Chatham County authorities are hunting for Maggi Elizabeth Brady, 37, charged with 26 misdemeanors and two felonies after neighbors reported neglected animals—including pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and a dog—left to starve on her property on Herb Beavers Road. Deputies seized 25 animals, some rescued by compassionate neighbors, while Brady remains at large with additional warrants. All rescued animals are now available for adoption.
