:59Are there things happening in Texas public schools that the Attorney General want to be happening?
- 1:09I guess I should say it this way.
- 1:10Are there things happening in Texas public schools that are happening according to the law?
- 1:15Now, yesterday, yesterday we we we talked about this situation in Houston, where one mom was removed from a local school board meeting at the Houston ISD because she was reading from a library book, and they threw her out because by golly, the material was inappropriate to be to be read during a public forum, during a public meeting.
- 1:44But as the as the mom duly noted, it's perfectly fine for the book to be on the library shelf, really, uh available to minors, but yet adults can't read it in a public forum, or they will be removed.
- 2:01So that's happening.
- 2:03And uh in the meantime, here, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced just a couple days ago, last week, Thursday, an investigation into dozens of the state's independent school districts or ISDs, as it were, uh, to confirm compliance with two laws concerning religious displays of the Ten Commandments.
- 2:27Well, it's not really, I guess they're not saying it's a religious display, it's just a display of the Ten Commandments.
- 2:34Um the the um the authors of the bill state that it's it's a historical display and a legal display, but perhaps a religious display as well, but not strictly religious.
- 2:50And also, uh Ken Paxton wants to confirm if local ISDs, independent school districts, are allowing prayer periods.
- 3:02The the districts must adhere to two laws passed last year, according to Paxton.
- 3:08Senate Bill, which requires display of the Ten Commandments in classrooms, when donated copies within state specifications are provided, and Senate Bill 11.
- 3:21These two bills back to back, Senate Bill 11, which calls on school boards to vote on creating time for prayer and reading of the Bible or other religious texts within the school day.
- 3:34Paxton uh said in a statement, I will always fight for students' fundamental right to pray in our schools and work to ensure that Texas kids are able to learn from the Ten Commandments daily.
- 3:49He continued, Texas school districts must comply with Texas law by displaying the Ten Commandments and taking a school board vote regarding the implementation of prayer time in schools.
- 4:03I will never stop defending our students' religious freedom and the moral foundation of our nation.
- 4:09I wonder, you think their first stop is Houston?
- 4:13Do you think that's Paxton's first adopt?
- 4:16The Houston ISD.
- 4:20The investigation outlined in a news release from Paxton's office requires listed districts to submit documentation demonstrating whether the Ten Commandments are displayed or not displayed, and proof of a board vote on prayer implementation under Senate Bill 11 andor Senate Bill 10.
- 4:46Both measures passed uh during the 89th legislative session last year, and they took effect last year, September 1st, 2025.
- 4:59So we've had the entire year.
- 5:01We've had plenty of time for school boards to set aside, take a vote, set aside a time during the course of the day for students to pray and read religious texts if they want to.
- 5:14If they choose to, there is time available.
- 5:17This isn't mandatory.
- 5:18No one's hand is being forced here except the school boards.
- 5:22The students aren't being forced.
- 5:24It's an opportunity for them.
- 5:28As well as the 10 commandments need to be displayed.
- 5:30You've had an entire year.
- 5:32Now, if they're not displayed, you you better be able to say that your donated copy hasn't arrived yet.
- 5:40Many of the districts required to submit documentation were involved in lawsuits challenging uh Senate Bill, which is the Ten Commandments Bill.
- 6:01This case was litigated by Paxton, and it allowed statewide implementation after lower court challenges uh put a stay on the Ten Commandments.
- 6:16The appeals court made the ruling in a split decision that overturned a lower court block affirming the law, ordering donated 10 commandments posters to be readable from anywhere in the classroom, anywhere in the room, you've got to be able to look up on a wall.
- 6:32And you've got to be able to read the 10 commandments.
- 6:44Congress cannot establish a religion.
- 6:47And because you're posting the 10 commandments in a public school, that's paramount to Congress, establishing a religion.
- 6:56Um, but the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals decision permitted the requirement to proceed.
- 7:00Permitted the requirement to proceed.
- 7:03The Fifth Circuit said, yeah, no.
- 7:03The Fifth Circuit said, yeah, no, no, you can display the Ten Commandments.
- 7:06No, you you can display the Ten Commandments.
- 7:08This isn't paramount to Congress establishing a religion.
- 7:08This isn't paramount to Congress establishing a religion.
- 7:14It's just simply this school district displaying the historical heritage of our country, the historical heritage of Western civilization of Western civilization.
- 7:14It's just simply this school district displaying the historical heritage of our country, the historical heritage of Western civilization of Western civilization, which, my friends, is America, and which the Ten Commandments is indeed rooted in.
- 7:36This is going to the Supreme Court, you know it will.
- 7:39And we've said this repeatedly.
- 7:42This court, I believe, in my opinion, this court will uphold the Ten Commandments.
- 7:47Because this court has said, look, we're we're going to give uh we're going to give precedence to use the legal term.
- 7:56We're going to give that to historical context.
- 8:00What have we done historically in this country?
- 8:03We're not just going to consider 1962 and 63 and what that court said, the error that that court made.
- 8:10No, no, we're we're going to look back to all time.
- 8:15We're going to go back to the beginning and we're going to see what did we do as a country?
- 8:20What did we do in the founding era?
- 8:22How did the men in the founding era who drafted the first amendment, by the way, which states Congress shall not establish a religion and or infringe upon the free exercise thereof?
- 8:34I don't think it says and or, but you get my point.
- 8:37The men who drafted this, how did they look upon the Ten Commandments being posted and or displayed in public schools or used in public schools, as it were?
- 8:49How did how did they think about it?
- 8:53This is a very important question.
- 8:56You would think that if they had the opinion of legal scholars of the day, then they would not have allowed the Bible in public schools because Congress can't establish a religion.
- 9:11But we will see that's not accurate.
- 9:14That indeed is not the truth.
- 9:16That indeed is not the fact.
- 9:18Because their use of the word religion, and we've talked about this, all right, but if you've missed it, we're going to talk about it again.
- 9:26Their use of the word religion, and in many instances, in most instances.
- 9:38They define religion as a Christian denomination.
- 9:41What religion are you?
- 9:42Well, I'm I'm Anabaptist, or I'm I'm Quaker, or I'm Anglican, or I'm congregationalist, or I'm, you know, I am whatever fill in the blank of whatever Christian religion you are.
- 9:54I'm Episcopalian, I'm Lutheran, I'm that's your religion.
- 10:00And Congress shall not uh establish one particular Christian denomination over the other.
- 10:07This is the point of the First Amendment.
- 10:10I mean it's simple.
- 10:11You can go back and look in the debates, and it's simple.
- 10:14That's what they were getting at.
- 10:16Uh and this Supreme Court's going to look at that, and they're going to come to the conclusion that I've just come to.
- 10:23I mean, this is my prediction, that they will come to that conclusion, and they will determine hey, guess what?
- 10:31The men who drafted the First Amendment, they were all about the Ten Commandments.
- 10:36They were all about the Bible.
- 10:38They were all about the Bible being used in public school classrooms, because they're going to go back to the Northwest ordinance, which clearly says uh religion morality and knowledge.
- 10:51Uh should be an education.
- 10:54That's the language.
- 10:56I'm paraphrasing, but that's the language, those three things religion, morality, and knowledge.
- 11:02And this Supreme Court, they're going to look at it.
- 11:06And it's that's going to be determined that religion has been a part of our education, and not just any religion, but the Christian religion.
- 11:16It's it's Western civilization, and it's part of our heritage.
- 11:21I'm sorry.
- 11:22Um Islam is not part of our heritage.
- 11:27Buddhaism, Confucianism, uh, whatever isms, you know, whatever else you want to throw out there, it's not part of our our heritage.
- 11:39Our heritage is rooted in Christianity, with uh some uh shout-outs to uh Judaism, because you know, the Bible, uh, but but that's our heritage.
- 11:56And so this is this is who we are.
- 12:00And no, we we don't have to to give the same amount of time to the Quran.
- 12:08I'm sorry, we don't.
- 12:09The Quran isn't part of our uh it's not part of the Western tradition, and it's not part of our heritage, but the Bible is.
- 12:18You can't discriminate against you know, I'm not the one doing the discriminating.
- 12:25It's it's history, and it's our history, and we need to teach our history, and we need to teach our history properly.
- 12:32We need to teach our history accurately.
- 12:35And so here we are, the U.S.
- 12:37Court of Appeals here, the Fifth Circuit had, you know, they've come along and they've said, you know, we're uh we're gonna overrule this decision.
- 12:45Uh yes, the the Court of Appeals was split, but nonetheless, the majority of them overturned the lower court block, affirming that yes, the Ten Commandments should be posted.
- 12:56A federal judge had previously directed these certain districts and the lawsuit to remove their displays, citing establishment clause concerns.
- 13:07But the Fifth Circuit's decision permitted the requirement to proceed.
- 13:11Now, uh Senate Bill 11 orders school boards to take a recorded vote on implementing designated time for voluntary prayer and religious reading.
- 13:24Paxton's office has previously called on districts to start the process of putting prayer back in schools, consistent with the law's provision.
- 13:36Oh, the left doesn't like this.
- 13:40The left is not happy about this because of prayer, how dare you pray?
- 13:47Well, you know, the First Amendment says that Congress cannot infringe upon the free exercise of your uh religious uh expression, can't do it.
- 14:00Can't do it.
- 14:02Now, um, so what's good for the goose is good for the gander here.
- 14:02Now, um, so what's good for the gooses is good for the gander here.
- 14:06Public documents from the attorney general's office state that school boards must act within specified timelines once the law is in effect.
- 14:06Public documents from the attorney general's office state that school boards must act within specified timelines once the law is in effect.
- 14:17The current investigation here that was announced last week would confirm compliance through production of board records and related policies.
- 14:17The current investigation here that was announced last week would confirm compliance through production of board records and related policies.
- 14:26We want to know if you guys have you done what we've
- 14:26We want to know if you guys have you done what we've asked you to do.
- 14:30We're gonna we're gonna look into it.
- 14:32We're gonna investigate.
- 14:33You can't just ignore this.
- 14:36You this school board down there in Houston, which is okay with filth and smut and in the miners' library, by the way, and in a library that is frequented by miners.
- 14:50This school board down there that's gonna kick this mom out of their school board meeting because she's reading from the filth and the smut in a public form.
- 14:59This school board down there in Houston.
- 15:01You just can't sweep this under the road, you just can't ignore this.
- 15:04You can't just choose to not allow this.
- 15:09So good for Paxton, good for the attorney general's office.
- 15:14Good for him, holding the feet to the fire, as it were.
- 15:18Good for him for making this school board and other school boards in the state of Texas accountable, accountable to the law.
- 15:28I can't believe you're you're making us accountable to the law.
- 15:32Yeah, yeah, you're you're gonna be held accountable to the law.
- 15:36Paxton's announcement points to a lack of adherence by certain districts.
- 15:42Oh, really?
- 15:43No.
- 15:44Districts such as Galveston Independent School District, which Paxton's office has sued in separate actions over their refusal to display the Ten Commandments.
- 15:57So you live in Galveston.
- 15:59If you're a if you're a parent and you live in Galveston and your child is in the Galveston school district, be uh be aware that your school district has flat out refused to display the Ten Commandments.
- 16:15They have refused.
- 16:17An education system has refused to take part in the display of uh historical documents that directly pertain to this country.
- 16:32The Ten Commandments, they are foundational to this country.
- 16:37The commandments are foundational.
- 16:39They're they're they're foundational to Western civilization.
- 16:42And you have an educational school district.
- 16:44You have a system in Galveston that refuses just flat out refuse.
- 16:50We're not going to display this.
- 16:52How dare you force us to display this religious document?
- 16:56It's it's it's otherworldly, it's it's ungodly.
- 17:01Well, uh, we'll see.
- 17:03We'll see, right?
- 17:06We will we will clearly we will clearly see what what's gonna happen here.
- 17:12Uh critics of this law argue that um that they raise constitutional questions about separation of church and state.
- 17:23Supporters, including Paxton say they protect religious freedom and reflect the state's moral heritage.
- 17:30The attorney general has said the measures are re-implementing historical practices and education.
- 17:38Uh the critics here.
- 17:40We we have concerns they are about the separation of church and state.
- 17:44And you know, of course, we've we've got that backwards.
- 17:48We've got it backwards.
- 17:50And we've talked about the backwardness of it here.
- 17:53Uh when Jefferson said in his letter to the Danbury Baptist Association, there's a separation between church and state.
- 18:01I mean, you can read the letter for yourself.
- 18:03He was referring to the the fact that the state cannot infringe upon religious liberty, can't do it.
- 18:12There's a wall there, but the wall is keeping the state out of the church, not keeping the church out of the public square.
- 18:21And the the letter, his words were misinterpreted, turned upside down, flipped on their head.
- 18:30And that's what was used to weaponize the First Amendment against itself as that statement.
- 18:37Uh when in when in fact it's it should be the other way around.
- 18:42When in fact, the Ten Commandments should have been displayed all along in every classroom.
- 18:47Prayer should have been allowed all along.
- 18:50Morality should have stayed in the public school classrooms all along.
- 18:54And the state should not have had the ability to infringe upon our freedom of expression religiously.
- 19:02But they were allowed to, thanks to the weaponization of the First Amendment by a Supreme Court that um I guess was just full of neo-Marxists, ultimately.
- 19:19The listed school districts are attended by hundreds of thousands of Texas students across urban, suburban, and rural parts of the state.
- 19:30Hundreds of thousands of students are being affected here, one way or the other.
- 19:35And Ken Paxton, uh, he wants to get to the bottom of it.
- 19:39So kudos to him.
- 19:40Go after it, Mr.
- 19:42Paxton.
- 19:42Make it make it happen.
- 19:44Get out there and get it done.
- 19:46And we're we're we're gonna stay on it.
- 19:48We're gonna keep our eye on it.
- 19:49Uh, I said to you the other day, you gotta keep your head on a swivel.
- 19:53You have to know what's going on in your school district.
- 19:55And we're gonna help you along with that.
- 19:57If you live in Texas, we're we're gonna help you along with that.
- 20:00If you live in Illinois yesterday, we talked about the the Justice Department going after 30 plus school districts in Illinois that are refusing to disallow gender indoctrination, that are refusing to put up a blockade of men using women's restrooms and locker rooms.
- 20:22The stupidity there is is mind-numbing, just mind-numbing.
- 20:26All right, but we're gonna we're gonna stay on it.
- 20:29Okay, more, my friends, on the other side of this break.

- 23:58All right, my friend.
- 24:00So we are we're we're happy that uh the attorney general in Texas is he's doing his part to essentially drive out Marxism.
- 24:13I mean, that that's what's happening here.
- 24:16We're we're driving out Marxism because Marxism and all the other isms stand antithetical to American values.
- 24:27They stand antithetical to Western civilization's foundational principles.
- 24:35And and this is really what a classical education is about.
- 24:41Classical education is about Western civilization and about the principles that are rooted in a Western civilization.
- 24:52And Ken Paxton here is doing what he can see to it that some element of Western civilization is uh is a part of the public system there in Texas, including the Ten Commandments, including prayer.
- 25:12Uh these are they're important, they're important to our history, they're important to our foundation, and the Marxists are antithetical to that.
- 25:24So we have we essentially have a Marxist takeover in uh in the big apple, New York City.
- 25:34And we've we've got an opportunity here to watch this thing unfold in real time.
- 25:42The opportunity is is happening right before our very eyes.
- 25:46You remember a few weeks ago, um, a month, I don't know how long it's been, but um, you know, mom Donnie has that uh that commercial outside of uh Ken Griffin's uh uh penthouse, and he's talking about this tech.
- 26:03You know, he's tapping the tapping the screen and talking about this tax, and by golly, we're coming after you.
- 26:08We're gonna tax you.
- 26:10You're you're not paying enough, you're not paying your fair share.
- 26:14As soon as that happened, any uh any person of intelligence.
- 26:21You don't even have to have a lot of intelligence, but but you could predict what was happening, and I did, and we did.
- 26:28We we said instantly, okay.
- 26:30You're going to apply this tax to Griffin and uh other individuals of wealth.
- 26:37Well, guess what?
- 26:38They're leaving your city because they're not stupid.
- 26:42They're going to leave your city and they're going to take their wealth somewhere else.
- 26:49Where the mayor is not a Marxist and the mayor is not going to attempt to steal it.
- 26:55And then when they take that wealth, where are you going to be?
- 27:00Who are you going to tax when when the wealthiest are gone?
- 27:05And they have then taken their jobs with them.
- 27:09Then where are you going to be?
- 27:11Where's the city going to be?
- 27:13We're watching this unfold in real time.
- 27:16It's happening before our very eyes.
- 27:20New York Post.
- 27:22Just the other day.
- 27:23The headline.
- 27:30And then the in big letters, we are so out of here.
- 27:35Uh there they go, says the the the caption that the New York Post is uh releasing.
- 27:42There they go.
- 27:44There they go, Zoe.
- 27:46Hedge fund Titan Ken Griffin revealed this week, he's scaling back jobs in the big apple as a direct consequence of Zoran Mom Donnie's tax the rich antics, stoking fears that the well to do are starting to flee the socialist mare, taking their cash with them.
- 28:00That the will to do are starting to flee the socialist mayor, taking their cash with them.
- 28:06Read today's cover at the link in the bio.
- 28:06Read today's cover at the link in the bio.
- 28:11Uh we we knew this was coming.
- 28:13We knew this was coming.
- 28:14We absolutely 100% knew that this was coming.
- 28:14We absolutely 100% knew that this was coming.
- 28:18And we're not surprised by it.
- 28:18And we're not surprised by it.
- 28:19We're not shocked by it.
- 28:19We're not shocked by it.
- 28:21We are not, you know, we're not dumbfounded.
- 28:22We are not um, you know, we're not dumbfounded, we're not perplexed, we're not we're we're we're none of that.
- 28:25We're not perplexed.
- 28:26We're not we're none of that.
- 28:30We are asking ourselves.
- 28:32Uh, you know, we're surprised that it took him this long.
- 28:40That's what we're surprised about.
- 28:42We are um and I you've probably seen the clips of um Griffin, where he has said, um, I don't have the clip right in front of me, but this this post continues and says that mom Donnie made the most expensive video in history.
- 29:06Uh Avatar cost 200.
- 29:08This is this is great.
- 29:09This right here is a great uh this is just a nice comparison.
- 29:13Okay, you ready for this?
- 29:15Avatar cost 237 million.
- 29:18Mom Donnie filmed himself threatening a billionaire on a sidewalk and cost New York six billion and twenty-one thousand jobs.
- 29:27Okay, avatar costs 237 million.
- 29:30Mom Donnie just cost New York six billion, 21,000 jobs.
- 29:36Uh Ken Griffin, CEO of Citadel, who was previously all in on New York.
- 29:442500 employees, 650 million donated to the city, a six billion dollar development, 21,000 jobs on the way.
- 29:55Then Mom Donnie filmed himself outside the penthouse promising to tax him.
- 30:01Basically, tax him into oblivion.
- 30:04The video stupidly was titled Happy Tax Day.
- 30:08We're taxing the rich.
- 30:10He stupidly said.
- 30:12That's my adjective, by the way.
- 30:14Uh, stupidly.
- 30:15I guess that'd be an adverb, right?
- 30:16How did he say it stupidly?
- 30:18Yes, adverb.
- 30:20Mom Donnie filmed it outside Ken Griffin's penthouse, two blocks from where the United Healthcare CEO was assassinated.
- 30:28And Griffin makes comment about this in a subsequent interview.
- 30:34He says, Look, I this is reckless.
- 30:37This is uncalled for, that he would basically make me a public enemy, where a CEO just a couple blocks away was assassinated.
- 30:46He said he's he's made a target out of me.
- 30:48This is this is shameful.
- 30:51This is reckless behavior.
- 30:54Uh Griffin said he watched Mom Dami's video three times and called it creepy and frightening.
- 31:01Then he announced a Citadel was doubling down on Miami.
- 31:05I mean, that's it.
- 31:06How would you not double down on Miami?
- 31:08Griffin had one message for New York.
- 31:11What the mayor of New York has made clear to my partners is that we need to double down on our bed in Miami.
- 31:18Citadel is now shifting jobs to Miami, and the $6 billion Citadel Tower in New York City is now in jeopardy.
- 31:276,000 construction jobs, 15,000 permanent roles there in the building, might be lost because of one video.
- 31:41I think it's better for us to say it might be lost because of Marxism.
- 31:47Because this is what Marxism does.
- 31:50It destroys everything in its path.
- 31:54Those 21,000 jobs that they weren't going to hedge fund managers.
- 32:00Okay.
- 32:00They weren't going to the ultra-rich.
- 32:02They weren't going to the elite.
- 32:04They weren't going to the billionaires.
- 32:07They were going to construction workers, electricians, office staff, the exact people.
- 32:14Mom Dami claims he's fighting for it when really all he's attempting to do is create warfare amongst the classes to create warfare within society.
- 32:27To to call out Griffin.
- 32:29Oh, he's a billionaire.
- 32:30He's got to go.
- 32:33That billionaire is providing jobs for everyday Americans.
- 32:39He doesn't have to go.
- 32:40He he should stay.
- 32:41He should be lauded.
- 32:42He should be celebrated.
- 32:45But Marxism doesn't do that.
- 32:47Because Marxism is rooted in evil.
- 32:49Marxism is rooted in hatred.
- 32:51Marxism is rooted in division.
- 32:53There's got to be division.
- 32:55There's got to be class warfare.
- 32:56There's got to be one group angry at another in order for Marxism to succeed.
- 33:03And even that's an oxymoron because there is no succeeding in Marxism unless you're the top, unless you're at the top of the food chain, unless you're Mom Dami.
- 33:12Unless you're Stalin.
- 33:13Unless you're Pol Pot, unless you're, you know, pick your your favorite communist socialist leader.
- 33:23Your favorite dictator.
- 33:24I mean, let's let's play favorite communist dictator bingo here.
- 33:28And who's your favorite?
- 33:29I mean, those are the ones who are succeeding.
- 33:31Those are the ones who are winning the lottery here.
- 33:36Meanwhile, Citadel's employees already paid 2.3 billion in New York taxes over the last five years.
- 33:43Can you believe that?
- 33:44The everyday common worker at Citadel.
- 33:48Because there's a lot of them are out there paying 2.3 billion.
- 33:56And this is what happens when envy is your policy.
- 34:01This is it.
- 34:02When envy and hatred is your metric and your policy, you end up with the governor of Florida calling you his very best realtor.
- 34:12I mean, DeSantis is out there, you know, thanking Mom Dami.
- 34:15He's like, dude, you are getting it done for keep it up.
- 34:18I mean, keep it up.
- 34:19Keep destroying the city because it's only helping Florida.
- 34:22This is happening in one of the most prosperous cities in the world.
- 34:27And most people have no idea.
- 34:30They're just completely completely out there and they're completely clueless, at least the kids are.
- 34:39This is this is Marxism, my friends.
- 34:42This is what it does.
- 34:44It destroys literally everything in its path.
- 34:48And it does it with a vengeance.
- 34:50And we're watching it in real time happen in New York City.
- 34:54What we haven't been watching in real time over the past decades is how it's infiltrated our public school system.
- 35:00How it's removed benchmarks, the literal guideposts in terms of our history in terms of the foundation of Western civilization.
- 35:00How it's removed benchmarks, the literal guideposts in terms of our history in terms of the foundation of Western civilization.
- 35:15And one of those guideposts is what Ken Paxton is is checking on here.
- 35:15And one of those guideposts is what Ken Paxton is is checking on here.
- 35:20It's the Ten Commandments.
- 35:20It's the Ten Commandments.
- 35:21It's a guidepost.
- 35:21It's a guidepost.
- 35:23Having prayer time in schools, it's a guidepost.
- 35:23Having prayer time in schools, it's a guidepost.
- 35:26And Paxton says it's got to come back.
- 35:26And Paxton says it's got to come back.
- 35:30We've got to bring these elements back.
- 35:32They're foundational to Western civilization.
- 35:35They're foundational to an American way of life.
- 35:38They've got to come back.
- 35:40And we've got at least the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals out here in agreement with him saying, yeah, absolutely, 100%.
- 35:49And then it is constitutional.
- 35:51It's very constitutional to post the Ten Commandments.
- 35:54Guess what?
- 35:54It's constitutional to allow a time of prayer for students in the schoolroom, in the schoolhouse, in the classroom.
- 36:04And I believe, in my opinion, there's a Supreme Court that's going to support this decision.
- 36:12Marxism, my friends, uh, is it divisive, it's destructive, it is um, it is everything that you believe it to be.
- 36:25Now, uh, also what I did not tell you is today's a history class, my friends.
- 36:31Today, today, May 12th, is uh a history class.
- 36:37We can go back to 1949 on this very day, the Soviet Union ended its blockade of West Berlin.
- 36:46And you want to know why it had to end its blockade of West Berlin in 1949?
- 36:53Because the United States and Britain had overcome said blockade with the Berlin airlifts.
- 36:58Do you know what the Berlin airlifts are?
- 37:02Uh, okay, listen, we're let's do this.
- 37:04We're gonna go to history class, and we're gonna we're gonna get it uh uh on the other side of this break.
- 37:10We're gonna hit the we're gonna we're gonna talk about what the Berlin up Berlin, what the what the Berlin blockade was, and what the Berlin airlift consisted of and uh because it's history class today, and this is a moment in history that probably is not being talked about in a public school history class.
- 37:33I doubt that it's being mentioned.
- 37:35I doubt that there are public schools at all anywhere in the country talking about the fact that the Soviets, the communists, the Marxists, and Russia had to end the blockade of Berlin.
- 37:50Why did they have Berlin block blockaded anyway?
- 37:54What was the point?
- 37:55What was the point of this blockade?
- 37:57And why did they have to end it?
- 37:59And and why?
- 38:01Why did America and why did Great Britain uh participate in the what was called the the Berlin airlift?
- 38:11Uh in order to get around this blockade in order to save people that communism was murdering, destroying.
- 38:23It's a destructive, it's a destructive practice, it's a destructive economic system.
- 38:29It's a destructive religion.
- 38:30Ultimately, it's what it is.
- 38:32It's a religion.
- 38:33It's a religion that that worships whoever the dictator is.
- 38:38I mean, you know, what's his name there?
- 38:40Mao Saitong came into China and said, I'm I'm your daddy.
- 38:44Okay, the kids need to look at look to me now as their father, not their father, not their actual father, not their actual parents, but me.
- 38:52Me.
- 38:53They need to consider me.
- 38:54And they need to do what I say.
- 38:56They need to bow down and worship me.
- 39:00This is this is communism, my friends.
- 39:02And it's it is horrible.
- 39:06It's awful, it's pathetic, it's destructive.
- 39:08All right, so let's go to history class on the other side of this break.
- 39:12Let's go to the Berlin uh airlift, the Berlin blockade.
- 39:16And let's talk about it.
- 39:17Let's let's get there.
- 39:18Let's let's decide and let's discuss what in the world was this thing that was um spearheaded by communists.
- 39:29Okay, but before we get there, I do want to remind you that our friends at Chemical Free Body do have a beautiful product for us.

- 41:41Okay, my friends, let's go to history class.
- 41:45I hear the history bells chiming.
- 41:49Grab a nice comfy seat in the front row.
- 41:51Pour yourself a warm beverage if you'd like.
- 41:53Kick your feet up.
- 41:55Let's just enjoy a little bit of history.
- 41:57History that young people should be getting on this day.
- 42:00People should be getting on this day, unfortunately.
- 42:02Unfortunately, I'm sure they're not.
- 42:03I'm sure they're not.
- 42:05The end of World War II left Germany divided, as you know, into two rival systems.
- 42:05The end of World War II left Germany divided, as you know, into two rival systems.
- 42:13Western Germany, occupied by the United States, Britain, France, the countries that at the time believed in freedom.
- 42:13Western Germany occupied by the United States, Britain, France, the countries that at the time believed in freedom.
- 42:24Western Germany was a free zone with a rebounding economy, because well, that's what happens when you have freedom.
- 42:24Western Germany was a free zone with a rebounding economy because, well.
- 42:33Your economy, which was war-torn, has the opportunity to rebound.
- 42:37It has the opportunity to come back, resurface.
- 42:41Eastern Germany, however, was controlled by Soviet communists.
- 42:46It was indeed a grim totalitarian police state.
- 42:51The city of Berlin, Hitler's old capital was divided the same way.
- 42:57But it lay deep inside communist East Germany.
- 43:03So you've got the city of Berlin in the depths of communism.
- 43:10But you know, the West side of Berlin is free.
- 43:16It's controlled by the British, by the French, by the Americans.
- 43:21Deep inside a communist stronghold, but yet half of the city of Berlin belonged to freedom.
- 43:281948, Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin moved to take all of Berlin by closing roads and train tracks leading into the city's free Western portion.
- 43:39I mean, you can't have half the city be free, really.
- 43:42You can't, because at that point, it just demonstrates to the world how inept your system actually is, how evil it actually is, how murderous it actually is.
- 43:55So he really only had one other choice, which was to close off freedom.
- 44:01And that was it.
- 44:02And so he did, closed it off.
- 44:06So sealed off from the rest of the world.
- 44:08More than two million West Berliners who were used to freedom, all of a sudden faced immediate starvation.
- 44:17What were they to do?
- 44:18They were cut off.
- 44:19They were being sieged, as it were.
- 44:22Harry Truman realized that he couldn't get supplies to the city by ground without starting World War III.
- 44:31I mean, ultimately, that's what I mean.
- 44:36And World War III would have fired up immediately, as soon as World War II had ended.
- 44:42And we would have been fighting a previous ally in Russia, the communist dictatorial regime fought alongside of us to end a socialist dictatorial regime.
- 45:00And now the communist dictatorial regime wanted to step into that void, but the socialist dictatorial regime had left behind.
- 45:09Truman couldn't start World War III.
- 45:11So instead of sending in ground troops, he really made the only decision he could make, which was to do an airlift.
- 45:20We had to get food to the free people of West Berlin, and we did it by air.
- 45:26Thus began the famed Berlin airlift, one of history's greatest humanitarian efforts.
- 45:34Beginning in June 1948, American and British planes made more than 277,000 flights across Germany into West Berlin, delivering food, coal, medicine, a variety of other supplies, toiletries.
- 45:54The list is endless.
- 45:56At times, planes landed in West Berlin as often as every four minutes.
- 46:01Talk about an operation.
- 46:04I mean, like clockwork, every four minutes, we're dropping supplies.
- 46:08Every four minutes, planes are landing.
- 46:11Just a few years earlier, Allied bombers had been pounding Berlin to rubble.
- 46:17Now, U.S.
- 46:18cargo planes dropped candy by parachute to German children who scrambled to retrieve it.
- 46:25Nearly 100 U.S.
- 46:27and British servicemen lost their lives during the operation.
- 46:32But after 11 months of sending planes in every four minutes, Stalin gave in and finally lifted the blockade.
- 46:43I mean, at this point, he was just being made to look the fool in the eyes of the public who are paying attention.
- 46:53You've got one man refusing food and necessities to hundreds of thousands of people.
- 47:03And you have three countries ultimately combining their efforts to get food to those people.
- 47:12I mean, this is communism.
- 47:16This is what communism does.
- 47:22It's all fun and games until people start starving and start dying.
- 47:28So yeah, Stalin had to give in.
- 47:30He had to lift the blockade.
- 47:31The planes kept flying through September 30th, 1949 to build emergency stockpiles.
- 47:39In all, they delivered some 23 million tons of supplies, more than a ton for every man, woman, and child.
- 47:47As a result of the Berlin airlift and the heroic struggle of the West Berliners, freedom survived in its most exposed output, outpost, I'm sorry.
- 47:58And today is the day that Stalin buckled.
- 48:02And he said, I gotta lift this.
- 48:04I gotta lift this blockade.
- 48:06I'm being made to look like a like who I actually am.
- 48:10People are starting to see the truth.
- 48:13And he buckled.
- 48:15This story not only needs to be told on the anniversary, which today is, but it needs to be repeated early and often.
- 48:23It's as if you were voting in Chicago.
- 48:25Do it early and often.
- 48:26Tell the story early and often.
- 48:30But it's not being told in our education system any longer.
- 48:35It certainly hasn't been told in New York for the citizens of New York to be duped and to fall into the trap of a communist mayor who's who's telling them, hey, you're going to get free buses, and and hey, you're going to get free groceries, and hey, we're freezing your rent.
- 48:58And hey, and hey, and hey, and this and that and the other.
- 49:00That and the other, and and hey, oh, and and by the way, the city is in a budgetary crisis.
- 49:00And hey, oh, and by the way, the city is in a budgetary crisis.
- 49:05I mean, that's what he announced.
- 49:05I mean, that's what he announced.
- 49:07The city's in a budgetary crisis after stupidly, stupidly calling out Griffin and other wealthy businessmen and women, and telling them, hey, I'm going to tax you into oblivion.
- 49:07The city's in a budgetary crisis after stupidly, stupidly calling out Griffin and other wealthy businessmen and women and telling them, hey, I'm gonna tax you into oblivion.
- 49:24Oh, you're going to pay your fair share.
- 49:24Oh, you're gonna pay your fair share.
- 49:28And Griffin's not going to.
- 49:28And and Griffin's not gonna take that sitting down.
- 49:33These people of wealth are intelligent, they're not stupid.
- 49:36They're gonna back up and they're out, they're gone, they're out.
- 49:42Speaking of stupidity.
- 49:45Speaking of stupidity, I yesterday I read the Substack from John Leek.
- 49:54Uh John Leek and Dr.
- 49:56Peter McCullough have a uh a substack together.
- 49:59It's called focal points.
- 50:01Courageous discourse.
- 50:02And sometimes it's McCullough posting medical information, and other times it's leak posting um other good stuff.
- 50:11Yesterday, his his Substack post was entitled, How Did Germany Become a Moronic Inferno?
- 50:18And so that caught my eye.
- 50:21And and his subtitle is Dietrich Bonhoeffer's 1943 essay on stupidity has never been more relevant.
- 50:29And so he he starts talking about you know history of Germany and how it it became this moronic inferno.
- 50:36Uh, he was over there at uh at an event, and he's talking about you know free speech and how it's under assault.
- 50:45But uh you can read the piece.
- 50:48I encourage you to go to his substack focal points and read the piece because it's it's just good, it's very good.
- 50:55Uh in the piece, he cites Bonhoeff, and he says to understand how to deal with stupidity, we must try to understand its nature.
- 51:04This much is certain.
- 51:06It is not essentially an intellectual but a human defect.
- 51:10There are people who are intellectually agile who are stupid, well, intellectually inept people may be anything but stupid.
- 51:18We discovered this to our surprise in certain situations.
- 51:20All right.
- 51:21So then he he quotes Bonhoeffer.
- 51:23Bonhoeffer says one gets the impression that stupidity is often not an innate defect, but one that emerges under certain circumstances in which people are made stupid or allow themselves to be made stupid.
- 51:39We also observe, we also observe that isolated and solitary people exhibit this defect less frequently than socializing groups of people.
- 51:49Ah, groupthink.
- 51:51Groupthink creates stupidity.
- 51:54You know, I have a uh a Substack piece out over the weekend uh talking about the courage of Dr.
- 52:03Lehman Hall, the signer of the one of the signers of the declaration from Georgia, who fought groupthink, who stood against it.
- 52:11He was probably one of the lone men.
- 52:14Uh I mean, he wasn't alone, but he was one of the lone voices who spoke up against the stupidity of groupthink.
- 52:22Just a little shout out there.
- 52:24Uh Bonhoeffer continues, a closer look reveals that the strong exertion of external power, be it political or religious, strikes a large part of the people with stupidity.
- 52:38Yes, it seems as if this is a sociological, psychological law.
- 52:43The power of some requires the stupidity of others.
- 52:48Just that line right there.
- 52:50Oh man, that gets me.
- 52:52It makes me laugh.
- 52:53The power of some requires the stupidity of others.
- 52:58Under this influence, human abilities suddenly wither or fail, robbing people of their inner independence, which they more or less unconsciously renounce to adapt to their behavior to the prevailing situation.
- 53:14The fact that stupid people, Bonhoeffer continues, are often stubborn, should not hide the fact that they are not independent.
- 53:23When talking to him, one feels that one is not dealing with him personally, but with catchphrases, slogans, etc.
- 53:31What we would call talking points today.
- 53:34Bonhoeffer continues, that have taken possession of him.
- 53:37Yeah, the catchphrases, the slogans, the talking points.
- 53:42They've taken possession of this person.
- 53:44This person does not have the ability to think on their own any longer.
- 53:49Bonhoeffer continues.
- 53:51He is under a spell.
- 53:52He's blinded.
- 53:53He is abused in his own being.
- 53:56And then he concludes by stating this.
- 53:59Having become an instrument without an independent will, the fool will also be capable of all evil.
- 54:06And at the same time, unable to recognize it as evil.
- 54:11Here lies the danger of diabolical abuse through this.
- 54:15A people can be ruined forever.
- 54:19Oh man, that is powerfully potent.
- 54:24That one, two, three, four, those four paragraphs from Bonhoffer, are unbelievably potent.
- 54:34The power of stupidity.
- 54:36Never underestimate the power of stupidity in small groups or large groups, as it were.
- 54:44And this is what we see unfolding in New York City.
- 54:48We see the power of stupidity unveiled.
- 54:52I mean, this is what uh I I think Griffin might have used the word stupidity.
- 54:58I don't know if he did.
- 55:00He might have.
- 55:01If he didn't use the word, I could I could paraphrase it right in there.
- 55:06Stupidity unveiled, stupidity unmasked, and it is destroying the city.
- 55:13And we're watching it happen in real time.
- 55:16We're watching incompetence and we're watching evil because yesterday I kept saying we could call it incompetence, but truly it's evil.
- 55:26It's evil, it's evil.
- 55:28And Bonhoeffer's concluding statement here that uh having become an instrument without an independent will, the fool will also be capable of all evil, and at the same time, unable to recognize it as evil.
- 55:45And this is the problem.
- 55:46They are operating in evil and they they can't even see it.
- 55:50They're they're blinded so deeply.
- 55:53And we can say the hatred of Trump, you know, we can refer to you know Trump derangement syndrome all day long, but this was long before Trump came along.
- 56:00This was long before Trump came along.
- 56:03They're blinded to the evil because stupidity has allowed that blindness to set in.
- 56:03They're blinded to the evil because stupidity has allowed that blindness to set in.
- 56:12All right, so go to Substack and you can read uh John Leake's entire piece there on Focal Points.
- 56:12All right, so go to Substack and you can read uh John Leake's entire piece there on focal points again.
- 56:18Again, it's called How Did Germany Become a Moronic Inferno.
- 56:18It's called How Did Germany Become a Moronic Inferno.
- 56:22While you're there, go to the Dean's List and subscribe to our Substack and then read and enjoy.
- 56:22While you're there, go to the Dean's List and subscribe to our Substack and then read and enjoy our uh post from the weekend.
- 56:34Uh, what was it?
- 56:35What's it called?
- 56:36Hang on.
- 56:37Uh, how to have courage when standing against conventional wisdom.
- 56:41There it is, my friends.
- 56:42All right, get out there and get it done today.
- 56:45Encourage your friends and family to get on the dean's list.
- 56:48Let's unite to renovate the age.
